I took my Volt in for repair yesterday and was very impressed with Premier Chevrolet. Randy, my service rep, could not have been nicer and he made my visit a very pleasant one. I felt safely distanced from other folks and did my job stuff online while they looked at my car. Keep up the good work and I’ll see you as soon.

We bought our truck from another dealer who is pretty far away, they treated us like we had purchased it there. It was a great experience, everyone was friendly, the work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be taking my truck back here for any future work.

My brakes was making noise on my 2020 Tahoe so I took it in and Stephen was able to let me know that it was my axle that was giving off heat and needed to be replaced. Of course it was busy as usual. Armando ( I believe he is the manager) checked in as always when I am there to see if everything was good with me. He checked and followed up with Stephen and I was out of there in no time. I was able to make my meetings on time. Thanks guys!! Customer Service goes a long way with me and is much appreciated!!

I was able to get my car serviced with ease. Friendly staff (Armando was our advisor) and he nailed the promise time. Kudos to the service dept team!! Thanks guys!! Including the tech that performed the service...the guys in the back hardly ever get credit!!

I went there to inquire about a new 2021 suburban, I talked to the sales manager, we decided to go on chevy.com to build our new car, I sent this information over to this same service manger so we can start the process, no answer I emailed him a second time still no answer, I never ever visited a dealership that is not interested in selling cars. If I was you don't waste your time here. I want to thank Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine for quick and professional service my new Suburban is in the process of being produced.

Premier Chevrolet, Buena ParkI took my vehicle in for service and some minor issues on Wednesday and they say they are to busy to look at my car until Thursday, fine I don't have an appointment. On Thursday at 6:00pm I received a call from the advisor telling me most of the issues I have are not covered under the CPO warranty, but that since it's a long weekend they are short handed and the rough idling and oil smell takes a little time to diagnosed, to call on Friday and speak to Sergio Rival who is the Assistant Manager since he was not going to be in. I called on Friday at about 4:00pm and Mr. Rivas tells me that it is going to cost me $120.00 per item that they have to diagnose. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen and they just try to scam you at every turn, also my vehicle was not looked at all, the odometer did not move at all from when I dropped it off. Why did they leave without a vehicle for 3 days? Stay away from this place and you will be happy

Previosuly, they have called to let me know my car was ready and when I got there and checked in with someone who advised they were having someone bring my car out, I waited 1 hour and a half, spoke to two guys who asked if my car had been brought out yet and when I let them know it hadn't they couldn't believe it themselves and would leave me to wait once more with no immediate action to bring my car out or apologize. This time around I paid $79 for tire rotation and oil change but when I got home my gauge once again showed the code 82 that I had originally went in for and waited two hours with an appointment for just earlier that day to be removed.The customer service that day from Rick that works there was negligent. I described to him the issues I've had with the customer service here. The two recalls I've had to bring my car in, I was never offered a courtesy ride home so I've waited both times several hours in the lobby. The hour and half wait I did after I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up a separate time, the fact that every time I've come in the service agents at the desk do not acknowledge the guests in front of them but rather wait for you to advise what you are there for- I explained to Rick that me having to return on my day off for them to complete the job I paid for by fixing the gauge calls for some accountability and or discount on the service since I used my time and gas for them to complete the job paid for. He shook my hand and let me know it was not his fault, but the men who services my car and that he did all he could to help me out. I advised Rick that as a manager blaming his staff does not excuse his behavior or the lack of management from him, that I also work in customer service and when a guest has to return for a job we did not do it is always on me to take care of them more and meet there expectations but I left there with my expectations not met and feeling even more disappointed than previously.I would have looked further into the service provided after buying your car and taken that into factor before buying from here. I am saddened by the lack of respect from the staff I encounters in the service department.

My son did not plan on getting a new car when we perused the lot however, the offer made and the service we received from Chad was too good to walk away from. The staff was so nice and very friendly. But the extra effort extended by Chad, who came back in on his day off to help close the sale, was more than appreciated. My son will more than likely be a long time Chevy customer due to this experience; his first car buying experience. Thank you Chad!

