This was my first service on a new vehicle. Very friendly service personnel, took the vehicle in right away. 45 minutes later I had fresh oil and tires rotated and I was back on the road. PS: the popcorn was tasty.

Two weeks ago, it failed to start, and was brought to the service department by a towing service. I had to bring my vehicle in for recall work. When I arrived, there wasn't a "loaner" vehicle available. After a few minutes, Justin "found" a solution--a rental car. I did not have to pay for the rental since this was a recall. I was wanting a Ford Edge. I went in an spoke with Jarus - I am not sure about the spelling -- and told him the things I wanted for sure in a new car. The dealership did not have exactly what I wanted to he started to look around to find me one. Ronnie Watkins Quicklane Express has out grown its self.Now, I do not like to use the Program Redeem Rebates. It is a run-around-program that does not make since of what to do. Have you tried it ??The ONLY thing that I have a problem with is the QUICKLANE PROGRAM ON LINE.

We were in the dealership to have recall issues taken care of. We chose to make the hour (each way) trip because the initial courtesy I received on the phone was far superior to that which I received at a dealership in Anniston/Oxford. We were originally told it would take most of the day to take care of the repair issues. The total time ended up being a lot less than we thought. Over the weekend, ran over road hazard, damaged new Michelin tire beyond repair. Took damaged tire and wheel in on a very busy Monday to match tire for replacement on my 2015 Fusion. Quick Lane manager on duty was able to quickly locate in stock the proper replacement. My wife was able to come in later in the day driving the car with temporary spare and Quick Lane changed and mounted while she was waiting between doctor appointments. Our salesman, Jason Ivey, immediately came out to assist, even though my visit this time was a service issue, for which his assistance was not required.

I have used Ronnie Watkins Ford for my last five car purchases. As such, I was already very familiar with the excellent customer service and honest dealings they offer. When I arrived, I discovered that the long-time sales person I had been accustomed to working with had left the company. Upon recommendation of my daughter, who had recently purchased a car from Ronnie Watkins as well, I asked to see Jason Ivey. When meeting with Jason,I immediately liked him. He was very helpful in working to meet my needs. In the end, I made the decision to trade my Ford F150 and go with a 2015 Ford Fusion S. The staff stayed after hours to continue to work with me. In the end, we decided that I could pick up my car the next morning. Overnight, I though about the Fusion S and decided that I would be better served with a Fusion SE. So back I went to the dealership. Jason was off that Saturday so I spoke to Juarus Rawls. I explained to him why I had decided to change to a different car. He didn't bat an eye and told me to go pick out the car I wanted. I picked out a beautiful Ruby Red Ford Fusion SE. Everyone at Ronnie was so accommodating and genuinely worked to make sure I had the car I wanted. To close, I cannot say enough about the staff of Ronnie Watkins Ford. This is car number five that I have purchased from them, and they will be the first place I go the next time I am looking to buy. Thank you again for all of your hard work on my behalf.

Sale person kept up with what I wanted. Went back time repeated to find exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a cross over SUV with little if any add on's. How often you hear THAT from a prospective buyer. He not only found it, he had all the paper work slated and ready for signature BEFORE I go to the lot on finial signature day. I was in and out in just over an hour (68 minutes I timed it). I appreciate the sales team but none more then the sales man whom when out of his way to keep in touch with me, found what I was looking for, allowed me to keep the vehicle over night to show my "house bound" wife. It just was a WIN - WIN for me all the way around.

Most of the people at Ronnie Watkins Ford have been very helpful every time we go in to buy or for service. The only problem we've had is our leather seat was not covered correctly on the passenger seat when we received our SUV. The man we talked to did not seem to care and indicated that he did not have time to help us. He told us to come back another time. Of course, that has been almost a year and I dread going back to hear what he will say next time.

I have never received anything but stellar service from the staff at Ronnie Watkins Ford. Their waiting area is clean, complimentary coffee and other refreshments are provided, and the service itself is superb. I have never had to wait more than 30-45 minutes for my car to be serviced, and the results of the inspection and service are always reviewed with me before I leave.

I came in for an oil change. Before the service, the gentleman at the counter informed me that my extended warranty had expired last October. He informed me there would be a charge for this service. Also, the technician called me into the Bay Area to show me a concern with my tires. He did an evaluation and found that while there is a concern about the tires, the diagnostics showed that they were fine for now. I greatly appreciated both men informing me of lack of warranty and issue with tires. I greatly appreciated being included in the decision making process. I was very well pleased. I asked that the A/C be checked on the vehicle. There was no report on my receipt that showed that low and high pressures were in range. There was a note on the bill that said that mixing from left to right could not be duplicated. I reported that the chrome was flaking off the tail light bezels and was told that Ford would not do anything about this. I was told to report it to Ford myself. That they may listen to me the customer better. These were replaced shortly after we purchased the vehicle pointing to a problem with the plating sticking to the plastic.

