After closing the deal on my Rogue, the salesperson/internet sales manager Alex was supposed to be in touch with me regarding topping off some fluids, and also some free oil changes. Well that was January 28th and I have yet to hear from Alex, imagine that! Also it took from Jan.29th 2016 until March 11th 2016 for me to receive my tag. I had to ride around for 14 days on an expired 30 day tag, and when I contacted the lady over the tags, it took her a week to respond back to me the first time, 4 days the next time and finally after almost 45 days I received my tag in the mail. I also purchased via my credit union, but Gastonia Nissan made me fill out an application through them to hold my car until the next day when I went to get the check from my credit union to buy the car. Gastonia Nissan said they wouldn't run any of my information, that me feeling out the paperwork was just to hold the vehicle. Well you guessed it, they went ahead on their own and ran my numbers. Gastonia Nissan has horrible customer service, and definitely do not hold true to their word.

Gastonia Nissan, please read this.......If you want an excellent salesperson, see Darren Chapman. He went over and above helping my husband get the right price for our purchase and the great prices for our trade-ins. We already choose what car we wanted and color, not needing to view any others, so when we finalized the deal in person, which everything was done over the phone, it couldn't of gone smoother. The only problem I have is that when you do the survey, which is the "overall", it should be looked at separately, for individuals and departments. If I didn't use a certain area, as you see above, that should be dropped from survey. I did so many reviews, FB, Gastonia Nissan Website and now here to emphasize the excellent job of Darren Chapman. The Dealership overall was great, but my review was meant for the salesperson because that is who you are "dealing" with 99% of the time.

Purchased an SUV from this dealership and went for a scheduled oil change. An oil change anywhere else would take about 20-30 minutes, but we had to wait 2 hours! Again, this was a SCHEDULED oil change. We saw other customers come and go while we sat waiting. We were never given an explanation as to why it was taking so long, and no one apologized. When we told the service person we had been waiting almost 2 hours, the response we got was "We're aware". The customer experience we received was a complete disappointment. We would highly recommend you NOT take your vehicle here for service.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Quest from Gastonia Nissan. We worked with Patrick McSwain and had a wonderful experience. Patrick took the time to listen to what we needed in a new vehicle and respected our time and our budget. Our 7 year old really liked the kids room, he had a great time watching TV and playing with all of the toys, much more fun than sitting with us while we worked through all of the paperwork. This is the 4th Nissan Z I have bought from various places in Charlotte; and by far the smoothest, easiest, and fastest time of all. A recent quest to locate and purchase the new NV200 led me to Gastonia Nissan. While this was not my first location of choice, it was most pleasantly the last place I needed to visit to find the deal that was right for me. I knew what it was that I was looking for and when I arrived to Gastonia Nissan, they had a vehicle inside the showroom that was close but just not quite what I wanted. Without prompting, the young salesman that introduced himself as Philip McSwain was out the door and retrieving the van he felt was what I was looking for. At first glance, the vehicle he produced stood out and it did not take long for the decision was made to purchase that vehicle. Philip understood what I had been through to find just the right vehicle and within what seemed like a few seconds, he produced a price quote for me that was by far the best deal I had seen from the other dealers I visited. To Philip, this probably seemed like an easy sale, and it was. I knew what I wanted, I knew what it would cost me and I knew what a great deal this was from Gastonia Nissan. My husband and I had bought our fifth car from Gastonia of Nissan. Nissans make great vehicles and the sales experience there was great. We had the please of dealing with the saleswoman, Genesis, and she made the process so much better. We purchased a 2014 Pathfinder and we loved the experience so much, we went back two days later so my mom could purchase a 2014 Rogue. Genesis was the saleswoman that handled that sale as well and it went as great as the first. When we our ready for my daughter a car this is where we will go.

