The team was just amazing! They went above and beyond to see if they are able to help. I had a pretty difficult situation and was not sure how to get myself out of it. The team at Everett looked through all of my options, presented me with several different solutions and were able to get me into an amazing new mazda that I love.

We just purchased our first Mazda (CX-9) at Mazda of Everett. I can't say enough good things about our experience there. AMAZING customer service, genuine integrity and competitive pricing. ZERO pressure. Every single person we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Big THANKS to Jerry and Jay. These guys really go above and beyond in making sure you have a positive experience. FREE car washes for as long as you own your vehicle. The CX-9 is a dream to drive and has an easy navigation system with more features than you can imagine. Highly recommended. Check 'em out!!

I brought home my 2016 CX5 yesterday and couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I had wanted for months and Mazda of Everett delivered! Jay Tsay was no pressure and extremely nice to work with. This is my second time buying a car here and I would recommend them to everyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I looked at many dealerships comparing cars and they gave the best customer service experience by far.

I have my 2004 Mazda6 Sports Wagon and decided to get the new 2016 Mazda CX-9. Now I got 2 Mazda! And the Mazda Everett are so cool! I was recently looking to replace my older car with a used one. I was looking online and came across Mazda of Everett as they had the car I was looking for. They informed me that the car I was looking for sold that morning but followed up with a very good reason why I should at least consider looking at a new one. With the high resale of a Mazda buying new isn't as bad as buying a new domestic car. After a lot of research and help from Russ I decided to look into a new car. Russ was very helpful and we did most of the work over the phone and the internet. We came to terms on my trade without having to take it in to them to look at it! After I drove there (over 100 miles away) the entire process took less then 2 hours from test drive to driving away in my new car. They even found more incentives after I got there to reduce the cost even more. They really took an under promise over deliver style that I really appreciated. All in all I love my new car and the entire sale was the most pleasant I have ever experienced. Thank you Russ and everyone that helped out!

I recently decided to lease a car through Mazda of Everett and have been nothing but pleased with the service provided by both Kevin and Sheldon. Both were extremely helpful and honest with me about everything! They also made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted/needed while still staying in my price range! I have purchased a new and used vehicle from Mazda of Everett and never take them anywhere else for service. They are friendly and honest. I appreciate the way they prioritize repairs for me. When I brought my son's car in while he was out of town, they were even able to text him recommendations and he was able to authorize repairs on his phone. It was very convenient.

We did a lot of research over the last 1-2 years knowing we would be needing a new vehicle. This was our third Mazda purchase. We retired our 1989 Mazda 626 with 348,000 miles on it, which is definitely a testament to the quality of Mazda vehicles! We decided to check out Mazda of Everett (based on great reviews from Spirit 105.3) and we were not disappointed. No hassle, no pressure and just great and outstanding customer service and salesmanship! Luke Gaston was a great salesman as well as the rest of the team we worked with in the process, which was very quick! We will definitely recommend Mazda of Everett to all our friends and family! My wife and I were shopping for a new car and we weren't having much luck finding anything in the area we were in. My wife is a big fan of Mazda, and we decided to first try out the dealership in Burlington since it was closer to us, what a mistake that was. The sale guy we worked with was awesome but the finance guy was a total jerk, the way he talked to my wife and I was not friendly at all. Moving on forward we decided to stop by the Everett Mazda, and we had the best experience for car shopping to date. Our sales guy was Jay Tsay, he was friendly, personable and patient. He made sure that our needs and wants were met when we bought our car. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our car. The entire process was seamless and awesome. :)

I went to Mazda of Everett on the recommendation of my son, and was not disappointed. The sales rep, Jay, was patient, kind and very informative. The other individuals I met were Ron, Jerry, Joe (who sold my son and daughter-in-law their car) and all were extremely friendly and wanted what "fit" me and my life style. There was no hard sell which I really appreciated. Upon recommendation it was suggested I step down from the Mazada Grand Tour to the Grand. Once again, it was the right move. They are not interested in selling you what you don't need or will not use. They were up front on final cost and made me a deal on a trade in that I could not refuse, AND got me a payment that fit my budget . I would definitely recommend Mazda of Everett and would purchase from them again. I love my car!!

We recently were in the market to replace our 20 year-old car. We went to several different dealerships, the last of which was Mazda of Everett. We were impressed from the moment we arrived with the quality, experience, and attitude of the sales staff - as well as with the quality of the vehicles. Our salesman was not pushy in the least. He was well versed in the features of the cars. During our test drive, the salesman explained and demonstrated many of the "hi-tech" features of the vehicle. We wanted a particular color and trim package; our salesman was able to have the car we wanted on the lot, fully fueled, washed, and ready to go the next day. When we picked up our new car, the salesman spent well over one hour with us teaching us how to use all the features of the car. The entire purchase process was stressless. We highly recommend Mazda of Everett.

I went through True Car, so I expected my experience to be easier than usual. It was even better than expected.Salesman Sheldon Mease was awesome on every way. There was no pressure to buy, no pressure at all. I came in to buy, and was lucky to have him sell me my car. He even allowed me to tale the car home for the night so my wife could test drive it, as well. I didn't put a dime down until the next day.I also me with the owner, Jerry McCann, who explained to me perfectly how my payments will work out. Plus, along with Sheldon, they presented me with 3 payment options, so it was hard to say no. They also took my old stereo out of my car, and threw in Navigation. If you are looking for a great, no hassle experience, go to Everett Mazda. It'll be worth it in the long run.

This is my 4th time purchasing a vehicle in my life, and I had the best, greatest, most pleased experience with Mazda of Everett. First, when I inquire about the vehicle I may be interested, they promptly contacted me and it was nice to know that they paid attention to my inquiry. I called and schedule to test drive a car, and they were very friendly, professional, and willing to hear my needs/wants and finance. They found me a perfect car and even the color!!! I was nervous until I hear about the price, so I was still a little up-tight. I provided pre-aprroval letter from my lender, and they found me a better finance deal with lower rate!!!!! Everything I wanted, car, price, and excellent customer service, they provided. I'm very happy and I definitely recommend to other people to give a shot at Mazda of Everett. The one great service is "Car wash for Life". I live in condo, and I used to take my car to car wash, which is $10-15 each time. No more spending money on car wash!!!!!Thank you so much!!!!!!

