Jerome was about as upbeat and professional as someone can be in this difficult field of work. My hats off to Jerome and John: they fixed my problem that two major collision centers and the dealer in a large metro area could not fix. John, you show that the small town dealer can hire people with a good degree of judgement and it is evident that you care about what you are doing. Quality work!

Pat Sills and the staff at Lyons Toyota continue to amaze us with their long term (we bought our first car from them at least 7 years ago) customer attitude. We have never felt pressured to buy a car and always felt Pat and team worked very hard to fill our auto needs and help us decide what is best for us. The service department is fantastic and the drive in service is very customer focused. The owner and other staff always recognize us when we come in for service or just to see new cars. We have always felt wanted and never put in an uncomfortable situation. I would rate Pat and team better than great.Gary Huffine

This is one of the best dealerships I have worked with. There is never a great pressure to buy and flexibility to change at the last minute is appreciated when making a major purchase. Overall great experience! The entire sales staff is helpful and Pat has met or exceeded all expectations. Thanks again guys.

We went in to just look at the new Toyotas. We found a new Venza we liked and went in to talk to Pat Sills. We have known Pat for a long time and have always dealt with him. We appreciate him working to get us the best deal. We bought the 2011 Venza and took it home on Nov. 29th. He patiently showed us how to work everything before we even took it home. If we have any problems or questions, we know all we have to do is just give him a call.

We came into Lyon's Toyota on a Friday looking for a specific car! Lyon's had it right on the lot, right up front. It took us until the following Tuesday to decide to buy it. Price was right, Salesman,Dale was honest and friendly. Not to mention the online manager, Chad who was helpful and friendly as well. We are happy with our purchase and we've had few simple questions about the car so far, and our Salesman and crew were open, honest and willing helping us! MY EXPERIENCE WITH LYONS TOYOTA/PAT SILLS IN MASON CITY, IOWA WAS THE MOST REMARKABLE ONE IN MY LIFE AND THIS WAS MY 4th BRAND NEW TOYOTA I'VE PURCHASED. I LET PAT SILLS KNOW FROM THE FIRST MOMENTS OF MEETING HIM WHAT IT WAS I WANTED AND HOW MUCH I WAS WILLING TO PAY. I HAD AN AMOUNT TO SPEND THAT WOULD ALLOW ME TO PAY CASH AND HAVE NO CAR PAYMENT AND PAT ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD SEE ME IN A NEW TOYOTA OF MY CHOICE. THE DEAL WENT SMOOTH AND PAT WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD CLEARLY WHAT WAS GOING ON. THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE OF A NEW VEHICLE SINCE BEING WIDOWED 2 SHORT MONTHS B/4 I COMPLETED THIS TRANSACTION. I HAD SPENT THE DAY IN ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA LOOKING FOR A CAR THAT WOULD FIT MY NEEDS AND NO ONE WAS WILLINGING TO OBLIGE ME. MY DAUGHTER AND I PULLED INTO LYONS TOYOTA AT THE END OF THEIR BUSINESS DAY AND I WAS JUST WALKING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT LOOKING AND PAT SILLS CAME OUT INTO THE LOT, WALKED UP TO MY DAUGHTER AND SHE ASKED HIM TO PLEASE BE KIND TO ME AS I'D HAD A TOUGH DAY ATTEMPTING TO FINALIZE A SALE OF A NEW CAR. PAT ASSURED HER THAT HE'D DO ALL HE COULD FOR ME. PAT CAME UP TO ME AND I TOLD HIM OF MY DELIEMA AND THAT I REALIZED IT'S THE CLOSE OF HIS BUSINESS DAY AND THAT I'D COME BACK ON MONDAY. HE TOLD ME THAT AS LONG AS I WAS STANDING HERE TALKING WITH HIM THAT HIS BUSINESS DAY WAS "NOT" YET OVER. I TOLD PAT WHAT I HAD TO WORK WITH AND THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AND HE TOOK DOWN "ALL" OF MY INFORMATION, I PICKED OUT THE CAR OF MY CHOICE AND HE ASSURED ME TO DO ALL HE COULD TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN AND WE AGREED TO MEET AGAIN AT NOON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THAT MONDAY A.M. HE PHONED ME TO FOLLOW UP ON OUR PLANS. I SHOWED UP ON TIME AND OFF WE WENT WITH OUR BARGAINING. MUCH TO MY AMAZEMENT THE DEAL WAS SEALED AND I DROVE OUT OF THERE WITH MY NEW CAR, A BEAUTIFUL, BRAND NEW, BLAZING BLACK, 2011, TOYOTA COROLLA. THIS CAR WAS/IS SO PRECIOUS TO ME THAT IT SAT IN MY GARAGE FOR 5 DAYS B/4 I FELT DESERVING TO TAKE IT OUT FOR A SPIN. WHAT A JOYOUS EVENT THAT WAS AND I'VE DRIVEN IT CONSTANTLY SINCE. MY LIL CAR FITS ME IN EVERY WAY I COULD IMAGINE. I DID PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ALSO FOR MY CAR SO I'M SET IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD FOR FUTURE CARE OF MY CAR. THIS WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED LYONS TOYOTA AND PAT SILLS TO ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE WHOM HAS COMMENTED ON THIS WONDERFUL VEHICLE.INITIALLY I DROVE TO ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, SOME 100 MILES AWAY THINKING THAT I'D GET A BETTER DEAL THERE THAN TO STAY LOCAL. GOSH WAS THAT A MISTAKE! I COULD OF COMPLETED THE ORINGINAL DEAL ON MY TOYOTA AND NOT HAD TO DRAG PAT'S WORK DAY OUT INTO THE EARLY HOURS OF THE EVENING. PAT IS AN UNBELIEVABLY POWERFUL, CARING, AND TRUSTING SALES REPRESENTATIVE. HE VERBALLY MADE IT KNOWN TO ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO EVERYTHING HE COULD TO SELL ME THIS CAR AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. NO SALESMAN BOLOGNA THERE! THANK YOU FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY TO VOICE MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH LYONS TOYOTA AND PAT SILLS IN MASON CITY, IOWA. Both of the guys I worked with at the dealership were great! They were both very friendly and quick to get back to me on the vehicle. They were up front about the exhaust problem on the car before I bought it and let me know the A/C didn't blow ice cold but still worked! They were very honest and helped me out a great deal. I would go back and buy another car there again in the future!!