My daughter purchased a Rogue from Tommy Payseur about 18 months ago and had a great buying experience so when my husband found a used Frontier at Gastonia Nissan we knew we had to deal with Tommy. We purchased the truck earlier in the month of August and I ended up trading my civic in on a new Rogue and Tommy made the experience easy with his knowledge about the vehicle and his no pressure style. I had a great car buying experience at Gastonia Nissan.I would recommend you see Anthony Underwood (salesman) he was top notch. He listened to what I wanted and needed he wasn't a pushy salesman. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Robert Cobb ( Finance Manager) was the best Finance guy I have ever dealt with ( I've brought 5 new cars before this one) I told him what I wanted my car payment to be and what warranty I wanted and he made it happen.

Dealership had a great selection, Was quoted a price on the phone and the price was the same when we arrived. I have been shopping since January and that was the first time I was not jacked around and told " Oh I'm sorry but I forgot to add etc. " Philip McSwain was our sales person, he was very knowledgeable and was very courteous and professional, gave us a great deal on our trade in. He worked hard to get us all the rebates and discounts we qualified for. I would recommend Gastonia Nissan to anyone, and definitely ask for Philip you won't be disappointed

Liked my 07 frontier king cab so much decided to upgrade for an 14 crew cab. Genesis Virlorio was my sales person ,she was very professional , knowledgeable of nissan vehicles , no pressure to buy (worked with me for 2 weeks to make sure i got what i wanted ), answer all my questions and got me through the paper work in a timely manner.Gastonia Nissan lifetime warranty is a plus.Ask for Genesis when visiting you will not be sorry you did. Also want to mention Richard Blackstock sales manager great guy , he and Genesis worked really hard to get the price i wanted. Overall Gastonia Nisssan was a very good experience and would buy from them again.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Gastonia Nissan. They are very customer oriented and will do what they can to help you out. Phillip McSwain was my helper. I am very thankful for all that he did for me. He said "when it comes to the customer, I will always fight for them to get the best deal they possibly can." He did everything he could to help me get my car payment where it needed to be, since I am a 19 year old trying to make my own car payment. I am so glad I got the opportunity to work with him in my journey of buying my first car. His companionship and helpfulness made my experience with Gastonia Nissan the best ever. I am very thankful for him and all of his co-workers who made this possible! If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend this dealership over any other! I would recommend this dealership to family, friend, and anyone else. Philip was our salesperson and he was so kind and helpfull. He treated us like people and not a paycheck. He has even came in on his days off when we had to pick up paper work. We could not have asked for a better experience. Good sales people, not so good sales managers. The salesperson Genesis was great. Was professional, courteous and personable. Unfortunately, despite the title, she couldn't make a sale since it was up to a sales manager. They offered the lowest possible figure for my trade in. I've gotten 50% more at a local small used car outfit, as well as at some of the other Nissan dealers. The asking price wasn't very competitive as well. A simple search on this site showed several similar vehicles at lower prices or with lower miles. When I showed the competition's listings to the sales manager he acted like he's never seen the Internet and it shouldn't even be brought up. The sales manager wasn't willing to negotiate. I was ready to increase my cash offer by $2000, he offered to decrease the asking price by $200.

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful as I first was looking for a used car but soon learned I could have a new car for almost the same monthly payments. Anthony was not too pushy either which I found refreshing and not what you usually find at most car dealerships. First I have to say I'm a very satisfied customer! I love my 2010 Infiniti G37x! When my husband and I pulled into the dealership we were greeted by Philip McSwain. Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles Nissan had on the lot. He answered all of our questions and offered additional help. My husband and I left without purchasing anything. WE WENT BACK! After shopping around we could not get the great deals or customer service that Nissan of Gastonia offered any where else. I went in to Nissan very skeptical about whether they would be able to do anything to help me with my less than prefect credit. I was so happy to drive away in my new Nissan Sentra. I did not believe it! Lachelle was great at convincing me to come in and Mike did a great job helping me and even my finance person (Leon - hope it spelled right) was positive and worked hard to give me a good deal. I will be coming back again to get my 2015 birthday present :) thanks!

