Don't even know where to start. These guys are the most dishonest people I have ever enctountered. Went to look at a used truck, which I purchased, after a short test drive. Since I was from Iowa and it was a Saturday afternoon, I had no way to put it on a lift and check it for myself. The salesman assured me that the truck had been through the shop and checked out fine. I was about fifty miles from home and noticed a vibration, so the next morning I took it to the shop(i am a mechanic) and found the carrier bearing in the driveshaft had come apart. I also found that there was no fluid in the rear differential and both the idler arm and pitman arm were bad. Called the dealership monday morning and was told that I bought a used truck and would do absolutely nothing about it. I even offfered to cover labor and they pay for the parts. Again told they would do nothing for me. I would stay as far away from this place as I possibly could.

Tom and his team were so good to me! Thank you! I had a car that had some major repairs which made me decide to replace it. It's overwhelming for me to deal with the whole car thing because you don't know if you are going to be taken advantage of. So I started working with Tom to help me out. It's a complicated story but my dad was wanting to buy a new car who is from North Dakota. So in a very short time they located the specific car that my dad wanted. I was going to be driving to a wedding to meet my dad so Shakopee Chevrolet bent over backwards to make it all happen in time for my dad and I. I purchased my dad's old Impala from the dealership that he traded in and they made everything seemless for us. How often do you get service in which you are completely taken care and is way beyond your expectations in today's economy? Not very often ...Well extraordinary service does still exist and you can experience it at Shakopee Chevrolet. I'm so grateful for all the little details that were taken care of that made this stressful time of having car issues so much better. I can't thank you all enough.

Had a wonderful buying experience at Shakopee Chevrolet. I got great deal on my 2012 Chevy Traverse. The staff were very helpful and I got the exact vehicle I wanted. I would definitley recommend Shakopee Chevrolet to my family members and friends.

I have now bought two vehicles from Shakopee Chevrolet and have all of my service work done here. All of the employees are warm, friendly, welcoming, and professional! Service does a great job handling all my repairs and taking time to clearly explain everything. The salesmen really know vehicles and make the process of buying a car stress free. The owner, George, and his managers seem to work very hard to give customers the best deal: great cars for a more than fair price comparatively!

Wow How to start. Online mileage on car listed was off by 10,000 miles more, even called day before about car, and was told everything was good on it. Drove 4.5 Hours to buy. Had dents and dings mileage and other problems. DO YOURSELFS A FAVOUR AND LOOK SOMEWERE ELSE. The Good Review must work there!

Just an ok experience here - they really lack any "extra" customer service that many other dealerships provide standard. Test drove a vehicle and after I made the purchase, the floor mats mysteriously "disappeared". When I asked about those I was told they don't come with the car and I should go to a store like Fleet Farm and buy my own. What?! I also got in the car after my purchase to find they didn't even have enough gas in the gas tank for me to make it home. The car I traded in had almost a full tank. This place absolutely did not make me feel special in any way.

Shakopee Chevrolet completely misrepresented the vehicle we were looking at, and it sounds like this may be their common practice. Their posting online says the car has 15,500 mile; however the actual miles were closer to 19,000 they didn have an explanation for this. The vehicle was also listed as GM Certified on cars.com, but when I asked the salesman (Joe) about it, he said that that just meant it was GM Certified eligible - that for an additional $800 it could be certified. I assume this is what they do for all of their vehicles. The salesman kept talking about how good of a deal the vehicle was, quoting inaccurate, inflated sticker prices. Either he was trying purposely trying to mislead me, or he was incompetentot sure which is worse. If youe going to work with Shakopee Chevrolet, do your homework. My biggest fear about car shopping is that someone would purposely mislead me or try to take advantage of me, and that exactly how I felt when I left Shakopee Chevrolet. Based on my experience, I will never purchase a vehicle or service from them.