I got a spanking new 2016 Mazda 3 for below the dealer invoice price, and every promise made to me during the sales process was upheld. I even added some options after we made our agreement and they were added at dealer cost - no markup at all. They even pointed out alternative financing options that (ones I wouldn't have known about even from internet research) that saved me $500. Overall a great experience. 5/5. And this from a guy who hates, hates, HATES car dealerships and the whole process.

THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW: IF you are like me going to buy a car, new or used, is a dreaded experience; hassles, games, deceit, etc, etc you all know the drill. Well, there is good news out their if you are interested in a Mazda. From the initial call to and talking with a salesperson I thought, "this is refreshing", honest, knowledgeable answers to every question. None of the usual hyperbole. From that point it just got better. These guys are the real deal, and they are believers.

We are already in a long relationship with these guys for maintenance and service at their shop (have Mazda_5 for eight years now) because this is the kind of company that is a joy to do stress-free business with. Mazda was not even on my list for a new car, but after some research I decided to check out the CX 5. I was in an accident that totaled my car, and my credit and circumstances were not the best for replacing it at this time. But a new car was necessary. I truly enjoyed the CX 5, but financially it was not workable. Sheldon and Mike worked endlessly all day to find the perfect fit for me. Regardless of my situation, they created an amazing deal on a used Mazda 3. Sheldon was so kind and polite, he never judged me for my situation or my appearance. He created a lifetime customer instead of a one time sale. Mike worked with the banks and numbers to fit me into the car. Never once was the ball dropped, or did I feel like I inconvenienced them with the challenge. I truly feel spoiled, excited and so pleasantly surprised with how fluid they made the process. When my wife and I decided to get a NEW car we picked a Mazda CX-5 as our first choice. We made our list of things we would like on it from an online BUILD YOUR OWN CAR. We found the things we could afford and decided to go looking.Mazda of Everett was to be our first stop. We called and made an appointment with Frank Weiss. He told us he would have a CX-5 with our wishes ready by the time we got there. As it turned out we failed to tell him we liked a RED one and he had just gotten a Blue one ready. Without hesitation he said NO PROBLEM, we have one on the lot and I will have it ready it a few minutes. Wow! We took a test drive and really liked what we had picked. It was all that was advertised and then some as we saw it. When we got back we of course talked about price and budgets. We said we wanted to talk about it and would call him after lunch. We made a decision to go ahead with the deal. When we started to fill out the paper work, Frank said he had a surprise for us. He was able to give us a better deal yet. NICE SURPRISE!Everyone we met and dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. It was our best ever car buying experience. My plan was to simply test drive a used Mazda5 for the first time, having researched cars that could accommodate my grandchildren's three carseats at once. I'd been unable to find a Grand Touring Mazda5 that was not already sold so the ad I'd responded to was a 2012 Touring version.From the warm greeting I received from owner Jerry McCann, the moment I stepped inside their showroom, to how he and associate Ron promptly showed me the car (after treating me to some coffee) until Sheldon, my salesman, became available to expertly demonstrate the car's attributes before taking me for a test drive, I felt welcomed, respected and valued. Sheldon was both knowledgeable and friendly, not the least bit pushy. Back at the store we were again greeted by Jerry, who wanted to know what I thought. The lack of heated leather seats was the one drawback to me. Without a hint of pressure, Jerry said that if I liked, he could install new heated leather to the seats in this car, at cost, and at considerable savings over the GT version. I was interested! Jerry confirmed to me his customer service oriented philosophy of business that had been described by Sheldon, the conduct for which he answers to God. Wow. He followed through by rounding down the offer I made him and I drove my new baby home not long after! Oh, and Sheldon graciously followed me in my husband's car to my house in Bothell, followed by another staff member to take him back to the dealership! I am now looking forward to a long relationship with these guys for maintenance and service at their shop! This is the kind of company that is a joy to do stress-free business with! I really cannot fathom purchasing another car anywhere else! ....did I mention the free car washes for life?

We had full attention from the beginning to the end in our recent car purchase at Mazda of Everett. T.J. salesman, was prompt in every steps of the procedure and ready to answer to all of our questions.Price negotiation and financing were also promptly done and hassle-free. The managers were also efficient and friendly. T.J. went the extra mile, sitting in the backseat, to explain how the device attached to the front board works . Although we are going to read the manual to get the information, we appreciated his extra services. It was one of the best car buying experiences.

I'm not a new car buyer by nature. I bought my first and (supposedly) last new car 10 years ago as a birthday present and put 190K on it. I was looking to get out of my gas hog SUV and into a reliable, good mpg, and preferably sporty commuter car. Can all those be had in one vehicle? With Mazda they can.After driving a Mazda3 at Mazda of Everett, I quickly put all thought of Hondas, Toyotas, and VWs-- the other 3 contenders-- behind me. There was just no comparison. So half the "battle" was over. Now the problem was this-- the Mazda3 in particular has such a high resale value that buying one, be it from a private party or dealership, just doesn't save you that much. I could've saved a couple/few grand on one with 50K to 100K miles on it, but that's just silly.Joe Garcia-- a pleasure to work with in every way (and as it turns out, quite the dancer)-- made me such a terrific deal on a new 2015 Mazda3 that I couldn't pass it up. It was well below the low end of the range for what people are paying on the online pricing tools. He spent 2 long sessions helping me pick just the right model and was never pushy in any way. The only pressure I felt over those 2 days was watching cars I was about to pull the trigger on fly off the lot before my eyes. Now I know why.Go to the dealership, ask for Joe, and try and make him white-knuckled on the test drive. Worked out well for me!

I just bought my fourth car from Mazda of Everett in the last four years. Not because anything was wrong with the vehicles except that my family kept changing. I had issues with the first used Mazda 3 I bought, so they sold me a new 2013 Mazda 3 at an amazing price. Then a couple of weeks later I got custody of my cousin's toddler so I managed for 6 months before upgrading to the cx-5. I loved my cx-5 for the year and a half I had it and would still have it, but then a month ago I got my cousin's other child and needed more seats so we upgraded again to the cx-9. With both of my upgrades they worked hard to get me a good deal and something I can make work for my family.