Very professional and friendly staff. Tommy Payseur made me feel like I was at home. No pressure sales, I told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be at. He showed me what they had and he let me choose what I wanted. Very patient and to this day continues to call me just to check up and make sure everything is ok. Tommy is like a part of my family now. The management are the same way. No pressure they are very straight forward. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My husband purchased a Sentra for his son after test driving a couple of vehicles from Jonathan Ramos. We appreciated the no pressure approach from him and all the staff. The experience was a pleasurable one, so much so, we went back a week later and purchased the Murano Cross-cabriolet. Any time we go to the dealership, everyone always speak to us and has a smile.We love the fact we can take either vehicle by the dealership at any time to get a wash. If Jonathan isn't busy with other customers, he always is there to great us and offer assistance for any need we might have. WE FEEL LIKE FAMILY! I can honestly say a miracle was worked out so that I could get a brand new 2014 Altima off that lot! Mike Kim worked out the best deal so that I could afford the car and Anthony patiently worked with me to find the car that had everything that I wanted in it. Philip Mc Swain met me in the parking lot asking if there was anything he could assist me with. I informed I was looking to trade my Ford for a Nissan. As we walked into the building his manager greeted me as someone I had met in the past, thought I knew him, struck up a short conversation as if we knew each other. He told Philip to give me the brother in-law deal. When at Philips cubicle,Philip asked if I knew him. Had to say no. Now that was great customer service! They are all very nice and they did not pressure my husband at all and when it came down to negotiations they were great and we have bought cars from other dealers where the bargaining process is stressful time consuming and just annoying, however this went without any flaws.With other dealers the buying process in our experience took a long time this dealership has their ducks in a row and had the car ready and we signed the papers and were out the door within an hour in a half!!!! I have always loved Nissan cars in general I have a Nissan Quest. We got a wonderful deal and great financing despite our not perfect credit they also made that easy as well with payments that were within our budget. If you are near Gastonia and in the market for a great car with a great deal visiting Gastonia Nissan IS worth your time.

From the moment I entered Gastonia Nissan, it was quite evident that my car shopping experience was going to be great! I was greeted by friendly staff who appeared to be welcoming me into their store as if I was their long lost friend rather than be accosted like a hawk circling over its' prey. The sales team there, especially Dave Kallam, went the extra mile in assisting me with a vehicle of MY CHOICE rather than what they thought I should purchase. I had an idea of what options I desired and ones that I did not. I experienced a terrible buying experience just hours before at another dealership in Charlotte. I was so "turned off" by car shopping that I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the ordeal again that day. Thankfully, Dave Kallam and the other sales team (including the manager) were genuine, approachable and had my best interests in mind. I wasn't "slipped" hidden options or other fees that were not part of my vehicle purchase. I am so pleased that I made the trip all the way from Wilmington, NC (4 hour ride) to experience what car shopping is supposed to be like. If you have any doubts about purchasing a new Nissan, throw them out and head into Gastonia Nissan and see Dave Kallam. Great people to deal with, both in sales and service. Everyone was very knowledgeable, super friendly & service was performed in a timely manner. Low pressure, relaxed and pleasant was what kept me at Gastonia Nissan. We have bought vehicles there over the years and my experience at this dealership has always been superb. Great choice of car colors and styles. Altima new style is wonderful. Inside dash is really cool looking. Great gas milage. Getting 33 miles per gallon city believe it or not. Our sales lady was Kris Dickey and I highly recommend her. Very pleasant person and not pushy at all.

