It's evident they truly put the customer first. If your searching for a GREAT Cadillac dealership in the Houston area. You can't go wrong with Tom Peacock. Purchasing my vehicle two years ago was simple and maintaining it has been a breeze with their loaner program. Their service department is the best I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with many. Once again John Rezia was my salesman. Came in to have my car serviced had some time to kill so was looking around and John came by and said hello and if I needed anything let him know , so joking I said I need an upgrade if possible. He said well if you have a few minutes I can check everything out and see what I can do. He worked his magic and instead of picking my ATS up from service dept I left with a new XTS. This guy is one of the hardest working salesman I've ever known. He made us feel comfortable and made our car buying so easy . He's 2 for 2 with me and I'll definitely tell anyone friend or family Tom Peacock and John Rezai is the way to go!! I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks for the great experience!!

Darrell McCormick is the best service manager. He makes the service experience wonderful. My loner car is ready for me, he keeps me informed about my repair and any other repairs that might need to be done. I have bought my first cadillac 1999 and Darrell has been helping me ever since. I was acknowledged immediately and my car was taken in for service shortly thereafter. I waited for service to be completed in the quest waiting area and enjoyed refreshments. Was greeted by salesman who closed the sale on my car and other friendly personnel. My service agent explained the service steps taken and set the next date for service.

I choose to service my vehicle with Cadillac dealerships particularly Tom Peacock because first and foremost I drive a Cadillac and second because Tom Peacock is close to home. However, my experience Is leading me to search other service options. Attention to detail is most important and in out last service call I found the sticker for oil change to be crumbled up and thrown on the floorboard.

We love the professionalism of the dealership. Anders in the service department is always very helpful when I call with a service problem. Alvis is the service department went above and beyond by delivering my vehicle back to us. The service delivery department has always delivered or pickup my vehicle in the time frame appointment. Our salesman was John Rezai. He was very professional and just a sweet, kind gentleman. He was very busy that day with other customers but he made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I called Tom Peacock Cadillac on the phone and requested a sales specialist to talk to about setting up a time to look at the 2016 SRX in stock that same afternoon . I was connected to Leonard Young, Internet Sales Specialist, who graciously offered his assistance that very day. When I arrived he asked me what features I wanted in a vehicle and then showed me both 2016 SRX and 2017 XT5 and provided me with comparative information on both vehicles. My time was limited that day so I test drove only the XT5 and Mr. Young was very helpful in providing me with information about the vehicle. I returned the following day with my wife and, with Mr. Young's assistance, test drove the 2016 SRX and we later decided to lease an SRX with the features we both wanted. Mr. Young explained and set up many of the technical features in the SRX for us which was of tremendous help as we had not purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years. He also showed us the dealership's service center and offered his personal assistance whenever we might need it. I would HIGHLY recommend Leonard Young at Tom Peacock Cadillac for courteous and comprehensive sales assistance and customer service.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Spear was my service advisor and was very courteous and helpful. He got my vehicle right in and even completed recall work that needed to be done. The staff was friendly. Ed Stewart came and with me while i was waiting for my vehicle . I was able to view at new XTS that i was interested in. Feels like family at this dealership!

I contacted Peacock Cadillac by internet and promptly received a listing of the 2015 and 2016 SRX that was in stock from Leonard Young who was the internet specialist for the dealership. I contacted him by telephone and informed him I would be in the dealership sometime on Saturday, APRIL 2, 2016. Upon our arrival Mr. Young reviewed what our desire was and then placed us in an SRX to test drive. After the test drive we decided time was getting late and he offered to let us take the vehicle home for further evaluation. To say the least Mr. Young and the dealership treated us fareily and honestly and we were delighted to find such a great deal on the 2015 SRX. We concluded the purchase on the following Monday and were completely satisfied with Mr. Young and Peacock Cadillac

I went in to purchase another car. I bought a 2015 ATS in May, and wanted to trade it in for a 2014 or 2015 CTS. The sales person and sales manager could not assist me, due to new ATS not holding its value. Their excuse was Cadillac did not know that the car would not sale, therefore the trade in is almost 18k below what I paid for the car in May. And this is after my trade in was not upside down, and I put 6k down. So now they are telling me I need at least 10k to break anywhere close to reasonable. What poor excuse .....

