Excellent service as usual, on 01/14/21. Service consultant Tammie Spears is knowledgeable and efficient - makes sure to review with the customer the work to be done, touches base when necessary along the way, and after work is complete, reviews the bill regarding the service. Discusses when next normally required - by miles and/or number of months. Will answer questions herself when possible or find out from technician if necessary. I always try to set up my service with Tammie on a day I know she will be there - pleasant person with whom to deal.

Friendly staff. Satisfied with the work they do on the car. Only frustration is how well they track their own service records. Example: they replaced the serpentine belt on my Fit in 2020, about 16,000 miles ago. The next two times I went in for an oil change, they recommended replacing the same belt. (For reference a serpentine belt should last 100,000 miles.) I'm left scratching my head wondering: did you not replace it when you charged me for it? Is that why the tech says it looks worn out now? Surely you're not trying to scam me, are you? But when I asked, the customer service rep. just said, "Oh our mistake never mind." This is an issue for me mainly because I have a spouse who sometimes they bring the car in not me, so work gets done on the car that I don't necessarily hear about. I need my auto shop to keep good track of the service history.

Great experience again. Dropped the car off for a oil change and during the inspection found a leaking transmission seal. My rep let me know what was going on was very courteous. Update: 23 June, same courteous service. The service reps go out of there way to make sure your informed.

I recently purchased a used car from Pat Peck Honda. We were trading in a car. We purchased it 4 months ago!!!!!!! 4 months is way to soon for something MAJOR to happen to a car that I just bought new or used. I understand that there would be something to happen sooner than later on a used car, but to find out that they just put a "band aid" on a major problem that caused my car to overheat and cease the engine up only 4 months after I got it. It was a coolant leak that was fixed just to sell. I am so incredibly upset about this because we do not have a ton of money to replace an engine in a car we just purchased. Not to mention the car fax that they gave us with the car was not complete. I will never buy from there again.

I have owned my new 2016 Honda Accord Sport for over 3 months now and it has been amazing! I love the way it drives, the spacious room inside the vehicle along with extra space in the trunk and engine. I love the 19" rims and the more sporty duel exhaust. Most of all, I love how I can get 38 miles to the gallon. I could never see myself getting a new car, the horrible stories ive heard about car salemen and dealerships. Plus, there was no way I could pay a $500 car payment per month. But after I met Jimmy (Jimmy Blalock), my whole perspective of car dealerships and owning a new car changed. He was willing to do anything to help me get the right car. We talked for hours and hours because I was so uptight and every detail. And he was patient with me, I probably asked him the same questions a million times, but he never got frustrated with me. I traded in my old car and got the price I wanted for it. (Because Jimmy made it happen) and I got the perfect car for me. (Because Jimmy made it happen).I know that if I ever need help with anything I can call him.

I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic from Jimmy Blalock. Firstly, we bought it for an amazing price and were able to finance the car with low payments that included Gap insurance and an extra bumper to bumper warranty. There were a few issues like a paint chip on the front bumper and a gash in the rear bumper that the dealership took care of for me. Jimmy has always made himself available to me for questions or concerns by giving me his personal cell number. The finance personnel talked is through all of our options and made it a quick easy process. Love Pat Peck Honda!

When I initially called pat-peck Honda I was wanting to look. But, a very well spoken and enthusiastic salesman named Rueben answered my call. He was very welcoming and professionally funny. When I arrived at pat-peck Honda he was nothing short of awesome. He was very informative and explained everything very well. This was the first time I was alone and looking for a car. He made my fist time car buying experience smooth like butter. He told me and then explained why I was getting a certain amount of money for my trade in. He was very persuasive yet cunningly genuine. Nothing like waiting a month and a half for your car to be ordered to find out nothing was done. They lead me to believe my car was ready, They gave me a VIN #, I brought a cashier's check for the full amount and insurance only to find out the was not ordered Instead they opt'd for a the dealer transfer, which was blocked. That didn't bother me as bad as Jim screaming to the top of his lungs in the lobby, telling me he didn't give a hell what I thought about him. When he noticed everybody was looking at him, he corrected himself to say he did care. All I asked was why didn't you order my car like you said you would followed by now I know where all the people in Slidell get their sales tactics, considering you told me they were trained in here. They all seem to have the arrogant, pompous, no one can touch me attitude. Nice professionalism! I know this review won't go anywhere, but it would be nice for Pat or Chris to know how their employees are treating customers. I already see a similar instance here which involved the same party, so obviously nothing was done ... Aston was great btw

I have had 3 Honda Accords so I have been to my fair share of Honda dealerships. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I took my car in for a problem they offered a warranty extension for so they had to fix it at no charge to me. About two weeks after I got the car back I started hearing a squealing and realized it sounded like my belt. Took it back to the dealership to tell them what was happening and they told me the belt needed to be replaced and it would be $600! I didn't fall for that bull and took it to a local mechanic I trust to look it over. He said the belt did need to be replaced because it was rubbing. When they took my engine out and fixed the one problem they knocked the belt pulley system off. So basically my belt would have been fine if it hadn't been for their mistake and they wanted to charge ME $600 for it! My mechanic replaced the belt for $60 (that's right, I didn't leave off a zero) and my car runs like it should. I will NEVER buy another Honda ever again!

