I took my brand new truck in for an oil change and in the process the service crew side swiped my truck. Manager downplayed the incident as "minor" damage. Aside from the door dents, the seams of the doors are now misaligned. Beware of these "minor" damages if having your vehicle serviced at Power Ford service center.

Took my car in for regular scheduled maintenance. After getting my car back discovered oil and filter change as well as wheel rotation and inflation had not been done. Technician had completely falsified his check sheet. Service manager never returned several calls. Finally got a call back from the service and parts director. Said they had changed procedures to make sure this does not happen again.

In the first place, I barely made it into the Ford Auto Center, with a bad tire.I had NO intentions of buying a car. At least, NOT on that Sunday morning. All I wanted was someone to change my tire. Then, Gregg approached me, immediately, asking how he could help. He rest assured me that he would help me with my tire and if I would be interested in a car. So, we started looking at the cars I might be interested in. He was very kind, friendly and made me laugh. He made it really easy to realize that I REALLY needed a new car.

I bought a used car here which I'll ad was not a very good experience but after about 2 months owning the vehicle the rear differential started leaking fluid all over my garage. Thinking since I was told all used vehicles come with a 2 year power train warranty they would take care of it. After calling and being told they don't do appointments I'd have to drop my car off and they wouldn't be able to get to it for about 3 days cuz they have over 200 cars before me I tried calling and texting the salesman that sold me the car and he never once answered or text me back. Horrible costumer service, they only care about selling you a car and nothing about making sure your happy with it!

He understood that this was my first car buying experience and gave me plenty of time to think it over and talk about all of my options. He also understood my budget and did not try to convince me to get more than I can reasonable afford. He also took the time to look at other places to find the car I was looking for, but I ended up going with the one on the lot. It has been a least 6 years since I last purchased a vehicle. I noticed a big difference in show rooms I was impressed with how welcome I felt upon entering. I was not rushed with salespeople. George asked how he could help we told him what we needed and the rest is history. I was not pressured. I only wish as hot a day as it was it would have been nice to have been offered or directed to a water fountain. Explanation of features was okay could have used a bit more. Over all George was great, service great, time spent was awesome. In and out within 3 hrs.

I set in the big room listing to three other deals being work on along with my own. They all came down to one thing pricing to get us in the door was one thing but leaving with it is another. On my car I looked it up on the internet and your website had a price. When I went in to buy I was told I could not get that price. Be honest tell people what they can or can not get. I get it worked and got me in there but it felt like a bate and switch. At the very least put your price and than you can show the discounts itemize so a consumer can see what they would get or not get given there situation.Unfortunately had to visit the service department and found a group of people very disinterested in helping or even talking to you about the problem. I guess that happens when ones car is delivered on a truck.Carl was very helpful and knowledge about the car.Yes I tell people to go see you but I also tell them my story.

If you have to visit the service department at Power Ford I would be extremely careful of the speeding vehicles in the parking lot immediately adjacent to the service entrance. While waiting in the parking lot for a friend (only about 10 minutes) my parked car was nearly clipped 3 times by speeding service techs who leered at me as they sped by. I thought I was back in high school with the loser punks this city is so famous for. I hope they have good insurance at this dealership/service station. They are going to need it one day! I would never shop here as you are probably already paying higher prices in order to cover their reckless employees.

We bought the 2014 Focus used at the local Dodge dealership with barely over 50,000 miles on it from Raul. They supposedly did a 124 point inspection, however,did not,somehow, realize there was a problem with the transmission, clutch actually. We immediately noticed it and called and they arranged for Power Ford to deal with the issue. Ben was our contact and he dealt with the situation. He knew exactly what the issue was, as apparently this has been a constant issue with this vehicle, but he had the mechanics do a full diagnostics anyways,just to be sure. The clutch,indeed,was the issue,but the post was back ordered. We did wait quite a long time for the part to come in. Once the part came in, Ben was awesome, totally professional, set us up with a rental,and kept on top of the mechanics to make sure that all was good. Even though it all took a bit longer than we'd hoped, Ben at Power Ford made the entire process fairly stress free. He deserves a raise,or at least a commendation or certificate of excellent customer service. He was great! We would like to thank Ben,and Power Ford for taking care of the issue in the manor it was. Thumbs up Ben!! I do, however, think Ford,as a whole,needs to recall the 2014 Ford Focus and replace the clutch automatically,instead of making people figure it out on their own. This is a serious issue and won't be covered by warranty forever.-Sincerely, Lynette Shier and Amarante Montoya.

I purchased a 2016 F-150...it's been into the shop 3 times for repairs but the service people are helpful and kind...it will have to come back in at least one more time in the near future whenever Ford finds a fix for the Sirius/XM problem. I would prefer not to have to bring the vehicle in as frequently as I have but am confident that the problems will be resolved soon.

I told Power Ford that I needed to set-up an appointment for my 2015 Ford Explorer to have a LOF, tire rotation and balancing and a front end alignment. I needed all this work done, plus the other items they check as routine for their customers, done within a 2 and 1/2 hour appointment time. They said they could do it and gave me an appointment date. The day of the appointment, Power Ford completed all the work requested within the time period and I was on the road at the end of the 2 and 1/2 hours allotted. Thanks Power Ford!

