I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Mazda cx-30 from this dealership. Kelvin was our salesman and he was excellent! He helped us with all our questions and was super kind, patient, honest, and knowledgeable! When we arrived, the car was already fully washed and had a full gas tank waiting for us. He spent time showing us the car and walking us through the different features of the vehicle. I 100% recommend him if you are looking for a new car. Everyone was very friendly and would definitely go back to get our next car there.

Worst car buying experience I ever had. We drove 5 hrs to test drive a used car. We came early so we could take it to another dealership to have it inspected. It was known we were coming. We get there and the car is not ready. They said the car needed new tires so they were going to replace them. My thought was this should have been done before we got there. The wheels were off the car. We asked them to put them back on so we can get it in for inspection. They did and we got it inspected. There were a few issues. One of the issues was rather costly. We negotiated the repairs and cost of the vehicle. We were very satisfied with that part - reason for the 2 stars. We got through the finance and was being pressured into buying extras which we didn't want after explaining this numerous times. It appeared there was an attitude when we left. We traded our car in that had a balance. We noticed the bank was slow to remove the loan. We got calls from the bank asking for the payment. We reached them and was told the bank rejected the payment and we needed to sign some forms. We asked to see if we could do digital signatures. We were told yes. We never got the call or email to get this resolved. We called numerous times and no real actions. I finally reached the right person and we found it should have been with another department. We found it was received by the bank early in the week. We were lied to the entire time. This payment was over a month after we traded the car in. This should not have taken this long. I am enjoying the car but I would not recommend this dealership.

Marty Schwartz in sales in a pleasure to work with. Ourisman Mazda of Rockville is only as good as their people. Work with Marty and you will feel comfortable and be treated with respect. Also, a shout out to Tariq, the sales director, persuasive (in a good way), and not pushy, professional. If you want a Mazda, you can get a good deal, and just as importantly, have a good buying experience with Marty.

Do NOT waste your time coming to this dealership. My husband and I came in on April 2020 and purchased a 2020 MAZDA3. The initial purchase wasn’t the best experience, due to us being promised a 0% interest rate. That was the special offer they had at the time, so we didn’t think of it twice and began the process. They later mentioned that we qualified for a 2.25 interest rate, which was not what we agreed on. The finance manager at the time made it seem like she was doing us a favor by getting us that rate. We were getting ready to leave and then magically they made the 0% available to us. After a couple a months or so, the car key was not being recognized inside the vehicle so we had to transport it to Mazda and they told us we’d have to wait to get it fixed. We requested a rental vehicle in the meantime since we had to leave the car for a few days. They said it’s not their responsibility, although I had just purchased the car… they ended up giving me a car after an hour discussing it. We were able to pay the car off on June of this year, but the financing company tried to tell us it made no sense doing so. All we wanted was to pay off the car, but they kept questioning it? We paid off the car and went in person and spoke to Dan Leithauser and he mentioned he would submit the paperwork for the refund of our GAP insurance. Today we find out it was NEVER submitted. This has been the worse dealership ever and I am so glad we do not have to deal with them anymore (HOPEFULLY ). Do not waste your time at this location.

We should’ve known we would continue to have issues post sale. During the sale, we were held up for 3 hours with their financing person who tried to build in their extended warranty without explicitly asking us first, directed us to ‘put a nail in our tires’ every year to get our money’s worth and would not answer our questions directly. Luckily we opted for our own financing which we believe to be part of the issues we are still experiencing today due to retaliation. We purchased the vehicle on 7/5, today is 9/4 and we still do not have an answer as to why our bank has not been added to the title as the lien holder. We also purchased the vehicle with the agreement the dealership would fix a broken part. We have been told after multiple attempts to email and call Sales and Managers that 1. They do not have our bank information to add them as the lien holder (we gave them this information during the sale and our bank sent them the check directly) 2. They haven’t received the clear title from the previous owner 3. They requested we send another picture of the damage that existed during the purchase because they ‘lost’ the information. We had to drive the hour back to the dealership today because we were notified yesterday that our tags came in and our temporary tags expire today. Still no answers on the title status nor the part to be fixed.

