Went to check out an suv at Mazda and was met with very helpful people. Scott Gale was our salesperson and he was so informative and helpful. Took his time showing us everything about the vehicle we were interested in. Steven and Sheriff were also helpful and then we had a finance gentleman named German. No high pressure, no keeping you there for hours trying to close a deal. Great people to work with. If you’re looking for a Mazda I highly recommend contacting Scott!

If i could, would leave zero stars. Completely disappointed with Jenkins Mazda service. Hard sales pushing. Rude and Incompetent behavior two specific employees, Brian and Clay. Sales manager Brian tried to sell a car with additional accessories that were not even listed on the window sticker. The price of the car has increased from 33k to 40k. They also neglected the discount coupons provided by their website and the official Mazda website. Sales guy Clay started showing blatant disdain for customers, he just got up and started collecting his things while I sat and thought about the price. It's outrageous. A week later, after I bought a car at another dealer center, Clay called back, but right after I said that I had already bought the car, he just hung up. Great service👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE Jenkins Mazda Dealer Center. I hope the official representation of Mazda USA will pay attention to this. I have also already reported on the actions of these two individuals in the Mazda USA. If even me left a comment it’s mean the acts of that persons was totally trash.

Great experience. Brian and Alejandro worked everything out with me ahead of time and had the car ready to go when I got there. Nikki was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was a ninja with getting all the paperwork signed. They had me in and out within 15 minutes. Would absolutely recommend Jenkins.

Very easy purchasing process with the added advantage of negotiating over the phone and email. The dealership worked with me to get an acceptable fair purchase price to us both and without sales pressure. Another great bonus was the vehicle was delivered to my home the next day. All of the people I dealt with from the dealership were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A good car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

The remodeled facility inside is an improvement, everything was nice and clean. I didn't partake of any of the snacks nor refreshments so I can't comment on that part.. The reason for the low ratings are for the long wait times-2 hours, for an oil change. That is ridiculous. Oil changes should be 30 min max, if the shop is behind then prior to arrival the customer should be notified so they can decide whether or not to reschedule. Waiting at the dealership is time wasted, I would understand if the service being provided is one that grants such time but for an oil change that shouldn't be the case. On the other hand, Jasmine the service agent actually was the best service agent I've had there at Mazda. She didn't bother me or try to rack up all these services. Upon arrival, she knew what I wanted, provided expedited check in and directed me to the lounge area. No waiting around for someone to service me, no side talk chatter, which contributes to the professionalism of the agent. Honestly, my downfall with this particular Mazda dealership is the long wait times. I don't know how many reviews on this particular matter must I notify you on.

Our salesman took our car to service for us. We only had to wait a short time for the extra tinting to be removed from the windshield and hooks for the net to be installed in the truck. Every one was very friendly.

We were checking on the Mazda MX5. After the test drive, I was given a carnation because they said every day is Mother's Day. They quickly found the car we requested (Blue mica flex with black leather interior) Everyone who passed by congratulated us and told us how rare that car was. Tim followed us home and took our trade-in back, leaving us a loaner. Our new car was brought to the dealership the next day, tinting was added and pulse installed for the brake lights, then it was delivered to us that evening. Tim installed my cell phone and garage door opener. We have never been treated so well and we were very happy with everything.

General Sales Manager Rob Everett and Floor Manager Jordan Crown are by far the best auto sales management personnel I have encountered in 66 years of buying from auto dealers. In dealing with them I found them to be professional as well as personable, but most importantly, understanding of the customer. Sales rep James Morris, was equally professional and knowledgeable of his product and Scott Urbanowicz, although young and a recent addition to Jenkins Mazda staff, was very helpful and efficient in handling the closing paperwork and putting me in the car details, in the absence of James. The sales team is a major asset of Jenkins Mazda.I will certainly highly recommend Jenkins Mazda and this staff to anyone I know who finds themselves in need of purchasing a new car.