This was my first experience buying a new car by my self. I was helped by Sunnie Palode Jr.. I strongly suggest asking for him! He completely put me at ease. He just hung back, let me look at what I wanted to and answered every question I had, Never once spoke over me. Typically I find the salesperson normally talks so much you don't have time to think. I never felt pressured one time. He even called me twice since my purchase just to make sure I was happy. The finance manager Ms. Gigi was also great! She answered all questions and was extremely patient with me. she started my paperwork, I had everything done, papers signed, etc. I decided I wanted another day to think about it before I actually made the purchase. I came back in the next day to finalize the deal. Gigi was not in so I was helped by Todd, he was equally as nice. I was very vocal about it being my first purchase and wasn't exactly sure of the process. all necessary paperwork was signed and I left that day with my first new car at 41 years old! the only problem with Todd is he sent me out the door with an envelope and 3 pieces of my paperwork.(as I stated it was my first time, didn't know if I would get rest of my paperwork in the mail or possibly online) I went the next morning to the tax accessors office. where I was informed I hadn't been given any of the "important" papers. He gave me the vehicle buyers order, paperwork on extended warranty and the conditional delivery agreement. No finance agreement, no odometer statetement, nothing. As I headed back to Pat Peck Honda I called Sunnie (the salesperson). the man wasn't even at work yet and still tried to help me, even asked me if I needed him to meet me at the dealership. I declined, up until this point I was confident that anyone up here could and would be willing to help me, Then I met Chris. He is also a finance manager up here. I explained to him what happened and that I needed the rest of my paperwork. I was already EXTREMELY HEATED when I got here. Within 3 minutes this gentleman (and I use that term very loosely in reference to him) He took me into the office of the finance person that finalized the deal with me. he walked in and did a quick glance of the office, stated that I needed to come back later when todd was in. I told him that wouldn't work, I needed to go to new Orleans and was strapped for time, his response to that was, and I quote "maybe you should have made sure you had all of your paperwork before you left." Needless to say as mad as I was already, he increased that by 10. I asked him to call the guy and ask him where the paperwork was, his response was I really don't want to inconvenience him. I blew up and asked him why he would rather have an unhappy customer than to "inconvenience" Todd in regards to something he should have already done. at that point Chris called Todd and got the location of the paperwork. He takes me into Ms Gigi's office and gets the paperwork. He then proceeded to tell me it was her fault. once again I blew up, SHE WASNT EVEN THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! He told me it would have been overstepping bounds for him to go into her files. I really don't know the dynamics of the car sales industry but to me the whole scenario that happened that morning was ridiculous. My "meeting" with Chris ended with my snatching my paperwork out of his hand and leaving. the guy is a true jerk. Over all Sunnie and Ms Gigi made this an enjoyable experience. THEY ARE THE ONLY REASON I WOULD EVEN CONSIDER GOING BACK TO Pat Peck Honda. Mr. Sunnie as extremely patient and comforting honestly. Like I previously stated, this was my first car buying experience. My anxiety was through the roof. I had no clue the kind of car I wanted, etc. This wound up being a 4 day process, just trying to find something I wanted. I never felt pressured the first bit. I'm the first one to tell you I'm not an easy person to deal with. However Sunnie did, with a smile on his face. Need a car? Go see Sunnie Palode Jr.!

I just moved to the area 2 yrs ago and purchased a new 2014 Odyssey elsewhere but after driving for oil change I decided to try P.P. I have been very satisfied with the service. My oil change, cabin filter change, and rotate tires was only $114.00. That's fair. They used a 15.00 off coupon, I forgot to even look for. They were busy which I expected but had me out in an hour. Trust me if they make me mad, hell hath no fury like a woman that loves her Odyssey.

Got a great deal on my Si model. I enjoyed the process until the finance manager (I was already pre-approved from USAA and just had to write the check) kept trying to get me to buy with Honda credit. Nothing against Honda but I like to have everything taken care of before I get to the dealer. On at least 5 times he kept trying to tell me bad things about USAA and it got to the point I had to advise him that if he brought up again my wife and I were leaving. I got such a good deal but if I were to buy a car again I would not only stay clear of this dealership I would stay clear of this entire dealership chain.

I took my 2006 Honda Van to pat peck to get the transmission flushed, it has a vibration in the front end. The Master Teck told my wife the Transmission didn't need to be flushed, he told her the right drive Axle was bad, the axle was 9 months old but I let them replace it and align the front end. When she drove off the vibration was worse than it was when she took it in. They then told her the tires were bad so she went to Sams club and bought 4 new Michelin defender tires, she left sams and it was still vibrating so she took it back to Pat Peck. They told her 2 of the tires were out of balance, new tires balanced by Sams club. They finally told her the left drive axle was bad. I went and got the van and went home. The next Monday I had to take it back to pat peck to get the Transmission flushed, no other shop could flush it. Now after $1200.00 dollars I have a van that still vibrates and a dealership that has a lousy service department, don't do business with them or you will get ripped off..