I dealt with a different Mazda dealership the week prior to purchasing my vehicle from Everett Mazda. It was ridiculous. They were inexperienced, uninformed, and insulted me by their ridiculous offer on my trade-in. But, I still wanted a Mazda 6. So, I found the car I wanted online at Mazda of Everett. I filled out the pre-approval form, showed my interest, and received a call from Joe Garcia a couple hours later. From the VERY start, Joe made it clear that this car buying decision was about ME, not them. That got me listening. Joe asked what I wanted, I told him, and he came back with 3 different offers, and allowed me to pick the one that worked for me. I said, OK, let's do it. I flew on a plane 150 miles JUST to do business with Mazda of Everett! And, when I got there, Joe had an even BETTER offer on the EXACT car I wanted. I drove it off the lot barely over an hour later! The time from talking to Joe, signing the papers, and driving off the lot? Less than 24 hours! THAT'S HOW YOU SELL A CAR! Special thanks to Joe Garcia for his laid back approach and honesty. Also, thanks to the financing department, and James, for answering all questions without any BS. I WILL be back. And, I will send others their way. LOVE MY MAZDA 6! Love Mazda of Everett! Thanks!

After much research, a prior visit, and narrowing my decision down to 2 dealerships, on the day of my purchase I knew Mazda of Everett was where I wanted to do business. George was such a sweetheart and treated me more like a daughter with no pressure whatsoever. Mike in financing was absolutely fantastic!!!! exceeding my expectations immensely. Absolutely incredible staff!! I was also pleasantly surprised by the presence of the owners. There involvement and personal attention to their customers is unlike anything I've experienced in any other business - I was told that once you buy from Mazda of Everett, you become part of the family... and it truly feels like that.

I am appreciative for the experience that Russ and the staff at Mazda of Everett provided me with. The staff treated me exactly how an individual should be treated, when purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressures, they pulled strings to make the car work for me, and I was treated as if I was a friend rather than another face, or a dealer just looking to get my $$$ for my next vehicle. I will ensure that when one of my friends or family is in the market for a new vehicle, that they ONLY go to Mazda of Everett!!! And any future purchases of a vehicle on my behalf will only be purchased through Mazda of Everett. They have indefinitely won my business over for life!! This was by far, the best car experience that I have ever had, in terms of buying a vehicle. Honestly I didn't realize that buying a car could be this easy. Previous to coming to Mazda of Everett, I had went to a few Seattle based Ford dealerships. They gave me the run around, they wasted my time, and the dealers did not listen to my wants and needs in terms of what I needed in my next vehicle (i.e.: car payment/car I was looking for etc.). After this experience with these local Ford dealerships, my faith in car dealerships was somewhat tarnished. Russ and the Mazda of Everett team changed that, and gave me faith that there are good car dealerships/sales people, that will take care of you, treat you as a priority and make your car buying experience easy and straightforward. For all of this, I just want to thank Russ and the Mazda of Everett staff for treating me good, making things work for me, not pressuring me, and working through the process of me getting into my new vehicle. I researched the '16 CX-5 crossover over many other vehicles in the same class (Honda, Subaru, Nissan, and Lexus models) and concluded this was the car that would suit my needs the best & felt the most appealing to me. It also appeared very upscale for the value. Then I researched dealerships. The Mazda of Everett team was the most pleasant & easiest to work with in my opinion out of many in the Seattle area. I felt respected and was not trying to be sold as Sheldon Mease took me through a very detailed final test drive where I asked a multitude of questions before agreeing to the purchase. He knew the car specifics very well. George Leckenby also honored a price quote provided to me in advance that other Mazda dealerships would not do. I also spoke with other service members who worked that afternoon that helped me make the decision to do business here. I concluded the Everett team really enjoys the brand and dealership and it was clearly evident of the pride of their workmanship and in the company. I encourage others to engage in the staff if they visit and ask them questions about the Mazda brand and why they like working at Everett. There is loyalty and respect throughout the team which I found impressive. And they really do put customer service first. They also have a state of the art looking building in their new location that looks and feels warm and inviting. It was a pleasure to work with Sheldon and George. Also thanks to James D'Amato (Finance Manager) and Kevin Hevly (Service Manager) and the others on the team that worked with me.

I especially appreciated the time and patience that the salesman (Frank) took with me during my first visit, the "buying" process and when assisting me in learning about all aspects of my new vehicle. Having a lot of health issues...I wanted to look at vehicles via the internet and get my questions answered via email. My husband said that would never happen. Well, not only did it happen but it was an amazing experience. All of my questions were answered via email and when we went in to view the vehicle in person, our salesman (Sheldon) did his absolute best to make it as fast as possible and with no pressure whatsoever. Not only did I get the car of my dreams, at an amazing price, but I got to deal with what I feel was the best salesperson I have ever had the chance of meeting in the 25 years I have been buying vehicles. And James was the fastest, friendliest finance person we have dealt with. Highly, highly recommended......in every aspect!

I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the best buying experience I've ever had! I personally met with the owner, who was involved in my purchase. This is the 2nd Mazda we've purchased from this dealership and we've had nothing short of an exceptional experience with both sales and service over the years. The purchasing experience was "no pressure / no hassle" and they were very transparent throughout the process. I have purchased numerous cars from dealerships through my years. Mazda of Everett was hands down the fastest, easiest experience I've ever had. I was actually shocked. I've gone into other dealerships knowing what we were going to buy and still it took over an hour. My son was looking at a used Mazda, and even with waiting for him to arrive, test drive and purchase, we were out of there in an hour!The staff were extremely friendly, and not in an "I want your money" kind of way. They were genuinely professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

we put off a new car perchance for months due to the fear of a all day, pressure filled, back and forth negotiation we have experienced at a number of dealers. Not here! We found Luke a person that was available to give us information not sell us what we didn't need or want. Finance process was easy with not pressure as well! The owners we met were there making us feel even more welcome. No buyers remorse or second guessing as we drove away with exactly the vehicle we wanted for a for a very fair price.

I have purchased many cars over the years and never has the whole experience taken so little time. When I got home my family thought I was on a long test drive.I went through Costco.com to find the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. WI think a day I received an email from George, made an appointment for that afternoon and was home in time for dinner.They treated me professionally and gave me a very fair amount on my trade in.This is my first Mazda and so far I love it. When it is time to purchase another car I will be going back to Mazda of Everett.

I came in to the dealership 10 minutes before they closed and they still welcomed me in like family. My fiance went in to the dealership all day for me to look for the car I wanted and the associates there took really great care of him even though the car wasn't going to be for him. The staff waited for me until I got off work to get over there to see the car I was wanting. I was debatingu between the Mazda 3 hatch and the Mazda 3 sedan. The associates placed two of the cars under the lamp posts for me so I can have a better look at them. Frank was very patient and thorough with his explanations even though they were already closed. He let me test drive the car and after a couple of hours, I purchased a white Mazda 3 GT. It was about 10:30pm and Frank still explained everything to me to the dot that I needed know about my new car even after everyone else left. Mike, James, and Jerry also helped me out a great deal after operating hours. I recommend this Mazda dealership 10000%. Best car dealership experience ever.

Purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5 Touring.What can be said about Mazda of Everetts' sales crew. They are like the Seahawks Offensive Line, protecting and taking care of their customer, the Quarterback. I'd normally opt for dental surgery without Novacaine rather than buying a new car! That gives some measure of my experience with purchasing many cars and brands over the years. Our recent purchase of a CX-5 GT from Sheldon Meese was the exception. Using the TruCar plan through USAA, we were through the test drive and paper-work required in less than three hours. Sheldon was intimately familiar with all the hi-tech gizmos and patiently coached this techno-phobe through their operation. Our two trade-ins were fairly valued, and we left the dealership feeling we'd received a fair shake. It was a first for this couple!

I came in to the dealership having narrowed my choices down to two cars. The 2014 Hyundai Elantra or the 2015 Mazda3. My salesperson Luke told me to make sure I drove the Mazda 3 before making a decision. He was so right, once I drove it I knew it was the one. Now knowing that I really wanted it, I still had to get some trade in numbers on my current car which I knew wasn't worth very much and get financing at a payment I could afford. Luke in sales, James in Financing and Jerry the owner went to work. They ended up giving me way more than fair trade in on my car, it was like a gift to get the payments where I needed them. James ended up letting me know the following day that he found even better financing to lower my payment even more. Luke was great to deal with, a man of his word, exactly what he had told me was going to happen, happened. I got just what I was looking for. I also really appreciated the owner working on the deal as well, he knew I didn't want to drive my old car back home. Thank you Mazda of Everett. I'll be back for sure!

When my wife and I arrived at Mazda of Everett all the sales associates were busy working with customers. So, the owner Jerry introduced himself and helped us personally. I am sure that this is not the case at most dealerships. He showed us cars, pulled cars out for us to test drive, and then sold us the vehicle that best fit our needs. I was amazed that one of the owner would spend so much time directly with the customer. That just shows me that Mazda of Everett cares about their customers. We had a great experience and will recommend Mazda of Everett to our friends.

This place is like family to me. My husband purchased his car from them a while back. When we got married my car died and we ended up getting a CX-5. Everyone there is SO friendly, kind, and here is the big one-HONEST. These people are there for you. They know you by name and everyone checks in on you when you stop by. They made the whole process easy and understandable for me, a first time buyer. They went out of their way to get us a great deal too! Being a "Car Guy", I look at a lot of different cars when I decide to buy another new car. Once I decided I was interested in a Mazda3 5-DR due to the award-winning styling, gas mileage, features and sporty handling & power, I headed to Mazda of Everett (M.O.E.) to check out the car in person. I met up with Joe Garcia, he was friendly and treated me like family right from the start. We looked at a few cars, and once I decided on one with the package I liked, I test drove it. After a lengthy test drive, I liked the car and talked to Joe about my trade-in. I then met Jerry McCann the Owner, and after a very brief negotiation we struck a deal. The transaction was very easy and quick. I have dealt with many Dealerships over the years, and this was THE BEST buying experience I have ever had. Since getting my car, I've been talking about my Mazda and M.O.E. to family & friends, which has already resulted in one friend joining the Mazda family when she purchased a Mazda 3. I have just over 2000 miles on my car in less than 2 months. I love commuting with the Mazda 3 due to the great gas mileage (I regularly see 35+ mpg). The car fit and finish is excellent, it has sporty handling, great power, loaded with features and is a pleasure to drive. You get a lot of car and features for the money, I think you would be hard pressed to match it up with any other manufacturer. I highly recommend both the Mazda 3 and Mazda of Everett. Frank was friendly and patient. I don't know anything about cars and he took the time to explain whatever I needed to be clarified (both before and more importantly after the sale) I didn't feel much pressure to buy anything (just a little... when I was asked if I would make a purchase today if they made the numbers work - but that is normal and expected). I felt no pressure to buy extra stuff (GAP insurance or extended warranty) they only explained to me my options briefly, and that's it. Overall, if I ever want to buy a new car, I would stop by Mazda of Everett again and ask for Frank.

My wife and I went in to Mazda of Everett due to its connection with Crista Ministries as that is where I work and always look for a Christian based company to do my business with. Well my wife went in just to look and see if they had anything that would work for us, not intending to buy on that day. How ever the experience with Luke was fantastic, as I came in with what we had in mind to pay and what we were looking for and they had just what we needed at a great price. Along with that when they found out that I was retired military they also gave me a good deal on my trade-in. My husband and I were in need of another vehicle and we were a tough case due to credit. I called Mazda of Everett to ask a few questions and I started with them as they are a Christian business and I am a born-again Christian. Mike took my call and he went above and beyond in helping us! He worked hard to find us the financing and a vehicle to fit our needs. We could not be happier with the outcome!!! My son the night before we got our Mazda 5 my son prayed for a blue car. What does Mike walk us out to? A beautiful blue car! I had to leave a review for this fantastic dealership and for the great sales consultant, Frank. I shopped for a small size good quality to price ratio car. Mazda 3 is one of the options on my list. I finally decided to go with Mazda 3. I could pay more for a more expensive model, but why?? Mazda 3 has the look and all the features that I need. I was contacted by several Mazda dealers after submitting price quote request from Edmunds. Among the several Mazda dealers that I talked to, Mazda of Everett made a big difference with amazing price and service. Friendly dealership, didn't feel "pressured" at any time, straight forward and honest approach, and fair price for my trade in. Luke was helpful and friendly and never gave me a "sales line" to try to sway my decision. He treated me with respect and never once tried to undermind me or look to my husband for a decision and ignore me.(Like other dealerships have done) I d have to say it's the best buying experience I've had with a car dealership. I used Mazda of Everett for the purchase of my 2015 CX-5 GT. I actually went through USAA's car buying service, which used TrueCar. Sheldon Mease reached out to me immediately, offered the lowest price of any of the other dealerships that contacted me (none of them ended up matching after lots of back and forth) and also offered an additional $500 off because my husband has a Mazda 3. Since we did all of this over email and phone, I didn't have to spend hours at a dealership haggling. Once we were in agreement, Sheldon put everything together ahead of time so when I went to the dealership, the car was gassed, detailed and ready to go. Signing the papers took no time at all. There was no up selling of crappy warranties or security systems I didn't want. We were literally in and our of the dealership in under 45 minutes. I got the exact car I wanted, in the exact color I wanted, for the best price I could find, while dealing with knowledgeable, professional people. None of the gross used car salesman vibe at this dealership! We are now using them for all our servicing as well, as my husbands car will go in this coming weekend. They also have a new facility coming soon! The mock ups look awesome!Lastly, I loved that the owners were there onsite on a Sunday. It shows that they care about their facility and aren't an absentee owner.

