The staff at Goldstein auto group were friendly and courteous. My sales person was great! The finance guy was very helpful finding the right financing to fit my budget. Also the right service contract for me. Very happy with them and will probably return for my next car purchase.

Jace Patrick was a great car salesman, and even a nicer guy. He reduced the high stress level that comes from buying a car. This is my first Goldstein vehicle, and also my first Chrysler product. I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I'm very pleased with the process and result from the sales team. Very smooth process with Jace he was very helpful. He made sure everything was good with the vehicle and answered all of my questions.

I was looking for a new van and was looking for the best price like most people do. Found a good deal in CT for a Dodge Grand Caravan. When I went there didn't like the van so didn't but it. They called me back mentioned a Chrysler Pacifica have me a good price and was going to buy it there. Looked on line for a discount and Goldstein said they would like to make an offer before I go to CT dogs they could do better. I thought sure give then a try what do I have to lose. They more then beat there price and also had no hassle with the drive salesperson who sold me the car. The Internet sales rep. Was great would recommend going through her if you don't like dealing with sales people. Everything wad over the Internet so when I went to the dealer it was here's the van I was looming got took it for a test drive and knew the price before hand so no haggling overt price. Bought the van work no problems.

If your going to buy a car stop in a Goldstein Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Latham. Ask for Andrew Favaloro he was friendly knowledgable goes the extra yard to make sure you get the deal you want. Rick the sales manager was wonderful. Then met with finance Pete they made buying a Jeep Renegade the easiest experience ever. Liza who writes up the motor vehicle is friendly and out going. Got what we wanted as far as the jeep we wanted .when we made our deal our compass had floor mats. And when I got it home I noticed they were gone.I have called to ask what happened to them but no one gets back to me.I guess I will have to go shell out more money and buy some.

I inquired about buying a new Jeep Patriot when I had my 2012 model in for an oil change. I had read that the model would not be made after this year and I really liked the car. Within a few minutes the salesman, Greg Perry, showed me a new Patriot and I knew what I would get for my old car and what the new one would cost. I returned the next day with my husband to talk things over and went home with the new car 2 hours later- having discussed the financials, asked questions, taken a test drive, and inked the deal. I went into Goldstein on the fence about a new lease with JEEP, and I had a loyalty bonus incentive with my Nissan... but I have to say not only was I impressed by the JEEP Renegade, but I was also incredibly impressed by the customer service we received from Brandon Cofrancisco and Greg Perry. Brandon was our internet contact who's no-pressure attitude and flexibility in scheduling was a pleasure to work with and it was nice for him to come by and chat with us while we were waiting for our approvals. Greg Perry was a great salesperson to work with, he was all no-pressure and very honest and informative about customer satisfaction with the different models that we were looking at. Greg kept us informed at every step of the process and went the extra mile to ensure that my other vehicle turn in goes smoothly. Greg was a pleasure to work with along with the whole team at Goldstein. I walked in to Goldstein not thinking that I would walk out with a new Renegade... but I did and I love it! In a few previous leases I was a Goldstein customer, and I am excited to come back to Goldstein for their great service and dedication to the community. We had a positive experience when buying our van. Our salesman Andrew Favaloro was very friendly, professional and helpful. Clearly car dealerships are in the business of trying to make money, and they definitely tried their best to show us they could find a vehicle that matched what we were looking for, but they did so without being too pushy, aggressive and overbearing (which is always a turn off). Everyone we dealt with, from our salesman to the sales manager to the finance agent to the service department seemed genuinely friendly and not miserable to be at work (which you sometimes see in the sales/retail business). If you're in the market for a type of vehicle they sell, give Goldstein Chrysler a try.

In the past, purchasing a new vehicle has been a very stressful event but after working with the sales team at Goldstein Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep we were able to complete the process with limited stress. From Brandon in internet sales, to Greg P. as my sales guy when I walked in the door I had a seamless, no hassle purchase. I would highly recommend Goldstein. If I was being picky my only complaint is that they charge you for gas, and at that the tank wasn't even full. I'm just used to having completely full tanks of gas when you pick up the vehicle.

I usually dread the process of an auto purchase but after working with Goldstein in Latham, NY my opinion has changed. If you are in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle this place is worth visiting... Ask for Michael Davey. He is knowledgeable, unassuming and best of all NOT pushy. The finance person, Pete Sanchez, was very pleasant and easy to work with too. We walked out with a Jeep and with a positive feeling about this dealership. I plan to travel the distance to have my vehicle serviced here, as well.

Brought my truck in on a Monday for recall wasn't done till following Monday called 3 times left message no return phone call on my way home check engine light came on then I noticed my trim around my radio was a different color also the trim around my cup holder was broken. I called back next day and told customer service it has now been a 12 days still no word on the new parts or to fix check engine light some of the worse customer service I have seen but it just might be the person I have been dealing with

Goldstein Jeep makes buying a new car a positive experience. The team at the dealership made selecting the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited the best fit for me considering my personal needs, sale price, overall value,style and safety features. I was able to test drive both a v-6 and a v-8 and compare the handling and ride. Mike Davey was very patient and was available to answer all my questions. This was the 4th Jeep I've purchased from Goldstein because they continue to be very professional to deal with and their service is always reliable.

The staff was very pleasant. I'm bad at returning calls and appreciate Rachel's efforts to contact me. Andrew was very good to work with. Ultimately he and sales manager Rick got me where I wanted to be cost-wise. Sam was also very helpful. I hate buying cars because it is usually unpleasant but my experience with Goldstein was much better than I anticipated. I have high hopes that the service going forward continues to prove to be above my expectations since that is the way to keep a customer. Thanks to crew I worked with. I would recommend to others.

