Great experience at Tracy Toyota. Eli Watkins was friendly, polite, and walk us through all the features. He also showed a lot of patience while we looked at every different color the Camry comes in.There was none of that negative haggling or bad time. We agreed on a price and the rest was smooth. Robbie De Los Santos walked us through the financing portion and there were no surprises. I can't thank Tina at Tracy Toyota enough for her help in buying my new car. When you think of shopping for a new car you think that you will have to deal with sleazy sales people who are trying to rip you off. This was my very first car shopping experience as my father, while he was a live would just go and find me the car I wanted. My mother needed a new car, we went through the costco authorized dealers and found Tracy Toyota. We were apprehensive about this car shopping experience, but when we got there, our point of contact had the day off and we met Tina. She was super busy, which seemed odd for a Monday evening. She helped us as best as she could, left us alone to roam the lot. While we were roaming and looking at what they had in stock, we had several other sales persons ask us if we needed help. So even though Tina was not there, but there were other people who were willing to help us too. The environment seemed friendly and no pressure. Although the cars we wanted to purchase were already sold, even the back up. She did not pressure us into any particular car or to actually buy a car. We were able to find the right car for my mother and both her and Robbie stayed past 11 pm to assist us in the car buying experience. To put that in other words, the dealership closed at 9 pm and they were there way past closing. They were friendly and did not push out the door once the papers were signed. They asked us if there was anything else they could help us with and Tina even walked us over to our car. A special thanks also to the car detailing department, we did not catch his name, but he stayed and detailed the car prior to us leaving. I would recommend this dealership because the staff are friendly, they do not pressure you into buying a car or adding the extra features and they go above and beyond. This dealership truly assists you in buying a car without all the hassles of buying a car. Thank you for all your help and my mother loves her new car.

It catch my attention, I never thought, I'm going back to this dealership, you should try it. His name is Abdul Sameyee, I was ready to buy Honda Accord, completely sold on it, on the way to Honda dealership, some thing catch my attention, I thought I knew this guy, walk to him, after recognized him, I brought my favorite car to him, he pull out Toyota camera and told me to at least try it, I have camery now, like it & sold on it. I got the best trade, best price on Camery, & excellent service, they are so humble, & very respectful Management, the best receptionist, wonderful finance Manager. Over all over %100.Thank you guys, I'm going to recommend you to all my family and friends.

This review is more for Aaron Rivera, the finance manager who helped us sign our sales contract after the sales process, than anyone else. We drove all the way from San Jose to get what we thought was a great deal and we confirmed with the sales lady that we would get this deal. After refusing to purchase an extra $2000 warranty that Aaron was selling us, by the time we had signed all of our contracts the price of our car had gone up $150 and I found out they didn't give me $250 of my college rebate. It may not sound like much money, but when I asked Aaron for an explanation he made up some BS about "spreadsheets, calculations, blah blah blah." My advice: MAKE SURE to read your ANY PAPERWORK you're going to sign carefully. Ask for ALL paperwork upfront first because you cannot trust Aaron. The deal you settle on with your salesperson might not be the deal you get in the end, and Aaron will do anything to make sure he gets every penny out of you.

Both the person who greeted me when I drove up and the Service Advisor who helped me were awesome. Everything was explained to me and they got the service done quickly. They even checked everything on my car and found a worn wiper blade but let me know it would still be ok for awhile but that I should check it again in a month and that they would install it for me for free if I came in and bought it at their parts department.

Never buy a car from Tracy Toyota. Ronnie lot's dealer ship!!.Beware of This guy. "Nick Abassi" He is a bad person. And the sales people because they will cheat you blindly and they will sell you crappy insurance and protection plans without telling you and literally cheat you with pricing on sale and what you will pay after financing. These people have a few used cars at good price shows on Internet. But when you go there, they will make you wait for long and makes you nervous and then sell you all kind to protection plans and warranties and coverage, which you don't need. But eventually that will adds up in your car financing amount and you will end-up paying lot more money than you expected. After you buy a car and go home. Then you think of calling and asking for help.....they will transfer you and transfer and put you on the hold for long enough that you hang-up yourself. Really crap service. I will never go back to Tracy Toyota again. Go to Yelp and make sure you let people know about this place. This place is a Joke.

