I traded in my 2003 Ford for a 2015 Chevrolet. The sales staff shopped several different lenders to give me the deal that I asked for. Overall I recommend this dealer and sales staff. This was low pressue experience. I haven't had to take the Chevy in for service yet, so I cannot comment on the Service or Parts Departments.

I bought a 2 year old car from this dealer, paid top dollar for it, with some items that would need to be taken care of by the dealer after the sale. This dealer is the worst as far as following up after a sale to make sure you are happy and refuses to do any of the items they promise they will. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I only had my truck 2 wks when I found it leaking around back window. We took it straight to the sevice dept. because it had been raining all day and was going to continue. It was around 2pm. We only waited maybe 5 min for Steve to help us. He said we could leave it and it would be worked on next day or we could make an appt. We couldnt take it back out in the rain because it would just get wetter inside and we didnt have another car with us to get home. Rather than someone taking us home Steve arranged for us to take a rental home. It worked out perfect. My truck was ready next day early afternoon. I wasnt able to pick it up til day after. We waited maybe 15 min total between arriving checking in rental and being brought my truck. So far the leak seems to be repaired. On the upside of using the rental equinox, my Mom is considering making that her next vehicle.

Doug West is the best and most knowledgeable Service Adviser. Keeps you informed every step of the way. I can drop my car off for service and not have to worry. I know Doug will call to let me know what is going on, explain things in terms I can understand, and let me know what repairs are absolutely needed this visit and what I can hold off doing until next visit if money is a little tight. I know I am not going to be pressured into having something done that is not necessary. Can not say it enough, Doug West is a great guy!

Sales person was exceptionally nice in a real sort of way. He was accessible even after hours for updates and questions during the buying process. He took the time to go over all the cars options and made sure we were comfortable with the car before leaving. Very impressive! When picking up the vehicle it was show room condition, I can't say how import this is to me and I have experienced other dealers who just give it a quick wash and expect you to take it. Began working with Consumer Reports online vehicle quote. This dealership came in with the lowest price for a matching vehicle. What were looking for was pretty specific and had to be ordered but their quote came in even lower than expected! We ordered an "LT " model with some upgrades. The factory decided we had to upgrade to the "LTZ" model which automatically included all of our upgrades plus a few more we wouldn't have ordered. Mark and Ricardo agreed to honor our our original purchase deal price. Who could argue with that?There was one issue with an ordered option for fifth wheel trailer wiring that was left out during the change from the "LT" to the "LTZ" phase. It did end up costing us some extra $, but Ricardo and Mark did the best they could to make as little impact on us as possible and meet a time deadline we had as well. Well done, guys!

My 2094 Grand Prix went in for a dealer callback. The parts were ordered, came in which took over 4 weeks to get, and were installed. Everything went fine. I also had them check on a small oil leak. They gave me an estimate, but I believe the labor was extremely high. Parts and labor were almost $1000 of which labor was over $700.

Having bought not less than 8 cars from Wallace Auto Group in the past 10 years, I stopped into their Chevrolet Sales Center. I wanted to get an idea how under water I was on my recent purchase (10 months ago from Wallace) and with the idea of perhaps buying a different vehicle. I was totally up front with my situation and my wish list but also realizing my wish list might have to wait until a later date. One concern I had was them running a credit check which would add Hard Credit Checks to my Financial Reports. That won't happen until and unless we actually apply for a loan, so they said. Guess what? I now have 7 new Hard Credit Checks added to my credit report (they appeared within a couple hours of my visit to the showroom). I expressed an interest in one particular "used vehicle". Now began the sit and wait game. After three (3) hours I was presented with "a deal" on the vehicle in question. I needed time to evaluate the offer and consult it with my spouse. The sales manager was not a happy camper realizing that I was not going to make a split decision on this $21,000 debt and commented that he didn't want to hear anymore or answer anymore questions on "this deal". Hey, isn't this his job? I wasn't getting paid while I sat for three hours. This sort of turned me off on the spot. I would like to however extend my kudos to my sales person, Anthony Borges. He went out of his way to try and make this happen but ultimately, this is not a good deal for my situation.

I have been taking my Corvette into Wallace since I bought it new in 2004. I have had several major issues most of which were covered under warranty. Each of those issues were addressed on the first visit to the service department. The parts department has also been excellent to do business with. Don Hamilton is my service advisor and he works closely with me to let me know what is being done and any options I may have. He is courteous and very attentive. Most of all I trust him which is a major concern I have had with other dealerships. I have recommended the service and parts departments to many of my friends in the Corvette club and the on-line community.

Service managers are outstanding. We own a Malibu and our service has always been outstanding. Lease a Cruz and same for it. Always ask if we want a complimentary car wash and wash is done well. All workers are polite and courteous. Warranty for both cars very good (Malibu has run out) but Cruz still under warranty.