Just bought a 2015 VW Jetta SE from Ourisman Rockville and my experience was great! Even though I ran into a little complication with my loan, Justin was very professional and helpful throughout the entire evening. He really took the time to make sure our car buying experience went as smooth as possible! I purchased a Certified Pre-owned VW EOS Convertible over the weekend. The experience was very easy and stress free. My Saleperson, Charlie Quwar was helpful, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and attentive to my needs without being too pushy. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. There were a few scratches on the car. Charlie has set up a service appt. for me to bring my car back and get a loaner vehicle while repairs are boing done, so I cannot yet give a Grade for repairs. So far everything has been excellent and I am loving my "new" VW!

I bought a used 2010 Mini Cooper (Mama's toy). My salesperson was Ray. Very nice and polite. When it came to financing, Juan explained all my options. I did get the extended warranty only because it is 5 years old. When I got the VA inspection done, a light bulb in the turn signal had to be replaced. Took it to a BMW dealership. Since it had been inspected by the dealership, I feel I should be reimbursed for the added expense ($80). Did send an email to the dealership about this but have not heard back. Overall, my experience was good and would recommend them.

We bought a Mazda 6 sedan in October 2014. Our salesperson was Jimmy Alegre, who was also is the internet salesperson. Reading through multiple reviews, especially folks having had a bad experience with Ourisman, makes me believe that having a good car salesperson is very essential to a good and satisfying car experience. Jimmy was our GUY ! He is a very approachable and patient salesman, listened carefully (a skill a lot of salesman don't have today) to our needs, reviewed our options and helped us make a decision. NOT buy the car, but helped us make a decision on the make and model we were "going" to buy. I We did our homework with respect to the price and the car buying process. Although this helped us a lot, Jimmy provided valuable suggestions and recommendation that ultimately made a difference to us with our car buying. Jimmy is very responsive, through email or phone and I would highly recommend his services. It has been 3 months since we bought the car and we love our Mazda 6. It is a great car and is as advertised. I am happy that I bought a good car and a good car buying experience

I recently took my VW in for some very standard repairs (oil change, lights out, and safety light on). Not only are they grossly over priced ($100 to replace a $10 bulb, $100+ for an oil change), but they came back to me recommending nearly $4000 in unnecessary (confirmed but another mechanic at another facility) repairs. The single repair I did ask them to move forward with was not repaired when I picked up the car. The safety indicator light was still on signaling they hadn't actually fixed what they said they would (despite charging me nearly $300 for it). When I went back to ask them about it, the service representative I was working with told me that they must have fixed the wrong thing. Rather than a) tell me about it before I picked up the car (he admitted to knowing it hadn't been fixed), or b) offer to refund what I had paid for their mistake, he told me he would have to charge me another few hundred dollars to actually fix it. Terrible car service and even worse customer service.

When we test drive the CX-5 we quickly figured out that this was the car we wanted. We worked with Chris and couldn't have had a better time. I have dealt with and known some car salesmen, I know what kind of stress they are under. I have never been treated so disrespectfully during any kind of "sales" situation. I have leased from VW (different dealership in another state) before and was hoping for an easy and happy experience. I was talked down to and treated like crap. I ended up storming out of the dealership mid conversation because I was so fed up with the so called "manager"'s terrible sales technique. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean that I'm ignorant.

Bought a Mazda 3 in April, including a service package. Did not get the promised coupons for the service. Tried calling many times. The only person who could handle this never returned calls. No other staff member would help. Finally, my wife got him on the phone, but we are still waiting to hear whether they will take care of this or not. Regret buying service package, and regret buying the car at Ourisman -- unless they quickly fix this and stop wasting our time.