I had no experience in buying cars what so ever, it was actually my first time buying a car without someone accompanying me. To tell the truth i was rather afraid and nervous in thinking about what car i should buy, and if its affordable etc. I had a big problem on my hands... but everything- all my problems were just blown away by a rather composed and energetic yet comforting fellow who helped me all the way through with the process. I was astonished by the way Sammy Sameyee had shown me the light through this dark tunnel i had been stuck in...not to mention how funny this guy was. He was one of the funniest and most interesting guys i had crossed over in a car dealer business such as Toyota. If not because of him, my chances would have been ruined in getting a car that suited all my needs. Thank you Sammy Sameyee for all your compassion and understanding towards my every asset. "Horrible experience with Service Department"Horrible experience with the Service Department. I made an appointment and the service advisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his boss, he told the service manager to refuge the service to me because I might be giving them negative feedback which might cause them be fired from the Job.. I spoke to Toyota corporate person Chelsea,who tried to convince not to refuge me but as being independently owned Mr Chris Hansen,The manger over the phone with her denied me the service.But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Chris clearly did not take care of my vehicle. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made me wait for over 2hours.I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.The manager is very unprofessional and even did not contact me about the case not even a single time.

Had an excellent experience during the entire lease process. Sammy Baig, the salesperson did a phenomenal job in going over every aspect of the sale and made the whole leasing process very smooth. He was very patient with the questions I had and went into a lot of detail explaining the concerns I had and eventually made my leasing decision very easy at the end. There was no sales pressure as is the case usually when buying/leasing a car. I would highly recommend my friends to purchase/lease from Tracy Toyota. Mr. Ollie Hines in the service department assisted me. I have been a Toyota customer since 1999, while owning 3 different Toyota vehicles. I had actually stopped going to Tracy Toyota because the service had become less than acceptable and I didn't feel that I was of value or that service or techs valued their job. I was forced into Toyota recently because I had a service need that I just wanted to get a second opinion about and, I experienced Ollie!!!. Woooow. What a breath of fresh air. He is beyond courteous, honest, empathetic but talked real about the issues, and he was extremely knowledge. I also noticed a few more new faces and the atmosphere was different. Because of Ollie...and only because of Ollie...I will be a continuing customer. Hire more men like him- please. Thank you for making changes in the staff. It shows and speaks.

Our go to Service Writer. The service experience was so good, that while we were there Johnny and Sammy put together a great lease deal on a new Rav 4 LE for us. Great price, awesome terms and a done deal in a matter of minutes. These employees operate Tracy Toyota like Ronnie Lott played football. And Ronnie actually owns the dealership.

