Salesman Nick, and manager Tony are nice guys. My hubby recently bought a truck up there. Nick went out of his way to show us the truck, took us out for a nice drive, and showed us the features. Very nice guy, we really like him. The only room for improvement, is this: We do live about 450 miles from this dealership. My husband showed them an invoice from a local dealer in our area, for $1000 less. However, since we liked Nick, we decided to drive to Lewistown and buy from him anyway. When we showed Tony the invoice, he only dropped $600 off the price, but didn't match or beat the competitor's price. Being that there was A Large holdback anyway, we did travel the long distance, and we did show the competitor's (who was in our local area) invoice in writing, I was hoping that they would at least match the price. We're still hoping they decide to do the right thing and honor that.But otherwise, service was great! They even offered to deliver the car to our area. I just advice everyone to shop around and make sure you get the best price.

Excellent! Greeted on the lot as I was driving through. Nik approached us in a friendly manner, and asked thoughtful questions - He suggested a few vehicles, and we drove a few. The day after, we took one home overnight, and purchased it the next day. Nik was never pushy, and we were so impressed with him we have told many people about our experience.

I visited this dealership looking for good pre-owned truck. When I met Vance he approached me with a fun and laid back demeanor. After having spent time with him looking over the inventory we settled in on a 2006 Dodge Ram 4x4 Diesel. I felt I was I was treated very well and would absolutley recommend everyone I know to Vance and Snowy Mountain Motors. In fact,I was taken back to the service department and introduced to the parts and service manager as well. Long story short I higly recommend Snowy Mountain Motors.

Worst Experience we have ever had buying a used vehicle. The finance manager was very rude and too busy with his "own customer" to take care of us when we arrived. The weather was terrible and they knew we would be there by 3pm and they weren't even ready for us and the truck wasn't ready either. Don't get me wrong we got a good deal on the price.... they must have known already the money that was needed to fix the truck. But I guess that goes to prove "you get what you pay for" sometimes. Definitely not good service with that price! We have had the truck for 23 days and are already having to drop tons of savings into this truck. A 2008 FORD F350 DIESEL. Should have been checked out better by the dealership and we should have been informed of any issues. That way we could have made our decision from there. We called the dealer to see what could be done. They said they have no money for the deal and that basically didn't really care because it was used. I am sorry they feel this way and I do honestly believe that they don't care about customer service!!! I have never felt so cheated in my life and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Just remember word of mouth goes a long way!