We bought a 2011 Mazda 3 sedan in December 2010. The salesperson was Jimmy Alegre, who was also the internet salesperson. We liked the car, and he quoted us a price. We compared through the CarBargains service of Consumer Checkbook, and the price he quoted us was lower than any price through CarBargains, which has never happened before in our experience. We came back to Congressional (as it was then) and bought the car, for the price Jimmy quoted. The sales process was very straightforward - as little pressure as we've ever had. We've been very pleased with the car. This year we decided to get a new Mazda 3 sedan, the Grand Touring S, because of the new safety features. Based on our previous experience, we planned to go back to Jimmy and the dealer (now Ourisman Volkswagen Mazda of Rockville). We talked with Jimmy at the beginning of the year, and then put the purchase on hold for private reasons. Jimmy didn't pressure us - we communicated back and forth a couple of times. Two weeks ago we went in, saw Jimmy, and bought the car. Our sales experience was with Jimmy was virtually the same, and equally satisfactory. The one difference is that this time we had to sit through a high-pressure pitch for extended warranties, etc., wasting a fair amount of time. Four years ago the gentleman who talked to us about this took us at our word, and didn't waste our time. That was a second reason why we went back to the same dealer. This time, it was a disappointment. We don't know if this is simply a change in personnel or a consequence of Ourisman buying Congressional. (Four years ago, Congressional was closed on Sundays; this time, Ourisman wasn't closed on Sundays, so maybe this was also a change in pollcy by the new owners.) Even so, we'll start with Jimmy if we decide to get another ar - probably not for several years. t

My husband and I recently bought a 2014 VW Jetta from this dealership and the customer service was phenomenal! As soon as we walked in, the employees made us feel welcome. We were helped by Alonso Avila. From start to finish he showed proficiency and was extremely knowledgeable about all of our options. We had a lot of questions about the different choices and he was able to answer all of them efficiently and accurately! We could tell immediately how experienced and professional he was. As we walked around to look at the different vehicles, he was able to distinguish between the characteristics, upgrades, and characteristics of each car. VERY IMPRESSIVE! He explained every detail and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. We are exceptionally pleased with our purchase. I was in a market for a new car and the 2014 Mazda3 4dr was on my wish/want list. I decided to take a trip to the Mazda dealership in Rockville. I met a salesperson by the name of Alonso Avila. He was very professional and very nice from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all of my questions about the Mazda3. After my visit with Alonso, I was convinced the Mazda3 will be my new car. A couple of days later, I finalized the deal by purchasing my new 2014 Mazda3 S Touring 4dr. I appreciate Alonso's help and patience in my car purchase process. Alonso is a great salesperson and make sure to ask for him whenever you are in a market for a new Mazda at the Rockville location.

I just picked up my new 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback today from this dealer. The experience was a delight. Everyone I had to deal with from my initial sales person, Caisha, to her partner, Alonso, to the manager, Paul, were simply wonderful (and I'm not exaggerating). They went out of their way to make sure I had all the information I needed and got the car I wanted. Before I left I knew how to operate everything on the car thanks to them. They even made sure I was aware of special discounts through my insurance carrier that I might have never noticed. Frankly I was afraid of the car buying experience because of a past nightmare, but this was so amazingly different. I definitely recommend this dealer and these sales personnel to anyone looking for a good deal. And, by the way, I love the car!

We got first-rate assistance and advice from Alex Giang of Ourisman Mazda. He was very well informed and helped us greatly in arriving at the best choice for us -- which turned out to be a beautiful and fun to drive Mazda CX-5. He also patiently helped us test drive a number of different cars -- including VWs in the adjacent Ourisman VW lot. Alex took us out for coffee and a nice chat while they finished up the paperwork (as opposed to most car sales people in our experience who are "done with you" as soon as you agree to purchase). Alex then drove our new car to us that night (after detailing etc.) so we would have it the same day. Pricing was excellent too, based on our comparison shopping. I would highly recommend this dealership and Alex Giang in particular. A big shout out also to Jennifer Smith, the business manager at Ourisman, who talked us through the financial side details -- financing, insurance, title work, etc. with clarity and helpfulness, and without pressure. Given our overall experience, we would certainly buy here again in the future.

