This was a great experience as the employees at Flammer Ford were all very good to me! Amy helped me with the warranty. She was kind and considerate through this process. I took my F350 in for service on Saturday 10/16 and dropped it off. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the recall on the front camera. Everything went good, went to pick it up and the parts had to be ordered for the recall. No big deal. Christian said I could come in on the next Saturday morning and get it knocked out. Then he said if I could get there by 5 on Friday, come in and get it knocked out. I showed up at 4:50 to get it done. The other service writer, Rob, said I would have to leave it because they close at 5. I told him Christian said it would get done. Christian was on the phone at this time. So Rob said he was leaving it to Christian and proceeded to close the doors to the garage. Christian got off the phone long enough to tell me that he didn’t say any of this and they were closing. I don’t mind bringing it in on a Saturday, just don’t tell me to bring it a different day and then deny telling me. This is poor service. This is also the commercial service. I will be going somewhere else for my service work. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the oil change and tire rotation even though I had to go back after I picked it up to have the air in my tires adjusted because the low air pressure light came on after I drive off.

I had a great experience purchasing my used car. First of all, the car is beautiful and in great shape. The salesman I dealt with, Floyd, was so helpful and answered all of my questions by demonstrating how to use the electronics on the car I bought. The finance lady, Suzanne, was kind and gracious and patient and answered all of my questions. The two year extended warranty that I purchased was a great deal for my situation. I definitely recommend this dealership and will use them again if I purchase another car.

I ordered some parts from Flammer Ford and some have been on back order. Now after 3 weeks and them trying to blame the recent hurricane for stuff not being shipped they are telling me that i havent paid them for the parts and that i owe them money. funny how i have the invoice and paid stamp on it and still not all of the parts. One time i went in there for tire balancing and i even had to show them how to use their own machine. incompetant at best. i wouldnt even let them put air in my tires now.

Insurance company tows my Jeep Wrangler here after being broadsided in an accident. 3 weeks for the bodywork which looks good so far. Rear wheel that was replaced was out of alignment and front and rear making a squealing noise. Took it back and it spent almost a week there. Assured it was fixed and noise gone - pulled out of dealer and still squealing. Took it back for another few days - said they fixed it again and noise gone-really? I drove around their lot and they heard the noises the first time. It spent last week in there (3rd trip) and they realized the axle was bent in the used rear end that was put in due to the accident. Replaced the axle apparently never checked the front axle area-gave it back to me said noises were gone. I pulled onto 19 and my hood was flapping-they did not lock down the exterior hood locks. In addition the front wheel is still squealing. Service mgr. Frank said he would give us status during the week-never did and we had to call to see if it was ready. Spoke with Megan and she was "sorry" about the hood not being latched (could have caused an accident but whatever) and sorry that they couldn't fix the noise and that she would "speak to Frank" about his lack of follow up. Numerous times I asked that maybe it should go to a Jeep dealer but Flammer apparently wanted to continue to bleed the insurance company dry. 6 weeks totsl time there and not properly repaired. I will be taking it elsewhere to get it repaired properly. There are no words to convey my disappointment in their handling of this situation. And we have purchased vehicles there in the past. No more. Thanks alot for all the aggravation you cost us instead of just admitting defeat.

Today I bought a brand new car at Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs, FL. My parents have bought several cars there in the past and recommended them strongly, and they were totally right! Scott Gnong was my sales guy and he's absolutely top notch! He was kind and patient and went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted and needed, and then was wonderful all the way through the paperwork and even showed me how to use the Bluetooth feature with my phone. Scott and the Flammer Ford team are truly the best! I'm so thankful to have met them and bought my new car there! (BTW, it's a Ford Focus, and I LOVE IT!!) P.S. Steve in finance was amazing as well. I feel so lucky to have met these great folks!

i walked into Karl Flammer expecting to find a car for a good price. i expected the staff to be friendly, and to know the answers to any and every question i could ask. I expected to be treated like a person and not like a potential lease. On all counts i found my expectations met and exceeded. i never felt out of place or like i was being "sold" something, my needs were the main focus, and when it came time to discuss the finer details Tom went above and beyond for me and for that I thank you. After a long bout with a troubled truck, Scott and Steve were able to help me find a solution to put my stress at ease. This was the first time I ever experienced a bad vehicle which forced me to look at trading up. Steve and Scott searched high and low to help me find a truck that would fit my needs while falling within my budget set aside. I have been happy with the new f150 economist with the 3.5. The torque towing my boat is amazing for a gas engine. When you run a business and tow 8500lbs of boat behind you regularly, you need the tools to get the job done. With that, I never worry about pulling my boat safely down the road or even out of the ramp. I watch many others get stuck, particularly with ram trucks, where I don't even break a sweat or the tires loose for that matter. Thank you Scott and Steve for all tour help.