It was an okay buying experience. Josh is fantastic person and the only reason I went ahead with the purchase. I bought a 60k new Tahoe and I left the dealer on the first day with a tire pressure monitor sensor going out in the first 10 minutes leaving the dealer and isn't he first vehicle I ever bought where I had to follow up without someone reaching out to see how I was doing. I'm frankly used to a better experience and the facility had no coffee and there was a testing of loud music while I was in the middle of negotiating and buying the car which was distruptive during speaking to my insurance company. It was just a different experinec ethanol I was used to. Steve in service was great and fixed both issues. I later found out that there was a recall on my vehicle and I had left the dealer the day I bought it and wonder why that was not checked on the day I purchased it. I really want to give 5 star service bit feel obligated to tell the truth on what really transpired so the dealership can improve as I want to use the dealer for service and do more business as I like the staff, especially Josh in the Cadillac side.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I called the service department and scheduled an appointment for them to do a full checkup on a used 2002 chevrolet camaro z28 in automatic with 100,000 miles that I was buying from a private owner. I told them that would specifically like them to check out the engine and transmission to make sure they didnt have any major issues or flaws and that if there checkup passed then I will purchase the vehicle from the private owner. The assured me that they would do a full checkup on the engine and transmission and let me know if there were any issues worth any concern. I came in with the owner on Jan 2, 2015 and paid $127.95 for this checkup. The mechanic assured me that the engine and transmission were working just fine and that the transmission shifts really good for the age and the mileage of the vehicle AND I HAVE THIS IN WRITING ON THE SERVICE RECEIPT THAT I HAVE RECEIVED UPON PAYING!!! So after the checkup I purchased the vehicle of the owner and started my drive back home which is an hour and a half away and I notice the transmission is slipping but I didnt think much of it since the mechanic assured me that the transmission was fine. I am not mechanically inclined at all and that is why I specifically took it to the dealer to check it since it is a Chevy Dealership and the car is a Chevy! I then come to realize that the mechanic NEVER EVEN DROVE THE VEHICLE!!! It is now 6 months later and I have only put 4000 miles on the car since I bought it and the problem still persists and has been getting worse and worse everyday so I took it to 2 different transmission shops and they both assured me that the transmission is slipping and would need to be rebuilt. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FAULTY REVIEW OF THIS VEHICLE CHECKUP THAT WALLACE CHEVROLET HAS GIVEN ME!!! I would have never purchased the car if there was a transmission problem and I trusted the dealership on their checkup and review of the vehicle and I got screwed. I am really upset over this and would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!

I'll preface this review by saying, I've bought alot of cars and trucks in my time and many from out of state so this is not a 1st time experience that I "happend to find favorable". This car was also an out of state purchase and my first contact at the dealership was Joe Gordon. While I'm sure this dealership gets calls from out of staters all day long, Joe handled my questions quite respectfully and sent me additional pictures when I requested them. His follow-up and description of the car was excellent and professional. The Extra Mile came when I complicated the deal with a short notice flight arrangement on Friday July, 3rd and the need for my daughter and I to be picked up from West Palm Airport. Between Joe and his Sales Manager, Dallas, that issue was handled without question. As a Matter of fact, Joe kept in contact throughout the travel day as to make the pickup time seamless. As for the driver they sent for us; Eugene B. (Gene, I know your last name, just not sure you want me to put it out there). Great Guy! A true gentleman skilled in conversation and a fantastic representitive of their business. This dealership is not perfect and there were a couple snags in getting the paperwork process complete quickly and in fairness, these issues were not entirely their fault. Debbie M. in the Business office was working tirelessly that afternoon to say the least. Great Job by her as well. The key to making a customer satisfied is how you handle the inevidable problems that will show up reguardless of who's mistake it was (Mine). While at the time it may seem frustrating, the take-a-way is; you remember they worked hard to resolve the issues politely and professionally. In summary; again, not a perfect review because, I dont believe in them, nor do I think most people who actually read reviews. However, the car was priced aggressively, described accurately, the people are respectful, curtious and professional... as close to perfect as you should expect.. Out of Staters looking to buy a car, enjoy Florida for a few days and then Road Trip it home, Give Joe Gordon a call.

We drove over an hour to purchase a used vehicle from Wallace Chevrolet. The purchase process was fine, no complaint here. The problem came with our old vehicle coming off lease. They are a lease return facility for Ally Bank. So we left the vehicle with them. The car sat on their lot for more than 30 days before they reached out to the bank to return the car. Ally Bank is billing us for the time it sat on the Wallace lot. I have reached out to the sales person, finance manager and gm. All claim they will take care of this and they never do. You will probably agree that a business is only as good as its customer service after the sale. We will see how much complaining they can take before they stand up and do the right thing.

I had several appointments and needed to pay before the service department closed at 5:30. I wouldn't be back in time. I had done this before but their initial response was NO. I had to get the oil changed so I told them to proceed and I would delay a meeting to return before the 5:30 closing. Later they called me back and said they would take a credit card over the phone. That worked out great. The service department is very efficient. I drive to your dealership even though there are dealerships closer to my home.

Had a recall on the rear shocks on the car and brought it in. Had an appointment and Novis, my service writer got it right in. Roger, our C7 Certified mechanic made quick work of the shock install. While there, I said that I didn't want to get too picky, but that the rear quarter panel on the driver's side wasn't lined up just right. Novis said "it should be perfect" and being at the end of the day, I'll make an appointment to bring it back. Never any hesitation to listen to my concerns or questions. They make having this awesome car a worry free experience. The complementary wash and vacuum every time is just icing in the cake! Can't wait for the next oil change. Bought the car out of state due to availability and was a little embarrassed after placing a deposit on one from Wallace. Not an issue at all. Deposit returned. Best overall dealer experience I have had yet. P.S. It isn't just a Corvette thing. Have overheard conversations between the service guys and other customers while there......always considerate of finances and help the customer as best as they can. Thanks Wallace.

Could not have been happier with the service. My corvette was not purchased there, but they assessed the damage to the under carriage within a half hour of my arrival at the dealership. A new shield for the fuel pump was ordered and installed 4 days later. Kudos to Wallace!

