Been coming here for years for vehicles and service. Most recently for routine service I had the opportunity to go to their new service facility. It was clean and bright, everyone was friendly and professional, the service was completed on time. The waiting room has huge windows to view the service area, which was also very clean and bright. The original service area remains for large jobs and warranty work, so I have to believe the oil changes, tires and such would have to be done much more efficiently and quickly. I was impressed!

Just got my truck serviced here, and they’re a great team. Quick, courteous, and professional. Literally was out in under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation; that’s a first. With the new Quick Lube center, I was told for separate issues to go to the other building for help. It would be nice if they wouldn’t pass customers off and make them feel like a ping pong ball. I wish I hadn’t bought the maintenance package so I could go somewhere else that’s convenient for service on my 2020 Explorer.

Just had some major mechanical work done at the shop. My F150 needed the differential rebuilt and Jordan did a great job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did fantastic work. I highly recommend him and will be using him again to bring my GT 500 back the spec!

I have spent the last few months in a lot of different Dealerships across southern Florida.All with there particular ideas on how to sell cars.One dealership wouldn't even let me test drive a vehicle I desired. Weekend after weekend I ventured to foreign as well as American dealerships. On a whim my father suggested we ride up to "Clermont Ford" that is a few minutes from their home. It was "Black Friday Sales" I had my reservations. I was feeling kind of down in the dumps. That feeling was quickly reversed when a man named Ken Mlecko sitting in a golf cart, as my father and I approached asked, what kind of vehicle we were seeking. We said a Taurus.Ken with a very bubbly and emphatic gesture says "Have I got a car for you."I must admit his positive additude and promptness was overwhelming.We bought that car that night. Mostly due to Ken's personal drive put into the transaction.I have a few loose ends in the deal but am thankful to Ken for picking me up from a lot of dealer bull I've experienced. I have been in the market for a mustang convertible. I found one at ford of clermont. I phoned and spoke with ken. Ken was very helpful and very easy to work with. Ken is not your typical car salesman. If I asked him something and he didn't know he found out and called me back. Very impressive. I purchased a 2017 mustang convertible and couldn't be more pleased. I drove from Ocala 47 miles and am very glad I did. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly encourage everyone to call ken. We have been leasing a 2014 Ford Escape since June 2014 and have been taking our car to the dealer for all maintenance. In the past we NEVER did that because the dealers seemed to always be more costly and we had less than great service. Since we have been dealing with Ford of Clermont, they provided a comfort zone for us and we decided to use their services. We have never been more happy and completely satisfied with each time we have returned for service or whatever else was needed! We've taken our 1999 Ford 350 Dullie and now our Ford 24' Thor Motor Coach for service there because we have had nothing but great service and a special respect for their customers. Had 5,000 mile inspection done. Ask my service rep., if he could have someone clean the inside front windshield for me, as it is very difficult to clean properly! It is very wide from the roof to the dash, and since I have had the car, when I clean it, I find streaks when I drive in the sun! Which makes it look still dirty!He said, that he would take care of that, and have the detail department clean it, I was willing to pay for this, but he said there would not be a charge!Also, the woman that cash me out, was very friendly and help explain the customer service program that your dealership offers to the customer for having service done! And told me, that I had a $10 credit in my account, that I could use towards my 5,000 mile service!!Very pleased!!

This visit was to the Body Shop for my brand new 2016 Shelby Super Snake. I originally purchased a brand new 2016 Mustang GT Convertible from Clermont Ford and had the car Drop Shipped to Shelby American in Las Vegas for the complete conversion. When the car was completed it was then shipped to Clermont Ford where I took delivery.There were several minor flaws found in the Super Snake and Shelby American then authorized Clermont Ford Body Shop to complete the repairs rather then have the car shipped all the way back to Las Vegas. Much more time and expense for Shelby and unpleasant feelings for me if the car had to go all the way back.Many thanks to Mr. Pritchard in the Body Shop, Jim, Vicky and Jason in the Sales Department and everyone else that made the dream of a Super Snake for me come true. I just love the service and friendly people all through Clermont Ford. I would never think of dong business at any other Ford Dealership !!!

Service department excellent. Body Shop best in class, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Sales staff good. Sales process is a joke, too much haggling, very demeaning to customer. Sales Managers and GM sit in their corner glass office and never meet their customers, develop a relationship.I have a loyalty to Clermont Ford built only through the Body Shop and Service Department. I came to purchase a 1016 Ford Escape last week and the Sales staff drove me off the lot.

When I first arrived to the dealership my experience started off pretty rough. My back and forth communications with Tim Willette had me thinking I had found a great deal and that the trade in on my car, which I purchased from this location, were netting me a sweet deal on a new Ford Escape. Well when I went in for my prearranged appointment another sale associate had to take me to the lot to look at it. Well it was not there. There was none that matched the one I specified that I wanted to look at. After a while we figured out it was at another location. I found it using the website on my phone while waiting and it did not specify that it was elsewhere. Then we had an issue with the listed price. It was incorrectly priced. At this point I am frustrated because I was corresponding for about 2 days leading up to this appointment thinking I was going to see what I wanted and the closes thing to it was over what I wanted to spend and had features that I did not care about. Well after a little discussion I told Tim exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. He told me 48 hrs and he would have it. Well he delivered and my wife and I were very happy at that point. My wife loves it so much, it has been a week and I have only got to drive it once! So overall I am happy with the purchase of our 2016 Ford Escape. It's instances like this where this location almost lost a repeat customer but it was saved by the customer service.