We haven't entered a auto dealer showroom in about twenty years. We were met by a young salesman, Jay Glazer who had a low key demeanor. After some discussion and looking a bit around the showroom Jay took us on a short test ride in a VW Passat with the diesel engine. We did not have any particular intention of purchasing a car that day which we made clear and after about an hour or so left to look at cars at another dealer down the pike where we test drove a Subaru. A couple of days later we called Jay back to say we would come by again that evening. We came in thinking we might be interested in the Jetta diesel, but they also had a low mileage Passat in the showroom that had a decent sticker price. The dealer came back with an interest in moving the Passat so we bargained, interrupted for diner and returned to close the deal. Once the deal was agreed upon everyone worked assiduously to get the paper work done and we drove away that night with our new car and received a reasonable credit on our trade-in vehicle. Jay is a pleasant salesman to deal with and helped us a couple of days later with a few loose ends. Although the experience was somewhat tiring due to the late hour Jay and the rest of the staff we helpful and gracious.

I had an estimate to replace the bumper on my 2008 Honda CR-V. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance and was assured that the part would be ordered in time so that it would be there when I arrived and that the service would only take one business day. I dropped the car off at 8:30 am today and was assured that I could pick it up at the end of the day. I called at 4pm to inquire about the status and was told that the part had not arrived, that my car would not be ready today, and that it might be ready tomorrow but if it wasn't they would try to put me in a loaner car if they could locate one. This customer service stinks, and I'm now stranded without transportation despite my efforts to ensure that I would only be without a car for 8 hours.

In our quest for a Certified Tiguan we found a candidate at Ourisman. What we found next was less anticipated: a thoughtful, patient and very friendly sales team. Caisha Wantz met us online and educated us and was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable in our many emails. When it happened that she could not be present when we could visit, she ensured her colleague Alonso Avila was completely up to speed. The car was ready and so was he. Very nice and easy to deal with, he and Caisha are worth the trip because they are everything you don't hear about car dealers. It was a very good experience, all the way through Stephanie the business manager, and we would definitely go back. I am happy to write this review because it would be a good thing if all car sales people behaved like these folks.

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Ourisman Volkswagen of Rockville. The salesman, Jay Glazer, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process making it an enjoyable experience. After comparing the Mazda with the Toyota Rav4 I am confident I got a better car, with better features and handling, at a much better price. I have no hesitation recommending the car and dealership to friends and hope they seek out Mr. Glazer as their salesman. Caisha Wantz was extremely helpful and professional. She was willing to show me many cars and answer any questions I had. She helped me get a great deal for a new car. If I had to buy another car, I would go there and I would highly recommend friends to her.

I am a repeat customer of Ourisman VW/Mazda and I have to say that it was a pleasue doing business with thess people. They made everything easy and they are pro consumer. Most dealers play games and with the no pressure sales tactics, the transition into buying a new vehicle was fantastic.

Caisha has a wonderful personality and I will be buying a new GLI from her this week, mainly due to her being customer centric and building a relationship with me. She knows her product very well and knows how to treat a customer. I was convinced the car shopping experience had lost the concept of customer service, but with Caisha, it was not lost. A wonderful experience and would recommend Caisha to anyone.