I had assistance and help from two different salespersons: Reuben and Teddy. They were both great! It was a smooth and quick process (for buying a vehicle anyways.) Even though I did not technically end up being Reuben's customer, he still called me to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at Pat Peck Honda and my new car. The follow up call from Reuben the next day after my purchase shows that Reuben will go the extra mile with the dealership's customers and follow through with his customers, (even when I didn't end up buying my vehicle from him.) I have two Honda's that I have serviced regularly at this dealership. Staff is friendly kind and curteous. I find the prices for oil change to be less then other local shops (which was suprising.) Seem to care about customer service. Vehicles are serviced quickly. Cant really comment on major repairs only because they are Honda's and I have not had any in 3 years. Thank you for your service. I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my experience was nothing short of wonderful! I have had very negative experiences in the past at different dealerships, and approached this dealership with the mindset this would be another one of those experiences. I was first welcomed in by Reuben who had very quickly displayed his genuine intentions and that this was not a dealership like "the others." He did an excellent job of painting a very low-pressure environment and took the time to listen to each of my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Reuben went out of his way (even on three occasions after the sale!!) to ensure that I was 110% satisfied with my purchase. During the sale another finance manager helped me to stay informed about the options available to me and even helped me to get a much better interest rate at Keesler Federal Credit Union. Had my daughter bring in wifes 03 Honda Odyssey. Oil change and air and cab filter change $159.07 !!! Had it there for routine maintenace chk. Showed washer fluid low and they filled it. I checked it was all but emty. I filled it called them to vouce my displeasure at the rediculous cost for simple service. Oh , the work sheet did show transfer case was full. Wait , what thransfer case? Isnt one. They pencil whipped the check list and hammered me on simple service. Told me bring it back they fill washer. Probably leaking. I had already filled it. checked it. Still full and no leaks. I have no way of knowing what they did or just checked off.

Took my 2013 Honda Accord in for a regular oil change appointment. As I was walking up to my car there were 2 noticeable dings on the back passenger side fender above the rear wheel. Immediately asked what that was and what happen, the greeter quickly stated, that was already there. I assured her it was not. She admitted she did not do a walk around the car with me and I wish she would have. The manager finally agreed to have it buffed out or fixed. Left my car with 320 miles to empty of gas. Drove off in a dirty and poorly condition loaner. She said should take about 3 business day. After 11 days, my car was finally ready for pick up. Gas tank had only 121 miles to empty but to make matters worse, after the body shop washed my car, they scratched it from what seems whatever they used to wash or dry my car off with. Showed it to the greeter who proceeded to tell me it was not their fault or something they did! Asked for the manager but he was busy in a meeting! Now I have to take another day to take it back so they can rewash and try and hand buff it out! because according to them, they do not have a buffer at the dealership. Never going back there again.

contacted dealer about used truck on Autotrader.com.set appointment for following day at 6:00.Received e-mail asking to verify appointment. I did. got off work early to drive over an hour to see truck with pocket filled with cash only to find that truck had been sold earlier that day, they could call me to ask me to verify appointment but were apparently unable to show enough common courtesy to save me a trip over to keep an appointment for a truck that had been sold. made no effort to show me anything else.salesman who greeted me was unable to understand why I might have been somewhat bothered by the circumstances and instead became very defensive telling me not to get mad at him.I told him it was too late for that but that I was mad at dealership, not him.. He was very unprofessional and was visibly angry. used car mgr spoke with me briefly to offer tepid apology for my trouble but no explanation as to why it was ok to waste my time.

Deceptive sales practices and poor service with no accountability is all I've ever experienced with Pat Peck. The service is horrendous and takes far too long. The finance managers were extremely deceptive and demeaning. The general manager was even rude and he got very aggressive. My wife and I will take our cars elsewhere to get serviced from now on. And we'll definitely never shop here again!! Stay away!!!!

I have done business with Patpeck in the pass ..buy this situation is so messed up I am just frustrated. I bought a vehicle in march of this year. I traded a 2011 impala that I also got from them the previous year. This is the issue that sat I bought my vehicle I was told that I would be financed by that Monday ..I was not financed until about a month after. The ten days payoff that was quoted on my Impala was expired by then and..I call everyday during this time to sort things out.. long story short they was quoted 6500 for the payoff they sent 6100 leaving me a balance on my account that goes up every ten days. I have been calling every day since .June 1st and it is still not resolved. .I have bought a total of 3 cars from Patpeck..I cannot recommend another friend or family to a business tag doesn't care about their customers. . I spoke to Mr. Baudein. Todd , Brian no help..

We had a great car buying experience Saturday at Pat Peck Honda. We went to "look" at used vehicles on 5 Jul with absolutely no intention of buying. I wanted to see what was available and then refigure finances to know what we could afford. I never do anything on an impulse! Steve Bullock came out and introduced himself. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Pilot. He in no way pressured us into a vehicle, but made us a great deal on a 2014 vehicle. He went out of his way to have the upgrades I wanted included in the purchase. He made me feel at ease during the entire transaction. The finance officer was helpful in explaining the warranty and not subscribing to the added expenses we did not need. The Pat Peck staff made me feel that they actually care about the needs of the customer. Overall, this was excellent car buying experience!

Ok so about two months ago i bought a silver vw jetta from pat peck honda, and being a used car it had a couple issues with it (check engine light, sagging headliner, broken driver armrest, and broken tail light). I specifically stated i would not buy the car if all those small problems where not fixed, and signed a document stating they owed me those repairs (i foolishly didn't get a copy of the document). They had me in a loaner car for a little over a month to repair the car. I call them once a week to get a status update on the car and kept getting the run around "yea um the car will be ready tomarrow". So finally they get the car after hassling them everyday for a week. I look it over and the only thing that was fixed was the check engine light. The check engine light wasn't even fixed... I drove it off the lot and it came back on. Being so feed up with it i just took the car and they said they would get the rest fixed in a week or two. Now after a month has gone by with no calls from them I give them a call, and they tell me they don't owe me anything.