When i arrived my car wouldn't start. AAA got it started but couldn't get the battery to charge. They suggested a new battery. I said I need to take it to the dealership since it is still under warranty. The guys said everything was fine, the battery was fine and it started every time. I am not sure if the drive out there fixed the issue or what but it has been running great ever since.

The service gentlemen was great. He knew how to help me. He was a great representative of Ford. The tires that came on the car when I bought it were never any good. They had been run too long without rotating them. The new tires make the car handle and feel 150% better. I think Ford should have been responsible for some of the cost of new tires seeing the car was sold this way to us.

After a few problems at start, that were really not anyone's fault just circumstances, your guys went above & beyond to get my vehicle in tip top shape. Service Advisor James was on top of of every issue and made them right. And then without being asked took it upon himself to see that the car was cleaned and delivered back to me in showroom condition. That was a very nice touch that I very much appreciated. We purchased a 2015 Titanium Escape while still in Kansas City Dec. 2014. I do most of the service work myself (oil and filter changes), but occasionally I do need a dealership for other service issues. Took it to a local dealership a couple of months ago and just didn't get that feeling of satisfaction from them; saw a number of vehicles in the area with your name on it, looked at online reviews and decided to give y'all a try. Worst experience ever!!!!!!! I posted a photo of me on Facebook waiting for an oil change, with captions "tick tock, tick tock it's just an oil change" since it was almost an hour of me waiting. You wouldn't believe one of the mangers named Tom came out pretty much yelling at me, saying "my GM didn't appreciate the photo you post on Facebook. Do you want your car back, you can schedule another appointment. You making us look bad. We don't appreciate it. We don't appreciate post like that" I was so embarrassed and will never come back here again. His tone and facial expression shown he was very upset. I buy a new $40K plus truck ever 3 years and will never buy here or service here again.

My sales man met me outside the dealership although I showed up without a reservation for my 1 free oil change he took me to the service manager ask him if I could get my oil changed on my F-150 late that afternoon and they were happy to help me. That's is truly great customer service and I would of been happy to of waited until the next day but they made room in there busy schedule to help me,thank you jose for your help and thank you service department for a great job,well done and very fast turn around time,will recommend your dealership to my fellow workers and friends.job well done and thank you Ford for a great riding truck,love it,thanks so much Mr Gilbert Johnson from Center Hill,Fla

My husband and I are leasing a Ford Escape 2014. We love it and the ease of the services that are performed at Ford of Clermont. It is virtually maintenance free for us. We've brought the Escape to Ford of Clermont for all maintenance needed for keeping it running good and per warranty requirements. The mileage is great, would have liked a little bit bigger gas tank capacity. Since we travel to the North quite a bit we have found that the leasing miles probably will not be within the limits placed on the Escape. We are not as impressed with having chosen leasing, but we are satisfied with the vehicles performance and the services performed from the dealer. We are impressed with the staff as we have had nothing but great service from the service department since our purchase. We have also taken a Ford truck that we did not purchase from Ford of Clermont to have service performed and were equally impressed with their work. Will purchase another Ford from Ford of Clermont, but NOT a lease!

Michael Waitzman was our internet salesperson and did a terrific job of handling the sale/ purchase of a new 2016 Ford Edge. Mike had excellent follow-up after the sale in handling several minor warranty issues and making sure I was scheduled to get all taken care of quickly and correctly. Tom at the collision center did a great job taking care of a loose sun visor, having pin striping installed on the SUV and having a small scratch in the door paint removed. Tom made it all happen quickly and made me feel I was his highest priority. This dealership truly makes you feel like you are part of the family and they want you to be completely happy with the dealership front to back.

2008 Edge I came in with a check from my credit union and it still took two visits and over four hours to get the car off the lot. I was told buy the salesman it's was a dealership family trade in, when I got into the credit office he tried to up sell all the warranty options and said they didn't know anything about the vehicles history, negating everything the salesman said. When I made a statement about how long I had been waiting he laughed and said that isn't long. Then he said he was having a hard time getting in touch with the credit union and if nothing else I would have to pick it up tomorrow. I told him no after four hours i wasn't coming back. I asked about getting the door code I was told I would be contacted in two days to receive the security code, it took two weeks with me calling to be told to bring it in and the service dept would hook it up to the computer it should take about an hour to retrieve the code, funny thing google told me where to find it no computer required. Bottom line It was a bad experience for me. It's amazing being already approved it took so long to make a purchase. I bought a motorcycle in July it took 20 minutes at the dealership and i was riding home.

We bought a new Escape today at Ford of Clermont. "Papa" Jim Altizer and Vicky made our experience enjoyable. Jim worked and got us a great deal and interest rate. We have had several terrible experiences shopping for a new SUV at Chevy, Toyota and Honda. Actually got mad and walked out. I told my wife today after our deal was made, "This is the way people are supposed to be treated." I cannot recommend Ford of Clermont more highly. If you are looking to buy a new car, Ford of Clermont and ask for Jim Atizer - "Papa" Jim.

