JJ and Sasha are great to work with. I came in expecting to walk out the same way I came in but ended up getting a decent deal for never having an auto loan out and a fair credit score. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted. The paperwork was not complex at all and I felt good the whole time I was there, I’m already recommending this place to people.

I love going to this dealership. I've been coming here for a long time and have only owned Mitsubishi cars. Luis was great to work with. Made me feel super comfortable, listened to all my questions and concerns and made it a no pressure experience. Their whole team is great. Anne, Nicole, and owner Justin made me feel right at home as always. Thanks for the great experience and Makin my dream car happen!

The Salt Lake Mitsubishi service center is fast, efficient, thorough, personable, affordable and honest. They performed the service I requested, found some things I needed and respected my decision to do some, not all of the unexpected services. I prefer an oil change at Mitsubishi versus independent oil change companies as the dealer is cheaper for the same service. All that and a free car wash! I'm satisfied and recommend them to all.

The service you receive at salt lake Mitsubishi is awesome! I have purchased 3 vehicles from these guys and I will defiantly be buying my next from these guys as well. Alberto was my salesman and he is awesome upfront and very transparent and Nicole in finance made the contract signing a breeze and was even able to get me a better interest rate than what I agreed to and a lower monthly payment! I bought a Ford Focus 2013 from them with an interest rate of 2.99 APR -- they helped me with my credit union and took the time to walk me through finding a credit union with competitive rates. If you ever meet Shawn, he'll hook you up! The staff are ready to help you. However, I brought my car back to have the oil light turned off and it took longer than it should have. However, the mechanic was apologetic and actually did the oil for free-- so I have no complaints. Good company-- will return for my daughter when she turns 16.

I recently purchased a car from New Port Auto Sports, I went in with a pre approval from my bank, The guys at New Port were able to get me a lower rate for me from my credit union!!!! I love my car and my payments are lower than what I had anticipated!!!!!! Thank you Newport

We purchased a 2003 Buick Lasabre from them 2 days later the check engine light came on they had us bring it back and they repaired it at no cost to us. We had a long drive ahead of us that day and we no longer had any problems with it. They gave us a great warranty and we were able to finance it through our own credit union. We are very happy with it. They did great for us. Thanks guys.

Do not buy from these guys , i got ripped off, the sold me a car that has a ton of issues at high book and bought my vehicle at whole sale , i didnt realized i had got ripped off till i check.the value of both cars , they gave me a wrong book value on both , these cars come from an aution in california, buyer be ware