I brought my truck in for a door replacement from an accident. I did not quibble on the price or try and negotiate my deductible. My only request was that my vehicle come out as clean as it came in, no orange peel and no over spray. When I was told my vehicle was ready, the paint did not match with the back fender. There w ere scuffs inside the door jam that was spotless and clean prior. The bed had to be shifted and as a result there were scratches by the bed bolts they attempted to touch up with a color that obviously was lighter. The estimator told me they weren't about to "chase the paint around in order for it to match. I was stuck there waiting for another rental and initially had to pay this additional out of pocket. The estimator later told me later on the phone that they couldn't come up to the standard I expected. I spoke to the body shop manger the next day who stated I was expecting custom work and I should go to a custom paint shop. All I asked I requested is no orange peel and the paint should match. This is a stock paint. This isn't a difficult request. When my vehicle was ready a week later everything looked good, they got extra supplemental money from the insurance company.....except for the new dent in my tailgate above the handle. I only went there because my insurance had recommended I take it there. I will NEVER do business again or deal with those disrespectful, condescending, inept and unprofessional people in that body shop.I also called and left a message for the "upper management" to convey this horrible experience, but never received any reply or correspondence. Stay far away from this pretend operation.

We love our Ford Trucks but sometimes we don't always love some of the finishing touches Ford puts on them. Jim is WONDERFUL to work with! Friendly, Reasonable with pricing for small custom paint jobs and treats our cars as if they were his own! Great attention to details and always compliments the finished product! We came here to purchase a car for our daughter for her 16th birthday. We bought her a certified Focus 1 year old and had a great experience with the salea department who were friendly, very accomodating and prepared everything for us as asked so we did not have to wait around. We arrived after they called and told us it was ready, signed, and got the keys. We felt they were fair, honest, and easy to work with. After a couple weeks we noticed the car driving rough, as if it were a stick shift not fully engaged in gear sometimes. Service center said these cars have a different engine, being manual with an automatic but they would check it out. After dropping it off and listening to what he said, I researched problems with this specific presentation and read hundreds of horror stories of what dealers have put customers through with no resolution. I thought for sure it would be a battle to have repaired and was ready for a fight when I checked on status. I was surprised after all I had read, to hear them say they had located the problem, ordered the parts and will have it replaced to ensure there are no safety concerns. They gave me a loaner vehicle, and an itemized print out of repairs and everything that was checked. I just picked it up and drove around to ensure it was running smooth for my daughter, and it is running perfect, a huge noticeable improvement with no jerking or jumping. I am very pleased, pleasantly surprised and will be back for any service needs. I have never had such a smooth repair with no "hidden" surprises at any servicer, dealer or repair shop. I would reccomend to all my friends & family.

I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this dealership. The customer service was aweful. To make up for the low advertised price on your vehicle, they made up problems with my'trade in to low ball it. I pulled the blue book when i got home and the offer was less than half of what my vehicle is worth. They were extremely disrespectful to me. Worst of all, they refused to give me back the credit app that they made me fill out. I will be purchasing that vehicle and may even end up payng more for it, but it won't be with your dealership.

I was involved in a car accident and took my car there to get repaired in their body shop. and they ordered the wrong head light, i had to pay for a rental for 3 extra days because of their mistake.. after waiting for all those days they installed the wrong headlight again..had me wait for another two days.. i had to come back 2-3 times for something that should have been done right the first timethey billed my insurance for an alignment and didn't even do it.. or if it was done it wasn't done right at all.. i addressed the attention right away after i drove the vehicle i noticed it.. I told the manager and he kept saying they did it.. i had to take my car in to Tires Plus and had them check the alignment and it was completely off! I even have paperwork to prove it! and they told me to take it back in to Karl Flammer ford to get it done right.. i called them and spoke to the a receptionist name Toni in the collision center and she started arguing with me and telling me that she doesn't have enough time to handle this right now and to call back on Monday and she might be able to talk to the mechanic then and that the manager Jim is not there and won't be back for a while because he is out for surgery , i actually dealt with jim prior to him leaving and he was and tried to be helpful but this lady was just rude.. i shouldn't have to wait and keep coming back over and over again for something that was supposed to be done right the first time.. they also didn't know or how to fix my light/tail light and sent me somewhere else to get it figured out and i had to take my car to a different shop and i paid for it and asked them to take of it like they said they would do and she asks me to call next week. bottom line is customers shouldn't have to come back multiple times to take care of a simple issue when it should have been taken care of the first time! i brought my car to you guys hoping you guys would do the job right the first time and this was not the case at all.. your mechanics installed the wrong head light twice!, didn't do the alignment right and couldn't even figure out a small problem with my tail light/break light and had me go somewhere else. and then when i call you guys to address the problem and correct it, you guys tell me you don't have the time or staff and to call next week! is this really Right?? being involved in an Accident is already stressful enough and you guys not doing your job right doesn't help the situation especially when you're billing everything to my insurance and then you don't do the work right! you've incurred me 4 days more of renting a car and hours and hours of my time and still haven't resolved the problem..I will call my insurance and have them switch me to a different body shop and i will never use or recommend you guys to no body! very poor service and customer service.. you guys don't deserve to be farmers preferred shops.. i will also address that to them!!!

