Horrible service

Called in for customer services for Kia and Hyundai Answered. The woman working that day, insisted she could not help us, and would not give us anyone that could. She would not even give us the name and number of her supervisor so we could file a formal complaint. She told us "to think before I speak to her," and told us "I will talk to you however I want", she lied to her manager about what happened and said we got escalated first when in fact she made the comments that caused escalation after she said them. Called the manager today, and before he listened to the pre recording of the phone call tried to tell me what happened based on what she had told him. Not professional. There are way better ways to handle things than to talk down to people. As a her supervisor, after while speaking to him continued to defend his employee whom was extremely rude, and disrespectful. Will not recommend Hyundai service to anyone!

Buying a car isn't always fun, but this dealership makes it downright painful. These guys made it feel like they were doing me a huge favor to even give me the price of the car, and then when they did they gave me wrong info. This dealership has been around for quite a while, and they have some great looking cars, so very it's unfortunate that they have such a rude and unhelpful team.

I bought my car at Lancaster Hyundai and have been treated great by the place and LOVE my car. Never thought I'd leave my Hondat. Service has been the best for more than 2 years!

I had a issue with wore out tires.we contacted them, the service department assured us that they were going to be replaced.i made it clear that I lived almost an hour away their response was yes we wanna fix the problem.so I drive when we arrive they say "we can't replace them " so after they told me over phone they would correct this issue, I drove an hour and wasted my time and gas . complete waste of time.its not about the cost of tires it's about good customer service. I WOULD NEVER EVER tell anyone to visit this place.at least for service.


Go elsewhere!

The whole process was drawn out longer than it should've been. On top of that since I bought a used car and had to get it inspected, it wasn't until then that I was made aware of a few items that needed replacement in order to pass inspection. So instead of doing their job and checking the entire car before they sold it to me, I had to pay out of pocket just so it could pass inspection. My suggestion is to buy a car elsewhere where they actually pay attention to detail.
