Called in for customer services for Kia and Hyundai Answered. The woman working that day, insisted she could not help us, and would not give us anyone that could. She would not even give us the name and number of her supervisor so we could file a formal complaint. She told us "to think before I speak to her," and told us "I will talk to you however I want", she lied to her manager about what happened and said we got escalated first when in fact she made the comments that caused escalation after she said them. Called the manager today, and before he listened to the pre recording of the phone call tried to tell me what happened based on what she had told him. Not professional. There are way better ways to handle things than to talk down to people. As a her supervisor, after while speaking to him continued to defend his employee whom was extremely rude, and disrespectful. Will not recommend Hyundai service to anyone!
