UPDATE: Upgraded from 1 to 5 stars. Brent the GM really took care of me after going back in and everybody was wonderful. We all have bad days and unfortunately my first visit was not great. So based on my most recent visit I'm very happy. I love my new Ford Explorer and am very happy with it. So I just got off the phone with Brent the GM at the dealership who had reached out to me to discuss my issues. He was very receptive to everything I had to say about my experience and promised this would be addressed. He gave me his cell number so the next time I come in to reach out and he would make sure everything went smoothly. I will provide another update after my next visit and hopefully be able to provide them with a 5 star review. Thank you Brent for listening and reaching out. So yet another update to my recent experience. So they have a new manager working in the service department who is AWESOME!! This guy is on top of things. I've noticed a change in the service department, the guys are much more attentive and service is fast and friendly. I am completely happy with their service. Thanks to all in the service department!!

Truly excellent service top to bottom. We were treated with kindness and respect every time we went to Lithia Ford, and when we bought our truck they were so efficient! Buying a car generally takes forever, but these guys are top notch and got us in and out! What really stood out the most was the complete professionalism of the entire team. It’s uncommon to find a business run so well with such a genuinely kind team. Kudos! We will definitely be back here when buying the next vehicle for our family .

Adan helped me get my mom her first ever off the lot brand new car. And it was done with our interests in mind. They didn't hassle us or pressure us. And they counseled me on how to save money on MY car loan through Selma Auto Mall. Adan told me how SAM didn't find my financing with my interests in mind, rather their own wallets in mind. I would definitely recommend buying your next car from these fellas. They were amazing.

I'm fairly new to central California, living near Yosemite National Park. I have an RV with a Ford E450, and was looking to find a reputable Ford dealership so as to establish myself and the maintenance plan for my RV. I had an air bag warning light come on during a recent camping trip, and needed to get that looked at. I contacted Lithia Ford in Fresno, and was put in touch with Jamie H, who is the service manager for their commercial/fleet department. Jamie worked with me to find a convenient appointment time, and got me scheduled. I had never been to Lithia Ford before, and noted that while looking on Google maps, their facility is huge...Jamie took the time to tell me exactly how to get to the proper area. Having to navigate the RV in an unfamiliar area, I really appreciated this direction. I met Jamie at the appointed place and time, and he took the time to fully understand the issue I was having, and how and when it occurred. My plan was to wait for the repair at Lithia, and Jamie directed me to a very comfortable, clean waiting/lounge area that had plenty of windows looking out onto the Lithia Ford facility (I mention the windows, as I have waiting in cave-like waiting areas in other dealerships). I had just settled down in the waiting area, when Jamie came over in-person to let me know that he had assigned my RV to one of his techs, and that they were bringing the RV into the service area now. That was nice. Read my book for a while, and got up to walk to a nearby place to grab a sandwich, when Jamie called me, informing me my RV was ready to pick-up. This was great news, and I honestly had planned for a long day; Jamie informed me of the tests his tech had done and the problem found and corrected, no more air bag light on! I am very pleased with the attention and service that I received, and will be using Lithia Ford for all future maintenance on my E450 RV. Thank you Jamie H and team!

Made appointment on line, Keith Miller assisted me with the quick- lube on my car. I went to work informing him that I would pick up car later in the afternoon. He sent out a text to with a phone number to reach them. I later received a text they were taking my car in to be serviced and if I had any questions or concerns I needed addressed. I then I received call it was done, kept me posted on everything. Thank you for the excellent customer service Keith Miller.

I purchased a used car with warranty on it about a year ago and it was recently made known to me that the car had been in a previous wreck. There was Bond-O on the rear driver-side quarter panel that would be easily noticeable by a professional auto technician. Lithia Ford refused to give me any compensation and now I have a damaged car. They have a reputation between dealerships as being shady and scandalous. I have spoken to a lawyer that has dealt with them before and recently ran into a lady with the same problem on her car that she bought from Lithia Hyundai. Do not buy a used car from them.

Chris was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. He knew right away what the problem was and tried to fix it temporarily right then. It didn't work and he was able to schedule the service for the very next morning. My car was ready on time and Chris checked for all recalls and had them done at the same time. I felt extremely confident in his abilities and knew I was leaving my car in good hands.

We just had our Ford Flex in for an oil change and assessment of a noise inside the vehicle. Mind you this noise came to surface after we left our Flex there for over a week to have the water pump changed. The service rep Hugo Gutierrez was very disrespectful toward me and my wife. His answers were each time short and non-customer centered. He even at one point made the remark well I could have pulled your whole dash out in a tone of voice that left us walking away from the service department feeling disrespected, and belittled. We are very well connected community based people who understand right from wrong and this just isn't the way to treat people on any level!! I'm starting here with ensuring this type of service is exposed to the community and I will continue to expose this un-professionalism from this individual so one else has to walk away feeling this way again.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion form Lithia Ford. The service was excellentl; the staff was very patient when we were making a decision to buy a car. The staff also helped us by giving us the lowest possible price for the car and also showed how to use the car's features afterwards. MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT FRANKIE IGNACIO HAS BEEN A BIG HELP TO ME AND MY FAMILY IN GETTING US THE PERFECT CAR. I had reached out to Lithia in Fresno to inquire about a Fusion, and to get a internet price for the Fusion I was interested in. Matthew Powel was the one who reached out to me, really nice guy who took the time to answer all the questions I had. He listened, and was very easy to talk to. I went to the dealership, and Matt was available just as he said he would be, and he showed me the vehicle I was interested in. Great guy, a great first contact for Ford, and Lithia! He was able to get me into the Fusion I wanted, no problem, and I feel comfortable about my purchase, Matt went above and beyond.

