Tyler Ford employees have always been very courteous and helpful since I bought my 2013 Ford Escape 4 years ago. My Escape has had several problems and recalls to the point we are on first name basis in the service department. The only thing that is frustrating is the extended warranty. According to the warranty and all the problems that my vehicle has had, I have been unable to use the warranty.

We purchased a F-150 Truck. The service couldn't have been better. We've bought a lot of cars and this experience was ranked as high as any we've had. Josh Minick was our sales rep. He was informative and respectful at every turn. I loved that when coming to terms with the price, we didn't do the "I'll go ask my boss" routine. I told him what I wanted and he worked with me to make it happen. After the purchase it was sent out for some extra's. It was done just after lunch the next day. Nothing to improve here!

Tim Adams was my salesman. He called me and asked what I was looking for. He did all the leg work for me while I was working. He got my financing worked up so when I got there all I had to do was get a tutorial on my vehicle, sign some paperwork and leave. So friendly and helpful. I shopped around to several Ford dealerships to find the car I wanted. I started with internet shopping and Kirby was excellent. He emailed me which is what I said I preferred. Whereas other dealerships were calling. So we emailed back and forth to discuss the price and trade in value of my car. Then when I decided this was the best option for me, I just called Kirby up and he was able to take care of me and work with me. Overall great experience. Everyone at the dealership was super nice, said "hi", opened the doors, welcoming, etc.

I took in my 2012 Ford Explorer XLT for scheduled maintenance (The WORKS oil and filter change & multi-point inspection). Charlie Flores, my service advisor, took excellent care of my vehicle. The service was performed and expedited in a timely manner. I travel one hour to have my vehicle serviced by Tyler Ford in lieu of taking it to a local dealer located 15 minutes away due to the excellent service provided by Charlie Flores and team members at Tyler Ford. I bought a 2016 ford focus zx5 (hatchback). this is the 4th focus hatchback I have purchased. 2003, 2005, 2014 (tyler ford) 2016 tyler ford. my salesman Paul Brooks was the greatest. after we discussed over the phone what I was looking for, he found me exactly what I had asked for and made the transaction so easy. when I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, I was very pleased that it was exactly what I had told him I was looking for. Ruby Red, and it had to have a backup camera. he coordinated the financing and had everything ready to go, so that all I had to do was go see David the finance man and sign the paperwork. David was also so great. they both were friendly and we talked about things we had in common. just before I went to see, David I realized I had forgotten to take the seat covers off my trade in and asked him if he would remove them for me. he not only removed them, but he put them on my new car for me. sounds simple enough, but I am disabled and it would have been such a struggle for me to put them on the new one. everyone in the dealership was friendly and talkative to me. I felt I was among friends, not people whom I had just met. Paul also took care of getting the keyless entry pad installed on the drivers door. all I had to do the whole visit was show up, sign the paperwork, and drive off a happy camper. a couple days later he called me to make sure I was still happy with my new car. I couldn't have asked for any better experience than I got from Paul and Tyler Ford. I will purchase my next ford focus from him also.

I had been trying unsuccessfully to schedule service for the recalls on my vehicle. I travel a lot and it is hard for me to pre-plan these things. When I called, the service person I spoke to could probably hear the frustration in my voice (not at him, but at my misfortune), and he immediately told me to bring it in the next day and he would make sure I was taken care of. I brought my car in the next day for the service and causally mentioned the car needed an oil change. If they could get to it that would be great, if not, I would gladly take it somewhere else. I knew I was pushing it since I was being worked in. When I came to pick up my car I was told that they were able to get the oil changed AND it was free! Somehow I ended up with a free oil change along the way. I rarely get the opportunity to praise such wonderful customer service, so I am happy to say I was super impressed! Totally validates my reason to buy a Ford and to buy it from you guys! Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Bought a 150 XLT. All of the people we saw were helpful but really enjoyed the experience with Barry. He listened to what we wanted and found a truck with the accessories we wanted in a price we could afford. The driver door would not shut so it had to be in service department and it took 2 days to fix it. You had to order a part.