I brought my 2009 GMC Sierra for the a/c not working.after hours of trying to figure it out.they told me I needed Fuse block for a/c relay,and 2 blend door actuators.i already had one of the parts.which costed $40,the other one I had to get from them,and they charge me $263 for the part.thats like a 300% mark up.. So for 2 parts I had to purchase from the dealer were almost $600 And labor was 0ver $600 also. The service guy that did my paper work,couldn't answer my question.it look like he had no clue on what he was doing..I fell I was way over charge.

I was there at my appointment time and I waited for my vehicle as they told me it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to fix. They were right on time and the staff were very pleasant and efficient in getting their work done. It was a pleasure to see Mark Adams, the general manager from many many years ago who helped me buy a car from Saturn when he was there. I had ordered a 2014 Corvette from Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart and put down a deposit the first week of November 2013. While in the process of waiting for my order to advance in the allocation of Corvettes I spoke to Mark Adams in sales. We had sat down and assembled the vehicle I wanted. I had insisted on a 3LT model which had some standard equipment that I did not want, but was part of the package. He suggested that I should find a dealer with an 2LT and see if it better suited for my tastes and we could modify my order with him before Wallace ordered mine. Unfortunately I found one that someone had ordered at another dealership and I ended up buying it. After I took possession of my new Corvette I was apprehensive about going back to Wallace to tell Mark I had bought a car from another dealership and wanted my deposit returned. When I arrived at the dealership and spoke to Mark and I was surprised when he apologized for Wallace not having the allocation allotments so they could have processed my order and sold me my vehicle. He then stated that they would return my deposit within a week. He then walked out with me and walked through the options on my car and explained how they operated, just as he would have done if I had bought it from him. I have never in my 63 years and 9 new cars had a dealership treat me in such an awesome manner. Anyone walking around on the lot would have sworn that Mark had just sold me the new Corvette. Since I had bought the car I take it to Wallace for service just as I do with all my family vehicles. On just about every occasion that I have taken it in for service, I have had Mark or one of the salesmen approach me and ask if I am satisfied with the Corvette and if I needed any help or had any questions. As I stated I bring all my vehicles into Wallace for service. I have been fortunate enough to have meet Don Hamilton my service advisor and we have worked together for close to twenty years. He is very knowledgeable of all General Motors products and seems at times he knows the problem I am having better than I do. He has always gone out of his way to assist me and solve any problems I bring to him. Of all the dealerships I have ever dealt with Wallace Chevrolet is the best of all them.

Honestly the only reason I drive 70 miles to service my car is Doug West, service advisor at Wallace. He is honest, concerned that my car is taken care of with minimal wait time, explains all options for fixing my car and lets me decide what should be repaired. No hidden fees at check out, just what he said would be charged. Wallace is very lucky to have a guy like Doug, having serviced at 3 different dealerships in Broward and Palm Beach counties, I do know the difference when a service advisor tries to sell you something thats not needed. My brother has fixed Rolls Royce, Mercedes Bends and other high end autos. I always call him him when the advisor tells me whats wrong and he gives me his opinion. The other dealerships try and sell you service and parts to increase there pay not caring about the customer's expense and if the service needs to be done. Thanks Wallace for employing an advisor like Doug. My next car will be purchased at Wallace as long as Doug is there. Really wanted a BMW oh well.

Just as pleasant as my first visit about two months ago for routine service. This time I had an urgent matter & was able to come right in as it relayed to the car's tire pressure monitoring system & that I'd had a flat in a tire that looked fine...they all did. Computer told me another tire was losing pressure when it wasn't. Slow leak from nail. I had checked manually. In any event, I was relieved to get it looked at quickly & resolved. Nice touch...a quick little tidying up of car interior/exterior. Doug is great to work with! Nice waiting area.

I found the vehicle I purchaced at Wallace Chevrolet through cars.com Labor Day weekend. I went down to veiw and test drive the vehicle but it was not at Wallace Chevorlet's lot. My sales man Hector looked it up and found it was in their inventory and brought me over to Wallace Cadillac were the vehicle was at. Hector and I drove over to the other dealership and picked up the car and brought it back to his lot. I liked it and bought the car that evening. I have bought many cars from many dealerships over the years and I would have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience of them all. The sales department staff were very freindly and helpful as well as their financing department. I would highly recommend Wallace Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised. The repair came in $100.00 less than the original quote. The only problem was the day after I picked it up, the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. I returned to the facility and was told it must be the gas cap and the warning light was reset and was gone. The very next day the light returned and now I must go back a second time which is now creating an inconvenience. I hope it will not cost more since it wasn't coming on prior to my bringing the truck in to begin with. Jonathan Hurd

I was floored with how hard they worked! I started at the dealership across the street and when the car I like came up it was at Chevrolet. So the salesman I had been working with all day went over and stayed with me. Started looking at a used car and when the numbers weren't coming back as to what I wanted they said how about new. After all their hard work and determination I ended up leaving with a brand new 2014 chevy that I am completely in love with. I have never seen two dealerships come together and work so hard to make sure I left that day with a car. Absolutely amazing!

Had my first oil change on the 2014 C7 Corvette that I purchased elsewhere due to availability. C7 trained and experienced mechanic on staff. Gave me several pointers while I was there including the tier 1 fuel brands that are best for the engine. A recall is being handled when parts get in. Also encouraged occasional "get on it" exercises to keep the cylinders clean. A nice surprise was a complete wash and vacuum when they were done. This is the place I will buy from next time and I look forward to bringing it in for service.