We had a good experience purchasing our new Jeep Renegade from Andrew Favaloro. He listened to our needs, and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want. (Such as a red car HaHa inside joke) We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. The only negative things we could comment on would be the wait time between picking out the car and the next steps. The day after we picked up the car we noticed one of the clips was broken on the bag that stores the roof panels. Called Andrew and a new bag has been ordered.

From Rachel getting in touch with me on-line, to finally being able to get the time away from work to go look at the dream truck- Rachel setting us up with Shawn & then the financial piece being handled by Sam --- we are thrilled!! They took my "catastrophic failure event" at a decent trade & got me set -- took us a better part of the day but I drove home a solid truck with GREAT MPG that will be able to handle the hauling we need to do. Went from 8-11pmg to 20.5+ mpg :-) we have had the truck for over 30 days -- super impressed. Recommended to a friend & they bought one too ..... THIS is the way a business should handle customer service; A++++++++++++

What a wonderful dealership in every way! My husband and I went to the Albany area to look at cars. We were driving our Dodge van. The check Engine light came on. We called The Lia dealership where we had recently purchased a truck, and were told they couldn't look at it. By chance, we drove past Goldstein so stopped in. They took the van right in to look (it was a Saturday) Jerred Hickey showed us a jeep while they updated the codes on the van. We came home with our van, a jeep and a great experience!! We now recommend Goldstein to everyone!

I went to 2 other Jeep Dealers both I have bought from before . After watching Commercial on TV I decide to try Goldstein Chrysler . I hate being POUNSED ON when walking on to lot, there I didn't get that so that was good start . After not seeing what I was looking for I asked a New Young salesman wheres all your Jeep Grand Cherokee? I looked at inventory went inside to the most pleasant Sales team I ever dealt with . It was a no push deal . Ussally its a battle and I gets up and walk out when I start to negotiate but not this time with in 5 mins I had the best deal from Pete Sanchez ,and was in and out in less than 25 min . Thanks for not being like your Competitors.

Goldstein Jeep is a great dealership if you are looking for a Chrysler vehicle. They have a great selection, or as in my case they can find you the vehicle you want if they don't have it. My salesman didn't pressure me into buying. They gave me a great deal and it was a satisfying experience. The only problem was finding a parking spot when I pulled in to dealership. Limited spots.

90% of the process was complete before we even arrived at the dealer! A fast, easy, and efficient experience. Rachel was our salesperson and she was great. Ryan handled the paperwork and he is very nice. All in all a pleasurable transaction and none of the car buying anxiety!!!

When I leased my new 2016 Jeep Compass High Altitude 4X4 at Goldstein, Mike Davey was very nice, helpful, and considerate. He didnt rush me or hurry me into making a decision at all. He just took his time and answered all my questions and was very professional and just an all around good clean salesman. He took his time and went over everything in my new car and even set up my phone with the Bluetooth.

I just bought a 2014 ram from goldstien chrysler. I had two sales people because i went through the website first. The first person I dealt with was Rachel Kayser. Rachel was very nice and very professional . When i arrived at the dealer Rachel greeted me, she set me up with another sales person Dylan Gibson. Most the time when I come to a dealership I end up knowing more about the trucks than the salesman, this time it was different. Dylan was very knowledgeable with the Rams. I told him exactly what i wanted and he found it without a problem. Any question I asked, Dylan knew the answer and if he didn't he found out for me. After dealing with goldstien chrysler I don't think i will ever deal with another dealership.Very happy with my experience.

If your looking to buy a Jeep go to Goldstein and ask for Greg Perry!!! Best car buying experience we have had. Walk around with him and learn your options, so much more in depth and understandable than trying to figure it out from a website. We went in with a realistic price in mind and came out with more of what we wanted than anticipated! We expected to have to sacrifice a couple or few options as usual, not here and not with Greg. Got every option and options we didn't know exist. Looking at the same cars right next to each other can get clouded. Greg can really narrow it down and clearly point out what you really like and what really matters. Trust him! As day broke the next day, the color of the wheels, which we were wishy washy on the day before are the most beautiful wheels we could have gotten, and what do you know that was the option that got us the whole package all wrapped up in that perfect price! Thanks Greg, you were right. Dream Car... Knock that of the bucket list!

I ordered a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in April. My salesperson Shawn was a pleasure to work with. The ordering process was simple and I wasn't pushed to order something that I didn't want or to spend more than I wanted. Shawn gave me a weekly update on the progress of the building of the car and it actually came in three weeks earlier than the date I was given when ordered. Was looking for a Jeep Wrangler so I stopped in at Goldstein. Most people at other dealers didn't take me serious due to me being young. Micheal O'Neal helped me find the Jeep I wanted on a different lot and picked it up and brought it over to the Jeep dealership. Threw out the whole process Mike was there for Anything I needed without being pushy. Then when it came down to financing Sam Pacelli was also great to work with. Didn't throw a bunch of prices at me told me exactly what he could do for me right of the bat. He worked with my thin credit file and got me the Jeep that I want with a Payment that I wanted. When it is time for me to look for another Jeep I will be coming back to Goldstein.

We just bought a Town & Country Van at Goldstein in Latham. It was the easiest stress free car shopping experience we ever had. Our sales consultant was Dylan Gibson. He made us feel welcome was extremely helpful and very patience with us. He was just terrific there was no pressure or rush to make a decision which for my husband that was a big thing. He has walked out of places because due to a sales person pressuring him.to buy. Dylan and Sam Pacelli (Business Manager) made the whole process very easy. Everyone we met including Max Reynolds (Service Advisor) took the time out to greet us with a smile on their face. Dylan took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our van. I knew that when we first met Ryan Hart he was going to be very helpful to us while going through the process of buying a car. Ryan's knowledge on the product shines through - he knows his stuff! Went in to buy a new jeep a week ago. I found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating. Buying a car can be a dreaded experience but all the staff here were willing to work with us in a quick manner to make a deal. Once we had settled on a price, they also expedited the rest of the buying process and we were able to pick up our new vehicle that same day! I would definitley recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy (or lease) a car.