I brought my 2009 Ford Taurus in for an oil change and inspection.Everyone was helpful and immediately went to work on my vehicle. They completed all the inspections and the oil change while I waited. I was given a detailed statement checking off all the areas inspected and the results of these. Overall it was a great experience and will continue to take my vehicle to Power Ford NM as a result. The service consultant was upbeat, friendly, and explained the exactly what was done and the overall health of my vehicle. Bo Knox was very helpful and did not apply any pressure at all. It is very refreshing having someone assist you but never try to talk you into anything. I wasn't able to get the exact vehicle I wanted, but Bo made sure I got into a comparable truck. He was able to get me into a new truck instead of a used one. Power Ford has a lot of staff, Stephanie Villegas will work for you the day you step into the building. She will get you the best car buying experience. She will do anything in her power as a good sales person does, to keep the Smile you had on the first day of your new car purchase. My family and I ran into a few problems with aftermarket (Vernon) on my truck, Stephanie made sure that we were well taking care of and she did all the run around to fix the mistake that aftermarket made. Made my way to Power Ford in February to check out a 2014 Taurus SHO. Arrived at the dealership and first spotted the car, and on my way to the car was greeted by John Trujillo who proceeded to show me the car, explain its features, craftsmanship, and offered to have me test drive the vehicle all within the first 10 minutes of being on the lot. At no point was there any pressure during this phase and instead was very upbeat and relate-able in answering all of my questions regarding the vehicle. During the negation portion of the process, John made sure that we were comfortable and after a little bit was able to work with what I was willing to spend and afford to take this car home. Only complaint I had regarding this dealership was that during the final process(s) John took me to verify the grade of gasoline the vehicle required only to find people leaning against the car in the unoffical smoking area... The finance process was again not too bad, not as friendly or upbeat as the sales process but, Power Ford was able to work with area banks to finance me at an acceptable rate and payment that worked. Will be sure to forward any one I know to John in the future.

I bought a new car. It was only a car to start. Then after hearing Mark talk about the bells and whistles I began to pay attention to the car. Mark actually talked to me, not the husband, as I was buying the car. Believe me this does not happen very often. I needed a car because of a red light someone didnt stop for. She hit my brand new Hyundai and t was completly gone. Why did I not get another Hyundai. Well I had an appointment with them and Jeep. The Hyundai was nice, but the dealer wasn't when I bought it. But was going to try them again. But I went to Ford first. Mark was so thorough with details on the card. I told him how much I would pay. After alittle haggling with the guy in the back. Mark got the car for my price. Really who gets it for what they ask for. This was a first for me.. I actually hope Mark made money off me. There were a few things like a window tint I ordered so I didn't pick the car up for a couple days. Then another first. Mark took me to the car and actually went over every detail on the car. This didn't happen when I bought my Hyundai. In fact since 2002 I have bought 6 new vehicles and this was a first! Joe had even bought a new ford 250 and his salesman went over zip. So by now I have learned to really love the car. I haven't been a ford owner since 2002. I will now stay a ford owner, I have to say this is because of my Salesman Mark. Thankyou Mark

I paid a large amount the first time and do not feel the truck was truly looked over and repaired. When I walked into Power Ford I felt like I mattered. Was not hounded and felt comfortable. When I bought my 2016 Fusion I was promised windows tinted and they were. I also asked if there was a way to transfer my UNM plate over to my new car, unfortunately that was not able to happen going from a used car to a new car; however when I check my mail and opened up the license plate there was a UNM plate registered to me. That made me happy. Power Ford went above and beyond thank you so much Power Ford. I will buy there again. Thank you.

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and was greeted by a salesman right away. John Trujillo instantly took me to the car that was to be MY car and did everything possible to make sure I know about the car as well as answer all of my questions and ensure that we had everything we needed during the buying process. Facilities were great and comfortable and the overall buying process was relatively quick. Nearly every one I encountered was friendly and willing to work with my budget. Aside from one instance of someone leaning on my soon to be car, I did not have any complaints. The financing portion was quicker than I anticipated and was straight to the point. If you're lookin for a dealership that will work with you and ensure that you're comfortable during the process then Power Ford is the place. If you're looking for a salesman that knows his stuff and is able to connect on a down to earth personal level then ask for John Trujillo who made my first time buying an overall positive one.

Tony Budetti, my salesman was excellent. He listened carefully, he answered all my questions, he went out of his way to assist me on short notice, he worked diligently to help me determine a short-list of trucks and he helped me with my financing options, he helped me with my out of state taxes and plate registration. He even drove me to the bank so that I could get a bank check and to top it off, he drove me to the nearest Hertz rental car location so that I could drop off my rental car and drive away my new truck. Last week I went to Power Ford to look at available Ford Escapes. I thought I might purchase a used one. But, when I was told about the rebate and offered the 0% financing on a new Escape, I test drove a new Escape. Tony Hill was the sales guy that assisted me. I appreciated his no pressure attitude and manner. The following day, after information gathering and sleeping on it, I purchase my new Ford Escape. The whole buying process was almost stress free, which I thought was amazing. I am very happy with my new Escape and I would recommend Tony and Power Ford.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and going into the dealership I was worried about being over pressured and the salesman being overly aggressive. The sale of the vehicle was smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately the aftermarket purchase (GPS system) was not smooth. I had to spend several days activating the system. I was given the wrong information on my system and spent a lot of time on the phone with the reps from Road Vantage and the rep from Power Ford. I also had to made a special trip to Power Ford to finally get the GPS working and to pick up my owners manual. I did notice the rep from Power Ford was very disorganized. His desk looked like a tornado hit. He seem to not know what he was actually working on with my GPS and could not find the proper work on his desk. He had so many things going on at the same time he was getting visibly frustrated. His organizational skills are definitely not his strong point.

I was very pleased with the "no pressure" tactic that I experienced. Tony Hill was a great person to deal with. However, there are a few issues with the vehicle that need to be addressed and I have yet to be contacted despite talking to multiple people and leaving messages for Tony. I keep being told that I need talk to Tony and he'll set up an appointment with the shop. I have had the vehicle for almost two weeks now and fear that I will be told there is nothing that can be done if I have it for much longer...Please contact me soon to get these issues resolved.