First off, Deborah Pyror-Bruns pulled off what no one else could. She is exceptional! This is how she worked her magic. Truth in telling, my decision to buy a car was a flash decision and it proved successful. Around March 22, 2015 I had decided to get the 2015 Prius C 4 because I live in SF, fell in love with the brilliant Lime metallic color, wanted new lithium battery, and the 2015 Prius C front end retooling is hot. The 0% financing for 5 years was ending on March 31, 2015, so timing was crucial. I'd called everywhere, was lied to a few times, and generally heard that this was the unicorn of the Toyota world: Elusive.Somehow, I still don't know how, Deborah got my cell # and she called me. Her first words to me were something like, "People call me for hard to find cars". She did it!!!! I got an amazing deal, too. She located this specific car, arranged a trade with another dealership, and got it delivered a few days later to my San Francisco home address from Tracy, CA....and all by March 31st. It was a real trick and I have no idea how many favor she traded to get his done, but she did it for me. Today has been my first full day driving my Prius C 4 in this brilliant Lime metallic and it feels so special. I keep looking at a my car and it dazzles my eye. It functions great and I love all the bells and whistles, too. I received a phone call this evening from Deborah asking how I liked my car. So the dealer / Customer relationship continues beyond the sale. I am so stoked that Deborah got my number and called me slightly under a week ago. I would first like to say that salespeople usually leave a very bad taste in my mouth. I find them irritating, condescending and phony. My first contact with Tina Cea at Tracy Toyota Scion was by phone and I'm sure I had my guard up and probably not so nice waiting for the games to start. To my surprise, there were no games. She was very pleasant and helpful. Having a Toyota dealership in my home town and also 20 miles away in the neighboring town, it may seem ridiculous to drive over 100 mile to get the same car that was sitting on the local lots. Let me assure you, it is not. I had been to local dealerships and found the same condescending treatment as I expected. So I took the trip to Tracy Scion Toyota and I drove away in my new Toyota. I cannot recommend this dealership or Tina Cea enough. I can say this was a car purchase like no other. Every part of this purchase was pleasant, upfront and informative. A week later I called with questions and I am still getting the best service I could ask for. Since I purchased a Toyota, don't know when I will need to purchase a car again but when I do, it will be from Tracy Toyota Scion.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from Tracy Toyota from Sammy the Salesman. That sounds like a children's book character. Regardless, the experience overall was amazing. The customer experience was par to none, especially when it comes to car sales. It was a very laced and none pressure environment, at no time did I feel forced to buy or felt rushed. Sammy even was patient enough with me to wait for my dad to come by so I could get a second opinion. He did not move on to anything costumers while we were waiting. Even let me go on a very extended test drive as we waited over an hour for my dad. Sammy answered all of my questions directly and was very friendly. When he didn't know the exact answer the resources were very close by and he did not try to avoid any questions or give half answers. He always wanted to relay the correct information even if it didn't come directly from him. He did not feel shame in not knowing every single aspect about a vehicle, but he worked tirelessly to get the information for me. When I did purchase the vehicle the sales manager Kip gave me an amazing deal. Working into my budget and truly helped me to my benefit and made me very satisfied. The environment was very profession in regards to the staff, however, it was truly a breeze for the customers in my experience. Great place to buy a vehicle.

I wanted a tundra TRDPRO and they were the closest to me that had one . I called them a day before to see if it was still available and it was, Landon sent me pictures of the truck and I told him I'll be there the next day early as possible. Drove all the way from Fresno to Tracy and he was there at 8 am while all the others got there at 9. Didn't get much of a discount because it was a special model. Got the paperwork done and they explained everything about the vehicle and its features . And then i was on my way back with the new truck.

First, this is not our first car, however it is our first Toyoto. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were met outside in the rain by by Randy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He determined what we were asking for immediately. Within a very short time (perhaps 20 minutes) we found ourselves driving exactly what we wanted. We were then help by Johnny Avilies. Perfect! The color combo I wanted was available at three dealers in CA, all in the Bay area. I live in L.A. Luda Gomez recognized my needs, responded promptly, and worked with me on a purchase price and trade in value over the phone. I drove from Los Angeles to Tracy. Luda and John were terrific to work with and had me in and out of the dealership quickly, returning to L.A. with a new Sienna. One of the other dealers kept insisting that I come in to look at the car before they would even talk price with me. And the third dealer did not realize that I was a serious buyer until after I had a deal with Luda. Luda and John are to be complimented for recognizing my specific needs and being willing to stray from the script so many dealers follow when someone calls in making an inquiry. I was helped immediately by the service advisor. He always attends to me (same person-mingo) evry time I go fir a service. I am alwaysgiven a warm welcome.

Our experience buying a car today was amazing! They were super friendly and very helpful! I felt no pressure like I do at most car dealerships. Johnny Aviles was awesome and not to mention funny! He was very thoughtful and brought my daughter out a jacket to wear because it got cold. I guess the company had a potluck that day, and he was so kind to make my husband a plate of food because he had arrived straight from work, to look at cars, and was starving! I cannot promise they will serve YOU a meal during YOUR visit tho. LOL My husband and I drove there in seperate cars, but Johnny offered to help us drive one of the vehicles home, even though it was getting late, and he should've been heading home at that time. I should also mention this is our second time buying a vehicle at this dealership. Kipp helped us with the first car, and he too was amazing to work with. It was a great experience! Thanks again you guys!

