Yesterday’s visit to Mini of Dallas was an amazing experience that I had never experienced before. To start the dealership is immaculate, a truly beautiful and inviting location with the most comfortable seating. My associate Collin Roof was also amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining procedures need with my car. I highly recommend mini of Dallas.

Colin Roof was my Service Advisor and did an excellent job. He explained everything in detail that needed repair to my vehicle. I even received a video from the tech explaining the issues that were seen and how to fix them. Colin was prompt and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Thanks Colin and BMW!

Colin is great. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. The service was fast and the work was completed just under the time they projected. Overall very happy with Mini of Dallas. I have had 3 Mini Coopers and have frequented other Mini service locations. This is my second time doing work with them, they will be my go-to service center now.

In January 23, 2021 I had my pads, rotors and brakes replaced front and rear. 10 months later 1,800 miles and after paying an exuberant price I had to have them replaced again. My pads were almost completely gone. I went here thinking I would at the minimum not be hustled. I shouldn’t have to replace this within 12 months so I can only presume I didn’t get what I paid for.

I came in here for servicing. Colin was very helpful and had a pleasant experience. Highlight : when Colin was explaining about packages , he himself suggested to go for normal package and further he removed some of the servicing in the package to get me the perfect one . This speaks volumes on they are not interested just on money but take extra care to only have us spend for the service really needed .

We visited the MINI of Dallas dealership in October in search of the perfect MINI for my wife. The version of the car we wanted was unavailable so we had to place a custom order through MINI of Dallas. The sales man, Joe, was very supportive throughout the process and sent us weekly updates on our car's status. His customer service made it worth wait for my wife's car. The dealer was very easy to work with and gave us a hassle free experience, overall we were very pleased with the buying experience. My wife loves her new car!

Purchased my 2nd MINI form Dallas MINI. They have Great Deals and most importantly GREAT SERVICE after the sale. Joe Burk is the most professional and personal service writer you will find. He tells it like it is. Drop your car off for service and its back just as promised, looking like NEW. If you are in the DFW area this is the Dealership you want to deal with.
