I will be writing in details about my experience at this dealership. I dealt with car dealers for over 16 years never had this horrible experience before until I visited Bobby Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg Pa, I was rushed through the whole process, the sales person juggle 2 other customers while having me wait after he rushed to get me to his desk when I first walked in. I sat there for over 2.5 hours even after I had the bank approval after 30 minutes from arrival. I run a very successful business and money was not an issue but I felt my money is not good in this place. I left with a promise to receive a phone call about the color choice didn't hear anything. I called the next day no answer. I walked in to the dealership and that sales person was not around and after they called him his respond was he can't come and he will call. I waited for the call but never heard from him and the sad part is when I called to complain to the manger about the treatment. I felt I was pushed back and he came up with the excuse that there is no cars available at this time and they don't know when they will get it. At that time I was promised a car that was supposed to be deliver in 2 week then after the complain I received an email stating that the car will not arrive. I emailed back saying I am flexible with the color but then the next excuse that there is no delivery date available, this happened in March 30th and up to today there is no words if I will get a car or not, they are saying maybe the end of May but they can't promise. So apparently if you complain about a bad treatment you will get pushed back and this is how this dealership is run. It is unfortunate that they can call this business and I was planning to stick with Honda but after this experience I am having second thoughts. I really hope no one have to experience what I experience and I hope those people will face some consequences for their action.

Apparently if you were treated bad at Bobby Rahal Hnda and complain to the manger you will be taught a lesson. I was approved for a car and I had the delivery date within 2 weeks, but when I complained to the manager about my experience with the sales representative and how bad he treated me of sudden there is no guarantee delivery and it is almost a month now I have no car and no words if I am getting any. I contacted the manager many times and I got excuses. I'm a business women and I know what is happening. I have names and I will not let this issue go like that. No one deserve to be treated the way I was treated and not complain. If I can rate this place lower I would but the only option is poor.

Mark Shellenberger did an excellent job getting me into this great car in a few hours tops. Once I made the decision he jumped though hoops (not sure if there was fire around them) to finalize the deal and get me on my way. Great job Mark!!

Had a very good experience thus far. From the online department, to sales with travis, to finance dept. , all were thorough, professional, flexible, attentive and fair. They did everything they could to make the transaction happen and they did not pressure me into anything I didn't want. I told them what I wanted and they got it for me right away. Have not dealt with service dept. So hopefully the experience continues.

I called and emailed this dealership extensively prior to driving 4 hours with a Certified Check ready to buy a Certified Honda CRV only to drive up and within 30 seconds find out the inside of the car is covered in Pet Hair. That was my number one question when communicating with the sales person (Tom Dabich). He claims he went to the car on the lot and looked at it. It was so dirty with pet hair that the Sales Manager offered to switch out the carpeted cargo cover with another car. Then they vacuumed and sprayed some liquid on the rest of the carpet. It was disgusting. Do not trust this dealership and do not trust Tom Dabich as a salesperson. Do not make the trip - not worth it. These people out right lied to me. Mr. Dabich even scanned in the paper with my questions on it and in his handwriting said "No Pet Hair". Outright lie to get me to go to the dealership.

We came into the dealership today so that I could test drive the Accord that my husband had already test-driven previously. We didn't really plan to buy it today, but Ben Mengle (our salesman) and Rick (the manager) were able to match a deal that was given to us in writing by another Honda dealership, so we couldn't pass up the chance to purchase the vehicle today. When Ben asked when we would like to pick it up, my husband jokingly said, "This afternoon". We never dreamed that we would actually be driving home in our new Accord by 4:30 when we arrived at the dealership at 11:30 this morning, but we did. The entire process was quick and remarkably painless. Ben is a wonderful, low-key salesman who we would recommend to all of our friends and family. The Justins (finance and delivery) were also great. We have been buying all of our vehicles from Bobby Rahal Honda for 14 years and we will continue to do so - the service department is the best in the area.