Just got our new Grand Cherokeee at Goldstein yesterday. It was a great experience. Our Sales person Dylan is awesome! He has been really helpful and patient with us. We loved it that there was no unnecessary pressure during the whole process. Some sales people we saw in other dealership wanted us to walk away with a new car the minute we got in on our 1st visit. We would never want to make a rushed decision---it was buying a car, not grocery. Dylan made a lot of efforts in helping us finding the car we love and finalizing the deal. Everyone at Goldstein was nice. The buying process was quick and easy. We didn't even have to take any time off from work. We were able to go to the dealership everytime after 5:30 pm and still got things done. Love their hours. Last but not least, we get lifetime free car wash from Goldstein for our new car, which is a big plus.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. I reached out to Goldstein's Internet Sales area and shorty after, Rachel Kayser; Internet Sales Manager contacted me. I explained I had always been a Nissan owner but was interested in finding out more about a Jeep. Rachel took the time to provide me with information on a few different models I inquired about, offering price options and answering my questions. She set up an apt for me that evening with Joe "SKI" to look at a few. Long story short, I was still uncertain if I should go with the Nissan or Jeep. I even looked into Leasing which I have never done before. Rachel never gave up, she would follow up and let me know that if I needed more information or other options just let her know. What impressed me, she knew there was the possibility she would not make the sale, if I went the Nissan route but was always very friendly and personable ! Jeep won, and I could not be happier. I have dealt with a number of dealerships and Goldsteins is by far the best. Mike O'Neal really knows his cars and took a lot of time explaining all of the features. And he made sure I had a good test drive despite the car being buried in the middle of the showroom. After buying the car, he took some time setting up the phone and connecting me to Uconnect Access. The deal was easy. They quickly came up with the number I was looking for without all the games other dealers play. Yes, I definitely recommend you give them the opportunity to sell you a car.

I was met at the door by an Internet associate who introduced me to my salesman Michael O'Neil. The car I called about a2008 Yukon was right at the front door. Everyone was very efficient. Mike took me out to test drive the car he went through all the bells and whistles and buttons. He was knowledgable of the vehicle and if there was a question he did not waste any time getting the answer. This was outstanding to me because I had been to two other dealers (Acura of Bayshore and A dealer inVermont) and simple questions were answered with "I don't know". This dealer, Goldstein Chrysler, knows how to treat the customer, and make us comfortable. It felt like home should be, like they cared for me. Mike was not far away at every step of the process The next morning Mike took the car to my mechanic. I signed the contract that afternoon and drove away with my new vehicle. They don't stop there. While you wait, help yourself to fresh popped popcorn,frankfurter and a drink. They also have a fun orientation, where Rick, and other staff members head mechanic, finance officer etc. tell you about all the programs and most of all about your vehicle and services you can expect. We recently leased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Goldstein in Latham. We chose Goldstein as they have been in business for many years and because of recommendations from others. We were very happy with the entire experience. I chose Average for facilities because the dealership seems small and congested, and customer parking was minimal on a Saturday. They are however in the process of building a new dealership in Latham that I am sure will correct these things. Just anot her sign that Goldstein will be around for a long time.

My wife and I are returning Goldstein customers. We purchased a used Galant from the Mitsubishi store a few years ago, which turned out to be a great decision. This was the first time visiting the Latham store, and we had a fantastic experience there as well. We went in one day just to review our trade-in options, and left the next day with a brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan! The process was smooth as could be. Our salesman was Mike O'Neal. He took good care of us and he wasn't pushy or overbearing at all. Sam, the finance manager, also did a terrific job getting us the best rate around, which enabled us to purchase a much better vehicle than we thought possible. Goldstein gave us more than we expected for our trade-in too, releasing us from a horrible relationship with another local dealer (rhymes with "Latham Cord"). All this, paired with Goldstein's top notch, LONG TERM customer service and bonus perks, created the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My only gripe is that my brand new van didn't come with FLOOR MATS! RIDICULOUS!! All things considered, I would recommend Goldstein Chrysler to EVERYONE.

over all service was poor from the finance person to the service of the car, the car was not ready when promised.I was rushed through the finance part everything was not explained.All they where looking for was my money.no one came out to tell me why it was taking so long to get the car ready every time i asked i was told it was in prep had no idea what prep was i was there for 3hrs and never had the car prep i will never do buiness there again or recommed anyone to purchase from them again.