We lease our vehicle & have always enjoyed our service experiences with Tom Peacock. I can't speak to service prices, as most of our visits are for covered items, but typically they are reasonable based on the caliber of vehicle. This visit was for an oil change. I wasn't greeted as quickly as I have been in the past, but there was only one service tech & he was very helpful when he arrived. Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to the lady at the check-out lane are helpful, friendly & quick with the smiles. Can't beat warm, free cookies & coffee either!

I recently worked with Leonard Young, Jr. in purchasing a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. He constantly keep me up to date on the expected delivery of my new vehicle from the GM plant in Arlington, Tx. My Eacalade needed to be ordered and Leonard even called the factory twice to check on the production schedule and how things were progressing. What a GREAT car buying experience at Tom Peacock Cadillac! My car was totaled and my rental had to be returned by the weekend. I saw the Cadillac ATS commercial and was undecided if I should go in for a test drive. I have NEVER owned a Cadillac and always thought it was for old people. So I jump online and did a little research. The price was phenomenal, so I inquired online and within a few minutes received a call from the internet department who transferred me to Verdona. She was very friendly and explained to me their prices and eligibility for savings. It was still a great deal so I scheduled an appointment for a test drive for that afternoon. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted with a very u pbeat, beautiful smile and cheerful salesperson name Verdona who took her time showing me the car. At no point did I feel pressured or intimidated. Our entire conversation I let her lead because I wasn't planning on buying today. The General Manager, Steve came over and introduced himself and thanked me for stopping by, he was super nice, and welcomed me to Tom Peacock Cadillac. After that Verdona took me on a tour of their service Department , NEW car warehouse and offered me a drink from the Cadillac Cafe. I was blown away with the entire process that I decided to purchase TODAY. She wrapped up all paperwork and introduced me to Juan. Juan didn't smile much but got me my 4.0% financing and that's all that mattered. Once I was finish in finance my car was completely detailed plus, a full tank of gas for my travel. She gave me a Cadillac bag and a Cadillac key charm. The process was efficient and quick and I drove away with my new car in less than 3.5 hours. This dealership deserves 5 stars and I will be back for sure. Thank you

Fast, accurate, friendly, complete. When our car would not start in our parking garage, I called the service dept at Peacock and they told me to call road side assistance. The first thing the lady at road side svc said was, "Are you in a safe place?" An incredible question. After explaining our situation, she assured me that a service tech would be on the way. Within 30 minutes, he arrived and installed a new battery and we were on our way. We are extremely pleased.

A couple of weeks prior to our visit to Tom Peacock Cadillac, my husband visited another Cadillac dealership closer to our home. We were disappointed that a) they had no inventory, although their website indicated they did, and b) my husband was treated poorly - much less than we would have expected from a Cadillac representative. Expanding our search, we visited Tom Peacock Cadillac. From the time we drove onto the lot to the time we left the lot, we were treated with respect. We were immediately greeted by a Sales Consultant from pre-owned vehicles who introduced himself, inquired about our visit, and promptly introduced us to new vehicles Sales Consultant, Richard Bluiett. Richard worked hard and went the extra mile to ensure 'my' wishes were met and our purchase was a success. Our Business Manager, Greg Asher, was friendly, knowledgeable and even took the time to educate us on a couple of things. Through all the impressive actions by Tom Peacock's staff, I was even more impressed, and appreciative, that General Manager, Steve Hainline, took the time to walk outside, introduced himself, and shake our hands before we drove away in our beautiful new 2015 Escalade! That added element of Tom Peacock's professionalism and hospitality incorporated a warm, personal touch that stated, "You're family." This dealer is the most unproffesional dealer I have ever dealt with. I went in to try to purchase a used vehicle I saw through their website. First of all they gave me the run around on saying the price they had online for that vehicle was a mistake, than they tried to tag on a $1,200 "reconditioning fee" on top of the negotiated sales price. That is straight up ridiculous!. This is a 2013 car with low miles I was trying to purchase, what makes them think it would cost $1,200 to recondition a vehicle like this. Also, you dont just try to sneak in some additional amount onto the sales price you had already agreed to sell it for and then say oh, is company policy. Let me tell you this is BS and you guys are full of it. Most reputable dealerships will include their "reconditioning fee" on the sales price of their vehicles, bottom line! Arrived at 8:30 am. Was told that service would take about 1 hr. Waited in waiting area and left to go to ladies room and to talk to salesman. Back to waiting room and waited until 11:30am. Went in to ask how much longer and was told "we called your name a long time ago". Received papers left after 3 hours. My question is why if someone is not there when called they don't call again after a reasonable length of time? It was my first service call and did not leave a good impression.