Our first contact with the dealer was talking with Tiffany, an internet sales rep located in Houston, TX. She was most helpful in getting us a great price on a new CRV. Tiffany was kind enough to set up an appointment for us at the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership (Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport, MS) we were met by Lee Morgan, the absolute best salesman we have had the pleasure of working with in all our new car buying experiences. With his courteous and professional demeanor Mr. Morgan immediately set us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. Mr. Morgan showed us his inventory while at the same time answering all our questions, exhibiting a broad knowledge base of his product. We were impressed. After selecting the CRV that we wanted we took it for a test drive. When we returned to the dealership we had some questions about the price. Mr. Morgan talked with his sales manager and was able to get us a price that exceeded our expectations. Needless to say we were elated. The entire process of buying a new CRV from Pat Peck Honda and Mr. Morgan was a very pleasant experience. Our only disappointment was that we were unable to finance with Honda. Perhaps we can next time.

I located the the van that I was looking for on the Pat Peck Honda used inventory website. the site was very easy to use gave pics details and both reail pricing and dealer pricing. I inquried about the vehical and got both a email and phone call quickly. I made an appointment to go look at it. When I got there everyone was very friendly I met Ron Duccini and he was great took good car of me. I didnt get the regular car lot experience. No voltures attacked me or forced me to buy a car. from start to finish I was only there maybe 3 hours. my past car buying experience it took all day. It didnt end there they called me a few day later to see how I was enjoying my new vehical. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great car buying experience. I would definatly recommend this dealership!

Me and my best friend went to a few different car lots today in search of a new car for her. All other car dealerships made this process so difficult and miserable, including pat peck Nissan. We felt completely smothered and uncomfortable at pat peck Nissan. When we arrived at pat peck Honda Chris Yousey greeted us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable from the start. He helped my friend find the exact car she was looking for and a great price. The test drive went very well, he does a great job at keeping the conversations going with his costumers, which makes the process go so much more smoothly. I bought a CRV four weeks ago. The mileage on the car fax did not match the odometer. I was assured by the salesman and the sales manager that it was a typo and would be fixed. I was issued a temporary blue paper tag that was good for 7 days. I went to the tax office on Dedeaux Road a few days later and was told the car fax was wrong and I couldn't get the tag. I went back to the dealership and was once again assured they were working on it. I was also told that I didn't need a temporary tag; if I lived in Harrison County, it was not mandatory. Back at the tax office a week later, I was once again told the problem hadn't been fixed. Numerous phone calls and visits to the dealership later, I still can't get my tag. Today I was told by the tax office that there will be a fine for paying my tax late and that it is illegal to drive without a tag. If get a ticket, it will go on my driving record. Also, because so much time has passed, I can lose my "Legislative credit" which lowers my tax bill. It has been 4 weeks since I bought this car and it has been stressful the entire time. I have an appointment with an attorney on Monday and have notified my insurance company (who endorses this dealership) of this situation. Also, if you look closely at the negative reviews on this site, they all have the same canned response from Honda. This dealership is an embarrassment to Honda.

I went in to the dealership looking for Lee Morgan (whom I have purchased several vehicles from) to find a reasonably priced car. Lee was busy and Ron offered to help. Both Lee and Ron were very easy to deal with. Extremely patient and honest. The vehicle that I was looking at was over the price that I wanted to pay and to my surprise, they came down to exactly where I wanted to be. Within 45 minutes of being there I had purchased the vehicle and was on my way.Purchasing a new car, you always expect a few issues here and there, but for the price I paid, I had no issues replacing a few parts when I drove off to make it perform better. All-in-all, they treated me fairly, disclosed everything honestly, and made me feel welcome again to return.I would highly recommend dealing with Lee and Ron at Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport.

My husband and I shopped for several months to find just what we wanted. We had been to several dealerships and dealt with quite a few not so honest salesmen. I walked away from a few just because I am not going to buy from someone who promises one thing and then changes it when you get there. John Palmer was great. He was very open and honest about price, problems the car had (very minor), gas mileage, etc. He new our budget and did not try to pressure us into spending more than we were comfotorable with. It is because of John that we will use Pat Peck Honda again. I need to add that it is about 3 hours from our house in Baton Rouge, but well worth the drive.

I was in the market for a vehicle and my friend referred me to Pat Peck Honda to see a sales consultant name Vinh. Didnt know what to expect untill i arrived at Patpeck Honda. All of the sales staff were very professional and very kind. Vinh, a sales consultant that i got referred to was more than expected. He showed me to a brand new 2014 Honda Accord and showed me all the excellent features about the car. General sales manager by the name Jim gave us the best deal on the coast. Way better deal than Slidell or even Mobile. So i bought the car without hesitation. Rate from 1 through 5. Patpeck honda gets a 6 for wayyyyy above excellent service. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Patpeck Honda.