I bought my 2013 Nissan Rogue from Dave Kallam in April and I have been very pleased. Dave made sure I got exactly what I was looking for - no more, no less - and he could not have been sweeter. He was very knowledgeable and applied no pressure in the sale of this vehicle. The car is super nice to drive, very smooth. I can't say enough good things about Gastonia Nissan. Purchasing my Nissan Titan was seamless. Jeff Viner (owner) and his team are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They want you to be informed and satisfied with your decision. We reviewed all the documents together. They explained every aspect of each document that my wife and I signed. The Gastonia team also explained the features of the truck and took as much time as needed to answer questions. There was no stone left unturned. Best of all, they were genuine. Jeff and his team really want you to be happy/satisfied with your purchase. Since that day we have received several follow up calls and emails to ensure everything was "ok" and we didn't have any additional questions. I don't think you find that level of service elsewhere. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful, but not with Gastonia Nissan.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra with 36,000 miles on it in Nov 2012. It gets better than the projected gas mileage,,rides great. I've received many compliments on it. Every time I take it to Gastonia Nissan to have it serviced,,it is always less than 30 minutes from the time I drive in,, until I leave with it. The Lifetime Warrenty is great!! Gastonia Nissan has my business from now on. They don't use high pressure sales,,they actually care about the customer!!! I encourage anyone I meet that talks about buying a new car, to see Gastonia Nissan. It has been the best car I've owned since buying my 1st car in 1975. Never have owned a foriegn made car,, & it won't be the last Nissan I buy. Everyone that I've talked with that has bought from Gastonia Nissan have been pleased beyond words with the car & service. My wife and I walked into the dealership on the fence... Explorer, Pathfinder, or Edge. After driving all 3 vehicles we had our choices down to two. The staff at Gastonia Nissan is outstanding, really handled us with respect and Mark Grant wasn't pushy, he just let us make our decision. After careful consideration, and a great vehicle in the Pathfinder, and Gastonia Nissan's Lifetime warranty we were sold. 3 years on free maintenance didn't hurt either...I am very impressed and will tell everyone I know about our experience. I received a call from Brooklyn telling me that Nissan Gastonia was having some great deals and to come. I was hoping to re finance my car and have a lower car payment but then I met Mark. I've been needing something bigger than the Rouge and the Pathfinder caught my eye. Mark was so friendly and pleasant, I was happy he was my car salesman. Mark actually had a scheduled appointment with another client so he made sure I was taken care of by another salesman, Mike I believe. After Mark was finished he came back over and finalized the deal. I love Nissan, this is my 3rd Nissan in 6 years. Great experience with purchasing a gently used 2013 Altima from this dealership. They were courteous and well priced. The car was in excellent condition and they provided excellent service. They automatically provide a lifetime warranty (if you purchase a low mileage vehicle) on drive-train and even on other stuff not included usually on drive-train warranties such as fuel/oil/water pump. The oil changes are every 3,750 instead of extended intervals with other manufactures, but.... they are only $19 at the dealership with a free car wash and loaner car. So my wife can go shop when she's getting an oil change, she'll probably not avoid them now. ;) Thanks for the excellent car buying experience, I only wish I had purchased my truck through them, I pain somewhere between 3 and 4 thousand for the bumper to bumper warranty they threw in for free because I had to wait on a financial guy to sign the papers. They also included a "perma plate" deal (I think that's what its called), it coats and protects the interior and exterior and warranties the product. If you can't get a stain out they'll replace it.

We just leased a Nissan Sentra today at Gastonia Nissan. Mark Grant was our salesperson. Mark spent a great deal of time with us going over everything we needed to know about the car and helped us select the vehicle that was best suited for us. He also helped us to get the best possible deal once we knew which car we wanted. He had a lot of knowledge about the different models which was refreshing since we had been to other Nissan dealers prior to this that had sales help who knew nothing about what they were selling. I had a great experience at Gastonia Nissan. Our salesman Mark Grant was very professional and knowledgable. He was patient with us and didn't hassle us about buying a vehicle which I really appreciated. We shopped around at other dealers and got a few numbers and I wasn't happy with the pricing or the professionalism of the other dealers. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted on the lot that day but they told me to give them one day and they would find the exact Nissan that I wanted. The next day Mark had the Nissan ready and detailed. Gastonia was able to find the vehicle we wanted for MUCH less than other dealers (S. Charlotte Nissan, Harrelson, E. Charlotte Nissan). Didn't mean to single anyone out. Mark told me that he cold beat the other dealers prices but I was surprised at how much he could beat their prices by. Overall Gastonia Nissan was the better dealer to do business with. Thank You Gastonia Nissan!