I had a coupon for an oil change, costing $79.99 plus tax, for synthetic oil.That is a good price and I like that you wash and vacuum the car, plus air the tires for me, too! Problem - First, this dealership usually does exceptional, and this encounter was inline, except for the charges.I was in San Antonio a couple of weeks ago and dropped my car off at Cavender Cadillac. Ray Trejo, my advisor, did well. I had four lights changed, two little white lights and the 2 turning lights (the passenger turning light worked, but understanding the labor it takes to get to the bulbs, I thought it was a good idea just to change them all. Two days after leaving San Antonio, returning to Houston, I noticed that one of my yellow turning bulbs was not working. I called Ray, he stated that I had a 12 month warranty and to take it to any Cadillac dealership and show your invoice where from Cavender.Peacock Cadiallac, took me in, and resolved my issue in a matter of a few hours - great. Then they told me I had a $150 invoice due to something with the wiring. Interesting enough, the bulb that burned out, was the only one that was actually working - but I assume it was replaced as well.Why did I have to pay $150 to fix the problem, again?Dr. J.D. Castleps - love Cadillac...

I was reminded by the General Manager that this is a Premium Dealership , I guess that means Lie Cheat and Steal , the used Car portion is the worst ever seen ! They ran all the numbers , promised several things never given , I started to leave when another salesman said as is no make ready , then told all would be repaired. Well do not believe a word they say , it is all lies . I bought a high priced Junk that had been in an unreported front end collision bad enough for headlights to come on by themselves , front end is shot , My advice is stay away from these cheats , an employee explained , something he did not mean to do but his resume made it online and boy did he tell it right , they add on all sorts of hidden items and after paying for Tax Title and license in cash , it turned up in my payments along with a letter claiming that since I had a freeze put on Experian way back do to ID theft , I found out the 1.9% interest rate I was told I qualified for with a score at 800 with the other 3 created ratings all above 800 or just below , payments jumped from $230 for 36 months up to $285 for 48 months ! I had to refinance and at that time all their affiliates trying to sell me one thing or another called 7 times knocking my credit scores down , this after receiving a nasty letter from then claiming my credit was not good enough . They lied so many times and the car is Junk , that was a good dealership but not anymore , I am too mad to write , STAY AWAY from Tom Peacock

I have a great experience with the service department. My issue is with the 2013 ATS. It has a rough idle. I didn't experience this when I test drove the car. This is a terrible representation of the Cadillac experience. I have had close friends with Cadillac and I always wanted one because of the smooth running of the Cadillac experience. When I drove in, I explained the issue, within 20 minutes, I was in a loaner and on my way home...SWEET! The Repair Dude called me and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. John looks after me as if I am family. I am so lucky to have him as my service advisor. He quickly called me back and told me to bring the car right in. He let me know that it would have to be there overnight and took me straight over to Tiffany to get a car. She remembered me and this took less than 30 minutes of my time and I was off! When he called early the next day I was surprised that Kity2 (my car) was ready that quickly. I told him I was at work and would be there after 4. He let me know that was fine and what time you guys closed. I can never say too much about Ms Carol. She seems to be a seasoned employee that still enjoys her job to the highest. I love all of her "Quotes" by her desk--they make you think! Even though I did not want this car (it was my husbands idea that I needed a new car), I am sure glad my husband picked this dealership.