Went to Pat Peck Honda to look at a new pilot. Was really NOT looking forward to haggling with salesmen. I have had some terrible experiences with salesmen pressuring me to buy cars. Well I got an awesome salesman - Greg Holmes. No pressure at all. Very friendly, knowledgeable and made this a great experience for me. Paperwork was done in a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I are expecting a baby soon and we need a new/used minivan. we had decided to get a Honda odyssey and started looking. After day's of looking around we found a nice used one at pat peck honda on line in our price range so I sent an email. They contacted me right away and told me about two of them they had. So we made the trip from Abita Springs La to go check them out. We worked with John Palmer and he was very courteous and helpful. They definitely made the trip worth our while. I would recommend my friends and family to go there for there next vehicle and definitely ask for John Palmer. He was very sincere through the entire process of all the paper work that was involved and took the time to explain everything that I was signing for. He also showed me every feature that was on the van, as well as ho everything works. In addition he had the van detailed and washed before I took it off the lot. Worst experience. On vacation from Texas. Dropped off my 2013 Odyssey with 6500 miles on the odometer for a transmission/driveline vibration that developed en route to Mississippi at highway speeds at 8am today. The intake service advisor, Bridget, was extremely rude from the start. And then when I returned to drive with the tech, because they couldn't duplicate the vibration, only 4 miles had been driven since I dropped it off (I took a before picture of the mileage). How is it even possible that the vehicle was properly assessed at highway speeds? Upon duplication of the vibration repeatedly on the ride along I'm told the vibration that just started within the last 500 miles is "normal". I just hope my family and I make it home safely. What a waste of time.

From the general manager, Marvin Bodin to the finance manager, Scot Surla, the customer service is very poor. The general manager not helpful at all. He could care less. To date, he has not owned up to the many problems that his dealership has caused. Very unprofessional! The salesman that sold the car is no longer at the dealership and the other finance manager whom assisted in the deal is also gone. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was coming from out of state and what could have turned out very bad because the gentleman I was supposed to meet was not there turned out good because Mr DeWayne Gray offered to assist me and stayed past closing never knowing if he would see me again. DeWayne got answers to all my questions and concerns, follwed through on every detail, and I purchased a vehicle. DeWayne was the most pleasant saleman I have dealt with - honest and straightforward. My husband and I came to this location hoping to get a better idea of what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. Our choice depended on price, trade in value of my old car and monthly payments. We had been to Pat Peck Honda a year before and spoke to Lee Morgan, they offered us the highest rate for our trade in we had ever been offered. But purchasing a new car wasn't in our budget at the time. We decided to go by Pat Peck to see again about trading in for a brand new car, we were immediately greeted on the lot by salesman, Carl .K. He asked what we were interested in and after telling him we went inside to discuss prices. We again were offered a very fair trade in value and test drove both the 2013 accord and the 2013 civic. Carl was very friendly, very polite. And since I've been burned before at a dealership I was very cautious and timid about price, monthly payments and any negative equity on my old car. Unlike my bad experience at another dealership, Carl was very understanding about what we could and couldn't afford. And I felt that he didn't try to up the price here and there or try to convince us that we could afford more than what we stated or try to convince us that we needed something we really didn't. We were there for quite sometime (as buying a car can be time consuming) we had our three year old with us and he brought her toys, got us something to drink and popcorn. I was very pleased with the way Carl treated us and how friendly he was and how knowledgeable he was in his department! We will be asking for him when we buy again and definitely recommending him and Pat Peck to our friends!!!Next we headed to the room with the person in finance (I cannot remember his name but he was middle aged, dark hair and had an accent) we sat down to start signing papers and were pleasantly surprised when our monthly payment was $40 less than we thought it would be. He went over all of the extra warranties we could purchase but did not pressure us when we declined. He was also very friendly. We signed our papers, got the keys and drove away in our very first brand new 2013 Honda civic. Very satisfied Pat Peck Honda customers, thanks Carl!!!

First, the sales department was great! Jeff, our salesperson was fun to deal with and very helpful. My problem was the service department. We made a special trip just for them to install a roof rack and oil change, a 100 miles away! The moulding was not attached, just placed in its slot. There was also black dirt where the tech stood to install the rack, (ladders for that).Surprised it made it all the way back home. When I brought the pilot back for repairs, I tried to speak with Cathy about the problem. She put her hand up as if to stop me in my tracks and said she was on a conference call. I dont think she knows I was watching her through the window and the call seemed to be ended when I knocked and entered. She offered no appology for our inconvenience. Just stepping out to say sorry, or email would be great!!! You'd think she would want returning customers.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. We went to look at the new 2013 Honda Accord on December 30, 2012. We were helped by a very nice informative salesman, Glenn Robinson. After test driving the car we went inside to talk price. We told him where we wanted our payments to be and he assured us he would do what he could. Once inside, I saw the new 2013 Honda Accord Coupe Sports car and decided I liked it more than the sedan, especially after test driving it. We met with Jim Gunnoe, repeated what we wanted our payments to be, he said he would give us a call by noon the next day. At 12:30, I still hadn't heard anything so I left Glenn and Jim messages. At 1:45, after still not hearing anything and realizing they didn't give me back my registration on my car, we drove to the lot. Glenn gave me the registration and said they hadn't heard anything from the banks yet and they would call me as soon as they heard something. On January 2 at 10:45, Glenn called and asked that we come to the dealership. I told him we could be there 11:15. We got there (on our lunch hours) and after waiting for about 10-15 minutes, Glenn told us he needed proof of income and proof of residency. We told him we did not have these with us and could bring them by after work. The finance guy came out 2 different times after we had been there over an hour to let us know he was at the tail-end of working it out and would be with us shortly. He then brought us into his office and told us what our payments would be which was $200 more than we had told them we could do! We originally decided to purchase, but then asked if he could check on us doing a lease. I also asked him if we went back to the first car, would it make a difference. He looked at me with a blank stare and didn't answer. We left. He then called my husband later and said we could do a lease, but the payment was going to be about $75 more than what we said we could do. After discussing it, we decided we could do that. I went back to the dealership for a fourth time. As soon as I walked in I called my husband to let him know I was there and to meet me. He told me he had just gotten off the phone with the finance guy and they couldn't get the numbers where we needed them. WHAT???!!! He said he could keep my payments where we want them, but we would have to put $3000 down. He came out of his office while I was still on the phone and said he couldn't do it; and turned around and walked off. My husband said he wass going to come out and go over the numbers with me. I told him that he came out, said one sentence, then walked off. I left. My husband called and left a message for Jim to call him and explain what all the confusion was about the payments. Today is January 6th and we have still not received a call back. I will never do business with this dealership. A friend of mine had the same experience with Pat Peck Nissan. Other than the salesman, the customer service at this establishment is the worst I've ever seen. They didn't even try to get me into another vehicle. I guess they didn't need another sale.