would like to say that when we went to the dealership the salesman we met was sean and right off the bat he just talked with us and let us look around and took a mustang for a test drive girlfriend loves them and im not a ford person .Then took a 2015 mustang for a ride i was very impressed on how it drove and sean thornburgh explained everything on the car and when said and done it was a deal but it was late and they had to wait till saturday to do singing they had our appt set up for saturday and when we arrived averything was set up and got in and done in no time i will say this i am happy to have went there they went above what i anticipated and looking forward to taking car there for service if that dept was as helpful as the sales dept and also steve from finace for a great and friendly experience

I wanted to purchase a Transit Connect. I searched on cars.com and some other car selling websites and found a listing for a Transit Connect at Karl Flammer Ford. Our salesman, Jeff Brookins, was absolutely wonderful. He answered all our questions, took extra pictures of the vehicle to send us, and worked with us to complete as much paperwork as possible before we drove to Florida to purchase our vehicle. (We live in South Carolina.) When we arrived, we did a test drive of the vehicle, signed some paperwork, traded in our current vehicle (we had sent a bunch of pictures and they had given us a quote before we even arrived), and were done in less than an hour. (Then we drove to a near-by restaurant recommended by Jeff.) An extremely efficient and pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend doing business with Karl Flammer Ford.

As usual I used Rob Bender as my service consultant. In addition to an air filter, oil change and filter and an alignment I needed 4 new Michelin tires. Rob fixed me up with the new tires. The price of the tires was $120 less than the price recently quoted to me by Tire Kingdom. In addition, due to a promotion, I will be receiving a $60 rebate. Went in for an oil change at 9am and it took til 2pm to get out. I had them check a couple minor issues but they told me the car was done except paperwork at 1200 and when i showed up at1pm they said they havent started the oil change yet. When my warranty is up i will take it elsewhere.

Needed immediate service because leaving for home in Michigan in a few days. My tire light went on. Got appointment right away. They did full maintenance check of car while checking tire air pressure and rotating tires. Also identified four year old battery needed replacement soon. I purchased my 2010 Fusion in 12/13 and my daughter bought her 2014 Focus from Karl Flammer in 9/14 due to my excellent buying and maintenance experiences. The purchase process is seamless and the sales staff go incredibly out of their way to accomodate their customers. Their service staff is professional and the prices are competitive, not the usual inflated horror stories that you hear about dealerships. It 's always a pleasure to visit Flammer. Even though I was a few minutes late for my service appointment, a simple call to let Robert know I was late and he fully understood and told me on to worry and just get in safely. Well, when I arrived I truly expected to have to wait a while, but Robert took my vehicle right in and had the technician start on it immediately. I was in and out in under an hour. I just stopped to look at used cars and bought a new Taurus. I didn't think I possibly afford this car but with the help of Doug Gerhardt and Jeremy Reger, they made it happen! I came in to have my oil changed. It was due. While they had it they found two things that they took care of. it. It was a oil leak and they replaced valve cover gaskets, and oil filter adapter o ring.also found wire coating crumbling at the coil pack connection.. I never question his work I thing I have been going to Mr. Bender for many years. We have purchase 5 suv's from Flammer ford. So I trust him.

Our experience recently with Scott Gnong and the rest of the Karl Flammer team was outstanding! After shopping around at other dealerships for an Expedition, we decided to go to Karl FLammer. My experience at the dealership is always good. I've been going there for all the maintance for my car since k bought it. i just got new tires put on my car and what a difference it has made! Only negative thing is I think they forgot to remove the plastic off something when they installed the tires because I had to remove these long plastic things from under my car.

The last Fusion I purchased was in 2006 and it was the best car I ever owned. Bought a new 2015 Fusion se because of it and am glad I did. Ford has done an amazing job with the Fusion. Quiet, Spacious, comfortable and attractive. I have purchased many cars over the years and was always leery of shyster dealerships I have had a bad time at. Bought both Fusions at Karl Flammer Ford and both were a pleasure. The staff spent hours with me test driving and explaining improvements to the new car and the whole car buying process was great. It is too soon to tell you about the service quality. I will tell you Mr. Esposito was very helpful and explained things well. Messrs. Bender and Bauer were also very courteous and helpful. Mr. Bender got me safely to your dealership with his advice regarding my overheating engine. I have no complaints regarding how I was treated. I do feel the rental car was a bit expensive. I am not familiar with rental car prices in Florida so the $224.00 was a surprise when I paid for its 6 day use. The Pit Crew are absolutely fabulous!! Though I wish some checking could have been done before the Service Rep started jumping the gun mostly stating that the battery was definitely DEAD. In my case, this was not the problem except for an attachment was placed there was not securely put back on tightly as orginally done. (I had a minor car accident (front end) which jiggled the insides of the motor and attachments which may have caused this item to loosen up.)Otherwise, professionalism was noted by ALL during this Holiday Season and the car is running much better now.Thank Karl Flammer Ford's experienced representatives all around. The staff at the dealership were very helpful. They fit me into their schedule for an appointment. My appointment was for an oil change on my F150 pickup, and while the vehicle was there, they looked into a minor defect with a window switch. The switch was repaired during the oil change. Overall, the service experience was very good.A very nice touch for a service visit, that is already being incorporated elsewhere, would be a complimentary car wash on site as part of the service.

