Our salesman, Jeff Beck, made the entire experience of purchasing a new car as pleasant as possible. We did not have to listen to a hard sales pitch and he possesses the unique ability to listen instead of talking all the time. He is a very patient man, and he made sure that he showed us all the unique features of our new CRV. He took the time to explain everything about the navigation system and its capabilities. When we drove home in our new vehicle, we were confident about being able to program it to suit our needs. I have bought 3 Hondas in the last 5 years form this dealership! Every single time they are incredibly easy going, honest, and straightforward. They always give me an extremely competitive price. It is a stress free experience which is why I continue to return again and again. Steve Burman ordered a replacement airbag within a day of my phone call and arranged for me to bring my Pilot in the next day for service. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and Assistant Service Manager Bill Maurath had the work done and called me before 11 am the following day to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Customer service just doesn't get any better than that!

I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Honda thanks to the friendly and courteous customer service of Erin Lober! She explained in detail the mechanical issues I was experiencing with the engine light sensor and air condition unit in my Honda, CRV. She was able to quickly identify the problem I was having and repair my vehicle while I waited. She also presented me with maintenance options which would save me money in the long run and improve the efficiency of the engine. Erin also allowed me to use her personal cell phone charger to charge my cell phone when the life of my cell phone battery was down to 5%. Moreover, after my vehicle repairs were completed she parked my car in a convenient location in front of the building, opened my door and handed me the keys. I appreciate Heritage Honda's excellent customer service, quality work, and amenities they offer such as a comfortable lounge area, access to computers, Wi-Fi, courtesy bottled water/other beverages and a complementary USA Today Newspaper which allows me to keep up with the latest news and catch up with my emails while I wait...Thanks again Erin for all your kind assistance and professionalism! Years ago when I was looking for a service home for my Honda Odyssey that I purchased at a dealership that had gone out of business, I found Honda of Parkville. My initial experience there was not good at all however, I then shortly met Erin, and boy did my gloomy experiences turn into enjoyable experiences. She is the only reason, along with Steve Berman, why I continue to get by 09 Honda Odyssey touring serviced there! Erin, will do her best to make sure you are pleased. She is patient, honest, and explains what is happening or has happened to your vehicle even if it means by demonstration. She always does a phenomenal job at diligently explain what my service expenses will be before the service begins, and also gives guidance on the importance of the care of your vehicle. She makes sure you get your oil change card stamped which helps on free services.I would like to also mention Steve service manager will also step up to the plate, to resolve any concerns you (the customer) may have, such as what I had before I met Erin. The shuttle guys are pleasant to ride with and are always on time!

After driving a Honda Accord for ten years, I wanted to purchase a SUV, and the Pilot was one of four vehicles I was considering. Due to my vehicle service experience with Erin Lober, the most important criteria in the purchase of a new vehicle was to continue having Erin Lober as my Service Advisor. I am in sales and spend half of my life in my car, and I need that time to be worry-free. Erin's advice allowed me to get 267,000 miles out of my Accord (it was in fine shape when I traded it in, but I wanted the SUV). She thoroughly answers all of my questions, brings the mechanic out to talk to me, and always explains which work is necessary now and what can wait. If I am in a bind with time, but need my car serviced, she always gets me an appointment, even at the last minute. After 80,000 miles on the Pilot so far, it still runs like new, thanks in large part to following Erin's advice. I know Erin absolutely cares about doing what is best for me. She is invaluable and irreplaceable.

Ms. Erin Lober is the primary reason my family continues to own Honda vehicles. I purchased my 2016 Honda Crv Touring in August of 2015. Since I've had my Crv, I have encountered no issues at all. Rick Jager & Derrick Showacre were fabulous when I purchased the Crv. I recently went the Heritage Honda Parkville location and left there feeling like I was family. It was my first new car purchase in Maryland as I just moved to the area in August. Originally went to look at the Pilot but when that didn't work out I set my sights on a 2016 CR-V EX . Well from start to the final handshake I never felt so comfortable dealing with people . Lou Persico was my first contact and he did everything he could including getting my grandson crayons to occupy his time while we hashed out details. Lou was so willing to discuss the pros and cons of many of my many requests. After a few hours of chatting my hopes of purchasing a new vehicle became a reality. Chuck, the sales manager, also played a large part in our "family decision". I have had the car 4 days now and can honestly say I have received numerous calls and emails checking back on how things are going thus far. My answer was the same with each contact " amazing". Without reservations I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to try Heritage Hona Parkville first and. I really believe they won't have to go anywhere else. Thanks againBill

Excellent experience purchasing my Honda Pilot EX-L from Heritage. Todd Pegler was our sales associate and he was fabulous. The reason for only 4 stars is that the Pilot did not deliver when we were told, it was pushed back for a few weeks, with the dealership only being able to tell me that inventory showed it was there, but it was still waiting on the car hauler. I get that it was out of their control and Todd was communicative and professional the entire time between when we ordered it and when it delivered. Great customer service, great communication and professionalism on all parts. I would definitely recommend Todd as well.

We never felt rushed, never felt uncomfortable, and were treated like we were the only customer in the place. Our experience made car buying easy. This dealership is worth avoiding. Their sales tactics are dirty and underhanded. It worth going farther to deal with a better dealership. On the Edmunds website has a list of 'signs' of a bad dealership. From my experience, Heritage Honda, Parkville matches a number of characteristics on this list. #8 Using 'Ad Cars' as bait and switch. On our first visit to the dealership, the advertised car we were going to look at that was suddenly no longer available. #6 They try to 'switch' you from the car you want to another. Our salesperson MARIE SMALLS fits this category. When we told her what we wanted, she immediately took us for a test drive in the car that she wanted to sell us which was very far from our specifications. This happened more that once during our dealings with her. #4 Your salesperson demands 'follow me' or 'wait here'. We had them play this game with us several times. #2 Your salesperson suddenly disappears and another takes over. This happened immediately when we first got to the dealership and were unfortunately passed off to MARIE SMALLS. #1 Salesman are hanging around out front of the dealership salivating. Definitely.Besides being given the typical bad dealership runaround, we were also basically lied to by our salesperson, MARIE SMALLS. We were negotiating a price on a car and she implied that she would agree to our offer in order to get us to come out to the lot again. In the rain. In bumper to bumper traffic. When we were getting ready to close the deal, she started giving us a hard time about financing, even though, we already have a car loan through our bank. She immediately started trying to talk us into buying a different car through their financing. Eventually we asked to see the manager.At first she sent out, TONY GRANT. He is a real lowlife. He acted rude toward us and then immediately disappeared. This is a really dirty, underhanded manipulation tactic worthy of only the worst dealerships.After a second request, MARIE SMALLS sent out who I can only assume was the real manager. This part could be a part of the Edmunds 'bad dealer' list. #7 You're talking with your laid-back salesman when a big scary guy suddenly comes in and sits down across from you. JIM ROLAND definitely fits this category. I'd be willing to bet that he is part of their intimidation tactics, but, I really want to call him out for being a really incompetent manager. Either JIM ROLAND is a really inept as a manager or he is a really sleazy manager. Sleazy for letting his employees get away with the sales tactics they tried to pull on us.BOTTOM LINE: Avoid doing business here at all costs.

I purchased a new 2016 Honda CRV for myself for Christmas. Salesman, Anthony, was Professional, knowledgable, with straight talk without the typical cars salesmen heavy pressure that was a sure turnoff to me at other dealers.Anthony had the balance of listening instead of forcing something I didn't want. My husband and I drove off the lot feeling pleased instead of feeling suckered. He even helped us clean out the old car and program the audio. The service was smooth and excellent! I applied for a car loan, wasn't really expecting a call from anyone. I just testing the waters to see if i could get financed but wasn't seriously looking for a vehicle. the next day i get a call to come in. I thought it was just to show me around and all that good stuff. I tried out a car and filled out the paper work. That's when i figured things wouldn't work out because i was told i had to wait for the finance manger to come in, do i was like well that means i was denied lol. I get a ring the next day to come pick up my new car. To think just three days prior i wasn't even considering buying a car.

I bought my 2015 Honda Fit at the Parkville dealership and have been pleased w the service every time I have come here.Last weekend I heard a scraping noise under the front of my car, the undercarriage had come loose and was dragging.Not only did the dealership fit me in for an appointment two hours after I called about the problem, but they fixed it and did not even charge me. I had been so afraid it would be a costly repair, which I cannot afford right now and was so relieved to have it taken care of so quickly and completely free of charge. Hi, I purchased my 2009 Honda Fit at the Parkville store. The experience has been excellent from the day I purchased the car all the way through today! They have provided outstanding service for me. When I was so ill I could not stay to wait for the car, the manager Steve, arranged for me to have a rental car at their expense. Also, when my air conditioning broke, Steve and Ricky helped me to work with Honda to see if there was an extended warranty on the particular issue I had. When they were repairing the AC, the compressor fell apart and Honda covered that at no cost and again provided me a rental car because the work would not be completed until the next day. I had Mark as a service adviser for that repair and he's always a pleasure to work with. Everyone there is so nice and has gone above and beyond to help me with my car and I am so grateful! When repairs are not needed, they let you know. I feel like I get excellent service and can trust the recommendations that I receive. I also love the fast track. That's been great for me. The check out is very easy and the girl who works there is friendly and efficient. Thanks to everyone at this center, especially Steve, Ricky and Mark. Your kindness and customer care is much appreciated!

A customer friendly service service center that I have used for many years and multiple Hondas. Service advisers Al, Eric, and Kim (and others) have helped tremendously. Of course, with Hondas there are very few problems, but when necessary I go to this Honda Service Center on York Road in Towson, Maryland.Also, if necessary, they will give you a ride to work or home. Robert Lee, who is a driver for the service center, is a safe , friendly driver that I particularly like.

Kim Brown in the service center at Heritage Honda in Towson ROCKS !! My son had an emergency with his Honda Accord, his gas pedal was sticking. At 1:30 last Thursday I called and was VERY lucky to get Kim Brown on the phone. My son had called earlier and was told the earliest appointment would be the following Monday at 10AM. Kim told me to have my son come right over and ask for her. Within an hour she called to let me know the issue, what needed to be done and the cost. An hour later she called to say the car was ready. She treated me like I was her best customer. You do not receive customer service like this many places. Kim is a true asset to you service center. If I had that kind of customer service every where, life would be so great. THANKS Kim for going above and beyond for me as a customer and a concerned parent. I will always remember your great service !! Heritage Honda be proud she is part of your team !!!

