Did a great job on my car by having her serviced quickly. They also washed her for me and changed the rear windshield's blade (Plastic part) with no extra cost. Obviously there is a pro- active manager who cares about customer satisfaction.

For 5 months I searched thru local dealerships in Mn for an Accord sport with a manual transmission. For 5 months I was repeatedly told that none of them had one and that one did not exist in the 5 state area. I new what I wanted and so I extended my search thru Cars.com in the hope of finding my car. Within 15 seconds of listing what I wanted I was directed to Honda of Lisle and there was my car! I immediately emailed them and told them I was interested in the car and within minutes got a response from Mary of their internet team. Mary then sent me a no hassle "out the door" quote that was much lower than I anticipated compared to what the local dealerships told me it would cost "if" they were able to find one. Mary then connected me with Jennifer Holish of their sales team who arraigned for the car to be placed on hold for me and then connected me with one of her sales team partners Tony Vetrisek who would pick me up at the airport the next morning at 7:30am. Tony picked me up, got me to the dealership and helped me to complete the purchase and I was in my new car, on the road, on my way home by 10:15. I could not be happier with the car, the dealership and every member of their team. It was far and away the easiest car purchase I have ever made.

I have been to several Honda Dealerships before and have had okay or terrible service in the past. This is our third time going back to Honda of Lisle and have had another great experience purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend this location and the salesman Mike Dalpino. I have been going for last 5.5 years and it was good, but I don't know what happened in recently they started providing worst service. I gave my car for service two months ago and they broke something which was in good condition when I gave it them and when I asked for it their response was horrible and act like they don't know anything. After Two weeks I gave them to repair what they broke and they charged me $160 and said it has months guarantee, with in two weeks again it stopped working, so I spoke them and dropped my car yesterday to repair, this time said something else is broke and charged me $600 which was wrong, because one of my friend is car mechanic and he confirmed the same. after I made my Payment I have to wait for mins to get the car that too without wash and vacuum. That's it, I don't go there anymore and I don't prefer any of my friends go there..

I am not sure if others are having this problem but 3 times in he past week the "check tire Pressure" light has gone on in May. I had someone check the tires the first time with a tire guage and the pressure was fine. I went to the dealer and they checked to. The second time I took it to Just Tires as I wanted the tires checked for leaks and they said everything was ok. The light went on again 05/28 and off in the evening. I can understand because the temp was in the 80's. However when I purchased this 2013 Honda Civic LX I don't recall the salesperson telling me this would be an on going problem. Went to Honda of Lisle today (even though the light was off) and was told that this happens a lot with the temperature change. That there is nothing to correct it. So they checked the tire pressure. Should be 30 pis one tire was 27 the inflated. Also I get confilicting information as I was told FOR THE 2013 MODELS the light cannot be re-set. I found that to be true but today a tech was telling me it could be done but than find out it could not. So I found that if you drive 30 miles per hour the light will go off once air is put in. I just want others to be aware of this problem as I hope to keep this car for along time. Thank you.

Bought a new 2015 Honda Pilot and had car detailed by dealership twice and windows still aren't clean. Navigation system in Honda Pilot is antiquated, cumbersome and useless. Wanted car without navigation, but dealership said they could not locate one. Found one at another dealership on-line the next day. I raised cleanliness and navigation system to General Manager in response to personal e-mail asking me if I had an concerns. Never received a response and was getting daily e-mails asking to fill out on-line rating surveys like this until I actually raised an issue. HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD IN RESPONSE FROM ANYONE AT DEALERSHIP.