I brought my 2008 MX-5 in to have the dome light and antenna replaced. I was met in the service drive, all my questions were answered, and I was escorted into the building for coffee while I waited. I was told it would probably be an hour or so, but everything was done in about thirty minutes. Everyone was professional and thorough. My only disappointment, however, is this - there were at least four gentlemen filling balloons with helium for a promotion....and not one of them would inhale the helium and sing to me in elfin voices. Sigh.... :) :) :)

I have witnessed their team of magicians perform a magic act like no other. Aisha and Nicole are like the Steph Curry and Klay Thompson of Jenkins Mazada..lol!! Horrible. Every stereotypical negative description of a car dealership and sales people in full effect! They lie and belittle their customers. They try to manipulate their clients to "qualify" them based on income. I walked in ready to buy and walked out after catching them. My original sales person left because of the blatant lack of integrity and commitment. It's a shame that they have the Mazda franchise, since the product is a good product.

Curiosity brought me in, just wondering what I was missing out on... Charles Elder immediately captured my attention by guiding me directly towards what I was interested in. Just a few minutes of shear attention to my likes and dislikes, had me driving away with my new (pre-owned) CX-5... the car of my dreams, and very close to the price I knew I could afford.The sales process was seamless, and even enjoyable as the conversation between business questions turned to light-hearted sharing of life experiences in the military and living overseas. Charles was personable, relateable, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to buy this car. Rams was very good in the sales department. His radar picked up on the customer "looking". At this he started his extremely friendly "cue" and sales pitch. He is good at it. We had a good time with laughs, jokes, likes and dislikes of models of cars and what we liked or disliked about the model we had. It was a good sale and all those involved, I thought, had a good time. We like the "new" used vehicle and so far are quite happy with it.

I was trying to get home to North Carolina after visiting family in Florida over the holidays and was having issues with my Mazda 3 shutting off due to suspected battery issues. I was able to get my car started and made it to Jenkins Mazda. Phyllis was friendly and professional despite having already had a busy morning. After explaining my situation she made the effort to get my car right in for service since I still had a 9 hour drive ahead of me in order to get home. She and her team were able to quickly figure out that the battery and the terminal were both part of the problem and got me in and out in less than 2 hours from the time I drove up. I wish every place was as helpful as Jenkins!

We bought a Mazda CX-7 a few days ago and we love it! My family and I was greeted the second we stepped out of our car. Since it was on a Saturday you'd think there would be a wait not at all. The place was busy and our sales guy Chuck was ready to serve us. They made us feel special and wanted. I love the way everyone was attentive it made the experience very pleasant. We also brought our children with us and Chuck aka Charles made sure the kids were taking care of while we were taking care of business. They were upfront with everything no gimmicks, sales pitch but the straight truth! They did everything they could to find us a very nice luxurious SUV. Two years ago i got sick and because of that I lost my jobs. I couldnt keep up with the bills and my credit took a big hit. I wanted to buy a SUV because i travel a lot. I fill out a loan application on line then famous jenkins mazda called and said that you are appoved for a car loan. I went down to the dealership i chose a car, my wife test drove the car and every thing was going great. Couple day after the sale someone called to check on me to see if every thing is ok. I had a loan, a payment due January 7,2016. I was so happy until the finance manager called me to bring the car because the did not approve the loan. it's sad,embarrassing and discrimination. I will never buy a vehicle from any Jenkins deakerships and I will never recomended any one to jenkins dealerships. Remember, Jenkins people, we are still people even with bad credit.

I've bargained for and purchased over 25 new vehicles in my lifetime and rarely have I come across a dealership that expects to make the margin that Jenkins apparently expects to make on a deal. My advice to anyone trying to purchase a car without financing, on a cash or straight across trade, is to not waste your time at this dealership. I know a dealership needs to make money and have no issue with that but based on my research and conservative calculations their margin goal in my particular case...including new car and trade...was north of 15%. The devil is in the details and little added charges such as pin striping, etc... things a potential buyer may not want and certainly many would prefer to have an option to choose...especially at the price they charge for these dealer add ons. Their pricing doesn't align with the "build a car" online on the Mazda website. The personnel are very friendly and courteous, no complaints there... and the follow up was acceptable... but their pricing seems unreasonable in comparison to other area dealerships. Perhaps the sales experience would be better if financing were needed. Update: The day after I wrote this review I went to Cory Fairbanks Mazda in Longwood and bought a new MX5 spec'd exactly like I tried to purchase at Jenkins and the difference in the deal Jenkins offered and what I purchased the car for at Cory Fairbanks was over $4,000. This was confirmation of what I suspected. I won't be going back to Jenkins to try to purchase vehicles in the future.