Recently returned to Heritage Honda for normal maintenance. Robb Peters was my advisor. Robb was very professional and friendly. He explained what they would be doing and how long it would take.. He also showed me how to reset the (annoying) low tire pressure light. He directed me to the waiting area where you could get coffee and watch TV watch TV until you car was finished. I am a senior service manager for a large, well established company in the Baltimore area. Because of what I do, I am probably more critical than most and expect the the quality of service that I provide. Recently I purchased a fairly new Honda Civic. I put as much or more effort into shopping for this car than any car I bought previously because it was the first car I bought for my oldest child. I looked first at safety and reliability, areas we all know Honda stands out. Then I looked at price. I bought a Honda two years ago from a dealer much closer to home than Heritage but their service department provided one bad experience after another and really didn't seem to care. I shopped other dealers from the biggest to the smallest and even the big one wouldn't come close to the price Heritage agreed to. For the same exact vehicle, same year, features, etc., Heritage was $850 less than the big guy. In addition, the car at Heritage had 3,000 fewer miles and a better car fax report in terms of maintenance. It was a no brainier. The guy complaining about them not matching an Internet price probably didn't know what he was looking at and asking the wrong questions. Heritage not only met what I saw online but came down a little from that price. Since then, their service department has bent over backwards to take care of everything I've needed. I've been dealing with managers Mike Hoban and Tony Mantegna who are always attentive and make a point to follow up with me afterward. They even went to bat for me with corporate to help me with a part for my CRV that I didn't even buy from them. If you are one of the very few who didn't have a great experience there, walk back in and talk to them. I can assure you, whatever your issue is, they will resolve it. I drive past two well known dealerships, 10 minutes from my home, and another 20 minutes from there because I will only deal with Heritage Honda from now on.

I've had my Honda for a little over four years, and I generally take it to this location for service. The associates there are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. They take great care of my car, and I like that they keep accurate records of both prior services as well as prior recommendations. I keep my own records but it's nice to know that they know my car's history as well. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

Never again would I step foot in this dealership.Bought a used car 2.5yrs ago with a clean carfax , decided it was time to trade it in. O Donnell honda showed me the history on the car to my surprise letting me know the car was involved in an accident.An insurance claim of $3500 was made on this vehicle.So I called the dealership explaining my plight I spoke to Toni Grant.On Saturday after Black Friday he tells me to come in he will be there all day.I drove 25 miles to the dealership only to be told he left for the day.I should have known better not to go return this dealership after what happened.They are full of it and not only that the other attends are rude and just brush me off as the least of there problems.They believed they got the better of me obviously they do not know the power of social media. Now I am at a loss financially in the thousands because of this.If I was to break down with a blown tire in front of this dealership I will walk to the next dealership 2 miles away to get help.

When I decided to get my 2015 CR-V, it really was a no-brainer to return to Heritage. I purchased a Civic in 2009, and for the next 6 years all my service needs were identified and completed in a professional and expeditious manner. Its important for me to have confidence in a service team and it's work; The last thing I want to worry about is if a repair was done correctly on the Eve of a long trip.Choosing the 2015 CR-V revealed a more complex and expensive vehicle. My trim/ color combination was not in stock and somewhat difficult to locate. After some searching, "MY" CR-V was found somewhere in PA, and the process began. My Salesperson, Tim Roberts could not have been a better pick for me. From answering my endless questions to addressing any concerns and rolling with the seemingly constant mind-changing I went through while choosing my accessories and options, Tim exhibited a level of patience seldom seen these days.Also, as a current CR-V owner, he shared many of the finer points the vehicle has to offer, which made the time pass by enjoyably and just re-enforced my reasons for choosing the CR-V.This review would not be complete if I didn't mention the great job Finance did in working to secure me a great rate, as well as the team responsible for installing all the extras I ordered.I know I made the right choice in choosing the CR-V, and working with Heritage Honda. I'll be Back.

In 2013 I purchased a Honda Pilot from Honda Heritage. The customer service was incredible and the employees were very friendly. I have been extremely happy with my decision to purchase a Honda Pilot. Since then, I have returned every 5000 miles to get my oil changes and "check-ups." I have found that the prices are cheaper and the overall quality of work is wonderful. The employees really understand their customers and want to work with them to ensure satisfaction. I purchased my Honda CRV from Heritage Honda Parkville. This is my second car purchase from this dealership. I get all of my service done at this location and am ALWAYS pleased. The service people are so nice. They get you in as quickly as possible, keep you updated as the work is being done and NEVER do things that aren't necessary. The young lady that works at the cashier window is exceptional too. I love that they give a military discount too! The gentlemen that work there also always mention that they are appreciative of my family's military service. Just those little extras that make going there a great experience! I will definitely continue getting my service at this location and anticipate purchasing my next car from them as well.

I recently bought a 2015 Honda CRV touring model from Heritage Honda. I'm not an easy person to please and at the time of my purchase this model (in the color I wanted) was hard to find. I spoke with salespeople at several dealerships in the area, but Jamie Caslin stood out with his willingness to go the extra mile to find my car and work with me on price. He and the other staff at the dealership made this the most enjoyable car-shopping (and buying) experience I've ever had. They were attentive, responsive, and prompt. Even the mechanics who installed a few extras I had purchased were personable (actual smiles on their faces!!). More importantly, they were fast. I never felt pressured by Jamie to buy anything, got what felt like were frank and honest answers to my questions, and left comfortable with my decision and excited about my new car.

Went in to possibly lease/or buy a new Honda Accord. My husband found a beautiful 2014 car on the showroom floor. Dealership held the car with a deposit while my & husband and I worked out the financial details. Rob, our salesperson, was responsive, attentive and got what I asked for my trade and great price on my Accord. Answered all my questions and went the extra mile when needed. I was set on buying a used car from another dealership because I thought that's all that I could afford. I came to heritage honda just to see what they had. I found a car that I truly loved and wanted but was way outside my price range. The sales manager Tony Grant went out of his was to help me with the car. He called to discuss it with me since I could not come into the dealership due to work. We were able to come to an agreement over the phone and get all the papers sent over to my credit union. Without Tony Grant I would have never bought my car. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Bought a used 2010 corolla 2 yrs ago from this dealership never again.Trying to trade it in for newer vehicle so I took it to Carmax. .The appraisal indicated the vehicle was involve in some kind of accident although not reported to car-fax. Paint job was done on the doors and front fender so the value of the vehicle has depreciated even further.These dishonest car dealers must have known this but choose not to tell me.People stay away from this dealership they are only interested in getting their cars off their lot regardless to who gets screwed. Believe me I was a victim.

I have been coming to this location for a year now and never had any reason to complain. However, I have had the misfortune of running into Robb Peters twice, and both times he has been rude and unpleasant and displays the worst disposition. If he doesnt like interacting with customers, maybe you should move him to a place where he doesnt have to. I am not going to stop coming to Honda Heritage because of him, but I am not going to give him a third chance to act like a petulant child either. FYI i purchased my current car from the car dealer and has been coming in for service approximately every 6 weeks. My latest visit was on April 21, 2014 and around 1:00p.m.

Car was brought in to see why heater was blowing cold air. They charged $60+ for a diagnostic only to tell us that they weren't sure of the problem. The part that they recommended "trying" first was a $47 part that had nothing to do with cold and hot air, confirmed by another mechanic, and they wanted to charge us $371 for replacing it! Luckily we declined. The existing part was easily checked and works. They also left the hot/ cold cable disconnected and left the engine prop bar laying on the engine. On a previous service repair for an oil change, they drove over 2 screws and didn't even notice or didn't care, they were obvious to us even before pulling out of the parking space. They patched both tires, but offered nothing but an apology. Another previous service repair was to have Bluetooth installed on both of our Hondas. And on both of our cars, they left wires dangling under the driver side dash, and other wires pushing against very sharp edges. When we brought the cars back, they refused to fix it even though they recommended not driving it until someone else fixed it. Another service visit was just after buying an new Honda from them and our gas-cap door was not closing properly. It looked like they used a crude tool, like a screw driver, to try to fix the door, and they bent and scratched it. Unbelievable! We have purchased 5 Hondas from Heritage over the past 12 years. We have gone to them for every service visit on these Honda's. But we will never be going back to Heritage Honda for ANYTHING! There is nothing they can say or do, short of changing ownership and management, to change our minds at this point. Enough is enough, and we feel like fools for not going somewhere else for our Honda service needs sooner.

I had high expectations that honda would apply higher service standards than typical dealerships. They are no better than the sterotypical dealership that suggests far more service than is actually required. After a few oil changes ,they will suggest that you have a great deal of extra services done. Practically every time i went they were suggesting hundreds of dollars of service. Last visit i found out that my original tires were worn out at just 32000 miles and i followed their recommend maintence schedule. They suggested i purchase tires for 880 dollars that i eventually bought for 675 at another place. I blame myself of trusting any dealership. Also,i repeadtly asked for explanations and they weren t responsive about that either.

Gary was everything we could have hoped for and more in a car salesman. We needed to make our first auto purchase as a couple (the arrival of twins meant that are old car was too small and our budget was very tight) and knew we needed a mini-van or something comparable, but were nervous about making such an important purchase. A colleague recommended Gary as being a good and fair guy, and thats what he was. He was very real and sincere, no pretense and no act. He was patient with us there was no pressure on us. He helped us arrive at an understanding of what type of vehicle matched our needs. He then helped us understand the differences between Hondas Odyssey and its competitors. We then looked at the difference between new Odysseys and certified used ones that they had (or would have) in the store. We got a great deal on a certified used Odyssey and he walked us through the financing, as well as all of small details re: the vehicles maintenance record. We couldnt have been happier then and we couldnt be happier now having driven the van for a year and having the van be a total charm. Gary really made it all possible and we would highly recommend him. We went an hour away from our home to buy from the dealership where Gary worked and we will go out of our way again to track down Gary when it comes time to buy our next vehicle.

We cannot say enough nice things about Keith Kirn and Heritage Honda. My husband and I were in the market for a new minivan; we were considering the Toyota Sienna Limited and the Honda Odyssey Touring Elite (and strongly leaning towards the Toyota). That is, until we went to Heritage and spoke with Keith. He is hands down the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He spoke with us and listened to our concerns about the Sienna vs. the Odyssey; he then gave us the full tour of the car starting under the hood and continuing through the rest of the car's features. We have never had a salesman explain so much about a car. He could not have been more accommodating or helpful. He even came in on his day off when we wanted to check the carseat fit in the Odyssey. I should also mention that Heritage gave us the best price on the van the FIRST time. No games, no back and forth. They also offered us the most money on our trade. They also were very patient with us, as it took a little while for us to finally decide on the Odyssey. The service we received from Keith was the deciding factor. We were so pleased with our experience here. And after the purchase, Keith has followed up with us several times to make sure that we are still happy and satisfied with our purchase, he even helped us resolve an issue with our satellite radio while we were out of town. If you are looking for an honest and knowledgable salesman and a dealership that won't give you the runaround, Keith Kirn and Heritage Honda Parkville is the place to go.