Service writer Debby rocks! She was very knowledgeable and totally on top of our car service issues. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and had our service work done well ahead of schedule. She also performed a total inspection of our 2001 RAV 4 Toyota free of charge. The charge for our repairs was well below what we expected and what was quoted. When you go to Tracy Toyota for service, ask for Debby. She is a real asset to the Service Dept.Steve

I contacted this dealership via e mail and soon recieved a phone call. Tina set up a time to see the car I looked at on line. She was very nice and respectful, she worked with me and my wife and we were able to reach a deal with no pressure that meet our goals. We also meet Kip, and outside of a choc cookie bribe lol, made an upgrade to our car that really made the deal. Tracy Toyota is a friendly, professional and an excellent place to buy a car. From the moment I set foot on the dealership lot, I was treated very well. I had some very specific options I was looking for and though they didn't have any in stock on my first visit, the answer I got was we can get it for you one way or another. When I returned a few weeks later and ready to buy, my specifications had changed and they just so happened to have exactly what I was looking for in stock. From the moment of walking onto the lot to driving away in my new vehicle, the experience was excellent.

What a great experience, we have been looking for a month for the right car and price, visited 7 different dealers and some online sites as well. My wife, Liz, decided to look at Tracy Toyota's web site on Sunday and found a car that they had on sale, filed out the computer friendly information and figured we might hear from Tracy Toyota in a few days. Luda, from Tracy Toyota, contacted Liz that same day via email, after making initial contact the conversation switch to a phone call and they worked out most of the info and details and set up a time to visit the dealership on Monday.I work out of town and needed time to get to Tracy before the end of the day and before the sale ended, but of course we had a work emergency and ended up staying for a double shift and was not able to make the dead line. Now I don't know who made the decision, but it had to be a manager, because we had been in contact with Tracy Toyota, they decide to honor the sales price, it wasn't until Tuesday that I could go and test drive and make the final finance agreements for the purchase. Further more, when I told them I was getting finance with my credit union because of a better rate, they agreed to beat the rate.All the people at Tracy Toyota were friendly and helpful, Luda even came in on her day off to finish the deal, thanks to Raymond for working with us on the financing and Kip for the conversation while we were waiting on the car to be gassed up, "a full tank of gas because it's the right thing to do" you don't hear that very often. Thank you, Tracy Toyota, its nice to be treated with some dignity and common respect we are definitely going to tell anyone who is looking for a new ride that this is the place to go. Ron by the way love the Ronnie Lott autographed cards and gear too, that was awesome.

I needed a car right away and wasn't sure what to expect. Usually car salesman are pushy, but my experience at Tracy Toyota was the best one I ever had at a car dealer. Friendly, patient, informative, Randy, Johnny and Ramen are the best. I left there with a car that I'm very happy with and I would go back there again to get my next car and recommend them to all my friends.

My parents and I went out for breakfast this morning across the street the Tracy Toyota Dealership. As soon as we were done we decided to go in the dealership and check out prices for a Highlander, that's the car my mom wanted. We were nicely greeted by a sales person name Michael Barbeau. Mike was very helpful and took us for a test drive on a 2014 Highlander, which we all loved. Mike also showed us a other Highlanders, once we decided which Highlander we liked and went inside to talk about prices we came across a 2014 Prius. We decided to go for the Prius since we a family that owns a Prius already a Toyota truck. We got a good price for it and my mom was more than happy with her new car. Everyone was extremely nice with us and were very helpful. Ramen Barekzai the finance director was also an amazing and helpful person when it came down to how much we wanted to pay. We are very happy with the new family edition. We a Toyota family and we made the best choice today by getting a new 2014 Toyota Prius. We highly recommend Tracy Toyota.

