ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE

General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain software intended for 2015 vehicles that was installed by service centers into model year 2014 Chevrolet Silverados and GMC Sierras equipped with Allison A1000 transmissions. The incorrect software may cause the transmission indicator not to display that gear position "1" has been selected. As such, this vehicle does not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 102, "Transmission Shift Lever Sequence, Starter Interlock, and Transmission Braking Effect."

Throw away the negative connotations for those sneaky "used car salesmen" that we've all experienced! These guys are The Nicest, easiest, and accomodating car guys I've dealt with and I USED TO WORK AT A LARGE USED CAR DEALERSHIP.Do not hesitate to purchase your used (but NEW TO YOU) vehicle from here. I dealt with Joe and Dave and both could Not do enough to make this easy for me and also accomodate some slightly unusual requests that I asked for. :o)Not all of us can afford that shiny brand new car and hefty car payment that accompanies it But we would like to have something nice. I can not say enough of this business and their willingness to Really make their customers happy. I will absolutely be back my teenage son and husband also have older cars that will shortly like to be upgraded a bit.