The service at the location was good mentioned all the options of the treatment of attending to the vehicle and friendly staff. The only thing that I would recommend to a customer is showing a little more on the operation of the vehicle I have never owned a Ford Fusion so purchasing this vehicle is a good thing. Also, my vehicle before wasn't as fully loaded as this one is. Other than that it was good.

I brought the car in for 2 recall notices and an oil change. I was told at scheduling that the work would take one day. Actually the car had the work for 4 recall notices done, which was great, BUT when I called at 1 pm I was told they didn't think they would finish the car in one day, without explaining that the reason it was taking more time was because of the additional recall work. If I had been told of the extra work, it would have saved me from getting upset at the staff. In the end I was very satisfied but better communication would have made the experience a better one.

This was a difficult process for me as I was not ready to negotiate a new car - but, once I met with Darin, the GM at Power Ford - we were able to work a deal.

My experience with Power Ford only includes buying the vehicle in July, 2015, and going to service in November, 2015. In my first experience, I was disappointed about the claim that a cosmetic issue that occurred within 4 months was not covered by the bumper-to-bumper insurance that I purchased, for which I had the impression it would cover at the time of the purchase. Well, it gave me a lesson about purchasing insurances, for which I need to confirm that I understand my coverages on the paper clearly. After complaining about the issue, the sales department re-explained my coverages to me, and service department offered to fix my issue for free because of the misunderstanding. I appreciate their help and attempt for the customer satisfaction.

The reason why I bring my 2002 Ford F-150 into Power Ford for service, even though I purchased it there, is because the dice rolled in my favor. Found that Service Advisor, Ben Gillaspie, is the face of Ford for me. Major repairs, down to oil changes and even windshield wipers. Ben is a mechanic who knows his Fords. Doesn't just take down the service order and call you with the "bad news". That was why I had avoided dealership service in the past. It was like waiting for the Doc to give you the terminal diagnosis. Not so here. Price point comparable. Service excellent. My vehicle is shepherded through the process by Ben. Ask a question or to check something and he will go out onto the floor himself to make sure all is right. No longer a painful or anxiety producing experience. My vehicles are not traded in every few years to the chagrin of the Dealership. I feel that maintenance is one thing that stretches my dollar, but if not done well it is money down the drain. Never experienced this here. And if Ben is on vacation, I will wait for his return. When you have a point of contact who you know will get it right, it is no longer a Big Box Store. Feels more like that trusted small neighborhood garage that prides itself in doing the best job, getting it right and wanting the customer to come back. Which is why I do.

When I went shopping for car, I know I wanted to look at comparable models before making a decision. Power Ford is the first dealership I went to so that I can look at the 2016 Ford Escape. Prior to going Power Ford, I went online looking at models. I was contacted by a sales associate, Jadyn Harbin and she was very pleasant to deal with. The last time I bought a car I was at the dealership for hours and hours so I was not looking forward to the experience again. I visited the dealership twice and the second time I was there I bought the car. The prices only took a couple of hours and it went very smoothly and I was all due to Jadyn's efficiency, knowledge, and cheerful personality. I enjoyed the prompt response and the salesperson was exceptional. I do not like the negotiating process and bringing out the "manager" to seal the deal. An interested person like myself just wants a great product (and most of us have already researched what we want before getting there), a fair deal - we know that the dealership is not giving vehicles away, and needs to make some profit, and hear about the rebates, add-ons, etc. This process took 5 hours!

I got home and realized that I had forgotten my sunglasses...called to the service desk, a search was made and they were not found. 5 minutes later I received a call back with the info that they had fallen to the floor on the driver side....taking the time to look for them was above and beyond expectations, but totally appreciated. Every part of my experience at Power Ford has been top notch. From the purchase, through financing, through scheduling, through service, I have been so pleased. This past weekend, I got my first oil change and tire rotation on my new Fusion, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The service department was short-staffed, but everyone who was working was friendly and happy to do whatever was needed to deal with me, the customer. The car wasn't perfect, there were actually several issues and the car is still in the service center now. However, that wasn't the dealers fault and they have done everything possible to accommodate me as they do their best to resolve the problems with my Fiesta ST. Specifically, Carlos from the service center has been very communicative and diligent about keeping me informed through the whole process. Of course we would love to have our cars be perfect when we get them, but I have no doubt the dealership will do everything possible to fix the problems the car has. In the meantime they have provided me with a vehicle until mine is out of the service center so at least my transportation needs are met.

Took in my 2015 Explorer because the driver and front passenger side windows flutter when you press them down, the tech said it was a factory problem Ford is having with this model and to date there's no recommended fix for it. He looked at my truck and found other cosmetic details they could fix for me since they were unable to fix my main complaint and took care of it properly. Tech was courteous and professional.

The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and answered all my questions on the new vehicle. While they were servicing my vehicle, I went to visit my salesman, Omar Nimer!! I believe he was the best salesman ever. He was surprised to see me and bought me a soda. He then took me to visit Jawad Moussa who had installed the DVD player. He was also very friendly. I asked him to check the DVD player and service it so that the voice could be heard without headphones. And he did!! Since you combined the Quick Lane with your regular service department, it seems that you are busier and I had a more difficult time obtaining a time when you could accept my vehicle for service without a long wait time.I also encountered a difficult time getting through to a service technician via the telephone. Purchased a 2015 F150 Supercrew XLT FX4 with the 3.5l Ecoboost and 6.5ft bed. Great truck with great power! Getting 21-22mpg with mix of highway, rural, and city driving. Bought the truck on Labor Day weekend at Power Ford because of the deals and they were the only dealership in town that had a Supercrew 4X4 with the combination of an Ecoboost and 6.5ft bed. The process of actually buying the truck took about four hours, which I chalk up to the fact that there seemed to be a LOT of people buying that day. I knew we'd have to deal with the haggling dance about trade-in value and extended warranty, but George and Tony were very attentive and helpful, and Jawad was very polite and succinct.