The atmosphere in this dealership is much more relaxed. We had some confusion at first and left after 4 hours of trying to get the right vehicle. The sales department came back and made it right by delivering the vehicle that we wanted to us, and then brought the paperwork for us to sign to my place of work so that we did not have to come back and sit in the dealership. Ricco was great, found me exactly the car I wanted. I am however, not satisfied that my Odometer reading said "3" and I questioned it at finance and he said it was "close to that, maybe 8" and it was actually above 250. Wouldn't matter at all if it wasn't a lease. As a matter of principal, you should require all of your documents to be accurate and not try to make everything quick. Ricco said he talked to the associate in finance, but was not able to give me an answer as to how it would be (or if it would be!) corrected. I would absolutely recommend Ricco and appreciate his patience and communication, but I would warn them to review the information in finance personally.

I was a little disappointed when I called for an appointment and was transferred three times before I reached the person who could actually make the appointment. By that time I really didn't feel like repeating " I have a 2013 ATS with 8000 miles and I need to set up my first service". My sales representive, Mr. McCulloch (Wyatt) was very knowable and patient as he explained how an automobile could be leased at the dealership. As I had the opportunity to drive the car to be leased, he was very patient and answered each question in a way that I could understand. When the leasing process was finished, Mr. McCulloch took the time to not only show me how my new Cts system worked, he taught me how to use all the buttons are used. I love my new car, and when time comes to turn the CTS in, I would definitely would like Mr. McCulloch to be my sales person. It is a pleasure to do business with Tom Peacock Cadillac. I explained my problem with my car and while listening to me he suggested additional maintenance since my mileage indicated it was time. Mr. McCormick also advised that while they were repairing my vehicle he would provide me with a loaner vehicle and he would call me and keep me up dated on the progress.Even though my vehicle had a problem, my experience with Mr. McCormick and Tom Peacock was excellent. Arrived at 6:50am and I was met by Mr. John Fisk, who walked around the vehicle and pointed out 2 missing chrome pieces while taking information about why I had brought the car in. Then Ms. Tiffany (Loan Car) took our information and was very cheerful at 7am on a Friday. Came to pick our car up later that afternoon and could not have had a better experience. We live 3 hours away from Tom Peacock and drove the miles and time to get the Tom Peacock experience we had when we purchased the car. Keep up the good work, and please thank the mechanics, we don't get to meet them, but they fixed the problems.

I needed a battery and windshield wiper blades. I arrived at the service department at 3:30 pm and waited less than 2 minutes before Darell came out to write me up. I told him what I had found on your website regarding batteries so he called the guy to see if you had the gold model that I wanted. They did, so he was working up the price and offered 50% off the 135.00 hour labor charge. I showed him (pulled the page up on my Kindle) that your website had 24.95 installation on the battery so he gave me that price. Ya`'ll should give customers the sale prices without us having to request them, by the way. Then he quoted me SEVENTY DOLLARS for new wiper blades, explaining that they were all one piece and they would install them free (I would hope so...not free when the blades cost more than double the cost of the competition at comparable quality). I did not go with the Chanel wiper blades. I went to the waiting area and was on my way after a little over an hour and 186.00 bill. My car was washed and vacuumed and tires spiffed up with something and looked great! Darryl, Ricardo on the phone, receptionist and all other employees were super-pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would have liked to have left with blades, but could not in any way justify that price. I always like coming to your service department because from beginning to end because it is pleasant, but you people need to be more competitive on pricing. If I would have paid full labor, that battery would have cost me $296.00. What kind if sucker pays $300.00 for a battery???? I don`t have a good financial situation because I waste money, nor do I use lowest bidder for questionable quality possibilities. Moderate middle is where I look. We have two Cadillacs so I would like to use the dealership, as you are an outlier to the good in quality work and Customer Service, but the fact that your pricing is an outlier to the bad prevents me from doing so. I do love my beautiful car and I do thank Cadillac for that!!!

The experience with Tom Peacock Cadillac and Rick Anchondo was a nightmare. I would NOT recommend anyone to go and purchase a vehicle from Tom Peacock a long as Rick Anchondo is the Director of Sales. Rick is nothing but a typical new car salesman and is condescending towards his customers. His exact remarks to me as a customer while negotiating a price was "if you cannot afford a $500 payment, then you don't deserve to drive a Cadillac". He wasted two days for me and when the time came to finally make the deal, he reneged and refused to sell me the car on the terms his salesman and I had been discussing. I would sincerely ask everyone to go visit Ron Carter Cadillac and NOT Tom Peacock only because of Rick Anchondo. Someone at Tom Peacock Cadillac needs to look into his customer dealings, courtesy and service.

