This dealership sold a used vehicle to my niece and have not followed through on a verbal contract to fix it if she found something wrong. She called the next day and they have done nothing but give her the run around. Very dissatisfied with the salesman and service center since they do not do what they promise. The sold her a vehicle that they knew had issues and took her money knowing full well that they were robbing her. Now they do not want to fix the problem because it will cost them too much. Basically she bought the car and the problems that came with it because they lied to her. We will file a dealer complaint and see where it goes from there. Shame on you!

I went in for service in my 2014 RAV4. Spoke with our sales person Rick Mobley for a few minutes and next thing I new we were signing paperwork on a new 2017 RAV4. Toyota of Goldsboro has a very outstanding salesperson and there is no other person like him. He is genuine with everyone.

From the time I arrived in the parking lot I was treated courteously and was shown concern for my comfort. I am disabled and this was much appreciated. They had a good selection of cars and I drove two different models of the Camry accompanied by a knowledgeable salesperson. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back there for my next car.

Always am greeted with a smile. Even the salesperson came over to speak to me for a bit after a couple years have passed. Other dealerships have not lived up to that. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new car to try out Toyota of Goldsboro. Its a great place to do business with.

I had a bad experience with this dealership twice the first time I traded in my car and they paid it off really late they told me it was a mistake they sent it to the wrong address! I had a late payment go against my credit! I thought ok it was just a mistake and a year later I traded that car in and they did it again they took a whole month to pay off my car! I called and called no one even returned my phone call! When they want you to buy a car they will call you right back but after you buy forget it no response! I finally talked to the salesmen about it! He apologized and offered me a tank of gas!!! That's not helping me at all I just wanted them to do what they were supposed to on their end very disappointing! I will not but another car from them EVER!!!

I drive from the Raleigh area to Toyota of Goldsboro. I pass other dealerships on the way. Why? Exceptional service from people I can trust! It's always worth the drive! I trust my advisor and always feel valued as a customer. The relationships are genuine and meaningful. I have been returning to this dealership since I lived in the area 20 years ago. I called the dealership inquiring about a used vehicle that was on the internet for sale. Was informed it was being sold as we spoke. The salesman, Tim Woodard didn't stop there and asked me what I was looking for, etc. He immediately told me he could put me in a brand new 2016 Highlander for that kind of terms. I was impressed and he suggested I come by that afternoon and pick up one to drive home and he would work on the rest. Never has a dealership offered this to me in the past. He didn't know me and I had never purchased a vehicle from here before. I typically have bought 2 vehicles from another Toyota Dealership in another town and they were in no way comparable to his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to have my business again. I actually stopped by there on my way to Goldsboro that very same day and they didn't even offer for me to test drive a vehicle. Anyway, when I arrived at Toyota of Goldsboro Tim had a 2016 Highlander sitting up front for me drive home. I only had to sign a permit to leave with it. Being my husband is a truck driver and could not go over with me this was great and he could look at it and drive it when he got home late that night. We went back over the next day after work and discussed terms with Tim and he immediately had it all worked out within 30-45 minutes and we drove it home in about 2 hours tops. I detest having to sit in a dealership for 1/2 day to a full day trying to purchase a vehicle and Tim proved to me that this wasn't the case at Toyota of Goldsboro. I have told all my friends and family what a wonderful experience and have referred them to Tim. I can honestly say he changed my mind in buying a vehicle. Next time we are ready to purchase we will go back to Toyota of Goldsboro. Thank you!!

Very good experience, however, I wish I had been given details on what services would be performed and the length of time it would take. Tim Woodard, the salesman that helped me couldn't have been better to work with. We dealt extensively by phone before I visited him at the dealership. I visited 4 different dealerships and bought from Kevin at Toyota of Goldsboro. I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry because it was the cleanest used car I have ever bought, as well as the nicest and most affordable of the other 3 I looked at. They also made the experience very comfortable for me and my family. I would recommend everyone shop at Toyota of Goldsboro!!