Confusing, I stood in service area (two men behind cashier not assisting anyone) for 10 minutes no one said 'hello I'll be right with you' finally I'm noticed and despite making 9 am appointment it didn't show on computer.. I asked to be called on cell phone when vehicle was ready after making four phone calls leaving msgs for service dept, finally front receptionist helped me get a call back at 3:45 pm paper work revealed my car was finished at 1:50pm!!! I think 5 hours for an oil change plus 1.45 hrs to be notified, and no wash after almost 7hrs is beyond ridiculous! But wait, when I picked vehicle up I was again made to wait 10 minutes while guys chit chatted not helping anyone, finally a mechanic got tired of me being ignored asked me for my last name and got my vehicle/reciept, so no help from Jay or the other guy who was not with a customer! Had 5 leases before this and never ever experienced lower quality of service. Never again.

Reason for visit: Traded in 07' Tahoe for 15' Tahoe.Fail #1: Salesperson is an idiot and not knowledgable about vehicles sold there and almost lost our sale. Used sales manager had to step in to salvage the deal. This manager guy it turns out is the best they have.Fail #2: Had to wait 3 hours! for finance, so we were told to get food "on them" to be later reimbursed by check, This got screwed up and we were given cash by manager upon next visit a week and a half later.Fail #3: Replacement parts to fix my new (used) car were supposed to be ordered but were not and my Tahoe ends up being in their shop 2 weeks. I had to call throughout this time to determine when I could pick it up. At this point, they have had the vehicle longer than we have.Fail #4: I finally go to pick it up and is still not ready or complete. Had to wait at the dealership an additional 6 hours to complete additional issues.Fail #5: "In stock" floor mats that should have been ordered back in February finally arrived to my house Mid April.The worst Fail of them all: The lack of communication by everyone that works at this dealership. No one knows or cares what anyone else is doing. I really feel that this place stays in business in spite of itself. Sales, finance, and parts sales all suck extremely hard but THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCEPTIONALLY AWFUL for reasons too numerous to list. Customer service is a joke and so is the woman responsible for it-i guess surfing the internet takes priority.I really hate Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park. Derik, thanks for doing the best you could.*sigh*

Premier Chevrolet is a very good organization; they are not high pressure, but will work with you to get the best deal. Their staff is attentive and listen to the customer. you can say no to what you do not need or want; and they will not pressure you. Very helpful.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I had an appointment with a representative for Monday morning at 8:15 AM. The representative who I made the appointment with did not show up so I left my car with a different technician. I ordered an Uber to work, spending $10 on the ride to get to work. I did not receive any form of communication in regards to the status of my car on Monday or Tuesday. I called on Tuesday afternoon and the technician who I left my car with put me on hold and then came back on the line and said, "hold on" to which someone completely different picked up and said that he had been called into a meeting and would need to call me back. I did not receive a phone call back from that technician. I finally called on Wednesday morning and asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to his voicemail. I communicated on the voicemail that it had been 2 and a half days and I still had not even received a diagnosis, let alone the solution to the problem and that I would like to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. I then received a diagnosis by about noon on Wednesday and the reassurance that the car should be fixed by 1 PM. I came by the dealership at 5:45 PM on Wednesday and the car was still not done. I waited for about a half hour and then could finally take it. I understand that dealerships get busy and possibly even behind in their orders, however this needs to be communicated to the customer at the time that it is being dropped off so that I could have planned accordingly. Very disappointed in the customer service at this dealership and definitely will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