Mark did an excellent job dealing with my fiance. His largest feat was convincing my fiance to take a test drive. She's not the easiest to deal with and she'd had a run of bad luck lately. She totaled her last car and was really nervous about taking the test drive. I didn't think she'd do it but Mark was a man with a plan. Kind of tricked her into it. As far as finding a car in our price range, Mark did an excellent job showing us what was within our price range. It was also a feat considering she didn't like anything, but when she got behind the wheel..... Mark was patient and allowed me to check my insurance information and didn't push us into anything. I highly recommend Gastonia Nissan and even more so, Mark Grant.

Customer service was great. Before going to any dealership, we researched new cars for months. When we started visiting dealerships just to look at cars, every dealership we went to, except Gastonia Nissan, pressed to make a sale that day even after we stated we were just looking. Most, but not all, salesmen's demeanor changed after they realized that, indeed, we were not buying that day...but not at Gastonia Nissan. We were introduced to Mark when he called to follow up on a promotional offer we had participated in. He didn't pressure us to return, but answered the questions we had. He continued to be available to answer our questions over the phone, by emails, and at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were inquiring about. And if he didn't know the answers, he would find the answer. When we were finally ready to purchase a vehicle, we told Mark what we were looking for...which wasn't on their lot. He and the sales manager, Richard, worked diligently to find our car in a day. Considering the research we did before buying the car, we believe we got a good deal on our purchase and a good deal on our trade in. When we started talking numbers, Mark carefully explained all the figures..it all checked out on my calculator. And when we went to sign the papers, there weren't any big surprises. And the customer service didn't end when the papers were signed. Before leaving, he went through a long list of items to show me on the car. We carefully looked over the vehicle before pulling off the lot. I could name many other things Mark did that were helpful. Also, this dealership offers a lifetime limited powertrain warranty at no extra cost (and it wasn't hidden somewhere in the cost of the vehicle or finance fees). We do not anticipate looking for another vehicle anytime in the near future, but would definitely recommend this dealership, specifically Mark Grant.

Mark Grant was very helpful and courteous when I came into the dealership. I had spoken to him on the phone, an told him what I was looking for. He told me to come down and he would make sure I left a satisfied customer. And I did. He answered all my questions about my 2012 Murano and made sure I was taken care of each step of the way. There was a little bit of trouble finding a 2012 Murano that would fit my price and payment range. The dealership found one in South Carolina that was the color and price that fit my needs. I was lent a 2013 Murano to drive until mine was delivered. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership. This is the second Nissan I have bought from them, and my wife has bought one as well. We are definantly a Nissan family!

When we arrived everyone seemed really busy...after a few minutes someone came up and asked if we have been helped... Anthony Underwood came up introduced himself then sat us down. Offered some coffee and hot cocoa to us (it was really cold outside) When we did the online application Timbo Black called us within the hour to talk about our application he asked if we could come down and discuss some things with us and that would not waste our time. We walked outside and looked a few cars. I picked out 4 or 5 that i really wanted and soon after Mr. Underwood was telling me that we were now the owner of a 2010 altima and WE LOVE IT. Mr. Underwood was very friendly, outgoing, open and very easy to talk to. After the deal was made Mr. Black came by and introduced hisself to us. We thank them both and are completely satisfied with our new car. We have talked to our friends about where we got the car and who we dealt with.. :)

My time spent at Nissan of Gastonia was well spent, Anthony our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable . I took a drive with Anthony in the 2013 Altima and was hooked. Anthony explained all of the car's features. After buying the car Anthony stayed in touch and also installed my new cell phone onto the car's bluetooth system.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was welcomed by every employee, not just Dave, who was working with me on my deal. Ive been thinking about buying a new car for a while. Decided to go to Gastonia Nissan and look and see what they had for a person on a budget. Dave greeted me and he made me feel relax and he wasn't pushy, not a typical salesperson. He listen to what I wanted and what I can afford and he suggested a 2013 Nissan Versa. At first I was a little nervous do to it was a 5 speed and I was worried that I was going to stall the car. But like Dave said, it was like riding a bike and I didn't stall the car.With my situation, due to not having the best credit, Dave and the finance department got me into the Versa with a monthly payment that I can afford, without worrying if I will be able to make my payments. Dave took the time showing me around and letting me know where I would have to go when I come in for my first oil change and the person I will be talking to.I would highly recommend Gastonia Nissan to buy a car from and recommend them to speak to Dave. The people at Gastonia Nissan makes you feel like you are part of a family and that is the best feeling to have.Thank you again Dave for everything.