Found the model I wanted on the internet. Placed a call to the dealer and they helped verify that it was still in stock and we negotiated a fair price over the phone. Drove to the dealer, did the paperwork and left. Easy.I would recommend that Ford invest in some software to pre-fill all the forms so all I have to do is sign and drive away. There are a ridiculous number of papers that have to be completed. I've closed on homes faster than the car paperwork process.

I had just purchased my car less then 30 days. It was a certified car. I had to bring it in for service within 30 days which I thought was odd. I only purchased that car with that many miles on it because of the certification. When I picked it up there was grease on the carpet and side panel. The service performed was very quick after some confusion/incorrect information ahead of time with the appt request and service request details within it, which was submitted online.There seems to be ongoing issues with requesting appt's online and getting it scheduled correctly and at the time requested vs. calling to request an appt, which is inconvenient for customers who work long hours.Regardless, I can always count on Flammer service personnel after arrival for service performing the things I need at a fair price and explaining any issues in simple terms. In addition, I am consistently treated as a valued customer when I visit or talk via phone with the service dept, something I have not always experienced with other local dealers.

We leased a 2015 Ford Escape. We've never leased before so we're taking a gamble that this option will work for us. We went to Karl Flammer Ford because its where we purchased our Mustang. We had such a great purchasing experience then we knew we only will shop at Karl Flammer Ford. We were right in coming back. Our Sales Rep Scott was friendly (not overly) and knowledgeable about Ford products. What was especially great us that Scott was not pushy. We explained what we wanted and he delivered in every aspect. Another bonus is that he only had to get final approval on negotiations once. No going back and forth, haggling, waiting, etc. We got exactly what we wanted and feel confident our Escape will serve us well! Thank you Karl Flammer Ford, we'll be back for another Ford..... Possibly an F-150.

WE have been looking for two years for this exact car.. When we talked to the sales person he pulled the keys until we came over the next day.. The first offer on our trade in was low, but we were able to reach a common ground to make the deal.. We love the car ALOT.. Tale of two cities: My business is in Apopka, Florida. At this location, I used a Ford Dealership for the fast lane service. I purchased 3 F150s from the same salesman and have high regards for the sales service. I am able to always pay the invoice price-(friends and family from Donna Winslow-Mr Flammer knows Donna), etc. BUT when it comes to their service, especially fast lane, I have had farely poor attention. Although marketed as fast lane, I can seldom get in and the wait is long.Klammer- Excellent service, excellent attention. Your staff even gives me a time to bring the truck in on the same day. Excellent service and communication with Mike(service rep). Your dealership takes me into the service bay to show me any problems that need to be addressed. I will continue to visit Klammer for my service needs on this F150. Again excellent staff, no attitudes, professional.

We did expect some waiting time as we had to be fit in for our oil change. Also we were told we needed the tires aligned. The wait was not long at all and we were thankful for the alignment as we are driving to WV in Nov.Thank you to the Service Center for your special care!

Although someone in the body shop made an error by overlooking a bent tie rod after an accident, the service department ad body shop found it and completed the repairs needed to get us safely on the road. Mistakes can be made, but it is how you handle them that make the difference between a one time customer and a customer for life...I am the latter! Staff was helpful and professional.

Our experience at your facility was very pleasant. Personal was very polite & worked with us to make a deal and at the same time was not pushing and putting pressure on us. We both like the FORD Escape. However, I have 1 dislike....the front seats are not long enough. I am used to sitting in a seat with longer seat length & the passenager seat is more contour around the back. Hopefully I will get used to it. My purchase experience was Flawless! I basically purchased the car sight unseen via the phone and internet. My sales person Jeff Brookins was very responsive, offered a detailed spot on assessment of the cars condition and was a pleasure to deal with. The finance manager Steve was very professional, expeditiously handled our finance app and had the paperwork all complete and ready upon our arrival. My Fiance and I purchased a Jeep Compass. The service from the staff was fantastic before we ever got to the dealership. My Fiance made an appointment to see this car and right away received informative responses. Upon our arrival we were immediately approached by the appropriate staff, welcomed in and everything was ready. We were nervous because of previous experiences at other dealerships, the staff quickly made us comfortable. We were working on a time limit and the entire staff was able to get us in and out with the car my Fiance wanted with no problems. It was the best car buying experience I'd ever had. I originally visited your dealership to get my Mercury Marquis repaired but decided to trade up instead. Friendly efficient people, good price. I guess the only issue is the muscle cramps from all the forms that needed to be signed. Oh, one more thing. Its very very hard to read your domain name to a non-American clerk at the insurance company so that they could email the ID cards. Might I suggest you try purchasing KFFord.com as a web domain? I'm pretty sure no one else is using it.

The appointment was made by telephone at about 11:30 AM - it was for noon. I arrived at the dealership at about 11:50 AM. By about noon, I was in the waiting room and my car was on its way to the service folks. By about 1:15 PM I was informed my car was ready and that all of the service work was completed. I was told that I probably should rotate my tires every 5k miles or so which I will do.