The service is excellent and the staff was helpful and gave clarity of the service performed. However your sales not at the lot worker but at the manager level is where the problem was. You have to give a little to get some interest from a potential buyer and in my case there was none. The only comment I would be able to give for Tyler ford would be that the management won't deal with a military service member nor a 35 year history of ford purchaser. I drove in for scheluded maintainance on my FX4 and was helped immediately by two service staffers who answered several questions regarding my vehicle and escorted me to their pleasant customer waiting area. In a reasonable amount of time, my service was completed with a full explanation on the status of my vehicle. Overall service was superior to the numerous quick drive through businesses in my area. I plan to use the Tyler Ford service department for the life of my vehicle or my life...which ever comes first!

On a Monday I flipped and totaled my 2014 Ford Escape and by Wednesday I was meeting with Josh Minick and he set me up with the perfect vehicle, 2016 Ford Explorer for my family while my husband was deployed overseas. He worked diligently to get us the best price and bent over backwards to exceed all of my expectations. He actually had the exact vehicle I wanted to the dealership by the next day for pick up! Unusually long delay due to the failure of the working service reps to monitor and process the finished vehicles for my service rep who was on his his lunch break. My auto (oil and rotation) service was completed and moved to an outside lot where it sat for an extended period before I took the initiative asked one of the other reps to get the auto and let me pay.

When I dropped my car off at 7:30, I walked out thinking "I sure hope they do what they are supposed to". I called to check on it and they asked who was helping me. I had no idea, I spent 30 seconds, maybe, with the guy at 7:30. I thought I was due for tires the last time I was in, but nothing was mentioned. I know I need tires now, probably would have bought a set if someone would have called me before I picked it up. Didn't even get a quote when I picked it up. I was told I needed to change my oil before my car tells me. Sure miss my Chevrolet. It knew when I needed to change my oil and could find me if I got lost or unlock my door AND start the car with an app on my phone....(I gave 5 stars on the quality of the repairs because I hope that the repairs were done correctly)

Cedric was very helpful and professional. I very much appreciated that. One thing that I still detest about buying a new car/truck is that you won't tell me how much you'll sell you vehicles for. I had to go through a grueling process to find out your "best" price. I made the comment to a friend that I'd rather be whipped with a wet rope from every citizen in Tyler than buy a new vehicle. I know that my not liking the manner in which you choose to sell your vehicles will not change your sales methods, but I hope that my wonderful, new Ford F-150 lasts long enough so that I do not have to go through that process ever again. That being said, although I've only had my F-150 for 24 hours, I LOVE IT, and I think that I will love it even more as I learn about all of the options and have the opportunity to drive the truck. I researched F150's and had visited a few dealers in east Texas talking to salesmen about best prices and financing. I researched Tyler Ford inventory online then called the sales department. Over the phone they offered a better deal than I got haggling at other dealers' lots. They had the vehicle I was interested in out front ready for me to drive when I arrived. Salesman was cordial without high pressure tactics. They gave me by far the best deal and financing. Finance department was uncomplicated and professional. I had never been to Tyler Ford before because I don't live in Tyler, but, I'll be back there to service and buy my next Ford for sure. Try this friendly dealership before you buy a Ford.

I originally went to just consider getting the 2016 Fusion for my wife. Though she wanted red, Michael was unable to locate one and explained the reason reds were fewer in number. Since this was going to be my wife's car, I had to get her final approval. Y'all did a great job allowing me to get the car to her at work to check out while I brought the Venza back for appraisal. Everything went smooth and in the end, my wife loves the car, I love what y'all gave me on the trade in and the 0% financing, not to mention the $1,000 cash back. Friday afternoon around 3 our Escape lost power but the engine kept running. We pulled over to the shoulder and the car just would not accelerate. I turn the motor off and restared it and then it started working properly. My wife called Tyler Ford Service and explained the situation and we were told to bring the car in as there were no other warning lights concerning the engine. We got there about 4pm and they checked the car out and found the problem was with the throttle body and replaced this item in about 1 hour and we were back on the road.This was the best and quickest emergency repair and service that I have ever receive since owning my first car in 1969.

