I have been coming to American Service Center for the last twenty years, with multiple cars, and always get excellent service. Dave Smith and the rest of the center take great care of me. Dave Smith always makes sure I know exactly what is going on with my car and updates me if there are any changes while my car is being serviced. I have always been provided with a loaner car and never have to wait long for my car to finish being serviced. I trust Dave Smith with my car, and more importantly, my daughter's car, and am satisfied that the cars are in top shape whenever it leaves the service center. I would suggest this service center and Dave Smith to anyone who needs their Mercedes to be serviced or has an issue that needs attention.

As always, my recent service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington was excellent ! ! ~ This is most especially due to my service agent/contact, Mr. Hugh McGuire. Hugh has been my service agent/contact at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington for several years now, or since I began servicing my 2012 E550 Cabriolet there. He is always extremely professional, courteous, patient and thoroughly explains everything I need to know about my vehicle from the beginning of my service visit, and during the time frame the vehicle is being serviced and afterwards when I pick up my car as well. Both Hugh and the entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Arlington are so easy to work with that I actually look forward to my service visit at that dealership as they all make you feel like being a part of a family. I also anticipate purchasing my next Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. I have also referred colleagues, neighbors and friends to the dealership as well ! !

As a first time service department customer, I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly and very happy the extensive repairs could be made in one day. Not only was the service completed to perfection, but it also was done very quickly, half a day quicker than promised. As a last item, I asked for interior and exterior detailing. The car, which is 17 years old, looked absolutely new, even under the hood. Unbelievable. And the customer service was superb. Both the service consultant Mr. McGuire and the service manager Mr. Smith went out of their way to be available for updates and questions.

Very nice service department, not sure that I would purchase a car though, I asked if someone could help w/ me the "driver assist parking": feature during my past 2 visits, the service person could not answer, I went to sales person, the should know since they sell them. (I was given a demo in Charleston SC where I purchased my car 2 years ago but have not used the feature as I was not completely sure), both times the sales person was reluctant to give his time since I did not purchase there at this particular dealer.

I always travel 30+ miles to come to this dealership. The people are so kind and very informative of the things that they may need to fix or replace on my car. If my car needs to stay another day to complete the service on it, then they supply me with another "loaner" Mercedes to get home. My service agent (Gary Burke) is a wonderful person who keeps me inform by text, telephone and in person of the status of my car. I could have gone to another Mercedes dealership that is closer to where I live (5 miles from Annapolis), but for some reason, I prefer to come back to your dealership because the very first Mercedes that I bought on April, 2000. I was so pleased and satisfied with how I was treated then and I am still being treated the same way now.

My salesman Paul was very knowledgeable about the 2017 E300. He explained the various options for leasing and did not drag-out the process of working through the details with his manager. My interactions were with my Salesman, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. All were pleasant, helpful and proud to be associated with Mercedes-Benz of Arlington. They each focused on answering my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the next steps. Paul took the time to explain what to expect during future visits to the dealership for annual service or complementary car washes. This was the easiest experience I have had leasing a car and I was so glad it did not take a full day to finalize the details. This is my third lease with Mercedes-Benz and by far the best experience.

I have used this dealership for the past 16 years to service my three (3) MB's and the staff has always gone the extra mile to ensure my vehicle is repaired and diagnosed correctly If a problem arises, which has been near zero, in these years the service managers (Mr. Little, and now, Mr. Smith and Mr. Rodia) did not hesitate to correct the problem immediately. The service counter staff are very pleasant and patient. My service writer (Mr. G Burke) has become to me "like a friend now", vs. just being a service writer, giving me advice and guidance when discussing repair needs for my vehicle. The technician staff here are experienced, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The staff treat you in a way to make you feel they value your business. The same applies for the parts department and the loaner car service. I do not hesitate when recommending this dealership to a coworker, a friend ,or my neighbors. This dealership also recognizes and embraces members of the MB car club and that speaks volumes in their appreciation for new, pre-owned and vintage Mercedes. The best part of this is that their staff at Arlington is willing and is highly capable of working on older Mercedes, too. An invaluable asset for a dealership to have to offer to MB's owners of all years of Mercedes.