Doug West in service has been fantastic. I used to sell Volvos in New Jersey for 14 years so I know the automotive industry. The tricks of the trade when it comes to buying and service. I live 78 miles from Wallace Chevy and will only service it there. Several dealerships were I live have tried to hit a home run when you call for pricing on a repair. I know better from experience. Doug was honest, the first time I called him and the quote he gave me over the phone was what I was charged. Every Chevy owner should service at Wallace of Stuart for a fair price and great service. I will buy my next new car from Wallace just because of the service dept. I give Wallace a 10 star rating.

I had recently purchased a vehicle from this family of dealerships and was very happy with it. I have had prior experiences with this particular dealership and have been very happy with them, so when I thought that something needed to be checked on my recent purchase, I went back to Wallace for them to look at it. As the vehicle was still under warranty, I had no out-of-pocket expenses. The service performed was fast and professional and the turn around time was extremely fast. The service writer was very considerate and helpful with everything and anything that I asked. As I have visited most of the Wallace dealerships either on a professional or personal basis, I have found that they all work very hard to make a customers encounter with them as pleasurable as possible.

I dealt with this dealership twice. I sold my Dad's car to them, and felt I got a good deal from Mark Adams. My partner and I felt like it would be a good idea to purchase a new car. We saw Mark when we got there, and he introduced us to Novise. We started out looking at the Spark, and realized it was not a fit for our needs at this time. We looked at the Sonic, and found and fell in love with the Cruze. Novise was so patient and professional and accomodated us to our expectations. Gabrielle, in the accounting department was wonderful. She knows her job and is very efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My 2007 Impala was lagging from a stop and jerking into gear. Wallace diagnosed the problem and presented it to my extended warranty company, who, big surprise, ended up not covering the repair for vague reasons. Doug, in service, did all he could to convince the inspector. When coverage was denied, he wrote up every detail, clearly, on my service bill so I could appeal the decision and take further action. He also put me in a brand new Traverse loaner car so I could get to work. Once I gave the go-ahead to fix the car, it was done in a day and now runs like a new car. I was very pleased with the service at Wallace, and a special thumbs up to Doug. When the time comes to trade in for a new car, I'll be starting at Wallace.

I brought my chevy cobalt in because I was smelling gasoline for a few days. I got really nervous thinking if I got into a car accident, that me and my family would possibly be seriously hurt if it caught on fire. I took my car to my mechanic who said that it was leaking gasoline due to a crack in the fuel module. My mechanic found out that it had a special warranty and that Chevrolet will repair it at no cost. I called Wallace and got an appointment the next day. My mechanic told me not to drive it around and to take it directly to dealership the following day. I gave Wallace my vin number the day before so I thought everything was fine and that it would be covered under the special warranty for this problem. I brought my car in the next morning then left to go to work. I was called later to be informed that since I had a branded title, and that they cannot perform the work for the special policy. I had to go back and pick up my car. I drove 40 miles with it smelling more and more like gasoline. I was told by another mechanic in Fort Lauderdale that many chevy cars have been getting repaired for the same issue. Will this be another recall? This was an expensive repair that I had to pay my mechanic to fix. This was a difficult expense that I had to make for the safety of my family. It seems that Chevrolet didn't really care about the severity of the problem and sent me on my way. I will hold on to my receipt when that recall comes around. I will never buy another Chevrolet again. Is this special warranty in place because many cars have this same defect?

I arrived, not to hopeful, that I would be able to aquire a used car with only my trade-in as a down payment. Lenny greeted me. I let him know the conditions and limitations to my being able to purchase a car. After he thanked me for giving this information to him, and me waiting 10 minutes to run a credit check, he produced a set of keys to a beautiful, low milage 2011 Malibu. I quizzed him as to whether this was going to fit into the conitions set down, and he assured me it would. It did. I bought the car, and in less than 3 hours, I was done and driving the Malibu home. Wallace and Lenny made the entire experiance pleasant and stress-free with NO hassles or hard-sells. Thank you to Lenny and I hope Wallace pays you what you are worth to this company.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Chevy Tahoe. I was told there were two sets of keys. They were unable to find the second set at the time of the sale. They told me if they found it they would send them to me, because sometimes salesmen take the keys home and forget they have them, and they show up later. The manager said he would send me a FOB if they didn't show up, I asked for a key also and was told that was to expensive to get. On a 37,000 car sale a key was to expensive to get! I asked the salesman for an owners manual and was told to call Chevy myself. The day I bought the truck they didn't fill it up the tank, The salesman said he would the next time I came back, and still no gas. I have been back to the dealership 3 times (45 minute drive from door to do each way) It has been 10 weeks since I have bought the Tahoe and still NO FOB, I have called and left messages with the salesman 2-3 times per week (over 20 times) and he has only returned my call 3 times. I guess the lesson learned is to make sure you have everything prior to signing the paper because once the paperwork is signed there is no customer service.

The waiting area was well maintained and pleasant and I appreciated the courtesy ride to my home while waiting for my car. I also appreciate the courtesy free car wash. I recently called Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart to find out about a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer they had advertised on several websites. After talking with a salesman, I made the hour and a half drive to see and hopefully purchase this car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the person I spoke with had gone home, and the vehicle I was looking for left with the new owner "15 minutes ago". They offered to show me other cars I might be interested in, which I was not. After a few days, the vehicle was removed from the websites. About 2 weeks later the car reappeared on a website again for sale. I called again, and was told they did not have the car. I believe they advertise cars they don't have just to get you to their lot, then try to sell you something you didn't want in the first place. It has been 6 weeks and they are still advertising the car I was originally interested in.