When i went to Lithia Ford to look for my Mustang it was in part because the Costco Car buying program directed me to them and i'm glad i did. Lithia did not have the color or package i was looking for but they were able to locate one from another dealership, bring it over and deliver it to me. In spite of having to find it from another dealer, Lithia still honored the Costco car buying price which i thought was great business on their part. Gonazalo Alatorre was the sales associate who helped me from beginning to end and was very helpful, professional and friendly and that was another huge part in making my experience with Lithia Ford a positive one. Once he delivered the car to me he took the time to show me the features of the car and helped me connect my cell phone to the car's sync system. I would recommend Lithia Ford to anyone looking for a car.

I wasn't very happy to find out it would cost me $140. to have my heated seat checked to see why it wasn't working. Then I find out it would cost over $1200 to have it fixed! I would expect it to last longer then 61/5 years. It isn't something you use year round! I don't think I would have it on any new car I would buy if that is as long as it last.

Ms. Cantu was extremely nice and helpful. She went out of her to way to accommodate me. I came in to drop off my truck for an oil change. I informed her that I was planning on take the shuttle to Fig Garden Village to have lunch and my daughter would be bringing me back to pick up my truck when it was done. She came over to me in the waiting room to let me know that the wait for the shuttle would be over an hour and that she had arranged a loaner car for me so that I could go have lunch. It was nice to be treated as a person, not just a customer. Thank you

My air/heater fan motor went out and your guys found the problem fast. The part was high but the labor was really high,labor 204-parts 196. over $400.00 for a fan motor on a 2012 fusion, oh well had to have air! Warranty should last 5yrs.

The salesman and finance manager were great during this car buying process. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgable and did not pressure us at all. The finance manager went above and beyond having us sign a contract and telling us he would try and find a better deal. Jimmy was a great salesman. He spent time with us on both Saturday and Sunday. Took my Ford Edge in to have shocks replaced. I don't know how hard of a job that was but it took about 2 1/2 hours of sitting in the waiting room. Staff was good because they are the ones that told me the shocks were leaking. No one knows why but sometimes things just happen.

Right rear tire was extremely low, so my daughter took Edge to be checked. Service was great, they found a leak, repaired it at no charge. They couldn't find the "key" to unlock lug nuts; so had to remove and replace them. They did that. For actual labor time. Very helpful and accommodating.

I came into your dealership today and had the pleasure of talking to Art who then introduced me to Vinny Sinatra who took care of my Sirius XM problems on my Ford Fusion. It all started on Friday when my panel on the Fusion said my subscription had run out, and the Sirius went into a preview mode. I texted Art and he said he would have someone call me right away. That person was Vinny Sinatra who said to come into the dealership at 1:30PM and he would help me. Within 15 minutes after opening my hood and taking a cable off the battery, we sat in the car and rebooted the system. Within 4 minutes it was up and running. He then went through the system with me with regards to the Bluetooth, freehand demo, the buttons on the steering wheel and making sure I was comfortable with the system. I then went up and spoke with Art regarding my lease that will be coming up next February the 2016 and I told him to start looking for my new auto, and let me know when I should return the leased fusion. It was a very informative conversation and am looking forward to working with him again in the future.

After seeing a commercial on Thursday evening about a $199 lease deal for the Ford Fusion, on Saturday, Jan. 6, I went into the Lithia Ford of Fresno dealership. I was met by Stephen Ash. He greeted me warmly and I asked him about the lease deal. He lead me right to them and walked me right through the process. And, they offered me a fair trade in value on my vehicle. The process was quick, easy, and straight forward. And I really liked Stephen. Very pleased.

In late January of 2016 I used an online web site that aggregates auto sales information to submit a number of queries to various dealers in the western states who had GT350s on the lot, or would be receiving one soon. The same day I did so I received a call from Mike Renner of Lithia Ford of Fresno. During our discussions I questioned Mike extensively on the condition of the car they had in their showroom. Mike assured me that the car they had was perfect. I asked for Mike to thoroughly inspect the car and send me photographs of various areas of the car where Ford is known to have quality problems. He sent the pictures and again assured me there were no issues with the vehicle. One of the photos he sent me showed, what appeared to be, a significant gap between the right rear quarter panel and the rear bumper cover. I specifically asked Mike if there was a gap there and he told me no, its just the lighting in the photograph. This turned out to be a bold-faced lie, as I would find out later. On Sunday, January 24th I spoke with Mike several times over the phone and we agreed on a price for the car. Having been reassured that the car was in perfect condition several times I agreed to pay $7,000 over MSRP for a total price of $68,345. That day I booked a flight from San Diego to Fresno at a cost of $250. Mike picked me up at the Fresno airport the following morning and we drove to the Lithia showroom. They had position the car in a dark tunnel thats used to move cars from the lot to the showroom. I thought it was odd where they had positioned the car but didnt give it much more thought. On my first walk around the car I immediately found two quarter inch paint chips on opposite corners of the car, and also found the gap on the right rear was indeed significant. I also found that the car had a significant hood-to-fender alignment issue. When I found it I asked Mike whether any damage or repairs had been done to the vehicle to which he answered No.All of the lies and misinformation should have been red flags to me and I shouldve had Mike take me back to the airport right then and there. I decided that I could have the nicks touched up and also have Ford fix the panel gap issue. So we went through the financing department and filled out the sales contract etc.After we were done in finance Mike backed the car out of the dark tunnel and in to the dealer lot. I immediately noticed some spider-web scratches on the car. It was still quite overcast in Fresno and the full extent of these scratches would not be revealed to me until I got closer to Los Angeles and in to the sunshine. I stopped at a rest area near Los Angeles and found severe spider-web scratches all over the car. It was especially bad in on certain areas such as the front fenders. I believe this is the reason they pulled the car back in to the dark tunnel. It was all part of a well-orchestrated deception.Upon arriving home that evening I was inspecting the scratches on the vehicle and found what appears to be touch-up paint on the front left fender of the vehicle, where the fender and fascia meet. I was mortified. The following day I spoke to Mike about the touch-up paint and was put in contact with the General Sales Manager, Pete Aldaz. Pete denied any knowledge of the touch-up paint and even denied that its touch-up paint. He said it was wax. I can assure you its not wax. Wax would wipe off. Its touch-up paint. Lithia continues to deny any knowledge of the touch-up paint.A day or two later I was inspecting the underside of the vehicle and discovered that Lithias service department had not installed the chin splitter correctly. Lithias technician did not watch the video installation video and completely botched the splitter install. Even worse, he didnt even use all the fasteners provided in the box with the splitter.Another few days go by and through a series of online searches I discovered a video on Lithias YouTube page. The video is a marketing video for the GT350 I purchased. It clearly shows that Lithia had drilled or screwed holes, through the vinyl stripes and in to the rear bumper cover of my $65k Mustang, in the wrong position, to mount their license plate frame and placard. I had been emailing and speaking to one of Lithias managers, Vinny Sinatra about the issues. When presented with the the rear bumper damage he told me We made a mistake and used the European dimples to mount the license plate frame. I asked Lithia to take their car back and refund my money to me. They have refused. During my last phone conversation Vinny I described all the issues and lies that had been discovered and he said to me but you accepted the car didnt you? As if to say our deception was a success, deal with it. He has a good point. Im the type of person who wants to trust others. I guess I should have never trusted a bunch of car salesmen.

