Bill and Brad are amazing people... They are not ur average Sales People u run into a car dealership, They did everything they could to help me with getting the car i wanted and were genuine and caring.... its not to often nowadays u find sincere people in this world that truly care and go out of their way to help... im very grateful i found such amazing people.................... thank you guys the dental girl :)

Brad is awesome! Super nice guy, not pushy like other dealerships. I got an awesome deal on my 2008 hhr and I love it! I was nervous about getting a new (to me) car, but Brad made it as easy as it could be. Honest place with great prices. Don't waste your time going to the big used car places with the pushy sales people who don't care about you and only care about the sale. Thanks Brad!!

I was looking for a car in a hurry, Bill and his staff found out how much I could afford and went looking for a car for me that fit the criteria. I bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota in February and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The people at IJN went out of their way to make sure I left with the truck day of! They made sure I was both comfortable and happy with my choice. I didn't have any established credit and they worked their magic to make sure I could get the financing for the truck! I purchased a '00 Camaro from IJN, and the week we brought it home, it had instant issues. It actually overheated in the driveway the very first day we had it. The staff was very friendly, and we thought we could trust them because we knew one of the owners beforehand (Bill). Which is why we spent more money than we should have - because we thought they'd take care of us. As time progressed, about a week after purchasing, the "service engine soon" light came on. It was throwing a transmission code (mind you, this is a week after purchasing the car). We took it to IJN's mechanic and all he did was erase the code and did absolutely nothing to the car to fix it. We asked him to do an oil change too, which was fine. We are very disappointed that we thought this was a dealership we could trust, and we ended up being sold a car with problems (which the dealership had to have known about - although didn't disclose it. In terms of the office building where IJN is, I will give credit and say that it is in good shape. If only they sold problem-free vehicles.

I purchased a vehicle from IJN Automotive Group about a week or so ago. When I test drove the car, there were a couple issues but none of them pertained to the actual performance of the car. Once I purchased the car, on the very first day it started to overheat. Then periodically the engine ran very odd and it sounded like it was in first gear for a while (even though it wasn't). One of the owners said "I've never screwed anyone over, and I wouldn't screw you over either". Well, that was apparently false. I paid about a thousand dollars more than I wanted to, and turns out I got a bad deal from a car that was not running properly. I thought I could trust the person so we paid a little more. Now I can't even sell it privately online or trade it for something of equal value because of the issues it's having. Very, very, very, very upset, frustrated, and disappointed.