The auto that I purchased had about 3500 miles, as it was previously owned. The car is clean except for a heavy smoke smell which is unacceptible due to my wife being a lung cancer survivor. The dealership is currently making an effort to correct the issue. Their attitude throughout this ordeal has been good.

Jack Hine worked magic to help me get my "new" used car financed. It was the perfect car for me at a great price and I was willing to drive 3 1/2 hours across the state to pick it up. It took so many phone calls to get it all accomplished but Jack always returned every call quickly and efficiently. I knew the process would not be an easy one but he always remained kind and positively focused. Jack met every special challenge I had including taking my old reliable but very banged up car on trade. When we arrived at the dealership he had everything in order, smiled and remained courteous through the entire process. He took us for a test drive and showed us the ins and outs of our chosen vehicle. He was familiar with all the knobs, buttons and switches and explained their function. Sal whisked us through the financial paperwork, allowing us to peruse the contracts and explained anything we had questions about to our satisfaction. In between the reams of paperwork we discussed our favorite rock bands from the 60s and 70s, including Uriah Heep. We had a great experience at the dealership without the usual high-pressure we've often encountered. Thanks again guys for helping us purchase the perfect car.

I had a 2009 Pontiac G5 and traded it for a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT. What a fantastic deal I got at Suburban. I still have one year of college left and have really racked up the mileage on my G5 going back and forth to school. The Cobalt is a great car, good gas mileage and fun to drive. I wanted another model but Paul and Ben (the managers at Suburban) sat down with my dad and I and explained the pros and cons about the 2 models I was looking at. This was really helpful to us. Paul also got us more money in a rebate because we used GMAC financing versus our credit union. All in all, a great deal. Thanks Paul and Ben.

I called the dealership to inquire about a used vehicle and had settled that was my best path. Steve Blakely and Al Girardi worked hard to get me the car I wanted. In the end, with the help of Dana in their Finance Dept, I was able to get a new vehicle with 12 miles on it and get the financing I needed. The vehicle I got was better than my original choice with more options on it.I have had several dealership new car sales in my past, but I never encountered the honest, personable response I received from Suburban Chevrolet. I always dread when it comes time to purchase a vehicle due to past experience with pushy and rude salesman that take advantage of women and that don't truly care about the customer, just the sale for commission. Steve was very professional, but truly cared about making my experience a joy instead of dreading it. He gave me a good deal I feel on a super used vehicle and helped me obtain financing with a not so good credit score. Steve is and has been sensational on the purchase of my 2011 Traverse. This is an online purchase through USAA and he made sure that I knew about every detail of this vehicle. When my daughter drove from Ft. Lauderdale to test drive the automobile he stayed late to allow for her travel even though it was Saturday and he had already had a long day. My daughter told me how accommendating he was and how he went over the complete description and known condition of the Chevy. She was very happy. I trust my daughters every judgment but she was so excited that I had to fly from San Antonio, TX.to meet him. Steve was friendly and cooperative in the early stages and made sure the vehicles I had mentioned were quickly available for me to see and/or to test drive. He responded quickly to my questions and reacted professionally when I presented my views. He stayed involved when other staff were required to address certain areas. He made it less stressful but the best was the extra effort put forth after the sale was done to address my subsequent request about my difficulty in inserting the seat belt correctly into the locking buckle. Though not yet completely addressed he made several attempts to address my issue and promised to look into it further after I decided to depart. I would recommend him to other potential customers if the opportunity to do so were to present itself.

He was friendly, and upbeat and made a great first impression and assured me that if i came in Monday I would leave happy. He was right. When my wife, five month old son and I came in first thing Monday I met Steve Blakley and knew I was in the right place. It didn't take long for me to get the feeling like I was dealing with a friend iv'e known awhile Instead of someone I had just met. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgable about the cars and my questions, and explained to me all my options never making me feel pressured or rushed. We were offered beverages while we were inside and made sure that my wife and baby were comfortable. I test drove the new 2012 chevy Cruze and soon we agree it was the perfect first new car for our family. The general manager personally came out to introduce himself and make sure we were completely satisfied and congratulated us. Was looking for a Pontiac Soltice coupe for some time. I found one that I was interested in on the Surburban Chevy website. I inquired about it and almost immediately received a response. We spoke on the phone several time, the folks there are extremely profesional. As this was a long distance purchase I wanted to make sure the car was in the proper condition. I flew down to West Palm Beach ans was picked up by the sales manager Steve Goldberg. We drove to the dealership and the car was everything they represented it to be.the entire staff was very professional and courteous. The sales process was smooth and quick. I can't recommend theis dealership highly enough. Next time a need a car this is where I will be going.