I walked in the showroom at Goldstein on a Sunday afternoon and was met by Joe Slawienski. I told Joe that I wanted to know about the Grand Cherokee and that I did not have a lot of time since it was already after 12 noon on a Sunday. A few hours later, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Joe Slawienski was great at describing and explaining all the great features and options of the Grand Cherokee. No pressure. Extremely Professional. This past Friday, I took my 06 Jeep Commander to Goldstein Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM for a service appointment. While I was waiting, Joe Slawienski, a salesman at Goldsteins, came up and asked if Id be interested in looking at a new vehicle. He had noticed that I had over 200,000 miles on my Jeep. As I had been looking for a newer vehicle, specifically a truck, I walked the lot with Joe. In short order, I found a 2013 RAM 1500 SLT pick-up, with low mileage. Joe explained the many features of the vehicle, but never gave me the hard sell. The truck and model sold itself, but the Goldstein lifetime limited power train warranty and other extras helped seal the deal as well. So, Saturday, I finalized the deal with the help of the Business Manager Sam Pacelli. That afternoon, my family and I drove home in our new truck! I had been taking my Jeep to Goldsteins for service for quite some time, and had always been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the people who worked there. Even after I made this recent purchase, Joe walked me around to meet a number of others in the business, including the Service Advisor Nick Syron who scheduled my 30 Day Check Up for my new vehicle. I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude which represents my third Jeep vehicle (the first two were Wranglers) purchase, but my first one from Goldstein. I was very content with my 2012 Wrangler and truly was having anxiety at the thought of parting with it, but I really needed something meant for the frequent out of town trips I make. Scott Ross was great to work with. I had a list of "must haves" that needed to fit into certain budget requirements. I had spent several months researching the type of SUV I wanted, how much I would be spending based upon what was "out there", and kept coming back to a Jeep. Everything else seemed pretty "vanilla" compared to my Wrangler. I also had researched what the fair trade in value of the Wrangler was worth and wasn't sure if Scott would be able to match up my budget with my "wants". Not only did the team at Goldstein help me stay within my budget, Scott helped me pick out a really "boss" looking Jeep GC which made trading in the Wrangler less painful. My head was beginning to spin going through the various GC models and options, but Scott steered me to the perfect Jeep model that hits all the needs and some of the wants without while remaining very conscious of my budget. It was quite a different experience then what I had during the two purchases of my previous Jeep vehicles from a local Albany dealership. In fact I had gone to that same Albany dealership that day to look at their stock of vehicles. After wandering the showroom, looking at vehicles and being totally ignored, I decided to try Goldstein's in Latham. I was greeted warmly at the door as I walked in by Joe Martone, the general manager, who immediately hooked me up with Scott. I was waiting for the high pressure sales tactics that never happened. Clearly this sales approach works far better than the strong arm tactics I have experienced in the past because it creates a cadre of loyal returning customers. I am confident, based upon my experience with the sales department, that my relationship with the service department will be as positive.

we arrived to have a service done on my 2011 wrangler with no intention of purchasing a new car. we inquired as to the trade in value of the jeep just to see where we were at. in the meantime test drove a 2016 Cherokee latitude and LOVED it. Needless to say Alex our salesman had a pretty easy sale with us. we loved the car, the trade in value quoted was right at what we would have asked for and we also received all the incentives offered. the interest rate was phenominal and we left that day with a new car. Alex was always professional while all the while being friendly, helpful and listening to what we had to say. The service staff got the car prepped, protection coating done for the paint and all paperwork was ready in about 1 1/2 hours. This has to have been the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. I will recommend Alex Quackenbush to all our friends and the staff at Goldstein who take care of the cars and make check in easy. Larry is in charge of the washing of the cars always does a great job and goes that extra step to make you happy. I do not think I will ever use another dealership again. They are the best.

I recently purchased a dodge grand caravan with Goldstein, I had been to Fuccillo a couple days before but the sales people there just put me off. I went to Goldstein to see if it was any different and our sales associate, Ryan, was ALOT better! He knew more about the cars, knew the inventory they had, worked with me to get a good deal and was extremely friendly and helpful. Only bad part of the experience was the time it took to get through the financial manager. There was some mix up on identification points required since I'm from out of state so they said I needed to come back with more ID (which turned out wasn't true after they called the DMV). When we came back there was an excessive wait. We ended up waiting another 3 hours when told it would only take another hour when we came back. It was really busy and they only had the one guy that could do sales as the other was in a meeting the whole time. One would think they would delay said meeting for the line of customers. But I guess there amount of business just goes to show how good their sales people and deals are.

I recently went to Goldstein to purchase or lease and I have been to other dealerships before and Goldstein by far is the best to date. We received the salesmans Paul Wade's full attention and respect. The sales manager was also by far very respectful and willing to do what we needed to get us into a vehicle we wanted. Everything went so fast and flawless we could not have asked for any better treatment or outcome. We will definitely be making Goldstein our dealer from this point on.

My first experience with Goldstein wasn't the greatest. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport, the vehicle was basically a lemon. I was very displeased. My vehicle was there for about a week at one point while the service department tried to figure out what was wrong with it. After no luck, my vehicle was returned to me. The Liberty continued to give me daily issues, so a sales representative (different from the representative who sold me the Liberty, as he is no longer with Goldstein) reached out to me via Facebook, and notified me that they had a Jeep Wrangler X Unlimited available within my ideal price range. The sales representative, Brandon Belonga, brought me out on an extensive test drive, and I have to say he really did pick the perfect vehicle for me. I instantly loved this Jeep when I drove it, and with Brandon, along with the rest of the sales team at Goldstein, I'm actually paying LESS than I wanted to pay. Brandon made sure I was comfortable with the decision to finance a vehicle for the first time, and made sure that I wouldn't struggle to pay for my car. He even bought me a couple things I had my eye on at the dealership, which was really just above and beyond on his part. Customer service definitely worthy of five stars. I love my Jeep, and I'm proud to say that it's another Goldstein.

I choose Goldstein because they had the car I wanted and the price was right. I was prepared for the usual dealership runaround and shameless upselling, and was presently surprised by the low-pressure experience. Ryan, my salesman, was really nice and knew a lot about my car. He didn't talk too much during the test-drive which I appreciated. Rick, who handled the actual "deal" was also very easy and low-key, and Pete and Sam, who handled the paperwork and financing, were great. Overall, I am very pleased. I got the car I wanted, the price I wanted, and didn't feel take advantage of. Being super nit-picky, I did have to go back through the car to re-detail a few places, but it was really quite well done. I would (and will) go back again, and I will suggest other shop here as well! BONUS- they are HUGE supporters of the humane society, which is great because so are we!