Took my car to get 2 tires changed and fix minor body damage after a wreck .. It's been in there for over a month .. It took them a week to even look at it . This is the second time I've been there and the first time was just as terrible . The last time I talked to someone about the status of my car the person on the phone literally said " I'm glad you called , I forgot we needed to order you a part thanks for reminding me" i honestly don't understand how people say they've had good service here I've never heard anything good about this place

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus over the weekend. My salesperson was Rick Range, he did a terrific job. He was very helpful in finding a vehicle that I was happy with that would also fit my budget. Car shopping in the past has always been a painful process but my experience with Tyler Ford was unlike those of the past. Everyone including the finance manager was very helpful and friendly. One small detail that I thought was nice is that I was offered lunch while waiting on to do my paperwork. It was a kind gesture that I appreciated on a hot summer afternoon. I must admit that I was skeptical about receiving any reimbursement from a trip in which my vehicle broke down about 500 miles from home. But after reviewing my Extended Warranty Manual, I learned that I could submit a claim and possibly be reimbursed some of the funds that I had to spend out of pocket. The great team at Tyler Ford was awesome when they accepted my claim to be submitted, and I was thoroughly surprised when I received a reimbursement check in the mail. I am very appreciative to the Tyler Ford team, and especially the lady whom I spoke with while at the dealership.

I purchased a 2015 F150 Lariat model in February and brought it to Tyler Ford to have splash guards installed on the front and rear. The service department called on Tuesday afternoon when the splash guards arrived and told me an appointment for installation was not needed and it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. I was at Tyler Ford on Wednesday at 7:30 am, the truck was checked in at 9:15 it was ready. The service department employees were courteous, kept me updated on the progress, the waiting area was clean, had snacks and beverages while you wait. This was a very positive experience at Tyler Ford just as when I purchased the truck there, actually I have now purchased 3 trucks from Tyler Ford.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Louis Sherfeld at Tyler Ford. After submitting an online inquiry, Louis called me and asked if I had time to talk. I quickly explained I had a couple of busy days to wrap up some things at work and would get with him as soon as I could. He emailed me a photo of a vehicle that matched what I was looking for, but didn't call or attempt to contact me again until I reached out to him again. I can't tell you how much I truly respect him for this level of restraint! After looking at several Fusions on the lot, I had my eyes set on the exact car Louis sent me in the email. Tyler Ford's pricing is fair and sensible, Louis was highly professional, the sales manager was friendly and worked well with our trade value. I have been looking for a 2013 mazda cx-5 on the internet for quite a while and found IWhat I was looking for at Tyler Ford. It has been extremely hard since the exact things I was trying to find for the vehicle were custom made only, but was thrilled when I found out that you guys had the vehicle I was looking for. I spoke with Josh and he did an excellent job! Not only did he gain me as a customer but he gained trust as well. He did a thorough job of going through every element on the vehicle and took many, many detailed pictures as well. Josh even had his manager check the vehicle for me and sent me a video. I was a little bit worried about driving 7 and 1/2 hours one way to see the vehicle with scratches all over it so I was very thorough with my questions and requests. Josh was extremely helpful and had no issue assisting with everything. My friend and I drove to Tyler on Sunday to look at the car and I was thoroughly impressed with it!!! On top of that I got a very good price on the vehicle too. Overall I had a wonderful experience with you guys and on top of that my friend even said she is interested in going to you guys for her next car.Thanks for everything!!!!

I purchased a new 2015 F150 Lariat. I added a bed liner and cover after the contract and that did not go as smoothly as it could have. The addition cost me a day and a half, but I was provided with a loaner vehicle. My home is 1:15 away and the communication to me about what was going on could have been much better. I am satisfied with the cover and the liner but not the time spent waiting on them.