I just encountered the rudest consumer service ever at Honda Service/Auto Body Dept. today. His name is Mark Sowders. I was a little frustrated about the wait and instead of calmly explaining to me the reason of the long wait, he raised his voice at me in front of a bunch of people, asking me if I want to get my oil change or not, as if he/Honda is doing me a favor. He repeatedly asked me in a raised voice until Tony Mantegna stepped in and calmly explained the process and the reason of the longer than usual wait. As an asian woman, I have had my share of being overcharged by Auto repair shops but never never been embarassed in front of people until today. Mark Sowders is the rudest consumer service ever! I am very thankful for Tony M. stepping in. Unlike Mark, he did a great job. I felt so embarrassed, humiliated, and disrespected by Mark Sowders. He should not be working in the service industry.

Great experience! I purchased a used BMW from Heritage but feel I got the same great service as if I were purchasing a brand new Honda. The front desk staff were friendly and Mok Bsaiso was fantastic. He put no pressure on me to purchase the vehicle and was great to deal with. Gerard in the business office was also very helpfulin making sure all financing paperwork was in order to make the transaction very hassle free. The service department did an excellent job detailing the car so it looked great when I drove it of the lot. Anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle should definitely check out Heritage! I am reviewing Mr. Gary Burlage because he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and confident in my car selection and purchase. This entailed taking the time to review, test drive and consider the advantages/disadvantages each car choice would personally afford me, rather than pressure me to make a sale. As I was stranded with children out of state, resulting from my old car becoming disabled, Mr. Burlage picked us up in a car he deemed would be my best choice given the information I had provided by phone. My old car was diagnosed first thing that morning and, when I agreed it was not worth repairing, Honda offered to purchase my old vehicle at a fair price, taking it off my hands. When I returned home to New York, I shared with others what a positive experience I had at Heritage Honda and specifically with Mr. Burlage.

Let me preface this review by saying that the prices and deals at Heritage Honda were amazing. The boss, whose name I cannot recall, was extremely helpful and it is unfortunate that we were not able to work with him directly. We started out interested in the summer deal offered by Honda dealerships. We got into contact with Brian Hott at the dealership, who after reviewing our credit, assured us that we were in fine financial standing, making no mention of a cosigner at all. When we arrived at the dealership, however, no mention of the deal was mentioned, and instead we were told that we indeed did need a cosigner. My partner, who is the one primarily interested in purchasing the vehicle, informed Brian that she did not really have anyone who would willingly cosign. Instead of cutting the four hours we spent there short, he kept pressing the need of a cosigner, going so far as to insist that my partner call one of of her parents. During this exchange, he made mention several times that he has only been working there for two months, which did little to instill confidence in two young car buyers. After this, he then decided that it would be beneficial to suggest we finance, instead of lease, a used car. He got a map of the used cars, got lost, and left us standing in the parking lot several times to switch keys around. After we told him that many of the cars he was showing us were out of our price range, he told us that there were cars that were in our price range, but that they weren't Honda's and they were not certified by the dealership, and therefore he did not want to sell them to us. He showed us a few more cars, but as this point we didn't care, and made it clear that we did not want to be shown anymore cars. We went back to the dealership, where we were told that because we were out of state drivers that all we needed was a change of address card, that this process was simple and quick and that it was ALL WE NEEDED. My partner did eventually get her father to agree to cosign and back to Brian we went. Over the phone, before coming into the dealership, he made it clear that all we were doing was signing paperwork, a quick process. He asked if we had insurance yet, and we told him that we did not because we did not have any copies of the paperwork with the VIN number so that we could apply for insurance. He assured us this was alright. We went into the dealership, and were immediately blindsided because apparently, my partner needed to change her license completely and be issued a new one, even though we were told earlier that a change of address card (which we had) was all that was needed. The next problem was that we needed insurance before any paperwork could be processed, even though it was conveyed to us earlier that it was fine if we did not have insurance yet. I made it clear that we had to get home to go to work, and would work out the insurance on our own time and that we would be in contact. This was not good enough, and Brian pushed the phone closer to my partner and made her call Geico so that she could purchase the insurance immediately. The insurance rate was too high, and the same applied to the second insurance company she called at Brian's insistence. He put us on the spot to buy immediately even though he had told us during our first trip that insurance was only necessary when picking up the car. We will not continue our business with this Honda dealership, and not because of the money aspect because it is possible to work through the insurance issue, and we have enough money to put the down payment and the monthly payment. We will not continue work with this dealership because we were working with someone who made up information when he did not know the answer, and would forget to tell us vital information that could have made the entire process easier and much much shorter. We were jerked around and made to believe false information. As I stated earlier, perhaps if we had been partnered with a different agent, then we could have purchased or leased a car of our own, but this was not the case. We are not angry because of the change of license because this is a Maryland law and this is obvious, but we are angry because of the misinformation we were told on multiple occasions.

This past Thursday it was a rather cool morning, while on my way to work, my 2006 Civic overheated. I finally decided to have it towed into the Parkville dealership. I work in White Marsh, and it was close to my office. I have experienced great service with Honda in the past in Memphis, TN. Mark and Heritage Honda Parkville, will have my business from here on out. The service staff is great and very willing to help. They took care of my car in 3 working days. I was completely amazed. We were in the market for a Honda Odyssey EX. After talking to a co-worker he recommended Heritage Honda Parkville. Boy will he get an earful when I get to work tomorrow. We had a trade in that we wanted to get close to payoff for which we bought from Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. After talking to Rich he appraised the car and said it had "issues" (a scratch in the hood). He quoted us far below what three other dealers have offered (all of them said the car was in excellent condition). After asking if he would meet the price quoted to us by Heritage Westminster he went in the back and called Westminster and told them our trade in had major issues and not to deal with us. He came back out gloating that he called Westminster and they no longer wanted to give us the price they had quoted. I've dealt with car salesman before but never have I seen such unprofessionalism! I'll drive to California to by my next car before I ever dream of dealing with Heritage Parkville again!

Dan was very helpful in getting us the information we wanted and needed on our new Odyessy. I love my new car. I got it on a monday. Was ask on Wednesday if i wanted to take it back. The answer was NO! The car is Great.Jim was easy to work with. Not pushy. Showed us the car and how things worked in it. I was stranded in Parkville on my way to New York from Frederick, MD. As I was coming up rt 95 my 2002 Civic started losing power. I pulled off and called Heritage since they were near by. Erin Lober answered the phone at about 4:30pm and gave me directions. She advised me that the service department closed at 5pm. I got there about 5pm.. I explained my predicament and she went to service manager Steve ( I didn't get his last name). Steve found Dave Ernest (tech) and Dave said he would stay and take a look at the car. In about 40 minutes the vehicle was repaired and Erin had me on my way. All three of these wonderful caring professional employees went out of there way to keep me from being stranded. I inquired about a 2007 Nissan Quest on January 12,1012. I called to check if it was available and was asked to come in and have a look. Entering any dealership, the first thing you think of is a pushy, smug, arrogant and overly aggressive salesman. This was not the case at Heritage. On Sunday, January 8, 2012, I visitied their lot. On the lot was a sleek, preppy, economical and intelligent 2008 Honda Accord 2DR Coupe. Metalic in color and gorgeous on the inside. I instantly fell in love. This car, like my 1993 Accord SE Coupe, spoke to me. It said, "Visit this dealership again, and I will be yours!" Thus, on Monday night, January 9, 2012, I called Heritage and was connected to Meylin. She asked me what I was looking for in car, what type of payment I can afford and give her a day to work it our for me. On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, Meylin called me and suggested that I return to Heritage. True to her word, I got the car that I wanted at the monthly rate I could afford and a warranty!!! Not to mention a decent finance rate especially with the type of credit I posess. Gosh, I never thought that this could happen. I went to Nationwide Nissan. Bad move! Nationwide would not look into assisting me the way Meylin of Heritage Honda did. Thank you Meylin and thank you Heritage for having a dealership that respects the needs of the customer.

It is no wonder why Ken Davis has been selling cars at Heritage Honda (Parkville) for 14 years. He is really good at it! My boyfriend recommended Ken after a service visit for his Honda civic. During the wait, in the high table/chair area, he observed how Ken interacted with prospective customers and with his fellow co-workers. He seemed like a "good guy" according to my boyfriend. He acquired a business card from Ken, knowing we'd be in the market for a new Honda in the near future.So the time came, we needed a vehicle. Our research was done and we stopped by to see Ken. We wanted to see what a large Honda dealer could offer. They did not disappoint, lots of options, even so close to the end of the year! We knew exactly what we wanted. Ken listened to our needs and told us what was available. He was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, sincere and honest.When it came down to talking numbers, I feel, it was in our favor. We had gone on-line prior to that visit, to get an internet price quote and selected Heritage as one our dealers. Heritage honored their quoted internet price. They also offered us an awesome trade-in value for an older VW-Passat. We were pleasantly surprised. In addition, Honda offered terrific financing options that we took advantage of, way better than our credit union!On a personal level, Ken shared some stories about his children and wife. We swapped stories about good eating joints & pet/vet clinics in the Mt. Washington area. It was a pleasant experience.Also, Mike Kopper (financing) was professional and knowledgeable. Learning of his mechanical background makes him an excellent person for that position. I feel fully-covered, adding a few of the options available, including GAP coverage.After the sale, Ken took time to thoroughly show me the vehicle, since I will be driving it primarily. He got in the CR-V with me and went over the details of the dash. He taught me how to fold the back seats; he helped me with tricks of the seat belts and showed me the extras regarding the wheels, including the special unlocking tool. He was really helpful and that was really nice of him.Buying a car is a very BIG purchase, one that I even prayed about! I feel that we were in good hands, throughout the entire process. I intend to share our positive experience with others. Overall, I am a VERY SATISFIED customer and I thank you for making it easier on me, as a consumer. I know my boyfriend will be back to see Ken when he needs to replace his Honda civic. We are now an official Honda family and proud!