Overall I was happy with the service and the customer service.But when I took the car in I asked the girl that checked me in to ckevk to see if it wasnt running kind of loud. She said that the Gla250 runs a little loud but they would check it out. There were a few other issues like my windshield got cracked and they did replace it but when I went to pick up the car things were kind of hectic and it was not not mentioned and I did not see anything on the receipt that it was even checked for running loud.So this concerns me a littleSincerelyPatricia Conroy

10K service was fine and had no issues outside of a tire replacement. Unfortunately this is the 2nd tire that had to be replaced in 1 year. I have the 1st tire and the service rep said I can bring it by to have it disposed of.

Overall, excellent customer service from the dealer. The only part of the transaction that I wish could be avoided is being asked to make decisions on the spot regarding extra warranty, prepaid services, etc. Once an appropriate price is reached it would be helpful to have a day or two to decide if I want to purchase any additional offers.The salesman provided very friendly and excellent customer service.

Top notch repair and servicing. Only problem is the price. But hey, you don't buy a Mercedes because you're going to worry about money! (but apparently I do-worry about money)And I'm not picking on my local Mercedes dealer...the prices appear to be pretty uniform across most dealerships (maybe a 2-4% deviation). If you can, try to schedule repairs when they are offering coupons. Takes a little sting out of it.

MB of Arlington has been in business for decades, operating under the name of American Service Center for decades before rebadging itself as MB of Arlington. The new car sales department is to be avoided by anyone who is serious about being treated fairly and with respect as they overprice all their products and will not deal. The SERVICE department, however, is to be preferred to the other MB dealerships located in the metro area as the quality of the mechanics on staff, their skill level, and ability to complete repairs correctly makes them a standout. Note, the cost of repairs, including the dealership supplied parts, is not inconsequential so this comment should not be misconstrued as a suggestion that the service department offers inexpensive service and repairs. The staff is courteous and friendly. The customer waiting area is well appointed and comfortable. Complementary WIFI available. The outside parking area (used for after hours drop off) is not in keeping with the marque as it is frequently dirty, the parking spots are too small, and the litter strewn lot suggests that no one has pride of place.

Edwin was fantastic. He follow-up with ne by e-mail and text to not only let me know that my car was ready but also to make sure that I was happy with the service I received from American Motors. I don't remember the young man who assisted me with getting a loaner but he was wonderful. He was very helpful in make sure that I understood the function of the car I was being loaned. I have bought two E-Class sedans at the American Service Center and have had them serviced there for over 17 years. Generally I am very satisfied with the service and care by the service department. This time, however, I brought my 10 year old E350 in for its annual (once a year) servicing on April 20. I brought in a perfect car..all it needed was its annual service. I was called at 2pm to be told I had a perfect car. When I did not receive a call re picking it up, I decided to go anyway. At around 5 pm I was told that when the mechanic put the replacement oil, that the oil sensor popped up. I was asked if I wanted it fixed or replaced at $474. I was surprised that there was no offer to fix it as it was obviously perfect until the mechanic serviced it. I decided to take the car and drive it around to see if it doesnt resolve. So far I have driven it twice...it does not pop up until 20 or 30 minutes at after 5 to 10 miles. I have been traveling on business since April 23. I return May 27. I will see if it has been resolved. Otherwise, I will return to the car to the American Service Center and expect them to fix the oil sensor such that it doesnt pop up... I am an unhappy customer.. I brought in a perfect car and was given an imperfect car after servicing... I expected more from the American Service Center...

He takes the time to explain to be what is outstandingly necessary, realizing I am now in my seventies and my salary is not as great as it was when I was working. We bought a Mercedes C300 luxury sedan. The sales representative, Greg Smoak, was outstanding. He knew every feature of the car and explained clearly the differences between the sport and luxury model. He was patient and instructive during the road test. He was not pushy at all. He asked if we were members of USAA, which lowered the price considerably. Greg was a pleasure to work with and made making this deal a joy vice a stressful experience. The car can sell itself, Greg made it easier. Jon Munro was the manager who closed the deal financially. He was extremely professional and personal offered solid advice about how to protect and maintain our investment. He was first-rate and exceptionally knowledgeable. My advisor suggested I get a rental car because the service was going to be at least 4 hours. I declined but wish I had because it was closer to 6 hours.Also, the car wash was not the best. I took my mercedes to MB of Arlington for its annual service (annual since I do only about 5000 miles a year). The entire experience was excellent as usual. I had no trouble obtaining a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced and the service on my vehicle was completed competently and within the time specified. Mr. Cross was very friendly as usual, yet completely professional. Service prices can be pretty high for a mercedes, but thanks to Mr. Cross' recommendation a year ago, I had purchased a 3-year discount service package. Needless to say, I was quite pleased that there was no additional cost.