Worst car buying experience ever! This dealership is not only dishonest in its dealings they do not pay off your traded vehicle in a timely manner causing delinquencies in payments on your traded vehicle and they also do not complete required paperwork for the vehicle you finance. Both of these things caused the lenders (for traded vehicle & purchased vehicle) to call me due to their negligence. It took me at least 3 weeks after the finance companies notified me to gain any resolution to my issue - they took almost 45 days to pay off my trade which has never happened with any other dealership. Getting them to write a letter for me to send to the finance company citing THEIR error so that it would not be reported as a delinquency on my credit took another 5 days. The only reason I gave them one star was because of two of their staff (Tim B & NIck G) attempts to resolve these issues. If you want a honest & hassle free car deal DO NOT go to this dealership.

I bought a new 2015 Camry from this dealership after visiting another Toyota dealership in Jacksonville, N.C. They had no cars the colors I wanted on the lot.You cannot sell what you do not have. My son called Toyota of Goldsboro talked to Anthony Newell , told him what I wanted and he said I have two coming off the truck as we speak. We drove to Goldsboro, picked my car, made a deal, and I have a new Camry. It was a great experience.

I traded in a vehicle that I was still paying on bought a brand new Toyota Prius c they were supposed to pay off my vehicle and the bank still has not received full payment I have been gettingphone calls from collection agencies and I would not buy another vehicle from this place and recommend no one else if they are trading in a vehicle

I loved their showroom and felt welcomed when I walked in. I was helped with all my questions--and I had a bunch. I was ready to buy and they made my time go by quick. I enjoyed my test ride and that helped seal the deal of what I knew I wanted. I love my Camry! I would recommend this dealer, I am happy!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!I had dealt with this company for almost a month, trading in a vehicle for a newer 2013 model. This company sent a tow truck to my workplace to pick up the new car after they had kept my car for three weeks +. No one has any organization in this business, including the managers Duane, Nick and Richard. I had sent ALL the required paperwork for the bank not once but twice to the first salesman Chris, who was fired during this transaction for running my credit over 12 times then texting me and telling me that I was too much to deal with and not to buy from here just because he was trying to charge me way over the retail price on the new car. After the new vehicle was towed from my workplace, I was stranded at work 90 minutes from this company and they still had my original vehicle. I finally got to this dealership and all the managers there called the owner and they would not release my trade in vehicle that they had had for over three weeks! Two days later after I went to the magistrate and spoke with an attorney, the dealership brought my car to my workplace with a CRACKED WINDSHIELD and an empty tank of gas. We spoke to Duane and he informed us they would not be fixing our windshield because of the miles that we put on the newer car in the three weeks we had it (thinking the sale was finished correctly). Be very careful when dealing with these scam artists! They are unprofessional, rude and insensitive. They do not care about keeping a customer happy. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, where you ca be appreciated and satisfied with your car sale. The only one person that was great through this transaction was the second salesman we had named Cameron. I do have all emails, texts and recorded phone calls in case anyone needs prrof of this "most awful business experience of my life" I would be happy to provide it to anyone who askes. Trying to save another person from dealing with this horrific company that needs to be sued and shut down.

I purchased a new Camry at this dealership two years ago. Even though I had an appointment, I had to stand in line for 25 minutes just to check in at the shop when I dropped my car off for service and another twenty-five minutes when I went back to pick it up. Don't think they checked the air pressure in my tires as a few days later my tire light came on. When a mechanic checked, all of my tires were below the recommended amount of air. Also think those working there could be more friendly and courteous.

We have bought 9 cars from this dealership since 2007. Each time the service gets worse. If you do not mind being lied to and spending 2 hours or more for an oil change feel free to go there. We have bought our last car and have taken the one we have to them for the last time. Will never go back.