#1 5-13-14 power steering went out on my 2013 Ford Escape it took two days to fix not problem thank God I duplicate car had 16000 miles on it#2 stitching came on my 2013 Ford Escape out they said it would take about a month to fix #3 USB I took in 10-27-14 finally got fixed on 12-11-14 port never worked I took it three times to get it fixed you have to deffently have to duplicate the problem#4 27338 3-09-15 I had my transmission seal basically it drained all the oil in my driveway that's nice also it took two more days to fix I had told them on two different times that something was wrong but they came back and said that they could not duplicate the problem that's their famous line could not duplicate the problem third time they fixed it#5 air conditioning fan was frozen they fixed that #6 seat belt restraints was jamming so I took it in to get fixed it worked when I left but when I put I child seat in it didn't work so I took it back and raised a little hell the person who helped me with getting the car fixed took me aside and started showing me that it did work and that it was fine but as soon as you put the child seat back it jams up and he has to go to a seat with out a child seat NOT SAFEThe reason I am complaining today is because I made an oil change scheduled it 12-22-15 and I was called the next and I was told by Russell Sisley that I should find a new dealership and that I could not go through ford of clermont anymore so that being said be careful what you say because they can not take criticism the treat you like crap don't complain to much or you'll wind up like me not a big loss they have very bad customer service

I am pleased to say that the staff at FOC found a problem with our 2012 Fusion that has been going on since the first year we had the car. The problem was caused by a pin connector not being put together perfectly, hence a poor connection was made until the connection failed. It is working perfectly now, so thank you Ford of Cleremont.

I had the rear axle replaced on my Ford Windstar through a recall before leaving for a vacation in Florida. While on vacation I noticed a noise from the rear of the vehicle, and inspection found that one of the bolts securing the axle was loose and near falling out. I took the vehicle to Ford of Clermont for repairs. They were able to repair the vehicle within a few hours for a very reasonable price. They also checked all of the other bolts on both the rear axle and the front of the vehicle. The noise from the rear was gone, and a noise in the front that had been there as long as I owned the vehicle was also gone. Needless to say, I am very happy with the work that was done and very pleased that they were able to fit my emergency repair into their schedule on short notice. Great company.

My tires were rotated and the vehicle went through an inspection of the brakes and such. I went in for an oil an filter change that was due. I had been planning to have my tires replaced but wanted to get a few more miles n the old ones. David Taylorwent out to get mileage on the truck and noticed a split on a rear tire. It would not have gone many more miles. Thanks to David Taylor and a sharp eye for detail I drove away with four new tires and not sitting by the side of the road with a flat tire.

My husband and I were specifically looking for a used Ford Ranger. When we arrived at the lot my asked a salesman outside if there were any. He said no. I was wandering around the lot because I am also looking for a new vehicle (I'd love an Explorer). I saw a guy on a golf cart and he said they got in 2 Rangers this weekend. He introduced us to a salesman and was able to show us the 1 Ranger that was left (the other one had already sold). From there the experience was very pleasant. We were treated very nicely and left feeling like everyone was a winner. Willie Willette and the Sales Manager were very friendly. Not pushy. And we drove away happy. We do have 2 questions. We had a large key and a small key on the key ring but have no idea what the small key is for. Also, there is a small antenna over the rearview mirror and we are not sure what it is for. Do you know? The only suggestion that I would make is to start with your best price. I don't like feeling that if I don't play hardball I will end up spending more than someone is a real (bleep). If I would have let my husband do his thing we probably would have saved a little more money. I don't like that feeling either.

I have to compare to the Toyota dealer service dept. When i pull up at Toyota service, I am greeted as soon as I pull up, here, i had to walk in to find someone to help me. After the inspection, Toyota comes out to tell what they found and see if i want to stay to have something fixed, here, they didn't say a thing until the car was done and at the curb. If they had asked, i probably would have had the brakes done since they were found deficient. Toyota also runs every car that comes thru service thru a car wash before giving it back to the customer. I did love your kids room since i had a toddler with me, Toyota does not have that. I also liked the price of the work done and it was done in the promised amount of time, an hour. But I can get an oil change done much much quicker next door.

I bought a Ford 150 Lariat. My overall experience was great. I was given all the information I asked for and the details of the truck were explained. I picked it up on Saturday morning and the dealership was very busy. I did feel that everyone was in a hurry to get to new customers and did not have the time to help me thru all of the features of the truck and how they worked. I will figure out most of it on my own but may have to return to get some things explained. Your sales staff is very friendly, knows your product but are not high pressure. I walked from other dealerships when they thought they could ram a deal down my throat.

