I absolutely loved my experience with Mazda of Ridgeland. Sarah was so wonderful, polite, professional, and helpful. We need an extra car with a low price and that's exactly what we got. We love our new "posh mobile". They made us feel like family. I would recommend them 1000x over!

Everyone at Mazda of Rigeland was very helpful and friendly. Lawrence was outstanding! I am only 18 years old and he was still very patient and helpful. my dad who came back a week later and bought me a car also thought Lawrence was very helpful. we both highly recommend him! Sarah helped me with all the technology in the car after we purchased it and helped me set everything up she was also very helpful! I highly recommend Mazda of Rigeland not only for thier vehicles but also the outstanding service of thier employees!

Salesperson/LT was very respectful during the process. My wife chose her vehicle in one hour and within 2 hours the papers were signed. Manager took care of all paper work. Management replaced the battery and offered a free oil change. I will certainly return in the future to buy a vehicle from Mazda of Ridgeland. My wife really really likes her new red car. Most important the offer was much better than expected.

I traded in an SUV for a sedan and was a little upside down on the SUV. These folks worked their tails off to get me out of that expensive SUV and into an affordable, almost new and very safe car. I had been told "No" by other dealers (probably too much work) but these guys said "Yes". I will definitely be a repeat customer!

When it comes to car buying experiences I must say that this one has been my best so far. From my first encounter until my last paper signed, Sarah acted with professionalism as well as well educated dealer. she acted just as a friend and ensured me that she was looking for me the best deal possible. she was able to answer all my questions, no matter how random. I was very enthused when I received the call about my truck and she made the paper work easy. I was out of there in one day and drove the new truck home. I would recommend her to my best of friends. The one take away from my visit would have to be here service. The dealership is one of the best and im glad I decided to go there for my next vehicle .

After my last car died on me, I was in need of a much more reliable vehicle for work and to prepare for after the baby is born. My fiance's family had purchased a great vehicle from Mazda and said a lot of great things about the dealership, so I didn't hesitate to jump in the truck with them when they offered to take me and my fiance to look at cars. Upon our arival, Mr. Lawrence opted in to helping us look despite the dealership closing up, and was quick to ask what we were looking for car wise and price wise. After telling him, he led us to some options and helped us with all of our questions regarding each vehicle. Upon finding what we wanted, Mr. Lawrence took it upon his self to jump start the application process by allowing us to fill it out before our departure. Upon leaving, we expected to have a call within two days, but with his customer service, we were called in less than 24 hours with the great news that we had been approved. Going on to the following day when we could pick up the car from the lot, we were greeted with the best customer service that made me feel much less nervous despite this being my first car purchase. The dealership worked with us on a down payment and got us a great finance rate and monthly payment rate! When checking out and getting the last of our psperwork, the kind lady who took care of us was a good conversationalist, which made the experience even better. Without a doubt, I would do business here again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mazda of Ridgeland to anyone!

I was very picky. However, they helped me find the perfect car for me! Not knowing at all what I wanted they let me test drive multiple vehicles and stayed within my monthly pay range I selected!!

I was led to mazda of ridgeland by my brother who purchased a 2015 platinum f-150 just three days before and he was so pleased with brittany he called me to say that I needed to stop by and talk with her, I stopped by and had a brief conversation in person and by the time I got off work she had the exact truck I was looking for and also treated me very fairly on my trade in!! The whole staff are great people, even if what your looking for isn't on the lot they go above and beyond to find the vehicle of your choosing... Stopping by can never hurt and you might be surprised at how you will be treated as well!!