I just recently bought a 2015 Mazda 5 from this dealership and it was a very good experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly and I was never pressured by any salesman. Also happy with the price I paid for my vehicle. Charles Elder was our salesperson and he was very good. They have a small area for younger children with some toys (although missing figures to actually play with the toys) and tv but my 3 grandchildren were kept amused thoughout. I am thoroughly convinced that to work for Jenkins you have to be tested and if you lie during the test you are a perfect employee!!! My husband and I went in on July 4 and traded in one of our motorcycles and bought a Mazda 6. After one month they call and said they could not get the bank to finance it ok we took the car back and picked our motorcycle up and there was a chip missing out on the fender. We were told they would talk to the GM and call us the next day. Well to say the least that never happened. I made 4 calls and he acted like it wasn't his problem. I promise I'm not going away and if I have to get my attorney in on this my motorcycle will be repaired. Never go to Jenkins it was the most horrible experience ever!!!

Within a half hour he advised us that one of the tires had a nail in it outside of the tread area and could not be repaired. He also told us he had to order a tire as there was not a new replacement in stock. Leo said not to worry he would take a tire off a new vehicle in stock and replace that tire when the new tire was delivered the next day. Thanks to Leo, we arrived at the conference on time. He went the extra mile and got us on our way quickly and without any complications. We commend Leo for the timely efficient and professional manner in which he handled our situation.

I had a flat tire on the back of my Mazda three this past Saturday, it was after lunchtime and I could not find a spare tire to match the brand on the car. I called Jenkins Mazda who did not have a spare in inventory, they even suggested a couple of other tire dealers, They did not stock the tire either. But I've had really good service at Jenkins Mazda in the past and ordered the tire from them. The tire was ordered on Monday was too have been delivered on Tuesday and installed. But due to the storms in the Atlanta area the tire didn't make it till Wednesday. But even with this the service department came through. And of course thanks to Greg and Leo at the service desk and the coupons in the mail the car will be back for the next service requirement.

My overall experience was positive. Sales person was knowledgeable. Good price on trade in. I knew it didn't have blue tooth but believed it had Sirius radio. Got home to find that it did not. Salesman said that the cost to install is $800 but because of the misunderstanding they would split the cost with me. I little irritated that I have to pay any of the cost to install the Sirius radio. I would have held off for a car that already had it installed had I known.

On Friday, September 12th I had an appointment to have Jenkins Service Dept. install a rear bumper guard and to check out problems with the Bluetooth phone in my 2015 Mazda CX5. The service manager was very courteous. The department was extremely busy and he apologized numerous times for the delay. I was pleased with the service and the staff. I have only had my new car (purchased from Jenkins in July) a short while, but am extremely pleased with the performance of the vehicle. The good gas mileage is such a plus, as my previous vehicles only performed at about 14mpg and the Mazda is getting 26-29mpg.

Absolutely terrible service. Went to buy the only truck on the lot. Ran credit on 2 people to get the truck, while waiting for a response they sold the truck to another buyer. The salesman TEXTED us that they sold the truck in the evening after numerous calls to see how the process was going. Went to talk to the manager and he was very unconcerned and could have cared less. VERY poor service, will never recommend them or send anyone else to them Went over to Auto Max and Jim Heflin at Auto Max was amazing. Found a newer truck with more options on it for thousands less than Jenkins. Went back to Auto Max the next day and bought another car for my mother. So Jenkins didn't loose just one sale, but 2 sales. Never ever go to Jenkins or trust what they say.