When I called to Power Ford to explain my interest in a Ford Expedition, an appointment was made with Omar Nimar. In spite of looking very young, Omar N. was very knowledgeable with Ford vehicles. I found him very patient and so kind. He did not use any pressure techniques but instead patiently walked through all the vehicles I wanted to look at. I did purchase an 2015 Expedition from him. I did however find the sales rep that assisted in making the final deal a bit pressuring with comments a bit brash! But Omar N. remained quite and kind. I am so thankful that I was directed toOmar as my sales point of contact. He went beyond expectation to make certain that I felt comfortable with the deal that I had made. He called a few days later making certain I was still happy. He also directed me to Jawad to install a DVD in the new Expedition. Jawad was also very patient and friendly. He performed a wonderful job which other Ford dealers said could not be done. But he did! I believe I have found a friend at Power Ford in both Omar and Jawad.

I am the owner of a 2011 Ford Fiesta which was required to have a TCM module update. When I emailed my request for scheduling it was promptly answered and the scheduling was completed via telephone by Service Representative Nadine Trujillo. The service was scheduled to be performed within 2 days. On the scheduled day, a family medical emergency occurred and I had to cancel the appointment and reschedule. There was a problem with one of the front shocks on my 2000, F-250 truck. I was told that whom ever replaced the shock previously had broken the stud from the frame and replaced it with a bolt that was threaded into the frame (the lower part of the shock). Since Power Ford's records only went back to 2007 on my vehicle, I produced all my records with that dealership location since I purchased the truck, new in 2000. I explained to the service department that all the service on my Ford was done by the dealer a this location. To make a long story short, the Service Manager (Matt) told me that they would order the part that should have been replaced in 2006 with the original, rather than the "bolt" substitute that was used. This would be done at no cost to me for this replacement and service. Needless to say I was very happy and grateful for the offer and would accept it. Power Ford is making something right that should have been corrected 9 years ago. I am a happy Ford owner and am proud of Power Ford in what they are doing.

I brought my 2004 F-150 in for service as I was just below 100K miles. Since I had to make a long trip I asked for a complete, in-depth inspection and repair of the vehicle as needed; that left the door open for anything. As it turned out I did need shocks and an alignment in addition to normal service. I know I can trust the guys at Power Ford to do what is required and only what is required to my truck. They are courteous and knowledgeable and I depend on them to keep the truck in good condition

Repairing a nail in a tire is pretty simple. You would think putting the cap back on the valve stem would also be simple. Not only did the cap not get back on the valve stem, the next day when I came back to get it replaced they couldn't find the right size.

I believe that this dealership went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a car.Travis was extremely helpful and friendly. He wasn't a pushy salesman and understood my needs. The financing department may have taken a long time negotitating with several banks. Yet the they still was able to help me get approved for a loan. I may not have gotten my dream car, but considering my poor credit Power Ford has helped me make my first step to repairing my credit. F250 Diesel, We were treated well, The vehicle was ready when promised. The staff professional. The only difficulty was scheduling the appointment. We tried on line, then called, and then called back then someone called us back and left a message on our machine (she left her name on the message) and when I called her back she had no memory or notes of our call. So I had to start all over to get an appointment to have the car serviced. It shouldn't be that hard to get someone to schedule and appointment.Other wise we were pleased with he service.

I dropped of my mustang on a Tuesday, for the recent recall. They didn't have the part for the car right away, so they ordered it, which was totally okay with me, then they told me that I could take the car until the part was in, telling me the car was safe to drive, so took it. That same Saturday the engine light came on, along with overheating. I pull over and call the service department to ask of that had anything to do with the recall, so I wouldn't worry so much about the car, knowing it will be fixed as soon as the part came in. The gentleman was quick to brush me off and say "that the Mustangs recall, was about a 15 page document that he wasn't really fimiliar with, that he doesn't know, that they'll call when the part came in".. Upset I call the manager stating what the gentleman said to me, I'm just worried that the car is broken and didn't want to break it more by driving it. They told me to bring the car in asap, well they have my car for another two weeks. One of the service managers offered me a rent a car, so I'm assuming a car off their lot to take home, but they send me to enterprise, and ford said they'd pick up the tab, but I still had to put a deposit, and they charged me for something I didn't understand so I took the cat back, after one day. Finally they call me to tell me that the car was ready to be picked up, I pick it up and the manager tells me that the car was low on gas, I said okay, he said that they ran it for awhile, I'm thinking that the gas light is on, I get in the car just wanting to take it home, and the car stated that it was "1 mile to empty" as I turn the corner it turned to 0 miles to empty and the car ran out of gas and I had to push it to get it to the gas station... The service manager filled up my car the next time it was out of gas, and he washed it for me for free. I'm not upset about what happened, I also know that they're probably stressed, from other cars and customers, my car is running perfectly, and I'm still in love with it since I bought it. After receiving notice of a recall. I called Power Ford and made a appointment to come in. I dropped off the vehicle and picked it up the next day. The pickup time for the following day was my choice. Picking up the vehicle was fairly easy. I would like to give some specific feedback. When I was dropping off I noticed some confusion of customers of who they were to see. As for me I happen to be the only person next so it was easy. When I returned the next day I waited a little while for someone to acknowledge me and take me to a completely different room to sign paperwork and wait just a few minutes to receive my vehicle. All that being said had the young lady who received my car told me where to go when I returned that would have been more efficient for your team as well as myself. So all in all a good experience.