Wish I could give this dealer a rating of zero stars. STAY AWAY! I ordered a new car from this dealer in early May. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them and they stalled around a few days before telling me it was to be built on August 1. Ended up complaining to the Bay Area sales manager who promised to find out what happened and never heard from him either. Tracy Toyota is not to be trusted and the Bay Area sales manager is harming Toyota's good reputation. GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY YOUR CAR!

Horrible experience with the Service Department. My wife made an appointment for service, and Rick told her it would be about 90 minutes. Based on that conversation, she decided to wait for it. She sat there for 2 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready and then contacted me. When I called Rick, he was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with his boss, he hung up on me. I spoke to his bosses in person, George and Cynthia, who were both pleasant. But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Rick clearly misrepresented the time it would take and simply did not care that it was inconvenient to my wife. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made my wife sit for over 3 hours. I truly believe they took advantage of her because she was a female. I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.

I came in late one night very close to closing time and was immediately helped by Landon Cotton- he was very knowledgable and quick. He offered us snacks and drinks and even let me charge my phone with his cord. He made the whole car buying process so stress-free, nothing like the experience we had at other dealerships before going there. Whether I buy a used or new car I will be going back there and will recommend them to anyone I know!

I have had my 2013 Prius C for 2.5 days, it was love at first sight. Tina Cea the Sales and Leasing Associate gets all the credit for this match.Tina initially contacted me by phone, and then followed up with an email. I didn't respond to either as I had already test drove what I believed the car I really wanted at a another dealership. My test drive took place at Maita Toyota in Sacramento. Needless the communication with Maita was erratic.(This was the red flag). Still I decided to call Tina to let her know I was already working with another dealership. She understood and offered to help me if I needed it (Good vibes). This offer was put to the test and Tina was true to her words. She invited me to come see the same car but in a different color. It was well worth the drive. Change the name to Tina's Toyota, I'm just saying.

I was in desperate need of a new car my cars transmission went out, so i went car shopping. I had been to other dealerships and all were very pushy. I had been pre-approved for a loan & other places kept trying to get me to reach the loan limit & even go over, even though i told them i could only afford so much not the limit. Well i finally went to Tracy Toyota & i said i am pre-approved for this amount but i cant afford the monthly so im not trying to get the max loan they asked what can i afford a month & once i gave them that price they said let me see what we can get you. They found me a great car within my budget, john wallace (internet/fleet director) even searched until he found the exterior/ interior color i wanted. Landon Cotton was also a big help & super nice & funny. Once i was ready to sign the final papers "bear" seen how high my interest rate was & said let me see if we can find someone who will give you a better rate he did find someone who gave me 3% lower rate than what i had. so i was super happy. Than later when i was talking to another associate he "Bear" came by to let me know he called the finance company & got them to lower it another 1% i was so happy he didnt have to do that but he did. Overall I think Tracy Toyota has a great team who don't try to get over on you. And they do their best to make sure you walk away satisfied. So if you are in need of new car definitely go visit them make sure to see John Wallace, Landon Cotton, or "Bear" .. i know there are other staff members i did meet that where super nice & helpful but didn't remember their names. Sorry

We were on our way out of town on Labor Day weekend when we had a service light come on. We were an hour and a half away from home, we had just endured tons of bumper to bumper traffic, and we decided we should get it checked. Curtiss and Mike were amazing. Despite the fact that it was close to closing and a holiday weekend, they got our car checked and magically back on the road so we could continue with our vacation plans. I was very appreciative for all their help. We had a fabulous weekend because of them!

Dealership was friendly and helpful from the first phone call. After problems with another dealership's refusal to service a car still under warranty Tracy road tested, inspected, and completed all necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. The Service Department was excellent. We were even provided a rental car. We will return to Tracy Toyota for future service or car purchases.

I've always taken my car in for service at this dealership and have never had a bad experience. The work is always done quickly and accurately. Rick is the best. He is always friendly and definitely trustworthy. He always makes sure that you understand the work being done and always tries to find an alternative, if possible, to fit your budget.