I went into dealer with my wife to see what price I could get on 2014 CX9 GRAND TOURING. I advised the sales person of a price we had from dealer in Ft Myers, Fl. and ask him if they could meet the price. He said he'd try to match it. After waiting for a long period the sales person said, "no we can't meet that price". I ask what there price would be and was advised "my sales manager said we can't match and did not say what he can sell it for", left us with no other offer so we drove all the way to Ft Myers and purchased the car. I did not want to drive so far, I wanted to buy local, I think it is a poor way to run a business.

I had an appointment to purchase a new 2015 Mazda at 9:00am . when I got there the first thing was that person had the day off. So they hooked me up with 2 other sale persons. The price they had advertised in the internet was not the price they wanted to sell this car for, plus they didn't want to give me what they said for my vehicle. then they couldn't find the car they had in stock but finally found it. we made somewhat of a deal and they proceeded to get the car ready. I went back to pick up the car and it had a dent in the body which nobody noticed until I pointed it out. I shouldn't have made the purchase after I did feel like I was flim flamed on the price. They gave me a free debit card of $25.00 But when I went to use it I could only use 18.00 dollars of it. I had called to complain and the internet sales person just laughed at me and said he never heard of that type of credit card. So i really don't care the how I was treated at all and try to tell people to stay away from the bait and switch dealer.

Greg was able to explain the three items which needed attention at the 15000 mile service appointment. he was very friendly and professional and the appointment was completed in under two hours. the fee seem high for what was done, but everyone knows that the dealerships always charge more than an independent mechanic. I will probably choose to take my car elsewhere for repairs and service depending on what is found at the next check up.

I travel 40 miles from Gainesville (by-passing the Gainesville Mazda dealership) just to have my car serviced by Jenkins Mazda. I have done so since purchasing my Mazda in 2009. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly, personnel turnover is low. I know most everyone by name and they know me. My Miata "threw" the power steering/air conditioning belt. Instead of simply replacing the belt and sending me on my way the technician took the time and effort to to actually diagnose the cause, expertly communicate it to me, then correct the problem for a very fair price. I was an auto dealership service manager myself 35 years ago in the midwest and know how rare this incredibly high level of service is.

We came out to Jenkins Mazda, from Deltona, as a result of a phone call and conversation with Thad Szkudlarek of Jenkins Mazda in Ocala. We came there because he persuaded me that Jenkins Mazda could meet our needs in purchasing and financing a 2014 Mazda.I had read extensively all of the reviews and reports on the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 and was basically already decided that when we purchased a new car this year it would be either a Mazda 3 or Mazda 6. I had first seen a Mazda when they began doing business in America with their rotary engine cars, but never purchased any Mazda product until Yesterday when My wife and I fell in love with the 2014 Mazda 6 at Jenkins after we saw and drove it. We were originally thinking more about the Mazda 3 when we went to Jenkins, but I had just read the car and driver review naming the Mazda 6 and 3 two of the ten best cars of 2014. I loved good cars, especially sports cars. Ihad one of the first Nissan 300ZXs imported into the country and once drove it at 140 MPH on I 95 when no one was around. The interest Thad took in showing, driving and finding the Mazda 6 and the cooperation of Ed Arnold and the sales manager also, made buying the Mazda 6 a pleasure for us. If we are ever asked for a reference about buying a Mazda from Jenkins, it will be a genuine pleasure to do so.

I first spoke with Adrian at the Villages Car Show. He was so nice, I decided to take the trip to Ocala to test drive this new Mazda6. On arriving, I met Charlie Perry-Patterson who was very informative about the vehicle and helpful. I test drove the car and decided to sleep on it. He was not pushy. I told him I would be back tomorrow. After seeing him the second day and test driving another vehicle, I decided to purchase and then worked with Steve Schellinger. Although we disagreed a little bit and I gave him a hard time, he was patient and we finally were able to come to an agreement and seal the deal. All of these gentlemen are an asset to your company. I hope my experience with the service department will be just as great. I always take my car for service where I buy it unless there is a problem. The biggest problem with this dealership is the extra $3k they slap on a high end Mazda6. This is for a few dealership add-ons like wheel locks, 1 year of free oil changes, an unlimited mileage extension of the warranty for the first 3 years ...etc. This gives them lots of room to negotiate down and give the impression of a great deal. Here's a good example: The MSRP on one 2014 Mazda 6 was roughly $27,500, but the Jenkins sticker was over $30,000. It's easy to negotiate a couple thousand off of that inflated price. I prefer dealers that keep their add-ons to a minimum.