Didn't buy my new car here. salesman gave me the impression that there are plenty of buyers for hondas so there's not alot of room for negotiations. After our test drive, he gave me a written sales offer, which was soso. So I said I would think about it. Few days later when I called him back the price jumped up $1000 !! I said no thanks and he said "okay". Guess he's selling cars left and right huh ???

On October 23, 2012, I traded in my 2008 Nissan Altima for a 2007 Suzuki XL7 SUV at Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport MS, 39503. Upon test driving the car I noticed a check engine light on as well as the service tire monitor system light. I asked the sales rep about the lights and he responded by saying all their vehicles are serviced and have to meet an 24point inspection before we can sell them. He also insured us that the lights were coming on for minior issues and that they will fix them. On the same day we purchase the car, they claim that all issues with the vehicle were fix and that we should not have any problems. Sense I originally purchased the Nissan Altima with Pat Peck several years ago and got good service I trusted them and took them on they word. Three days later the check engine light came back on, the stability warning light came on, the traction control light came on, and the ABS light came on as well. I also noticed that a taping sound coming from the engine and the Suzuki was hard to crank back up after refueling. I took the car back to the dealership to see if it can be fix. After all day at the dealership, their service department did not know what the problem was so they sent me to a service center that specialize in imported vehicles. At this time I had the Suzuki only one week and and informed the sales rep. that if the Suzuki cannot be fix I no longer want it and would like to have another vehicle and he agreed. After several attempts the imported service center worked on the car and replaced the purge control valve. Three days later the check engine light came back on as well as all the service lights I mentioned prior. At this point I only had the car two 1/2 weeks. My wife and I brought it to Pat Peck's Honda attention that we belived something is seriously wrong with the Suzuki and that it is a lemon and we would like for them to swap it out for another vehicle. They agreed to do so if we can find a vehicle in the Pat Peck Auto Group for almost the same value. Even the bank that we financed the Suzuki threw said they can do it but it has to go threw the dealership. Five days later we came back to the Pat Peck Honda and they told us that they cannot swap the vehicle out the only way they can take the vehicle back is to retrade it in. Which will increase our payments by a large amount. I even offered to drive the vehicle to the next state over, Louisana, to the closest Suzuki Dealership to have the car properly serviced. Of course it was declined as well. We also spoken to their Finance Mgr, he basically told us we got what we paid for. Even at this point Pat Peck Honda still wants to fix the vehicle after many attempts done to do so already. I only had the vehicle 28 days and I dont see this vehicle going long term with the condition that its in now. At this rate I'm afraid that I will owe money for a car that I can no longer drive.

This was my third Honda purchased from Pat Peck. I Purchased "Honda Care" on my 2012 Accord. Had vehicle serviced in Aug, Cathy Soland was extremely rude because I did not "tell" her I had Honda Care....yet, it was on their computer. Why should I the customer tell her beforehand? I felt like she was going to short change me on service because I had Honda Care(I had similar problems with my other two Hondas when I presented coupons after having my vehicle serviced.) Why do they have this attitude? Makes me very leary dealing with themMy husband purchased a Toyota Tundra in 2011 and has been treated with the utmost respect. (He did not purchasethis vehicle from the dealer that is doing his service....and at this time it is 'free'. I had to pay to be treated badly.Mary Donlin

I came in Monday aftertoon and talked to Lee Morgan about a vehicle that was taken in Saturday. Vehicle still needed to be cleaned and wasn't on the lot yet so I couldn't test drive. Told him I was bringing my wife in to look and test drive then vehicle was sold that night and he did not bother to call me and tell me. I showed up Tuesday around 2, after I took the afternoon off, with my wife and 2 little ones. He came out told me the vehicle was sold then pawned us off on another salesman who was not interested in helping us at all. I will never go back to this dealership again and will not recommend them to anyone looking for a car. The day before all they talked about was trying to earn my business, well thats not how you do it. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer, and it could have all been avoided with a simple phone call.

Nearly getting the same MPG's out of my civic LX as the Hybrid model which is 5k to 6k more and not worth the price difference. It would take me 10 yrs to pay for the difference.