Rick was my service writer and was the best of all. It was friendly, but not in the put on type. Its Rick and whho he is. He got everything completed and was there when I arrived and aswered all my questions. I have been in service my entire life, and its nice to see someone else that cares for the customer. I have been to almost all the car dealer in the bay area but this one in Tracy is by far the best Toyota or any car dealer for that matter. I highly recommend TINA CEA. On her business card it say's -We don't just promise. We deliver! - And she did just that. True to her words! And she made it very easy for me to purchase the car I want (2012 Toyota highlander) and she gave me the best deal ever that none of the other dealer would be willing to give! Now for the 2012 V6 AWD Toyota highlander. I have only been driven it for like 20 miles and I can say that it has a very quiet interior, very flexible and has a roomy second row seat. Those are just a few of the many features on this car that anyone will love! I'm going to have this car for a very long time! I know because it's a Toyota!

would definitely recommend Tracy Toyota. Ive been hoping around for a new car for while now and drove by and saw this Tacoma so I went in to check it out. A few salesman asked me if I needed help but I told them I was just looking around, generally I would get some stuck up attitude but they didnt act like the typical sales hacks. After doing a little more research about the Tacoma I was ready to make my buy. I was still kind of hesitant because I just dont like dealing with people trying to sell me more than I need but I am glad I came here, the sales people were not annoying, finance was fast and they seemed organized. Overall it was a stress free experience at my own pace.

We might be looking to purchase another vehicle in the next few months and we would definitely bring our business to them. Misrespresented price of a vehicle on their website. Never returned phone calls as promised. Very poor customer service. My credit was not great but options for financing were not discussed. I believe I have been ignored because I found the vehicle listed $4,000 less on the Toyota website than what Tracy Toyota was asking. They immediately went to Toyota, made the correction but AFTER I printed the lesser price. Tracy Toyota knew they had to honor my copy of the price. They chose to ignore me and hold out for a better offer.

Tracy Toyota has been our worst experience with car dealers by far! We were well aware that under the Cars for Clunkers program Prius cars were being sold rapidly. We did our research online and called dealers to check if they had any Prius II in stock, prices, etc. Tracy Toyota was listing about 4 different ones on their website but we knew that dealers weren't able to update their online listings fast enough given the high number of customers they were having so, just like with all the other dealers, we called in advance to confirm what they had in stock.We talked to a woman in sales who told us that they had 4 Prius II in stock and that we could check this online. We told her we knew this but that we also knew that dealers weren't keeping websites up to date so we wanted to make sure. She assured us that they had that. We called a second time right before leaving our home and another lady assured us that they had 4 in stock.Thinking that the over 1 hour trip from San Jose to Tracy was worth it if they actually had a good inventory of Prius and for a lower price than any listed around here, we decided to make the trip right after hanging up with the second lady. When we get there they tell us that they only had a Prius IV that was going way over than any others we found around here. When we told the sales people that we were told they had 4 in stock and that is the only reason we made the trip they couldn't answer us but continued pushing for us to buy the Prius IV or look at other cars. We were never allowed to speak face-to-face to the two ladies that we spoke to over the phone and no one even apologized or tried to make up for the almost 3 hours we lost going there and coming back. At the end of the day we got a Camry Hybrid from the Toyota in Palo Alto. They had excellent customer service and did their best to keep payments within our budget. DON'T waste your time going to Tracy!! It is not worth it at all!

We entered the dealership and sked to test drive a Toyota Camery SE. Everything went very well until we returned from the test drive. At that point they asked for our car key, saying that they wanted to take a look even though we said that our trade was not worth much. Without our permission they drve off in our car and then returned. In the mean time we sad tat were interested in the car that we test drove and said that we were willing to pay x amount for it. Then we waited for 20+ minutes. When the sales manager returned he said that our current car was "worthless" and proceeded to give us a quote on the car that we test drove, completely ignoring our written offer. We had done our research and presented an offer based on the current market which was completely ignored. We were also berated for our current car and our objections to driving off in our car. This was a terrible experience.Previously we had left another car for service only to return and have nothing done at the end of the day even though it was supposed to be complete by mid day and we were never called.