I was contacted by this dealer through an internet sales lead, the email correspondence was polite and right to the point, I was contacted VIA phone shortly after and had a very nice Conversation with Adolfo Blanco and we set an appointment to view some vehicles. We came in on a Sunday as its my only day off and were greeted by Charlie Perry-Patterson, he was very cordial and was happy to show us around and make us comfortable with the dealership. We were shown a few vehicles within our budget and my wife fell in love with a very nice Santa Fe, the vehicle was clean and in great condition, the mileage was low and had everything we wanted in a vehicle. My wife drove the vehicle and we decided we would take it. Charlie led us inside and we sat down to hash out the deal. We were given a fair price and payment and were easily able to haggle to a level that was good for them and us. The process was fast and simple, they took care of everything for us, including the financing. The contract was quick and simple and we were delivered in the vehicle after it had been thoroughly detailed and even came with a full tank of gas. This was by far the simplest, quickest car deal I have ever been a part of, from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Jenkins Mazda and their staff to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thank You!

Adrian greeted us outside and was most helpful, in seeing us leave there happy. We were not even ready to actually buy anything that day, although we had been looking at different vehicles for several months. With the offer we got we just could not refuse. They went above and beyond both my husband's and my expectations. #1 and tops on the list was they offered to change out the black carpeting to the beige carpet that would matching the seats. I didn't even want to test drive it when he asked, because of the black, black , black. So he went in to talk to the Manager and they came out & asked if they would switch out the carpeting to the beige if we could make a deal if the numbers were right. I said really you could do that? So we took a test drive & loved it. Went inside and after talking over the numbers on the 3rd try they made it work. We drove it to Tampa that night, nice ride. This is the 4th Mazda I have owned and have always loved them. I am sure we will be as happy with this one. Sherry was very, very nice and explained everything we needed to know. We thank Adrian, Sherry and the Manager (sorry I can't remember his name) for all their help and we are looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you so much, very happy customer and I will tell others of the great service.

Purchased a new vehicle over the phone.I live 300 miles away and Jenkins had the car I wanted without any of the extra options I didn't want.Basically told them the price I wanted to pay out the door including my trade-in.No real haggling, just one return phone call and the deal was done for the price I wanted.The only thing that was a little disappointing was the vehicle/paper work was not ready when I arrived, even when I gave 1.5 hour notice of when I would be arriving. It took me almost 2 hours to get out of the dealership. But the drive and the price was well worth the extra time sitting around for the detail shop and paper work.Basically saved $2500 by leaving my home town and heading Ocala, made a long weekend trip and everyone was happy except for my local Mazda dealer.

As a USAA member, I went through their car buying service which ultimately connected me to the sales team at Jenkins Mazda. I had looked into other makes as well, to include: Scion, Honda, and Toyota. However, my first impression in dealing with Greg Carlew is what made the difference for me.Greg contacted me almost immediately about the 2011 Mazda3 5-door I had configured on the USAA site. I have always been fond of Mazda, but had only recently been more interested in owning one. After visiting a local dealer while I was TDY and sitting in the Mazda3, I knew I had to have one. However, I had some hesitations.I voiced those hesitations to Greg and he provided quick answers to put my mind at ease, which I greatly appreciated. He answered all of the questions I threw at him quickly and professionally. He assured me that he would get the bulk of the work done, and I wasn't disappointed.When I arrived today to sign the papers and purchase the vehicle, Greg went over every detail with me. Jenkins Mazda went out of their way to make me a deal on the car I wanted. I am over two hours away and before I drove there to look at the car, they made every effort to answer all my questions I had. They took the time to call me when I had questions and when I contacted them by e-mail they responded within 15 min.The dealership looks really good and all the staff that I talked to is very friendly. I do not know how the service dept is but I would say they are the same. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am in the military and if I know anyone who is looking for a Mazda I will send them there.