I was looking at Toyota Matrix, Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, and Honda Fit as possible new cars. My previous car was totaled and, since Heritage Honda was near the body shop, I stopped there to look at the Fit and CR-V. Rob Jones helped me on that visit. I also used two car buying services: one an online company and the other through my insurance company. Heritage was recommended by both services and, although Rob was not the Internet sales contact person, I was able to keep working with him since he was already helping me. Rob outshone all of the other Honda dealer's sales reps with his customer service. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful getting me information about the vehicles, their availability, and a good rate for a loan. When I decided to buy the Toyota RAV4 I actually felt bad about not buying the car from him. If we decide to purchase a Honda when my wife's car needs to be replaced we will definitely go to this dealership ask for Rob Jones to help us.

I will just say that I have been to many car dealers in the past. I have had A LOT of bad experiences. Most of the time, it was the disconnect between the salesman and the financing office and how the numbers always change. Dan promised me that would not happen this time, and of course, I was skeptical. However, let me just say, that I was dead wrong. This place was legit as they come. Dan was upfront & very personable from the moment we began dealing with him. He promised there would not be any games with numbers, and sure enough, there wasn't. They made the experience great & my wife and I appreciated that. Very easy to work with & very good people

Heritage Honda Customer ComplaintI am writing this letter to express my disappointment and concerns with how Heritage Honda treats its customers. My Name is Heather and I have been a customer of Heritage Honda for 8 years along with my husband. We have purchased two vehicles from Heritage. These two vehicles along with two additional Honda cars we have owned have had routine maintenance performed at Heritage over the past 8 years. However, I have never been treated with such a lack of respect and professionalism from any company I have ever dealt with then from Heritage Honda on my recent trip for a routine oil change on September 9, 2011. Service advisor Mr. Adam Araujo confronted me upon arrival. I informed Adam that I wanted an oil change and I wanted to use my Heritage Honda Rewards Punch Card for the free oil change that was due. The rules of the oil change punch card are simple. Every time an oil change was paid for, one punch was placed on the card. Once a certain number of oil changes (or punches) were complete, a free oil change was awarded.I asked if this oil change included a multipoint inspection, he said yes. I could sense Adam did not want to honor this free oil change. Adam recorded the VIN and took my key. Adam then inspected the car and started making random claims of additional services my car required. He briefly glanced at the tire treads and said I needed a tire rotation because they were pretty worn down. He appeared to be mentally unstable and very confrontational all of a sudden. I mentioned that I was only here for the oil change and multipoint inspection at this time. He said take your car back to where you bought your tires and have them rotate them. He also said I needed an alignment. He stated your car is probably shaking while youre driving. Adam became extremely argumentative and I calmly told him it doesnt shake and steers just fine. This hostility he had toward me was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. We then walked over to his desk. He then accessed my vehicles prior maintenance history at Heritage on their internal database system. He noticed all of the recommend maintenance tasks from my last visit. He mentioned all of the prior tasks that I should have completed. He also stated several maintenance tasks I should have completed due to the amount of miles on my car. Im fully aware of Hondas routine maintenance inspections that are recommended. He asked if I had the prior list of recommended tasks completed. I told him my husband takes care of all car maintenance issues. I told him that my husband took the car somewhere to have several items completed, but I didnt know what tasks my husband had all completed at this time. Adam then asked, Where did your husband take the car because he didnt get it done here? I told him one of the places I know my husband has gone for services in the past. He then said very loudly and rudely What, arent we good enough? I was surprised by this horrific and unprofessional outburst towards me and probably other Heritage customers. He then stated I dont know if I can give you a free oil change. Then he said, I dont know how you even could have gotten this. All the time acting very harsh and defensive to the point of making me feel extremely uncomfortable with his lack of professionalism. He continued to state that with this particular vehicle I havent been at Heritage enough times to earn this. I told him this is due to the fact that my husband and I have earned this punch card free oil change with several other vehicles that we have brought to Heritage over the past 8 years. I told him we recently sold an old vehicle and that I only took that car to Heritage for all general maintenance. He did not want to listen to me and was very argumentative. He said he couldnt prove this because he didnt have the VIN of my old vehicle and couldnt access any records except for my current vehicle. He then said, If I give you the free oil change, and they dont think that you earned it, then I will have to pay for it out of my pocket. And I dont want to pay for your oil change. He put the paperwork together and told me to sign the bottom of the papers. I then asked, Will I get a free oil change? He said, Well, I dont know yet. I told him I was not going to sign the paperwork if I wasnt getting the free oil change. I told him I will go someplace else otherwise because I spent a lot of money at Heritage on previous oil changes, buying 2 cars there, and I earned the free oil change. He then said he had to talk to his manager. He then left for several minutes while I waited. He came back and stated you can have your free oil change, but even she doesnt know how you got it. Referring to my free oil change. He stated this very aggressively with no respect for me. I told him how upset I was with this issue because of all the previous visits to Heritage for several different vehicles and the fact they were looking at only the current vehicle. With a very agitated and aggressive attitude he then said, you got your free oil change, you should be happy now. I told him this wasnt the point, the point is that I earned this because of all the other vehicles I have brought here and he shouldnt be going off of one VIN. He then stared at me and didnt say anything for an extended period of time as if trying to belittle me. I then said, well, I guess Ill go wait in the lobby now. He had no response. While I was waiting in the lobby for my oil change I called my husband to discuss my very unpleasant experience. I wanted to discuss my cars maintenance history tasked completed and what Adam said needed to be completed. My husband is a mechanical engineer with automotive repair experience. One of items Adam mention was the requirement for a tire rotation and alignment. My husband said our tires had plenty of tread life remaining, and the wear patterns were OK due to a recent tire rotation. He also said there was no need for an alignment since the car steered perfectly straight on lever terrain. This proved Adam was making up unnecessary repairs needed. This was later confirmed by Hondas technicians on their service paperwork. After about an hour, Adam called my name to pick up my car. He then quickly stated everything looked good. He then mentioned that the tires were in good shape. He put my key on my key ring and that was the end of my horrible Heritage Honda visit. I never thought I would be treated so poorly by anyone or any company. For a representative of Heritage Honda to disrespect and belittle me this way was very disappointing. I have never been treated so poorly before by anyone, ever. I dont know why Mr. Adam Araujo was so unprofessional. I wonder if he treats all of his customers at Heritage Honda with this lack of professionalism. It concerns me even more that a company like Heritage Honda would hire a person like this. This position is the first encounter a prospective customer has with the service department. This is the face of the company for customer service. I would imagine that Heritage would want their best employees to be in this position. Unfortunately this isnt the case. I have been treated better by the technicians than how Adam treated me. Heritage Honda has done a great disservice in having Adam as the face of their service department. I am so displeased with this experience, that my husband and I will no longer take any vehicles to Heritage Honda for service. My husband and I will no longer purchase any vehicles from Heritage Honda either. We have also been alerting friends and family that have gone to Heritage Honda in the past, to go elsewhere due to this experience. A companys reputation is everything. We will find another automotive repair shop and dealership that pledges to serve its customers with respect and professionalism. Myelin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt an immediate rapport with her. She looked up, on a print out, the car I was looking for. She found one and I said I was interested in seeing it. We went straight to that car and it was the one I purchased. A previous Honda dealer had me walking all over their lot looking at car after car I was not interested in, in the rain! Anyway, she knew what I could spend, spoke with the manager and came back with an acceptable price for me.Mike really "knows his stuff" and was able to explain everything to me in easily understood terms. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.They were both a delight to work with.

Bill was clueless about the vehicle. Was extremely slow on the computer. He might be a veteran with 18 years but he has his old ways in negotiating and needs to learn that we are in the computer internet era. I know what you paid for the vehicle. Don't show me a competitors marked up car above MSRP with every option accessories installed. PLEASE. That might work with some rookie buyers.We ended purchasing from Heritage because they did match the best trade in and the new car from 10 dealers in the area so I will give them that.Never spent time on the vehicle with us. Purchased and sent us on our way. Can't wait when Honda calls me for the review and evaluation you are not getting a 5 Bill.When we were negotiating with price all he would show me is the difference it was all hidden. The staff at Heritage Honda - Parkville is exceptional. The outside lot and showroom are clean and it helped out my experience on my purchase a great deal. Would I recommend? Absolutely. The price of what I was offered was the lowest of any other dealer that I received. Mark Strine was my sales guy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My 2010 Honda CRV (8 months old) was totaled in a violent accident (rear-ended). The other driver's insurance offered me a settlement that I didn't think would put me in a brand new vehicle - or even a comparable vehicle. I went to Parkville Heritage Honda who sold me the 2010 CRV and the Oddysey before that. Ken Davis and Eric Dykeman very calmy reassured me that they could put me in a brand new 2011 CRV at no extra cost to me. They found one identical to my 2010 vehicle (which was my request) in just a few days. They were extremely reassuring and made the entire process so easy. What a relief. My wife and I stopped in at Heritage to test drive a 2011 Honda Fit Sport. Ray McLaughlin was the sales rep who worked with us and he made the test drive very stress free. He allowed us to drive around and answered our questions thoroughly during the test. The test route was long, included several different road situations and high way driving. He did not make us feel pressured at all into buying right away, which was a big plus for us. When it came time to buy Ray was fantastic as well Business Manager Seth Bond, who walked us through all the final paperwork. We are in love with our new Honda Fit and would absolutely recommend Heritage Honda to others.

I brought my new Honda Accord (bought four months ago) to your body shop for repair of a deep 2 inch dent on the side of my passenger door. I was heartbroken when some careless person caused the damage to my brand new car. Your shop was recommended to me by the Heritage One repair shop located in Towson. I had no idea that the damage could be so completely fixed and the paint matches perfectly. I was thrilled to see the results of your staffs' hard work. The time needed to do the repairs was estimated at 3 days and that is exactly how long it took to complete. I want to let you know that Greg Jones and his staff went out of their way to fix my car perfectly. The business office allowed me to pay for the repair with a credit card while vacationing in Delaware, following my instructions of placing the key in the trunk when they finished. I would highly recommend your shop to anyone and if I have damage done to my car in the future, I will not hesitate to come back again. Amazing work on the part of your staff. I could not be happier with the results.