I've been test driving other vehicles, doing the research, comparisons, consumer reports, etc. for the last month. I already knew what I wanted. I had the pre-approval with my Bank, I didn't want to talk about financing options or extra warranties. Once I had finally decided on the Mazda CX-5, I wanted a no hassle experience. I did not have a that experience at Lee Johnson's Mazda in Kirkland. I walked out.I was also working with Frank Weiss at the same time, simply trying to get the better deal, like all consumers. I asked him to beat the price/info that Kirkland had sent me. He did and of course, the better deal overall. I came in, signed the docs as we agreed on via email and on the phone. Frank spent a lot of time with me in my brand new 2015 SUV, going over everything as thoroughly as possible. I was probably in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. I was good with that.

WOWWWWWWWWWWW... WEEEEEEEEEE.. :-) How can I possibly express truly how grateful and blessed that I feel for taking the step... The scary step I might add... Of walking in that dealership, alone, female, and certainly with a lot of questions and concerns going on inside me. My father was suppose to come with me, but his schedule on that night did not allow for that!! So I walk into the dealership... Around 7:15pm on 03/05/2014. I knew it was late so I just planned on asking my questions and moving on. I started to talk to the person who greeted me at first which was Frank Weiss, however, my questions captured the attention of Mr. Joe Garcia.... Who was working inside his office. He came over and stood beside Frank and I and listened. He then began to interject and offer his opinion. He took me out side and showed me my dream car, a Mazda 3.... Gorgeous!!! I stated to him, "look Joe I am going to ask you to treat me just like I was your daughter, I want no BS and I expect honest answers. Because my father is not here and I dont wanna get screwed"!! Joe smiled and said, "I wouldnt do nothing else, and I promise you to treat you just like family". Then we went and worked all the numbers... I noticed time was passing by and I knew I was keeping the dealership from going home after a longs day work, however, he was so willing and patient and insisted that he was not going to give up. He ensured me over and over that everything would be okay!Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Olmsted. Mr. Olmstead was working hard in the back ground to get me the price I could afford and even had a talk with me on how I can make this better and walk in there in a year and get my Mazda 3........ AT THE END OF THE NIGHT, I WALKED OUT BEING THE PROUD OWNER OF A NEW CAR, WITH THE EXACT PRICE I DESIRED, EVEN WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER.. :-) I ACCOMPLISHED THE TASK ALONE. I WALKED OUT FEELING CONFIDENT THAT THESE MEN AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE ALL RUNNING OFF THE SAME "WORD" I READ DAILY!! I have to give kudos to the Mazda of Everett team as well as to the Mazda CX-9.I had never had such a great car buying experience as I had at Mazda of Everett. The customer service was exceptional!There was no fake I'm-smiling-and-being-friendly-because-its-my-job. They were very genuine and cared about our needs. There was no pressure at any point. Joe Garcia, salesman, was a blast. Not only did he know his stuff he was hilarious! I had never had so much fun on a test drive. And when we were doubting the third row was practical he climbed in the back to show us that there was plenty of room back there even for someone with long legs (he is 6'6). My husband and I were on the search for a car that met both of our needs as we each had different priorities. We finally found THE car at Mazda of Everett. Then it was a matter of making sure we stayed in budget. When I explained our family's situation and budget Jerry (one of the owners) went above and beyond to make the purchase work for us. I was absolutely shocked at how much did to make it happen. As for the Mazda CX-9. Awesome! With a baby on the way and many nieces and nephews that we love to do things with it was important to me to have third row seating, easy to get a carseat in and out, and adequate space for a stroller, groceries, etc. (a practical mom car). All of my wants kept pointing to minivan. My husband wasn't keen on the idea of driving a minivan. He kept eyeing the SUVs. So our challenge was to find a minivan that wasn't too terrible to look at so that my husband wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen in it or an SUV with third row seating that met my spacious needs. Not only was the CX-9 the only SUV with third row seating that was actually practical to use, but the doors are big and open wide so that I will be able to get the carseat in and out without hitting mine or baby's head. The extra stuff like navigation, leather seats, rear camera, and more was all icing on the cake. Not only will we be prepared parents with all the stuff we need fitting in the car, we will be riding in style too!I feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful team to work with. Not only am I a huge fan of Mazdas now (they are so fun!) I am a huge fan of the Mazda of Everett team. They will be the first place we go when we are in the market for another car in the future.

I went to several dealerships int area including University Mazda, Lynnwood, and Kirkland. Everett had the best prices and customer service out of the dealerships. Sheldon was very helpful even when we visited the dealership several months before making a purchase. He told us when more inventory was due. Kirkland told us we would have to buy that day or wait months to get a 2014 Mazda3. At Everett we waited a week and got what we were wanted with out the stress and manipulation.

I just bought a brand new CX-9 from Mazda in Everett. I could not be any more impressed. I worked closely with Mike in finance. Also was introduced to the owners, even had them help transfer car seats over from my trade-in. I was denied at another dealership with 6 banks and told I was not financeable. With Mike in Finance I ended up with a brand new car and 0.9% interest rate. This dealership is the REAL DEAL and is the most Honest and compassionate group of people. Everett Mazda promises an honest, hassle free buying experience and that is exactly what I experienced. From the moment I walked through the door until I drove out with my new CX-5, my salesman Luke, was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. This is the second time we have purchased a Mazda Miata from Everett Mazda.Each time it has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE and would recommend to any of my friends, relatives, or neighbors to go there and experience the friendly, expertise,and knowledgeable information about there product. The car also speeks for it self..low maintenance,good quality, a joy to drive!!! If there is any issue it will be taken care of quickly,no questions asked.