I had called the Service Dept. and made an appointment to bring my 2014 Ford Escape in for its second oil change, when I arrived the gentleman was waiting for me, all paper work ready. I made myself comfortable in their lounge area and read my magazine. It was exactly an hour later and my car was back. I had a ten dollar credit coming and it was added to my bill. Your team pulled off a minor miracle to enable us to go on our trip as scheduled the next day. I stopped in with a dash light on. It was for the air bags and I was told the system was disabled. Your team got started immediately on diagnosing and getting options for us. The parts were N/A and ordering was not an option. The needed part was new for 2016 so no vehicles in lot to take a part from. They found that one of the managers had a vehicle that had the part needed. They brought in this vehicle to take the part from. The mechanic worked overtime to finish the job. A salesman came and picked me up to get the vehicle. Your team responded in a way you could only hope for. We were very impressed and grateful for their response to our problem and needs. Worked with Scottie, he was very busy but did very well contacting me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. When I arrived to drop my car off Scottie was helping another customer, since it was my first time using your service department and it was a little confusing. I wasn't sure who to go to or if I was meant to check in or where exactly I needed to start. Another CDR saw me looking lost and stepped in to get me set up with my rental and drop off my Focus.Only complaint is the parts weren't available and so my vehicle won't be fixed for 4 weeks while waiting on parts, which seems unreasonably long for a domestic. The service department did do an adjustment but since new parts are needed it really didn't help much. Otherwise a fairly painless process.

I brought in not one but two of my Muscle Mustangs (my 2005 Saleen Mustang Convertible and my 2011 Shelby GT-500 Convertible)in for service. Everything was done very quickly and the service technician, Tom, could not have been more helpful. He even helped me bring one of the Mustangs back to my house, on his own time and after his work day had ended, as I could not obviously drive both at the same time.Payment was more then fair and I also appreciated the helpful and pleasant service of the young girl that made out my bill and took payment. We were out vehicle shopping and we went to many dealers. We kept getting the same pushy sales people, they all wanted you to purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot. They would get aggrevated when we had questions, telling us what they liked, it's their favorable car. They think we don't know about cars. Basically, lying about what a car does. This was not the case at Clermont Ford. The minute we walked in the showroom, we were greater by Mr. Michael Weitzman probably the best sales person we have met. I explained to him that we wanted to look around the lot without anyone pushy cars on us. He was very patient and flexible, allowing us to see cars over and over. He answered our questions and explained everything clearly. When we made a decision, he asked us if we we sure, he allowed us time to double think and talk it over. He wanted us to be happy and 100% sure of the purchase. We are extremely happy with our 2016 Escape and are looking forward to revisiting Ford of Clermont for our next vehicle.I highly recommend Ford of Clermont for anyone. If you do visit them ask for Michael Weitzman to help you. I am sure all the other sales reps are just as professional.

We had been to other dealers and got the same buy this car it's my favorite, it will make your coffee and other pushy things. Service and recall repairs were done in about half of the estimated time. This was excellent because I had to wait in the waiting room because I live so far away. My only issue with the servicing was the price. That same day, I received an offer from a local auto service provider, and this offer was less than one third of the price. I expect the dealer to cost a bit more, but an amount that is more than double for the same service seems out of line.

We were interested in a 2016 Explorer. We had looked on line at the colors but wanted to see them in person. We met Adam Greschler as we entered the dealership and discussed our requirements. He could not have done a better job of showing and explaining all the options. During this time, the General Manager stopped by, introduced himself and offered his services. We thanked him for the "nice touch". We settled on a color and told Adam what options we wanted (it was not available at the dealership). The next day we received an email explaining what vehicles were available within a logical distance and we selected two. We visited the dealership again and completed our deal for the 2016 Explorer Limited with the options we wanted. Adam informed us when it would arrive and that it had several extra options, but at no additional cost. We were delighted with the new SUV. Adam spent extra time explaining all the options and we departed the dealership with the best experience we have had in many years of buying vehicles.

When we arrived to Ford to "just look around", we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the nicest sales associate, Brittany. She showed us every Ford F-150 XLT in the lot. We decided to give her our information and come back another day. We contacted Brittany via text and she made an appointment to come test drive our top picks. Upon our arrival, we already noticed that Brittany had pulled the trucks out front and was ready to go test drive. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately the color of the Ford F150 XLT was not what we were looking for. Brittany told us that she would look at other dealers to find us the color we wanted. Which was outstanding because we did not want to deal with anyone else. After a few days of waiting, Brittany called us and told us she found the truck we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a white, four door, ford f-150 xlt from Brittany. Through out the entire process she remained NON PUSHY, very kind, knowledgeable and carefree. We love sales people who are like that. We would recommend Ford of Clermont and Brittany to our family and friends. We had a great experience!

We paid for the vehicle in cash, we don't have a payment on the vehicle. We were trying to figure out why the tires were wearing out so fast we never got a full explanation. We only got the explanation of the F350 has a sharp turning radius so that is why the front passenger tire went bad early nothing for the drivers side or the rear tires. So in that capacity Ford of Clermont failed us as customers. So we will be looking for another dealership or another brand truck for our next purchase. However we do thank you for the one tire you gave us.

The dealership was very helpful. The salesman was very knowledgeable. My only concern with my new Ford Escape is that gas mileage over the last month is way below what Ford promised. Ford promises an average of 25 miles and I have been getting between 15-17 miles per gallon. I'll be interested to see what the Service manager says when I bring it in.

Helpful, courteous. A pleasant experience and quicker than originally stated. was supposed to be a couple of days for warranty service but vehicle was fixed the same day and returned in the afternoon. Only pit fall was rental car supplied by Hertz was sub par. My wife used it and complained that it was a piece of crap. This was not Ford of Clermont's fault as it was supplied by Hertz.