My wife and I went out on a Saturday with the thought of trading in and up to a newer model Volt. Stopped by and shopped at the local dealers in San Diego. This car was not to be found. So we shopped "up north" and found 5 of them. My wife contacted a salesman at Premier the night before and they had been in contact a few times Friday night into Saturday morning. After finding out that this car was no where to be found in San Diego area, we headed north to Premier. My wife is ecstatic! Elated! Pen in hand, pocket book at the ready and me and my credit card ready to make the deal. No one knew we had money down, and we weren't about to tell anyone until later. On the way north, about 97 miles and almost 2 hours in traffic, we were in contact with the salesman telling him we were on our way. It's late afternoon, long day and driving through all that traffic!When we got there the car of her dreams was in the lot. The salesman even came out and started talking shop with us. Even shook our hands (which I don't do if you know what that really means). after a few minutes of talking he went in to "run the numbers". Not even 5 minutes later, some other guy comes out of nowhere and says, "You're the San Diego couple, huh?" We answered to the affirmative. He replied, "This car just sold 2 minutes ago!" He laughed a bit to himself and walked away. (How in the world did HE know we were from San Diego?). Salesman came back out and started talking like we were going to work on buying the car. We informed him that the car had sold, and he acted surprised. (Good actor, too). He started saying how he couldn't stop someone else from purchasing the car, how he is Christian, and how he has an appointment at a UFC fight coming up later.My wife was so let down so much she started crying. I don't think it was so much about being disappointed in the idea of her dream car floating away, but mostly the fact that it's illegal to do to that salesman what came to mind.Cons:We had a "friends and family" code/discount. He never told us what it was. Percentage or dollars.We had a Costco discount. Same thing. We had a military discount. He didn't care.We had a USAA discount. Didn't faze him.We had a large down payment if and when the time came. Didn't get that far.We asked his floor manager's name. He hesitated and wrote a name down. Who knows if it's correct?In touch with this salesman 5 times on the way up from San Diego. Promised the car would be there when we arrived. Sold while we were in transit.We were told that we could drop our standards for a lesser model. Why? We had the highest model made in 2013! Why go lower?Didn't run a credit report on us. Our credit scores are "way up there".Sure, we were upside down in the car we were trading in. But we also had the money to cover it and break even.

Called ahead of time to ask if they could help. Said of course stop by. We did. Fell in love with a 2015 Double Cab Chevy Silverado. Did paperwork and gave us the boot. They said if they couldn't help us no other Chevy dealer would. Called Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove asked us to come in and we left with the same truck with a lower price and a great customer experience.

I was a first time buyer and I came by to check out their used car lot. Jesse Ortega and Zareh Chiranian were so attentive. They provide GREAT customer service here and I never felt uncomfortable. They were honest and kind. I left with a used (12,000 miles) 2015 Malibu 2LT. I will always recommend this place. Thanks for making my first time great Premier Chevrolet!

I began having trouble with my Equonix and decide to take my truck in to get it check out. ALEX in the service department assisted me , at the time I drop of my truck I did not have extended warranty info. He asked me to call him with info, I called him back within an hour and could not reach him left several messages with info after waiting two days to hear back from him I decided to call him. He was rude over the phone and said that I did not call him with the info so they had not even up looked at my vehicle. After calling back he said the insurance was not going to cover because he had made a mistake in my last name, when asked he blamed me for giving the wrong info mean while my truck sat there for three days and no repairs were done

This was a horribly disappointing experience. I was contacted by Ana, and laid everything on the line for her. First, Im upside down in a car, big time. More than anyone should ever be. But.....Chevy has some really great incentives that could have offset that imbalance considerably. I told Ana this, made sure that she understood, and was told that even with the severe negative equity, that she was confident they could set me up with a new truck because of the incentives and financing options. My hopes were raised immediately, and we started the process. Initially, she lowballed my trade, and I stated that I had been offered about 3000 more than her offer. She stated that without an in person appraisal, she couldn't give me that number, but was confident that she could get me close, and encouraged me to come in. I got to the dealership, and was treated fairly, right up until they valued my trade even LESS than the initial value. The result is this, I was promised the world, when realistically, They should have just been upfront and let me know that it wasn't possible. This caused me to waste 1.5 hours of my life, and get my hopes up for something that they knew wasn't possible. I left feeling upset. A classic example of saying what you want to hear just to get you in the door. Once my negative equity shrinks, I will find my truck elsewhere. Honesty is the best policy, and these folks failed. On a bright note, the finance manager really tried to help, and showed some empathy, but alas it was not enough.

