I was very disappointed that a brand-new MKC would have a battery that went bad so quickly! Major inconvenience, yet the dealer was able to correct it quickly. Thank goodness for roadside assistance.

I arrived with my MKZ tire pressure light on. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the problem was examined and I was told that a new tire was needed. I was told that it would take approximately two hours and did I need a loaner car. I was given a MKC. Approximately two hours later I received a phone call stating my car was ready. Excellent Service and a job well done. In addition, while I was sitting in the waiting room I submitted my email address to win movie tickets. I was contacted later in the week that I had won. I leased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ in August 2015. The delivery was outstanding and the car has been great. I brought the car in January 2016 for routine maintenance service, and I was in and out quickly. The car was fully serviced and washed. Thank you for providing excellent service.

I needed a loaner because my car was going to be in service all day. The service department set up an appointment for when there was a loaner available. I was greeted with a smile by everyone I had contact with in the service department. I was called when the car was ready which was earlier than expected. When I went into pick it up again everybody was very friendly. It made me feel very welcome and that my business was important.

Informed that car service was done ~ 12:20 p. I did not leave the service area until 1:45 p. Did I mention I had a 7:15 am appointment for my 2011 MZK hybrid 80,000 mile service? Apparently, once the paperwork is turned in, it is no longer Damyn's concern as he never spoke to me again even as I stood in the service area trying to find my car for over 35 min. My experience at the dealership was pretty good. I didn't have to wait long to get processed, and the oil change and air filter replacement went pretty smoothly. The coffee and snacks in the waiting room was a plus, and wifi in the business center was helpful. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to other Lincoln owners.

Lincoln MKC. Service was great, especially since I had no appointment. Car died had to get a jump, so I took it in the next business day to have it checked. Star checked all systems, changed the oil, rotated the tires and washed it...all in about an hour! Service advisor was great!

After hearing about the Star treatment in your TV commercials, we happy to receive the Star treatment in the service department through Thomas and Jim. Unfortunately, we could not afford to pay for the resolution to restore our 2010 Mariner to working order at that time. Coincidentally, a 2010 Mariner with less mileage and more options provided another opportunity to experience the Star treatment in the previously owned vehicle department through the sales manager. We were able to trade our vehicle for the new Mariner and we're happy with it. We happily recommend Star Lincoln to everyone that wants great service and great deals.

The staff was helpful and made sure my time in the body shop was limited. Parts had been ordered and they were ready to work on the car when I brought it in. Dan also arranged for the service that was due on the car and both service and repairs were done in a timely fashion so I didn't have to go over the weekend with the rental. I must also comment that the Sonata I was given as a rental from Enterprise made me love my Lincoln even more than I did before this experience. Didn't think that was possible. Thanks to Dan and his staff for an excellent job!

I was really impressed by the excellent service I received at Star Lincoln. From the first call, Mr Hyde built a trust that rarely found in any dealership. He was very knowledgable of the product and he acted in the best interest of me. Mark Coldwell was a pleasure to deal with. At first i thought he just didn't seem interested in selling my wife and I the Volvo XC90 we were looking at because there was NO pressure at all from him. It felt a little weird from past car salesman i have dealt with, not used to not being pressured! There were a couple issues with the vehicle we wanted fixed before purchasing so he said he would get them fixed and call us later in the week. Well after a week we went back and purchased the vehicle with the things fixed that we wanted at an even lower price then we had thought we could get it for. Purchasing went smooth and fast. Pleasure to deal with and would definitely purchase from Star Lincoln again.

I have a Ford Edge and did not think I could bring my Ford Edge to a Lincoln dealership for service.When I arrived, my first point of contact with a service representative was AWESOME. He was friendly and professional. I was introduced to a few of the serviceman and also found them to be friendly and professional. Big Otis (as he is called), is phenomenal.The waiting area was clean and amenable for me to work on my electronic devices. It was nice that the salesman talked to me -a woman-directly about the car that was a consideration for me. In the past,salesmen tend to speak to the man and ignore the woman even though he was told the car was for the woman.The salesman was knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations of everything about the car. I purchased a Lincoln MKZ 2015. The staff who helped us complete the paperwork was efficient and friendly. We did not deal with any other staff.

It is the Lincoln MKZ. Service was good. Staff helpful. Richard Wolf took a lot of time with us. I love the car. I wasn't sure about understanding things...BUT Richard spent a lot of time with me and my husband about the amazing technology in the car. He also was kind enough to come to our home to get the garage door to open. I have told some of our friends how nice Richard is and, perhaps, they might buy a car there at Star Lincoln.

Richard Wolf was again excellent to work with. He arragned for me to test drive several models. He helped me understand the differences in models, which made it easier to choose the right car. When I picked it up, he made sure i understood the different opperating systems and sync my phone.