More often than not, things happen for a reason. I happened to be in the market for a 2014 Lincoln Navigator or Expedition, because of some required travel plans I needed to also be able to take delivery of this vehicle near my home in Florida. A quick internet search showed Clermont Ford in Clermont, Florida had the exact model I was looking for. Mike Waitzman answered the telephone and he was receptive, knowledgeable and willing to do the added leg work required. Because I reside in Ohio, I had to depend on Mike to get me all the information necessary to feel confident the Navigator was a good buy. Mike and his team helped to coordinate insurance, wire transfer information and where the best place to fly to would be for my trip to Clermont Ford. Mike picked up my wife and I at the Orlando airport and drove us to the dealership. The vehicle was recently serviced, as clean as Mike had said on the phone and the website depicted. We test drove the Navigator and the deal was completed in less than two hours. A few days later I towed my 24' boat back to Ohio with the Navigator.......it ran great. I enjoyed my experience at Ford of Clermont. I test drove the Focus and Fiesta and I loved the features in the car. At first I didn't want the Fiesta but decided to drive away with one. I didn't like the name Fiesta but then later, kind of fell in love with it. It is a small compact car with luxurious features. I really like the car and the staff at Ford of Clermont have been really helpful in answering all of my questions. I am from Massachusetts and have visited the Sudbury Gristmill and have seen some of Henry's inventions and really like Ford.

I came in to look at and ultimately purchase a Ford C-Max Hybrid. I found the C-Max I was interested in through Ford of Clermont's online inventory. I called the dealership and a helpful staff member answered the phone and directed me to a dealer who took said he would be happy to show me the vehicle. I said I would head over that evening. When I arrived, the C-Max I was interested in was already pulled up front and it looked great! I met with the dealer and he brought us out and showed us the C-Max. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the C-Max, showing my family many of the cool features. We then took it for a test drive and when we got back and chatted some more, I knew I wanted to make an offer on the car. The staff was all very friendly and was good to negotiate with. I thought they were all very respectful and treated me and my family in a way they showed they cared, even staying past closing to finish negotiations. I came back a couple days later to sign the paperwork and trade in my old car for the C-Max. The financing staff was also excellent and knowledgeable in the product, helping me determine the additional maintenance and warranty packages that made sense for me and my driving habits. The digital desk used to show the financial options and sign the papers was awesome and really helpful in making this part of the process a lot easier! When I picked up the car, it was well cleaned and looked great! I went to the service department to buy all-weather mats for the car and also had a great experience there. Ford of Clermont gave me great customer service in every step of the process and made buying a car an enjoyable experience; I was really impressed. Thanks!

As always from first phone call to schedule and appointment to picking up my car - smooth as ever. The day I originally asked for was booked solid, as I knew it would be but took the chance. Called back the next day with some other choices and right in. Service manager was very helpful and called as as soon as they realized they needed to add brake fluid/flush (?) so agreed and it was done quickly. And always dealing with the checkout staff is pleasant with a joke or two (on my part) and a smile. One of the other service managers took the time to show me the new Escapes and the Edge - when I'm ready to make the switch but love my 2010 Escape very much so it will be hard to change.

It took a little time to coordinate a service visit for a harmonic noise in my 2014 F-150. Tom Jenkins help to set the appointment to meet with Travis your technician for transmissions. After a brief drive and discussion, Travis began his investigation, review of technical bulletins, and discussion with Ford. It took a little time, but he were able to determine the source of the noise and replace the appropriate part. Perhaps the most impressive part of the service was the communication from David Taylor, service advisor, that keep me informed daily of the progress and anticipated completion date. To date the truck runs and performs like a new truck. Well done Clermont Ford

To my surprised, I left 15 minutes before my actual scheduled time. That was pretty awesome and so were the customer service reps. I was helped by a person who made out a ticket for 1 year check up and I told him of a problem with air pressure in one of the tires. I sat in the waiting room and read my Kindle until the rep came in to say a patch was needed on the tire. It was fixed and everything checked out, oil changed and tires rotated while I was reading and enjoying the leisure time I had.

I have a Ford Fusion that the service was due, but no appointment was made. As I got off of work after a long 12 hour shift on a Saturday morning I stopped at the Dealer to get the service done before I got home. I was early before they were even opened for business. When they were opened I was the first customer. I was asked if I had an appointment. My answer was no. This being because of how I worked and my timing does not always coordinate with set appointments. Anyway the Representative was very polite and suggested that the service will be taken care of. I was seated, offered coffee whilst I waited for my vehicle. It was not long before I was told that I was all set and ready to go. Everything was fine except when the tires were rotated the left rear studs were finger tight at the most.after a few miles of travel they were very loose. I tightened them with one of my wrenches as much as possible and returned to be tightened and all checked. Could have been real bad if I had lost a wheel.

It was time for our 20,000 mile checkup and oil change and my husband went to Clermont Ford and was greeted as always by a friendly and smiling staff associate who took our Escape in the shop and in just moments it was done and he was on his way. I have to say due to tons of effort by Jose Calvan we finally committed to a new 2015 Ford Explorer! He never lost contact with us by phone & each oil change he would find us to say hello. I went to search for a new vehicle. Although greeted friendly, the customer service was left a lot to be desired from that point on. After being called pet names the entire visit (that were extremely unprofessional), I also felt bullied into a car that was almost 10000 more than I wanted to spend to begin with. The entire time I was being pushed and pushed to make the purchase. I have never felt more uncomfortable and really wanted to run away. The salesman began irritated when I said that I needed to go home and think about the car before making a purchase like that and confirm that my budget would allow for that. It seemed that just because I am a younger woman that I could be taken advantage of. It was clear with it being the end of the month, the salesman needed to make a sale. I understand it is a business;however, there is a line that sounded be crossed. I will never go back to ford of clermont for any sort of business or repairs. I would never recommend this place to any family or friends.