After finding the Civic I wanted, at the first site I looked at-Heritge Parkville, the initial online communication was rapid. After making plans to visit dealer, which by the way is an hour ride from my home, Hal Neat introduced me to Rob Jones. He was super friendly and explained everything to me in terms I understood. Mike Kopper took me through tne finance phase and he also explained things in simple terms.After working out a couple of used car bugs, a new key fob, and a tiny inside trim issue, Dan ONeil jumped out of his chair each time and had my issues resolved expediently. This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a dealship after buying cars for 40 years. I originally intended to buy a pre-owned vehicle, but when I looked at a brand new one it was a much better deal.I was greeted buy friendly staff who had both the new and pre-owned vehicle side to side. They encouraged me to take my time, but when the decision was made things went quickly and smoothly. The first time was 5 years ago and it was such a great experience with Mok that we called him when we were ready to buy again. He really takes care of his customers. I took my car in for service and Mark Sowder was extremely courteous and helpful. When I realized the expense for some damage I had done was greater than I realized and contemplated buying another car, he was very understanding. Even when I left my cell phone in the car and called to see if he could check for me, he was more than glad to find my car and call me back with numbers I had missed. The sales person who helped me with my purchase was Meylin Lopez who was not pushy at all, but simply answered questions and gave information about the cars, both used and new. I was shopping for used Honda Fit, and cars.com showed that Heritage Honda had four to choose from, all Honda Certified. I researched prices on the internet, and I went there yesterday to test-drive one that had all the features that I wanted. The salesman, Glenn, was a pleasure to work with, no pressure tactics at all. He made one short trip to the manager and came back with a much better price, and he encouraged me to take the car to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, which I did today. I drove it home this afternoon. I got a great car at a great price with no stress at all.

Meylin was great to work with, she was very honest, fair, and personable. She made buying a car from a dealership how it should be and more enjoyale then usual. Unfortunatly I cannot remeber the name of the manager and finance guy (Mike, Seth, or Scott?) but they were also friendly and helpful. This was a low pressure transaction. There was an issue with the car's window that required a couple extra trips down, but luckily it was covered by the warranty.

My wife and I weren't quite sure what to expect when we entered Heritage Honda-Parkville at the end of March 2011 to look at CR-Vs, as we didn't have much experience with dealerships and had never before purchased a brand-new vehicle. We had seen this dealership's internet quote and figured that maybe they would work with us so that we wouldn't have to blow our budget out of whack. Well, NOT TO WORRY! As soon as we arrived, we were introduced to Bill Gretes, an affable, straight-shooting gentleman who is truly a credit to the auto industry (at least, the "auto dealing" section of it, anyway). He took us on a test run of a beautiful black CR-V SE; we were extremely enamored with this vehicle and told Mr. Gretes something along the lines of "we love this car--it does a good job of selling itself!" Mr. Gretes then attentively listened to us as we described our budgetary situation and subsequently worked very hard to attempt to meet our needs while ensuring that it would be a fair deal for his dealership. Although we couldn't collectively come up with a suitable agreement by the end of the day, Mr. Gretes politely let us know that he wished to keep negotiations going, and we felt encouraged as we left the dealership. Unfortunately, Mr. Gretes fell very ill and was unable to report to work for a few days, although he continued negotiating with us over the phone as best he could. Mr. Gretes well understood that we were anxious to make a deal, so he very kindly referred us to one of his associates, Keith Kirn, as he did not wish to hold us up. I thanked Mr. Gretes for being so courteous to us and felt disappointed that we would not be completing the deal with him. Luckily, we found out very quickly that Keith Kirn is a man who is cut from the same cloth as Mr. Gretes: a kind, intelligent professional who treated us with nothing but respect. After some more negotiating with Mr. Kirn and another very funny and professional gentleman whose name I unfortunately can't recall, the CR-V was ours. At any rate, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda--one of the finest automobile manufacturers in the world. EVERYONE was fantastic, including the secretary and a young man from finance who arranged the payment plan.

I was shopping for a more fuel efficient replacement for my Subaru Forrester - which is a fine vehicle but gets lousy fuel economy. I needed a commuter car.I had driven a VW Golf TDI - nice car but uncomfortable to drive - and a Mini - again a nice car, but awfully pricey. I was just about to bite the bullet and buy the Mini - but since I couldn't get a close to the trade I wanted from Mini of Baltimore County and was having a tough time wrapping my head around the bottom line on the Mini - I thought I would go drive a Fit. Yeah - I know - totaly different car - until you compare them side by side and you find that a Fit and Base Mini are remarkably similiar in performance.Ray McLaughlin at Heritage was great. There was CRZ on the lot that I thought looked great - so we drove that and the Fit. The CRZ gets trashed on the Consumer Reports web site - but I think the reviewer doesn't understand Hybrids. The CRZ is great. The CRZ drives and handles well, while getting great gas mileageHeritage gave me a good price on my trade-in. Ray made the deal easy. The F&I guy was good as well.All in a great shopping experience and I am happy to be driving my CRZ!

I was skeptical about the number of dealers that I met with and very few were willing to help me out of being flipped $5k on a fairly new car (2009 Pathfinder). I even called other Honda dealers in the area, and even with a 750+ FICO score (and my own financing), no one seemed very interested in helping me. I knew that I wanted a Pilot, but I didn't think that Honda sales reps had a very good reputation for being helpful as it was. My situation didn't help matters. I took a shot in the dark and called Heritage Honda Parkville to see what they thought of my situation. I couldn't have had better luck. I spoke with Mark Strine, and he not only gave me solutions, but he also provided wonderful advice regarding leasing options that I hardly even considered. I thought leasing was only available on base model vehicles, not realizing that the model I wanted was also available for lease.I got my 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The staff even took the time to entertain my 1 year old as he crawled all over the dealership while I took care of paperwork. Mark even held our little boy as we were trying to figure out how to install a carseat. I couldn't have asked for better service. I'll be back to Heritage Honda Parkville for sure. Honda has a loyal customer because of the service that I received.

My experience at Heritage Honda was pleasant and smooth from start to finish. I knew the car I wanted to buy when I went in but wanted to test drive it. This test driving went very smoothly and served the purpose. I liked very much the salesman assigned to me, Dan Alban; he was ever professional and pleasant. He looked up my email correspondence with the manager from January which I wasn't sure if we would refer to or not. I had an idea of Manufacturer's recommended sale price from the Heritage website so I knew the ballpark of what the car would cost. Dan was very helpful all along the line, answered my questions, explained things, demonstrated aspects of the car, was patient and courteous. On Saturday I put a deposit on the car and on Wednesday I picked up the car. The dealership treated me well throughout and I was able to leave my old car at Heritage for pickup by The Maryland School for the Blind. I highly recommend and commend Heritage Honda, generally, and Daniel Alban, in particular.

My husband and I went car shopping after his car began having a starting problem which a dodge dealership could not correct. My husband saw a Ford Mustang for sale at a reasonable price so we went to see it. However, the car was not at the dealership on Saturday as we were told and that we would have to come back, Monday. They called us and said the car was there but when we got there it wasn't. The salesman didn't seem to care about the inconvenience this causing us and told us that we needed a down payment and we had yet to even see the car. To say the least I was irritated and told my husband that we should go to Heritage Honda since I had bought my new Honda Fit there in 2009. We were greeted by Jim and explained what we needed and what we could afford. Jim was honest with us about financing and the way used cars are sold and valued. Our credit is better now than it was two years ago but it is still not where it should be. Jim let us know where we stood and that he and his financing department would do their best to get us what we needed. He did just that. We got an excellent car, a 2008 Honda Accord with a full 7yr/120,000 extended warranty and financing we could afford. He was very courteous and personable. The next car will be another Honda. I would never go back the the first dealership, again.

Went to this dealership to purchase a 2011 Honda CRV in Dec 2010. The sales person was nice and he showed us the car and took time to drive. We were really impressed. But the good stuff ends there. Firstly, they tried to sell us a black 2010 CRV telling it was the last and it had a discounted price. When I said I wanted a 2011, they said they would match the price of the other dealer but would add some accessories that would cost me around $400 more. I told them that I don't need the accessories. After a while, I was prepared to buy the accessories. They had some colors (green, white etc.) but they didn't have the color I wanted. We were ready to leave. Then they said manager made an "honest" mistake and the quote they gave was for 2010 model. Seriously? Didn't you say previously that you only have one black 2010 CRV left? LIES!!! They said the other dealer was trying to cheat me by selling a 2010 model as well. I started to see how "honest" they are. I understand they are trying to sell a car, but I wasn't impressed at all. Bad experience. I left the place went to the ODonnell dealer and bought a 2011 model in the color I wanted with no extra junk added.

I had been searching for a vehice for about 7 months and was rather tired and frustrated with the entire process. However, I found the staff at Heritage Honda Parkville to be friendly, down to earth, and HONEST! Hal Neat received my initial inquiries and gave me a nice overview of my options. He did this in a way that was both understandable and kind. Rob Jones followed up by allowing me to test drive three different vehicles in the same day on different types of roads (city and highway). I could tell that customer satisfaction was his primary goal. I was amazed by his amount of patience and respect towards me as a customer. Sadly, I have not always found this type of treatment to be the norm. He really seemed to care about getting me the right vehicle that would be the best fit for my needs. After searching the internet for pricing, reading up on ratings and features of new cars, and checking the Heritage Honda of Parkville website, buying a car started to come together. At first I was thinking about a Honda Civic but also planned to check out other brands and other dealerships. However, after test driving a 2011 Honda Civic and discussing its features, I knew I wanted a Honda. I asked Jim if they had any 2009's on the lot that I might also like and the next time I came in, Jim not only had the 2011 warming up, but right next to it was a 2009 (Certified Used) warming up.The cars looked alike...same color, same options. The 2009 was in great condition, the price was right, and the warranties carried over - so I bought the 2009. I LOVE it. It's fun to drive. It looks great. It fits me perfectly. I would certainly recommend Jim Procheska if you are looking for your next car.

They had the car that we wanted in stock, and sold it to us for substantially less than the internet invoice price as shown on Edmonds. We ended up at Heritage of Parkville because they honored, even beat, the USAA Auto Circle Certified Price we had for the vehicle we were interested in. Once there however, I think the sales staff went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of our choice. We had to wait a few days to actually take ownership but not having to settle was the best. Finance department was even able to beat the preapproved loan we walked in with!!

i hate buying a new vehicle because i hate car salesman. i could not believe what happenned at mile one heritage. i enjoyed the visit. mr mok was friendly, and did was not pushy. he answered all our questions, gave us info. we settled with ms. lopez and she showed everything. she walked us through. i will reccommend these 2 people to anyone.

