Went in on a Thursday to get my car appraised with an appointment. When I got there the gentleman that was supposed to do the appraisal stepped out, so we waited to see if he would be back soon. In the meantime, Raul took me to look at some other vehicles, since the Charger I was interested in was "not ready yet". I left that day with no appraisal and didn't get to see the car I was scheduled to see after about an hour there. So I was told to go back Monday. I got a call Monday about 5 minutes before going in stating that the car was not ready yet so not to go in. Was told I would get a call when it was avaialble.....the week has come and gone and still no call. I would not mind really, but why make an appointment with someone when you don't have what they are interested in....also why say the car is getting appraised and have the gentleman doing appraisals not even there...All felt like a waste of time.