I was hoping to have the use of my auto within the day. I was finally called with the message that the auto would be ready at 5:15. Since I didn't want to drive in rush hour traffic, I waited until the next day to ask for a ride back to the shop. Then they sent someone who didn't know how to drive a manual transmission to bring it to the front...they finally got someone else. I had also mentioned at the time of making the appointment that I needed new windshield wipers. That didn't happen. I went to Auto Zone and they installed the wipers for me. The most frustrating thing about Power Ford is the wait time for drop off and pick up. Maybe they should have two drivers?

I was pleased that my vehicle was taken care of promptly. I took my vehicle in for the oil change package....change oil, top off fluids, rotate tires. The paperwork showed that the tires were rotated, and the tread, but didn't show if they were checked for air pressure or how much air was in them. Also, they told me my battery was "cranking low" and to keep an eye on it. My brother checked the battery fluid, which was good, but the connections both had a lot of junk on them which he cleaned up. He also changed my air filter which was very filthy. I didn't expect Ford to change my air filter without notifying me, but I assumed that was one of the items to be checked during that service. No problem with the price or the service guys.

Ford F150 2013. Oil change at Power Ford. When I returned home I discovered two problems. A rubber flap from the front left tire-well was hanging down and a clip holding up a hose was broken. I called Power Ford and reported this to the staff. They asked me to return, which I did, and the problems were immediately corrected. I have always had a very good experience with Power Ford and I trust them with my vehicles. This is so very important because I am an older woman and have found that other dealerships treated me with little respect. Power Ford staff listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. For the most part the staff is professional and always busy but the do listen to concerns and do their best to meet customer demands. Could use more help with in-coming customers. Moving the Service Center was a big deal it would have been appreciate to let the customers know ahead of time. My question is "Why make appointments. It appears it is all first come, first serve basis" confusing. Also when passing to the ladies rest room noticed a disturbing sight. There was a "Complaints" posted on the window that appeared to lead no where and of no concern to Ford. It may have meant to be a joke but as a Customer I did not appreciate the joke.

Dennis the finance guy did not offer me the extended warranty ( which I did intend to take) but said to me "I can get you the extended warranty" making it sound as if it was free. When I looked at all my paper work, He added "2" extended warranties, and "2" maintenance warranties. He never attempted to explain any of the warranties to me. I was so upset that I went back and told them that I wanted NONE, and insisted that they remove them. Oddly enough my next door neighbor bought a car a week before and Dennis did the exact same thing to them, and they ended up having there car financed through their credit union. I didn't know this until after I bought mine, or I would have not gone there. Also when I was looking at the vehicle that I purchased the sales guy told me that It was all wheel drive, and I took it to a mechanic to find out that it is only front wheel drive. None of the features were ever explained to me. I still don't know many of the features.

Manuel Beltran is truly amazing! He went above and beyond in his search for a replacement for our totaled 2014 Ford Explorer. I believe this happened because free Diesel Works was put on the order form. I believe it would be better if the tech didn't know and why would he/she need to know. we bought a 2015 mustang and our sales guy was very nice and patient with us and our special need daughter..We notice that the cold seat and the cold air was not working we ALL thought it was the compressor but when the car came off of the truck it needed to go threw a P D I service and who ever did out car did not go threw it all the way. The car need fluid in the compressor and the service guys pushed it on ford and they did not want to take the blame for there mistake.

I was not sure if I'd qualify and was looking at some of the smaller preowned lots in town. Some of them were trying to raise what I would consider extortion prices and really under estimate the trade-in for my car. Carmax being the worst. My friend had worked with Carl Campos there for two other car purchases she asked me to go talk to him said that he would be honest. Honest a car salesman? The only one I had ran into was at BMW and I wasn't shopping for a BMW. Major life changes has Not left my pur honest a car salesman? The only one I had ran into was at BMW and I wasn't shopping for a BMW Today. That was a different life. :) Carl was patient spent the whole day with me made sure I got the best loan possible and got me into a brand-new car. I did not think I could purchase a brand-new car. Even gave me a sandwich after I had been there all day and had not ate. I would recommend anyone I know who is purchasing a car to go to power Ford and to ask for Carl. Trevor and finance was also very nice. I cannot ask for a better experience.I was treated with respect, kindness. patients and honesty.

It's very difficult nowadays to seperate one dealership from another. All are focused on customer service etc. I'd have to say your dealership is certainly at par with all the others but nothing really sets you apart. The ones that really stink, or I should say stunk, are probably not even in business anymore. But, really, you all sell cars and service cars and as long as you do your job, it's tough to say your dealership is any better than anyone else's. Now with that said, what could you do to set you apart? Maybe an exterior AND interior complimentary wash. Most places offer exterior washes but that's the norm nowadays. Maybe offer every customer a complimentary cold or hot name brand drink when they go to have their car serviced. Maybe little packaged snacks might even be nice. Nothing fancy, just a little packaged snack. Not just a vending machine stuck in a corner. Maybe have some kind of a TV screen that shows every customer name and an approximate time their car will be finished. I'd bet Most people have no idea how long any service would take. And finally, have people REALLy follow up with customers when they say they will. I was contacted by phone last week kind of regarding this same thing. I had a question and the lady who called said she would contact the service manager and call me back. Did she ever call me back? No....Not to get anybody in trouble but that's kind of typical.....I really didn't expect a phone call back. Hope all this feedback helps!

Watch the techs working and they were quick and focused on their tasks. Simple things, but they checked the air pressure in the individual tires multiple times, before and after adding air, to insure the target pressure. Techs also torqued the lug nuts onto the wheels. Their attention to details was impressive. Only negative is the cost of a quart of synthetic - $9.41 a quart - what is stuff made of - ink jet printer ink?