It would be a better experience if the finance games are not played during the negotiation of the price.We came in to look at vehicles based upon their price, not to be pressured into something we could "afford". We will have to make our purchase at a location where the sales people can actually state what is the final cost of the car.

2015 Ford Edge, SEL, AWD vehicle was purchased from Lithia Ford in Fresno, CA. Overall experience was fantastic. Only point of frustration was the LithiaFord.com website credit application didn't transfer all of our submitted information to the dealership and we had to give them our SSN numbers, address, yearly income and other parts of the application a second time at the dealership. Other than that, Tony Beltran was fantastic and so was Mike Powell during the buying process. Bill Olivio in Finance was fantastic too. Overall a great experience, but please fix the disconnect between the credit application on the website and the dealer's internal systems.

I have a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid with Nitrogen filled tires. I see a difference in my driving using nitrogen. I recently upgraded to nitrogen tires with my Highlander Hybrid at COSTCO. I had an issue with my 2012 Ford Fusion. I had previously took it to a mechanic that I've been going to for years and he couldn't seem to find the issue, and even charged me a diagnostic even though the issue cannot be found or resolved. I called Lithia Ford and spoke to a representative by the name of Brandon and explain my situation he immediately took action made the appointment to come the very next morning and that day I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Brandon took the time to listen to what I've been experiencing with the vehicle, he was very patient and very informative on what he believed the issue might be. I left the car there while I was at work and got updates on what was going on with my vehicle throughout the day. Luckily my issue was covered by an extended warranty so I left with a fixed vehicle at no cost to me. Brandon was very professional and valued my time and you can tell the staff there really cares about the customers that go through their door.

When we arrived at the dealership and asked the sales crew for Matt, the called him and some stayed with and interacted with us until Matt arrived.The demonstration of the car and its features was thorough. Our test drive was informative. The negotiation was pleasant, even though we did not achieve the price we wanted to pay. Later that night I exchanged emails with Matt about the price. The next morning I emailed him agreeing to the price. Matt was off that day and arranged for another employee to assist us. I live in Madera and was always told to buy local. So I tried to take my business to the Madera Ford dealership. Their customer service via internet sales and service department are horrible. They gave no customer service skills or care what impression they leave with potential customers. Told I would get a call back and didn't, etc. My sister purchased a vehicle from Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno two and a half years ago along with the lifetime oil deal. I was with her when she made her purchase and was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. I have taken her vehicle in for service and was impressed with the Service department also. I brought my Van in for service and explained what I wanted done. The Service department went above and beyond in regards to my Van and I came to the conclusion that it would be better to purchase new instead of pumping more money into my tired van. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted shortly after looking around the show room. I told the sales rep what I was interested in and was immediately taken that area. I was looking at slightly used versus brand new. He did not try to change my mind or apply any pressure. We decided on a Ford Escape and they worked diligently on getting me the best deal possible. I am a proud Ford costumer! I have bought mainly Ford vehicles all of my life because it was passed down from my father. And now, I'm passing it down to my own family. I love Ford vehicles!My 2013 Ford Flex is an amazing vehicle and is droven mainly by my wife. It was recently at the shop at Lithia Ford and these folks are truly awesome. They work efficiently and are courteous to us. Most of all, I like that they keep me in the loop of information in a timely manner. Like I said, we are a Ford Family and I will continue to be because I believe the automitive department technitians are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous to their customers. Although, we cannot say the same for Lithia's salesmen. We might have to buy our next vehicle at another car dealership!

2013 Escape:Sales staff (Stephen Ash) very courteous and very helpful. My only disappointment was that the dealership could not wait two extra weeks for more down payment to get the vehicle I really wanted. The difference between the two was that the vehicle I wanted had 10,000 less miles and the color interior I wanted.

I brought my Ford Mustang to the dealer in mid afternoon just to see if they could do an oil change.I was surprised when they said yes.I was informed by service as to due to mileage what might be needed on my car. In all my years I have never had a service person tell me ahead of time. This was useful as not having to bring car back another day. Service man was very polite and appeared knowledgeable.