I would NOT recommend this Dealership to anyone as I have with others in the past. They don't spend the time to explain final car cost, APR nor any other questions that you have. If it's not an "easy" sale for them, they'll ignore you to the fullest. This has been a horrible experience and I plan to take my Camaro SS search elsewhere. Ernest was a cool guy, but won't answer questions that I have. Ana called me and wanted me to stop in, but I couldn't that day. She said she would call me back, but I haven't heard from her. The Sales Manager called me and told me that Ernest would give me a call.......still waiting for that call Ernest! If this is how they plan to do business, they won't be around for too long. They get you in with the "lifetime warranty" offer, but what good will that do anyone if they continue to business this way? Not a good business practice for a dealership that wants to stick around.

So I was looking for a vehicle for work. As a result of the bad economy I had less than perfect credit. I had already given up on my search when I received a call from the internet manager who asked me to give them the last shot. Long story short, the best I could come up with in terms of an interest rate was a rejection or 26% interest rate. I was able to get a lot better financing at Premier Chevrolet than what I could come up on my own. I wasn't given much to choose from but I was grateful that I was finally able to get into a decent car!!! Zach, Kent, and Ana were very useful and I am a very satisfied customer!!! Great place to go if you are trying to re-build your credit and not be taken advantage of due to your past credit history!!!

Penske Chevrolet Buena Park made my life easy when it came to purchasing a car. I had spoken with 5 other dealerships about the Chevy Volt and none of them impressed. So when I called Penske my expectations were low. However, from the moment he picked up the phone, Paul Munoz treated me with courtesy and was even willing to deal over the phone. After consulting sales manager Otto Samayoa, they made me a terrific offer that no one had come close to making. Most importantly, they never balked at the numbers I gave them after researching the price on the vehicle. After I made the purchase that night, Paul Munoz took alot of time with me demonstrating the Volt's features, and even invited me back the next day to finish up. This has been the best car-buying experience I've ever had -- thank you Penske Chevrolet of Buena Park!!

We were very happy with Penske! We had no plans of buying a car that day, were just out looking around, but they presented a price and terms that we just couldn't walk away from. The car is beautiful, and the agency made what is normally a stressful experience a real pleasure! Cal was the first person that I met as I walked into the dealership. He was a low key friendly man that made it clear that he was there to help me and not to pressure me into buying a car. Cal is a great listener and was very clear as to what he knew and what he didn't. He did not try to act but was very comfortable being himself. The more "manager type, Otto, was also very nice and a tougher negotiator. That's his job. I am very happy with my purchase

We came here after having a bad experience at the dealership in Cerritos. All I can say was George was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He wasn't pushy and he listened to what my husband and I wanted, gave us the all the options we can have. The price they gave us for the car we bought was reasonable leaving us happy and satisfied. Everybody in the dealership was so nice. Thank you guys. I would recommend them to everyone. :)

We decided on the spur of the moment to go out and get a new or used vehicle. Our very first stop was Penske Chevrolet of Buena Park. We are so glad that we did. The moment we got there we noticed a car that we wanted! It was a little out of our price range but Penske Chevrolet worked with us on the financing! I have been in the car business for a long time selling auto parts, and working directly with dealers... I know all of their tricks, and Penske Chevrolet was very straight forward and honest about everything. After everything was said and done, (buying the car, and an extended warranty) we walked away almost 2000.00 less the that poor rating of kelly blue book, when the car was in excellent condition!Thank you Paul and the rest of the Penske Chevrolet staff for selling us a great car! We will recommend you to our friends and family, and when we are needing another vehicle we will know where to go!