I suggest anyone looking to buy a car also look all the SERVICE reviews of any dealership to see what happens after the sale. Thats when the buck stops, for me. I enjoyed Josh as my salesperson but the department was non-responsive with my follow up questions about my warranty and they came across as annoyed, dismissive and I asked what I thought was a simple question via email (after, mind you, I completed the OEM survey) and one person (Carolyn) copied the other (Gus) who promised to follow up. Two weeks----no answer, ask again no answer. Original person (Carolyn) put it off on the second person again (Gus). I even ended up emailing the dealer manager (Jeffrey) from their website. To no avail. Then the following week, I called the service manager (Mike) ... Gosh...he was annoyed (or super busy) said he would call me back. Instead of Mike calling back, original sales person ended up addressing my question. What they don't seem to realize is that this could have been an opportunity for them to educate me on my warranty and who I should expect to get the answers from. Instead, I was passed around like a like a ten-year old fruitcake (or something else which I cannot mention). Now this took about 3-4 weeks to come to fruition. I think it was a total lapse in customer service for me to have to go through all of these hoops. The question I have was about my warranty and they referred me back to my sales rep over 3 weeks later! Clearly, that don't care, but they did me a favor. I'll take my service and repair back to my city. I personally don't mind driving far for good service but if I'm treated like people crap by people could care less. I'm done.

I am appalled at the customer service I received from this dealership, especially from our salesman Mike D. This was the first dealership that I began my search. The salesman that originally started to help me was your typical cars salesman - asked me if my mother (who is CLEARLY my mom) was my sister, told me that he knew I didn't want a certain color because "he could just tell" and made several comments on how "cute" and "cool" this car was (trying to connect with me on a younger level?). Long story short, I went to another dealership and my final decision was similar cars at dealership #1 (lisle honda) and dealership #2. When my mother and I returned to Lisle Honda to talk numbers, the salesman asked us to wait while he finished up another car sale. That is fine and we were happy to wait our turn. When Mike D. returned and we began to talk numbers, Mike D. said that his sales manager and the finance guy were too busy "selling cars" to deal with me - I was only "talking about" buying a car. The customers who were actaully buying cars took top priority. So we were only dealing with the salesman Mike D. - who has no authority or power to dictate price for the extended warranty or percentage. Mike D. would talk down to us and then go back to "talk to" his guys. Each time he came back to us, Mike D. could provide ZERO solid evidence that he spoke to anyone - he could not give a solid percentage or a solid monthly payment. He kept reiterating "this is all I can do" and "your credit score won't get you anything". As a single female buying my very first car, this is the worst possible way to go about dealing with someone who will surely be back for a car upgrade in a few years when I have children or with my husband to purchase a new Honda for him. When Mike D asked about the deal from the other dealership, I was very transparent with him as to what they quoted me IN WRITING. Mike D. stood up, callled me a liar and told me "there's the door and there's the door. Pick one." I was simply showing him what the other dealership quoted me - monthly payment, percentage and extended warranty breakdowns as well. Mike D. still had yet to provide me with any details like this for the car I was interested in. Mike D. then told me loudly for the entire car dealership to hear "I'm not wasting my time with you. I'm leaving." Mike D. never returned to our table. My mother and I asked to speak with the sales manager who was extremely nice and very apologetic. Since Mike D. took all of our paperwork with him (or hid it?), the sales manager could also not provide us with solid details for our possible purchase. I made it 100% clear that I was looking to buy this car today. The silver lining is that we did go back to the other dealership to buy that car... and my mother ended up buying a new Honda as well that day. 2 cars for 2 ladies. Way to blow it Lisle Honda! You have lost my trust and my business for life.