I purchased a Jeep from another dealer but this location was closer for my repairs. I had the Jeep for little less than a week and had issues automatically. When bringing my Jeep to this location for service the "Manager" (aka Customer Serivce/Business Development Manager) was extremely rude to not only I but my father. It was to the point where they gave me a horrible experience once I gave them a bad survey and basically told me off for giving them a bad CSI survey. Which from being in the car business for a couple of years I understand CSI is everything to dealers. But that its more for Manufacturers to keep track of how the dealership is doing. Needless to say, after bringing my 2015 Jeep Patriot to this location not once but TWICE, I will never return again.

After making the mistake of trying another dealer for the same vehicle and having purchased a subaru from Goldstein, I went to get a better price on a Jeep Cherokee Limited lease. Not only did they better the monthly cost, a service plan was added in and it still beat the price the other dealer. I should have gone there first. I drove out with my new vehicle within 2 hours! The salesman Ryan Hart and business manager Sam Pacelli were friendly and accepting of my situation. I cannot reccomend this place more highly.

This is the third Jeep we have bought from them in the last 5 months , husbands, daughters and myself now have new jeeps.Doing business when them is so nice and easy. At first I was going some place else but it just felt like home because of the other 2 deals we maded with Goldsteins and I wanted to stay with them and my saleman Mike ( and also Brandon helped again) and Rick made that happen. Everyone there is so nice when you walk in and make you feel at home. I would send anyone there for a new or even used car.Also go to the meeting after buying the car..Someone from all the departments are there and gives a good talk and advise.

On October 16th I purchased my 2015 Dodge Charger SE. I've never been to a better dealership in my life. I was contacted within 1 hour of filling out an inquiry on the Goldstein Chrysler website (goldsteinchryslerdodgejeep.net). My salesman Joe Slawienski was the absolute best due to his professionalism and sense of humor. He answered all my questions with the snap of a finger and even answered some questions I thought about but never asked. The finance person Sam was excellent as well. During this whole process they offered free food and coffee which I know all dealerships offer coffee but not free hot dogs, popcorn, or donuts. I will never go to another dealer because this was the best car buying experience for me. I was rushed into anything or discouraged in anyway. The paint job on my car is incredible, Phantom black tri-color that has green and purple sparkle flakes in it. Very unique color indeed. To sum things up awesome dealership, tremendous inventory, fantastic customer service, and all around amazing experience. I will recommend Goldstein to everyone I can even if they're strangers.

I bought my first truck - a Ram 2500. I need a truck to pull a horse trailer. The salesman took time to understand what I wanted to do with the truck and explained features that I should be looking for. It so happened that they had a 2500 on the lot with the towing package and the bed was factory drilled for a fifth wheel / gooseneck hitch. We took it for a test drive and I was sold. I had not planned on trading in my Honda but they gave me such a good deal that I did.

Had been looking for a used van for a while and have friends that work for this dealership. Received a phone call that a vehicle had come in that was extremely clean. Made an appointment with a salesman, Michael Davey, to see the van the following day. The rest is history, offer accepted, financing established and the Chrysler Town and Country is mine,(actually my wife's). I must say that all of the people I dealt with at Goldstein's in Latham are professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend these people and this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle purchase, be it new or used.

Was not planning on buying a jeep and was not looking forward to the whole process.... Car salesmen have never been likeable to me in the past....but when we were approached by Brandon he was very honest and understood we were just shopping around after the test drive we asked him to give us a quote on the Jeep Patriot when brought into the dealership and offered beverages and Brandon was so adorable and happy you could tell he loved his job the sales came natural to him.. I never felt like he was "the usual car salesperson pitch"....We were blown away at the level of personable professional employees at Goldstein ... Rick was amazing and so likable ... I bought a Dodge Ram 2010 extended cab with very low miles. Joe Slawienski was the salesman I dealt with. He was very good at focusing and narrowing down my search. We purchased a 2015 Wrangler this past Saturday. We worked with Ryan Hart. He had shown us a certified 2013 Wrangler a week before, but we lost out on it to another purchaser. Ryan called us several days later to tell us a new Wrangler with similar features had just come in. We worked with him and bought the vehicle. Nothing but praise for Ryan. No pressure, easy to work with, understood our needs for the vehicle. A completely pleasant experience. We feel we got a very good deal and were treated fairly. We also have good feelings about Pete Sanchez, the business manager, who worked us through the paperwork quickly. Had it not been a Saturday, and our insurance company was closed, we could have driven away with the vehicle that day! Can't get quicker service than that. I highly recommend Goldstein. The car buying program gave me 3 dealership choices. Only Goldstein understood how it was supposed to work. Rachael Kayser - Internet Sales. Effective and timely communication. Found and priced the configuration I was looking for and put the deal together before I stepped foot into the dealership. No bull, no surprises, very refreshing. I hope Goldstein's realizes what a valuable asset they have. Shawn Thurber - Salesman. Great product knowledge and very pleasant to deal with. He tried several times to go over auto features, but I told him discovery was half the fun. I've been around awhile and this was vehicle #17 for me. Best salesman I'v ever had. Pete Sanchez - Business Manager. Put all the financial paperwork together quickly and always with a smile. Overall, great dealership. I don't know what they put in the water, but I purchased the car on a Sunday and everyone in the place was in an exceptionally good mood. Definitely not the closest dealer to me, but I would go back.

Just recently got a great deal on a Jeep renegade from Joe Slawienski. Joe was very easy to get along with and was happy to let me take the vehicle for a nice LONG spin (ended up putting on almost 30 miles for a test drive). Brandon at Goldstein really went the extra mile to help get me into my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Altitude edition. He not only got to where I needed to be with my trade in value but also found the exact car I wanted and had it transported to the dealership within days. He was also extremely knowledgable and listened to all my needs. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated, the value I received and the genuine care put into the deal. I took my new Jeep Cherokee on a hiking trip the weekend I got it and it performed beautifully on the long trip and dirt roads. Makes me wonder why I hadn't stopped in sooner!

