Great dealer! Very efficient. The buying process is very fast and smooth. The people here are friendly and knowledgeable. My buddy Brain helped me to get my 2016 GLE 450. The car was not in MA but he arranged the dealer swap and ship the car here in several days! Would recommend to others.

Brian Tran spoke Vietnamese to us... it was the best experience I ever had.. it was so easy to tell him what I wanted. We bought 2013 GLK350.. love it.

I absolutely love my new car!! I am so thankful for Casey LaMonte and all his handwork to help me find what I was looking for. Casey was extremely kind and informative and helped me not only learn a lot but helped me actually enjoy this process as well. I just recently purchase a new 2015 ML350 at Mercedes Benz of Hanover. My sales adviser that I work with was Casey LaMonte. From the time I walked into the door to the time I drove away with my new car my overall experience was amazing! I never enjoyed the process of buying a new car so much. My wife and I recently purchased our new car at Mercedes-Benz of Hanover. We have also purchased our two previous cars at Mercedes -Benz of Westwood, also a Prime dealership. Our experience was outstanding once again. We were greeted by the salesman, Ilir Velagoshti who was absolutely the most knowledgeable salesman that I've ever dealt with. His product knowledge was unbelievable and he took the time, well beyond the actual closing hours of the dealership, to explain and go over every feature on the car and answered all of our questions without hesitation. My wife and I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hanover and if you go there, seek out Ilir Velagoshti, I'm certain your experience will be as nice as ours.

They will undervalue your trade-in without using any of the market valuing tools available. When asked how did they arrive at the price of my vehicle and what tools they used Ilir from MB Hanover said "thats just our price". I have a 2014 fully loaded vehicle with backup camera, navigation, brake assist, lane assist, transferable 100k mile warranty, virtually every possible option and only 7k miles. There was no legitimate reason to undervalue the "trade-in market value" on my vehicle by nearly $2000.00. When expressing my concerns for piece of mind on their used vehicle the salesman simply shrugged his shoulders and said "it is what it is." There were numerous scratches, defects, and stains on interior and the salesman stated that once cleaned up he could not guarantee anything or that any of the defects would be addressed but yet he wanted me to sign off on the deal, basically without even knowing what the actual vehicle condition will be. He repeatedly conveyed they had a Benz and my trade-in was inferior. One of my concerns was that their vehicle had over 34,000 miles which was high for the vehicle year and the salesman was condescending by then offering a vehicle that had 70,000 miles. After concluding my visit and feeling vigorously insulted the salesman sent me off without even as little as a handshake or giving me his business card. I've visited many dealerships in search for a car for my growing family and they were all great. Even though I didn't find the perfect vehicle the salesmen call me regularly with new and upcoming inventory as you would expect from great customer service. However, MB of Hanover stands alone in the horrific customer service I received and feeling insulted and belittled by a sales team that cares nothing of customer service and satisfaction.