2011 EdgeService is okay. Intermittent issue not being resolved is irritating, but not the dealership's fault. Staff was as helpful as they could be.Outlet cover missing from outlet in waiting room could really hurt someone. That needs to be fixed, especially if it's a live outlet. (Near vending machine)

I live in Pensacola, Fl and was looking for a preowned Honda Element with low miles. I had been looking online for several weeks when I located this one, 7 hours away. Ted Chronis took time, despite the heat, to call me from his cell as he did a front to back, inside and out, review of the car and described any paint nicks or scratches. He was patient and not high pressure. We purchased the car and had it delivered so I never saw the car until they unloaded it from the truck. It was exactly as he said and it has been the most pleasant car buying experience ever for me.

I now own my dad's truck and over the years have not had good experiences with the ford service in clearwater. I know of the Flammer family through my son's school and I was impressed enough that when I came to own the truck I would try the service out. So far I have used the parts dept for minor parts and the service just for oil changes. I don't mind the drive from clearwater for the good service. I do wish there was a price sheet for recommended service intervals. That would be a great help in knowing a base line of what to expect as I get close to those times.

Great to know they "ALWAYS" use Ford genuine parts. Also when topping off your oil levels and windshield washer fluid they use Fold oils and Ford concentrated washer soap. All these little extras are at no charge! Thank you

My 2012 Fiesta windshield washer sprayers stopped working. Staff looked under the hood and found the tube was crimped by the hood hinge. After splicing the hose and correcting its position, all is back to working order. It took less than an hour to correct and I was on my way. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Service has always been great.

I brought my 2008 Focus in for the 60k mile service with Robert Bender and his crew. I was informed ahead of time that I would need to leave my car overnight due to some problems with the air conditioning system and Robert kept me informed of what was going on with the service. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick and couldn't get in to pick up my car for several days, but Robert said not to worry and just get better. I went in to get my car the next week and Robert saw me and asked how I was feeling and put his hand on my shoulder in a way of showing compassion and care of his customers. Now, I realize that he sees many people in a day of work, but to remember someone that only comes in once every few months, that really shows how much he cares about his customers. I have also experienced the same quality of service with Mike Palermo when he was my service advisor. The service department of Karl Flammer Ford, as well as the front offices and sales department, are the best in customer satisfaction. That's why I asked to speak with the top person the day I got my car. Fortunately for me, I was able to see Meghan Flammer and express my satisfaction. Great job to everyone there at Karl Flammer. Thank you all.

I have a 2008 F-150 that I will not take anywhere else when it comes to my service needs. Rob Bender is the best service advisor that I have ever encountered. I actually pass 2 Ford dealerships (CountrySide Ford and Walker Ford) to get to Karl Flammer to have my truck worked on.I have been to other service places & they do not compare to how you are treated at Karl Flammer. Whether it is they guys in the service bay to a lot porter...the service staff is GREAT. They make you feel comfortable and like part of the family as opposed to just another customer. This is my 4th Ford vehicle and I will never take it anywhere else for service.

I had punctured the side wall of the tire on my vehicle. When I came in the tire was not in stock and the dealer in Port Richey had one but would not allow you to use it. Rob had a tire shipped in from out of state, and by the next day I was on the road again. The Rob asked me if I had purchased the tire road hazard protection when I leased the vehicle, I did not remember it as part of the maintenance package that came with the lease. I don't remember Chris (salesman) asking me about it but it is a good idea with the cost of 19' tires for customer purchasing or leasing vehicles with large custom wheels. I suggest that you tell all sales people to push this protection.

We traded in a 2006 F150 for a 2014 F150 with Ecoboost (needed extra towing capability). We started the process by taking our 2006 in for some major repairs. The service department was exceptional. They stayed in contact with us along the way, capped the price of repairs even though I'm sure the effort went above and beyond, and got the truck humming along again. We ended up trading it in, which leads into our sales experience. The sales team was second-to-none. We were fortunate to have a great salesman (Scott) while also being able to obtain some valuable insight from the Sales Manager (Jeff Swift) who pointed us in the right direction. By the time the sale was complete, we had also worked with Ted C. (master of all electronics), the used car manager, and a financial wizard (Rick). Not one bad experience in the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership!

A spark plug broke deep inside the head of the engine of my truck. On the recommendation of a friend I went to Flammer Ford. Rob Bender called and told me it was repaired and due to his courteous demeanor I authorized additional work. I went to look at new trucks with no intention to purchase now and met Scott Gnong. Over the next couple of days I searched the internet for trucks and spoke to several salesmen. I returned to Scott and told him what I found. Instead of being pushy he simply gave me options. Jeff Swift was very friendly and gave me additional technical advice that led me to an F150 FX4. After purchasing over a dozen vehicles over the years, I had given up on anything but a grueling car buying experience. This purchase was actually enjoyable due to Scott guiding us and asking others on the staff to help us out. I recommend not only Scott but also Flammer Ford as a dealer that will help you buy a vehicle instead of just selling you one!