Everyone was super nice and understanding considering our difficult situation. We could not have picked a better place to purchase our vehicle! Lawrence and Sarah were great! I purchased my 2015 Mazda6 Touringw/tech from them just about 6minths ago. I'm already looking at trading in for a 2016 Mazda6 GTw/Tech. I began my original purchase by putting in a info request online. Danielle Powers called me and consulted about the vehicle with me. I explained I had seen the price online and was very interested. I knew I had some upside down to roll from my previous vehicle. She explained to me in her own demeanor that the price listed was not the price it would be sold to me for?!?!? I still made plans to go into the dealer and to check out the car. This was my second time looking at this model Mazda as the year prior I had looked at possibly buying one. When I got to the dealer I was relieved to find that Danielle had gone home sick and I would be dealing with Brittany Koopman. She was super helpful and friendly and went over the whole vehicle with me. I decided to make the purchase. I went back the next day after applying over the phone for the loan and encountered Danielle. Sitting with her over the purchase was about the 2nd worst buying experience I was going to have. So I left. I actually was talked out of buying the car by Danielle and from her overall attitude towards me. I was actually upset when I got home as i had a 30min ride so I had time to stew. I got contacted by Brittany Koopman the next day and I asked for her to just talk out the car deal with me and once I did that I felt 100% better. Both her and the finance guy Chris were wonderful. Probably the most honest car deal I've had to date. I signed off on everything the third day in(this was over a weekend) and took the car home in less than a hour.

The buying process for my Mazda CX9 was an awesome experience at Mazda of Ridgeland ...I was well satisfied with this process and the courtesy of the dealership...the facilities are clean, customer friendly, and I felt very comfortable...my first oil change was a great experience!

I bought a new 2015 Mazda 6. My wife was unhappy with it so we traded it in for a Chrysler 300 two weeks later. I went in to the dealership and asked to cancel my GAP and extended warranty. They charged me $600 for early termination and cancellation fees. I asked them to provide me a copy of this policy. I was told they will have to find it. I then talked to the General Manager and asked him for this in writing as well. He stated that the dealership and the warranty/GAP company had a separate contract that allowed him to charge me this amount. I refused to take the check and informed him I would contact the GAP company. I walked out and called the GAP company. They told me it was outrageous for them to charge me $600 because in the contract it clearly states if I cancel within 30 days I get a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. They also stated they had not received my paperwork so it could have been cancelled with out the $50 fee. I called the dealership back and explained what the GAP company told me and the Finance Manager told me he would let the General Manager know. Approximately 30 minutes later the General Manager called me to let me know he had cut a new check out and I could go pick it up. I asked him if it was for the full amount minus the $50 fee he said yes. When I went to pick up the check I noticed it was still less than what was owed to me. I asked the General Manager why the total was wrong and what was the excuse this time. He stated that the dealership had a $100 cancellation fee on top of the GAP/extended warranty cancellation fee. He then handed me a typed letter stating this but this form was not on the dealership letter head but on a regular word document. I let him know I was tired of the run around and that they were crooks. If they willing do this to a United States Marine Corps Officer, I can only imagine what they do to the general public

I looked at a used 2012 Honda that the dealership was selling. I was told the car had been through their shop and had received a 120 point inspection. The interior of the car had a strong odor in it and the dome lights did not work. The saleswoman, Danielle Powers told me "light bulbs burn out all the time" but we can replace them. I opened the trunk and water, from the previous nights rain, started running into the trunk and the trunk lid was only partially attached. It also had a strong odor. I noticed several door dings and chips in the bumpers where paint had been chipped off. I asked Mrs Powers about touching up these spots and she said they do not do that and it is a used car not a new car. I then looked at the engine of the Honda. I checked the oil and it was black as tar. I showed it to Mrs Powers and told her the oil had not been changed as she stated. Her response was "she was not a mechanic and did not know the difference in dirty oil or freshly changed oil". Mrs Powers requested I make an offer on the car even though it needed extensive work. I made a total out the door offer and then her manager, Mr Tanner verbally countered my offer. Mrs Powers then told me she would print me a copy of the Carfax report and put the price in writing for me. When she returned with the price quote paperwork it was approximately $1400.00 higher than what Mr Tanner had stated. Based on my experience with this dealership I would recommend everyone avoid them. Their used cars need extensive work on them and their sales practices are dishonest and deceitful.

