I contacted this dealership looking at a truck that was a little bit above the level of what I could afford. Mackenzie Curvin tried very hard to work the numbers out in my favor and I really only ended up not getting the truck because my wife wanted leather interior when it came down to it, so she squashed our deal through no fault of the dealership or Mackenzie's. He had helped make an impossible deal possible, but I just couldn't follow through. I appreciated his effort and his honesty throughout the whole process. THANKS!

I recently bought a Chrysler Town and County Van from Whitson-Morgan and I am completely satisfied with their sales and service.The salesman, (Wes Pearson),was very nice and helpful. He made the whole process of buying a vehicle pleasant. I was also very satisfied with their finance and paperwork department. They had our finance approval in no time and the paperwork was ready in about 15 mintues. Mckenzie was very knowledgable about the paperwork he went over with us and the extended warranty we purchased for our vehicle. I felt that they gave us a fair deal on my car as a trade in vehicle. Sales people and managers were very helpful in getting us a new car purchase. They out of their way to get us financed. We were allowed to test drive the vehicles, even without a Salesperson coming along. This was by far my best and fastest car buying experience! No jibber jabber, no side talk, zero drama. Long story short, i made a 5 hour drive out of state to purchase a car i was eyeing. Danny Hefley was kind and courteous, and answered all my questions over the phone prior to my road trip. Once i arrived, i asked for a test drive and he handed me the keys without hesitation. I made my initial contact online as is usual for me when searching for what I am interested in. My contact was promptly answered. Friendly no pressure initial conversation. The salesman Josh Holt let me move on my own pace and was more than helpful and accommodating. Complete process was hassle free and many thanks to my sales person Jamie who worked with me for well over a week answering multiple questions, emails and phone calls. I went to Whitson-Morgan looking for a quality used car. Joshua Holt greeted me with a smile, went over my list of things I was looking for in a used car and asked some questions about details. He show me a car that had essentially all the features I wanted, and more nice features besides. I especially appreciated safety features such as heated mirrors with wide angle insets. I was allowed a generous amount of time to test-drive the vehicle. I felt that I got a very nice car which was a good value for my money. Even before I bought the car the salesman spent time helping me understand how to use some of the new features. My friends like the car I bought.

We have been very pleased with our service at Whitson-Morgan. The staff and mechanics are great. We just replaced a 2004 Focus with 200,000 miles for a new Ford Escape and plan to drive it for a long time. Chris Dickerson was our salesman and we were very pleased with the sales action. We bought the car for more comfort when traveling but we were very pleased to have the new features like the phone syne, rear backup camera and opening feature if we lock the keys inside. We haven't checked out the radio yet.

I bought my new Ford Edge there in April of 2015 and when I went in for my first oil change I got it for free as well as the next 2 more oil changes!! Jaime Joyner was amazing during this process and even helped me out on a misunderstanding the happened with the oil change. Several months ago my husband and I talked with a salesman at Whitson-Morgan Motor Company about buying a Jeep for back road fun. Danny Hefley called early Monday morning and told us they had a possible vehicle for us. He delivered it right to our door for a test drive minutes later. My husband went in and signed the papers later in the day. Without doubt this was the most stress-free auto purchase we have ever had. There was no pressure, just willingness to help us get the Jeep we had been looking for. I highly recommend Danny Hefley and Whitson-Morgan. This is the latest of several vehicles we have purchased at Whitson-Morgan but I am sure it won't be the last.

Didn't have any trouble. The guy I was dealing with was very helpful and very honest. I feel like I got a fair price on very good vehicle. Let me figure out what I could and couldn't afford and got me into something I wanted and could afford. Excellent staff and very helpful with everything.

I saw a 2013 F350 Ford at Whitson-Morgan on line, and I called the dealership. I talked to Jadd Kimbrough and he answered my questions over the phone. I immediately drove to Clarksville and purchased the truck. This was absolutely the most friendly, courteous, no-nonsense best experience I have ever had purchasing a new or used vehicle. Honestly, this was the best experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle. My salesman, Jadd Kimbrough, worked around my schedule and still managed to get me the best deal while keeping it professional and honest. There's not many salesmen around anymore that will stay on the phone with you explaining things and going over paperwork after 5:30. Jadd not only answered every question I had, but answered the phone every time I called and if he didn't have an answer he found out and let me know as soon as possible. I couldn't make it to the dealership during working hours so Jadd made time in his own personal schedule to help me make the best decision. I have nothing but good things to say and as long as he is around I will continue to do my business with him and refer as many as I can.

Jadd at Whitson-Morgan is awesome! I took my Lincoln in for repairs, and left a proud owner of a Ford Edge. Jadd gave me a lot of his time; test driving several new and used models and answering a lot (and I mean a lot) of questions. I have looked for a while to purchase a new or slightly used vehicle. It seemed that other dealerships that I had visited, wanted to sell me "anything" whether it was what I needed or not. Jadd took the time to listen to what I needed and helped by suggesting different types of vehicles. I wanted something that was comfortable to drive to work in, something relaxing to travel in, something to haul my shopping sprees in, and most of all...something to take my children and grandchildren in. That is a lot of "somethings" to satisfy. Vehicles are expensive and a large investment. I was "nervous!" Jadd explained the different options that were available to me, and helped me through the buying process with ease. From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted like an old family friend. From the first "Hello," to the last "Good Bye", I was comfortable. I loved that I bought from Jadd at Whitson-Morgan. As an out-of-town buyer (from Omaha, NE)...as well as one who's vehicle had broken down on the interstate...the folks at Whitson-Morgan could have taken advantage me...but they did not...and I instead had a very good experience with them. Jamie was great! She spent several hours with us...showing several vehicles and helping us throughout the process...eventually getting us in a new Jeep Cherokee. Patrick and Larry were also helpful...considering that I had an inoperable Buick Enclave with a bad transmission...but they offered us a fair price as a trade-in...and negotiated a fair deal overall. Finally, Jan was the epitome of southern hospitality...helping us close the deal with professional finance service and a sweet personality to boot. Overall, I greatly appreciated the help the entire team offered, as well as enjoyed the experience, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle! T. Holmes

I used cars.com to find the high performance Mustang I really wanted. They preaproved me for the screaming yellow Roush Mustang I was looking for. But their normal finance agencies wernt sure how to finance such a high performance, supercharged car. They shoped around till they found me a finance company that had a reasonable down payment and interest rate. When I went in for my test drive every employee I met knew my name and were very friendly. Took a 10min test drive, 10min of price negotiations, and 20min of paperwork. Was in and out in under an hour. The best car buying experience I have ever had. And David is the man!