Ask for Todd Swartz if you are stopping in to look at a Honda at Mechanicsburg store. The entire CR-V buying experience was smooth. Drove away knowing we received best value for $ spent. Corey Weaver and the staff at Bobby Rahal Honda provided an exceptional sales experience. We wanted a white 2015 CR-V Touring and Corey and the BRH team was able to find exactly what we wanted. They kept us informed on the progress of finding our desired vehicle. When it arrived the purchase transaction was handed quickly and professionally. The service prep team did a great job of preparing the CR-V with the few accessories that we included with our purchase. This is the second Honda that we have purchased from Corey. Our total buying experience at Bobby Rahal Honda was exceptional. From the moment we decided to purchase the 2015 CRV Touring edition, Shirley Bartlett met all our needs by providing us with the best possible trade in price for our 2011 CRV to finalizing the sale through financing through Honda Financial to handing over the keys. She completely took time from her busy schedule to go over detail by detail all the computer details so we knew exactly how to operate the CRV before leaving the dealership. She was patient and understanding when we asked her to repeat the answer to a question we weren't sure of. I would definitely recommend her as a conscientious sales person who cares for her customers by going above and beyond to make sure her customer is 100% satisfied. When we first decided on the Touring edition, they didn't have the color we wanted on their inventory to be delivered so she searched all over to find the one we wanted and it was found in just one week.

We were referred to Bobby Rahal Honda by a friend. We are so glad we made the two hour trip to purchase our new CRV-EX. From the time we arrived to the time we left Justin answered all of our questions and patiently worked with us through the test drives. Buying a new vehicle is stressful. Sales person John Roderick was very helpful, patient, and thorough with explaining different models of the Accord and warranties, etc. Once I made a decision, the process was very efficient and Josh and Justin patiently went through the financial process and features of the Accord. We were done in less than one hour. I left with a great big sigh of relief and confidence that I had chosen a good car and dealership. The people make the difference.

Just purchased at 2014 Honda Civic at Bobby Rahal. I can't say enough about the great customer service you receive at this dealership. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Jamal Smith is an excellent salesman- no pressure, just facts. Very impressed with the internet department (Emily) and the finance department (Justin). Although the dealership sells almost 300 cars a month, you feel like you are the most important person to enter the dealership in the month!

My wife and I always make fun of the rather fake new car dealership commercials on TV. The dealerships are always filled with happy customers who can't wait to purchase vehicles from cheerful, knowledgeable salespersons. Also, the dealerships are always ultra-modern, spotless and loaded with great cars. My wife and I have never experienced anything like these commercials in the real world. Well we visited Bobby Rahal Honda for the first time the other day and we couldn't believe it. Bobby Rahal Honda literally is like one of those TV commercials, except they're for real! They were great! We purchased our Pilot there that same day and we are thrilled. Thank you Tony Dubois and everyone for the best purchasing experience we've ever had.

This is my first Honda and first car buying experience since 2004. I didn't have a choice in looking for a new vehicle because mine was totaled in an accident just two weeks ago, BUT I did have a choice in where I wanted to go. I did my research, talked to a few people, and made my decision to check out Bobby Rahal Honda. My anxiety was quickly diminished when I met Gordon B. He was so nice and took the time to listen to my situation. I test drove the vehicle of "my interest and needs." Gordon patiently explained all the functions of the car, and when the test drive was over, he never pressured me to buy. If you think customer service isn't that important when looking for a new ride, then you are sorely mistaken. Trust me, this is a class-act dealership with knowledgeable staff.

A great salesman, a great facility, and an overall pleasant relaxing experience. Our salesperson, Corey Weaver, was actually a joy to interact with. This is our third Honda from this dealership and by far the best. And, the Honda Pilot is a super match for my wife and myself....a great retirement years vehicle. There's no better Honda dealer within 30 miles or more. Even all the other salespersons made us feel at home (with our Golden Retriever Jaxmin by our side.....except for the test ride. From the time I walked through the door for the 1st time till delivery day of my new vehicle, I cant say enough good things about John Repetz and sales manager Travis. John knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions without being around the bush. They gave me an opportunity to shop around without giving me a hard time and in the end Travis matched my lowest price without a fight. They even stayed past business hours to accommodate me. From the sales floor to the finance dept., everyone is so thorough and friendly...ever after driving home with the car I got a call that a even better interest rate was found for me and they redid the contract with the better rate. Gordon was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable of all the products/gizmos, extremely patient, not pushy or intimidating on a decision of car, and very friendly easy to talk to. This was by far the worst place I dealt with regarding buying a new car. I had the salesperson waste 3 hours of my day in the end to have them provide me a terrible trade-in on my fairly newer vehicle. They then proceed to tell me they would not work with the price in regards to any incentives, increase trade-in, etc. During the test drive process they insulted my family member that was along with inappropriate comments. In the end I ended up leaving feeling pretty terrible and went down the street to Brenner Nissan where I bought a brand new car and was treated much, much better! Bobby Rahal Honda was absolutely terrible!