The overall environment of Mazda of Everett is very customer oriented. Everyone involved with my process was smiling, cheerful and more than accommodating with my questions, looks and my personal opinions on several models. I bought a 2007 Mazda 3 on 11/11/11 from Mike. I got what I felt was a good deal on it because even though it was used and higher in miles I was told that it was impeccably maintained at their facility. However, in the 19 months I owned it, I put over 1/4 of what I paid for it back into it at their shop. I'm not faulting the shop, they're great. They found things that needed to be fixed, fixed them, and tried to give me good deals/discounts whenever possible. However, when the clutch went out on Saturday it was the last straw. I was ready to take my car, trade it in and get a brand new Nissan next door. But the owner James made it right, he gave me full retail for my used car (more than Nissan would have I'm sure) so that I could pay off the loan, and gave me $500 below MSRP for customer loyalty on a new 2013 Mazda 3. So I spent what I would've on a new Nissan on a new Mazda without incurring negative equity. I'm still upset with Mike for selling me a car that didn't live up to my expectations, but I'm happy with Luke and James (the owner) for making it right and getting me into a new reliable vehicle.

Leasing my Mazda CX5 was actually my first experience in "buying" a car solo. In all honesty, I put it off for a long time because I dreaded the time and hassle it would entail. Based on the recent reports from "Car and Driver" as well as "Consumer Report", I decided to visit Mazda of Everett first. I was greeted as I stepped from my car and welcomed. I was test driving the CX5 within minutes. I then sat down with the owner who "cut to the bottom line" almost immediately. However, being a first timer, I needed to proceed with due diligence. The following day I visited 4 other dealerships including a competing Mazda dealer. None could compete with the ease and price offered at Mazda of Everett! A nearby dealer of another make quoted a lease price $120 higher per month on a similar vehicle. I returned to Mazda Everett to drive the car again and subsequently finalized the lease. I have been very pleased with the experience which exceeded my expectations.

I started my search for a new vehicle on line. I had done a lot of research, new what I wanted and what was a fair price. I knew immediately after talking with Sheldon that this dealership was one that I could work with. Not only did I get a great deal, Mike (manager) caught a $500 rebate for Mazda loyalty that was inadvertently missed. That in and of itself speaks to the integrity of the dealership. Also, never during the buying process were any of the obnoxious high pressured sales games played. After purchasing the vehicle, Sheldon spent over an hour with me going over the car's complex computer and electrical system. He was quite the "geek" and took pride in showing all the details of the technology package. I left the lot feeling very pleased. I'm glad that this dealership was my 3rd stop in the buying process because I had a good comparative baseline. They exceeded my expectations. This dealership truly gets it. I would definitely buy another car from them.

This has been the best car buying experience by far for me. From the moment I contacted Mike Olmsted at Mazda of Everett, I have been treated with honesty, friendliness, understanding, speediness, and hassle-free car buying experience. I honestly didn't think there was a car salesman, let alone a dealership that truly treated a car buyer like they were a family member and was honest. My car buying experiences have all been long, exhausting, and frustrating and I left each time wishing I'd never wasted my time on them. They give you a run around, stall and basically only care about making a buck. That was until Mazda of Everett and all their staff come into my life.They gave me the chance I needed to get my credit back on the straight and narrow without making me feel bad for my situation. They asked all the right questions of me to have everything ready for me when I arrived at their dealership so that I didn't have to spend alot of time there. And another great thing they did was come pick me up at my door when I didn't have ride to even go buy a car, and I live in Renton. Where do you get such great service like that? I will not only come back to them should I ever buy another car, but I have and will continue to refer everyone to them so them they can get as great service buying a car as I did. I visited Mazda of Everett last weekend, just planning on test driving a Mazda CX5. I was greeted by Luke who was very friendly, helpful and low pressured. We took the car out for a long test drive and I fell in love with the car. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car that day, but ended up driving away in my new car a few hours later. Everyone at the dealership has been so friendly and helpful, including the finance person, parts dept. and the service dept. When I walk in, they treat me like family. It was the best experience I've had when purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealership!

Went to Mazda of Everett to check out some new cars after having problems with my current car.Not really looking to buy quite yet but wanted to see what my options were.I took my 16 year old with me to show him what a headache car buying can be and all the different tactics car salesman use to sell cars.My plan backfired,I met Frank and before I knew it I was sitting with the owner shakeing hand and driving away in my new Mazda 3. A first class dealership that makes it a pleasant experience buying a car.

I'm 23 years old, and have had my Mazda 3 almost a year now. Back in November of 2011, I wanted to buy my first car since my old college car was just about done. My first stop was Mazda of Everett. I have to say, that day is in the top ten proudest days of my life, as I drove off the lot within a couple of hours with a sweet ride, and amazing deal to boot. I was so excited- the owner & salesman helped me with everything and even hugged me before I left. I never write reviews, but I had to let everyone know what a great place this is- Joe just called to wish me a happy 24th birthday tomorrow! What a great group. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a new cx-5 Touring October 3rd 2012. I like the vehicle. It get's great gas mileage. Has a nice interior, nice blue tooth sound system. The controls are straight forward and easy to use. The packaging is now easy to understand. There was some confusion between myself and the salesman on what trim model included what packages. This caused some discord on my side of the purchase. I expressed my aggravation at the result of this confusion. Jerry (the owner) and Frank both went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I am. I have worked with other dealers in the past and none of them would have gone to the lengths that Jerry and Frank did to find the exact package that I wanted. Frank was very professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda. They will go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy.

We LOVE Mazda of Everett. It feels like FAMILY! We would not go anywhere else. We tell everyone about our experience there and send them your way. Mazda is the true meaning of customer service. This is our 3rd car from them. They are fabulous from beginning to end. Each and every person we come in contact with there is SUPER. We have had nothing but the best experience each time. Mazda of Everett is by far the greatest business I have ever stepped foot into. The people who work there are so inviting, that their friendliness basically sold the car by itself. But when the friendliness and the service they provide are combined, it is amazing. I bought a used 2008 Mazda 3, and everytime I look at it I fall in love with it even more. The great things about Mazda of Everett is the Staff, the service, and the fact that you feel like family when you walk through the doors. It is so nice that I cant have my car vaccummed out and washed for free! It is so quick and convient! The owner Jerry does a great job of running his business, and being a business major myself,Mazda of Everett is definitly a great role model that I look up to. ZOOM ZOOM!