I had researched toyota prices and had gone to a local Toyota dealership. They were not acomidating to my buget needs they did not have the car I wanted and tryed to sell me a different car. I found Toyota of Goldsboro online and Tim Woodard contacted me about my inquiry. He was awsome he had the entire deal ready in 2 days and saved me 3,000. I drove 1hr from home for the purchase of my new car it was completely worth it. I highly recoomed him to anyone intrested in purchasing a Toyota.

I visited their website and submitted an inquiry about a car that I liked. I was contacted by Kevin White, via phone and email very persistently. I called Kevin back and he proceeded with a credit application. He explained that if Toyota could not assist me (due to my credit) then he would forward my information to another dealer (Goldsboro Auto Exchange) for possible financing. Well after giving Kevin all of my very personal and confidential information for the application, I have not heard anything back and this is week 3. Even if I was not approved, a simple common courtesy phone call would have been greatly appreciated. It's funny how car salesmen are very persistent with contact until they get all of your information and if the sale doesn't look promising, they leave you hanging! Not Good CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!

I was extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism in this dealership. My sales person took about 4 hours to finally offer me a very bad deal. I was very hesitant to accept it, so he pressured me in a very uncomfortable way to keep the car for the night to try it, when I said I didn't want to do that he said I should because since he thought I was going to buy it, he had already put in the gas, so he got it ready for the sale.... I mean... Seriously? That was his assumption, I shouldn't have to buy a car because he thought I would! The next day, on the phone, he talked to me in quite a rude way because I had started to change my mind about accepting his deal. I was very surprised that a sales person would take that attitude with a customer! So, I bought my car at a different Toyota dealership, I went back there a couple of days later to ask a couple of questions in the service center, and this sales person, for some strange reason, showed up there (the service center is quite far from the sales center) and started asking me, in a very pushy way, all the private details about the business I had done which I found very unprofessional, and, honestly, a little disturbing... He also changed all the details of the business he had offered me, to make it look as if I had lost a good deal with him... I still have his paper work, so I know exactly what he offered me! Then, to top it all off, I could hear him saying negative things about my purchase to his colleagues (and making sure that I would hear him), in short, trying to trash my wonderful new car! I knew I had gotten an excellent car for very good money, I had to bit my tongue to not say anything rude to him in front of his colleagues, but I couldn't believe how unprofessional this sales person had been throughout the whole process! It is a shame that one person makes a company look so bad, I will never purchase anything from this dealership, and I'm sorry to say I have made this decision based on the performance of one person, but I wouldn't take the chance to bring my hard earned money where people not only are not well-trained professional sales representatives, but are unfaithful to their own colleagues of other Toyota dealerships!!!

After a second attempt to but a new vehicle from this dealership over a 4 year period, I again wasted 3 hours or so of time.It was considered dropping back the price when a dealer add on was removed and credited back. There is pressure to sign and close the deal.I will never go back.

Internet Sales Manager would not provide a quote unless buyer would first provide pricing obtained from other dealerships in an attempt to beat the competitors. Not exactly an open bidding process. Would have expected a quote and then a negotiation process as all the other dealers have done.

Drove over an hour to buy a car from this dealership after initial call put me in touch with helpful salesman. They were able to sell me a car from another dealership cheaper than I was able to buy directly from that local dealership. We suggest to friends and family that they contact Goldsboro Toyota.

I would like to start by saying that this was the best time that my wife and I have ever had at a dealer while buying a truck. The sales person (Jamie Robinson) did not fail me in any way. He did just what he said he would do. He did not waste any of my time by making deals that he could not deliver on.I would recomend Toyota/Scion of Goldsboro to any one wanting to bue a Toyota and I would recomend them to ask for Jamie Robinson as their sales person.The finance guy (Danie Maness) gave me a lower rate than my own credit union. I like the way they do business. I did not mind driving an 1 1/2 hour to give them my business.David L. Sanders

We REALLY appreciated Jamie's straight-forward honesty and how easy it was to work with him. We were used to other dealers games and were relieved to find that he just plain doesn't play any. The dealership itself seemed very relaxed and easy-going, which helped us (and the 2 crazy kids we'd dragged along with us!). Bonus: they were all really good with the kids and seemed to take them in stride.