Shannon, a new customer service rep, took very good care of me. Brought my truck in for routine maintenance and to look into check engine light coming on. I am couching this review in the framework of my last visits, handled by Shannon - my first visit DID NOT find the problem and I believe caused additional problems which cost me $865 not covered under warranty - fortunately for Tyler Ford, that service writer is no longer with you. Were it not for Shannon's honesty, and dogged determination to find out what was going on I would not be coming back to Tyler Ford and probably not buying anymore Fords (and I own 4).

Needed a car for my son who is 6'4" and needs to carry an upright 6' double bass to classes at the college. We also needed it to get good gas mileage because he has to pay for his own gas and college kids don't have much money. I also wanted the car to be safe for him in the event of an accident. Also it had to fit into my budget as a single mom raising three kids. The Ford Focus was a perfect fit - literally. We brought Michael's double bass with us to our Ford dealership and started trying to fit it in cars in our price range. Well, currently it is hard to tell about the full experience - If you are asking about the service of the Service Team at Tyler - Excellent, as always - Congrats on the update of the Service area, waiting room, parts counter - Sweet!!!!!!Only time will tell, with the replacement of the alternator, if that was the cause of the "Check Charging System" light, that would flash at random - Light would come on, driving, foot on brake at traffic signal - Light would go off, when acceleration occurred - So, let's give it more than 1/2 a day afterward, to determine if all is good - $600 is not a small amount of money - Less than a car payment for 48 months - But, with all of that, Tyler Ford still is, and remains to be my Service Team of choice - Thanks - thanks, thanks, thanks and many more thanks - Blessings -

My husband called Brad Isbell to see if he had the tire for our Ford Explorer. Brad told him yes for me to bring it to the service center. Once at the service center the gentleman asked if we spoke to someone about the tire. I said yes Brad. I went in and sat down and Brad came out and told me to help myself to soft drinks, coffee and donuts. In an hour I was on my way. Terrific customer service.

I bought an end of model year (2014) F150 XLT Crew Cab Texas Edition. The particular truck I bought was the last one left of its kind on the lot, having a 6 1/2 ft bed. As the buying process went, it looked as if I would have to go to a lesser equipped model. It shocked me to hear the salesman say that they knew how badly I wanted that particular truck and that they were going to discount it to the same price of the truck I was going to settle for. This was absolutely THE BEST vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I interacted with at Tyler Ford was courteous, and very helpful. They deliver on their advertising. Great experience.

The new waiting area is as comfortable as it is beautiful. The ability to now have the vehicle checked in by simply scanning the bar code is a real time saver. That it also brings up the entire service history of the unit is extremely comforting in that I as the vehicle owner nor the service writer or technician have to work by memory. I imagine the investment by Tyler Ford is substantial to provide this level of service to its customers and efficiency to its staff. I for one want to offer a big thank you.

The service departmenthas probably the nicest waiting room in east Texas for its customers with very comfortable seats and a completesoft drink dispensor. Alan Little is the supervisor over the service and parts and yesterday he bought 2 dozen doughnutsfor the customers. Alan is a very caring man and wants all the customers to be satisfied. We recently had our F150 at Tyler Ford for service. Unfortunately it suffered with that disease that didn't show up at the garage! The dealership made several attempts but found no problem. Even though they spent a great deal of time on our vehicle there was no charge. They told us not to hesitate to bring it back if we detected a problem. We have always been happy with service here and trust that they don'the replace parts that are not needed.

Besides that, there was no charge for the service because I'd had five before that and the young man explained to me that when you pay for five, you get a free oil change. A very pleasant experience car buying at Tyler Ford. I will admit I dreaded even going in to look at new cars, even though I wanted one. My husband actually went truck shopping with my son in law and spotted the Explorer Sport in the showroom. He thought I might like it, so took me back that afternoon. This was a couple of days before Christmas. We thought on it and decided to go back a couple of days after Christmas to do the deal. I am loving it so far. An out of state buyer. I knew what I wanted and Tyler Ford had the exactly configured vehicle in stock. I contacted salesman, Cody Meyer, with an offered price. Was told deal might be accepted and would check with manager and be back in contact in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later salesman came back and offered vehicle at $350 more. We split the difference and the deal was done. A few text messages and phone calls to secure Ford financing and get all the rebates settled. I drove to the dealership a few days later and spend maybe half hour with all the financials and a hour being trained on the vehicle and I was done. Never bought a car (I have purchased 17 new vehicles) so quickly and with no hassle or any attempts to change the price later. So an absolutely fantastic deal.