I brought my Saturn ION-2 in for a catalytic converter today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I gave him my keys, and he immediately showed me to the Customer Appreciation Lounge. He told me he would call me as soon as my car was ready. I had a nice lunch next door at TooJay's, and as I was walking out the door, Mr. Russo called me to let me know my car was ready. Less than an hour total wait. And he also gave me an exceptional deal on the catalytic converter. I am very disappointed with my experience with Suburban Chevrolet Liquidation Center, the used car location for Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart, FL. On Monday, October 10, 2011 my husband and I stopped in to look at a 1990 Miata we had seen earlier. Larry gave us the keys and we took a test drive. We loved the the vehicle and were ready to buy, but needed to find financing for about half the asking price. Larry pointed us toward Sunbelt Loans. We went to Sunbelt, were approved and went back to Suburban Chevrolet to close the sale that day. Larry said that there was an issue with the title, but that he would have it resolved in a couple of days. We wanted to make sure that the car was "ours" so we offered a deposit to hold it. We were told that a deposit was not necessary and we could consider the deal done. Mike put a sold sign on the mirror and told us to park the car in back, which we did.Tuesday morning we called to check on the status and were told that Larry was working on it and they would call us, but we did not receive a call. Thursday morning my husband went to the main dealership to see if he could talk to someone else and find out what the hold up was, as we had financing secured and thought we were just waiting on them to do the paperwork. Ben at the main dealership told him to go up to the liquidation center and give Mike $100 to hold the car. He did that, but Mike refused the $100. The car was no longer on the lot and no one would give a straight answer about what was going on. My husband waited while Mike supposedly made some calls. When Mike realized he wasn't going to just leave, he came out and apologized and told my husband that the car we thought was "ours" was out on a test drive with another customer.I understand that miscommunications can happen, however there is no excuse for giving customers the run around and not following through on promises. I don't know if the Miata was sold to the other customer who was taking a test drive, but the dishonest treatment we received was enough to convince us we were no longer interested in doing business with Suburban Chevrolet.

We contacted Jack about a specific car that was listed on the internet. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and found the car on the lot right away. Jack showed us the car, inside and out and took us for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My experience buying a used car at Suburban Chevrolet was seamless and outstanding. I walked in there one hour before closing time on a Saturday evening, and drove out of there less than two hours later in my new "used" car, including all of the loan/trade paperwork being completed. Ben and Patrick were very laid back, honest and straight-forward. Price I negotiated for my car was significantly less than what that car lists for and can be found for anywhere else. They even had somebody fix some minor tears in the leather front seats at no additional cost to me and not as a condition of the deal. I can't even see where the seats were torn now! One thing that impressed me was their attitude not to sell any used cars that have mechanical flaws, leaks, etc. The car I traded apparently needed a few things done to it. They easily could have band-aided it and put it out on the lot but did not and instead decided to send it to auction rather than invest the money in it required to fix it, since doing that would have rsulted in them not making a significant profit on the car. That is definitely unusual based on my experience. Overall, a very satisfying deal...I would buy there again. I ended up with a beautiful car (same model as one I traded but better equipped and a year newer), and financed it with only a 24 month loan to boot at same payments I was making before!

The contact I had with Steve prior to visiting the location was very pleasant and he was always very helpful and willing to do all he could. When I arrived to view the car it was very easy to talk to Steve and when I dud a test drive he was concerned about me actually being able to see how the car drove and took me on a rode that was curvy as well as it had a few bumps so I could see how the car drove. Any imperfections that I saw he was very willing to try to have it fixed or explain why it was there. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I drove an hour to this dealership just to look at this vechile and they made the drive well worth my while and I very much enjoyed the service I received.

I live in the Delray Beach Area and had been to all of the high-volume Chevrolet dealers (Maroone, Lou Bachrodt, Tropical, etc) and thought I had lined up good deals there. After reading some online forums, I realized that my deals were not as good as they could be so I went to the Chevrolet website to look for alternate similar vehicles within a 150 mile radius. I came across a car a Suburban Chevrolet. Their first shot at pricing was more than the others so I passed. I was contacted by the Sales Manager (Dana) the next day asking me what he could do to earn my business so I told him it was about price. Through a series of emails and texts, we negotiated a deal that beat EVERYONE. If Dana had not been so persistent (in a good way--not too pushy) that he would give me the best deal, I would have kept looking. I agreed not to discuss the price online, but I will say when I went to cancel my deal elsewhere and showed them my price, they could not believe it and refused to match it! Moreover, the sales staff, manager, and finance manager were genuinely thankful for my business. I would drive the 60 miles again just for the service and lack of pressure that the big guys push. The moral here is that while the big guys may push more cars per month than Suburban, you will not find a more price aggressive dealer to work with who really appreciates your time and business.

I found a used vehicle on Suburban Chevys website, but was a bit suspicious of the condition and price. However, after a phone call and face-to-face visit, I was completely blown away by their customer oriented, genuine, caring approach and honesty. I dealt with Patrick in sales, and found that he played none of the typical sales games with me. He was honest about the vehicle and all the facts checked out. In addition, he went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns. They also did whatever they could to get me the lowest possible rate when it came to the financing. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our purchase, and will definitely be visiting Suburban Chevy for any future vehicle purchases. If you see a vehicle you like at their location, do not waste your time with other dealers; they will treat you well and sell you a intensely inspected vehicle. Great job guys!

I have bought close to 9 vehicles so far in my lifetime (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - I'm setting the stage - that I'm NOT a "newb"... So my "humble opinion" is one that has credence and should be taken seriously... and here is my advice:You are an idiot if you shop anywhere else. (sorta kidding) The service department was fixing a friend of mine's car - and I happen to come across a car on the used car lot while I waited - the salesperson was absolutely the easiest going/laid back, and down-to-earth guy. Scott deserves the "likeability" award for the month. Even if the numbers had NOT worked out that day - I think I would have continued to shop on their lot. Great bunch of people.

