This was by far my best experience in buying a new car. Louis Forti was outstanding by handling my transaction in a very professional and timely manner. In addition he made me feel like a friend throughout the entire buying process. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The dealership is ideal for me being only 10 minutes away. The facility is incredibly impressive, clean, and the staff was very pleasant. I rate the dealership as a first-class operation.

I came down to Mercedes Benz of Shrewsbury all the way from VT and it was worth the 4 hour drive! Louis Forti made the entire process so easy. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I love my new Mercedes and just wish I lived closer so I could get all my vehicle service performed by this dealership. I'll definitely be back to see Louis for my next purchase.

Awesome service department! - Recently I had been experiencing an intermittent problem with the XM radio in my 2011 E350 so I dropped it off to be looked at.Because the problem was intermittent, it didn't occur when it was there for service, however I was told not to worry and that if necessary I could always bring it back.When I returned a few weeks later they did locate the problem (XM Antenna) and after replacing it the issue is resolved 100%.Have to say I'm very impressed by the service group there and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!Additionally, I will be sure to return there when it's time to replace my car!

I highly recommend purchasing a Mercedes from Lou Forti and Wagner in Shrewsbury. Lou and the manager, Kent, made this a very positive process. Lou is highly knowledgeable and explained well the differences between years and models. He helped me to identify the preferred vehicle and found the car within a relatively short period. The price negotiation was easy and the S550 was delivered immediately thereafter, exactly as advertised. Overall, Lou and Wagner are fabulous!

I just purchase a new ML350 at Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury and couldnt be happier with the entire care buying experience. Rocky Mastrodomenico did a masterful job leading us through the car buying process. Agreeing on a price for the ML, negotiating the value of my trade and financing the purchase could not have been easier. Don Gray made the financing a breeze (and he provided me with a rate that was a half a point lower than the best rate I could find on the internet!). Product Concierge Matt Leache explained every feature and option of the ML he even offered to come to my house to program the cars garage door openers. Quinn even got into the act after the sale, handling the registration and inspection details. General Sales Manager Adam Veinotte oversaw the process and made sure his team never missed a beat. Now ask me about the car. ;-) If you are in the market for a Mercedes, go to Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury and ask for this team. You will be glad you did.

While I was looking for the car, I spoke to quite a few sales person over the phone to check on the inventory. A couple of them were just read the features of the car, most of them are standard features, e.g. dimmerable visor light, but offered nothing specific about the car itself. I drove to the Merdedes-Benz Shrewsbury dealership on a snow day to test drive the vehicle. Josh was helpful to point out all the features in the car, suggested a perfect route for the test drive, and gave no pressure for the sale. He also cleaned the snow of the vehicle so I could look at the exterior color. During the car delivery, Josh explained the few key features of the new vehicle and helped me to setup the blue tooth connection, the map orientation right away. These are the small things that would saved me time and made him jump out as one of my favorite car sales rep. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a bucket load of cars. Salesperson Louis Forti was relaxed, and non pushy. The sales manager Adam Veinotte was professional, and HUMAN. Very big deal when purchasing a car. Don Gray, finance, was not only personable, but extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Wagner, and their team.

This was my second time in search for a car and found the used volkswagon Golf I was searching for at Mercedes and was absolutely thrilled with the buying experience. From the moment I stepped out of my car Rocky was there to greet me. My first point of contact was Chris Caputo who was exceptional in his direct approach and professionalism. Rocco then walked me through all my questions and overall paperwork, he provided excellent service by being thorough, amiable, professional, and most importantly patient with my questions. A record set here for the elapsed time from identifying the car to driving it home - nice! With a straight forward buy process led by Rocky and great concierge service led by Matt. The E350 has so much going on that having Matt visit our home to explain it all a second time was superlative service, not to mention figuring out how to enable the car to open the garage door. And Rocky with the price and terms that worked for us... including a lease deal you have to take given the free frist two months. Great job guys!

Went out shopping for a used car to Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury and it couldn't have gone any better than it did. Josh made my life extremely easy for me considering how crappy things were going at the time for me. Wasn't even looking forward to going in and dealing with the salesperson and how pushy and annoying they can be but Josh was excellent. I couldn't be happier with my car. He answered everything I had to ask and he taught me a lot about the car. In love with the car and I'll send all my friends over to Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury.

