I had been thinking of upgrading my current vehicle. Not to much though. I was at Bethlehem Ford and talking with Dave Schrader. He alerted me to a new 2015 Escape with the Titanium package. Dave thoroughly explained the features on the Escape compared to my current car. His excitement about the car got me excited. Plus, being a leftover 2015 demo; he said that there would be a great pricing package on the car. I needed to leave; I gave Dave my number and asked him to get back to me with a price. Within, an hour I received numbers. The number was a little higher than I was looking for. Dave worked with his Manager to put together numbers that were close enough to complete the deal. Dave worked hard for me. I commend Dave Schrader and the team at Bethlehem Ford.

We never thought we'd be in an ESCAPE, EVER, not in this life or next - we hated the boring look and basic utilitarian styling. Except now, we noticed in late 2017 that the styling had changed, something very stylish yet easy on the eyes. But it was a ford, how great would it be, would we have GEM Module Problems of years past?? The more we saw it, the more we finally realized it was revamped enough that we took notice and if it had GEM Module problems, we would definitely take it back. All kidding aside, the quality had improved, we entered a new era of FORD Vehicles - after all they would not be in business if their vehicles quality were that bad. It was finally a contender in our books. We moved from a sporty number inline 4 - MBZ CLA-250 - here's what we knew we wanted an SUV with similar quality of drive with same type of engine & power plus techie stuff that was lacking in the MBZ. Little did we know that for the same price of the GLA-250 base, we were getting more space and techie things we never knew we needed (i.e. backup camera, more proximity sensors that we didn't know we needed,, rear door foot sensor opener, & rear seat reading lights? - who knew?) Though the initially the differences were short, what we gained was enormous. We gained, headroom, cargo room, creature comforts and more tech than what we had in the MBZ. We found ALL of that in the Escape Titanium. The only downside is the touch pad screen, some of the UI (User Interface is a bit tricky) - but once again, it won us over.