I used to love this dealership for a number of reasons: Friendly personnel, Accommodating, Knowledge, special attention to the customer, going out of their way to make things right - all of which ceased to exist on my last visit. That's really all it took to chase me out of there and seriously consider never going back even though my vehicle is still under warranty! I don't know if the service representative/manager was having a bad day or what. I can tell you that he was not my regular service advisor as my regular service advisor was unfortunately out sick. Didn't really seem to care too much about assisting me, listening to me, and I felt he was belittling me. Right now, even though my truck is under warranty, I am having it serviced elsewhere. This dealership couln't even find a major problem in the front end of my truck, but we had no trouble finding the problem at another shop. I'm even purchasing new tires elsewhere instead of the dealership & they are being installed as I type all because the advisor wouldn't listen to me and thinks I am one of those people that can be taken advantage of. So, basically they lost a sale or two as I am having brakes done as well. All because of the actions of the service advisor/manager. He came off as kind of rude, & belittling (like I mentioned earlier), and did not seem to care or listen very well. I TOLD him what I did NOT want, yet he did it anyway. Then he tried to charge me $100 JUST TO LOOK for a problem while up on the rack. Ridiculous. I hated being there.

Ted and the sales staff at Flammer in Tarpon did a great job with my deal on a new F350 Crew Cab. The price was the best that I found in a statewide search, and they gave me the most credit for my trade in. The buying process was quick and painless :) I would highly recommend contacting Mr. Chronis if you are in the market for a new Ford. Another superb service as usual! Definitely Rob Bender is the BEST of the BEST! Always service with a smile and gives that personal touch that makes everyone feel special. It keeps me coming back. I have to say though, today service was even more so extraordinary, along with getting an oil change, replacing air in the tires with Nitro and installing a front license plate done by Julio Rodriguez, who did an exceptional job, Thank YOU Julio, I also had my vehicle detailed by Pat. The quality of the detail was totally Awesome, looked like a new car both inside and out. But what was even more Awesome is when I got in my car to leave, I noticed 2 5$ in the cup holder. A feeling of great gratitude came over me, like WOW, how amazing, this doesn't happen too many times. It was very heartwarming!! I looked for Rob, but he wasn't in his office, so I headed back home and called him. My wife booked the 2012 focus in for a parking break repair for 8 am on a Saturday, what a waste of time, parked the car in the line and stood in a queue for 20 mins while any one in front that didn't have an appointment was served before me, mentioned this to the service rep and got a whole lot of attitude , poor service as well, left without getting repair done while the service rep still shouting at us, disgraceful service dept , shame on you karl flammer ford , this will be the last new car I will buy from you..

My first experience with this dealership was in October of 2013. It was extraordinarily great; I told my friends at work that it was wonderful. My experience in February of 2014 was the exact opposite. The interior hood release was broken, so I took it in for repair. I arrived at my appointment time (7:30 am) and was ignored for 10 minutes. "Service" individuals walked all around me, yet no one asked if I had been helped. One individual stated "they are coming in droves today". Nothing like hearing that to make a customer feel like she is an annoynance rather than a valued customer. When I finally found someone to help me, my "service advisor" was rude, even suggesting that I had abused my car resulting in the broken part. Despite being a previous customer, my name was spelled wrong, making it difficult to find my reservation for service. After 2 1/2 days, the appropriate part finally was acquired and my car was released to me. The windshield wiper fluid had not been replaced as I had requested. The car was dirty. At least I wasn't charged, for the repair was covered by warranty.Will I return? Maybe, but only for the convenient location of the dealership. At least this time, I know to expect poor service and won't be disappointed.

I contacted Karl Flammer Ford through their internet sales and had a great experience. I was also dealing with two other dealerships trying to get the best deal for a 2014 Mustang Premium. Tom, my sales representative, responded quickly and with answers to my emails. He would, on average, respond to my emails within two hours of sending them, which was beyond helpful! We were able to come to an amazing deal! Upon arriving at the dealership (which was a 3 hour drive away), I was able to test drive the vehicle. I immediately fell in love and finished all the paperwork. Richard, their financial manager, was amazing. He answered all my questions, spent the time to go over all my options, and was able to get me a fantastic deal. Paperwork was quick and painless! I would recommend Karl Flammer Ford to all my friends and family. Their customer service representatives called a week later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and asked if there was anything they could help with! I LOVE my new Mustang!!

I was looking to replace a Ford that was totaled when I was hit by a drunk driver. My Insurance Company told me that my car is what saved me during this violent accident. My internet search brought me to Karl Flammer Ford, although they were over 3 hours away from me. Tom Sfero was a perfect salesman. No pressure, no hassle, friendly, very helpful, and respectful. I have to admit I did not purchase this vehicle from Karl Flammer Ford, but bought an identical vehicle from a neighboring Ford dealer based only on color combination. When searching for a specific used vehicle, that is usually something you have no choice of. The color they have, is what was traded to them. It just so happened another dealership had the same vehicle in the color combination that I originally had, so that is what my purchase choice ended up being based on, exterior and interior color combination. Tom even emailed me when the vehicle I was considering was sold to inform me of the sale. Then I had a follow up email from Meghan Flammer asking what they could have done differently to had earned my business. No answer was NOTHING! My decision was based on color only. With that being said, I was so impressed with the internet treatment by Tom and Meghan that I felt it necessary to at least thank them with a positive review and to let others know not to be wary of internet sales on a vehicle. I would highly recommend Karl Flammer Ford and their internet department.