I have NEVER had an experience with a dealership (or even a private mechanic) like I had at Power Ford. The best way to describe it was "small town service". Not only did our service advisor, Dan Gillespie, take good care of our vehicle, he remembered personal details (like the fact that the car is the vehicle my daughter uses to get back and forth between Portales, where she attends college, and Albuquerque, and that we were on a time frame due to a scheduled trip overseas). I have been telling everyone who will listen about the outstanding service we received at Power Ford. I once again am very satisfied with the service I received on my 2012 F150 Platinum...I had purchased it new from the Dealership as well as two other new ones over the last few years...The ownership of the store has changed but not the stores Service Department's Top Man...That being Terry Wayland...Terry has always been very responsive to any calls that I've placed to him and most of the time he has been a step ahead by calling me and updating me on any developing situation with my vehicles...On this visit to do some warranty work I asked Terry about a wheel I had damaged against a curb and if he thought it could be repaired...He said yes he would take care of it and get back to me with a estimate,which he did immediately and which I thought was more than a fair price...Not to mention the wheel looks new at a fraction of what a new one would have cost me...Terry also noticed that I had a rear turn signal light out as he was test driving my Truck and had it replaced for me as well...I had known the light was out but forgot to tell them when I brought it in for service...So once again "THANK YOU TERRY WAYLAND" as long as your there I will be coming back...

It is usually a good experience. I am a die hard Ford guy, I have owned 13 Ford trucks, 3 Ford cars and 1 Ford mini van. Of those trucks 3 have been powerstroke engines. I go to the dealer because I figure they know the vehicle better than anyone.My only complaint are the prices. seems to me that if you have loyal customers or repeat customers you would off them a better price on parts and service. So because you don't I will probably be looking for a different shop. overall your people are ok. they used to be great.

Ford F-150 Sport Standard. Your vehicle is usually you second most important purchase. How many drop off their vehicle to a "No Name" Service Advisor and forget who they entrusted? Heard it on picking up my truck. The face of Ford is the Service Advisor. My luck I drew Ben Gallaspie and he is a gem. Shepherds your vehicle through all the hoops. Makes it right. PTSD from other drop offs in the past at other dealerships that ended in disaster. Not with Ben. Been in the trenches and remembers how to turn a wrench. Knows Ford vehicles and the mechanics. Explains what is going on to the layman in terms that make sense. My point of contact. And comfort for me and my wife that a disaster is not around the corner. Goes the proverbial "extra mile". Not an order taker or salesman. Customer service and your vehicle are the number one priorities. Check Engine Light. No problem. No sinking feeling at the bottom of your stomach when he calls. All works out and can even be cheerful when going to the cashier. Good price point and done and overseen by those who really know the vehicle. You know your Doctor? Plumber? Electrician? Know your Service Advisor. This guy could work on your vehicle. That is why the service is so great. A face and name. Not a Big Box Dealership. Custom Service. What is not to like?

Since we were passing on our 2009 Mercury Mariner to our granddaughter (attends UNM in Abq) it was important that everything be in tip-top shape - Ben was helpful in ensuring this. Our granddaughter will be taking the vehicle in for an "incomplete recall" which we discovered only after our car had already been serviced. The service department and technicians are the best in town. I took my mustang to Don Chalmers Ford, unfortunately that's where I bought my car. Big mistake. I was having a steering problem and was hearing strange noises. I took it in for service, and long story short, they couldn't find the problem. To make it worse, after many days of back and forth, Andy Strebe, service manager was perhaps the rudest man I've ever dealt with. Power Ford, you have a new customer for life!

My wife and I went out to look for a new car about a week after my 40th birthday. Neither one of us care for high pressure dealers. We met Omar and immediately hit it off. We drove 2-3 cars that day, told him we wanted to look around. He didn't pressure us at all. I did say that I would be back before I made a decision anywhere else.After looking at the rest of the Ford dealers in the area, I came back about a week later, they beat the best price that Rich Ford offered me. The sales manager smelled strongly of smoke, and was abit short with me. I don't hold it against him, I know that's part of the job. We worked out a deal that included aftermarket exhaust, so my Mustang would have the sound I wanted from the start.

My service manager, Ben, went out of his way to make the experience excellent to outstanding. He listened to my needs and then proceeded to complete all requested work. The work was a combination of warranty, re-call and scheduled maintenance. All work that could be accomplished was and on time. My vehicle was returned in a very clean and presentable condition. The one issue I have is with Ford, not the dealership, I received a re-call notice over a month ago and the parts were not available from the factory. Ben searched for the parts in the local area and finally ordered them. They will be available soon.

Apprehensive about taking a simple oil change to a dealership, but it turned out well. i could see the haps from the lounge and saw them do all the checks they said they would do, rotated the tires with correct torque so my wife can take off a tire if she needs to, cleaned all areas of the truck they leaned on, made sure to not drag hoses over the exterior of the truck, and took it for a test drive. Somewhat more expensive than if i did it myself, but with the rotation and actual checks, worth the money. I'll come again. Nice job Power Ford.

Right away, Matt went into troubleshooting what the problem could be, told me to bring the truck in and they would take a look at it. We had a planned trip and we were scheduled to leave the very next day so of course we were concerned that we would not have our truck back in time on Thursday to pull our 5th wheel. After dropping off the truck, we received a call within the hour from Ray. Ray explained the issue and stated the truck would be done Friday morning; we were bummed that our trip would be delayed. Then Ray told us that they would do their best to get it done Thursday. Thursday afternoon I received a call from Matt, they completed the work. I am so pleased with my new F150. Great mileage and everything works great. A good part of my satisfaction lies with the team that sold it. Everyone from the manager, John, the salesman, Ralph Armstrong, to the accessory guy to the preparation of the new truck, and the offer on the trade-in, all did an excellent job. These folks act like a well oiled human machine. I have a little over 3K miles on my F150 so far and last week brought it in for an oil change. Quicklane did it well and in addition checked and adjusted my tire pressures. Power Ford is the best!