what a waste of time- called ahead to view a 2010 mazda- asked to have it pulled up. got there and a new salesmen was assigned to me. 1st question "What brought you hear today?" Ok he;s either slow or new- test drive really liked car- got back to dealership-after a very short round the block type test drive- asked him to check my van for trade in and I'd like to take it out myself for an extended ride. thought I was going home with a new car. He said no that's not allowed. WOW- really - other dealers ask me to take the car home. Honda Lisle no way. I called later to ask about why - and was told I needed to schedule a private test drive. I thought that is what I did when I called earlier in morning to test drive. Really poor customer service- they don't seem interested in selling cars. This is my first Honda, though not my first new car purchase. My experience with this dealership was an excellent buying experience, and I would definitely recommend Lisle Honda to anyone interested in buying a car. My experience was positive from the moment I walked through the door to the dealership for the first time, to the last moment as I drove way in my new car, confident in my decision to make this purchase at this dealership. I had started my search at a competitor and ended with my purchase here...it began with helpful people from the online response team before I set foot in the dealership with an instant competitive quote and a set appointment time, to the sales person, Orlando Johnson. Every part of the experience was straight forward, without pressure, friendly and efficient, from beginning to end. I'd be remiss to not add that financing through this dealership was the most efficiently handled I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend visiting this Honda Superstore. In all of my years of vehicle purchases, I have never met a more helpful and friendly sales staff than what I experienced from Honda Superstore of Lisle. I narrowed my choice down to one model at three different dealerships, and I decided to purchase this 2011 Mazda CX-9 from Honda Superstore of Lisle. Zahid Z Ali (sales associate), was the main reason in my purchase of the CX-9. No anxiety from high pressure sales techniques, and an honest sales associate made it a no brainer for me. I felt much more comfortable with Zs personality than the other salesmen at the other (Mazda) dealerships. Any questions or concerns that I had, Z was able to answer them quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Ali and my entire experience with Honda Superstore of Lisle. In the future, (when I am looking to purchase another vehicle), I will definitely go to Honda Superstore of Lisle for that purchase. I would recommend that anyone who is interested in buying a new or used car to ask for Z Ali at Honda Superstore of Lisle.

I saw a certified used Honda Pilot in the colors/options I was looking for on their website. I called to make an appointment the next day to come in and look at the car. Once I arrived, my customer service was great! Orlando Johnson was my salesperson and excellent from start to finish. He had the car waiting for me when I arrived. He took me on a test drive to show me all the various features and see how I liked the vehicle. When we got back, he allowed me to take my time in deciding if I was going to make the purchase. Orlando was laid back, easy going, and not pushy at all. The negotiation process was quick and they gave me their bottom line without hassle. I feel the price they gave me was fair (under KBB fair market value) and I felt comfortable making my decision that day. The Pilot I purchased needed a few touch-ups of paint on the outside since it was used, so Orlando arranged for the service department to have it done the following day. The service department did an excellent job buffing/waxing/and completing the touch up paint. I would highly recommend visiting this Honda dealership. In my Pilot search I visited many Honda dealerships in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs- and found this particular sales team to be the easiest to work with by far.

My daughter and i shopped extensively around the area for an affordable first car for her. We found Orlando Williams to be a terrific salesperson in all respects. He was courteous, professional and very customer-service focused. As difficult as it is to go through the negotiation process, Orlando made it non-confrontational and worked with us to get the price point that we needed to make a deal. It has been a little over 10 years since I had to purchase a car. My how things have changed. I found a car online on the Honda of Lisle lot, set up an appointment to come test drive it and possible but it. I was connected with a Josh (awesome sales person) who picked me up at the train station ( drove from the city - Chicago, where there are tons of Honda dealerships) and drove me to the lot to meet the car of my dreams LOL. I was hoping the trek would be a waste of time. In as it turned out, the whole process took maybe a couple of hours, starkly different from previous car buying experiences. Josh is a great salesperson with just the right personal touch without coming across as fake. He was extremely thorough and patient with reviewing the features of the car and explaining the difference between the model I was looking at and others I might consider. Since my purchase he has kept in touch with me periodically, via text and through email, to see how everything was going with the car. He has also been very responsive to question. I hope not to be in a position where I need to buy a car anytime soon but if its in the stars, I will definitely be back to work with Josh. I would highly recommend him to meet you car buying needs. I have been in sales and customer service for almost 20 years and As a sales manager, I would hire this guy in heart a beat to meet my customers' need. You can get a Honda at any Honda dealership but you cannot get this kind of great service.