I couldn't have asked for better service. My husband and I went in and we left out with my shiny new red Mazda 3. The saleslady was very patient with me. They worked the numbers until I was satisfied. I love my car more and more each day. It was a great purchase and an even better Christmas present. I would recommend Mazda of Ridgeland to anyone looking for a great car at a great price. GO GET YOU ONE!

I took my 2015 Mazda 6 in for my first maintenance service (oil change and etc...) on yesterday. The service was great and Rob (service advisor) made me feel that he cared about my car and keeping it in top shape. I really enjoyed his Christ-like attitude and service.

I relied very heavily on cars.com reviews when choosing my car and my dealership. My experience wasnt especially good or bad, but I was disappointed when I learned that the dealership offers free oil changes in exchange for perfect reviews. Just means reviews have to be viewed with a lot more caution. Hope this helps someone.

I had a great experience at Mazda of Ridgeland. Everyone there is very helpful and very knowleable. I would recomdand anyone that is looking to get a great car at a great price. I purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback. It is so much fun to drive. Can't go wrong with 40 mpg.

Took my Mazda 6 in for a recall - Fuel in Canister-Safety and Emission Recall 7414 D I called and made an appointment to take my car in on a Friday and they called later that day stating that they would need to order the part and it would be Monday or Tuesday before would have the work done. They gave me a loaner car in order to drive while my car was being repaired as they felt that the car was unsafe until the work was done. Rob is who I dealt with in Service and also talked with Mr. Tanner about having a car to drive. Both were very nice and accommodating to make sure that I was safe in my car and that I had a way to get back and forth to work until the repairs could be made.

This was the best car buying experience we ever had. Our sales person, Kyle, was extremely pleasant, tentative and knowledgeable of the vehicle. I felt he knew exactly what we wanted! Usually, we are told that the whole sales process will only take a few minutes and we wind up being there for hours. Kyle told us it wouldn't take long and it didn't. We would definitely recommend Mazda of Ridgeland, and Kyle, to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Mazda of Ridgeland makes car buying an easy and much more pleasant endeavor!!! The Sales staff is helpful and genial and not at all pushy! We purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 through Mazda of Ridgeland this week and couldn't be happier. The car is exactly what we wanted and the sales & customer service staff were great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful...not what you'd normally experience with a car dealership. The car is comfortable, handles like a dream and gets great gas mileage. Ross from customer service was very helpful in explaining everything the car could do. We can't wait to take it on our vacation/honeymoon next week! I had my Mazda Tribute for 12 years, absolutely LOVED it and did NOT want to get rid of it. However, after 250,000 miles, it was time. Danielle Kom helped me with the process of getting the CX-5 Grand Touring and totally understood my emotional craziness (she even moved my Tribute to the back so when I left in my new CX-5 I wouldn't see it and cry my eyes out!!). Ross Smith was also absolutely wonderful about teaching me all the modern things in my new vehicle. I had already been going to them since their opening for service of my Tribute, so I knew the Service Department was wonderful. Now, I know that the front office is just as wonderful. The entire place is such a wonderful family feeling place and they truly want to do the best that they can do for you. I would definitely recommend them! I expect to be seeing them (well, the Service Department at least!) for the next 12 years as well!

I recently purchased a Mazda 6 at Mazda of Ridgeland. I'm so happy with my purchase and love driving my new car! It has been 11 years since I've purchased a new vehicle. I did a lot of research online and visited the dealership after reviewing many favorable reviews of their sales and service departments. The buying process was friendly, simple, and quick. Our sales person and CSM were fantastic.I will definitely recommend Mazda of Ridgeland to my family and friends. My salesman, Clint, was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The Customer Service Manager Ross was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and went over all of the technology and major parts of the vehicle. The Mazda 6 is definitely fun to drive while still giving my family of four the space we need to be comfortable. Zoom - Zoom!