Overall the experience was good. Although we could not land the car we really wanted we did end up with a very nice car. I do believe that we were sort of misled when we were shown one car in a color that we did not like and were told that they had another just like it in the color we did want. All of the same options. We agreed to the car and were even allowed to drive the other car home while they prepared ours for delivery. However, when we picked up our car the following day, we noticed that the rear view mirror was a standard mirror and not the same as the one that we had driven home the previous night. We inquired about this and Greg told us that we could purchase one, WHAT? We also found out that the cargo mats that were in the car when we had looked at it the night before were now not in our new car. Greg insists that we were not charged for the mats and that we had opted not to have them. WHAT? Why would we have opted to have something removed from the car that was already included in the price? Since having the car home the cargo net in the trunk has come off and will not stay attached. We will be bringing this in to get fixed. With us living almost an hour away from Ocala we will have to plan this repair in conjunction with other things we would like done.

I explained to Mr. Carlew my reasons for a certain type of vehicle and what I could afford to pay and he came up with the perfect vehicle the first time. We were looking to buy a new car. We looked up Jenkins Mazda on the computer. With in a few minutes Jerry Brigante responded back and asked what we were intersed in duying. I told him a CX9 Grand tourning or tourning. He set us up an appointment for Friday July 9 at 1:00 pm. with Gregory Carlew. We arrived a little late and Gregory was tied up with another custemer. They had a car pulled up front with our name on it. Jerry met with us and sent a new salesman by the name of Joe with us on a test drive till Gregory was finished with the custmer he was with. Gregory went over the car with us and answered all our questions. He then sat down to give us the price of the car with two tradeins. We went over the price a few times till we came very close to what we wanted to pay. Then another man (I forget his name) Very nice gentleman said he was from corporate and he wanted to make this sale. He gave us a figure and included all the extra the dealed had put on with the 3 year service contract. I told him we would take the deal. He turn us back over to Gregory and we started the paper work. Then Gregory took us through and introduced us to the service staff and showed us the service department. The deal was done and Gregory came along home with us to pick up the other tradein car which was at our house. WE would like to thank all of you at Jenkins Mazda for everything. We walked in to just look at a used car, we walked out with a new one. We were looking at the RX-8's. Steve showed us a new one he had on the lot and let us take it for a test drive. He asked us if he could get the price down, if we would be interested in a new one. The manager, I am sorry, not good at remembering names, was very nice. Asked us what our bottom line was, came out with a deal and we walked out with a new car. I really couldn't believe it. They gave us a fair deal and we didn't feel like we were taken.

We are very pleased with the team at Jenkins mazda of ocala.Greg Carlew helped find the right vehicle for us that was in our price range.We decided on a 2008 Honda CRV.Which we love!! It is a wonderful car, the car is used but in new condition and very low miles. Greg and the team at mazda were all very hepful and friendly through the whole proccess.They also helped get the most for our trade and come up with a payment we could afford.We also were offered a extended warranty for 100,000 miles even though our car was used.Of course we took the warranty.Greg took the extra time to show us how to operate the vehicle systems before we left.We would defininetly reccomend going to jenkins mazda to buy your next car and ask for Greg , he was great to work with.We will be back to buy another car in the future.