I had my 2013 Ford F-150 towed there because my water pump started leaking. I was told I would get my truck back the next day. When I called to get a hold of the service writer I was put on hold several times by the receptionist and she was very rude. When I finally got to the service department. I was never able to talk to my service writer. He finally called me back at 4 pm to tell me that they had broke a bolt in the block of the engine. My truck had to stay there in more day. They never offered to get me another car for transportation. This was the worst service experience I have ever had from any ford dealers. I will not return or would not recommend going there for any type of service.

I went in looking at ford focus, 2014 or newer with low mileage. I had already researched which car for the price would work best for my situation (commuter 33,000mi/yr). I had a number of quotes lower than Lithia from cars similarly equipped in the Bay Area. Lithia was able to lower their prices to meet my expected price and pay structure. The staff was polite throughout the whole process. I went in not confident Lithia would come down with their prices. Overall I was happy with their openness to negotiate and low interest rates for used car loan.

Had my 2002 Windstar serviced at Lithia Ford. Changed oil in transmisson, engine and flushed the power steering. It made a big difference in performance. Also new wiper blades for winter driving.The people are helpful at the service dept and friendly. Recommend their service to anyone.

Nick did a great job signing me in and taking down my requests and concerns. I had two quality issues, one was completed; the other continues to be a problem. The right tail light marker lights work intermittently. Mostly they do not work. Nick observed this at check in and made notation of the issue; yet when I received the work order at checkout the comment read: "could not duplicate". When I checked it the following morning, the light was out and is still out. I would like the tail light unit replaced. Beyond that, everything was great.

Had oil changed, I think last Saturday. As soon as I drove in a very nice gentleman greeted me , had his clip board and took all the info from the car while all the service advisors were with the earlier customers. (I think he was the team leader of the advisors).your staff definitely has teamwork, courteous and caring attitude. Then my auto advisor Luis Spera tookover. Luis is the best, very nice, kind,courteous and he explained what needs to be done and made recommendations. Definitely buying my next car at Lithia and service maintenance. I took my RV in for warranty work on the motor and I was met by Jeremy who was very knowledgeable with my problem and asured me that all would be taken care of to my full satisfaction.after finding the problem Jeremy kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and made me fill comfortable that the techs were doing a complete check of my engine and had found several issues and corected them all.When the job was completed I recieved a notification from Jeremy that the job was completed and that I could pick up my RV anytime, and that the intire repair was covered under warranty.This was my first visit to Lithia Ford of Fresno and because of people like Jeremy I will be back and send my friends and family.Very satisfied CustomerStan Rosson

Brandon went out of his way to accommodate my needs and make sure I was happy with my repairs. It was obvious that Customer Service is a priority at you dealership. It was a pleasure to do business with you and I will be back for sure. My only recommendation would be to streamline or organize your check in process. I arrived before my 9:00 appointment and it was unclear as to where we pull in and go. A girl did come out eventually and put a number on my car and she was pleasant but I was unclear as to what was going on. People were wondering if others were being serviced ahead of them and who had an appointment, etc. just hectic. After that, the customer service and repairs were outstanding! I found my future car on cars.com and called the dealership, Theresa Mimms answered the phone. Theresa and I had such a wonderful conversation that I drove from the Modesto area to purchase my used Toyota Avalon and love my new car. She was very personable and very good at her job, it was worth the drive to Fresno. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Lithia Ford Lincoln. My sales rep was very patient and knowledgeable. He treated me with courtesy and respect. He gave me all the options available in the cars I was reviewing and helped me to weigh my options. The only downside was that all the cars had black interior which didn't make much sense living in the very warm and even hot climate in which we live here in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Other than that they had a wide variety of models and colors which I appreciated. I was able to find one that suited my needs and taste.Overall, I am very happy with my car. Staff friendly and helpful. Bought Lincoln and had several follow up calls to see if I was happy. Went back and had customer service explain how everything worked. Went back again because there is something wrong with front window and they are going to replace, no problem. Everyone is very helpful and nice. No pressure.

I went into the dealership for general servicing of my 2014 Ford Focus. But left the dealership with a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion. I had no intention of purchasing another vehicle. This was the best and smoothest experience in car buying that I have ever had. The salesman, Frankie was so down to earth and personable and made the experience and my final decision very easy, non-pressured and relaxed. The sales paperwork was completed quickly and easily. Everyone involved in the process were professional and personable and made sure that my needs and budget was the main focus.

I was concerned with buying a Ford, I have been a Audi, Volvo, Toyota owner for decades. After vast amounts of research I visited the dealer ship. The sales persons, Fong, was low pressure, well informed, professional, and friendly.The finance folks worked hard to get a deal I would like, and did! My only remain concerns will be addressed as the car ages and the miles add up! Will see soon also if the Service department can match the great service I received at Audi of Fresno, so far I have no doubt that it will!I have already pegged at 55.4 mpg on my 50 plus mile trip to work in the AM. (granted it is down hill most of the away, the best I ever got with other cars was low 30's). That's savings already starting to pile up!!!

The facility seemed to be under repair so it was a little warm in the waiting area. The overall repair was fast, however, I wish they had asked if there were more concerns with the car. After I left, I realized I wanted to ask about the smell in my air conditioner. I just changed the filter and it still seems to smell. Also, I asked if there was anything else my car could be expected for since I've had it a year now, and they said not really, but I didn't feel that was a good answer. I feel they could've made more suggestions.

