I am going to this dealership for more than 10 years. The new service manager is very customer friendly. Somehow they were very busy. When they realized that I was waiting for a long time my car to be ready, the service manager checked himself and brought the car to me. Good customer service. Thank you much.

Service department has had my truck for a week now. Had to call or go by to get updates on repairs as of 4 days ago they were supposed to put new upper and lower control arms and both front drive axes in my truck. Thursday 3days later I haven't heard from or gotten an update on the status of the repairs on my truck. They did however get the warranty inspector come in and approve the upper and lower control arms. Was called shortly after I posted the first part of my review this morning and informed my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. Overall job well done. Communication is the only issue I had. Thank you for the good work on my vehicle.

When I came to the US, I have big dreams including having my own car. Trotter Toyota helped me realize my dream. They made me feel at home and facilitated my choosing a car and processing my auto loan. My sales rep. Alex and Loan manager Charles were very accommodating and well adept in their work. Having them made my car purchase experience GREAT. Looking forward to have another deal with Toyota Trotter. Definitely will recommend your dealership to other Filipinos.