This is the second car we have purchased from Jenkins Mazda. Each time has been a very pleasant experience for us. The Service Dept is always courteous and friendly. This past Saturday we took our Miata in for service and while we were waiting, we wondered out to look at the newer cars on the lot and met Adolfo Perez Llana who approached us with a big smile and handshake. We chatted while we walked around looking at the cars and I spotted a Mazda 3 that I fell in love with. Asked Adolfo to take us on a test drive. He answered all my questions concerning it knowing that I was just there for service. No pressure from him at all to purchase. I think I talked him into it. To have such a relaxed experience with a salesperson was a breath of fresh air. I always dreaded car dealers in the past but I would not do business with anyone else but Jenkins Mazda ever. The professionalism and courtesy afforded us by everyone from Service, Sales and Finance was outstanding. I sent a message via email and stated I was interested in a new Miata MX-5. I received a call the next morning and we set up an appointment that evening for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, the MX-5 was sitting in front of the showroom, top down with a sign on the window reserved for ____________. My wife and I took a test drive, likely the car and decided if we could reach a reasonable deal on our trade, we would buy the car. Sat down with Randy and discussed the expectations on the trade value and out the door price on the new MX-5. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. No haggling over price, paper work was completed within the hour, and we were on our way with the new MX-5. I commute approximately 100 miles per day to work and the MX-5 is a joy to drive.

This is the first car we bought primarily by using the internet. We were able to gather all the preliminary information from home. Jenkins was very responsive with all their replies to our questions. When we went to the dealership they were most concerned that we liked the car and how it performed, prior to pricing and the actual sale. Other dealers pounded us to buy from the first meeting. They were very low key in their sales approach and it worked for us. Overall we enjoyed working with Kathy, Adolfo and Randy and will recommend them to friends.

I just realized that for the price i got the car which was 17400 out the door that i didn't have power doors although i had power windows. My fault for not checking. Key less or remote entry should have been included in that price. Although my experience was good i felt like i could have gotten a better deal for the car i got. I also had a problem with having to deal with different salesmen every time. At first I thought i was dealing with Adolfo but was turned to James. Overall the experience was good NOT excellent.

Adolfo was our salesman. We found him to be personable, professional in his presentation, keying in to exactly what my wife and I were looking for.He was thorough and followed through with all of our queries. Probably the worst, most frustrating experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. We were handed off to three different people during the sales/negotiation process. Two of whom (Adolfo and Kathy) were friendly, but lacked experience and product knowledge. The third (Gregory) lied to us, mislead us, and argued with us regarding options even though we repeatedly said we weren't interested. He was rude and pushy. They actually wrote up a contract for the wrong vehicle (one that we did not want to buy). I informed three employees of this during the process. One totally ignored me saying it was a saleman's mistake, but didn't do any thing about it. Two others seemed to carry the issue up the line, but neither got back to us until the sales manager finally came out with the corrected paper work. This fiasco caused us to be in the dealership nearly 4 hours to complete what should have been a very straightforward purchase. (cash deal, no financing) The price negotiation process was longer and more tedious than it should have been, but in the end we were very satisfied with the price. Minor annoyance: when the car came out from the detail shop there was a razor blade sitting on the surface. Certainly a potential injury situation. I found the blade before we got in and disposed of it properly.

The did not oush anything on me, were open to the prices I suggested and I did not have to haggle over anything. I wish all car sales could be like this. Recently after visiting several dealerships and experiencing ranges in sales pitch, pressure, and negotiating, I was pleasantly surprised to work with the Jenkins Mazda staff. They are by far the most professional and warm & friendly car sales people that I have come across. I did my homework searching for new and certified previously owned cars and prepared for negotiating, however, negotiating wasn't an issue since the price to me was well within my range for what I wanted to pay. It was a non-stressful purchase. I've come away from Jenkins feeling that I belong to a special extended family. They are there for me if I have questions and concerns about my car. I feel they are honest in wanting to please their customers. Therefore, I highly recommend the Jenkins "family" to my friends and I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a car. Jenkins is the personification of integrity.

This lastg time, Ms. Rubio was very crass and when she realized she was upsetting me, the customer, she came over to another window where I was now sent to wait to pay for my service and tried to make amends by saying jokes which were inappropriate.

I dealt with a number of dealerships in looking for the 2008 mazdaspeed 3 a few months ago. I ended up buying from Jenkins. There was a warranty problem within a week on the front bumper. They gave me a new miata for a loaner and took care of everything graciously.I bought the car from them because they had the cheapest price out of ten dealerships and the least amount of hassle in purchasing. The car is awesome and I will probably drive the 30 miles to the dealership for service because they are simply a pleasure to do business with.