The test drive went well. I would improve on the "numbers" part. I asked several times to see what the car numbers would be with different APR terms vs months (48, 60 72 months) vs leasing. I also had an Xplan Pricing and didn't want to deal with the BS of the walking away and getting permission from the boss, and doing the back and fourth thing. I know how the game works, and I wasn't interested in it. The 5 hours I spent there could have been done in a hour if Steve would have listened to what I wanted instead of trying to play salesman. I also didn't like how the rebates were showing up online through FordPartner.com were not honored at the dealership. I know they were "holding on" to them as leverage. I also didn't like how I had such a great credit score and they said the interest would be 4.99% until I said, Im not paying that; then he casually lowered it to 1.99%. Im also not happy that i wasn't financed through Ford Credit. Had I have been, I know I would have received an additional $1000 rebate. I also had to join a credit union to get the loan, which I wouldn't have agree'd to had I been told I had to open a checking account at a bank. When I emailed the dealership about the possible (commission fraud) loss of a rebate, they were very quick to disclose that I signed a contract before telling me it would have negated another rebate. At least act like you care. I also wasn't a fan of having the survey laminated, shown to me, and discuss how I need to put a perfect score in order to make sure they get paid a bonus since they have kids to feed. I don't care about your commitments to your family, I care about my commitments to mine. And I feel like I lost $1000 in rebates, why should you score $750 bonus when I didn't score mine? On top of that, I sold my car to them, and I realized I was undercut in price. How? Well, the next day it was listed for sale $6k more than what they bought it for. So they wouldn't bud on the price of what they would sell the car to me for, but they could have given me more for my car to make the difference. I am also refinancing the car through my credit union since I didnt like how I have to have another bank. Oh, I am going to copy and paste this to the review websites. Steve will give you oil changes for life, a $399 value, but will try to over charge you on the APR, underpay you for your car, and avoid giving you the rebates. Again, how do I know? The internet is great. And it also has a True Market Value thing you can google and dealerships will honor the price if they are associated with that web site. I highly recommend it. And to be honest, I was expecting most of the pony show. But what REALLY got to me was the laminated survey. So I answered these questions honestly Im not saying Steve is a liar (he just isn't upfront with you, unless you ask questions), he is just trying to make money instead of truly and genuinely trying to get referrals (which would make him more money). So I have been recommending Future Ford.

I took my car in to have a seal replaced due to a recall. I hadn't heard from anyone all day so I decided to call and find out when my car would be ready. I called four times (between 2:30 and 4:50) in order to find out whether or not my car was ready because I get off from work at 5:00. I was told that I would be called back once someone knew what was going on. I spoke with a female and explained that I needed to know if my car was ready. She placed me on hold to look into it; when she got back on the line, she simply said, "Your name is not on the list". I told her that I needed to know whether or not I should find a ride home from work and I needed to know right away when the car would be ready. Her reply was, " I don't know what to tell you." That left me very frustrated and upset. I called back at 4:50 and spoke with Hugo, who was great to work with. Hugo apologized for the inconvenience and offered to have a shuttle driver pick me up and said Ford would pay for a rental car for the day. Hugo even had my car washed. Even though I was frustrated I did end up having a good experience and would go back in the future for service.

Was only planning to "look" on this day. But everything went so well I ended up buying. First, I was not hounded by salespeople. They didn't bombard me when I got out of the car. There was no pressure, they were happy to show me any cars and offered to let me test drive right away. Once I did decide to buy, I figured I would be there the rest of the day, but surprisingly even that process went very smoothly and quickly. As much as everyone dreads the car buying process, I must say they made this very, very easy.

My 19 yo daughter was traveling from San Diego to Fresno pulling horses when our truck began to act up. A friend facilitated getting the truck to Lithia where Richie went above and beyond to provide quick diagnosis and expressed concern for our situation. I recently bought a Ford Focus. I chose Lithia to get my first routine service done & that was a big mistake. I made an appt over the phone, no problem there. I showed up right on time, and with 3 service advisors standing in front of me, not one of them acknowledged me nor did they offer to help me. I believe his name is Kyle, kept making eye contact but then would just look away and pick up the phone. Only reason I know at least one of their names is because I over heard him say it on the phone. After what seemed like 10-15 min gone by, one of them finally picked their head up from their computers and asked how they could help me. I told them I had an appt to get my car serviced. The only thing I was happy with was the work of the technicians. Great work. I didn't even get a phone call letting me know my car was done. I had to go in and ask and one of them said "oo yea its done". Well, geez thanks for the courtesy phone call guys! I've worked at a Chevy/Toyota dealership for over 4 years & I've never seen a group of horrible advisors like the ones who were at Lithia. Sad to say, I was very disappointed with Lithia's service advisors and will pick another Ford dealership next time.

I did not have an appointment on a Saturday. I needed a oil change. I had to wait for the tech to come to the car, I waited for 8 minutes, then I went inside. Its was about 11am,and on a board its said appointment wait time was 2 hours and walk ins was 2-3 hours. After the tech started my paperwork a guy came and said no more walk ins. My tech said that I was the last and finished my paperwork. My tech was great and had my car done in 2 hours.

Lithia Ford bought Fresno Lincoln Dealership I have been buying Lincoln since 1990's. Scott R. in service and Wayne B. in sales are the only reason I go to Lithia. Drop off my car for service with Scott on Friday, Scott stated he was going on vacation the next week, so Louis would be my advisor. Scott stated parts had to be ordered, so Monday should be installed. I called Monday afternoon hourly to check on car status. I work 45 minutes away, my daughter works graveyard at local hospital need to juggle transportation. Finally on Wednesday I called parts department to check status, parts came in. Would have Louis call me to update. Finally on Thursday afternoon Louis calls and give me a vague update. It might be ready at five or at least by 10am on Thursday. Finally on Friday morning left message sorry no one called you , your car is ready. Sorry, I told my collegues and coworkers about service and not to use Lithia for any Brand vehicle.