I had a very exciting experience at Mazda of Ridgeland yesterday when I bought a 2015 CX-5. Kyle, our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable on the car and made the buying process easy after some back and forth with the financial department. Jeremy, in the financial department, was very friendly. Ross, Customer Service Manager, was very helpful with the ins and outs of the new vehicle. He also walked me around to the different departments and introduced many workers to me. This dealership has a very friendly vibe to it so you feel comfortable through the whole buying process. Im very happy with my 2014 Mazda 6 purchase from Mazda of Ridgeland. Tim Tanner, Sale Manager, was very honest and informative. Just moved to MS from Europe, and I was unfamiliar with the car buying process here. Tim Tanner let me throw the process and explained each step as we went along. He was very professional and helpful. Also, thanks to Ross Smith which gave me excellent customer service. I would recommend Mazda of Ridgeland to anybody who wants a great car buying experience. The staff worked with me prior to buying the car and had the vehicle ready to test drive in the exact model and color that I wanted prior to my arrival. Everyone was very friendly and I even received additional assistance from Cassidy finding the local tax office to apply for a tag. The staff answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire experience. They even helped me finance the car at a monthly payment that would fit into my tight budget. I would highly recommend both this dealer and the Mazda 3 to anyone who is looking to buy a fun, fuel efficient car. If Mazda keeps putting out quality products, you can bet I will be back to buy another in the future.

I purchased a 2015 Mazda CX5 on May 31, 2014 and although I have not had it a week I really like it. I am getting 34.1 miles per gallon. I found the sales staff to be very good at their job they knew the vehicle and were able to explain options, finance was very good and then they had someone explain the tech options that are on my vehicle. Kyle - Sales - Very easy going guy with a no-pressure sales experience. Ross - Customer Service Mgr - Extremely nice. Spent a great deal of time walking thru features of my new Mazda CX5.. Followed up afterwards. I financed through the dealership bc the rates were better than at my credit union. Who know? Ross took us around to meet everyone like it was a "family". I even had my 5 yo grandaughter with me. The process was so seamless, we had it done before she got too impatient. Buying from this dealership was a great experience and I highly recommend them. STAFF IS A++! Kyle - Sales - Very easy going guy with a no-pressure sales experience. Jeremy - Finance Mgr - Thorough and knowledgeable. Ross - Customer Service Mgr - Extremely nice. Spent a great deal of time walking thru features of my new Mazda 6. Followed up afterwards. Sarah - Service Dept - Friendly and informative. I brought my new Mazda6 in to have a duplicate key made, and she informed me that my car was also supposed to have a spoiler included in the package. Glad she let me know! Jimmy - Service Mgr - Super nice! While I was waiting to have key made and spoiler added, I was asking about places within walking distance (I had already walked around but found nothing open to pass the time). Jimmy insisted on driving me to local store so I could have coffee and a snack while waiting. Thanks!! Another Sales guy - not sure of his name - was very friendly during the wait and also held the door open like a true Southern gentleman. Always appreciated! Did I mention I got a great deal on a 2014 Mazda6? Loving my new car. The only thing that hasnt been fantastic is the process for getting my registration and title. I've had to handle all of that on my own and it has been quite a hassle. (Although a very nice female on Mazda staff helped me track down info from my lender which was very helpful...I believe her name was Gina?). I live in Louisiana but leased from MS; not sure if that has something to do with why it wasnt done for me and why I am having so much trouble with it. Either way, buying from this dealership was a great experience and I highly recommend them. Emily

This was my third car to buy from Mazda of Ridgeland and will definitely do it again. The sales staff was extremely friendly, easy to work with, patient, and knowledgeable. There were no "pushy" salespeople and the environment was welcoming. And, as always, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I had a very pleasant experience buying a new vehicle from Mazda of Ridgeland and trading my older one in. I told the dealership what model and what features I was interested in and they only offered me cars that were close to my criteria and did not try convincing me to buy another model I was not interested in. There were a a few minor problems (the dealership is staffed with humans after all, not with machines) such as a typo in documents or an accessory I wanted to add had to be ordered and installed later as it was not in stock. However, the dealership resolved those promptly and went beyond what I had expected from them. I had a chance to use their repair shop for minor modifications I wanted and the service was very good. I left a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership to other people for both car buying and car repairs/maintenance as I would continue using their repair shop to service my vehicle..