I just got my Christmas present early (a new 2013 Nissan Altima)yesterday. First of all, I love the vehicle, Nissan is awesome. But I must say also that the staff at Gastonia Nissan,especially Michael, were all very helpful and engaging. This team is terriffic. This is the second Nissan Altima we have purchased from them and I have not been disappointed yet. So I will be referring my friends and acquaintances to Gastonia Nissan. Wonderful group of people to do business with. They all really care and they don't do a lot of pressuring and they work really hard to make sure the customer is happy. I left very happy. First, let me say, as a lifelong resident of Gastonia, NC I have purchased vehicles from every major dealership in town including Toyota, Ford, GM, and Honda. Years ago I purchased a vehicle from the Nissan dealership when it was owned and operated by Don Armstrong. When searching for a new vehicle I thought I would take a look at Gastonia Nissan. That was my second mistake. My first mistake was not listending to friends and neighbors who warned me to stay away from Gastonia Nissan. They shared with me their opinions that the dealership is, at best, extremely shady. I've heard rumors that there's a lot of drug use and other undesirable activity that goes on there, but I figured there was nothing much to it. I have to admit that I've lived in this town for more than fifty years and have bought, sold, and traded dozens of cars and I've never been treated so poorly as I was at Gastonia Nissan. I don't know what the problem is with the General Manager and his sales staff. I've never met a more hostile and mean spirited group in my life. I just wanted to speak to someone about a car. I wasn't there to be lambasted, criticized, and humiliated. I took my business elsewhere and I suggest others do the same. There's too many great locally owned dealerships in town who value their customer's business.

I research the van they had before I stopped in to the dealership the van was listed on their web sit for $12,998.00 I got to the dealership and asked the salesman that approached me how much for the van he replied 14,900.00 I told him that was about $8,00.00 to much and it really is the van shows on Kelly blue book for $8200.00 to $8700.00 and he said lets go talk to mike so I went in with him and he introduced me to the sales manager Mike the van is clearly grossly over priced and when I told him what the van was really selling for he ask me why I was there lol WOW! Okay then I will just take my 10,000.00 else where because this Mike feels that his boss clearly doesn't need the sale and a good reputation for being a honest car dealer I feel for who owns Gastonia Nissan because they are sinking a large amount of money into a new building just to lose business to a sales manager that seems to not care if they sell a car or not.What ever their lose because I am going to buy a van and I will not buy it there or anything else at that dealership. When a person tries to charge someone $2,000.00 more than they advertised it on their own web site they are clearly not very honest and have no business ethics what so ever.

Everyone was very helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Customer service plays a big part in where I shop and Gastonia Nissan goes above and beyond in my book. My salesman, John McGill, (John I hope I'm spelling your last name correctly) was informative, courteous, and delivered what he promised. Every one that I came in contact with today made this sale an awesome experience. Gastonia Nissan has totally changed my mind about car dealers.I went in to complain about a used Acura TL that I purchased on last year. I was only hoping to leave there today with relief of having gotten this off of my chest... I left in a brand new Rogue and I purchased a Juke for my wife. This has been a great day!