I went in on a Tuesday evening, knew what I was looking for. Jamal made a zero pressure approach to the sale. He offered to test drive what ever I wanted, gave me answers to questions that I had and explained everything each step of the way. If he didn't know the answer, he admitted it! He did however get the answer very promptly for me. The next day I had my new car!! I traded in a BMW for a new Honda and have never been happier with my purchase!!! I would never go anywhere other than this dealership!!

We just bought a 2012 Crosstour at Bobby Rahal this morning. Everyone was very attentive and professional starting at the first contact. Our sales representative was Tony Dubois. He followed up with my emails promptly and answered all my questions quickly. We had offers on the table from a few other dealerships and I asked him to match them in our color choice. He beat them. It was very evident that he wanted my business and it made the decision to travel 2 hours to get our new car very easy. We pulled in and found him standing next to our car waiting for us. He took his time explaining everything on the car and set up our phones with the Bluetooth. The whole process took only an hour until we were on the road with our new car. After having a few dealerships wanting to play games with us and act like they were doing us a favor, it was refreshing to work with someone who wanted to sell us a good car at a good price without all the drama. After purchasing one brand new vehicle I would have hoped to at least be treated respectfully the second time. Sales staff there is rude, even with all their plaques hanging around to make you think otherwise. I walked out the door and purchased elsewhere that same day, and couldn't be happier that I did so I look at the positive and say thanks for your rudeness Rahal! Oh and for repairs, they botched repairs twice causing return trips ; that on top of rude sales staff is just too much to stomach.

I wanted to buy the SI, would have bought regardless of who was the saleperson as I had already done the homework & decided on the car desired. After test drive, no contact or follow-up from salesperson. I dropped in 4 days later after evaluating purchase and met with original salesperson, finalized deal and made appointment to return at 5:pm that evening. Salesperson was busy when I arrived working on sales to 2 other clients, I waited for over an hour before a junior associate saw that I was waiting in the showroom and tried to help w/transaction. I was told that original salesperson would have to finalize transaction, but we could go over other dealer offerings (warranty, clear coating, scotchguard)...(note: all paperwork was approved for sale before arrival), ended up waiting an additional hour before original saleperson was able to have 4 forms signed and my check was handed over to complete sale, then there was a cursory walk around the vehicle by salesperson obviously distrated and wanting to go home. I drove off in the vehicle still not sure about some of the features of the bluetooth and computer settings which I found for myself later through the owners manuals and trial & error. At 9:pm that night I received an acusatory phone call from salesperson asking if I had driven off with the sellers signed documentation from the transaction...later I discovered he left it lay on the hood of the vehicle parked next to mine when he opened the garage as I departed. I truly feel that once he was assured I was a good sale, he no longer cared about my transaction as it was money in the bank, and he was working on his next target. So, if you are seriously buying a car from Rahal Honda, be sure to allow plenty of time to complete the sale with a healthy dose of patience.

This is the first time I have purchased a car from a dealer. I had visited several dealers before Bobby Rahal and all were satisfactory. Bobby Rahal gave me their full attention, didn't hassle me and gave me a super deal. They graciously honored a mistake they had made with the price in my favor. Overall great experience. The only negative (very minor) was for some reason, the XM radio was not turned on immediately but I let them know and it was taken care of. Tips: -The closer to the end of the month you wait, the better for you. Dealers want to make their end of month quota. -Even better, wait till the end of the year when they are trying to be the dealer that sold the most cars. Very beneficial!