I also purchased a new F150 lease while I was there and I would say everyone at Ford was very helpful and Zack Itehad in particular worked hard to come up with a deal that was favorable for both of us which is, by definition, a good deal.As long as they keep up the amazing customer service I will keep coming back.

First of all I went to Lithia because my brother baught a car from them and my friend from work went with me and she still after 13 yrs of purchasing her truck from Lithia she still takes her truck for the lifetime oil changes. So I was scared being a female going with another female to purchase a car but when I explainded to Zack how much money I have and especialy how much money I didnt have. I cant believe I walked out with the car of my kids dreams. Let alone the peace of mind of knowing im not going to have to be broken down on the side of the road by my kids school again. Found my perfect car at Lithia Ford. Was pre approved through my credit union but my loan amount wasn't enough to purchase the car I wanted. After trying to get a $2,244 dollar increase in my loan my credit union said no way. Called Zack & gave him the bad news. Zacks response was come in & we will get you the loan. After about an hour Zack came in wanting high fives. He had secured me a loan for my car at the exact terms I wanted with a less payment amount. If it wasn't for Zack I would have had to settle for a car instead of driving around in my Camaro. Thank you so much Zack. I will never buy another car from anyone else. & I have left my credit union.

i went to dealership to buy used car so i did give them my info to check my credit they approved me and they told me they need my wife info i asked for what and they said for household income i did give them but i told them i want car only under my name they said yes its gone be under ur name only after one week i find out its under my wife name who never went to dealership and she never sign any contract i went back to talk to them about this issue they didnt want to talk to me. I told them its fraud what u did i am taking them to court

Walked in already knowing what I wanted to test drive. Met with Zack by luck. VERY happy I did. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable of the process. Empathic to your needs and gave suggestions. I bought my vehicle from Jose Urbano in March 2014 on the date of sale I noticed a ding and scratch on the vehicle that I requested it be removed, Jose Urbano shook my hand and promised that it would be taken care within weeks of purchasing the vehicle. I have contacted him personally via phone, email and even went down to Ford in person to have them follow through on their promise. After giving me the run around for weeks and asking me to come in, then canceling last minutes when I am on my way to drop my car off to get the ding removed. He comes back and says they cant do it because it was never put it in the finance paperwork. Long story short ... I've been texting/calling Jose Urbano and the dealership since the first week I drove my car off the lot and every time he promised that he would have someone call me back and schedule something but it never happened. JOSE URBANO went back on his promises made at the time of sale. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from him as I had to contact management and the dealership regarding this issue because Jose Urbano went back on his promise.After contacting his manager and expressing my outrage, the manager took care of the problem right away and scheduled and appointment for the following week.

I bought my 2014 Explorer May 24th, and on May 25th it was at the service department. There are 2 problems. #1) noise coming from the lower right side of windshield. #2) some type of burning/chemical smell after acceleration. George the salesman confirm my problems after ride along. Today is May 29th and I was told my Explorer should be ready tomorrow May 30th. Customer Service after the purchase is awful. I am not recommending this dealership.

I brought my HHR in on Saturday without an appointment, because my grandson had spilt red punch on the seat. Jeremy took me right in and without hesitation sent the vehicle immediately to detail to have cleaned. He also noticed while writing me up that I was do for service, I quickly agreed to adding that on, one less trip. He had me in and out of there in a couple of hours. Awesome service!!! Will continue to praise the service guys at Lithia for a proffesional job they do.

Upon visiting different dealers in search for a purchase of my very first new car at the age of 60 years old, I visited Lithia Ford of Fresno. It was there my husband and I met Mat Powell. He was wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional in helping us choose and get what we wanted, a Ford Escape But shortly after our purchase, I began unexpected health problems which led to my need to resign my employment. After a year and half we had to return to Mat and ask for help to get our payments down and Mat did just that. We now own a Ford Fusion and we love it! So thanks to Mat, he saved us. I am posting this review due to the service I received during my last visit for service at Lithia. My vehicle needed some expensive repairs and I was just out of the Ford warranty period. I called and spoke with Angelic after contacting Ford customer service. She said she would speek to them and get right back to me, and she did. She told me the repairs would be covered and I would have to pay a very small amount. Then we set an appointment and the service was excellent. Her professional and punctual response was refreshing. I thought, some people do still care about customer service. Huh, that is rare these days.

I bought my car over two years ago and have been taking my car for routine services since. I have only been truly pleased probably 2 times. My phone calls are never returned when I have called to make an appointment and no one was available to answer the phone. I have had to call most times to see if my car is done when I do have it there. On a few occasions the cover for my seat has been removed from the crumpled up mess it is in on my seat. The shuttle has forgotten me once and I had to wait over 2 hours for them to find another driver to come get me, which was apologized for. Recently I was there for an oil change and asked them to replace the weather stripping on my sun roof as it had come off. They said it may take a little longer since they had to take it back to the body shop or different part of the service dept. I sat a waited for it and two hours later they came to tell me they didn't have the part they needed so I would have to come back. I am not sure why that took 2 hours to figure out. They told me the part should be in in a few days and they would call me to make an appointment when it was in. I had to call them 2 weeks later when I still had not heard from them. Today, I attempted to update my SYNC and the screen froze, so after and hour and 15 minutes I called the dealership to ask if I was able to turn off my car. I am still waiting for a phone call back from 2 different people (this was 2 plus hours ago). I called again to ask if I could bring it down to them and I was told I should bring it in later in the week. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and competency of this dealership and would not recommend anyone go through them.