They do a great job in general. However, I always ask for the technician to check the spare tire. If I don't specifically ask for this, they don't do it. Sometimes I don't think they check it even when I ask. This last time it was not marked on their check list, even though I did ask for it so I don't know if they did. When I said something about it once, the tech said that people usually have too much in their trunks so they don't bother. I always make sure the trunk is clear when I go, so this is not an excuse. A spare tire doesn't do any good if it is low or flat! I used to get a discount on the service as a regular customer. Now I have to wait to get a $10 card in the mail, register it, and choose a PIN before I can use it. Almost seems like too much bother. Getting the discount at time of service was much easier.

Bought a 2015 Taurus SE...had for 7 mos. We found wind noise, flapping noise and dash noises. Took car to dealer, and they said "could not duplicate customer complaint" to wind noise. And then they said "a bottle of pills were rolling around in glove box" for the dash noise. Took it back a second time after recording noises on my iphone. Went with a manager for a test drive and they heard them, took the car to shop. I told them take your time, I am going to California, please fix the noises.They called me next day; "car is ready". I took car out on I-25 North, noises still there. Returned to dealer, and was told another manager would go with me for a test drive.Mark, a manager, went with me this time. He heard the noises. And I mentioned to him that my wife and I travel without music on, most of the time. After he said that "this button on the dash fixes all noises on car" (the radio button). I also told him that I heard two different noises by drivers window, not just one. He also heard the dash noise, at slower speeds, and was not continuous.He assured me; He would make sure the car would be repaired. Again, as before, I told him to take his time and fix it, as we were taking a trip the following week. They called me back the next day; ''your car is ready''. I went to pick it up and test drove it as before. The flapping noise was gone! Yay! And I didnt hear anything else, so I believed they had fixed everything.Went on the road trip, the wind noise on drivers side was back. And dash noise was back, when driving at lower speeds. I then discovered another dash noise in the center of the dash, toward windshield, that I had not heard before. 2910 miles later, I am tired of having a brand new car, with all these noises. I felt like I spent all this money and felt taken. I no longer wanted this car. After 3 tries they could not fix, but one noise on it. The people were nice, but that is a null point.Went back to dealer and tried to have them buy my car back from me. I was not happy with this vehicle. This was the "first Ford" I have ever bought and the Last! After trying to negotiate with them, they offered me 18,000 for it. (first offer was 17,500) Isn't it amazing how their car is always worth more? I didn't want to fight or cause a scene, I just walked out of there and went to Toyota and bought a 2015 Avalon. I should've done that in the first place. I was my mistake for trying to save money.The moral of the story! Test drive your car at highway speeds and on the bumpy Abq streets. Be sure your car is what you really want and don't be pressured by the smooth talking salesman. Or by the pressure from the sales managers.Thank you for hearing me out.Rafael Rueda Albuquerque

I have given ratings of great because when I drove onto the lot I was immediately greeted and was asked questions and provided answers to my questions to give me the information needed to make decisions. I didn't have any experience with hybrid vehicles and time was taken to explain everything. Initially, there didn't seem to be any new cars on the lot that fit what I was looking for, but Ralph still offered and suggested I take a used car for a drive to get the feel for how it operates. I thought that was a great suggestion, and I even considered at that point purchasing a used vehicle. On my way off the lot, I was told there was another car on the lot and so we looked at it and discussed price. Every effort was made by the staff to get the price and trade-in down to a number that I was comfortable with, and they were able to sell me the car that day!

Two quotes customers hate to hear from salesmen:When dealing with price he says,"We gotta play the game!" And "We aren't making ANY money on this deal!" You would expect outstanding customer service when purchasing a $40K+ vehicle or ANY purchase price for that matter. Not here. They want to fight for every last dollar and not appreciate you as a customer!!!Was not intending to buy a car but when I showed up at one of the tent sale events on the fair grounds, I just fell in LOVE with a truck I saw there. Power ford was the company who was selling the truck. First off we ALL know dealing with salesmen is a pain in the rear, but to add to it I had my kids with me. Of course they tried to steer me away from dealing with my own Credit Union because they tried low balling me for a trade in and plus a HIGH down payment just to make their money! I understand they have to feed their families and make money too but I'm not an idiot! Well when we returned after talking to our credit union, and were approved, the finance manager or assistant manager was very rude and unhappy! Wouldn't budge (of course) and almost lost a sale on a truck until we actually spoke to a SALES manager who worked with us (kinda)! But you would think if someone buys $40+ thousand dollars on a vehicle they could at the least throw in a car wash and fill up, but no! And then to begin with, the cover over the bed was leaking and the sliding rear window wasn't opening. You would think they would fix this BEFORE they would try and sell it! Especially after how much someone pays for the truck!! So we took it BACK in (who really loves going back and forth?) to fix both issues and first the window opens but now makes this HORRIBLE screeching noise (What they don't check their work before sending it home?) and second, the cover on the bed WOULDNT open and noticed a new scratch on the truck which they acknowledged.then we relieved a follow up call from the lady in customer service relations to check up on the service. She then attempted to make it seem like it was our fault the window wasn't checked and when we took it back a second time no one wanted to deal with us and they didn't even fix the window just the cover over the bed!!! Not happy with sales or service so we sent my step daughter to Rich Ford to buy her NEW car and she got a free wash and fill up (the car was worth less than half our truck was)!' We get 2 free future oil changes with power ford...They can KEEP THEM!!! I don't want any more scratches on my truck.

