The salesman (Lorimer I believe is his name) was very accommodating and laid back. He did not rush us into a sale like the dealership we came from prior to checking out Carmax. He willingly allowed us to test drive various vehicles, gave my wife and I private time to discuss our impressions, and provided us with honest suggestions related to our unique needs in a vehicle. We finally bought a great vehicle (2013 Hyundai Elantra) at a great price. We recommend to all of our family and friends to try the CarMax way when buying their next vehicle.