I was reffered to Mr. Lattimore by a family member, from the time I walked in he treated me wonderful. It seems to me that everyone was very outgoing. Keith showed very much interest in helping me get a car. He was funny and most important he didnt give up until he was able to help me get a car. I called the dealership on 7/20/2011 to inquire about trading my vehicle. I was given an appointment to meet with Keith Lattimore. Keith was very honest, professional, and showed that he truly cares about his customers. Keith worked extremely hard at getting the deal done. I traded my car for a new Nissan Pathfinder. This is the most unorganized dealership I have ever been to in my life! I delt with 2 different sales guys and they acted like they could care less if they sold a car or not. Then I delt with Sam Blumberg and he is a complete jerk. He acts and thinks he is better than anyone around- I was told 10 days ago that he would call me back in 10 -15 minutes and I am just now receiving a phone call after I left a message with his manager this morning expressing my concerns. I was in the dealership a couple of weeks ago and was told one price and one down payment and today I'm being told another sales price, a $4000 higher down payment and being told that my SUV is only worth $3,000 because the manager in the service department told me he did not feel like my suv was a good car but then told me he was not a mechanic and I could bring my car up there and they would look at it again to see if they could appraise it for a higher value. I do not feel like they want to help people out and are there to sell cars. I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership even if they were the last dealership around! Horrible customer service and they love to lie!

I worked with Sam Blumberg last year on the purchase of a 2010 Nissan Frontier. Due to personal circumstances, I wanted to get rid of the truck and drive something that was more to my liking and better on gas since I'm now responsible for the payment. I try to do most research online because I strongly dislike car dealerships. I would rather purchase closer to me in Charlotte, but South Charlotte and East Charlotte Nissan both have great sales people and somewhat crooked managers. Jaja was very informative once I told him I did not understand that little chart they make and needed to see line item numbers and KNOW specifically what is being referred to. He was very patient and did not get bent out of shape like they did at South Charlotte Nissan when then had a $1700 extended maintenance contract in my buyer's offer which I specifically asked them to remove and the guy lied about it prompting me to walk out. The finance guy, Mr. Kim beat the rate I had because my credit is currently maxed out due to a personal issue. I was pre-approved, but not for the entire amount I would need. After I declined the first offer for my truck I was given a better offer as I already had positive equity. I would definately buy from them again.

This dealership is a joke. Told me to come in and theyll get everything straight. came in with 5500 down and wanted to sell me some junk. I know where me or my fiance business will never go. I likes a truck that was on the lot but could not get them to sell it to me. I was told they would be able to get me in a truck regardless of my past credit history. That was a lie. Wasted 2hrs of my time for nothing.

I called about a discount they advertised. They said the discount would be applied to my purchase. With my $4000 down payment and their $4000 discount, the amount financed would be $13,000.00 dollars on a $20,000.00 SUV, payment would be $389.00 for 60 months. Interest rate 5.9%. total amount paid would be $23,340 thousand dollars. Total interest paid would be $10,340.00 thousand dollars . How can a person pay $10,340.00 dollars interest on a $13.000.00 dollar loan for 60 months with a interest rate of 5.9%. The sales manager said all of this information was correct and that I should sigh the sale papers now and drive away in my new SUV. Auto sales people are liars. They will advertise an automobile that they do not have on their lot and then try to get to buy another vehicle at sticker price. What they do to sale a car should be illegal. All they do is lie and they think all customers are stupid.

This is the third Nissan I have purchased from this dealership, that in itself tells you everything. Keith Lattimore went above and beyond call duty to put a GREAT deal together for me. I purchased a new car, lifetime warranty and payments were less that my payments were on my 2009 Altima. I went in to look at a used Rouge. Keith told me a new car was the way to go to get the payments I wanted. He even put up with my in decisiveness on the purchase. And went out of his way to get me in a car I was comfortable with at a price we both were comfortable with. I was told in a yr I can get a new rouge if I want but i'm enjoying my Sentra!! I might just get an Altima instead!