I actually went in to get the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta, so he showed me other options. Starting at the front door with Rob Bender right on into the actual service department is a very good experience. Very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly employees. Your employees make you feel very comfortable about being there. As far as we are concerned Karl Flammer Ford should definitely be at the top of the Ford dealerships.

I just purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from Karl Flammer ford. I am an old dog, I have been purchasing and leasing cars for more years than I want to remember. The majority of the vehicles were Ford and Lincoln cars. This last purchase of the Ford Escape, was as smooth and painless as I can recall. My salesman s name is Rich Farah, I had never met him before. He was courteous, knowlegable, and friendly.Normally I leave a car dealer, with my blood pressure soaring. It usually is not fun. After searching online for a 2013 Ford Fiesta, Karl Flammer Ford had good prices listed online, and Is fairly close to where we live. After emailing them for info about the car we were interested in, we received a fairly quick response from Ted Chronis, internet sales consultant. I called him and set up an appointment for the next day. Ted is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He took us for a nice test drive, and answered all of our questions. Since we already had financing, all we had to do was negotiate the price and trade-in value. I believe we got a fair deal on both.We are both very happy with our new car, and the experience dealing with Karl Flammer Ford.

Tom Sfero, the internet sales person at Karl Flammer Ford, was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a used truck. I got a very fair deal with minimal haggling, and everything was done in a very friendly, open, and honest manner.

Responsive sales person before and after sales. Helpful induction to vehicle's capabilities. Comparatively good pricing. Drove about 30 miles from home to buy this SUV but it was worth it. Overall a great buying experience.

My truck was left there over memorial day weekend. When i received it back, there was a crack in my windshield & they spun my new tires which caused a flat spot. No apology. Horrible service! Stay away!! Service mgr was extremely rude & called me a liar. Very unprofessional.

Brian greeted us the parking lot, he enquired about our needs and wants and heard us out. He was extrememly knowledgeable of the automobiles we were looking at. After a short time we realized he was also knew about financing and our purchasing agreement. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we were very comfortable in our dealing. We intend to go back for a tutorial on the features of our "new" car. We felt the deal was fair and we were offered a fair price for our trade in. The financing personlo was very knowledgable and explained everything very precisely along with each option with no preasure to accept anything, simply explaining the benefits of each. I went to Kark Flammer to check out the value of my 2004 Ford Escape and compare the prices of newer used Escapes. No real intention of buying that night...Brian Hall met me and began to show me what was on the lot per my above interest. I called my son to get feed back on the possible deal available and was asked why I didn't want a new Escape (I had told Brian I didn't like the looks of the 2013). We then started playing with figures for the new Escape. The man in accounting was a delight too. The entire time I never felt rushed, pressured; I was offered something to drink. It was as if Brian had nothing in the world to do but work with me on this. Most pleasant car buy I have ever had.I have been taking my old Escape to Karl Flammer for years for service and had the same pleasant experience with everyone and Mike Palermo in particular in the service department.Thank you Karl Flammer for making car buying a fun experience.Linda Carlisle

This is the third car that I have purchased from Karl Flammer since 1993. Each transaction has always been pleasant and professional. This last car was a used MINI Cooper that was in great shape and I've been very happy with it. Mack was a pleasure to work with, as are all the people at Karl Flammer. I was recently in the market for a new F-150 Ford. I did my homework visiting about 4 or 5 dealers. When I walked in Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs, Fla., my search for the right dealer was over. I haven't had that much fun buying a new vehicle... EVER ! My salesman Jeff was professional, and loads of fun to deal with. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It was fast, honest, and with no pressure whatsoever. I bought the new 2013 Lariat F-150, for the right price, and the truck is everything I wanted and more. If you are in the market for a vehicle, don't pass Flammer Ford by. They've earned my respect and trust, and my vote !!!

I highly recommend Karl Flammer Ford for their service department. I recently had my F150 serviced at the dealership and once again was very pleased with the service performed and rapid turn-around time. Rob Bender, the service advisor, is always professional, listens closely to the description of the problem and keeps me informed on the status of the repair and cost. My truck was ready when promissed and the repairs were done correctly. I will continue to go to Rob and Karl Flammer Ford for any future repairs, (however the F150 rarely needs it). KC

I was recommended to karl Flammer Ford by Rob Bender , who is a parent of one of my previous students at school. I first went to Karl Flammer Ford 2 years ago to purchase a F-150> with Robs help and the Flammer Ford team I was able to get into that F-150. It was beautiful.This past year I was foolish enough to trade out of my beautiful truck for a little sports car. Was a big mistake . I lived with it for 9 months and recalled Rob Bender who once again hooked me up with the Flammer team and happy to say I was able to get back into an F- 150 with lots of Flammer team help. I will never trade out of my Ford again unless it is for a new Ford . We purchased a new Flex in 2009, it was a Demo & the windows were tinted. This week we were pulled over by a Pinellas County Sheriff's deputy who measured the amount of light penetrating our film. We were told this dark film was illegal, yet the dealership sold the car to us this way. One would expect the dealership to know the auto laws & abide by them.We contacted the dealership and they were "shocked" that they would have installed illegal film on the Flex. Ultimately,they did the right thing and are in the process removing the illegal film & installing legal film., at no cost to us. We are very happy with our Flex. Very luxurious ride & lots of room. Also, Bobby Bender in the service department has always been the ultimate professional in dealing with us for our regular service work, prompt call backs & follow ups. The only person we did not get a return call from was Jim Flammer (General Manager)& we left 2 messages.