He was very knowledgeable and made sure to get us exactly what we wanted at a great price. We visited every local Jeep dealer and Ryan by far knew more about the Wrangler than any other sales associate. I recently purchased a 2015 Gr. Cherokee Summit in July 2015. I had my 2011 GR.Cherokee Overland serviced at this dealership for yrs. The facilities are excellent. The sales and service staff are experienced, knowledgeable, courteous. The facilities are clean, they offer refreshments while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced Coffee, soda, fresh popped popcorn and hot dogs. This Summit was the 2nd car we purchased from this dealership. We purchased a new 2012 Dodge Avenger as well. Again can't say enough about the dealership and the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience, This is my 5th Gr. Cherokee, great product excellent dealership.

First off Patrick in sales was good and responsive but pretty much the good buying process ended there. So lets start with financing first. I was pre-approved through my bank prior to going in and was told that they could pull up my pre-approval on their system. I was asked every question that my bank had already asked and was told they needed to ask these to pull up my pre-approval in their system. This was not the case as they ended up getting me approved all over again and opening up another bank account in my name and causing a bunch of confusion with the bank and everything on my end. This took me an entire day of working with the bank to get this fixed and everything back over to my correct account. Second I had wanted a Jeep Cherokee with a tow package and the ones that were available with the extras my wife and I had wanted did not have a tow package however I was informed they could install one and it would be no different than the factory installed tow package. Well that is not the case as I was informed last minute that while the factory installed tow package is almost $600 that for them to install it after the fact would be $1,000. Being told that it was the same as if I had it done at the factory I decided well I will do it myself or pay somebody less and get it installed another place. Well installing one is not the same as a factory installed one as the factory installs a different gear ratio (I had brought this up during the sale and was assured there was no difference as Patrick had check with their "Truck" guy). A factory installed tow package has a towing capacity of 4,500 pounds while a tow package installed later only has a towing capacity of 2,000 pounds (Per car manual). If I had known all of this I would have insisted they find me the car I wanted with a tow package and waited a few extra days. What it boils down to is that either I was lied to or the people that should know the vehicles they are selling do not know anything about their product. I will most likely not buy another vehicle from this company or even their group of dealerships and will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Lets face it, buying/leasing a car is never a fun process. It's tiresome, stressful, and often times find ourselves running into problems. However, having Patrick Carhart by my side throughout the whole process, my experience was nothing but professional and friendly business. Having arrived at this dealership with just one day left on my lease (poor planning on my part, I know), I was in search of a new car. Rick, a manager, was tremendously helpful with offering his input and finding the best deals, as well as assigning us to Pat to help with the search. If Pat didn't mention that he was just a couple months into the job, you would have never known. He handled himself extremely well and professionally, especially seeing how I was under a lot of pressure due to the time constraint. After back-and-forth, walking around, and working on deals for almost FOUR hours, we were able to work out a great deal. Without the help of Rick and Pat, I don't know if I would have been able to successfully find exactly what I was looking for in such short notice. They were patient, helpful, and I would highly recommend asking for Pat Carhart to be your salesman when you're at this lot. Thanks again guys for assisting me in finding this perfect Ram 1500 pickup truck.

patrick in sales was very helpful with my purchase of a grand caravan there were no high pressure sales. was told I could take car same day as purchased which was great due to living about a hour and a half away. this is where the problem that I had started. I signed the paperwork with the financial department and was told it would be about two hours before the car was prepped. since it was raining we sat in the lobby and enjoyed the free hot dog and pop corn. after the wait the car was ready and I went to finalize the paperwork this is when I was told that I needed the title to the old car. I said that I did not have the title with me because I was not expecting to buy a car today and I could mail the title to them . was told that was not an option and they needed the title right away or they would have to charge me 60 dollars for a new one. so I said I could bring the title down the next day. after thinking about the situation and taking the title to them I told the financial department that although the hot dog was good, I could have gone home while waiting for the car to get prepped. bottom line is I put 175 unneeded miles on new car(could have used old car) wasted the half of tank of gas that the dealer gave us (haven't bought a new car in quite some time so when did dealers stop giving full tanks of gas) my suggestion is when offered to take car home same day and most buyer being either confused or excited and the dealer being professional people they should inform the customer what is needed so they can themselves be prepared

We bought a car from this dealership on Saturday May 30. The salesman (Shaun) was more than helpful. He was happy to let us test drive multiple cars in the pouring rain. The finance guy, (bowtie guy) was great also. They both went out of there way to make everything go quickly and smoothly. The problem began when we left the dealership and were driving home the brakes starting squealing pretty badly. We decided that maybe because they were wet and also it was 6 pm on Saturday that we would wait until Monday to call, before even having a chance to call Shaun called us to make sure everything was okay and I informed him of the issue. He was more than helpful and said that he would leave a message for Matt in service department to call back. We never got a return call. We contacted Shaun again , and he was out of town and said that he left a message for Matt to return the call, and gave us the dealership number to call and talk to Matt. We called and Matt had just went to lunch but were told he would return our call. He never returned that call. Today I called and asked to speak to Matt , I was told he just went to the service area but I could leave a message. I told the gentleman that I had been leaving messages, not getting a return call and was there anyone else I could talk to so that I could get my truck checked out. He apologized and said he would leave a message for Matt and Crystal and that someone would call me back within a few minutes. I never recieved a return call. I have been trying to get this taken care of for almost a week now. I came to this dealership for the selection and also all the good reccomendations from other people. So right now I am driving around in a new car with squealing breaks from a dealership were the service people do not like to return calls. I would have loved to have given 5 stars but until this problem is fixed its 3 stars and only because Shaun and Bowtie guy were amazing.