We worked with Jay Glazer at Ourisman VK Rockville, MD. We brought along three children (I don't recommend this, but we had no choice). I decided to go in and look at the VW. I met Alex Giang who provided rewarding and a delightful car testing experience. When I walked in, Alex offered me coffee and other treats while he pulled up the cars pre-selected and saved just for me. Not only were the cars preselected he had back up cars just in case I didn't like the options he had pre-selected. A master of superior customers service, he was a constant comedian which made the experience less stressful and more enjoyable. After a delightful and invigorating test drive of the Jetta, he'd showed me the VW Passat which I felled in loved with. Now, I have a solid vision for my future car. I will go back to VW to personnel seek out Alex for my next car! In the final analysis, there are good dealerships, but a knowledgeable salesman, who is fun, exciting, and full of energy makes the car experience fun and enjoyable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alex as your go to guy for all car needs!

After sending a request for info on cars.com, received an email with the pricing info and suggestions for alternate vehicles that I may be interested in. Drive out to visit Caisha and to look at the VW I was interested in. After a test drive and some friendly discussion, she gave me a price on both the new car and my trade-in. Both were fair and there was not any tactics or pressure to take the deal. Once I agreed, took one more look at the car and found scratches on the two front rims, which they replaced that day. And scheduled me for a paint repair on another scratch found on the paint, all at no cost or argument. Their finance manager found me a great rate and walked me through warranty options and told me to pick which one I would be comfortable with. Explaining the differences in all of the options. This has been the smoothest car buying experience I've had and I hope this level of customer service carries on through my service relationship with the dealer. I recommend them for your next purchase!

I went in with a very rare situation of being a 21 year old, first time buyer, with no credit and a lower income. Every used car and new car I had looked at up to this had said no. I went in to test drive the Mazda3, and like the rest Mazda said no... BUT they said to try VW. Where no one else could get me in a car, Ourisman worked for six hours straight today to put me in a 2014 VW Jetta S at an amazing rate.

I just wanted to say that this was the smoothest, easiest, and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Ever since I walked I was greeted by Caisha, who was my sales woman! She was very sweet, nice, and most importantly professional. I am so glad she came back in for me to finish helping me on her day off. I honestly felt as if I got the best deal on my new mazda3, by the way best car choice that I could of ever made. My mother and brothers came with me and they are also sold on buying a mazda next and from Caisha! The finance person was also amazing, and sincere. I wish I could remember her name but she gave me the best tips on how to better my credit in the future. Overall best experience, I recommend seeing both of them!

I had a great experience. I came in the middle of a Saturday to take a quick look at a couple of different cars, nothing really in particular. Alex, came a talked with me regarding a couple of different options because I was not looking to buy a new car. He got in contact with me a few days later so I could test drive 3 different cars. I came back a few days later to make the purchase. The facility was clean and looked well maintained. The loan person directed me to certain packages that would be beneficial to me because I do not live in the area. He was patient with explaining everything to me and how it would apply. Overall, a good experience.

We have a very good car buying experience. We got a great deal on a 2013 Mazda CX 9. Jay Glazier was our salesman, and we really liked him. Unlike other salesmen we encountered over the previous several weeks of car shopping, he was laid back and did not pressure us at all. It was a very refreshing to deal with someone like that! All in all, i highly recommend this place. The floor manager was very nice as well.

I have a 2011 Chevy that had over $8000 of damage in an accident on the highway. A friend told me to take it to this shop, I said that I have a Chevy and this is primarily a VW dealer but he assured me that they can handle it. I took it there and when I bot it back the car looked as good as it did when it was new. I couldn't tell at all. I am in the auto repair business so I do know about cars. When I looked underneith the vehicle it looked like it did the day it left the factory (including the frame rails that were replaced. i would take any vehicle that I had damaged in an accident to this shop (hopefully that will be the last time)

Not so prompt communication and got a ridiculously low offer for my trade in vehicle! They offered a thousand less than lowest blackbook value on my pristine and somewhat rare vehicle! I don't like trading vehicles in as it is, but these people had intentions to make a month salary off of my car alone! Do yourself a favor and sell your vehicle outright and purchase elsewhere since they have such a huge margarine!!