I took my Super Duty in to get the GPS fixed. Two trips there & it still wasn't fixed. As soon as I took the truck out the second time the GPS wasn't working. I immediately took it back & asked Scotty, my service writer, to come look. Yeah he was busy, and told me he didn't have time to look at it. But it's not working and I can show you what's wrong! Still to busy for me. I asked to talk to Aaron, the technician, someone said he's in the Service manager, Russell, office. I immediately went over there, got Aaron's attention and he came right out & saw the problem. He said he will get with Ford & call me back. I went back in & spoke to Russel & told him that I never want to deal with Scotty again. He's told me a few times that he doesn't have time for me. And really has a very bad attitude. I do want to thank Aaron and Russell for fixing my GPS. They were very courteous and great to do business with.

Clermont Ford always seems to do a good job servicing my vehicle. My one criticism of the service department is the lack of a greeting when entering the service area. The employees there, usually three or four always seem to be very busy on their computers. On each visit, I tend to stand by the entry door and wait for someone to approach me. This seems to be the same procedure for most customers. Once greeted, even though I have made an appointment, they seem to not know why I am there. Maybe this is partly my fault, but when I ran my own business, my customers were greeted promptly and made to feel welcome.

Our Ford Escape was held until the very unusual trouble could be located and fixed. A total of eight days. We were given a Rental Car to use for the entire time and Ford of Clermont never requested that the rental be returned earlier then the eight days. The technician kept trying to recreate the strange instance of not starting and then starting normally after the car was left parked for unwoods of an hour or more.The problem was finally traced to a corroded wire going to the starter which would over heat when the car was being operated and then would cool down after time making it possible to start the car again.Both Chad Root and the mechanic that worked on our Ford Escape are to be complimented on a job very well done. Neither gave up and were both determined to find the root of this very strange behavior. We were not charged one penny for this intense diagnosis, and work, because the car had been brought in for the very same problem once before and everyone thought that the car had been previously repaired with the replacement of other parts. The problem persisted however and started again only days after getting the car back the first time.I would never even think of bringing any of my cars to another Ford Dealership for service, or to purchase another new Ford car or truck. Every time I enter Ford of Clermont, I am treated like royalty and everyone can not do enough for me or my wife. We are made to feel just like being part of an extended Family.Just in case you think that I have any vested interest in either Ford Motor Company, or Ford of Clermont----WELL I DO NOT. I just appreciate the very great service that I have come to expect every time that I enter Ford of Clermont for any reason at all.

Timely and efficient. The only negative is that when I walked in the service area I stood there for a minute before the CSR in the back reached out and greeted me. All the while the CSR at the first station right next to me didn't even acknowledge I was standing there.A simple "someone will be right with you" would have made me feel welcome. The staff at Ford of Clermont worked hard to make sure I got a great deal and was pleased with my lease. I also continue to have a great relationship with Mike. He continues to answer any of the questions I have about the vehicle and its many bells and whistles. I am very happy with my car and the dealership I lease it from.

After you buy the car from them they treat you like crap. All the sales guy is worried about is the review your giving him in the survey they send out. Two weeks now that i have this car im not happy with it and wanted to trade it in and get my old car back. I understand that there will be negative equity but i dont see why it cant go onto my other car since you're selling it for cheaper than this car im in now. Ive called a few times to ask some questions and they have been very rude over the phone. It is not like ur losing out on anything. So now im in the process of selling it to another dealership who will work with me and get me into another brand new car. After i signed all the paperwork for the car i bought there the price wasnt the same as they listed on the car. It was over a grand more. Online they showed mustangs starting out at $22,800 but those were nowhere to be found on the lot. Bad advertising. Will never send anyone to this place.

Not friendly at all when I came in for an oil change and they made me wait an extra hour for no reason. They also do not disclose shop and hazard fees before paying for the works oil change. All other dealers that have the Works package only charge 39.95 plus tax. At this dealer they add shop fees and hazard fees. In the end you pay close to $50 for a 39.95 oil change. Misleading advertisement since it does not disclose these extra fees on their website. I would rather make the drive to Greenway Ford and get my car service there. Stay away from this dealership.