I purchased a brand new 2012 Accord in March. My 1st new car and my 1st Honda. Within days, the car developed a strong shimmy/shake in the steering wheel. Each time I drive at 60mph or higher, the entire car has a shimmy, shake and vibration. The steering wheel vibrates back and forth. After 6 attempts to fix the problem, I've been told that it's an "acceptable variance". I would never buy another car from this dealership or Honda again. This is the worst mistake I've ever made. I'm stuck with a $30,000 lemon and I've basically been told to just get over it. They have no idea what is making the car drive this way but tell me that it's safe to drive. I find that hard to believe since they have no idea why it's shaking, vibrating and shimmying in the first place. I'm posting this so that I can help someone from making the same horrible mistake that I've made. I'm stuck with this hunk of junk until I can trade it in and not lose lots of money. I literally would not want one of these vehicles if they were free. If it truly is safe to drive, then it's extremely annoying and aggravates me every time I get on the highway or interstate.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Pat Peck Honda of Gulfport. Our car salesman Jeff had a great attitude, was very professional, and courteous. We had our 20 month old with us, The sales manager Joe G and our salesman Jeff H. made the purchase of our new car as painless as possible. I researched and received quotes from Honda dealerships within a 500 mile radius of where we live and Pat Peck Honda of Gulfport had the best price by far. I would highly recommend Pat Peck Honda to anyone who would like to experience hassle free, lowest price, and top dollar for your trade in. We were only there for a couple hrs and left with confidence knowing we got the best deal. The entire staff made sure we were treated with courtesy and respect. I have had very bad experiences at other dealerships, but i enjoyed buying my new car from Pat Peck Honda of Gulfport.

On the morning of February 11, 2012, I took my 2006 Honda Civic to be looked at because my AC unit in my vehicle is not blowing cold air. I simply wanted someone to look at it and figure out why it wasn't properly working and fix it. I called and made the appointment on the Thursday morning prior to this day. I live in Diberville and have to drive 20miles to Pat Peck Honda to get any work done. I get there on the morning of my appointment only to be told that it's too cold outside to properly service the AC unit and that I should come back when the weather is warmer. This is unacceptable. Whoever the technician was that made my appointment should have informed me of that BEFORE even booking me. The weather channels were forcasting a freeze warning in effect for that weekend on the Wednesday before (February 8th). I did not appreciate driving all the way out there to be turned away. And this is not the first time it has happened. On a visit prior to this one, I called and made an appointment to get a simple oil change done. I set the appoint for 830am. I arrive to get this service done all to be told it would take over an hour before it would be ready since they were backed up. That is not my problem and as a paying customer who called and made an appointment, I should NOT have to wait to be serviced; hence the reason why you have an appointment system in first place. I will no longer be going to Pat Peck Honda for any of my vehicle needs since they obviously don't know how to provide proper customer service. Which is a shame because now I must drive all the way to Mobile, AL, just to have my car serviced. Please improve on the way you handle/do business. Everyone knows that you can't take a Honda ANYWHERE to get it looked at or worked on, it must go to a Honda dealership. And if I'm a paying customer I should not have to beg for you to work on my vehicle.

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Pat Peck Honda and the experience was amazing! I cannot say enough about my salesperson, Lee. He took the time to show me every single feature in each car I looked at, kept me informed during the process, walked me through the owner's manual, and kept in touch after the sale. I have purchased a number of cars in my time, but Lee really hit the nail on the head with how they should be sold. I never once felt pressured or forced into anything. He even remembered that I preferred email and when he called, instead of leaving a voice mail he would email me. Being in IT this was great because it was easier for me to read than to talk. I would highly recommend that you visit this dealership and ask for Lee when you get there!

It is not owned by Pat Peck anymore. I had bought my 2 Honda Civics from Pat Peck. I took one of my cars in to get it serviced. I found out that the information on my cars had been wiped out. I had a 2001 Honda Civic and a 2007 Honda Civic both purchased there. I had always gotten the major service work done there. They had no information on either car there. I was so disappointed. I will never buy a car there. I left without getting my service work done there. I took it to another Honda place. They were surprised that it was wiped off the computers - especially since I had purchased both there. I will continue to purchase new Honda Civics but not from there!!!

He answered all our question we had, he find out what we were looking for and all other details, so that he could show us what we wanted to see on the lot. We test drove, he explain all details about the car. I got an online quote for a Honda civic coupe. When I got to the dealership we were quickly helped by our salesman. We saw the car we were interested in and took it for a quick drive. In a little more than an hour I was on my way home in my new car.

I bought a 2011 Honda CRZ today (my 3rd Honda car) from Jeff, and it was, by far, the best experience I've had buying a vehicle from a dealer. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. They gave me a great price on my trade (a 2005 Accord)--no haggling necessary. They offered great financing as well. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish, and I would definitely buy from them again.

went to look at a used jeep and ended up driving it home. they gave a me a great deal on my trade in and still took 1k off the asking price of the jeep. very friendly and didnt try to play games like some other dealers i had been to. will definately do all of my future business there. thank you very much to pat peck honda and to the salesman ron. was a great experience and will see you guys in a couple of years. will be sending friends there in the future.

I simply can't recommend this dealer to anyone. I tried to work with them for over a month and got nowhere. They wouldn't treat me fair on my trade, and were offering me over $1500 less than what four other reputable dealers in the area were offering me. I was very interested in two vehicles, but when I asked questions the sales person (Gail) never had answers. She didn't seem to know anything about what she was selling! All she could say was how good the car was... nothing else! I still tried to do business, but the final breaking point was when they tried to deal on another car and showed me what I wanted for my trade. Looked alright.... but the car was on the website for $1000 less then what they were telling me. So they jacked up the price, to get me fair market value on my trade. Thats bad business people, go somewhere else and get a better deal like I did.