Paul Kuhn (I hope I spelled your last night Paul) really helped find the automobile that I requested. What impressed me the most is that he was patient and explained the automobile to me in detail, and he knew the car. In the past nobody ever sat with me and explained my car. He is top notch. The only thing that I would do different is come in and spend more time with my salesperson. I chose to handle my purchase via telephone and is was not beneficial to me. Due to the fact that my credit report is protected by fraud, the dealership made many attempts to release my report. There were 7 attempts and it automatically reduced my credit score which was in the 700's to 32 points lower making me a medium risk instead of a low risk customer. I would definitely come back to the dealership, but next time handle everything face to face to make sure that this does not happen again. Thank you and I really am enjoying my new car. And I will be back.

Tim Martin was amazing. Seems like all the corporate people at Ford/Lincoln are still pushing the 2014s, but Tim worked overtime to find me a 2015 with the color and model that I wanted. I also told him, I'd like to keep my lease payment around the same price as my 2012 MKZ. He, and the rest of the staff there, were able to work to get me the discounts I needed to get my lease within a few dollars of what I was paying. Awesome job!

My sales man, Richard Wolf, was amazing! He immediately offered to assist me. I was under time constraints and knew what requirements I wanted in a vehicle. He was fast, no nonsense, and super accommodating. Richard was honest, informative and worked with what I needed and my limitations. I have already referred friends to him. I love my car too! It's beautiful, drives great and Richard offered to help me with the technology as he offers seminars which I will most definitely attend! The process was easy and the salesman, Dean Silver, took the time to listen to what our requirements were for a new vehicle. He took the time to search and bring a vehicle onto your lot that met our criteria. We made arrangements to go out to inspect it and test drive the vehicle. After the test drive we finalized the deal. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted, including the options and color but could not seem to locate the vehicle. Mr. Silver did the leg work for me and made the effort to just bring it to the dealership for me to view, saving me time and money in running around town looking.

The first class customer experience starting with several available parking spaces right in front of the entrance, ad then from the reception, the very professional Sales Consultant (in our case Paul Kuhn), the test drive, the closing, the delivery. From beginning to the end a first class experience. Says a customer with six cars in the household (of which three Mercedes) who goes through this process all the time at several different brands. The Lincoln Star experience is so much better than at a dealership of so called "luxury brands" like BMW and Mercedes.

I was looking forward to purchasing a infinity fx35 from Mike the Manger!! I pick the vehicle up at 11am to take to my mechanic to over see the vehicle I pay $90 for this service. I return back to the dealership at 4pm. Mike inform me that someone came in the time frame the vehicle was in my possession and purchase the vehicle out right in cash and, I couldn't purchase this car...I was completely Devastated!!! This was I whole day wasted!! Everything check out well with this car I was going to buy it I was so excited driving back to take my car home this day, but to get back n hear how he was going to mis handle me he was not professional.Stay clear away from this salesman he plays Dirty!!

Just picked up my MKZ yesterday and it was a pleasure working with Glenn. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Glenn really worked hard to make sure I got the features I wanted. When I was leaving I noticed two small scuff marks on the back trunk area and Glenn jumped in and came back ten minutes later with a shiny, scuff free exterior. I would recommend Star Lincoln and ask for Glenn.

I bought a car from them and nothing wrong with it, after I paid them and I was getting ready the next day to pick up the car, they messed up one of the headlights ,there was water in it. I told them at the same day why there is water in i?t, they said "the water will go away in a couple of days, if not bring it back", I talked to them after one week and they said it is not our problem, we can't fix it for you!!! By the way, the price of the headlight is over $1000. I don't recommand anyone to buy from them, they lie!!

Being a year out of college and looking for my first lease I often get treated like a kid while car shopping. This dealership was no exception. I find myself to be a pretty smart young adult being a CPA at a public accounting firm downtown. I called asking for a quote, if possible around 300 a month. The salesman on the phone quoted me for a MHz at 320 and said they could work on some more. This was 15000 miles a year for 24 months. I was even shocked at the price but took his word and came in after work. I did not recall the mans name so the greeter helped me. He lectured me about how I had bought my sports car at retail (obviously, how does a person buy cars wholesale) which I wanted to trade in and that most of the incentives were for ford owners or customers. His quote came to $464 for the same miles on the MHz and said this is probably why the salesman on the phone didn't give you his name. Is that a joke? Making a joke of the crazy quote and then sent me on my way. Needless to say I will never return and ford may have lost a young customer with a promising future. Anyone who does not want to be treated like you have to have lots of money or be the same age as the salesman may want to steer clear. Don't believe what they say on the phone.

I've dealt with this dealership for many years now and one of the main reasons that I continue to go back is the service that I receive. I can mention many names because they have all touched my needs in some way (Tim,Doug,Barry, Dan, Richard, Hoot, Orlando,Kellie, and today most importantly Glenn Belgrave) I just took delivery on my new MKZ and was having a problem with getting the garage/condo gate remotes sync'ed with the visor buttons. Glenn came out to my house and sat with me for at least an hour and a half trying to help get the problem fixed which I'm happy to say is now working as it is supposed too. Glenn didn't even sell me the car but his dedication to customer service at Star Lincoln should not go unnoticed. After I believe 16 vehicles that I have leased/purchased through this dealership I continue to come back because service and customer relations are what makes this dealership tick! Oh, they also make a good deal!!