I have purchased 6 cars in the last 10 years. I tend to get a new car every couple of years. This most recent Passat purchase was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience. Caisha Wantz was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Hope she is there next time I buy a car!

When I first arrived I immediately felt welcome. Alex approached my wife and I with a warm and friendly greeting. At the time I was torn between purchasing the GLI and GTI. Within minutes Alex had me behind the wheel of a brand new 2014 GLI Autobahn for our test drive. Everything went well and the car drove great. During our drive my wife, explained to Alex that were expecting our first addition to the team in the next several months (we're having a girl). This is where the GTI clearly became the better option. Alex informed us that we would be more comfortable in the GTI due to it's cabs higher cieling/roof. We drove back to the dealership where a GTI was parked and ready to go for our test drive. From the beginning it was clear that this was the car for our soon to be growing family. The car seat fits perfectly and trunk has a more the adequate amount of space. Who ever is in the passenger seat can comfortably reach around to the back seat should our daughter require attention. The MPG is amazing and the convenience package offers just what we wanted, fully equipped with bluetooth, premium audio, a sunroof, and above all, the seat warmers. Once our decision was made Alex introduced us to a gentleman named Jay Adelson. Jay is the Director of Finance, while working with him we worked with multiple banks to get the perfect APR. I must say, Jay really took the extra step to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible. Once that was settled it was only a matter of choosing warranty options and what not (go with the extended, it pays itself off). From start to finish my experience at Ourisman Volkswagen was as smooth and painless as anyone customer could have hoped for. I hope to still be in the area years down the road when it comes time for my next purchase.

Best buying experience ever! I dreaded the thought of going out by myself to shop for a new car. After several unseccessful attempts I decided to give VW a try. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly smile. My saleperson Ali was patient and understanding and answered all of my questions honestly even though I got some answers that didn't thrill me but I appresicated his honesty. The finance person Jennifer was friendly and thoughtful as well. Patiently going over different scenarios to finance the car to see which one fit my budget. Ali then took me on a tour of the dealership so I would know where everything was when I returned for service. I feel very comfortable recommending this dealership to my friends and family. After test driving 5 car's from different dealerships looking for the just perfect car, I was giving up could not find what I was looking for. So I went to the Mazda.com and inquire all Mazda models. I recieved a call from this Sales person Caisha Wantz inviting me to test drive a Mazda 3. As soon I got to the dealership she already had the car for me to test drive and she greeted me like she new me for long time. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicles, after visiting several car dealerships, are last stop was Oursisman and we met the saleperson Caisha Wants, she was very very polite and professional, she took her time and and show my wife the car she like it. They deal was fast easy. Juan the finance manager was very polite and profesional and explained steps by steps all the obtion that we had. My wife came out very very happy with her purchase. I went back the very next day and purchase another vehicle withe the same saleperson (Caisha) and same finance.manager (Juan).this time only took me 1.5 hours and I was already in my new Masda 3. Thank you Caisha Wantz and Juan for the very nice and excellent experience at the dealership..I will recommended this dealership and the team.

My car was recently in an accident, and while it is driveable and doesn't look too bad, it is old and time for me to start looking for a new one. Something I have not been looking forward to. I visited Ourisman in Rockville and was so happy with the customer service I received, I am now looking forward to buying a new car. Once I decide on the car I want, I will be there to get it. Thanks to everyone that is making this experience a good one.

We just went to check out a used car from this dealer as it was a great deal online. We got there and test drive the vehicle but there was a check airbag system warning light when we got into the car, the salesman said it was because the car was sitting for awhile...what?! Anyway, we then checked under the hood and saw the telltale signs of front end collision and again the salesman tried to tell us we didn't know what we were seeing wasn't from an accident and that the reason the hood was removed was due to an adjustment and not repair work. Again, what?!? We are not mechanics, but can tell what is total bull. After all this we just wanted to leave, the salesman wanted to get his manager, by why, we don't want a car that they were trying to pas off as pristine and not in an accident when the signs are all there. If they truly dirt know then shame on them for not checking out their vehicles before they try to sell them. And shame on them for trying to misrepresent a car and not disclose the vehicle had been in an accident to us right off the bat! I will never go back to this dealer and will recommend all I know to stay away too!