My husband needed to replace his old 1996 truck, and wanted to look into a used Ridgeline. One day while on Facebook, he heard from an old buddy, Dan O'Neil from days long gone by. Dan was working at Heritage Honda. My husband told him he was looking for a truck. So, when a Ridgeline came on the lot in August, Dan called. and We took a look, but we just weren't ready to buy. Dan kept us in the information loop, checking in to see if we were still mobile, still interested, but no Ridgeline's were coming in. Then, on the 10/23 Dan called to tell us one just came in. We went to look and Dan turned us over to Bill Gretes. (Dan does the Internet sales). The test drive was great, we were really impressed. Bill was fantastic, always focused on what we wanted, what we thought.Over the weekend, we thought about what to do. We wanted the truck, but we're down to one income due to the recession. During the day on Monday, our '96 truck gave me the nudge needed to put aside excuses and take care of the business of reliable transportation.So Monday, we went back. Dan and Bill worked together like buddies. We made a comment to Dan about the one income. He'd anticipated we might want to look at smaller price tags, and had a few other trucks for us, but we wanted the value the Ridgeline had to offer.It was the quickest, most pleasant car purchase experience we had ever been through.After the test drive of a second Ridgeline also on the lot, Bill opened the hood, the tailgate and doors and left us to ourselves. It was beautiful. Once we confirmed we wanted it, the vehicle slipped silently into the shop to be detailed. Bill Gretes highlighted lines on the paperwork for signature, we were briefed on content and papers were efficiently slipped into folders or pouches. I think we were out of there in about 2 hours.

We walked into Heritage Honda with the intent of turning in our leased Odyssey, and walked out with another Odyssey! It was because the staff at Heritage, led by our salesman Gary Burlage, was a remarkable team, working together to ensure that our experience was postive and profitable. I not only got a great deal on a 2010 Odyssey Touring model, but I learned about the best golf courses in the area, as well as the best restaurants with the most sophisticated wine lists. This is because we have just moved into the Baltimore area, I run a wine company, and the Heritage team took the time to learn about what interests my wife and I. Now,does this sound like a traditional car dealership or the traditional process of buying a car? We've found a great team at Heritage, and we're sticking with them.

Customer service was good, until I signed the contract. After the contract was signed and sealed, then their true personalities were revealed. I would never recommend this dealership for the following reasons: After the sales contract was signed, I received a phone call stating they had lost some of important documents, and I needed to fax over another copy. A person misplacing important documents is NOT a good thing. The ultimate problem I had with this dealership was this: My girlfried and I were purchasing the vehicle as co-owners. I traded in a Honda Civic which was soley in my name, so I was told I could not transfer my old tags. I have to get new tags. No big deal. So, I left the dealership thinking everything was great. Three weeks passed, and I had not heard anything about my new tags. So, I called the dealership, and they informed me the paper work wasn't filed correctly, and my new tags were never ordered through the MVA. The salesman, Gary Burlage, did not ensure the paper work had the correct information, so I am having to pay $118 out of my pocket plus time was ticking away on my temp. tags from the dealership. I called the dealership and requested to speak with a manager, so they put Jim Roland on the phone. I expressed to him this was their mistake, and they should eat all or part of the cost. He was not apologetic, and he was extremely rude. I have never had any salesman speak to me in such a manner. It was clear to me he did not care about the problem at hand, because the contract was signed and they had their money. I guess if you have perfect credit you are treated with dignity and respect. If you want a pleasant car buying experience, do not buy from Heritage Honda Parkville.

I started with Larry Gable and he assited me with excelelnce. Hoever, I could not make up my mind and I returned. Larry was ot there but Don Mays assited me. He showed the additional models,used taht I was interested in and really to what I was saying. When I decided on a car he advised taht he and Larry would share the commision. They both were patient with me, again I changed my mind and Don Mays suggested taht I look at a new Cr-V two wheel / front wheel drive. If money was not an option I would have bought teh EX model, but the LX is what I needed and in my price range. Had it not been for Don, I would not have bought a car from the dealer when I did. We were prepared for an unpleasant experience, but our experience with Don Mays was surprisingly comfortable. Don was calm, reasonable, and responsive to our requests. As they say, "the third time's a charm"! I always knew my next car would be another Honda, and I was thoroughly pleased with my third Honda buying experience at Heritage Honda in Parkville. So pleased, in fact, I returned within the week so that my husband could buy one, too! After having driven my new Honda Fit Sport for a few days, and passing his driver's test in it, he was so impressed with its handling, features, and good looks, he was convinced it was the car for him, too! What a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in to the time our new car was ready to drive home we were treated with the upmost respect. James, our salesman, was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to lease or purchase a new car. He explained both options, price points, advantages and disadvantages to us. We never felt "pressure" to purcahse from James. The dealership was very customer-friendly, and we were helped right away when we walked in the door. We were offered prompt and friendly service by the salesman, and he wasn't too aggressive, which I appreciated. My only issue was with the man who settled our financing. We told him we were in a hurry, and he did quickly go over all the paperwork we had to sign, but he also took rabbit trails to tell us about his personal life, which would have been okay had he been our salesman rather than the financing guy. Other than that, our overall experience was wonderful and we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you!

We purchased an Odyssy Ex-L 2010 "demo" car which had approximately 5600 miles on it. Don and Jim went out of their way to answer our questions. All the necessary paperwork was done efficiently. We were able to trade in our old vehicle and drive off the lot the same day. The financing was made easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. I had given my Oddessy 07 for service. At the given time of delivery, when I went to pick-up my Oddessy it was not ready and I was asked to back again. He did not have the decency of given a call and informing me about the delay. Second time before going to pick up my vehicle I called the dealership twice, once I even left a message asking them call back about the status, I didn't get a call. On going to dealership, my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I told Mark that I had called 2 hrs back to inquire about the status of my vehicle and informed him that I had even left a message but nobody called back for 2 hours, his reply was they are very busy and they get around 500 messages in those 2 hours and not able to call back. The attitute and the manner in which I got the reply it seemed that he doesn't even care to hear what I was trying to tell him.

My experience with Heritage Honda began a couple of months ago when I went in to look at the Civic, Accord, and CR-V as a possible replacement for my 16 yr old BMW. I was only exploring that day. Even so, Jim Procheska spent alot of time with me,which included answering all my many questions and taking me on 2 test drives!When I decided on the CR-V and became serious about buying I came back several times trying to determine a color for my new car. This was a painless and easy process. We had done research on the internet and pretty much knew what we wanted and found Heritage Honda through AAA's car buying website. Email communication with Dan O'Neil was quick and responsive to questions and then there was a phone followup within 30 minutes of our first email contact. The next day we took a test drive and then found out that the car we hoped for was not available at that dealership. Mok was able to find us a car for delivery the next day. The acutal purchase process went very smoothly and was done without any sales pressure for add ons. I would definetly recommend Heritage Honda to a friend.

In relocating to Baltimore from a city where I didn't have a car, I decided it made sense to buy from a Baltimore dealer; which meant taking Greyhound to Baltimore to pick up the new car. Jimmy checked in with me by cell about ten minutes before we arrived in Baltimore; then picked me up at the bus station and took me to Heritage, where my car was in view and ready to go when we pulled into the lot. The car was exactly what I had asked for with no surprises -- even better looking than the on-line pics!I had about an hour and a half of time available before I needed to drive away in the new car and get to an appointment with my real estate broker (otherwise I might end up sleeping in the car!). Seth was very efficient yet thorough in his explanation of gap insurance coverage and other considerations that went along with the financing. This was a lot to cover in a short time, but he still managed to make recommendations for where a 30-something might want to hang out in Baltimore... and also made some really helpful comments about my new employer, which until then I had not had any candid comments on from anyone in the community.It was evident that these guys were well-supported by others on the team, too. Right down to the young guy, whose name I never knew, who in NASCAR pit crew fashion, made sure I had a plate on the back while I shook hands with Jimmy and sped away.About 45 seconds later, as I was merging into traffic on I-695, I realized I had no idea if I had any fuel to get to my next appointment (or even the next exit, for that matter!)... it took about 1/2 mile further to figure out the gauge was reading full instead of empty (so full, in fact, I couldn't tell if I was seeing the end of the marker or the background of the gauge). I started by researching car on internet. Once I found what I wanted, I put in a request to two different dealerships for an internet price. Hal Neat at Heritage provided the complete price, nothing hidden - very upfront and honest. Another dealership in Falston would NOT provide a bottom line price, no matter how many times I asked. It was all a game to them. Games don't sell cars.Once I came to Heritage and spoke with Hal - he put me in touch with Keith Kirn who was gracious enough to allow me to change my mind, argue price, change my mind again and he was never less than completely professional and friendly and patient!To top it off - I changed my mind AGAIN the day I was to pick up the car, and Hal and Keith cared for getting me everything I needed to put me in the car that I wanted. Additionally Keith was very thorough in showing me the car with a test drive, and a complete review of all working bells and whistles inside and out. Before I left - we reviewed highlights in the manual and I feel completely confident about the car I purchased. I am absolutely thrilled with what I thought was going to be a long and back-and-forth experience and it wasn't anything other than pleasant - and I am in the car I want, at a price that I consider reasonable. Being a single female - many sales people have attempted to take complete financial advantage of me but never, ever did I get that feeling at Heritage. Again, I couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience with Heritage Honda. Danny knew what we were looking for and called us everytime they got something on the used lot that he thought we would like. That saved us alot of time and we really appreciated it. Jim was great - very helpful with the initial paperwork and took his time explaining the numbers (trade, taxes, etc). The financing part with Seth was quick, smooth and hastle free. Everyone was great to work with.