Doug said that the dealer was lying to me and that the car they were going to sell me was a base model and make it look better on the internet and surprise me when I actually go in person. They would not give me an out the door price for a 2014 ford focus. They kept saying 19100 plus the usually stuff. I wanted to see the price with the rebates included in the price. I asked several times through email. They kept saying you have the numbers. I gave them one last chance to just give me their out the door numbers.... they would not. Instead I got an email from Willie saying the same thing that I have the numbers and at this point I should just take my business else where. This is my second 2014 ford focus se. My first one got totaled in a car accident. Both times this dealer has been over priced and not helpful. In my experience if you want the most friendly customer service go to Jarrett Gordon ford. That's where I bought my first car. This time around Brandon Ford might have a slightly better deal but my favorite Dealer to talk to is still Jarrett Gordon Ford. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Went in to buy a 2014 fusion and we were asking the different prices and the salesman didn't want to discuss prices when we mentioned the online prices the salesman walked away and didn't want to give us any clear answers. After we went inside still not knowing any prices he told us to sit down walked away again and came back 20 minutes later asking what we decided to do . When we started asking questions regarding the car again he went to the office came back and said we have to give $8000 in order to get the car or there was no need to proceed. Sales staff knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Service department lacking.Brought in my vehicle for a repair under warranty, they said there was nothing wrong. When it was out of warrenty 5 weeks later, they said we would now have to pay for the service. I asked them to check the previous record to see if was noted the it wasn't fixed, and the same issue, so would it in fact be covered?. The service manager didn't know. Well, who would know? Still waiting for a reply from the dealer. Even had someone call from the dealer to ask about my experience . They said they would relay the information to another "manager" , who would call to get the situation resolved. Still waiting 6 weeks later. Do yourself a favor, walk around and ask the people waiting for service about their experience before purchasing. I wish I had.

Great experience in purchasing my Escape. The sales people, the front staff and everyone we encountered was gracious and respectful. However, when it comes to the service department, please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Service advisors were so busy talking about their upcoming vacation or weekend plans that the customers appeared secondary. Had an item "fixed" under warenty, only to have it fail a few weeks later and be told I would have to pay to have it fixed correctly as it was now "out of warranty". The advisor was supposed to let me know about what could be done, copied all of our paperwork. Still no response. The vehicle was only 13 months old. Still waiting for a call from the service manager, not holding may breath as it was 2 months ago. Do yourself a favor, purchase here but go somewhere else for service. If this is family owned and personal service, find another family.

The dealership adds an additional $1500 to the retail price. The amount that I was offered for a trade-in for $3000.00 lower than I received from other Ford dealers. My overall experience with the Salesman and Sales Manager was terrible. I had bought my previous car a 2009 Ford Flex from this dealer without any problems. When I went to trade-in this car ,which was serviced by this dealer and had very low mileage and was in excellent condition, I was offered a very low trade-in. The price of the new car that I wanted was priced at list plus another $1500 for dealer installed options. When I told the Sales Manager that the 2014 Ford Taurus Limited was discounted $2000 on the Ford of Clermont web site, he acted surprised. I told the Sales Manager that his offer was insulting and that I did not like his attitude. I left and went to two other Ford Dealers.The others dealers beat Ford of Clermont price by $3000 and $5000 respectfully. When I was contacted by Internet Manager for Ford of Clermont, I told him that I was planning to purchase a 2014 Ford Taurus Limited from an other dealer because they were $5000 lower. His response to bad mouth the other dealer, and that they would not service my new Ford. I purchased my new Ford from Gary Yeomans Ford . I would highly recommend Gary Yeomans Ford to anyone interested in buying a new Ford.

Never buy a car from Ford of Clermont!My husband and I had recently moved to Florida last year and were out of a car. We found a Mini Cooper s online from their dealership and went by to check it out. Willy helped us for the day, we decided to buy the car, but needed to be approved by a credit union. They made this seem like no big deal to get approved, my husband had a job but I have no credit for the most part. They said we were approved , we had the payments we were happy with, we signed the contracts that night, and went home with the mini. A week later I received a text message from Willie saying we needed to come back in to "complete some paperwork". What did that mean? I thought the deal was final when we signed the contract... We arrived to the dealership and were told we were rejected by the previous loan and needed to resign to a new one with 26% interest!!! This made our car almost $4000 more than we had anticipated. They told us we could either sign, or give them the keys and the car and get a taxi home. THIS ISN'T EVEN THE WORST PART.When we bought the car we were suspicious about a check engine light, willy assured us that their was no problem. He even called up the previous owners and let us talk to them. They made up a story about how the 02 sensors were misfiring and that there was no engine problems. We negotiated that if they would fix the light then we would get the car. I sent the car there 3 different time to get it fixed and each time the engine light popped up after I drove off the lot.We have resolved that there were much more internal severe problems ith this car after owning it the past year, it has only been a headache and we were so dissatisfied at how dishonest they were with handling our problems. We still haven't gotten this car fixed. We hived moved to Utah and have lost so much money on the car due to repairs. To say the least, again, never buy a car from ford of clermont!

I am an unhappy customer and irate with the following: 1) The body shop just installed a reconditioned front right rim on my vehicle about a month ago. After my truck was serviced in the Service Department, the rim is scratched and damaged, along with the other side, which was in good condition prior to being serviced. 2) My vehicle was returned dirty with no floor mats or seat cover protecting my vehicle. I spent two hours when I got home cleaning the dirt inside my vehicle and dirty hand prints all over the hood and fender. 3) When I spoke to the Service Manager regarding the concerns above, he behaved unprofessionally. I left the service department to speak with Tom Pritchard in the body shop, and the service manager approached us, only to be rude and drive off recklessly by squeeling tires in his car at three different stop signs in the Ford lot. Is this acceptable behavior for a Service Manager? As far as body related issues, Tom Pritchard is a class act! He is willing to help in any way possible. He treats people with respect and is a true "craftsman". The "Service" Department is just the opposite. Being in the same related field, I have never seen a Service Manager act so child like. I, as a mechanic myself, strive to make a customer happy about the experience, even though they are spending hard earned money. If you get your vehicle back and it is dirty or scratched, that is a direct reflection of workmanship. Where I work the motto is to return the vehicle in as good or better condition than you got it . My experience here was unexceptable and needs to be looked into and delt with.