I visited 4 different Mercedes dealerships in the process of purchasing my dream car. This dealership by far was the most professional, and went above and beyond to take care of me. My salesman JJ Bokhari was very responsive to all of my needs/questions and was not pushy. The finance guy Michael Papadopolos did an excellent job explaining everything and providing options for additional add ons but was not pushy nor pressured me to take anything I didn't feel like I needed. During a visit back to my former city, I visited my previous Mercedes dealer MB of Arlington VA to say hi and get some "free advice". Looked at the range of new vehicles and decided to trade my ML 350 for a new GLE350 4Matic. This was my 6th purchase from the dealer and a painless process. Although the car I wanted was not in stock, they searched dealer inventory and had one ready within 2 days. He was very helpful and respectful through out the entire process wanting to make sure all the information was delivered to me regarding my new GL. As a sales person "Realtor" I loved that I didn't fell like he was selling me something. The finance manager John Monro was very helpful and provided useful and important information. Courteous employees and great hours for me since I go to work early and leave late. Service advisors keep you updated on what's going on with the repairs and give reasonable time estimates instead of waiting til the end of the day to call with any updates (this happened to me with another dealership a few times & I've decided not to go back to them). It can take me 30+ minutes to get to this dealership, but I willingly make the commute during rush hour even though there are other places closer to me, because this dealership consistently provides good service.

I have been going to this service center and dealing with the same people for almost 20 years, through 5 cars. The center has always been helpful and courteous, and i have usually gotten my car back the same day. This visit was for scheduled service on a C Class and a GLK, both with Mr Kit Cross, who knows us and our vehicles very well. The cars themselves are virtually maintenance free and the regular servicing, i am sure, helps keep them that way. I hold Mr Cross and the dealership in the highest regard.

Been going to this service center for MB for the last 15 years. The service managers are very thorough and you always get prompt service. Every one in the dealership are very eager to help, very courteous and very professional. The waiting area is very pleasant, and if you needed a replacement vehicle while your car is being serviced, the car rental service is right in the premises, you don't have to walk far for it and you always get another MB vehicle which is great because you get to drive other MB car models. Kit Cross the gentleman I go to when I drive in for service always meet me with a smile, very patient in listening to my concerns about what I am finding wrong with my car, very informative about warranties on place, gives a time frame how long the service will take, reminds you to take whatever you may need from your car before it is driven off to service, always provide a number to call and follow it up with a text message providing the same number or email for follow ups. He is very good in providing approximate cost of service items you may need done. They understand the word service in that center, and it shows, it is a very busy place but they make people feel confident they will take care of you and your car. I have sent many friends there for car service and to buy their cars. My current model I did not buy there unfortunately because the model and color i wanted was not available but I knew it is there I will go for any MB car I will have for car service needs.

At Mercedes Benz of Arlington, where I have done business for years, the arriving customer becomes the immediate focus of a team. Driving into the maintenance lane, I am immediately met by a representative who notifies the Service Representative (Garry Burke in this case) who is always courteous, has a clip board with paperwork prepared, asking the right questions. Tires are routinely checked for wear. Within a matter of minutes I am in a loaner car and on my way to work. Similar process is evident on pickup. Garry Burke and MBofArlington are the BEST!

Great service. They found a problem with while doing other work and were able to correct and only charged me for the part (no labor because they we're already working in the area of the problem). The service manager made a great call to fix before I could get back to him with approval to proceed. If he had gone the other way, the cost of the repair would have been more than double.The car is performing well with 175,000 miles and I know there a couple of years left at least.

Everything is really becoming top service. Was told misled information when I bought my mercedes. The kid is not there anymore. Although that being said. It really is a great environment and Dave the service manager and Dan my writer are huge reasons why I did not get rid of the car and stayed with mercedes. But everyone around them do a great job and I am so much happier than I was last year with you guys. So keep doing a great job. Only thing I would say is the wash can be a bit better with cleaning our cars. Other than that. Great job. I really want both Dave and Dan to be recognized for their customer service. My wife and I had a trip scheduled to Charlestown, SC. Two days before the trip, we tangled with some pot holes that resulted in significant damage to our E350. Our service adviser and your service department completed the repairs promptly so we did not have to delay our trip. Plus the car performed flawlessly during the 800 mile trip to South Carolina.

I had an unexpected service light come on, so I dropped by the dealership with only an hour's notice. They worked me into the schedule, set me up with a one day loaner vehicle, and took care of the car's issue (a thermostadt went out) at no cost. They even cleaned my car. I was back in my car later that same day and never missed a beat. Great service!