I honestly wasn't completely in the market for a new car this past weekend, but Jamie made the process so easy I couldn't resist buying it from him. We drove 80 miles to do business with him and Goldsboro Toyota. He basically asked me for my price on the new Highlander and my trade-in value desired, so I gave it to him....and he met it. So we had a deal within hours without having to step foot in the dealership. I would definitely buy from him again - too bad he is not closer to the Chapel Hill area.

I had become frustrated trying to deal with another Toyota dealer closer to my home. This lead me to contact Toyota of Goldsboro via their website. Jamie Robinson responded and answered my questions and responded promptly to my request for a bottom line price. My experience was very positive and I was able to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted.

My first contact with Jamie Robinson was in Oct 2010 when I was looking for a new car that was affordable and reliable. Jamie Robinson was by far the most professional, trustworthy, and caring salesman that I've ever met. He took the time to find exactly the car for me and my daughter. I was very impressed at how genuine and honest he was and that he wasn't just trying to put me in any car just to make a sale. The entire staff at Toyota of Goldsboro was very friendly and I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to Jamie! Even after I bought my car, he contacted me to make sure everything was going okay. I love my new Corolla and I'm glad that I was able to buy my first new car with Toyota of Goldsboro! Jamie was awesome!

Jamie Robinson was prompt, professional and responsive with good follow-through in his dealings with me when we first connected after my initial internet inquiry, during my visit to the Toyota of Goldsboro dealership, and throughout my interactions with him while making a decision about whether or not to purchase a new or used Toyota vehicle. As a result of a positive sales interaction, I felt comfortable enough to move forward with the purchase of a new Toyota Avalon from Jamie. My daughter accompanied me to this dealership and was pleased with my overall experience with Jamie Robinson and the other courteous dealership personnel we encountered. She is seriously considering the possibility of making an auto purchase from this dealership.

Went to toyota of Golsboro to purchase a Lexus. I knew what I wanted to pay for the car, I told them exactly what i expected. They out performed any dealer I have ever bought from. They let me take the car for as long as i wanted to test drive. It was the easiest car buying process I ever experienced... Thank you.

Have bought 2 cars from here in the last few months (1 pre-owned and 1 new). Both times teh experience was good and was a reason we returned the 2nd time. Overall the team worked well to get us what we wanted at a fair price. Jamie was our sales person the first time and was asked for the second time due to his willingness to help get us what we were looking for. Overall very good dealership.

I used this dealership to buy my first new car in 2008 and went back after the recall to trade up. Since I have bought my first care the sales and service people have been very nice to me, the call to make sure I like the car and that everything is running well. They even emailed me to let me know of upcoming services I might need for my car and promotions the dealership offered. When I bought my 2010 Yaris the beginning of this year the sales person, Jamie Robinson, talk to me about the difference in each car and what car would be best for me. He worked out a great deal for what I could actually spend at that time. Everyone in the dealership was always nice to me when I needed help, even up to this today. I would recommend everyone to this dealership for quality service and friendly people. I did have an issue but I got it resolve, and they one there worked their hardest to get it resolved as soon as possible. I plan on going back to Toyota of Goldsboro for my next car.

Lot sales person was the most high pressure obnoxious person I have encountered in my Life. Bunger, internet sales, is a total jerk. When told I was looking at other cars and dealers, this jerk said his time was MUCH TOO VALUABLE to waste since he was not assured a sale!Some months later when I foolishly bought a vehicle from this outfit, Mr, VALUABLE time jerk, Bunger, took 1/2 hour to answer page at PREARRANGED pick up time. Immediately thereafter, Mr Jerk disappeared for another 20 minutes. In total he wasted more than TWO hours of my time completing a 30 minute process.Unless you have unlimited time to waste,the patience of Joab and no interest in service, avoid this dealership