I inquired recently about a Mustang listed at an amazing price, and although my credit isn't great, I was promised that I would drive off the lot that day if I came in. Upon my arrival, the entire staff welcomed me and had the car ready for a drive. I worked with Patrick...he was a no-B.S. guy and demonstrated a great knowledge of cars and the products on the lot. He shot me straight, and helped me weigh the positives and negatives before I made an informed decision. As promised, they worked with my budget and got my payments down to a comfortable level, and before I knew it I was strapped in to my '09 Mustang with low miles and a price that completely blew the competition out of the water! I was amazed at how well Patrick and his team worked together to get me in this car...freshly washed and detailed...ready to roll. I said, "Patrick the only thing I don't like about this car is that it doesn't have leather interior." Within seconds he had a competitive quote for leather color of my choice...all added to the buying price with no additional money down! I was floored! To top it all off, when I finished buying the car, Patrick followed me to a relative's house to drop off my old camaro (which was 20 minutes away) so I would have the pleasure of riding back to ft. lauderdale in my new ride! Patrick even gave more than one follow-up call to make sure I was happy and all was well. I give this dealership and the experience 5 stars...hands down!

After 205k+ on my Subaru Outback I decided it was time for a newer car. I decided what type of make, and model of the vehicle I wanted before going car shopping. I went to several other local dealers - none of these dealers provided the same inspection report as Suburban Chevrolet - so I felt much more secure going with a used car from Suburban, than anywhere else. Anything I wanted about the 2007 Saturn Vue that it didn't have, my sales consultant, Jack Hine, did whatever was necessary to make me feel more assured. Scott was professional from the minute I walked into the parking lot. There was never any pressure to look at something I didnt want. He found me a great deal on a truck that matched what I was looking for. I had a couple of trade-ins that were pretty old and he worked out a good deal for me. Although I was giving him a hard time to give me a great deal on the trade-ins, Scott remained courteous and professional the entire time. He didnt feed me big lines of fancy jargon, try to confuse me or convince me of something that wasnt so. It is what it is with Scott. In the end we all went home happy. Scott Crowder is his full name and he was great through the entire process. I did not get a card from the "good ole boy" from Kentucky that worked with him and finalized the papers, but he was great as well. I told Brahim to show me every Impalla on the lot Within 10 minutes I selected the car I wanted Now the only question was working out the price which we did in little time. I had told Brahim when we met that this would be the easiest or the worst sale he ever made. It turned out to be the easiest. The entire deal went well and he turned me over to Sal who processed the paperwork It was quick as posible I had my plates and Brahim drove the new car to my house to get my wife's signatures. I drove him back to the showroom and I was on my way, Before going to Surburban Chevrolet I read 47 customer ratings in detail They convinced me that if at all possible I wanted to deal with this organization. Jack Hine was very professional and courteous to us for the entire time we were there. The dealership was quite busy when I went to test drive a car to buy and though the whole buying process took a bit longer than I would normally have liked, all of the employees were working as quickly as possible to satisfy all of their customers and Mr. Hine was especially friendly and helpful, even with my 3 yr. old daughter who was with me at the time. Mike who manages the body shop had his body shop men repair my 1995 SS Impala after a tree had fallen on the car during a heavy storm "while I was driving it". My Impala is my pride and joy and I was devistated that the car's roof and windshield were damaged.The body shop reaired the car and made back to original condition and my BABY is back to original condition.I would recommend the body shop to any person i know that needs excellent work at a fair price.Bill Scott

I stopped by on my way home from shopping to look at the 2011 line of Chevrolets and had not intention of making a deal. Two hours later I drove away with a new leased car. This would not have happened if it wasn't for the excellant salesmanship of the person who held the door of the dealership open for me as I walked into the store. He asked me what my intentions were and I said I had I lease expiring on on Pontiac G6/V6 in three months and I was interested in looking at what Chevrolet had to offer since Pontiac was no longer in business. He did an outstanding job of convincing me to not only lease a Chevrolet but to make sure I did it then and there.The financial person I dealt with was very professional, as the the service representative I dealt with the next morning when I went in to have air put in the tires because they were closed the night before when I closed the deal.

I'm a fairly young guy and have been searching for an affordable 2010 Camaro for a while. I knew I would have to wait until some used ones started appearing, but every dealership I stopped at discounted me before they even really got to know me. I got a letter from Capital One saying I was pre-approved for enough money to get the car I wanted, all I had to do was find the right dealer to help me out. My local guys were the rudest of any I talked to so I went all the way to Stuart from Fort Pierce, and when I got there I was greeted by John Hobson.Immediately this guy was super friendly and didn't write me off because of my age. I explained to him that I was interested in a Camaro and I got this letter, but I didn't know if it was real or not - He took a look and said something to the extent of "So which were you looking at?"John went on to show me a used one that just came in and when I saw it I knew immediately it was mine!That night he got the paper work done and I drove, unexpectedly, home in my new 2010 Camaro!It doesn't have the RS package, my only gripe, but I love it all the same!I don't think any other salesman would have been as quick to help me out, honestly. Suburban Chevrolet is not the stereotypical used car lot and salesman. Brahim, the salesman that took my initial call, called me back in 5 mininutes with satisfactory answers to my questions. After a test drive with Brahim and our initial negotiation I wanted to take time to think about the deal. I was able to take the car I was interested in to run an errand. After I accepted the manager's counter-offer that Brahim brought to me I was given the written offer form which had printed with all other terms the dealer prep and profit of $596. That was not the deal we had made. The manager discussed the charge that to me was a deal breaker. The manager and I settled on lowering other charges. I am happy with the product and service. I recommend Brahim and Ben as straight forward salesmen that gave me more satisfaction that I had expected.

