BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2020-2021 8 Series Coupe, Grand Coupe and convertible 840i, 840i xDrive, M850i xDrive, M8 and 740 Li, 740 Li xDrive, 750 Li xDrive, M760 Li xDrive, X6 sDrive40i, X6 xDrive40i, X6 xdrive50i, X6 M50i, X6M, and 2019-2021 X5 sDrive40i, X5 xDrive40i, X5 xDrive50i, X5 M50i, X5M, X7 xDrive40i, X7 xDrive50i, X7 M50i, and 2021 M3, M3 Competition, M4 Coupe, M4 Competition Coupe, X5 xDrive45e, 745 Le xDrive. The rotor and shaft within the integrated brake system may not have been welded properly and could separate during a hard braking event, possibly resulting in a loss of the Antilock Brake System (ABS) and braking assistance.

I will be writing in details about my experience at this dealership. I dealt with car dealers for over 16 years never had this horrible experience before until I visited Bobby Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg Pa, I was rushed through the whole process, the sales person juggle 2 other customers while having me wait after he rushed to get me to his desk when I first walked in. I sat there for over 2.5 hours even after I had the bank approval after 30 minutes from arrival. I run a very successful business and money was not an issue but I felt my money is not good in this place. I left with a promise to receive a phone call about the color choice didn't hear anything. I called the next day no answer. I walked in to the dealership and that sales person was not around and after they called him his respond was he can't come and he will call. I waited for the call but never heard from him and the sad part is when I called to complain to the manger about the treatment. I felt I was pushed back and he came up with the excuse that there is no cars available at this time and they don't know when they will get it. At that time I was promised a car that was supposed to be deliver in 2 week then after the complain I received an email stating that the car will not arrive. I emailed back saying I am flexible with the color but then the next excuse that there is no delivery date available, this happened in March 30th and up to today there is no words if I will get a car or not, they are saying maybe the end of May but they can't promise. So apparently if you complain about a bad treatment you will get pushed back and this is how this dealership is run. It is unfortunate that they can call this business and I was planning to stick with Honda but after this experience I am having second thoughts. I really hope no one have to experience what I experience and I hope those people will face some consequences for their action.