I saw a great Honda online at cars.com at this dealer. I called ahead that morning to ensure the car was available and I was ensure that it was. I called again to set up an appointment later in the day, and they said they would pull the car out front for when I got there. When I got there, I was informed that the car I wanted wasn't actually available anymore, but they would be happy to show me some "comparable" models. I asked to see another one of the cars they had listed online at cars.com, but that car was also not available. Looking through reviews on this site, I can see this is a common occurrence with this dealer. This is a dishonest business practice that is too common in some of the less honest car dealerships.

I had intial contact with Jessica A. (Internet Sales) and it was very professional. She replied to all of my e-mail and phone questions very promply, with great subject knowledge and a nice personal touch. We decided to stop in at the dealership because of the professional interaction with Jessica while shopping for new car. Once at the dealership we started working with Mike D. And again what a nice professional experience. We viewed the all of the color choices and combinations for the car we were looking at. We went over the cost of the car and the other quotes we had. And we had a lot of quotes to compare. Mike spent a lot time with us and we never did feel like we were be rushed or pressured to by a car. For the time we were there we felt like we were his only priority. Once we purchased the car, Mike spent a lot time with us to review all of the new car documentation, our inspection of the car and how everthing functioned on the car. Mike also asked us for our preferrences for some customer set options on the car. And then made our customer setting changes while showing us how to do so. Mike also did a nice followup with us 1 week later to see see if we had any questions or issues. Based on my experience I would highly recommend both Jessica A. and Mike D. to anyone for when looking to buy a car. Thanks again Jessica & Mike for the great and professional experience.

I was recently looking for a pre owned jeep wrangler unlimited sport as my wife really wanted one to replace her Rav 4 Lease. I found a 2011 with low miles on cars.com and called in to store. I asked for Internet department and Jessica answered. I explained which vehicle I was looking for and that I would have to fly in to Chicago to purchase, so I wanted to make sure it had the equipment I wanted . She listened and took down a list of my concerns and went out in the snow to check vehicle out . She called right back and answered more questions then I had :). I had also e-mailed in and told her I was looking at a certified one also in the area from a local jeep dealer. Jessica followed up very well and I was impressed with the service I was receiving . I explained price range I wanted to be in and the fact that the jeep dealer had the same unit but it had a few more items lower miles and certified . Price was still a factor, she went to used car manager and after two attempts got a great price. I did not purchase from this dealership only because I decided to go new for my wife's jeep because of the upgraded motor and transmission , more power better MPG. That being said I would buy from this dealership in future because of Jessica's professionalism and caring attitude. Thank you Jessica and Honda of lisle you have an outstanding employee! Michael

I made my first vehicle purchase at the Honda Superstore of Lisle. I was welcomed from the staff the very first moment I stepped in. Being my first car purchase from a dealership, I hadn't really known what to expect or how things worked there. To add on, I am no car expert so I was really looking for honest advice on the best vehicle that would suit me financially as a college student and for my commuting needs.The employee who serviced me was Orlando Johnson. Orlando was extremely friendly when showing me around the lot and I really appreciated his patience with me. My first visit here was just for me to look around and decide what I could afford financially and to learn more about Honda as well. At this time, I wasn't in the best financial situation but Orlando didn't give up on me. A few days after my visit, he called me and told me about a car that they had gotten in that would be a good fit for me. He kept in touch with me, letting me know when he found a car that had fit my criteria and offered to help me in any way he can. I made a second visit to the dealership and spoke with Orlando again about possible cars and again was very patient with me and my seemingly endless questions. My third and final visit to Honda of Lisle, I test drove probably the 6th or 7th car I had considered and finally decided it was time to choose. I came home with a used the 2012 Honda Civic LX. Not only was Orlando patient with my inexperience with cars, but he made me feel comfortable to ask about anything I was concerned about. I learned a lot from him and I would definitely make another purchase from this dealership in the future. He gave me the vehicle knowledge I needed. I trust Orlando and I am very glad he was the employee who helped me. I know that I can come to him in the future with any questions about my Honda. I extremely recommend going to Orlando Johnson if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. If you have questions, he has answers! He takes very good care of his customers and treats them with so much care. I couldn't be any happier with my Honda! I want to thank the staff at the Honda Superstore of Lisle for a great experience. Thank you so much Orlando for everything!