I had been going back and forth with so many Chevy and GM dealerships looking for my truck. I had actually completely overlooked Penske of Buena Park partly because I had no clue it was there and also because I had been talking to another Penske dealership. I began eliminating dealerships either due to cost or dealers not having the colors I wanted (or in the case of Guaranty chevrolet, because of their customer service). So by chance I find Penske Buena Park. I looked up their inventory and requested a quote. Jeff Roberson responded with a good quote, not the least expensive but it was a start. We emailed back and forth about different trucks. He was very curtious and responded to emails very fast. I noticed Penske will beat others quotes so after recieving a great quote from another dealer, I hit up Jeff about beating the quote since they had the same truck avaialable. He beat the quote and so I decided Id buy from him. As we set up an appointment, the truck I had been quoted for was sold. I was BUMMED! Jeff politely emailed me to let me know and offered me the same price on a different color truck, as well as an alternative with a few more options. I was appreciative he emailed me as I would have been upset to show up and not find the truck I was quoted on. So for a moment I thought my search would continue with other dealers for my truck. But I thought, what the heck, let me make an offer on the alternate truck with a few more options since it was the right color and within the range I was looking at. Jeff responded with a YES (as long as I went in on that Sunday...which I had planned on anyways.) I was sooooo happy! So we went in just this past Sunday, met Jeff who is extremely pleasant and easy going...the complete opposite of the "typical salesman". We looked at the truck, test drove it and loved it. We noticed a couple little scratches and small dent...he said they would get fixed if we purchased it...I said, LETS DO IT! Jeff made what is usually a tense and stressful procedure into an easy, pleasant, and honestly stress-free situation. He assesed my trade in, took care of the paper work and even got the finance department to match the rate I got from my credit union. The paper work took a little while but that was the finance department. Couple hours in and I had the keys to my new truck and feel I got an excellent deal. Like I told Jeff, it is about establishing relationships and they certainly will have our business again (Guaranty lost themselves a customer they had for many years!). The service department contacted me the next day to set up an appointment to get the scratchs fixed so I will be doing that soon. A big thanks to Penske Buena Park and especially Jeff Roberson for doing everything he could to get our business. I will and have already recommended him to other people. To everyone from Orange County (and even outside OC), make sure you talk to Jeff last before buying your car, he will do his best to beat other dealers quotes and honestly, the service itself is worth it. Easy, stress free, good price, great customer service, big smiles...I could go on and on. Thanks Jeff.

Jeff greeted us at the door, demonstrated all the features of the Chevy Cruz that was of interest to us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. After the transaction was completed he again went over the features while we sat in the car.

This was our first stop on a list of Chevy dealers to visit on Saturday, but it was our last. (This was actually the end of a time-consuming journey that started in mid-August. I researched different makes and models of both new and used vehicles. The Cruze was finally a car both my husband and I could agree on: We needed an affordable car. He wanted mostly looks, a comfortable ride and room for friends/family in the back. I needed great gas mileage, good ratings for the car mechanically, and the highest safety ratings.) Jeff made an unaffordable car affordable. (We came in for the LS with a 1.8 engine, but the LT with the 1.4 engine and everything else that went with it felt like a totally different car. Thanks to Jeff, we were able to afford the LT.) My husband and I came in sleep deprived (on slow mode), I had many questions, and came without some info for the paperwork. Jeff patiently waited while I figured income. He even looked up a couple of phone numbers for us. He never got irritated, but was always patient and helpful. Even finance was a good experience. (Not the typical wear-you-down timeshare-like experience.) We said no to several items, negotiated, said no to most and that was it. Next, Jeff showed us how to use the gadgets on our new Cruze. Since we didn't have a Bluetooth phone, he synchronized his phone with our car to show how hands-free works. Finally, he gave us his card telling us to call if we ever have any questions about the car (up to 11:00 at night!) He said he would be giving us follow-up calls too. Thanks again to Jeff- a down-to-earth, untypical car salesmen. (YESTERDAY WAS THE FIRST TIME WE MET JEFF. HE WAS ONE OF MANY CONTACTS WE GOT THROUGH INTERNET SALES. I MYSELF AM USUALLY SKEPTICAL OF RAVE REVIEWS OF EMPLOYEES, FIGURING THEY ARE FROM FRIENDS AND/OR FAMILY.)