This was my first purchase at Mercedes Benz of Arlington. It was great, my salesman was helpful and accommodating. Made sure I got all of the features that I wanted in my new car. They didn't try to get me to settle for a car in stock without one of the options I wanted; instead they found a car in another state that was exactly what I wanted. They encouraged me to test drive several cars with different options and trim packages before deciding. Purchase/financing process was seamless without the high pressure to buy unnecessary add-ons. etc.Overall the process was great. No problems at all. I also got a tour of their impressive service areas, very clean and modern facilities.

I had some bodywork done on my Jag and M-B or Arlington did an excellent job. The quality of their customer service is also exceptional. Since I had the car there for the bodywork, I asked them to check out a problem I've been having with part of the headliner falling down. They drove the car to Springfield to have an interior upholstery specialist look at it and reported back to me with the problem, the alternative solutions, and the ballpark costs for them. There was no charge from M-B for this additional effort. Because of the nature of the interior work, they advised that it would probably be quicker for me in this case to deal directly with the specialist.

I got a battery for ASC for E class and it stopped working after 3 months I called the part shop go get a replacement they told me to bring the car to service we can check out 1st and you have to pay one hour I think $150 or so. If its you better we will get you a new one and you pay of installation only. I call Advance auto part a got a battery for $158 and its been 1 month my car is running great... SO THANK YOU ASC FOR NOTHING... AND TAKEING MY MONEY.

I was shopping around for a Benz S550. Out of the dealerships I went to, these guys have a huge selection of cars so I didn't have to look anywhere else. I was greeted promptly and the staff was very friendly. I left with a car the same day, then seen they had a newer model in the exact color and and AMG package I wanted. So I was able to returned the first car I got from them and purchased the newer S550. I was able to finance through Mercedes Benz Financal and received a extremely low APR. All of my service experiences have been exemplar. I really like that I can get a loaner car without going to Enterprise (less than a block away) and drive away in a Mercedes while my Mercedes is being serviced. Everyone was friendly and my car looked great form the wash and vacuum when I picked it up. I will continue to have my car serviced at your facility due to your excellent customer service.

Kit Cross is simply the best. In nearly 50 years of owning and servicing cars, I have never had a better service experience than with Kit Cross and MB of Arlington, Virginia. From the moment you walk in to the inviting and clean facilities to the immediate attention by the service staff, led by managers like Kit, you feel that this place cares about your experience. Within minutes all the details are recorded, you are in your loaner car and on your way. Servicing a Mercedes is never cheap, but these people get it done right and with a smile. The staff, all of it, from clerks to the supervisors, sales people first of all, were helpfull, patient, very professional in all respects. Regardless of who is selling you the car, the dealership is involved to the highest degree and makes you feel welcome as a good friend. You can address any question to any of the team members and they WILL HELP, or find someone able to. I purchased the previous car with the help of the same salesperson - Frank Namin. He is a car afficionado, who dedicated his life to MB. I think he sincerely believes that MB is the only brand in the world worth considering. He makes you feel fortunate to buy one. He knows every little detail about MB and can happily talk for hours. It is a real pleasure to buy from him. People like him make the difference. MR

My service provider Jeff Smith was excellent! I received a call saying my car maintenance was completed. I came to pickup my car but the repairs had not been done. I ended up coming to the dealership getting stuck in traffic there and back. Heither took time out of his busy schedule to bring my car to my work location. This is what you call great customer service!

I would highly recommend Elliott Brown to anyone wanted to purchase a pre-owned MB at American Service Center!!! I have to pass other MB Dealerships to get to Mr. Brown and have never regretted driving the extra distance to buy from him. It is always a pleasant experience.

I brought my car for winterizing and some other minor repair. My advisor, Mr. Hugh Mcguire was very kind and considerate. He give me immediate attention and made proper steps to quicken the process. He called and arranged for renter car so that I won't be late for my work at hospital duty. Over all my experience was very pleasant.

Service was excellent. . The best part about it was i was not left waiting on service. I was handled by a service tech expediently and was given a rental while they worked on my car. This way i didn't have to be sitting in the waiting room for hours. My service person Dan was very informative and help with resetting my blue back in my car.. Is good to know that I'll be taken care of at MB of Arlington.

At this time, I am satisfied with my service. The tire is no longer leaking and the windshield wipers are working well.