For 2 years, I had courted the idea of getting a New Honda CRV. Today (January 7, 2010) was a change in direction for me. I bought my 2001 Honda Civic LX (New) from Heritage 9 years ago. I knew they were reputable and that my car was always dependable. But, my civic began to give me little fits on its 9th year. So, I took off of work and bought a new car at Heritage Honda in Parkville, MD. Bill Gretes was in charge of the sale and he was amazingly honest and fast. We test drove a new 2010 CRV right off the bat. It was a great feeling and a very secure decision, large in part to Bill Gretes. Actually, I had my eye on the last 2009 CRV in the showroom, so I chose that model instead. He gave me quotes on both with the 2009 being a better deal. Jared Weisfeld was in charge of setting up the lien. He was amazingly fast and friendly as well. I received a lot of insight on everything I would be purchasing from them both. Honestly, I came in prepared with all my information (title, insurance card, etc.), good credit, and a trade in (my civic was well kept). On Sat 12/05/09 my son, 23 mo old grddau, and I traveled to Heritage Honda in the snow! It was a nasty day. My son had his heart set on a CR-V. We were greeted by Bill Gretes- his kind and easygong personality won us over immediately. Even though my grddau was determined to be rowdy- Bill's customer service didn't fade. His patience proved to be award winning as well as the finance person that day (Jarrett). Both of them found the best deal for us. They gave us a wealth of information. We were impressed with the fact that they were willing to find the vehicle color interior/exterior that we desired and didn't try to force a vehicle already on the lot. We couldn't believe that in 3 days they found the vehicle and on Wed 12/9/09 with the help of Bill and Mike(fin) we had the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. I drove over an hour to see a used car at this dealer. I was told on the phone it was Honda Certified, only 17,000 miles and in 'excellent' condition. It was not in excellent condition, it just wore lots of makeup to cover up problems, be warned. Honda Odyssey Stock# K7457 Vin: 5FNRL38277B025107 was the vehicle I looked at 1. I was told something was spilled on the dash console, but it wasn't major and they could 'clean it up'. When I looked at it, clearly the plastic had been eaten away by some fluid and the panel was ruined. They couldn't tell me a price on what that panel would cost to replace. They repeated several times they couldn't take any money off the sales price because it was already as low as they could go, si whatever the cost of the panel it was all mine (no offer to sell me a discounted part or anything). 2. There was water in the rear cargo area (it is a minivan), so much that when I pushed my hand against the carpet, water covered my fingers over. It did have some cleaning fluid smell to it and Keith said that was just left over from the cleaning. I am sorry, I have operated 'commercial' steam cleaners and they don't leave a half inch of water behind. 3. The exterrior side panels near where the rear bumper wraps around the side by the rear wheels had poorly done body work that wasn't sanded properly (looked like moon craters up close) and was all rough and wavy and the paint didn't match the panel right above it properly. They advertised this car as 'car fax' certified and clean, and the car fax did appear to be clean. The excuse given for the minor bodywork was that maybe the bumper was scratched and they touched it up so it would show better. This was more than a simple touch up job, it involved body putty. Also, there were at least 4 other scratches on the various body panels that were over 4 inches long and highly visible, so that story does not add up. 4. The car wouldn't start when I went to test drive it. They were going to 'jump' it, but the 'electronic eye' in the battery said the battery was bad, so I told them not to bother and at that point I just left. Since they repeated at least 5 times they couldn't take any more money off, I figured they wouldn't put a new battery in it. If you ever wonder why there is a good price on a good vehicle at this dealer, wipe the makeup off the car and take a look and what she really is.

18 years ago, I bought my first Honda Accord from Heritage Honda - the dealership was originally located in Towson, then moved to Harford Rd. The people at Heritage Honda were extremely knowledgable and helpful - and they offered me a great price on my trade-in as well as the most competitive price on my new Accord. I loved the car, and I found the folks in the service department to be friendly, smart and always on time. They also surprised me by saving me money every time I went in for service. In these last 18 years, I have bought several more Accords, plus a Civic for my college bound daughter, and a CRV for my wife. I've recommended Heritage Honda to my brothers and a good friend - who also wound up buying from Heritage Honda and loving the experience! The past few years, I've been driving a Pilot which I also love and as important, I continue to love the knowledge that when I buy my car or get my car serviced at Heritage Honda, I'm getting the best value of any purchase I've ever made. Honda is a great product. Dependable, good value, all that. But these days, there are lots of good cars out there. What's really unusual is the excellent service that you find at Heritage Honda.

We recently purchased a Certified Honda Odyssey minivan from Heritage Honda in Parkville and, overall, it was a very positive experience. We dealt with Jamie Caslin as our salesperson and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We were looking for a very specific veihicle with regard to features, mileage, age, etc. and Jamie went above and beyond to make sure that we found exactly what we wanted. He was quick to call us when something came in and responded to promptly to our calls. We were hoping to come down a bit from the asking price, but it did not appear that Jamie had much room to work with in the price department. I think that just might be the nature of these types of sales, particularly with late-model Honda Odysseys that can be a bit hard to find. In the end, I believe that we received a very fair deal and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Heritage and Jamie in the future.

We looked at three Accords and drove one of them. The sales rep's attitude has been just fine since the beginning. His attitude became worse when we started to negotiate the price. The sales rep and the manager were not honest and were not friendly. I said the car had an accident because the left fender was repainted. The sales rep said accidents don't reduce a car's value. The manager said buy a Civic if this car is over your budget.

Quality of service was outstanding. They were of course very friendly but they were concerned with my needs. The salesman owner an Element so he has been extremely helpful with any questions or soncerns I had about the car. The price was much better then anyother dealer. Basicly, yes they wanted to sell me a car but they wanted to sell me the right one for my need at a price I could afford. They were not pushy with options or extras, but explained everything I was looking at or for.My experience was wonderful and would and am recommending them to people who are looking for a car!

This was the best car purchase I have ever experienced and it was for a used car! All of my cars have always been new buys but since I have a teenager I won't need a van for much longer and decided to buy a used one to tie me over for the next two years as my old van was, well, really old (10 years).From the time my husband and I found our van on Vehix to the time we signed the deal (two weeks later) we were never pressured by our sales person Chuck Tracy. He kept the van to the side for us until we made the purchase and we are very grateful.Additionally the van was exactly in the condition advertised and we got the price promised online. Our sales experience today was exceptional from initial contact to delivery of our CRV. Hal Neat provided a quote soon after we made the request. The quote was clear, spelled out all details, and provided ample time for response. The quote was reasonable considering the low inventory left after the CARS program. The quote was also consistent with the average sales price in the area and over $700 lower than the quote from another dealer. We called before coming in and were further impressed ... Dan Alban said the car would be washed, waxed, and ready for the test drive. Dan worked with us at the dealership - test drive, paperwork, navigation set-up, orientation, and plates. The price we paid matched our quote ... no surprises, no high pressure sales. The entire process was so efficient, smooth, and painless that we still can't believe how pleasant and easy it was. Hal and Dan were thorough, professional, and friendly throughout. There's also a small but nice play room for the little ones that may be with you. Our sales representative, Bob Stroud, was very friendly, informative, and helpful. He was low key in his sales approach, and did not use any high pressure sales tactics, which my wife and I appreciate. He briefed us on all the features of the car we bought. Before deciding on the model we purchased, Bon answerd all our questions on Honda models, options and colors, etc. and gave us good information on the differences among those choices. Bob made every attempt to show us the features and differences among our choices by showing us various cars in Heritage's inventory, so that we could visualize those differences and our choices.Our experience was positive enough that we would buy another vehicle from Bob. 1. Online inventory search was false. They claimed to have a significant number of the car we wanted, but then only had 3 and not with the features we wanted. When we asked about the discrepancy between the online inventory and what they actually had, we were told that "many if not all Honda dealers" claimed to have all colors and trim levels of cars to "get the lead." Actually, Heritage and one other dealer out of 12 researched were the only ones to lie about what they had in stock. This process was called "inflating" but, frankly, it's lying.2. An internet price was given and when we expressed further interest in the car, the internet salesperson passed us on to a new car salesperson. No problem, except the internet guy neglected to tell us that the price quoted was only good until 9 p.m. THAT NIGHT. So began the sales pressure. After a second phone call, we agreed to come in that night to consider the sale and discuss finance options--end of phone call. Suddenly, our phone is ringing again, telling us now that "to make it worth their while to move the car" we now have to give a $500 deposit over the phone. Without the deposit, they would not process a sale (or honor the internet price) that night. The only reason we made the deposit was with a guarantee that if we decided to not take the car, we could have our whole deposit refunded.3. The sales and appraisal team did not respond well to questions about how they came to their numbers. After an insulting first offer for trade-in, we were given the runaround about how Kelly Blue Book values had not caught up to auction prices, they consulted other sources, etc. We pulled out our notes from the Kelly site, for our specific car in its condition, which the team had to verify. Then, we were told that Kelly Blue Book is only a "guideline." When my husband asked why the discrepancy (we are talking about easily a 1500-2000 difference between Heritage's number and Kelly Blue Book) especially when the Honda site tells consumers to reference Kelly Blue Book for trade-in values, the subject was changed and our 'team' left us to "work out the numbers." Financing was slow and, again, not responsive to questions. We were given financing options well above what Honda has been advertising. We pushed back a bit, as we have excellent credit and minimal debt. When the second round of figures were brought back to us, we were told, "Wow, you must have great credit because normally you cannot get rates like that across the board." We were also told that "we always give the high number first so that IF we have to come back we can come back with a lower number." When my husband and I asked why Honda used 5% as a base rate on the site calculator and Heritage was using 6-7%, our salesperson told us that he "had no control over that and that's how it was." 4. Attention to detail, and to us as customers, was sorely lacking. The salesperson did not know where to find features of the car, the car was given to us with low tire pressure ("if I had known, I might have had them check that out for you"), and there was no effort to make an over four hour process a little easier. Our salesperson juggled multiple customers--which would not have been a problem, but he lacked skill to do this well. At one point, we sat at the desk for over 45 minutes before someone came to speak to us or update us on what was going on.

I live in DC but found Heritage (north side of Baltimore) through an excellent price quote over the internet. After a long unhappy experience with another Honda dealer closer to home (ourisman), I got out to Heritage late in the day last Saturday. There were just no negative surprises: they had the car we discussed; quickly had it ready to test drive; not even a hint of bargaining or add-ons to price -- their internet bid was good and that was it; very efficient moving the paperwork knowing I needed to get back to DC; and overall were friendly and straight about the whole transaction. I dealt mostly with Dan Alban and Dan O'Neil, but a couple others (including Mike in finance) were also friendly and efficient. I'll make the drive again when my spouse needs a new Honda.

I was given one price over the internet. Showed up to test drive it and even got a worksheet with the same price on it. Left expecting to pick up the car the next day and got a call from the salesperson telling me that they could not honor the price and that it was now going to cost me over $2,000 more because they "made a mistake". They did not disagree that they had provided me the quote or that they had promised that price when I was in the store. This reminds me of the bait and switches that had been outlawed long ago.

He went out of his way to make sure I was finding the best car possible for me, including my lifestyle and budget. I felt I was given a good price on the vehicle. They worked hard to find the exact car I wanted. The man I worked with to go through the financing options was a bit pushy and was somewhat rude. But that was a small portion of my overall experience. I was very pleased with the service I received, how I was treated, the deal I got on the car, and most importantly the car itself.

My husband and I have not bought a new car in over six years so we weren't too sure of the whole process especially since we were buying out of state. Heritage Honda took care of everything Heritage Honda made us feel comfortable, answered our questions, gave us a fantastic price, pre-ordered my accessory parts in case if I did decide to buy the car they were on hand, and they were very friendly and helpful. Gary went over every inch of the car with us so we knew exactly what we were doing and what we were getting. Hal promptly returned my initial phone calls and gave me all the information I had requested. The finance guy (I can't remember his name)did his best to get us a better financing rate and kept us company while waiting. The installation of the accessory parts was very quick. We test drove the car, had the parts installed, and everything bought and paid for in about a half a day. We will definitely buy our next car from Heritage.