I had the best day ever July 27th 2012 when I went to mazada of everett to be with my husband when he bought his first new car ever. I was so taken with the mazdas myself, the quality,the very informitive sales people, customer service etc,that I bought myself a car as well the same day not even planing on it. I said to myself should I do this,am I crazy but one of the cutomer service ladys said to me "embrass your craziness. SO I DIDNow I have my dream fun toy at age 51, Mazda Miata MX5. I was delighted with my new car purchase through Mazda of Everett. The process was quick and painless. Frank was great about following up and answering any of my questions. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. There are two dealers closer to home for me but when my new car needs service, I will continue my relationship with this dealer, even if they are a little farther away.

Mazda of Everett was recommended to me by a friend. She told me to talk to the owner, Jerry, who would help me find a used car for my son. I was approached by Frank (who was very nice) and he took me in to see Jerry. I sat down, told my story, gave my limitations and they worked with me to find a car. Very honest, friendly, funny, customer oriented. I ended up with a much nicer car (in my price range) for my son than I was expecting and he was thrilled. During the test drive and the wait afterwards to finalize everything Frank kept us entertained with great stories. I know he wasn't getting much commission on this used car but he treated us like we were buying a new Mercedes from him. The overall experience was very good -- especially following two experiences at other dealers and used car lots that left me frustrated and angry. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will tell my friends. I'll also check them out when I need another car!

We test drove the Mazda 5 Touring a week before we ended up purchasing the Mazda 5 Grand Touring. Shelden was our salesman and he was great and really low pressure. At the time of our test drive we explained to him we were not quite ready to buy that day. After the test drive he asked us a few questions then gave us a sales brochure and his card as we had requested and we left we no pressure to buy. I called him later that week after checking out a few other Mazda dealerships online adds and asked if they could match the prices. Shelden said they could and we went back on the weekend. Though they did not have a GT on the lot he and the sales manager were able to secure one from another dealership. We zipped through the paperwork (he even provided balloons for our kids to play with while we were filling out the paperwork) and went to the finance office to complete the transaction. At this point I was sure we were going to be pressured into add ons, but we weren't. We were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. By far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We will definitely recommend Mazda of Everett to our friends and family in the future.

We had many visits to Mazda of Everett as we slowly gathered information once we decided we wanted to replace our vehicle. We were looking for a vehicle with improved gas mileadge and increased seating from our current 5 passenger vehicle. We had origially been considering the CX-9 but quickly discovered them to be out of our price range. Joe suggested we have a look at the Mazda 5 which we did and we were fascinated! We did not intend to buy new and had never considered this vehicle before. We are the type of buyers who like to do their due diligence before purchasing a product. Everything on the Mazda 5 we had found was positive. We tried desperately to find a used model but I was hung up on the new sleek body style of the 2012 Mazda 5 as I did not want my car to look like a mini-mini van. We went with a new vehicle, we were given a very fair amount for our trade and treated better than family during the whole process. I actually started to cry when a sweet man went through the Mazda tutorial with me and synced my phone to the blue tooth for the first time. I don't think he knew what to make of it but I've never had a car that could do that before, much less a dealership that went through that much effort to make sure I could enjoy all my car would offer! The entire team at Mazda of Everett where fantastic...but if you want someone specific to start with....i would highly recommend asking for Joe (Sales Manager). If you have to fold him into your car you know you have the right guy...he's very tall:-).

After purchasing a used vehicle from Mazda of Everett, we took a quick round-trip to Yakima for a graduation. We found it rode to rough for my wife so back to the dealership we went to see about reclaiming our trade-in. It had already been sold (in just 2 days!). I had no doubt of the sale as it was a 06 Nissan with only 36K miles and in excellent condition. Since we were somewhat over a barrel, they could have taken a somewhat belligerent attitude with us. Instead, they bent over backwards finding us a car that would not only meet our needs but one we would thoroughly enjoy. There was no pressure, an extremely pleasant atmosphere. We came away with a car we were both totally pleased with, a new Mazda6 four cylinder with all the power and comfort we had come to appreciate with a 93 Mazda MX6 V6, years before. My wife and I are still rather amazed at the helpful and pleasant atmosphere we encountered during our experience with George and Stretch and everyone else while finding the right car. We'll be back!

The sales team at Mazda of Everette is very well organized and overall really nice guys. They made buying a car very straight forward and were able to beat any other price I could find on the market and provide better financing than my credit union. We actually visited Mazda Of Everett twice while looking for a fairly new Miata. Luke showed us where the cars were on the lot and then suggested we take the one we favored for a spin. He answered all of our questions w/ no pressure during these talks.We returned the following weekend and again met up w/ Luke. This time both my wife & I drove the car and decided it was the one for us. The whole process was done in a timely and professional manner . Luke,George and the guy from Montana (all salesmen) were very kind & helpful during this process. I can see why this dealership does well. We purchased our 2006 Miata on 5/5/2012 and it was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. Thanks to the gang at Mazda of Everett !

My Daughter and I worked with salesman Joe.We did end up purchasing a new mazda 2.Our experiance was really smooth with mazda of Everett.We drove the car Fri afternoon and decided later that evening.I called Joe that evening to let him know we will come in Sat to make a deal.Joe saved the car we wanted till Sat.When we returned Sat we made a deal that we were happy with and the whole procedure took only a little over an Hour.Joe is in my opinion the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I have made alot of deals in my time.I would highly recommend buying from Mazda of Everett.Ray The Bison

Sheldon, and frankly all the staff at Mazda of Everett, were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Not pushy, like many car dealers, but rather made sure you had the knowledge to make your OWN decision. We feel extremely confident about our purchases, and know they will be helpful if we ever service our car in the future. They put too many people in the pot to help us finding a car and buying a car. They couldn't tell who said what other than as what we could tell them what was said when we were there. We told them what we could pay and that we wouldn't purchase the vehicle unless it was brought down to what we specifically stated. They gave us false hope and information, completely misled us. Then they proceeded to argue with us over a document my husband and I were told to sign so that they could not sell the car while we were trying to make the deal. We were told that we were in no way going to be held to the price they had gotten it down to the night we left and when we came back in several days later one of the three owners said "You are in no way going to be held to this document" but then continued to push the fact we signed it at the price they had it at Saturday (we came back in on Wednesday). They were rude all three owners got involved in the deal and not one of them told us there are 3 owners and we were told one thing over the phone and when we came in they said a completely different thing. BOTTOM LINE IS: THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED, THEY LIE AND ARE RUDE AND WHEN YOU CATCH THEM IN THEIR LIES THEY TRY TO PUT IT ON YOU! I have never been treated like this before. The worst part is they were $23 away from making a deal...