All good - Only comment is that the Dealership and "On-Star" give some "conflicting info" on WHEN oil should be changed.On-Star began "notices" when Oil life was about 25 % Dealer kept telling me to run it down to 10 % or less. Finally got the oil changed at about 20% (5,800 miles)I think someone should get these guys on the same page!!

The only thing that has kept me in this car is the friendly and professional service of Rick Rawlings. You guys have had this car numerous times for the same problem and have kept it for 4-5 weeks at a time. After the loaner car returned to the dealership, I was told it had a bent rocker panel. The car was delivered to me, and it was never driven while in my custody. I was asked if it was caused by me. The dealership should improve their loaner car inspection before delivering it to the customer. Possibly, the flaw could have occurred during the "pick-up and delivery" trips.

I wish I hadn't purchased a car from here. The sales team was rude and disrespectful to me. I had to return multiple times to the dealership because things were missing from the car. They repeatedly ignored my phone calls and never returned my messages. They did not act like they appreciated my business. I expected by buying a luxury car that I would have a luxury experience but I did not. The car is great but the customer service is atrocious. Not what I would have imagined from Cadillac. Next time I will take my money elsewhere.

Purchased a pre owned Cadillac from another Dealership but brought it in to Cadillac to have window tint done and they recommended we go ahead and do an oil change and tire rotation as well as a multi point inspection just to be sure everything was up to date. The staff immediately set me up in a Courtesy Car and treated us so nicely. We did have to go back to the other Dealership we had purchased the vehicle from for some other issue and let's say it was not a Cadillac Dealer. Tom Peacock treats you like Royalty compared to other Dealerships.

I called Tom Peacock Cadillac to inquire about used car they were advertising on line. I spoke with Justin Zak who not only made sure the car was available but OFFERED TO BRING IT TO MY WORK SO I COULD LOOK AT IT!! That is going above and beyond in my book. He let me drive the car over night so I could make sure it was the right one for me, I have to say this car was in the best condition of any I looked at in the same price range and that was about 6 or 7 over a months time at several dealers. I called Justin to let him know I would be interested in working a deal on this car. When I got to the dealership most of the time consuming elements were already taken care of by Justin. I was in and out in 2 hours (a personal record for me). Signing the paperwork was the longest wait and even that was FAST! While I was waiting I ventured out to the used car lot and browsed a bit. I was surprised to find EVERY car and truck I look at looked to be in amazing shape. It's nice to see a dealer who actually cares about the cars they sell. This is a first class organization all the way thanks Tom Peacock Cadillac and Justin for make this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made!

On 9/5/2013 I purchased a Mercedes 2006 S class for asking price. I could not test drive the car because it was in the service dept. being inspected. My salesman, Chad, told me "I had better jump on it because it is a great car and has had a number of calls on it"....so I did. I took delivery of the pristine "looking" Mercedes the next day, still with no inspection sticker and an empty gas tank. I sent out an email that same day addressing 7 items that needed to be addressed including a loud grinding noise from the engine compartment and a severe overall vibration. I was told by Mike U. the Used Car Manager who, btw, is no longer there, that those noises were because it had 130,000 miles on it. Right!! This is not my only Mercedes Mikey!! When challenged, he said that is what the service manager told him. BOTTOM LINE: Mercedes Benz North did over $6,500.00 worth of life-threatening repairs to the drivetrain, replaced all engine and transmission mounts, tie rods, valve cover gaskets, rear main seal, traverse control arm, front end alignment and replaced the AC compressor. SERIOUS STUFF! The car was unsafe to drive and should never been sold. When trying to settle with Tom Peacock Cadillac I was denied what was previously promised and told by GM Steve Hainline, per new Used Car Manager Josh Parker, that "my ship had sailed" and that I had signed a "Sold As IS" Disclosure Agreement. Not even an apology!! This is far from over.......