Our saleman was Dennis Johnson and when we went to look at cars I didnt think we would leave with a new one. Dennis went over and above to make sure that I drove away with the car that I would be proud of and happy to own and I did. Thanks Dennis you are a very valuable asset to Nissan of Gastonia. I recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan to go and ask for Dennis - he knows what he is doing and what a great individual - so easy to work with and he just knows after asking a few questions exactly what you are looking for. I have used Keith twice for a lease and to purchase a Nissan and would recommend any one to talk to him about getting a car. Also the management and service staff goes out of their way to help you. My husband and I went to this dealership with the expectations of another run around. When we pulled up, there were several sales associates there to greet us and take us to who we had an appointment with. Our sales consultant was Keith Lattimore and he was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure that our experience went smoothly and that we did not leave the dealership without a vehicle. I enjoyed the experience and am happy that he was our consultant. Keith was very out going and very much a people person. He was down to earth and really relates to the perticular person or people he is dealing with. My husband went to look at the car on Friday and was impressed with the sales consultant...He was only there 30 minutes or so...He came home telling me about the car and the consultant...On Saturday we received two phone calls about coming in to drive the car and check the car out...we did go on Saturday afternoon and I was very pleased with the nice staff and the attention we were given...The sales manager, Mike Kim,was very outgoing and caring....He worked to get us the figures we could afford...My husband is not the easiest car shopper to deal with but Mike and Greg were patient and understanding to his concerns...So I drove home with my car.....I would highly recommend this car dealership to any one that wants a used or new car...

I was out looking at used convertibles, when I arrived at Gastonia Nissan. Fitzgerald Gatson was very helpful, and I test drove a Pontiac G6 hard top convertible. His knowledge of the car far surpassed what I would expect of a salesman who was speaking of a car other than the brand the dealership represented. I was able to drive the car home, discuss with my husband, and check out the Kelley Blue Book appraisal of the car. We got a very good deal on the car, and we drove it home that night. The follow up calls have been a nice plus! I would recommend this dealership to someone looking for a vehicle.

This dealership has great customer service and very accomodating. They went above and beyond to help me get my car. I had a lot of questions/concerns and they made sure to answer them all so I could feel more at ease with my purchase (Altima). I didn't feel any pressure to buy here as I have in the past with other places. Even after I purchased my car, I received a call from Mark, my salesman to see how things were going with the car. I wasn't expecting to receive such great service and was really happy that I decided to purchase from them. If you are thinking about going here, I would highly recommend them.

I did most of my research online and wanted to spend as little time as possible in a dealership due to bad past experiences. Sam Blumberg is the Internet Director who responded to my price request. He was very responsive via email and telephone. I selected a 2010 Nissan Frontier based on my research and budget. My time was limited before the test drive and Sam offered to have a Frontier brought to Charlotte for me to test drive. Gastonia Nissan goes above and beyond. He didn't know for sure if I would buy from them, but I still received great service. I dealt with Greg Morris as well who is as personable and thorough. I would definately buy from them again. I needed some paperwork sent to my bank afterward and they still responded to calls and emails just as quickly after the sale as they did when they were trying to make the sale. It's a few minutes up I 85 South exit 21, very easy to get to. I got a fair price that was competitive to other dealers. Their friendliness is real. My husband thinks dealers are crooks worst than I do and didn't want to be there or spend any time there, and he even thought they were ok. I have to admit I was not nice at points to Sam or Greg due to my past experiences and expectations. I don't think I spent 30 minutes there on the day we went back to pick up the truck. Rusty handled the rest of the paperwork and was as good as everybody else. They park it inside the dealership and you get to drive it through the wide doors. They also have a lifetime warranty. I just received a call that something happened with the inspection and it wasn't complete according to Raleigh. Sam offered to have Greg pick up the truck (in Charlotte) and get it inspected or have me bring it back in, or get it inspected and be reimbursed. This is no problem as these things happen. I liked having a choice and will get reimbursed instead of having someone come get it.

Highly recommend this dealer. The salesperson Greg Oates was very helpful and Leon the finance manger actually got us a better intrest rate and shorter loan term than we expected. Very happy with the dealer. This is our first Nissan so hope we are just as happy with it.

This dealership was a breeze to work with. I went on a Saturday night at 9pm and they were still there. Great and freindly service. The car was very nice and very pleased with the lifetime warranty and unlimited milage for the vehicle. I would do business with them again.