I've recently moved to the Chicagoland area and Honda of Lisle has been my go to location for service and repairs. They have a great team working on site that gets you in and out quickly and the service manager always cuts me a deal on service because he knows I drive all the way out from the city for service. Great Job Guys. My only advice to improve your service department....upgrade hose black leather recliners, they've seen better days!

Typical new car dealership. Friendly sales people that greet you as soon as you step in the showroom. Inquired about a car that was listed on cars.com - they could not "find" that car, but had another one to show me. Played the "make me an offer" game with the salesman and sales manager. Was never provided with a final offer sheet but did end up purchasing a Pilot because they did have one that I wanted and I believe that I did get a good deal.

I worked with Kabir Sheikh. My first purchase was a new 2012 Honda Accord LX-P to replace my aging conversion van. Initially I wanted a 2012 CIVIC but the small price difference and quality of the Accord won out. Kabir insured we aware of all our options from financing to the appointments available for the car. Personable and no pressure, even suggested we take the time to think about the purchase. A few months later my Chrysler commuter car un-expectantly had to be replaced. I had stopped by the dealership, spoke to Kabir of my issues and needs. Within a couple of days, he found me a suitable, inexpensive and reliable used Accord. My plan is to purchase a new replacement to the used Accord upon final payment of the 2012 in the next few years. Ill return to Honda of Lisle and hope to work with Kabir.

This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Honda of Lisle. When we narrowed our search down and knew we were going back to here, the only salesman we wanted to work with was Mike Dalpino. What an honest guy. He knows the vehicles inside and out, but most important, he is there to help. True, his business title is salesman, he wants to sell a car. But he goes above and beyond in giving us all the scenarios, buying, leasing, what extras we need as opposed to what we want. His attention to detail is unbelievable. Any question I asked about the vehicles, he knew without looking it up or avoiding it. I would recommend Mike to anyone. He is personable, likeable and down to earth. I have owned several vehicles and he is BY FAR THE BEST!

I used to have my old Honda serviced at Valley Honda in Aurora/Naperville. I really liked the location, it was a beautiful facility, but wasn't too fond of the service people there. When I bought my new Honda in 2009, I went with Honda of Lisle. The buying process at Honda of Lisle was good and so far, service has been good. However, I just hate going to Honda of Lisle's service facility. It's tight getting in and out and the waiting area is terrible. Looks like no one is taking care of the place. The service area needs major upgrade/addition to accommodate the volume of customers they have. Honda of Lisle needs to go see Toyota of Naperville's service area and try to build one like that!

We went to look at a car that we liked on cars.com. When we got there we were informed that they didn't have the car and that all the pictures on the website are stock photos...NONE of them are the actual cars on the lot. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time!

Purchased a 2011 pilot. We really liked working with our sales person. Low pressure. Well informed about the product. The final sale process went quickly. None of the back and forth sales junk. Would recommend our sales person to anyone. No experience with service other than 1 oil change. We have not experienced the same as the other reviews.

I purchased two brand new Honda Accords in 2008 and have been going through oil consumption problems with one of the cars. I have had it back over 7 times and finally Honda has come up with a resolution. Bulletin number 11-049 and now Honda of Lisle will not even service my vehicle! Good luck if you decide to buy from them! I paid cash for two cars and now cannot get them serviced! I have contacted Honda Motors of America and they say I have a negative attitude and they are closing my case number and not supporting me in getting this resolved!
