Today I brought my Jeep in to the Orange Coast Service department. I had a recall on my ignition switch. I met Paul Gordon my team service manager. I had an appointment to drop my Jeep off at 9:30 AM and didn't receive a call till 4:15PM to pick it up. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours when I dropped it off. When I mentioned why did it take all day and that I called and left a voice message for him, Paul immediately went on the attack and belittled me in front of his coworkers in the service department room. They all laughed. I don't understand how Orange Coast could have a person like Paul Gordon working with customers? He should apologize to me and everyone else he's affended. I strongly urge the overseer to take action on this and potentially future customers from this kind of experience. Peggy Koustik