John was really helpful and knowledgable. He was very easy to deal with. He made the transaction very pleasurable. He took the time to go over the different aspects of the Venza and explained all of the operating procedures of the vehicle. He also took the time to ride with me to Hampton to get my checkbook. I thought that was a nice touch.

Well, my grandmother needed a car, so I talked to Chad on facebook &He told me to come out there that he'd make sure she'd get a good deal. Dale helped us look at a few vehicles and She test drove one of them. Dale was very friendly, worked with us, was nice and patient. They offered us drinks and we felt very comfortable there! I would definitely recommend Lyons Toyota to people. Great, Quality service & Negotiation! Thanks :)

Over all pleased with dealership. Bought two cars there and very happy with both. Had good service when taking my car to them to be serviced. Would buy a car again from them some year. good people to work with, very helpful. the intrepid has a bad design, every one i see blows white smoke, would not recommend intrepids to anyone, not even my enemies, glad i drive a different car. scared to by a dodge, got rid of car before anything serious went wrong, dodge had to know about problem , every intrepid has the same problem, white smoke out the exhaust, company did nothing to help with the problem

I worked with Dale Wilcox to purchase a new 2011 Tacoma pickup. This is the 4th Toyota vehicle we have purchased from Dale over the last 5 years. He treats us with respect and dignity. Dale is always very friendly, personable, knowledgeable. It really takes the pain out of purchasing a vehicle. He is willing to get the vehicle & options we are looking for, without being limited to vehicles in stock. Dale keeps in touch during the sales process without pressuring us. He works diligently with the sales manager to get a fair price for the new vehicles as well as a fair trade in value. It's been a pleasure working with him. I'm sure we'll be working with him in the future. Dale is a great asset to Lyons Toyota!With this purchase, we passed our 2008 Tacoma on to our son.