When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with warm hellos. Kyle Cockrell, my salesman, was very understanding and helpful to get me into my NEW Mazda 3. The entire staff, finance - customer service - service area, were nice and informative. I recommend them highly for your next vehicle purchase.

Wife's car was totaled in an accident several weeks ago and a replacement was needed. Having read the Consumer Report's reviews we were leaning in the direction of a Mazda 3 but did not rule out the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic. The sales person who came out the door at Mazda of Ridgeland was Chris Carr. He was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy or abrasive as many in the field are. After driving the auto on a test run we decided on the Mazda 3 and took it home. Only time will tell on the car but the buying experience was not the ordeal I expected. I recommend this dealership and Chris Carr.

Mazda of Ridgeland made us feel like family. They were warm and friendly and greeted us with a smile and handshake. The people we talked to answered all our questions about the RX-5. We test drove the vehicle and loved the way it handled in traffic, the seats were very comfortable with plenty of leg room, even in the back seat. We were even offered pizza that day. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and went the extra steps to seal the deal like finding the right color and upholstery we wanted. Mazda of Ridgeland has the best work force we have experienced and we have been looking and test driving cars in the Jackson, Brandon and Vicksburg areas for several weeks. We left Mazda of Ridgeland driving the best car for our needs, getting the best deal in the area, and experiencing the best family oriented dealership ever. We love you guys!

Friendly, knowledgeable salesperson. Along with the GM, the team negotiated quickly and happily to our terms! They offered a solid trade and made car buying fast and easy without hassles. They met every expectation readily. The customer service offered a detailed orientation of my new vehicle. They listened to my needs but provided with what I really wanted at a price that we couldn't refuse. I couldn't be happier with this entire experience.

Since I do not live in the Jackson Metro area, most of the negotiating for my 2014 Mazda 6 was done over the phone. It was an easy and hassle free car buying experience. Once I arrived to the dealership, I found everything to be clean, organized, and most importantly the staff was friendly. The process was quick and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour or less.

This was my second time around at Mazda of Ridgeland. I was buying a car from them a year ago and was having problems with it so I returned it to Mazda and was helped in getting a brand new car. I thought it was going to be a waste of time but I ended up with friendly salesmen and a very nice customer service guy (Ross) that was willing to help me leave satisfied. Good job!!