I had to have both front brakes and rotors replaced due to a mistake I made when installing new pads several months ago. When the dealership told me the repairs would cost > $400 to fix my mistake, I told the service tech I didn't come prepared to pay $400 and would need to come back. Instead, Tyler Ford decided to take care of the repairs free of charge to me! This was not warranty work or the dealer fixing their mistake. The mistake was clearly mine but this dealership took care of my situation in a way I never would have expected. I will definitely come back and do business at this dealership.

Service was OK but I wish I did not hv to call and check to see if my truck was ready... a good Service Writer would hv called or emailed an update on the progress of my repairs. I was promised my truck sometime the next morning... at 11:30 I had to call and see where my truck was, not too customer friendly. Also there was an inspection sheet emailed to me regarding a multipoint inspection. No one spoke to me about the report or explained the front end alignment report laying in the front seat when I was given my vehicle. Yall missed and opportunity to make me feel like you cared about me or my vehicle. NOT impressed!!!

I had a weird problem that needed diagnosis. Turned out it was a mud dobber (Wasp) nest that had plugged a vent in the evaporative control system. The Service Manager, Jim Markham, was very helpful and was involved with the technician that diagnosed and fixed the problem. i noticed metal wires coming out of the side of my tire. i had my car for less than two months, new off the lot. i went in to the service department and after examining it, they declared the tire defective and immediately found me another. it took about an hour to have it delivered to the service department and that is only thing i would have to say anything about. they topped off all the fluids, checked all my other tires and brakes, etc. very good customer service that day.

Salesman Maxey Harrison was great, most helpful. The finance manager Danny Smith was wonderful, explained everything, step by step.All in all, a great experience. I am very pleased with my focus and the salesman that sold it to us. I had been in a car wreck and was unable to walk very much[I was on a walker]I called the dealership and talked with Jim. I told him what type of car I wanted and he had 2 for me to look at. He brought them up to me, so I didn't have to walk. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. There was no pressure, it was a very enjoyable process.

I brought my truck in because the Dash display gave a message on two separate occasions that my DEF tank was getting low and I had less than 500 miles to go before it would shut down the engine. On both occasions I put DEF fluid into the truck, but it would only accept 2 gallons. It is my understanding that this tank holds 5 gallons, so this indicates to me that there should still be 3 gallons in the tank when I received the message that the tank was low on fluid. Therefore, I did not understand why the message center indicated that the tank was getting low. The technician ran tests and could find nothing wrong. I still have concerns about the accuracy of the message center.

I appreciate that the service department puts down protection on the steering wheel, seats and floor board. It would be nice if they would remove them also. Went into the parts department to talk to them about some accessaries and the sales person there was very helpful and knowlegable. Was glad to see a familuar face in my car salesman now service writer.