Jack Hines was very easy to work with and provided answers to all my direct questions. Jack and the dealership were willing to negotiate with me on the price. The dealership was clean and even had new carpet (which my young baby appreciated walking on). I was extremely pleased with Suburban Chevrolet. I like most people went in expecting to be there for hours and be taken for every penny I had. However my experience was the complete opposite. I walked in and was welcomed immediately. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I told them the problem I was having with my vehicle and that I had been told by other car places that the only way I could get the part fixed I would have to go to the dealership. I thought great I'm going to have to pay another place for a diagnostic test and then go from there. However, the service manager told me that he would go ahead and do the diognostic for free and we would go from there since I had an idea of what was wrong and I had just been to a place two days before. It ended up being a secondary air injection pump which he was able to write up under my emmissions warranty which saved me roughly $600-700. Which was a life saver for me. I ended up also needing a fuel injection system cleanse and an air filter which ended up costing me $277. They also went the extra mile and updated my cars computer for free and washed my car. I thought the fuel injection system cleaning and air filter was a little on the costly side but I wasn't about to complain when I did not have to pay for the diagnostic test which would have been $109 and the pump which would have been $600-700. They did all of this in about two hours and I was on my way. So all in all I had an EXCELLENT experience and saved between $700 and $800. I would highly recommend using this dealership for your car needs. I know I will be in the future.

At Suburban Chevrolet every one that is employed at the Stuart,FL location knows their job! Better then ANY other dealership in south Florida. My name is Milo Olson III. Some months ago I was in the market to purchase a new 2010 Camaro and since I was a cash buyer I could have went anywhere to order my own personalized Camaro. I have to be honest here. I could have saved money buying my car at multiple dealerships. The reason I purchased the car at Suburban was their attention to a level of customer satifaction that is virtually unheard of in the automotive industry. The sales team was great but being an owner of a local business in Stuart, FL who employs 80 people I can tell you that it is not just the deal it is also service after the sale that counts. I had some issues with my camaro ( some not related to GM at all.) Danny Kucan and his team handled all of them with the highest respects for myself and the situations I was going through. Some of my employees have recently purchased from Suburban with identical results. My wife currently drives a 2007 Tahoe LTZ and we are getting ready to trade it in within a couple of months. As long as Danny Kucan is still employed there, we will be purchasing from Suburban Chevrolet. Owning a serviced based multi-million dollar business I would count your blessings with this guy. He runs a tight ship over there and I have not offered him a position here because, I own a Insurance Restoration Contracting Company. Not an Automotive dealership. But it is nice to know there is somebody else in Florida that takes pride and ownership in there profession and where the customer TRUELY comes first. Bravo and well done Suburban Chevrolet. I was looking for a replacement car for my daughter and explained to John Hobson, what my maximum financial price was. He took the time to consider stock available and when we didn't find an immediate fit, he continue to watch for us. Within a few days he had what we hope will prove to be a good fit and kept the price at exactly what I told him my limitation was. I recently read a "complaint" webpage written under Coggin Honda where the buyer was jerked around on the price even though he was very explicit about his limitations and requirements. He will not deal with them again and I believe this is a common problem with most dealerships. Dealers wait till you are excited about the car, then spring on the extra fees and the "well we can't quite make your price work, but it won't be that much more!" Doesn't work for me.....like most people, I know what I can spend and spent the maximum I had. Here's hoping my daughters 2006 Malibu last a long time! Thank you for your help John!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our car from Suburban. The sales staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, and were more than willing to answer any and every question we had. Sal, who helped us get financing, was absolutely awesome! Not only was he able to get us an amazing rate, he was also able to help us deal with a very difficult registration... We bought our car right before we had to move out of the state, and Sal was able to still take care of everything for us even though it was an out of state deal. Our experience was so good we will definitely be driving back, from Georgia, when we are ready for our next vehicle!

When the other dealers couldn't and wouldn't work with us on the deal due to our trade in John took his time and worked with us and we got the truck we wanted and a great price and we got out of our trade.John showed us many vehicles and test drove us in a few till we found one we liked. I had a Pontiac G6 and I was looking for something with a bit more gas mileage that was sporty as well. I purchased a Malibu LT from Suburban and couldn't be happier.Ben Pridemore and Brahim worked together to come up with the best price not only for the vehicle but for my trade as well. Suburban was one of the first dealerships that I have dealt with who didn't try to screw the customer when the opportunity arose. I have also used the service department for a couple of minor warranty issues as well as oil changes and tire rotations. Don Hamilton and Steve Eckstein do a great job in writing up my vehicle quickly plus they make sure I have alternate transportation. I had a 2009 Pontiac G5 and traded it for a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT. What a fantastic deal I got at Suburban. I still have one year of college left and have really racked up the mileage on my G5 going back and forth to school. The Cobalt is a great car, good gas mileage and fun to drive. I wanted another model but Paul and Ben (the managers at Suburban) sat down with my dad and I and explained the pros and cons about the 2 models I was looking at. This was really helpful to us. Paul also got us more money in a rebate because we used GMAC financing versus our credit union. All in all, a great deal. Thanks Paul and Ben.

We just purchased a car. The dealership took the time & effoft in finding the right car that would get us approved for financing. In today's economy, the bank's have become more restrictive in their lending practices. We had first attempted in obtaining financing on our own. Unfortunately, this proved to be negative. So, we went to the dealer & they worked the numbers to see if the car was affordable. Suffice it to say, the car was reduced again to ease the monthly payments. in all, the Rep.s' at Suburban Chevy were accomodating. If there were items on the contract that needed clarification, the staff mentioned above were always eager to resist. I would recommend this dealership.