I was looking for a car for my wife to drive so I would know she was safe on the roads with our children. She was very nervous about getting a car cause she has driven nothing but SUV's for a while but wanted something good on gas and smaller than an SUV. When we arrived I just let her look and then we met Karl Adams and this man listened and answered all of her questions, and she had a lot. He walked her around showing her different cars that fit what she wanted and then he asked her about any certain colors inside and out that she wanted. After she told him her dream colors for a car, Karl showed her a 2015 Ford Fusion S. Right then and there my wife feel in love with the car. He let her test drive it and I thought after that we would never get the keys from her again, so I bought that one for her. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help her in finding her dream car. Karl Adams eased my wife's fear and was very patient with her, he worked with us and didn't treat us as strangers that had just walked in, he treated us like he had known us for years and I will be coming back again for my son a truck! Thank You all for a very good experience for my wife's very first new car!

My only concern was the clean up of the truck before leaving the lot. It was not cleaned to my expectations. The inside windshield was not cleaned all the way. There were spots on the truck that were missed when washed, and the tires were not detailed (blackened) all the way in spots. Any time I call him,he is polite, curtious, and always there when I need an answer, and I have a lot of questions! This is my 1st new car purchase in 25+ years! There was a recall issue with suddering in the transmission at take off. I set up an appointment, they had it for the day, even repairing a nail in the tire they saw while the car was on the rack, no charge! They are ALL great when it comes to customer service! I bought a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat. I have to say this is the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Everyone at the dealership were extremely helpful and friendly. I came all the way from Georgia to buy this truck, and I must say that it was well worth it, and I would do it again. The Ford Edge I recently purchased has surpassed all of my expectations, but more importantly, the staff at Ronnie Watkins has performed beyond any reasonable expectations! Everyone advertises that they provide excellent service and value, we hear it so often that no one really takes the advertisements seriously any more, no one really expects the level of commitment that is touted in the marketing (it's just another ad!), and we are generally willing to except the mediocrity that is so prevalent today. Personally, I can attest to the fact that the staff at Ronnie Watkins Ford does live up to the hipe! Not only has the staff performed well in selling vehicles to most of my family (4 so far!), but, they have also won our business in service and repairs!Special appreciation goes to my salesman, Jason Ivey. He had a rough idea of the vehicle that I wanted, and waited until he one was traded in that he new I couldn't resist, and more importantly, he felt could fit my budget. You would have thought I was buying a brand new vehicle with the first class attention I received. Karl was absolutely the best and most courteous salesman I have ever encountered. I must admit I've had a negative opinion towards dealerships due to bad experiences I've had in the past. What a breath of fresh air this experience has been! They even delivered the vehicle to me free of charge, when I was going to return in the morning with my wife to complete the paperwork. A delivery team delivered the vehicle that evening on the same day, even though we lived over an hour away and brought the paperwork for us to complete! I am amazed and will unequivocally recommend Ronnie Watkins and Karl Adams to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle! The best experience I've had from any dealership in my life (I'm 57)!

A few days later, the part arrived and the problem was repaired.While the 2012 Ford Edge has had a number of recalls and some problems, I've been overall pleased with the car. Though, pending reviews of the Edge, for my next vehicle, I may chose a different model.

This is the third vehicle we have bought at Ronnie Watkins with the help of Danny Hancock: a new 2012 Fusion, a 2011 Ford 150, and most recently a quality used Explorer. When we called to say we planned to come to see this vehicle he had told us about, Danny said that he would have it in the front ready for us to drive. He gave us the price including taxes and kept his word that not a dollar more would be added when the final price was calculated as a little more. Went to another dealership first.Tried to pressure me into buying a truck twice the price of what I wanted with features I didn't want.Came to Ronnie watkins and they had the truck for what I could afford to pay with far more features but with the basic features I wanted to begin with.2nd purchase Karl found the exact truck I wanted in another state and had to brought to me even though they had similar trucks on the lot that would have "Worked".Still driving that truck today and get it serviced at the dealership every 5K miles 9 years later.There will be a 3rd purchase in the future if not more.

I asked to see Joseph Fountain, a salesman I met on a previous visit, but he was busy with another customer and Jared Whaley greeted us and took us out to see the Explorers. My wife really liked the Explorers but they were a bit out of our price range. By this time Joseph was back in with us and they checked out a lease option, but it too didn't work for us. They said at some point they might get in an older model with low miles and if we were interested they would call us. As luck would have it they traded for a 2012 the next day and called us - we liked it and made a deal on it. This was a rare experience for my wife and I - we felt like the dealership was actually going all out to take care of us. When we say dealership, Joseph and Jared were top notch for sure but there were several other employees approached us with a warm and friendly greeting as though they too had our best interest in mind. To wind this up - it's apparent to us Ronnie Watkins has a lot of sharp professionals working as a "team".

I am currently driving my third Ford Explorer. I love it and would buy another if I need another car. I would buy from Ronnie Watkins Ford because of Jaurus Rawls and Patrick Tow. Both of these men have been wonderful in the purchase process. They have also been very helpful in every aspect of our daily use of our car. We have both men's cell numbers and the have made themselves available when needed. We have been talked through situations when we were on a trip. If we go into the dealership we are always met with a smile and a willingness to help. I would not consider doing business with anyone else!