Chris Bastow managed to get a new tonneau cover that cracked suddenly even after the warranty had expired. This was installed at no cost. Thomas Pritchard went out of his way as well to ensure that I had the correct contact and ensure that I was comfortable and provided a ride to the main building when my truck was in his shop. Also, Mike Tipsword in service is very professional and accommodating. He is very good at providing information and options when I bring my truck in for service.

We had a wonderful experience with the sales staff, Willie Willette in particular. He did not rush or pressure us into to making a decision to buy. He did however detail options that may have been of interest to us. Ultimately we made a decision to buy a 2013 Ford Escape, love the color, Frosted Glass and couldn't be happier. We went for a recall service and the next day had a leak, it was like they were expecting us to call and Marie was very nasty, she immediately stated no matter what was now leaking it couldn't have had anything to do with the service the day before...yeah, right Marie! They used after factory parts that have no warranty on them because factory parts were not in stock...this is a Ford dealership but they don't have Ford parts in stock? Fishy, dishonest, unscrupulous, shady place, we will never do business with them again and will probably never buy another Ford or Mercury vehicle because of our experience there. This woman Marie is probably the nastiest piece of work I've ever come in contact with ever, she has no business working in customer service unless her job is to abuse the customers as she does that well.

All work done so far has been outstanding and everyone, from the head Sales People to the lowest mechanic takes the time to greet me and make me feel welcome. Our household has purchased three (3) new cars (2010 F-150 Pick Up, 2005 Saleen Mustang Convertible, 2011 Shelby GT-500 Convertible and a used 2011 Escape) from Clermont Ford and we are very happy with the service and sales on each vehicle. In addition we have our 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible (show car) and our 2003 Ford Motor Home serviced at Clermont Ford as well. Each time we bring in one of the cars the work is complested in a reasonable length of time, the price is very good and we are thanked for doing business with Clermont Ford. I will always do business with Clermont Ford in the future as Clermont Ford makes me feel special for doing business with them. Don't change any of your business practices. Your dealership is as close to perfect as any car dealership can get.

I would definitely recommend your service department but would probably NEVER buy a new car there. I despise "add-on stickers" which you never had before the current owners. Those in the know realize there is a 5X mark-up on these things and they are absolutely unnecessary options for today's vehicles. A total rip off of your customers (or perspective customers). I also do not like dealers' fees because they are so excessive ( up to $299 would be far more palatable). You also have a sales manager that I would also NEVER have contact with again. He is strictly old school "Car salesman?" type that gave car salesmen such a bad reputation over the years. He seems to enjoy insulting perspective customers. I would drive 50 miles to another dealership to avoid contact with him.

From the moment I sent them an email asking about a specific vehicle that they advertised on the internet, to the time it took to pick up the vehicle, I had the most pleasurable experience dealing with Ford of Clermont, and their Internet Sales Consultant Ron Bryner. Ron was extremely professional, courteous, and to the point. From signing the contract on the used vehicle (to driving home with it) took one hour! Of course, I purchased it on a Monday afternoon when the dealership had few customers. Learning experience, go to Ford of Clermont early in the week and miss the weekend rush.

Our vehicle has been in the service department Ford of Clermont twice for the same things to be repaired you have to call them to check on your vehicle and when you do I suggest you pray you dont get disconnected because odds are when you call back you will only get voice mail....and then your chances of winning the Florida Lottery are far greater than getting a return phone call. The day we went to pick up my wifes vehicle all 3 people in the service department were rude and unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe that atmosphere. one of the three problems were fixed when I asked about the other two issues we were told that The service departments tests and findings were "inconclusive". These repairs are covered under warranty......you know the extended warranty they pressure you into. We voiced our concerns to Mike who we were dealing with and he simply could not be more disinterested, after speaking with his supervisor about his attitude his supervisor stated " I'm sure he didnt mean anything by it it was just the testosterone between the two of you. How comical.........in my 40 years I have never been treated like this as a customer anywhere..............not even at WalMart. NEVER AGAIN FORD OF CLERMONT.......NEVER EVER AGAIN. I'll go to any Ford dealer in the state before I drive onto their lot.

I have 2008 problem truck, always in the shop breaking down! It has broke down 9 times in the past 3 months! and everytime it breaks down its in the shop for atleast a week! and I still have to make the payments of 1,300, so for the past 3 months I have paid payments on a truck I cant even drive! a truck that is unsafe on the road from it lossing power 4 times while driving it down the highway doing 60 and 70mph! after all these problems they still refuse to replace the truck. I know they say you get what you pay for, but I paid over 59,000 for this truck, so what am I suppose to get?

Dealership would not bring in a truck from another local location that we were dealing on unless I agreed to buy sight unseen. The prep work on the delivered truck was the worse I have ever had in 40 years. I will never go back for anything. They also billed me for a new tag rather than a 30 day tag until a turned in a leased car, then I could have transferred the tags. $200 wasted.
