First time buying from a dealership and couldn't be more satisfied! Went in to see Austin Sheldon in Used Cars and he was more than helpful in finding us a car that met our requirements. We went in looking for a Chevy Impala under 100,000 miles that was in our price range and in no time he had us test driving EXACTLY what we were looking for! Plus a full Carfax report so we knew exactlt what we were buying. Not to mention he got us price that no other dealership around here could match. Shopped around at a few other dealerships before coming to Kool and most the salesman were either too pushy or didn't want to give us the time of day, but we didn't feel that at all here with Austin! Extremely happy with our car purchase and will be back in the future!

My big thing is no digital speedometer? With all the technology,no digital reading on speedometer. Has a digital average speed though! Rest of car is basic. Great gas mileage, and that is what I was wanting . Road noisey at higher speeds. I have owned most of simulator suv's Honda,Toyota,gmc ,Subaru all have some hold backs.