We had a great buying experience with the people at Mazda of Ridgeland! We were looking for a small SUV and had test driven a Hyundai, a Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CR-V and we were just not "sold" until we went here and drove the CX-5 Grand Touring SUV. Our salesman, Jake was so nice, Tim the GM was friendly and yet professional, the Customer Service Manager sat with us in the vehicle and walked us through all the features! It was a great experience and did not take all day, even though we did bargain for the best deal! They really do want happy customers and work to ensure you have a great experience. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We just purchased a Mazda6 and we absolutly LOVE our new car. Cassidy is the best salesperson. She knows the product and found exactly what we were looking for. I was undecided on what car to buy. Danielle asked varied questiones of usage of cars in the past. She listened to me and my concerns She is very personable and sincere to find the right car for me and my situation. She researched with the specifics we discussed and came up with a car I absolutely love. I truely enjoy working with Danielle. Buying and picking out a car with her is fun ! We are at a phase of repairing our credit after recovering from financial hardships and this was part of the reason we chose Mazda of Ridgeland. They have lenders that have a 2nd chance loan acceptance. When we got there, we were working with Danielle who had been processing a loan application online for my fiance and had worked a deal out prior to arriving. It was a bait and switch because when we got there the deal was not what they had discussed. In addition, the monthly payments were over $400 which is what I paid for my BMW and they asked for double the down payment than that which was worked out before we got there. The interest on the car was supposed to be roughly 25% but when they apply that to their "formula" it came out to be about 75% interest to the cost of the car. (Car around $13k, interest was around $9k). We wanted to think about it instead of jumping into a contract and see if we could find any better options in a deal and a car. We had left a holding deposit when we left, so that they would not sell the car. We handed them cash, they wrote us a check when we went back to pick it up, costing check cashing fees and losing a few dollars. Before they would return the money, I was asked to sit down with the Finance Manager who appeared very irratated that we weren't going through with the deal. With poor options/selections at surrounding dealerships,we were asking them if they could work us out a deal we were more comfortable with. They wouldn't budge on the down payment but lowered the interest rate a little and we returned to this dealership because we needed a car fairly quickly. We moved forward on the deal with a replacement Finance Manager, Ross, who is far more pleasant to work with. We ran into issues dealing with Danielle. She appears to be friendly and enthusiastically working for you. Once she has your deal, her authentic behavior begins to surface. She is the owner's God Daughter so maybe she is too comfortable, I don't know. They want a list of all contact info on 7 References that they can contact in case you don't make your payment, they can harass your family and friends to find you. Weird thing is, the engine has a kill switch and GPS locator so if you do not make your payment and they repo, they can find the car (you have to sign authorization during the contract phase so they can do this). When she had asked for the references to be scanned over to her, we had been busy getting settled here after a move, and I have an infant, and my fiance was working 2 jobs. I guess she had been sending me texts to get it to her, but I left my phone charger at my family's house and my phone was dead for a couple days. I got it charged and received several unprofessional, threatening, and disrespectful messages. She was threatening to repo the car if she didn't get the reference letter when she said. She had later lost my fiance's financial information by mishandling his paperwork, and wanted new copies after the deal had already been completed (who knows where his info is floating around now), and begin with the messages again. She started threatening to take the car back again if we didn't get her new copies within hours of her messaging us, but we had let her know we were not home and would get it to her when we returned and told us that we had to do it immediately and we didn't have an option basically to jump when she said so. In addition, she lacked authority to repo the car under these terms, and her behavior was uncalled for since the mistake was her own. I only deal with Ross when I call now because I am not happy to work with someone who I gave our money to, and is so disrespecful. The reason we had to still deal with them is because once we were in the car and begin to notice things not working correctly. Broken visor, passanger window doesn't go down, lock button doesn't always lock doors which isn't safe when it counts, chips in the front window, and even worse, we have already had to have the car in their service department twice because 3 parts have already needed to be replaced. First, the car shut down because the switch board malfunctioned and disabled our car, battery had to be replaced, spark plug was cracked and they had to replace an engine coil. They felt no responsibility to cover the costs because the car was pre-owned, but should have gone through a Certification process to be approved and running properly before being put on the lot to be sold. They told us the extended warranty doesn't cover the cost and it's our fault because we bought the car used. We just had to spend another $440 to replace parts, and did I mention we have only had the car for 3 months?!? I wish we had more time before we had purchased to do so more thouroughly, and we probably would have never made this horrible deal with this lemon of a car, it has only been inconvenient and more of a headache. Please take your time and think it through before you buy from this dealership, you may regret it like we do.

I visited this facility on May 24, 2013 and was very disappointed and offended. I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge or offer assistance but never received it. There were workers standing around but none saw the need to offer assistance. I felt very offended and finally just left.

From the moment I pulled into Mazda of Ridgeland I could tell it was different from other car dealerships. All of their salesman are young and very friendly. We were NEVER pressured and always treated as a person deserves to be. It was a very refreshing process considering what we were expecting from past experiences. After we purchased our car, our salesmen followed up the week and month after to make sure everything was still great with the car and our experience. They are a new dealership with strong family and christian values and it shows from the moment you walk in the door. From the salesman to the GM, everyone was very professional and friendly. Only negative was the location of the dealership was off the beaten path, but I will and have been referring all my friends and family to Mazda of Ridgeland.