From the first internet inquiry this dealership and "Team" is a first class organization. Response time to my request for information was immediate, with a friendly and informative follow-up phone call and an e-mail price quote. Once at the dealership working with Meylin was a pleasure. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey, informative and patient answering ALL questions presented to her.There were no "High pressure" sales tactics..........no hidden fees. Moving on to financing and working with Seth was also a pleasure, options were presented, accepted on declined. This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. From our salesman, to the cashier, to the service people, all were delightful. We purchased a used Honda Accord at a very good price and it looked like new. My Fiance and I were in the market for a new car and were looking at the Civic SI and Nissan Altimas. Upon our arrival at Heritage we were greeted by a very generous and helpful staff. Our salsman Dan was new but both he and the other sales men that helped him were extremely friendly. We were quickly able to find the car we were intereseted in and take it for a spin. The car was great and after talking with the sales manager and our salesman we were able to get everything worked out and we left with our new 09 SI. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and I believe it will be the only one I deal with in the future.

My experience at Heritage Honda was wonderful. I recently purchased a Honda Accord and love it. I worked with Rob Jones and he was wonderful. His car knowledge was unbelievable. He answered every question I had about the accord and walked me through every aspect of the car. On the business side, most people dread the paperwork part of the car buying experience but Rob had everything ready to go which made everything go so much faster. I was in the market for my very first new car and walked into Heritage not expecting to buy anything. Instead I drove out with an 09 accord coupe. Dan was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me all the information I needed up front. There were no surprises. He actually made the process fun! Eric, the manager, was also great to work with. I was able to negotiate a great price with him and was happy leaving the dealership in my brand new car! I would recommend this dealership to anybody. It was a great car buying experience!

We were offered a car for a price (Lexus LS 460) and the used car manger did not honor that price and increased it by 2500 dollars. No basic business sense or ethics. A used car dealer is a used car dealer. Whether you call it Herigae or the neighborhood Tony's Used Cars! Ver dissappointed!

This is the third car that I've purchased from Heritage Honda/ Gary Burlage. Every purchase was a great experience thanks to Gary. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and took his time to go over the ones I was interested in and also pointing out others that I may be. I received a recent email from Gary with information on the new Hybrid Insight. I thought that this would be a good time to look into trading in my CR-V for a Hybrid. Gary went on a test drive with me and discussed options and upgrades as well as giving me a great trade-in value on the CR-V (Honda's really do have a high trade-in re-sell value!). The transaction went smoothly with him and his finance people- I drove off the lot that day! It was great- I took it for a drive the next day to see my parents (approx. 200 miles each way)- all on a tank (10 gallon) of gas! He has also arranged for me to drop off the car next wek and have a loaner while options are being installed. I would highly recommend Gary and Heritage Honda to anyone reading this.

This was the 3rd dealership I had gone to inorder to get out of a lease on a Jetta. This was the only dealership that was able to help me not, only out of my lease but to provide me with a new that I wanted. The salesman, Mok Bsaiso was extremely professional and went out of his way to get me the deal and car I wanted. His manager, was also extremely helpful. These guys actually paid my last four payments on my lease as well as on overage charge for extensive miles. I went home with a smile on my face and a new honda coupe. By far the best Honda dealer experience in the Baltimore-DC area. Very professional and thorough knowledge of their product. Great prices (saved several thousand over what competitors in VA were quoting) and a good selection of vehicles on the lot to choose from. Very responsive via email and phone. Make sure you do some good research on what you ought to pay, propose a rational price, and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised - I was, after initially being somewhat skeptical. We bought an '09 Honda Pilot from these guys - let me put it this way, it was worth driving nearly 80 miles (and pass dozens of other dealers along the way) to buy from these guys. Ask for Chuck Tracy.

This was the first new vehicle that I have purchased and my first "foriegn" vehicle purchase as well. I have always leased GM or Ford and had no major issue, however neither of them was a contender in the minivan market. My search for a minivan led me to Honda, my conversation with Gary Burlage led me to Heritage. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and made the entire purchase process easy and efficient. Gary sold the vehicle.My first experience with the service department exceeded my expectations. I had stopped in one morning, unscheduled, around 800 am to see if I could get a quick oil change. I was in the area for a 900 am appointment abount a mile away from the dealership. The service department said they could squeeze me in at 9 am, this conflicted with my appointment. The service department made this offer, leave your vehicle, we will drive you to you appointment, call when your done and we will pick you up. My appointment ended at 1000, I was picked up returned to the dealership where my vehicle was completed and waiting for me. OUTSTANDING.The second service experience involved a cosmetic flaw/repair in the leather seating. Tony Mantegan, Service Manger, inspected the concern and resolved issue ..no problem. Tony sold the next vehicle I will buy, it will be from Heritage.

We came into the dealership looking for a used Honda Accord. After running multiple numbers for us we found that we were unable to afford what we thought we could. So we started looking into other options. In the end we found something that we could afford and were happy about!While we were sitting in the dealership (for 4 hours) other salesman came up to talk to us and help us with our decision. They were all freindly and not pushy at all. Jim was very helpful and extremely understanding with our financial situation.Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We originally went to Heritage VW to purchase a used car, but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and we never felt pressured.He did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the purchase.When we went to the finance dept, Seth explained everything to us and helped us choose options that were right for us.We realized that the car only had one key, so Will in the parts dept ordered a new one and it was there within 2 days.We haven't had any dealings with the service dept yet, but from what I've heard they are a pleasure to work with as well.We are very pleased with our purchase and are very happy that we made the purcahse at Heritage Honda.

I went into this dealership with an internet option and found that even though the person that I had been interacting with was not there, the person that took over was very friendly and comforting. She reassured me that there would be no hard feelings and that they work together. She even introduced me to the person once he came in. I never felt put in the middle. This dealership was open to questions and honored a lesser deal with another dealer. I left feeling very at ease with my purchase.

My Sales Person was MOK. He was very professional,and courtesy. Owning a Honda Accord before, Mok didn't have to convince me about how good the car was, or how well the car holds its resale value. I love Honda Accords. Mok sold me when he was able to beat Anderson Honda's price hands down. Mok also work with the credit union to help me get approved for my loan. He took the hassle out of me running back in forth taking paper work to them. Mok thanks for everything. I would recommend this dealer -ship. And, best of all I was impress when the finance manager who provided me with a loaner vehicle while low jack was installed in my new 2009 Honda Acccord, so I could get to work. Thanks again MOK.

At first I was dealing with Eric to buyout the lease on my 2005 Civic. I dealt with him and Mike and they were both very nice. Eric always called me back promptly and answered any questions that I had in detail. Unfortunately I had an accident and totaled my car before the lease buyout was finished. Once again Eric was there to answer any questions that I had, even giving me some tips on dealing with the insurance company. He was going on vacation so he forwarded my info to Hal who called me to introduce himself and let me know that if I had any questions, I could call him. I ended up dealing with Hal when I purchased my new used car last week, but Eric was also there and Mike dealt with the finance end. They were very nice, not pushy at all and answered all questions patiently.

I took my Honda Accord for a preventive maintenance schedule. Few days later, the two engine belts went out of their place, although they were suposed to inspect them and andjust them (this part of their service). I came back to complain and they did not want to accept their fault. They claimed that they only do a visual inspection and they don't touch anything. Then, the question is: why they charge so much? and why they do not disclose the fact that they are not going to touch your car and they are not going to take any responsability for their work?

I began my search for my car online. I spoke with Hal Neat on the telephone a couple of times before I went into buy the car. I usually dread buying cars because of "cheeseball" sales people. It was such a relief to find a sales person who was friendly, intelligent and best of all not condescending or pushy. When I went back into sign the papers and pick up the car I had to bring my children (two seven year olds) with me (which I would not suggest to anyone.) When they got bored of the toys we brought with us and started with the "how much longer" whine, Hal cheerfully offered stickers and toys for them to play with.....very nice. The car was ready, clean and all set to go. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

I had some accessories installed by these guys and all I can say is Excellent! Their service model is the best I have seen anywhere, as you are greeted by your personal service writer right after you pull in. I was assingned to Chris and he was great, he said it would take about four hours to to the work and he kept me informed during the process. He even took me back into the service shop to meet the guy who was installing my stuff! There is a nice waiting area that extends into the showroom, that included a couple of internet terminals - outstanding! As estimated, the car was ready in four hours. Can't wait to get my new Honda serviced at this awsome dealership/repair shop.

I was not looking forward to shopping for a new vehicle; however, Heritage Honda in Parkville, MD made the experience a positive one. I was greeted in the sales lot, shown vehicles of interest, and both the sales rep and I found a reasonable price within 30-minutes. In visiting three Honda dealers, Heritage Honda was by far the most efficient and timely in moving from the greeting phase to the bottom line. Mr. George Holmack was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient to our needs. I went in with prices in mind from Internet research and he used the very same Internet sites to expedite a reasonable price. After a price was agreed upon, George and the Heritage Honda team quickly and efficiently moved my wife and I through the paperwork maze and out the door to our new CRV. The Heritage Honda team is a friendly, efficient, and reasonable Honda dealership. I recommend them to anyone who wants the bottom line up front. In approximately two years, I will be looking for a new car and Heritage Honda will be my first stop.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience ever. I requested an online proce quote for a Honda and received the quote, info about the hours of business, the name of a contact person, and an invitation to drive a Honda. I was not harrassed with phone calls or unsolicited emails delivered during the night. Mr Kirns was a wonderful no pressure salesman. He described his product and let the product sell itself rather than using persuasive "pitches". The final price was within $81 of what I anticipated spending based upon Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports and the finance package that I qualified for was better than that of the credit union of which I am a member. Mr Roland, the Sales Manager, thanked me for my purchase and has made himself available to answer questions about my vehicle since the purchase. Both of these men have been absolute gentlemen and I have felt respected as a woman and as an educated consumer. This dealership is professional in its business relations with customers. I did not encounter any of the "practices" that I was forewarned about. My car was clean, excellently detailed, and ready for me to pick up at my convenience. It was a stress free experience....I wvwn left with tags and a repistration!

I have previously bought a Honda Mini-Van from Bill Gretes and my father had bought 2 Hondas from Mr, Bill and he is what you would find in the dictionary under Gentleman. I have my oil changes done at Heritage Honda even though I didn't purchase there. They have an express service, which is like a jiffy lube in price and wait time, but the experience and knowledge of Honda Certified Master Technicians. Plus, MUCH nicer waiting area than any "quick service" place that I have ever been to!