I have been looking for a vehicle for a long time now and have always dreaded the car buying experience. That all changed after meeting Rocco (Rocky) Mastrodomeni at Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles but he was extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. After finding me a few vehicles I met with Rocky at their beautiful facility in Shrewsbury to test drive each one to determine my best "fit". Rocky explained each feature and welcomed my many questions. I did not feel pressured by Rocky at all during this whole process. He wasn't there to just sell me a car, he was there with my best interest in mind! When it came to financing the team was incredible! After everything was said and done, Adam Veinotte, General Sales Manager came out and congratulated me on the car! What a great group of people over there. I cannot wait to tell everyone about this dealership.

Just picked up my new car from here about a week ago and I can't stress how helpful and professional the staff was. Despite the car not being a Mercedes, the salesman Josh made the whole process incredibly easy and did excellent job answering any questions I had. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market and would suggest asking for Josh if you want quality service.

No Pressure, extremely knowledgable about their cars. They went above and beyond to help us find what we want and in our price range. Their response time in getting back to you was excellent and made it Very easy to getting questions answered and help when needed through Email. This is my first Mercedes and I Love My Mercedes GL but having a family like place to take care of you made it be the perfect fit! They are very relational and make it a really nice experience.

I recently purchased a car from Louis Forti. First, let me just say that he's not your typical car salesman. He wasn't pushy and obnoxious and didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes cars (I was very impressed...). By the time I left that evening, felt like we had known each other for years. Its not often that you find a genuinely nice guy in the car sales business. I highly recommend going to see him if you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz. Everyone is nice and a pleasure to deal with when I need a service done on my car. Darren Young has been assisting me for several years and he's never disappointed me. Again, a genuine, honest guy that knows his stuff. Everyone is really great... including the finance manager, Dan Steely. I will definitely purchase my next Mercedes Benz at Wagner Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury.

I have bought two cars from Wagner Mercedes in the last 12 months. The greatest thing I have to say is their "no-push" buying experience. They will help you whenever they can, and honestly, they try hard! The finance manager, Dan, is pretty cool to deal with and so is the CPO Manager. I would not hesitate to do business with Wagner in the future. The reception lady needs to learn how to smile and properly greet people though :-).

Had an amazing experience at Wagner Mercedes (Mercedes Benz-Shrewsbury). Initially went in to just price out potential cars that my wife and I were considering. We were specifically interested in a CPO with low mileage and as new as possible. We had a budget in mind and didn't think what we wanted would be within our price range. After initially meeting with Randy, identifying a car we liked, and reviewing the numbers, the price (as we expected) was above our budget. Randy was very accommodating, and after indicating what we wanted (and expected) spend, he was able to accommodate it with ease. He brought Adam (manager) over right away to have an open chat about our cost and budget expectations. No haggling, no negotiating...just straight to the point and honest. It was refreshing. We had done our research before arriving and I was impressed. It was another week before we actually did the purchase, and during that time, both Randy and Adam were very accessible, responded immediately to questions we had (both on phone and by email), and just really demonstrated true professionalism and top customer service. We will definitely be getting our next car, and those after that from Wagner.

On Tuesday January 10, 2012 I walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Shrewsbury and was greeted with friendly faces and smiles. I was offered assistance and asked to be sure to let anyone in their team know if I had any questions, however, never once was I pressured or harassed by the sales team while leisurely considering my options in the showroom and outdoor lot. With the assistance of Adam Orlando, I was able to test drive the 2012 GLK350 on the spot from which I should note, an impressive number of GLKS in varying colors and options was available to meet anyone's needs. Before I knew it, I fell in love with the vehicle and walked out within the hour with a brand new GLK. Adam and his colleague, Glenn Shaw, both were extremely helpful in facilitating the paperwork process making it actually an enjoyable and exciting experience for me. Since the purchase Ive received an impressive 3 follow up customer service calls from Adam, Glenn, and the General Manager, Aidan Power, ensuring I was still satisfied with my vehicle. I'm extremely pleased with the recent purchase and would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury, the staff, and of course the vehicle to anyone looking for a well-rounded, safe SUV.

Beware when purchasing from this dealer!! I test drove and purchased my car on a Friday and it was delivered to me on Wednesday. Between the time I signed and the car was delivered someone had put a 1000+ additional miles on the car. Dealer tried to tell me I must have been reading the trip odemeter versus the actual car odemeter when I first test drove the car. Um, really? Pretty sure I know the difference between the two. Additionally, the mileage on my purchasing paper work and the mileage advertised were what I saw the day I purchaed the vehicle. Sounds like to me someone had some fun with my car that weekend.

Mercedes Benz of boylston is no more and THANK GOD. They have built a beautiful new dealership next to their BMW dealer in Shrewsbury on route 9. They have great customer service and great prices compared to Herb Chambers. They always inform me of whats going on in a timely manner and they really seem like they would do anything for you.
