Nice Car but unhappy experiance

I purchased a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Accord, which I am generally happy with. I did have a few problems with my experience with the dealer, the two most aggravating issues are below. Aftermarket/modifications are not allowed under the CPO program. The car had modified headlights, which I was unaware of. One side stopped working after 3 days, I took it to the service department. Long story short, after dealing with a sales manager and the service manager the service adviser (very nice guy) said the dealership would only cover half the cost. I showed them the inspection report that clearly states aftermarket parts/mods are not acceptable, they still would not budge. It wasn't until I called Honda, that SM Honda magically decided I was right and that they would fix the car. Second issue was the dealer never ordered the plates for my car. I had to go back into see a finance person to get the plates ordered 6 weeks after I bought the car.