Another Mazda dealership up north tried to force me into having work done on my car when it did not need to be done. When I took it into Everett Mazda they told me that I didn't need the work done and that there was nothing wrong with the car (as I thought). This was several years ago. I have been taking my car to Everett Mazda ever since and they are VERY honest and I feel that I can completely trust them for service. I would definitely recommend them. They have excellent customer service. Also their sales people helpful and are never pushy.

Went in with my daughter to look for a vehicle. I was "VERY" clear with the salesman that my daughter had already been pre-approved thru my credit union for 8,000 financed and 2,000 cash... that the 10,000 price was a "walk out the door" price. That we did not have 1 penny more.... In fact I can't even begin to tell you how many times I stressed this to the salesman. Well, Chris had only worked there 2 days, so he went to his manager. His manager pointed to a cherry red 2007 mazda 3 with 86,000 miles. The salesman, Chris was great. He was took us on a test drive and showed off all the cars bells and wistles etc. When we got back I told him we had a couple of other places to look at and that I would let him know about the car no later than 3pm. Well, my daughter and I drove on down the road and she expressed to me how much she liked the car so, within the hour we went back to the dealership. We sat down to get the paperwork done and, they came back with a price of nearly 12,000. I was confused because I had expressed to the salesman and the manager numerous times that there was a $10,000 cap. Chris went back to the manager a couple times, then finally came back and apologized saying that it was his misunderstanding. This was NO MISUNDERSTANDING! I had been VERY CLEAR from the time I walked in the door as to what the budget was... I was VERY honest about our situation and they are the ones who pointed us to this car. They led us to believe that this car was available at this price, they let my daughter test drive it, they let her fall in love with it and then they ripped the car out of her hands....AND... they wasted time we could have used searching for a car that "would have" worked with our budget. They are the reason people don't like used car salesmen. They are dishonest liars!!

The entire staff at Everett is always friendly with huge smiles, ready to help me in whatever I need help with even opening the doors for me. I have never had a problem with getting help and someone is always right there to answer questions and to get me in and out quickly; even if I have to use one of their loaner cars while my car is being worked on. Recently I purchased a brand new 2010 car and Jerry helped me from the very get go and got me the car/color/year, and all that I wanted in it and made it happen within a day. My car was washed and ready for me to pick it up and Joe helped me go throught step by step with all the new features that I have not had in my previous cars. They are truely a great staff with open arms and make you part of their family!!! I recently bought a used car from them this past weekend and was helped by Ken, Steve, and both owners, who were actually working at the dealership. Everyone involved made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and was comfortable with the overall process. They even helped with my financing and getting my insurance on my used vehicle so that I could take the car home the same day! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. There were a few hiccups but everyone worked hard to make it right and they kept their word! I highly recommend this dealership! They are true professionals!

I have been going to Mazda of Everett for service and sales since 2007. I had my 2006 Mazda 3 serviced by them several times, and I was always very pleased with their work and customer service. In February 2009 I traded in my 2006 Mazda 3 for a 2009 Mazda 3 and the process was seamless. I found a car I liked and I called them, they worked out financing prior to my arrival, so really all I had to do was go in take a test drive sign my papers and I had my new car! I would highly recommend Mazda of Everett to anyone looking to buy a new or used car because they are so friendly and easy to work with.

Regarding purchase of a 2005 Chevrolet Impala LS. I traded in a 2003 VW Jetta TDI w/ 73000 miles for a 2005 Chevy Impala LS w/ 80000 miles. The car drove very smooth during the test drive which included surface streets and 2 miles on the freeway. Even though the sale price was a little high at $10000.00 I didn't haggle the price with Luke since he was able to get me a great monthly payment and interest rate. Straight to the point from here. Two weeks after purchasing this car I noticed a slight and intermittent click coming from the engine compartment. After one more week it had become a steady and very noticeable clicking coming from the transmission. I took some initial measures first such as topping off the transmission fluid since it was a pint low, (which kind of took me by surprise since Mazda had the car just long enough to do all the normal services such as oil change and tranny service). So now after one month of ownership and less than 1000 miles I got the car back to Mazda so they could diagnose the problem. A co-owner, John DeNike was brought into the conversation to authorize the service appointment at which time he learned that I had purchased the car on Dec 12 2008 and on Jan 14 2009 it was back at his dealership with mechanical problems. John assured me that since it had only been a month since I bought the car that "we will take care of you and not leave you out in the cold"Ultimately the required service would be $1100.00 and they would be willing to pickup 50% of the tab, (after making it very clear to me that they were under no obligation to do anything about this).I am fully aware that when you buy a used vehicle "AS IS" that it what it means. It has been my experience in the past as well as others that while there are no 'expectations' of service after the sale, dealers have always taken care of any mechanical (non-cosmetic or consumable) failures with no questions asked within a reasonable time frame (usually up to 60-90 days).Buyer Beware as they say.

This is absolutely the worst business I have ever experienced they are immoral evil people and I an talking about the owners. My wife bought a vehicle there it was a loss of $9000.00 dollars They stole her TDI Jetta diesel. I have tried to talk to them but thy are cowards once they have taken all they can get they will hide from you. I am in the car industry so it is hard for me to understand why people like this are still in business. I am sure they will not be for long word of mouth is a powerful tool. I have found nothing but bad things about this business most there reviews are the same thing. and I would advise everyone to stay clear of this business. All they want is as much money as they can possibly get from you and if you ask to talk to them they will be gone or busy. Buyers Beware.

I bought a Mazda3 iSport from this dealership today. In 20 years, this is the 4th car I purchased, and this is the second time I had a good experience with a dealership.I talked to a sales guy named Gary who is an older guy. He was very courteous, polite and patient. He proved that buying a car doesn't have to be a negative experience. I know there are aggressive and arrogant a-hole salesmen out there, but he wasn't from that bunch.He answered all my questions I had. I think the most important impression was, that he actually treated me as a human being and did not try to push or sell me a car today, just to improve his sales record. Of course they make money off of a car's purchase. That's what they are there for. And so does a waiter or a waitress expects you to give them a tip.If you go to a restaurant, you would not want a waiter to keep making you order more food. Not to mention, there a waiters who don't even bother with you, but still expect to get a tip.Well, buying a car is similar. There are aggressive, arrogant salesmen, and there are ones, like Gary. What a way to treat a customer! Thanks!While I was waiting for my paperwork, he took me around and introduced me to various people at the parts, service, cashier, etc department. Everyone shook hands and greeted me.Thanks for the good experience guys! (Especially to Gary!)