Employee that I worked with me was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. One thing that I noticed was that one of the sales woman(Trisha) that works there sat on one of the managers lap. I found that very inappropriate for a sales person to do in front of customers. Me being in the military this kind of actionsAre not tolerated and I'm pretty sure this company (Pet Pack) doesn't either.Concerned Customer.

My husband and I had a lot of issues purchasing a car but Lee was so helpful and never once pressured us into anything. He was so kind and very patient with any issues that arose. All the staff was courteous. We will always go back to Pat Peck and always go through Lee!

Great experience! John Jones is a great salesman. We purchased a '04 Yukon. There was no pressure. John "assisted" us, rather than "pushing" us into the purchase. John treated us like friends. He is informative & honest. If we ask a question he didn't have the answer to, he was eager to get the answer for us. In the future we will began the search for vehicles with John Jones.

Our 1st car as a couple was a black 1999 Honda Civic so the reason for our "new" used car search started there. We quickly developed a list of things the next car must have in order for it to even be considered. We are extremely picky people when it comes to investing larger amounts of money & our list of car needs grew quickly. As we finally collaborated on what the next car must entail we found that it would be an '07 Honda Accord. Ron met with us & walked us through every single step of the way. From greeting us with a friendly smile to the final walk through with the Accord, Ron was patient, knowledgeable & extremely polite. Through his efforts we were confident in our purchase & are extremely pleased with how efficiently the staff that day helped us through our 1st purchase as a couple. I drove the car every day to work. Finally the '99 Civic had its last day & it was time to trade in.We drove both cars into Pat Peck & were instantly greeted with the same friendly faces we left so long ago, roughly 6 months. As we perused the inventory John came up to us & started showing us some of the vehicles we had in mind to replace the Civic. We were shown a CR-V but weren't happy with it. As time drew on John kept us happy & informed. We did stumble upon the new CR-Z which we do want, & through John's confidence in his products felt sure about the purchase, but it was left on the want table. We kept his excellent salesmenship in mind when, a few months later we finalized the replacement of the '99 Civic with an amazing blue '09 Honda Civic. He called us up & kept is in the inventory loop. His dedication & incredible servtitude helped us find THEE PERFECT car for us. It not only fit within our budget as far as replacement vehicle but its fuel efficency keeps our wallets full. As we plan our future together we are making the new list of things our next car should be. We know it will be a Honda & we are thinking about a Pilot since we are now selling our '07 Accord. The money we would pay towards the Accord is now going towards the Pilot fund. so we can save up for a BRAND NEW Pilot. We plan on buying from Pat Peck in the future & John & Ron are our Go-2-Guys for all our vehicle needs.The prices are so reasonable for the years & models that they offer that its hard not to want to buy a brand new car. the temptation & deals that can be made are so great that my wife often has to talk me out of getting a Honda Ridgeline or a brand new Accord or the CR-Z. while the Civic now meets all our needs, our wants fall upon the bigger & newer Hondas...ONE DAY!We'd like to especially thank John for all his patience with us over the past 4 months in getting us into our perfect car & Ron for all the insight & advice he's given us over the past year in all our vehicle questions.The Joneses!

I am a young man from New Orleans, and I originally called outside of the city to get additional price quotes. I got in touch with Eric Tenorio who was very friendly over the phone. I have spoken with some salesmen over the phone who have made me want to never drive again, but Eric was cordial and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. I never felt like he was "selling" me anything, which I guess is the best way to sell anything at all.I did have original plans to buy in New Orleans, and knew exactly from whom I wanted to buy. Eric got me to buy over the phone, and I didn't even meet him until the day of the sale. He even delivered my car to my place of work, which I thought was great.I also spoke with Chris Forbes who was helpful as well with answering any of my financing questions.Overall, I had a great experience, and will definitly recommend anyone in the New Orleans area to Pat Peck Honda in Gulfport. They went above and beyond to help us get into a new vehicle. Everyone was very patient with us while we tried to decide on a vehicle and financing options. They worked very hard and we would definitely come back again and refer them to all our friends and family. Everyone seemed to work as a team. We never got that feeling of pressure or being taken advantage of. There was no phony salesman at work, they were very genuine. It was a very relaxed atmosphere (props to Buddy and his popcorn) and it made it very easy to come in with the whole family. Every other dealership we visited, once they found out how upside down we were on our truck we wanted to trade in, lost interest and didn't seem to want our business. Buddy and his team worked very hard to help us come up with a solution and found us the right deal. Not only have they earned our loyalty but we are recommending them to everyone we know.

The Honda Pilot is the best vehicle I have ever had the privledge to own. If I could give any advice, I would recommend the Pilot. If you are car shopping, I highly recommend to take a look at the Pilot. This vehicle is the perfect traveling small size suv. Seats 8 and comes with exceptional accessories. The only problem Honda has with the Pilot is that Honda must keep this vehicle at an affordable cost. Cost is the key to the success of this vehicle. If you get the Pilot at a reasonable cost, the Pilot is a must!!! Pat Peck Honda worked well with my cost range and provided exceptional service. I thank Pat Peck Honda (and my salesman Jon Myers) for working with me to allow me the priviledge to own such a great vehicle.