Rick and Bill (William) were great to work with. Rick greeted me with respect and connected me with a sales person immediately as well as treated me as a VIP customer.Bill...was thorough in explaining the finance end of things and was very personable. These two individuals,and whoever else worked behind the scenes, to make my deal happen were all wonderful.Thank you Rick and Bill!!!!!My overall experience buying my 4th car from Lithia of Fresno was great (Thank you Rick Vidal and William Olivo). The Negative Part of my car purchase....My salesperson, Jesus Escobar was the only drawback of my experience. Although he appeared to be working hard at making the deal there were some qualities that did not sit well with me... ? There was begging/pleading that the deal be done that day because it was the last day of the month and he needed the sale.? During the test drive, the conversation focused on him and his child (due to knowing what I do for a living). I was there to buy a car not there to Pro Bono work.? When it was time to go fill the gas tank (which really should have been done already) the 20 minute trip consisted of him begging for a 100% highest score on the upcoming survey. He explained that he missed out on a bonus previously due to not receiving excellent across the board (as a customer, I should not have been told this). Even after I told him that I would give him a positive survey, he continued to beg and plead telling me its the most important part of the deal. REALLY?? My satisfaction should have been the most important or at least pretend that it is.? I brought my car in the following business day to ask about a large dirt mark on the front passenger (leather) seat that looked like a shoe print. I explained to him that I did not notice it until arriving home, as the seat was not empty (while test-driving and getting gas the salesperson was in the car and then my husband was in the seat on the way home. At first, Jesus response "are you sure the window tinting guys didn't do it?" I let him know that I noticed it before the windows were done. Jesus then told me to go buy leather cleaner and clean it myself but changed his response possibly due to seeing his manager looking. So, thank you for taking care of that.? When I received the mini survey (dealing with the Sync) I accidentally marked an answer that was not positive. Upon returning to the dealership (to inquire about the payoff of my trade in) Jesus confronted me on my answer and informed me that he got into trouble. This is not something that should have been done. If he wanted to say something, he should have asked if there was anything further he could do for me in regards to the Sync system, not confront me on my answers.? In response to my question about the payoff of my trade in, I felt that Jesus was disregarding my concern. I explained to him that a payment was coming up the following week and I needed to make sure that it would be paid off before the due date. I further explained to him that the bank told me that if the payment is not made that they would/could report to the credit bureau. Jesus educated me, letting me know that the bank just says that and that he has a lot of years experience and their statement is wrong. He stated that he would follow up with me and then greeted another customer before actually ending the conversation with me. He did call me the following day with a vague answer...but at least he followed through with a call.? Lack of follow through. Jesus has proven that his primary goal was the actual deal/getting his end of the month sale. I have had my car for just over 3 weeks; during this time, Jesus was supposed to get me a price on an accessory, which only takes contacting the parts department which is located on the same property. This was discussed while purchasing the vehicle. I have followed up with him on 3 occasions and have only received promises of him following through. Well, 3 weeks later I have given up. Although I am not happy with the actual sales person as I feel like he only views the customer as a dollar sign, I will continue to do business with Lithia Ford of Fresno due the other great people there.

Kendrick was very friendly and strait forward. He didn't try to hide anything from me. He worked late into the night to make that i would get the best possible deal. I will definitely use him in the future when recommending friends to buy cars.

My husband, daughter and I are from SC on business travel around the country and my car was totaled while we were down in Hollywood last week. I had a 2012 Ford Focus that protected us very well from the SUV that struck us. We have my husband's truck but I need a car myself. Since I loved my Focus I decided to get another and found a great pre owned 2012 Focus. I did a lot of research and went to other dealers but in the end I chose Lithia!I sent a message via their website late last night and Matt Powell called me and emailed me this morning and he was friendly as can be..no pressure. He was outside waiting on us to arrive. I went and test drove the Focus and decided to take her. Matt was great with trying to find us a deal, as we weren't really ready to purchase another car. I had to due to my car being totaled. Finance manager and Matt were great, knowledgable, professional and friendly.I am a diabetic and needed to eat but we had to wait to do our paperwork so Matt offered to go and get our lunch for us so we didn't have to leave. Now I call that service! All was smooth and I left with my new girl as I pay homage to my ole girl. Those of us from the south are very kind to others and are humbled when those show kindness and professionalism to others. This group showed us that after our bikes that were stolen, while locked up here in Fresno and my car totaled in LA (within 3 days of each other) this made up for it all! Thank you Matt!!! Todd went above and beyond for our family. He drove 30 minutes at 9 o'clock in the evening to our home so I could sign all the paperwork to finish the purchase of my husband's new car. He had everything ready to go so it took just a few minutes and the keys were ours.

We were on our way to Los Angeles when the tire inflation indicator on our 2013 Edge lit up. We were caught in a massive traffic jam and detour and were frantic by the time we got to the dealership. Howard told us to relax, he would pake care of everything. Turns out the two of the tires were not within 2 lbs of pressure of each other, that was the only problem. But, he had his service guys check all the tires and make sure there were no other issues. We were back on the road in 30 minutes and he did not charge us a thing! He really put our mind at ease and treated us as valued Ford owners.

