Update: I had Gregg Young check out a car my son purchased. They said it would need $4000 worth of front end work. I took it to a shop in another state to get an inspection for registration. I had the new shop verify the work that needed done to give me a quote. I even gave them the report from Gregg Young. The new shop told us none of the work was necessary and there was barely any wear to the parts Gregg Young said I needed replaced due to excessive wear. I'm wondering how much unnecessary work I was charged for at my previous visits. Always get a second opinion. Update: I've been back 3 more times and I'll be back the next time I need services. They fixed my windshield wiper arms for the cost of the diagnosis which was great. But they get 4 stars since they had to make an adjustment after they said it was fixed before I left the shop and didn't fill the washer fluid like they documented on my paperwork. They were prompt, polite, and professional. And have the cleanest mechanic shop I've ever seen.

Overall, I had a good experience. Troy is very courteous and helpful. I would give it 5 stars, but making an appointment doesn't do what you think it would. It only guarantees when you can check in, not when the service would occur. This led to a decent wait albeit shorter than what was quoted. Knowing this, I would have showed up earlier for my 9:00 appointment. Outside that, the waiting room is clean and comfortable. I will go back again though next time I will be wiser about the appointments.

Was extremely helpful through out the process. My first new car and I was very unsure about it but everyone was nice and helped me through it. I researched a long time till I decided on it. I went to alot of different dealers searching for over 2 months all over Iowa and honestly the customer service I received at Gregg Young Norwalk was by far the best. Sean was great keeping me informed and helping me find the vehicle. I have gotten a lot of compliments about the vehicle and I always tell them how great the dealership was and how easy they made it. High marks!!!!

Working with Brian was a very good 1st time experience. We was looking for a Truck that everywhere did not have in stock. We got to Greg Young and like others you did not have any. But Brian went above and beyond to make sure to stay in contact with us while we waited. Ended up getting us a 2022 in the color we first wanted earlier then we expect. Everything from Start to finish was AMAZING and FLAWLESS.

My car started making strange noises as I was travelling through DesMoines to Minneapolis. Called my dealership in Minneapolis to ask for advice and they told me that I should not drive the remaining 300 miles home, but should get repair immediately. Called Gregg Young Chevrolet at 4:35pm, spoke with David who said that he would make room on the schedule for me first thing the next day. Arrived at 6:45am and team was already there waiting for me, greeting me by name. After 20 minutes Dave confirmed the diagnosis made by my own dealership, confirmed that he had a wheel bearing for my car in stock, and 90 minutes after arriving, my car was washed and ready to go. I appreciated the friendliness, the confidence that my car would be just fine to continue my trip, and the all-round professionalism of the entire team. Thank you!!

I have never bought a new truck until last week. Dealerships are usually really pushy and bothersome. Trying to push you into anything to get the sale. That was not my experience here with Ray and Anthony. They spent the time needed to get me what I wanted/needed. The entire staff was friendly, even opening the door every time I came out. Impressive! I wouldn't anticipate any problems buying a new truck, however things do happen and I am confident that with all the warranties in place, my needs will be well taken care of. I take great value in my job and am blessed to work for a fantastic company/owners. I like that both of theses guys portrayed the same feelings for Gregg Young. Thank you

So i walked into Gregg Young Chevrolet where i was greeted by Randy Meckler. he listened to what we wanted in a new car, test drove a 2016 Chevy Cruz, It did not have all of the creature comforts as we wanted so without hesitation Randy had started making phone calls to find the exact car we were looking for. went thru the negotiations took only about 1 hr and we were off very pleased with the level of professionalism I highly recommend Randy Meckler at Gregg Young of Norwalk for a new or used car.

I would not recommend this dealer to anybody! My vehicle started having issues 2 weeks after I bought it. Also, when I bought the vehicle I gave them a $100 dollar deposit to hold the vehicle. To date I have pretty much had to beg them to get my money back and am still currently waiting on the refund. Furthermore, they promised to give me an extra key and fob with the vehicle and guess what? To date I am also still waiting on it!

Although this may be the way your company operates it was unsettling to us. My daughter had built a relationship with Michael and that is whom we wanted to work with. They fixed my car as per my extended warranty. I only had to pay $100.00 for my new front sway back links. They provide wonderful snacks, coffee, and TV in the waiting area. Brad Campfield kept me up to date on what was happening and what was left on my warranty.

went to the service department of the Chevrolet dealer for the last two years. In my opinion there have been several positive changes in that time. The service department is much more efficient in getting my car in and out in a timely manner. I also spend time with the sales staff because I am looking to trade my car. I had 3 recalls on a Malibu. I can't express enough the excellent professional service I got. From the minute I pulled in the service dept. and was met by someone taking all my information till I got the call to come pick up my car, I was treated like I had just bought a new car. I've never had such an enjoyable visit to a dealership. I was given a FREE loaner vehicle and when picking up my car noticed they had even washed and vaccum my car. Again WOW I was surprised. Thanks Guys. Keep up the good work. And as if I haven't said enough, Honesty goes a long ways with me. While they vaccum my car they found a $10. bill that was left on my console, I didn't even know was there. I wouldn't have missed it cause I didn't know I lost it. Thanks again, I'll be back.......

I was asked repeatedly by people at the store if I needed any help. Also having the playroom was handy to keep my kids busy. We were in the store almost an hour, but that was pretty good in my opinion as it was a Saturday morning, and I didn't have an appointment. Tyler dolph worked with us over the phone being we live 3 1/2 hrs away, he got us the right car to meet our needs and in the price we needed all before even stepping on the lot!! Once we got there everyone was more than helpful, pleasent and what to assist us in our needs. We came during a snow storm so the offered for us to bring the car back for a free cleaning and tank fill for the distance we drove!! We have bought 4 cars from Tyler in the past and will continue to recommend him and come to him for our family needs!

Brought truck in for oil chg and to check out the ABS (light was on) Gave oil chg coupon to them. They called later that senser needed to be replace, so I gave ok. When I called next day to tell them I had wild card coupon they said they would adj bill for it. When I arrived to pay, they had only used wild card coupon--said they couldn't use 2 coupons on one service. I believe he should have written the ABS as a new order so there would not have been an issue with the coupons.

My experience was amazing. The service department personnel are very curtious and professional. I quit taking the car to Holmes because the service department personnel were unfriendly and made me feel like an inconvenience. I can seriously say that Gregg Young's service department is far superior to any service department I've been a customer off. They're were all so good, that it made me want to buy another car- I haven't done so, but if a sales person would have approached me- I was so happy with my experience- I probably would have purchased a new vehicle. I've just never felt like I could trust a dealership before- but with this place, I finally have faith and trust in a dealership. Great new experience- thank goodness the previous dealership of Holmes is gone and replaced by such a phenomenal new dealership - Gregg Young's Chevy ROCKS!

First service was a little rough. Was told via email it would only take about 45 minutes. We ended being there for over two hours. Then when the complimentary car wash was done they did not make sure all windows were rolled up and ended up getting our toddlers seat all wet and inside the door. Front windshield was left with terrible smudges and it was hard to see clearly while driving.

I went to this dealership with doubt in the back of my mind because of my super bad credit, but I must say i was very pleased with the service that they provided to me.