I had my Mazda CX-9 serviced there about 2 weeks ago. Your service advisor, Juli Brown, provided outstanding service during my experience there. She greeted me at 7am when I had an appointment. Further, she made me aware of the scope of the work needed to repair my car, outlined the cost, and kept me updated on the progress of the work. I was very appreciative of the fine service, and excellent work done on my car. Before I arrived I was very concerned that I would not be able to get my car repaired, but once I got there I was reassured that this work would be successful. You have an excellent team at Ourisman Mazda of Rockville, and I am happy I chose this dealership for service. Best -Linda

With the many Mazda dealerships, do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to this one! I once tried to buy a car there and the experience was terrible! The worst part of this dealership is the Service department. Managed by Chuck DeVault, they have an online scheduling appointment system that has a so called "glitch." It allowed me to make a 6:00am service appointment. Guess what..... they don't open until 7:00am! Ooops!!!! Really..... All of the technicians have an attitude. Take your car and your money any place else than Ourisman of Rockville!

On Friday, 9/27/13 I spoke with the service manager, Chuck Duvault, to plead with him my unfortunate circumstance hoping he will have compassion and help me. I am in Maryland from Texas and my daughter is currently a patient at Walter Reed Medical Center. I am a widow of a veteran and am currently unemployed and "homeless." My daughter and I are staying with friends while we are here for her treatment. Mr. Duvault told me he would "take care of me personally" and gave me an appointment to bring my car in the following Monday. I thanked the Lord that there are good, caring, and compassionate people out there and cried because I was so relieved. When I arrived at the dealership I was "greeted" by service advisor, Luis. I asked Luis several times to speak with Mr. Duvault. He never let me speak with him. Luis had my car inspected and came back with about 7 items that were "recommended" to be done and the bill would be approximately $4000. I again ask to speak with Mr. Duvault. It took several times of me asking to speak with him that Luis finally went to get him. When Mr. Duvault came out all he did was total the estimate and give me a quote for the full price. Mr. Duvault was going to leave and I stopped him to tell him he promised to take care of me and I was hoping he would give me a discount. At this time we decided that all I needed for now was to have 2 out of the 7 items done and Mr. Duvault gave me a price of $495 and left. I then went on my iPad and found a coupon on their website. I showed the coupon to Luis and he said I can either have Mr. Duvault's "discount" or the coupon. Well, the price with the coupon was only $450! So of course I used that. Luis was very rude and during the whole process he had a flat facial expression and never looked me in the eyes. I feel I was lured into the dealership with a false promise. Shame on Mr. Duvault for what he did to me! The service advisors do not seem to inform their customers about any discounts. While in the waiting room I told 4 customers about the coupons online and they all said that they did not know about the coupons nor were told by their service advisors about the coupons. Even though I did not get a discount from Mr. Duvault I was able to help 4 people save some money. I am currently at another dealer for a second opinion. They are not charging me for the second opinion.

I just lease a car and they would be pushing me through out the signing and they wouldn't even inform me about many things that we can and can't do. I was trying to turn in my car the next day and sales department told me that the sale was finalized but the financial department told me that the bank did not approve yet. Obviously they don't care about your story after you sign whatsoever. never never never visit this dealership.

The used 2010 BMW 328xi was in very good condition and the price was fair. But the owners and service manual were "missing" and the car was almost out of fuel.Stupid me I should have made sure these things were taken care of before signing the paperwork. Also they push VERY HARD to sell you a warranty that in my case would have added $4400 to the price of the car that still had 18,000 miles left on the original warranty.The car I got was what I wanted.BUT BUYER BEWARE.