I enjoy your commercials on TV and thought you would be a good place to do business with. I shopped several dealerships & Henderson was the only one close to yours. All of your people were so helpful from the time you drive up to the front door. Ronny Glover was just a great guy to talk to & do business with. The only place that I saw you might show a little improvement on would be a little better knowledge on all the new facets on the new trucks. I'm probably the worst kind of car buyer since this was my first new car purchase in 20 years. As much as I dreaded the experience, was pleasantly surprised in many ways. Walked in on the last day of the month mainly to just sit in a few models I was interested in so I'd know which models fit me for a more exhaustive online research to find the best deal on the car I would own for the next 20 yrs. The second car I sat in ticked off all the right boxes. The left side of my brain was pretty sure and the right side of my brain was almost ready to jump for joy but just couldnt pull the trigger. My hesitation got the price reduced ~$1500 dollars nicely hitting my target price and although I had never intended to do the finance dance, let the salesman talk me into at least running the numbers so I could finalize the sale that day, Overall still a trip to the 'dealer', with all the uncertainty such a big purchase can make you feel while you mull over your decision under the watchful eye of the salesman. But aside from the extra bit of pressure due to the end of the month rush everyone seemed to be feeling, which seemed to work in my favor, there was none of the dreaded last minute dealer add-ons that I'd run into last time I bought a new car 20yrs ago beyond the standard extended warranty pitch, which I finally agreed to since they gave me a good deal on it and there are lots of new bells and whistles to worry about. In the end felt like I got a fair price, even if the sales staff made it sound like I was stealing the car out from under them. Could have been 2/3 stars since I felt a bit pressed to get er done that day, I technically knew more about the car than the salesman, and when I picked it up NO ONE on the salesfloor could answer the last question I had...."Where's the spare tire??" The reply after double checking was no spare tire, I later found out there was a can of fix-a-flat and a compressor stored under the passenger seat which might save me from waiting for the tow truck. While the absence of the spare tire is just one of those things on new cars, it should be a matter that the sales department makes sure the buyer is prepared to deal with ahead of time. The service department deserves a 5+ star rating and did a superb job of taking care of all of the minor issues that crept up in the end that got overlooked in the rush. 2 overdue service bulletins, inspection sticker that ran out the next month, ordering the missing 2nd key, practical instruction on dealing with a flat tire on a car with no spare, and informing me about the complimentary 1st oil change that I get with my purchase. So definitely run the vin number by the service department before you schedule your pickup to avoid unnecessary trips back to the dealership and to meet the fine folks who will be taking good care of you after you are done with the salesman.

They took a few minutes to come over and get started but were polite and friendly. The work was fine. Would have been better if they vacuumed the front floor board, and cleaned the windshield like quick lanes lol. A reminder that we can use our rewards money to pay for the work would be great too. I only had an oil change (The Works). I have dealt with Tyler Ford for several years and have found service to be exceptional. In the past when I had actual repairs, it was fixed right the first time. This time, besides the oil change I had a question about reprogramming the way my door locks worked, and they took care of it for me. Programmed it to operate the way I wanted. I have a new 2014 Fusion and I love it. Have had it 5 months and have taken a few road trips, 1 of which was long. I found my Fusion to be a very comfortable road car, easy to drive and seat adjustments make it less tiring while driving all day. Love the lumbar support! Gas Mileage is comparable to the 2009 Focus I had before.

Charlie Flores is my service rep, and has to be the nicest most helpful person in the service dept. I always leave the dealership satisfied with my service. Charlie gives you the impression that he cares about you and your vehicle. There was never any doubt that the work I requested would be completed any way but satisfactory. I had an intermittent air conditioning problem with my 2014 King Ranch. rather than assuming that I didn't know my cold from third base the dealership technician continued his search until he found a very well hidden connector which was not firmly seated. Problem solved. The cab of the truck agin feels like the Arctic. And that's a nice thing to feel in August in Texas. I love my truck and am passionate about my dealership, Tyler Ford.

I drive a 2012 Ford Escape. Bought in Dallas so 1st x used Tyler Ford Service Center and will be the last! Went in for oil change and inspection. They were not busy and had many employees standing around doing NOTHING. Took an hour and 1/2 if not longer just to change oil and inspection sticker. They kept making excuses when they could see that I was getting restless . This was Friday 4.4.2014. They didn't,t clean up after themselves and I noted on road home that they put wrong year make on inspection sticker. I received very substandard service and will not return Teresa Knous