I been to several different dealer but alex was the right guy and the best dealer i have ever met. he was very well informed with the car that i wanted to purchase and he deffnateley made me chose what car i should get and what is the right car for me.he was super friendly and also very well suited. he was very well infromed about the vehicle. my future purchase of car was deffnatley will be with him

The sales person we worked with was Alex Reichert and He was extremely helpful and nice. He was not too pushy and was the best car salesman that I have worked with. We have been shopping around for trucks and are now set on Chevy. We are also set on buying a truck from Penske of Buena Park from Alex.

Vivian was great to work with! She is friendly and caring. I ordered a 2012 45th camaro from her. She kept me updated from the very beginning all the way to the delivery! From the GM To internet manager Jeff, to Finance manager Brian, they are all on buyer's side. Transactions were smooth, no B.S., and no lies. I've never had such an amazing experience like this. My wife and I wanted to buy an American-made car. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us several new and used autos, before we settled on a used Saturn. He was not too pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about us as persons, not just another sale.

My experience was refreshing in a car dealership no high pressure sales person and to my surprise the actual price of the truck came down from the original quote I was given before coming in so we were happy with this dealership and would recomend it to our family and friends.

Mike was very knowledgeable in regards to the options on the car. Very friendly and a wide selection of vehicles. We got an excellent price. The showroom was nice and had a waiting area with a television for our kids. We would refer anyone to Penske.

We just bought a used car from this dealership and could not be more pleased with our whole experience. The customer service provided was outstanding, Michael (the salesman that helped us) made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, and even more pleased with the result. It really did seem as if everyone there sincerely cared about us and about working with us to get the best price possible. We have purchased cars at multiple dealerships and can say without a doubt this was the best one, and one that we would assuredly come back to in the future.

First time at Penske and I was very happy with with their service and how I was treated by both Michael and Martin. They were very helpful and patient with the many questions and pulling of their hands by my two young daughters (ages 3 & 6). Overall, my husband and I had a good experience buying our used mini van from this dealership. We have been shopping for three days and have traveled to many dealerships from the San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley and bought our car in Orange county. Who would have known that was were we should have started at.

I just bought a brand new 2012 chevy camaro. Mike was with me every step of the way, never pushy, always understanding and really created a great environment for my first ever purchase. I just purchased a 2012 Traverse from Penske Buena Park and the salesman, Rick, was terrific! He went above and beyond while showing me the car and guiding me through the process. All of the staff were wonderful, but Rick put in so much time with me, even giving me a tutorial on all my options the following day. He was especially helpful and patient when my mother became interested in another vehicle, so you have two people eager to share our positive experience with friends and family.

Mike was our sale associate and he was awesome.. He answered all of our questions . My husband and myself never felt pressured.. We were comparing vehicles and mike continued to impress us by doing research and comparing vehicle packages to ensure we got the best price for what we needed.. Victor his manager was also wonderful.. When we finalized our deal it was late and the dealership was closing.. Rather then having us come back for our vehicle victor and mike took there own personal time to drop our new vehicle off at our house. They have earned our loyality for life.. We will continue to go to this dealership for all our future service needs and vehicle purchases.

I came to this dealer with out knowing what to expect, when I first arrived the sales person greeted me in a very friendly way. sales person Mike ordaz approached me and assisted me on finding the truck I was looking for as well as offered me his assistance on any way possible. while I was at the dealer i could see how Mike was always with a smile on his face greeting any person that would walk in. the transaction of buying my truck was very smooth Mike followed up with me during the first days to ensure everything was going good with my purchase and that I was satisfied. The negotiation process was virtually painless. We received a great discount almost unheard of this early in the new model year.