16 months ago I bought a used jeep wrangler Unlimited. Sense I bought the jeep I had acouple mechanical issue in which was taken care of by the Service & mechanical Dept with no issues, Bring my jeep back for every scheduled service when due. I had gone to another dealership before coming to Goldstein Auto; and the guys at Goldstein Auto blew the competition out of the water. My sales guy, Shawn, and the rest of the team were all friendly, accommodating, personable and there to help the buyer; not just to show you 1 car and push for a deposit. I was in the market for a green Jeep. They didn't have one onsite that day, but they made sure they got what I was looking for. I also was waiting on my bank to release a check from my insurance company; the financing department was very flexible with me in terms of that. I would have been in a bad way if they were not so understanding. I would highly recommend Shawn and the Goldstein Auto team in Latham for anyone shopping around for a vehicle.

I never thought spending a Sunday afternoon at a car dealership could be so enjoyable! I knew what I was looking for and Ferdinand was very helpful in helping me to find the perfect vehicle. There was popcorn and hot dogs for anyone who is hungry - which my 11 year old son was! There is an area for the littler ones as well. Pete in the finance department explained all my options in a way that I actually understood. I feel that everyone there really cared about not just the sale, but helping me and my family get into the car that best suited our needs. I live approx. 45 miles from Goldstein, but the value and the service was well worth the drive.

Last night we were thinking of replacing our T&C Van with over 108,000 miles this Spring. Our son's father-in-law had just brought a pick-up truck from Goldstein Chrysler Dodge and told us to check-out their dealership because they had real helpful staff. We stopped in to pick up some literature to review at home. However, a salesman Mike D. showed us all of the features of a new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan and let my wife test drive it. Needless to say she loved the van and we signed to buy it last night thanks to Mike D. getting us a great deal. He even stayed pass the closing hours of the dealership to answer all of our questions. The van was very affordable and my wife loved the store-away seats in the 2nd and 3rd rows along with the deep compartment for the groceries in the rear. The van was ready for us to pick it up this morning at 11:30 AM and the salesman came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly & he even transferred our grand son's car seat from the old van to the new van. We would highly recommend Goldstein Chrysler Dodge if you are looking for a van.

My husband and I came in on a blustery winter day looking for a Chrysler 300C. They had the model we were looking for and we wanted to see what terms they would offer, but did not want to spend all day haggling. We called and spoke with Sales Manager Ray who said he would have the car ready for us when we arrived (they did). We met Salesperson Jim who took us on a test drive and who guided us through our concerns about performance in winter weather. We met Rick in sales and told him we wanted to know his best price,and didn't want to spend all day getting there......and he did just that, gave us their best price offer........and we accepted. Pete in Finance was wonderful and explained everything. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience, and we are most impressed with the "vale added" services such as free car washes for life. Our first experience with Goldstein Jeep will not be our last. The minute you walk in the dealership, you feel like a part of their family. We have never felt like this before when buying a vehicle. A very professional staff treated us as well as anyone would want be treated, right from the start. Our salesman was Scott and I would suggest if you ever are looking for a vehicle, look him up. Not pushy or gruff, he listens to what you want, and never pushed anything else on us that we did not want or was not interested in. What a pleasant change for a car salesman. Kudos to Goldstein and especially my salesperson, Yervant Bardakjian for making my recent Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited purchase such a great experience. I had been looking at vehicles for some time and went to the Empire State mall Auto show where I met Ben Reed from the Goldstein's Central Avenue GMC dealership, he is terrific and we test drove the GMC Terrain. After much consideration, we decided against it (cargo space to narrow for golf clubs), I felt badly, because I really wanted to work with Ben and he had been so helpful to us. So when I decided to look at Jeep's we went to Goldstein on Rt. 9 where I was assigned to Yervant. Once again, a superb person to work with, great product knowledge with great customer service, answered all my questions with patience and a great attitude. I did not want to be rushed into any deal and he worked with me over a two week period before we wrapped everything up, he was always responsive without being pushy or making me feel pressured, in which case, I would have walked. Brandon in the business office was also great. I would highly recommend Yervant and the Goldstein team and I love my new Jeep, it's an awesome vehicle!! p.s. really like the free weekly carwash too, a nice touch!!