My experience was superb.. Mr. Ed Stewart was my salesperson and made sure that I had what I wanted and needed, he did not rush me, but rather made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. He made sure that I knew how to operate my car and answered all of my questions to the point that I had no questions even after I got home. Mr. Alvin Williams was the finance person and made sure that I understood all aspects of the financing, warranties and made sure that I was happy with my payments. I visited another Cadillac dealer on the same day that I bought my new SRX from Tom Peacock. I will not name that dealer... Let me say that I love my SRX and the Personal attention we were given during the sales process. Tom Peacock needs to have their Sales people (Rasheed an Ladonna) outsource their Professionalism and Talents to other Cadillac dealerships. The dynamic duo as I see them, went to work and treated ME as if I was the FIRST Cadillac customer to walk into Tom Peacock of all times! Wow! One of our cars, a 2009 Cadillac CTS, was brought in to get a repair, and after the repair was complete, we were given the opportunity to drive the new Cadillac ATS. WORST Car experience ever. Not sure about buying a new car, I'm sure they may be better than the Pre-Owned vehicles personnel. DON'T EVER BUY A PRE-OWNED ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Came down $500 on price but then when I was signing paper work, I see a "Dealer Prep" fee of $299.00. I was pissed because in otherwords, they took off $500 but then added back $300. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO PAY FOR "DEALER PRE" AND ESPECIALLY $300. All the other dealerships we didbusiness never charged this and still always filled up with gas and detailed inside and out. After a lenghty discussion they took it off but when we picked up the black truck,it had only 1/2 tank of gas and it hadn't been washed. Finger prints all other and smudges. No extra key and they say because it is "as is". Also, was going to do someother repairs and never heard back from them. Horrible, Horrible!! I will tell everyone I know. Used Car Manager is very shady.

I walked in looking for a used CTS but left with a brand new ATS thanks to my sales lady Stacey, she was very polite and knowledgeable about the car, as fo the service i recently came to get an oil change, I didn't have an appointment but they still managed to get me in and out of their in a brief amount of time. First off I purchased my Escalade from Tom Peacock a month ago and was extremely pleased with their service and the process. They worked diligently to insure they were meeting my needs. However this review is related to my first service visit to have Mug Guards installed on my Escalade. We drove down from San Antonio and the staff was very attentive through the whole process. Because we were just driving in we had all our luggage in the truck so the young ladies in the loaner department went out of their way to find us an Escalade loaner to accommodate us. I plan on doing all my business with this dealership in the future. Its worth making the three hour drive from San Antonio because I know they will take excellent care of me and my vehicle. My entire experience with Tom Peacock Cadillac has been a great one, starting with my salesman, Kelly Baker who bent over backwards to get me into the car I wanted, to Darrel McCormick which made my oil change (which I always dread) a pleasant one. I never had to leave my house, and my oil was changed, tires rotated, vacuumed, washed, topped off with gas, and I even received a $50 VISA gift card. Now that's customer service!

This is the best car dealership I have ever encountered in my 68 years! From the deal to post-deal service they have done nothing but impressed me. The Cadillac SRX we purchased is a great vehicle. The entire dealership demonstrates a professional atmosphere. I was impressed with the welcoming vibe that began as soon as I turned on the property. Mr. Rodney Williams was a great salesman and he offered regal customer service. I did not feel pressured however he clearly made me aware of all my options. I went in on 03/01/13 to get a part for an friend who owns a CTS. I was approached by LaDonna asking me about the part. I told her the part was for a friend and I did not have a car. LaDonna asked me and my boyfriend for 20 minutes of our time and she guaranteed that she could get me in a car. We filled out the application and waited a few hours and she came back and told us to return the part and call and get some insurance. The deal was for a 2013 CTS. I called and paid for full coverage insurance. We then were sent over to financing to sign paperwork, which is what we did. We were handed keys and we left. As of today we have been to that dealership every week because they are asking for different documents. I found out on 03/23/13 that the deal has not been finalized. I tried calling the finance company and they cannot locate me or my boyfriend. I have been calling the dealership everyday and can't talk to anyone. I do not know what is going on with the deal. Oh! I also gave them $1500 for a down payment, which they have cash the check and it has cleared on my account.

