My husband and I were a few hours into a 10 hour trip and started hearing an unfamiliar noise from our 250. Stopped by this dealership to have them take a look and they were extremely friendly, had the part, and were quick to replace it. The entire staff displayed hospitality like we’ve never seen from a dealership. Kuddos to this team (Jeff in particular) and their leadership for providing such great service!

I recently traded in my 2010 F-150 Lariat for a newer model. After talking with and visiting several dealerships on both sides of the river I found what I was looking for, another Lariat! I called the dealership and asked for a salesperson. I was hooked up with Ashleigh Dyson, a hardworking young lady that was wide open, knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in and very easy to talk to. There was never any pressure to purchase. The entire sales staff was pleasant and when Ashleigh had to step away for a moment they kept us entertained. Ashleigh has been in contact with me several times ensuring that I made the right choice. I did! A 2020 F-150 Lariat! Michael Arthur went way above and beyond my expectations throughout the entire deal. I discuss with him what I wanted for my trade, and what I was looking for in a new F-150. I ended up buying a beautiful truck that day with my wife. This is by far the best Ford dealership in the area, and as long as Michael works there, I will continue to buy from him.

Well treated,vehicle quickly taken back.Had oil change and one of the recalls taken care of at the same visit.Had not pre scheduled an appointment,but found my self with the time to go .Had been putting it off!First visit to theGerald Jones Ford.Was a customer of BJF.Renovations were still underway,but that did not delay my service.Also,I usually try to get Shannon,but she was busy,so another young lady handled my visit.I liked her,and I like having female service advisors.

Gerald Jones Ford, has excellent professional staff and they keep you informed while working on your vehicle. They uses the actual dealer parts which would allow you vehicle to perform properly. You can compare prices with your neighborhood car repair store and they have very competitive prices for repairs and tires. They know what your vehicle actually need. Do not be afraid of the Ford Dealer ship warranty of parts means a lot for you vehicle and your money.

Unbelievable Truck Service Dept. Outstanding guys to work with, especially Billy!! Couldn't ask for a better crew. And the service writer was Johnny on the Spot. Very nice of these guys to help us after regular business hours on Labor Day Weekend.

The staff was courteous and attentive to my needs to have my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. After previous unsuccesful attempts to have my vehicle serviced at another dealer, I was upset when I came in for service. The staff at Gerald Jones quickly eased my mind and provided me with quick service. They even provided a courtesy shuttle ride to and from my home.

My F-250 needed its first service . I called for an appointment and was told if I brought it in right now they could do the services right away. Very happy with the treatment I received.