I recently took in a vehicle to get my usual oil change and tire rotation done on my vehicle, Ive been going for 2 years now, but today I left the shop and about a mile down the road I experience engine issues, and smoke from engine and exhaust, so I stop driving and pull over nearest gas station. I pop my hood and oil dipstick is out and oil spattering everywhere. I check the oil level its low but ok. I still notice my muffler smoking bad so I call the dealership and explain the situation. Apparently they had forgot to take off original filter gasket, with this in mind, I knew they did a terrible job and worried they damaged my engine now. They were great to quickly send a mechanic to to check the car and had it towed back in for inspection and service. I talked to the manager about the situtaion and said they will be held responsible for any damages done to vehicle. They got me a car rental for convenience until worked on tomm. I hope they have not damaged my vehicle to an extent I need a new motor. I hope they keep their word, if not they will be getting a lawsuit from me in court very soon. I have seen similar issues with other customers here, so I will keep that in mind. I will never come here again. Period. Something as simple as an oil change should not damage my vehicle expecially from an official dealership. We will see what happens.

We are Sweetwater Barn Co. and I sent a crew to Tyler Texas with a Ford 450 truck pulling a flatbed trailer. This is now day 3, I have a crew sitting in a motel waiting for this truck to be repaired - as of 8:30 this morning they have still not looked at it!!! My truck arrived at service approximately 2pm on Monday July 30th. They knew I was from out of town with a crew - I was told repeatedly by the service manager Brian Harwell that our truck was in being looked at. Well they did get it in, but it was to do the oil change for over $400.00 in cost! However, they still did not have time to look at my truck and repair it so I could get to work!! I sat in a motel with a crew for another whole day. I have NEVER seem such poor customer service! I have owned Ford trucks for over 35 years and believe me I have broken down before out of town and the Ford dealers have ALWAYS gotten my truck repaired immediately!! This has cost me a fortune! This is a very poorly run, inept dealership! I am appalled at the treatment I have received. I was just informed FINALLY that it needs a new thermostat!! WHY couldn't they have done this yesterday at least???? This makes me so made I'm not sure I will ever buy another Ford!! This dealership should be banned from doing business and giving Ford such a bad name.

Best Experience with a car dealer I have ever had!!Joshua Minick answered all of my questions without hesitation and made the whole process seem completely transparent. I never felt like anything was held back from me. The price negation was pleasant and without pressure. The finance guy offered different options to add to my deal. The key word is "offered". Never once did he push me into something I wasn't interested in. After that I was given a tour of the dealership to make sure I knew where the Parts department, body shop, and service depart are. Randy Speake was especially helpful in relaying the information I needed to know about my regular maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Josh was very attentive in listening to our needs and went the extra effort to find a vehicle that met them. Then Sissy in finance worked to find us the financing to allow us to get theat vehicle. Both went above and beyond. Great dealership that I would reccomend to anyone.

MY DAUGHTERS CAR WAS RUINED BY TYLER FORD - QUICK LANE.. BY PUTTING THE INCORRECTPRODUCT ON THE CAR. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WORK - WOULD NOT WORK WITH HER/ME - AND AFTER TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING AS FAR AS HELP GOES REPAIRING THE CAR.. THEY WOULD DO NOTHING. THE MOTOR WAS RUINED - AND HAD TO HAVE A NEW MOTOR.BASICALLY THEY SAID - TOO BAD.. YOU ARE AT FAULT.. WE COULD NOT DO THAT. THEN WE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING IN COURT.. BECAUSE THEIR TOP-DOLLAR LAWYERS. I THOUGHT TYLER FORD HAD A GREAT REPUTATION IN TYLER. WAS I EVER WRONG. THEY WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL - POSSIBLY DUE TO THE FACT THE IT WAS NOT A MAN DEALING WITH THEM I AM NOT SURE - BUT HER 2 YR OLD TOYOTA IS NOW WORTH NOTHING. ALL BECAUSE SHE HAD HER OIL CHANGED EVERY 3000 MILES - AND THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS - AND THEY RUINED HER MOTOR. WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ERROR. PRETTY MUCH TOLD HER TOO BAD. I GUESS WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS - THAT IS WHY YOU NEED TOP DOLLAR LAWYERS TO DEAL WITH YOUR BUSINESS.