I was extremely satisfied with my recent service experience with Tom Peacock Cadillac. My ATS needed a CUE software update. The only day I could take my car up to the dealership was on a Saturday, so Diana and Wayne worked together to come pick up my car from my job (a far drive) during the week, leave me with a loaner, and then drop off my car after it was ready, on the same day no less! On top of that, my car was washed and cleaned, filled with gas, AND I was provided a gift card for the inconvenience! My Cadillac ATS purchase was already great, the service I received is icing on the cake! Keep up the EXCELLENT work!

1. Salesperson did not know how to change the dial on the radio let alone bigger user questions.2. 90 days later and they still have not called about my license plates. When the first paper ones expired and i went to ask about what to do, they claimed that they had no record of me.3. Called to set a required Cadillac service appointment.....got a voice mail in service, left a message and never got a return call.4. A survery from Cadillac asked if the dealer explained various different things about the car including if they've sent a technician to my house to properly install the garage opener. About 50% of the benefits I had no idea were available/offered.5. A follow up phone call would have resolved about 80% of the many questions I still have but once they sell you a car, you are on your own.Buyer beware of Tom Peacock Cadillac. They are not the "high end" dealership that Cadillac dealerships should be.

The Customer Service Team at Tom Peacock Cadillac. has been one of the best that I have dealt with in my car buying experience. They don't push you into buying just their cars, they give you all the time you need to make up your mind. I really like the atmosphere there when buying a vehicle. The initial visit is WONDEFUL, but once they make the deal the great service faded away. The finance Manager Josh was very unfriendly. He failed to fully go over my contract at signing. He rushed me through the signing and when I asked him to further explain he did not. There was also a young lady who monitored the snack area, she was very unfriendly. A friend and I asked her to help because the coffee was low. She acted like she did'nt even hear us. then I asked her again and she got this ugly attitude and frowned for no apparent reason. I had to learn about the many benefits my contract offered through the internet. And thank God for Onstar, they also explained more of the benefits I had. I've gone in several times since my purchase and discovered that customer servic is just poor. I have decided to go to another cadillac dealer for service. I will never refer anyone to this dealership. I would like to add that my salesman was great despite what I experienced with others.

My wife and I purchased a new CTS in June from Tom Peacock. It took nearly 7 hours to complete a cash purchase. It went downhill from there. The delivery person of the car to our home did not inform us of the features of the car as we were told would happen. The personal belongings from our trade in were not delivered as promosed. In fact, they were lost. It was an overall disappointing experience. I would never recommend to anyone to purchase a vehichle from this dealership.

Just leased a CTS for $12,000 and I'm thrilled to pieces with it. I've been driving the same Chevy Cavalier since just out of college, and I'm so excited to have my first luxury car. And to think in a couple of years, when the new has worn off, I can just turn it in and get another one! At first I wasn't sure if leasing was a good idea, but after I added up the miles I put on my car, I was better off leasing than buying. George was SOOOOOO patient and helpful, and made everything incredibly easy. See you in 2 years George :)

Bought a certified used CTS - finance sold my wife diability insurance ($1500.00) that was never actiated. Paid car off early - visited dealership for refund - told they would apply it toward principal - never happened - paid car off - approaching one year since purchase - still can't get my money refunded. Lots of promises - not action. Beware of after the sale service - it doesn't exist.

BEWARE!! Tom Peacock is advertising that you can purchase a new fully loaded CTS for $12,000 cash. This advertisement was aired on TV and if you call both the receptionist and sales person, they will tell you there is no catch, that the car is yours for $12,000 cash upfront....BUT THERE IS A CATCH. The $12,000 is a one pay on a lease and you will have to trade in the car after 3 years or pay the full amount of the vehicle's worth (which wasn't disclose to us right away, it require continuing questioning of the salesman on why the dealership was selling CTS for $12,000). The sales person tried to still tell us that this wasn't a "lease" but obviously this is a REALLY BIG FALSE ADVERTISEMENT CAMPAIGN. I hope you don't waste your time at this dealership or get duped getting a CTS and find out later that you have to return the car!!