Let's just say I was told my car was ready at noon, when I went to pick it up, I waited an hour for someone to bring it to the finished area. My opinion is that customer's shouldn't have to go and ask every 5 minutes if their vehicle is done.

I connected with Tom Sfero via internet sales. Handled negotiations and agreed on a price before coming to the dealership in person. When we arrived, the car was parked out front ready for us to test drive. The car was just as represented. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even though the dealership was not the closest to our home, dealing with Tom was worth the drive.

When I arrived at your dealership, the car I inquired about online was out front, ready for inspection and presented just as it was described online. Their respect for the value my trade in was so refreshing, vs. the low ball games I had experienced elsewhere. I really feel that our transaction was a win-win for both of us. Best car buying experience ever! Purchased a very low mileage pre-owned car. Dealership (Tom Sfero, sales) was very accommodating in my request to have the car independently inspected. The car was top notch in every way and the price was an outstanding value. The transaction was smooth from start to finish, and I highly recommend this dealership. I had such a terrific experience I will be going back to have my vehicle routinely serviced at this dealership. In a world where customer service seems to be a low priority for may organizations Karl Flammer Ford continues to stand out. In the past I've taken fleet vehicles to Karl Flammer for service and have always been very satisfied. Last week I needed service on my wife's personal vehicle. No one looks forward to having their car serviced as it is sure to separate you from your time and money. That being said Mike Palermo made this about as good an experience as one can have getting a vehicle serviced. What a great representative he is for the dealership.Also Wayne, Todd, Ernie and Joe were professional, pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Jeff and his staff railroaded me into believing my $9000 trade was only worth 6000 as well as convincing me that it needed all kinds of work that I couldn't afford. We are very disappointed with our experience. The day after we tried to return the vehicle only to be told that the $9000 car we traded was not there. I looked online this morning and there it was. I called to get it back and he said no way. The car we took was misrepresented to be worth more than it is. It was in a rear end collision, has many cooling problems the rear wheel has a leak and it constantly smells like burning coolant. All we want is a fair trade not to be bent over and raped by Karl Flammer ford. This is highly unethical, all I wanted was a more fuel efficient comparable trade for the car I had. Now we have a Lemon with 108000 miles on it. the taurus only had about 62.

Total rip-off. Needed recall work on my f-350. It was not running because of the recalled part, cam position sensor, so I had it towed in. The truck was previously running and just quit. (just like a cam sensor) Was told IF the repair didn't fix it they would do a diagnostics check. Got a call saying the repair didn't fix it but they ran the diagnostics and it would cost me $1000 to fix it which I declined. I went to the dealership and had to pay $100 for a diagnostic check to get my key back so I could check it out. The truck started right up(just like I thought it would). Now, in order to do a diagnostics check on the vehicle it has to be running,otherwise you are only going to be able to access trouble codes from the ECM. Mentioned this to service writer who checked with tech. Tech said he did have it running so he was able to perform the diagnostics check. IF IT IS RUNNING NO DIAGNOSTICS NEEDS TO BE PERFORMED. Trying to get my money back.

After dealing with a very BAD Lincoln/Mercury dealer, we had second thoughts about buying another Ford. We decided to search on-line at the inventory each dealer had and found the truck we were looking for, a 2002 Ford Ranger Edge. I e-mailed Ron Lobel and received a response very quickly. We visited the dealership and all of the employees there have a smile on their face and would bend over backwards to help you. I have never seen such service at ANY other dealership.<br><br>We proceeded to purchase the truck and have had 0 problems with it. I had a chance to check out their service department when our Mercury Grand Marquis blew the intake manifold. I am very much into cars/trucks and already new how much a job like this would cost and wanted to see how their service department would deal with me. I usually do all of the maintenance my self with my vehicles but I decided to give them a shot since I was treated greatly with my vehicle purchase. They were about $300 dollars more expensive then the price I found (For all the parts and do it yourself installation) but remember, you have to pay labor, so actually, it was the same price. They didnt try to jerk me around with service I didnt need or excess charges. They were VERY nice and courteous. Karl Flammer Ford should be what every other Ford dealership strives to be like. In a few years, we will be in the market a third car (Going to go with an F250 4 door) and we will be purchasing it from Karl Flammer Ford and if Ron is still there, from him. <br><br>Those people are absolutely awesome and I would recommend anyone near them purchase their Ford vehicles from them!

Bought a used car at Karl Flammer in Aug 2004. The transmission went out immediately (probably the reason it was traded in). They fixed under warranty but it went out again within 3 months. I could be the rare case but from experience I'd say their used car department is very poorly run and more interested in the initial sale. Once you're out the door they don't care much about you. I would not buy a used car there again. New car... maybe.