I purchased a new 2013 Ford Flex Limited Ecoboost from this dealership. When I picked up the vehicle we looked it over, it was dark out but we did find that the lift gate motor was making a grinding noise and would not close the lift gate without assistance. This should have been noticed and repaired at the pre delivery inspection. I should not have had to deal with stuff like this on a new car.After getting the car home the next day while we had the car in the sunlight I noticed that the dash on the interior around the stereo had a couple of large gouges in it and I found that the hood did not line up with the fender on the right side.After talking to the sales manager and taking the car back to the service department I was told that I should thank them for taking care of the dash problem and that the problem with the lift gate is not the motor and probably something ells even though I already had another Ford dealer diagnose the problem. The service manager said that they dont do bodywork at their dealership but have a body shop they work with. Now this is not a used car this is a new 2013 that I just purchased and spent over $50000.00 on and this is the treatment I am getting after driving back to their dealership from over 120 miles away. They told me to come back next week, so this means I will have to drive another 140 miles to get the car back to them. They knew my situation before arriving and had me under the impression that I was there to drop off the vehicle and pick up a rental car then be going home to wait for them to fix the car. I have purchased 4 other vehicles from Chrysler and GM and all 4 were new off of the lots and I can honestly say that the level of service that i received from GM and Chrysler is far better than what i have seen from Ford. If this dealership wants to do the right thing they should pay a body shop locally located near me to take care of the hood problem and they should pay for the dash part and allow me to have another dealership install it while at the same time having the lift gate motor repaired. I also should not have to thank them for taking care of this stuff as this stuff should not have happened and should have been taken care of before the car was delivered to me but it is obvious that they do not look the car over very well. They do however drive them as I picked the car up it had 11 miles on it and the car just came from the factory so were they on a joy ride or were they there to actually do their job? The other thing that they should have noticed on their joy ride is that the steering wheel is not centered the way it should be, it is always turned to the right regardless of road condition and this should have been corrected.Update-The service manager called me first thing this morning and told me he is going to ship me the part for my dash and he will personally call the other Ford dealership local to me to tell them that the hood problem is a factory problem and to take care of it for me.Now I am happy, this is the level of service that I have become accustomed to with other manufactures. I will post an update after visiting the Elk Grove Ford dealership.UPDATE --- Posted 1-9-13It has now been over 3 months since I thought that all of the problems with the car were going to be taken care of. The only thing that they took care of was the lift gate motor and has told me that they would fix everything no problem. Well here I am and nothing has been done. I talked with the Service manager and his new thing now it that I will have to bring my car back to their dealership to have the problems corrected. This is not an option as they are over 140 miles away from me. The dealership knows this but doesnt seem to care, I realize that i made a huge mistake purchasing this car from them being that they are so far away from me but they were the only ones who had this car.Now what I did is contacted there corporate office who i spent about an hour with explaining to them what has happened and just after hanging up with them the Service manager contacted me and is now going to take care of this stuff as was originally planned.It is too bad that I had to jump thru hoops to get this stuff to where I am at currently but I guess that is what happens when dealing with a huge Corporation such as this one. The bigger the company the less they care about the customer. I learned that from now on if I run into trouble like this I will go directly to the GM or Corporate.Stay tuned for what I hope to be final update.

I was charged $450.00 to replace a $30.00 brake switch, one week later...same problem.I returned the truck and was told "we now think" it is the shifting mechanism which will cost another $500.00!!!! I dropped off my truck on a Friday at 10am and informed Daniel in service I HAD TO HAVE IT BACK by Monday night, he agreed. I phoned the service department FIVE TIMES on Monday and never spoke to a live person in the service department. At 5pm I drove across town to confront any live person in the service department. Daniel stated we have been very busy today, our service manager quit. I asked if my truck was ready and he said we are still looking at it. I asked if it, in fact, had been looked at? He admitted they had not touched the vehicle since it was dropped off on Friday morning!!! Why the general manager, Rick Vidal was not notified of his service department's total meltdown I will never know. But I have a choice as to where I take my $40,000 truck to get it serviced and I will guarantee it will NEVER be serviced at Lithia Ford in Fresno California at 195 e. Auto Center Drive. I suggest anyone looking into sales or service at this dealership think long and hard before doing business with them. Thank you,Bill Baldwin

Droped off my truck for repair 4 times for a total of 7 days because of the oil light. They change a part and return sometimes in a day sometimes 2 days and the can't fix the problem. One time they had the truck all day and didn't have time to look at it. All they can say is we can't find the problem and bring it back when you have time. This is not the first time either, last time it was the gas cap and engine light. That took 3 trips and 5 days in the service department. Thank God the truck is under warrenty for another year and has only 26500 miles on it. I would hate to see the labor cost for this piss poor repair. It's the last ford vehicle I will every buy if this is how they treat customers and take care of poor quality trucks.

I bring both my cars in for service regularly and am always greeted by friendly staff, my cars always are repaired correctly and in a timely fashion. I appreciate Louie's honesty and communication when I leave my vehicles with him. I have recommeneded Lithia Ford to all my friends and family. My mother in law, father in law, 3 cousins, 1 aunt, my brother, my sister in law and my parents have all bought their vehicles from Lithia Ford and maintained them at Lithia Ford as well. The staff at Lithia Ford of Fresno was very helpful, especially Jose U., he was very patient and very helpful into seeing that all my questions were answered. The finance department and the General Manager also helped me very much to see that I got the financing and a decent finance rate that made it possible to get me the car that I wanted. In the end I didn't not settle for a car I drove off the lot with the car that I had only wished I could get, the new Ford Flex. We love this new car and would not have been possible at the other dealerships we went too. We always go back to Lithia Ford. Thank you.

I took my car in for a standard service.The service manager wrote me up for a "standard service".I didn't realize (and it was NOT explained) that many of the service items recommended by Ford had been "upgraded" by the service manager (for example "inspect brake fluid/reservoir" was replaced with "flush brake fluid/reservoir"). This added a couple of hundred dollars to my service charge.I realize that I should have asked more questions (buyer beware), but I never expected the Ford dealer's service department to be so blatantly fraudulent.

The Experience that i had when i drove into the ford dealership was the worst experience that i have ever had at a ford dealer the salesman that i spoke to didn't know what he was talking about. the salesman tried to tell me that the Mustang GT500 that they had was a mustang GT500KR which it wasn't i know my mustangs and there is a difference i would rather go to Future Ford of Clovis at least the have salesmen that know what they are talking about and are more friendly.
