I had an issue with my Chrysler 200 (that I’ve taken to Luxury for several years for routine maintenance) and the air conditioning system. I made an appointment and although they couldn’t find it, was able to get in right away. Rich is a thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable guy. He came out in a bit and explained what they did. But even better, he noticed that my tire tread is pretty low and I’d need new brake pads, as well. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. Everyone I’ve encountered at Luxury has been so very, yes I’ll say it, NICE! I recommend them every chance I get!

Brendin listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle, and found us just what we wanted. Upon pick up he showed me all the options and assured I knew how to program or change programming on them and what the settings and all controls were for. I had my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and to address a recall letter I had received. While this work was being performed, I was given a new (17 miles on odometer) XTS as a loaner. This was greatly appreciated, as I really didn't want to hang around the dealership for 2 hours.

very efficient at the parts department as I was looking for a remote start for my ats. then follow up confirmint appointment. and finally the install. to way longer than indicated, but was handled so well and given a quality loaner that I did not feel inconvenienced or put out in any way. estimated cost of install was exact and as I said - the whole thing was just a pleasure that has not been experienced on any of my visits to other competitor locations.

It was a quiet time of day which worked out nicely. My vehicle was my sports car so I am always on the nervous side but everyone was very respectful. One downfall. My wife had time for a test drive of a used vehicle which may end up in our garage soon.

The cookies & coffee were excellent! The staff was helpful and even double checked something for me! The service was quick! I checked with the service department about something(horn working) and they said I should make an appointment. That gentleman even came over to check on the problem while I was getting the oil changed!! I thought the price was a little high(but I did get 8 quarts of oil). Everyone was so cordial and helpful. Doug Vogel was very thorough at explaining the car features, financing and leasing options and answering all my questions. He was very nice and so helpful. Sheridan was out of this world patient with my husband's "game of a thousand questions" He answered all his questions and went over every single detail my husband had questions on, with a smile on his face and genuine care. CJ was also so nice and authentic. He raved about his company and said over and over again how much he enjoys working fir Cadillac of Sioux Falls. My husband in particular enjoyed his conversation and wit. We will definitely come back!

The service department is always friendly and aims to please. Waiting areas are convenient and supplied with free coffee (including flavor syrups), water, hot chocolate and sweets. A TV, magazines and newspapers are also provided along with comfortable seating.

Each time that we have visited the store, we have been treated with the utmost respect. In the case of the last visit the service was recommended even thought it was expensive and ultimately free due to the "nice care" service. I have never had to deal with a pushy salesman or a know-it-all service person that talks down to me or my wife. I have and will continue to recommend your store to other people.

Service representative was inexperienced and referenced parts of my vehicle needing repair that do not exist on my vehicle. (rack and pinion steering bellows leak and my vehicle has a recirculating ball steering gear box, not a rack and pinion system)I'm hoping this was a simple slip of the tongue.

This is the second new Cadillac CTS I've bought from Marv Lovro at Cadillac of Sioux Falls. Marv is always a real pleasure to deal with; he keeps the whole buying experience very low key and I never have a sense of any pressure whatsoever. I commented to my wife afterwards what a pleasure it is to deal with Marv compared to some other experiences I've had elsewhere in the past. At delivery time my car was prepared very nicely and Marv took all the time needed to explain all the features of our new car. Nice job, Marv, and Cadillac of Sioux Falls!

I was greeted by a friendly staff, as I had oil changed be fore my recall appointment. They were very helpful as to my question when was the last time I had my pickup in. Mr. Marv Lovro took my wife and I in a used STX while our 2009 Cadillac was being taken care of in service dept. We are interested in updating our Cadillac and his professional knowledge of the Cadillac was helpful to us. He said that he would be glad to help us on our next purchase from him (we have bought most of our vehicles from him in the last 20 years) and he would keep his eye out for our perfect Cadillac.

The work performed on my 2007 Cadillac was performed in a timely manner and everything we were told in the beginning was the way it was done in the end. Service manager was courteous and worked with our schedule at getting the car in and the service work performed. I was concerned that the service tech was trying to upsell me. I knew I was doe - but not overdue - for Maintenance II service (fluids). However, he also said I had a significant engine oil leak that was common to Northstar engines. This is my fourth Cadillac with a Northstar engine and have never had a problem with engine oil leaks. Also, I park on light-colored concrete, have never seen a drop of oil on the driveway, and have never seen smoke from burning oil.

I now live N of Pierre, so coming to haveService done is Sioux Falls is about a 4 hr drive but definitely worth it. We had to wait almost 10 minutes in the service office for someone to set up an appoinment for us. An older gentleman was emptying garabages and called several times on a 2-way for service. The older gentleman left to go find someone for us. I really appreciated that gentleman and his efforts kept me from getting mad a the wait I had. Josh used to be in GM Service and treated us like royalty. Stephen and the other guy seem like they don't want to be there.

Very friendly service. Convenient location. Convenient in being able to just pull in to the oil change area. Excellent waiting area with excellent coffee and good snacks.

The technician explained what was wrong with the car and the cost of the repairs. They discovered a potentially dangerous stabilization problem. My car seems to be working well. I trust the quality of the work at Cadillac of Sioux Falls I also appreciated the ride to and from my home.

THE SERVICE DEPT IS CERTAINLY FIRST CLASS. TO BAD THE CADILLAC "CUE" IS NOT TO GREAT . IT 'S NEED MUCH BETTER INSTRUCTIONS. THANK YOU HAJ

Very professional and accomadating. It would be nice if they would run your new vechile through their car wash. It seemed like there was an attempt to wash the windows, but was done very poorly with smears and smudges.

I am realizing that a used older Cadillac is still quite expensive to repair. I may have to consider a trade to a different make.

Hi C.J. 1. Today I received a certificate of title. Thank you. 2. today I was at the service station Rasmussen motors in Vermillion. they said that the faulty sensor on the left front wheel. they can fix it for $ 115. 00 you have to pay me the cost. 3. seat heating does not work. 4. very loud noise, screeching when I start engine in a frost morning.