Sincerely felt like we were extremely valuable and important with the Rockstar treatment Chris gave us. We went on the website to look at Explorers and found the one we wanted. We were called back immediately to schedule a test drive with someone that could answer all our questions. Manuel was that salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the Explorer and we bought the Explorer that night. The process was easy and took less time than I expected. Manuel was not pushy and just answered our questions. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Power. We had looked at an Explorer at Brad Francis but the salesperson knew nothing about the vehicle and couldn't answer any of our questions.

I recently had enigine problems in my 2012 F-150. Originally took the vehicle to Chalmers Ford in Santa Fe. After performing a cursory check they did identify that there was an issue and said that they would need to disassemble the engine to identify the issue. When they found out that it was still under warranty they began trying to brush me off to a differenty dealership stating originally that the dealership I purchased the vehicle from needed to perform the repairs. After talking with their management and hearing that they honor Ford warrenties they began telling me that they were backed-up and wouldn't be able to begin the repair for several weeks. Following this experience with Chalmer Ford in Santa Fe I was certain I did not want them to work on my truck. I contacted Power Ford in Albuquerque and they said that they would look at it and even transported my truck from Chamers in Santa Fe to their dealership in Albuquerque. Power Ford identified the issue and replaced my engine under warranty. Ben Gillespie and his team were fantastic, providing me with daily updates. I love the customer service Power Ford provides and will be shopping there first for my future auto puchases.

Anthony Budetti was great to work with, a good salesman and a gentleman. However, the finance group and contract writer were a bit shady. You had the F350 listed for 28,000 we offered 26,000, you came back with 27,000 and we accepted. The contract writer was talking so fast and making my head spin so well that I didn't realize that he had changed the price to 27,600 or 27,700 (don't have the papers in front of me) without my realizing it. Also, the finance guy came back with a credit rating for me of aprox. 670 and a pretty high interest rate. I went to My credit union, Sandia Labs FCU the following day and they scored my credit rating at 704 and knocked ~2.5% off the interest rate. so I canceled Power Ford's financing and went with my own. Probably won't be shopping there again and if someone asks I will urge them to examine anything promised with a magnifying glass.Regards,Roger Nyholm

I bought a 2010 Ford Flex and its awesome. Thank you for being so helpful and having great customer service. It's a nice change of pace compared to some of the other dealerships I had looked at it. I was in and out within 24 hours which seems unheard of. For being a new dealership, it seems like you guys already have your act together. It is greatly appreciated.

The staff and customer service at this dealership is outstanding. They go above and beyong to ensure a great customer experience. Being from a different country and not having the support of my family when looking for a new car (and I know nothing about cars)... Jason(sales) was incredible- he took me under his wing and put me in a new (used) car which exactly fits my needs.It was a stressful time for me as my old cars transmission had failed, but he supported me through the whole process - helping me trade my old car in and putting me in a car which was affordable and perfect for me. Whenever I visited the Ford dealership the employees were very friendly - always a smile and hello whether they were working with me or not. Darin the manager has created a great atmosphere there and was always very approachable and welcoming. They put my worrying nature at ease and I would recommend them to everyone I know! :)

Horrible, horrible. 2004 Ford Escape needed transmission rebuild or new tranny for a thousand bucks more than a rebuild. My car was there for a WHOLE MONTH. Worst part was the stalling, pathetic excuses I got. Excuses: We only have one guy that does transmissions and we just got slammed. He called in sick today. He's almost got it back together, just one more day. It's back together, but it still isn't shifting right. We need to make it right. (Ya think?)We think we found the problem but we need to order a part from Denver. We really want to keep it overnight and try a cold start in the morning. Repeat several of above excuses. I overheard two service writers talking about how the poor guy trying to do transmissions was new to trannies and that he was sure trying hard. That explained a lot! I finally left a voicemail to the service guy I was dealing with stating that I had no confidence in this dealership's ability to fix my car and that I wanted to take it elsewhere. Then they offered to put in a new tranny instead of flailing around with my "rebuild". One more day! Two days later I left a voicemail stating that my car was leaving this dealership at 4pm either by tow truck or fixed. One month to the day I got it back. Wow.Way too many sorry excuses and inabilty of a Ford dealer to fix a Ford car.I am never,ever,ever going back.

Awful experience. I knew the price. It was a plain car and its the internet age, right? I tried to be as polite and businesslike as possible, as I had no trade and it would be a straightforward transaction, probably not at a rock bottom price. I knew it was a high pressure dealership, so I expected them to take a run at me. I just figured they would back off pretty fast and close the deal. No such luck. They threw one sleazy sales tactic after another at me until I stormed off the lot after three hours. I actually gave them a "good" rating for customer service and friendliness. That's only because they let me drive the car and they were nice enough until I tried to actually close the deal. They ended up letting me have the stupid dealer add-ons for no extra cost, so I guess that counts as customer service. They made a big show of giving me a full tank of gas at the end, like that is supposed to make up for being treated like garbage for half the day. The dealers within a region all share the same inventory. Next time, let Bob Turner pay for the inventory, give you a test ride, and then buy the car from a higher rated dealer.

Been dealing with this dealership for a new vehicle, and they can't even give me a decent price on the new vehicle I am looking at. They are $5000 above what other dealerships can do. I suppose they are charging enough to pay for their outrageous overhead!

Wonderful experience with this Dealer! We got a call from Serge our sales person we went in at 6pm and within the hour were buying our new Explorer. Joe was so plesant to work with during the negotiations process, he listened to us and took all of our concerns into account. He didn't try to push us or bully us into anything. We have been looking at the Explorer for about a month now and have gone to many different dealerships and this by far is the best experience we have had with Ford. We highly recommend them and Serge was a wonderful salesman, I will tell my friends and family about them.