If the experience was any better I would have began to worry it was all some kind of automotive mirage. Have you ever wondered whatever happened to people who tell the truth, talk straight, and believe that part of customer service is too develop a trusting relationship? Well, stop wondering, they all ended up working at this dealership. I see no reason why buying a car shouldn't be as easy as buying a pair of socks. Price, money, car, goodbye, no? Actually the answer was no for over a month at three other dealers that were closer (two states) who made it complicated. And I don't trust complicated. It was frustrating. I would see the car, I would agree on price and then the rigmarole began; demands for ridiculously large sums to be taken from my credit card over the phone with no paperwork exchanged to hold the car until the next day, scare tactics, and demands that I need to tour - yes, "tour", their dealer service areas before I buy. (What am I 14? It's a wrench!) Anyway, I wanted a new town and country. At wits end my wife finds Goldsteins Chrysler and Jeep. They didn't have the exact vehicle my wife wanted; a certain color. Ray - seems he's positively referred to in many of these reviews - well, he was great - tells my wife on the phone he'll find that vehicle. Next thing you know he's got it. Me, I'd already had it with the others. Told my wife I'm out of it. (Of course I'm still ready to listen.) Ray emails us the VIN# and the window sticker. It's real. Okay, this is different; a dealership that doesn't treat the customer like the customer is replaceable. So, my wife sends off a small amount to hold the vehicle; refundable if not satisfied. I actually drove the hour to Goldsteins passing all the other dealers we'd spoken to before. I recall saying to my wife, these (Goldstein) guys say one thing wrong I'm done. Still couldn't get the bad taste out of my mouth from the others. So I guess you can say I was looking for an argument. Okay, I arrive at Goldsteins. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out- what can I say, I've experienced more stress buying a sandwich at Subway then buying this vehicle. Working with Ray over the phone allowed us to trust the situation. Easy going Sales Rep John Shave, working with Ray, made the paperwork flow. Answered all questions and stuck with us. Their finance Rep, Brandon Talar, is a very pleasant fellow, Any detail in question, he explained it. It was actually fun dealing with him. Came back the next day and there's my detailed vehicle waiting outside. I looked at my wife and asked, is that all there is to this? She said, that's it. I said, that's the way its suppose to happen. Wait, that's not it. My wife has questions about the blue ray DVD and other electronic du-dads. Manual in her hand I thought if she doesn't know, I'm really in trouble, Part of the reason I got married is because she reads instructions. Next thing you know John Shave is all over it. Brings out this jovial tech guy, (New KID, sorry, but think his name is Henry) who sat with my wife for an extended time and happily explained all the electronic du-dads. Been back already twice just to get the oil changed for less money than all my local guys. (I'm one of those nuts who changes oil every 2500mi.) I find myself driving an hour just to have Goldstein's change my oil. Why? Trust. I want them to take care of my car. It's worth it. Highly recommend.

Jim had all the answers to our many questions and did a great job explaining all the features of our new vehicle, Brandon made finance easy and took very good care of us even setting up our auto pay. Went looking for a lease replacement and wanted to try someone new after some less than pleasant experiences elsewhere. Shawn took care of us and made the process simple. We were offered help in every step of the way and it was clear that customer service is their motto. Car was set up and available to drive home same day of purchase. We travelled about two hundred miles to look at a Jeep Wrangler Willys edition. Then because of the way we were treated and the friendly environment at Goldstein's we bought it. Every bit of the purchase went exactly as proposed and at the end of the deal Pete in the office made sure we understood every thing that was happening. Didn't intend to purchase a new truck last week, but Goldstein made us an offer we couldn't refuse. What a deal. Purchased a brand new 2014 Ram 2500 (Arrest-Me-Red) to tow our new 5th wheel trailer. The whole negotiating/purchasing process was very painless. Also attended the monthly "get to know Goldstein" services meeting which was very helpful. Went in for service on our 1500 and found that we were over our payload weight for our 5th wheel. Morgan, our service advisor hooked us up with Sam (Sales person) who made us a deal we couldn't refuse! Very happy with our choice and the buying processing was easy. I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Goldsteins on Route 9, across from Hoffman's Play Land. The salesman (Mike) was very easy going and was nice to talk to. He was not at all pushy about selling a car at all. He went over the Jeep from head to toe and inquired what my main reason was for me buying the Jeep. He talked me out of the bigger engine (6 cylinder) since i did not need the Jeep for towing and recommend that i go with the smaller engine (4 cylinder) for my main reason was for the mileage. The manger (Rick) who went over the prices was very nice to deal with not pushy either. Bought the car on Saturday, picked it up on Sunday, Mike went through the car again showing me the features, help sync my phone and blue tooth and register the car too. This is the second car we purchased from Goldsteins, and my wife love the service treatment she gets there, quick and easy, in and out.

I shopped 3 other Chrysler dealers before Goldsteins and all 3 tried to offer me a ridiculously low trade-in price. Goldsteins was also the only dealer of the 4 to allow me to place an order for a specific vehicle to be built rather than take one off the lot. One other dealer even tried to sell me a 2014 vehicle with 8,000 miles as "new." Goldsteins fair trade-in and dealer discount made it the best deal of anyone, so that's who I did business with.

brought my Town and Country in for service (2 months ago); seemed to be a brake problem. they "fixed" it, for $440. Went to them yesterday with the identical problem; willing to "fix" it for over $600. NO WAY! i will stay away from this dealership...you make your own choice. Incidentally, they offer a 10% discount to senior citizens(up to $25? worthless when consider what they charge). This was not even mentioned to this old guy on his cane. This pertains to the dealership on rt. 9.

I purchased a used car from this dealership and had issues both times I went back within the first 30 days. The week following my purchase, I had a windshield molding issue that was quickly fixed, however, the technician left grease all over my leather seats. This is after he told me he was clean and not to worry about getting the interior dirty. (dealer does not provide seat protectors for the techs) He left so much grease on the driver?s seat that it took their detailer 20 minutes to clean it off. I then took the car back 2 weeks later for my "30 day inspection" and to have a repair done that was promised at the time of purchase. Not only was the repair never done, but when I brought it to the attention of the asst service manager, he told me he was not aware of the repair even though it was written up on the repair order in his hand. To make matters worse, he did not believe me telling me that he would have to verify the agreement with my sales man and then, if I wanted to leave the car another 2 hours (after waiting 2 hours), they would be able to make the repair! Buyer beware.

I brought a jeep compass for my wife,and was quite pleased with the way everything went. John Curtis was very accomadating and went out of his way to get the purchase completed, and I feel we got a fair deal.

I had tried out the Jeep Compass actually at another dealership - the experience was horrible. I knew I liked the car - I went online at Goldstein to inquire - Matt called me back immediately to review details. I was then turned over to my Sales person Paul Wade who understood that I had limited time and most would be done over the phone - as I was making my decision over the next 2 weeks, Paul called me back with even an additional incentive. When I went to pick up the car he took the time to review everything I did not know about it. GREAT experience - couldn't be better! Love my Compass