Mr. Danny and Mr. Juarus are both great individuals! I've known them both personally for several years but have never bought a vehicle from them, simply cause I was not a "Ford guy". However, They both teamed up and found the PERFECT truck for me after several weeks of searching. Danny personally came to my families' home to help out with all the legal and pending paperwork, and showed care and consideration like we were his own. Juarus had a never give up attitude and did everything in his legal power to make sure that I could afford and buy this truck, that I had my heart set on. Mr. Harry was very understanding and kind and helped finalize the deal. This being my first purchase from Ronnie Watkins Ford, I have no doubt in saying that Ronnie Watkins has my lifetime business and I will recommend them to anyone who is searching for a vehicle to buy. This was my fourth vehicle purchased from Ronnie Watkins and have always been met with a very responsive salesman. This time I was met by Mr. Joseph Fountain. He introduced himself, asked what my interest was, and than proceeded to work on my deal. I was shown a couple trucks that were what I was looking for and we came to a great decision on one. He was very clear about what the truck could do for me and that it fit my needs. Was very pleased in his efforts and drove home that day in my new truck. We stopped in to look over the lot and pick out our 8th vehicle from Ronnie Watkins. "D" came on the lot and knew about every car we were looking at. We went back 2 days later and got the one we wanted. The purchase process was very quick and I drove off in my car in about an hour. Our extended family owns eight Fords, seven were bought at Ronnie Watkins Ford.This past Saturday My wife and I traded her 2002 Ford Explorer for a 2014 Ford Edge.My wife and I bought our last four Fords from Juarus Rawls. (Salesman and friend) Good man.We have our Fords serviced at the Ford Service center. (Steve Smith and Don Higdon are also long time friends) We have had outstanding service work on our vehicles.Saturday my wife and I met with Juarus and checked out several vehicles. I'm a large guy, so I needed to know I fit... Juarus is taller than me, and a little heavier, so he understood what my needs were. We test drove the Ford Edge. (I Fit nicely) Returned to Ronnie Watkins and Juarus explained all of the options for financing the Ford Edge. He found the plan that best fit our family. Wrote us up, and Andre Champagne finished the paperwork. We were in and out inside 3 hours. Ronnie Watkins has assembled a very good staff. I love the guys over there.

Juarus is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the products he sells and the customers he sells them to. He knows my, (and my wife's) likes and dislikes and has never tried to sell us on anything different. His habits of following up & keeping in touch with his customers is second to none.Steve in the Quick Lane always has a positive attitude which is very important to me. He puts forth extra effort to listen to my requests and follows through to see that his team delivers. I could get this smaller type service done cheaper, but Steve almost always puts his own eyes on the underside of my vehicles before talking to me. I like that.

I have bought several fords over the years and have never been cared for like Jason Ivey did. My wife is 4 foot 10 inches and Jason is probably 6 foot 7 inches. they really bonded and when momma is happy every body is. We came to the dealership 8 times this last time to get her car. Looking around at a car to trade in my 2013 Mustang for so that i could have lower monthly payments I cam across a 2007 Audi S6 which has always been one of my dream cars to own after owning a 2001 Audi. I emailed the dealership about more information on the car and received an almost immediate response back from Joe. After talking to him about the car I decided to make the drive from Mobile, Al which was over 300 miles in order to look at the car. I expected the car to be in decent shape when i got there but was surprised to find it in almost pristine condition. I decided to trade my car in on this one after looking around it and checking for a few things that might be wrong with it. After about 1.5 hours Joe and Harry had managed to get me the best possible trade in for my car, lower payments, and a overall shorter loan term then i had. They understood that i was on a time constraint and had to be back in Mobile at a certain time and definitely had me taken care of and on the road home in no time.

I've never been to a delership that was so dedicated to getting me in the vehicle I wanted. I've had crdit problems in e past , including a bankruptcy, and I've been denied left and right at other dealerships, but at Ronnnie Watkins Ford they went above and beyond to get me a brand new SUV at a price I was very happy with. I called Jaurus Rawls on the telephone and told him I wanted, I needed a truck. I told what I wanted. A truck with only heat and air. He told me they did not make those kind anymore (smile). After a few more discussion, he told me he would call me back. When Jaurus call me back, I came in had a beautiful, wonderful trunk. The truck fitted my needs all around. I bought my 2012 Ford Escape there almost a week ago now, and I absolutely love it! Not only was I happy with the car, but the staff at Ronnie Watkins Ford were the best. Mr. VanSandt was so knowledgeable and friendly. My grandparents have done business with Ronnie Watkins Ford and Mr. VanSandt personally for many years. They were the ones who convinced me to try that dealership, when I had always been a Toyota girl. When we got there, we asked for Mr. VanSandt, he came right out and answered all of our questions. It was easy to see why my grandparents always went there. Well, I love my new Ford, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a new vehicle. They had a big selection of used and new cars. But once again, I must say that the best part of my experience with this dealership was the staff. They were so friendly, and not in a "let me do whatever to sell you a car" kind of a way, but instead they seemed to really want to help me get the car that I wanted at a rate I could afford. I felt like a valued customer, not a potential commission check or something like that.This is where I will go first from now on when I need a new car.
