I went to Fallon Auto Mall after finding just the right vehicle for me on their website. It was a used vehicle, but it looked like new. Manny, the sales associate that helped me, was very friendly and helpful. If he didn't have an answer, he found it out for me. He was able to work out the price and payments to get them to where I needed them to be. The whole experience took much less time then I remember from prior car purchases. I LOVE my new car. I couldn't be happier. My mother loved it so much, she went to Manny the next day and bought a car also. I would definitely recommend them. Ask for Manny!

We were in the market to replace our 2000 Honda CR-V. The old girl was nickle and diming us to death. Then Shaun King walked up to us in the lot. This is the second vehicle I have bought here, with a decade in between. Just as easy this time as the last. Very courteous, efficient, and polite. We worked with Sharon, who went above and beyond, including communicating with us after hours. They also sent someone out to follow us back to Reno to get the car sniffed. Beyond the great service, this is the second time I have received a deal that beat everybody else by a wide margin. Driving an hour from Reno is a small price to pay for the experience you will receive here. We ended up saving thousands with a 2016 vehicle with 10,000 miles, and couldn't be happier.

We hate being pressured when we are looking to buy anything. Originally we went over to Fallon to service our Camry which we purchased at Fallon Auto Mall. We decided to look around the used car lot and was asked if we needed any help. We said were just looking but was interested in finding out a little info on the Sorento Kia which was on the lot. Jimmy Chicola came out and answered the questions we had and was very informative and polite. No pressure. We took it for a drive and liked it and went back to the dealership and began "dealing". We drove the Kia home and so far we are very pleased. Thank you Jimmy and Spencer in finance.And they also paid for the service that was done on the Camry!!

I had set up an appointment to see a sales rep and everyone was very nice when my daughter and I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesman had a similar car to what I wanted on hand and we took a test drive. I enjoyed that drive and the salesman was able to find an available car with all the features I asked for that same afternoon. I hadn't expected to find what I wanted in one visit.

Helped me out each step of the way into my new Ford Vehicle which I am loving more and more. She was amazing. Great visit overall. Gave great info about my vehicle being it is a first for me owning a hybrid. So whisper quiet when you first start the vehicle. And here I was used to older cars and the vibration and soft hum. I will be sure to come back to the dealership to service my new Ford Fusion Hybrid when it hits mileage or time. Overall, an excellent time during my purchase. The staff was friendly and I can't wait to see their new sales office which is currently under construction. Will make the experience even more excellent!!

Dave was a big help in purchasing this truck. A lot of high pressure, but that was expected. Dave help out even after the sale.The dealership was able to get me the payment I wanted at a resonable intrest rate. ]I am pleased with my truck, only problem is with a speaker that keeps blowing out. They have replacet it once and will do so again. I am going to ask them to check the wiring to make sure it is o.k

The sales people are great, but I would caution anyone who is upside down on their current vehicles. I do understand that a car lot is in the business of making money, however, they were not very flexible in my upside situation. I knew 'KBB' situation of my car to include their future sales of my car. They were only flexible a 'little' when it came to my debt; I have delt with other car dealers that were much more flexible with debt. So, I just got a vehicle that meets my needs, but I am already in an upside situation again, to a very high negative number. Other than that, they were friendly, attentive and flexible with my schedule.

We were greeted with a friendly non invasive salesman. We just had a light hearted conversation which turned into viewing a truck that was recently traded in. Talked to the finance mgr. who provided several options with no pressure. Overall time spent actually making the purchase was less than 2 1/2 hours, which was spent in a confortable customer area complete with coffe, soda anf tv. Our truck was delivered cleaned and fueled up. We will be return customers.

The experience was great! I was greeted right away by Jimmy. He helped me look at what I wanted and showed me a couple different options. My wife and I moved from our home (small) town in Washington state to Fernley, NV in 2007.We had purchased a few new cars by then (we are 50 yrs old), always from basically the same Ford dealer in Wenatchee, Washington. A small town dealer generally needs to take care of customers "first" as any bad news will travel fast.....sometimes even false bad news.I started using Fallon for service in 2007-2008. The service department has always been fantastic for us. They maintain our old F-150 (2006) the truck has 170,000 miles on it, and is still going strong. So much so that we have purchased a Super Duty from Fallon; and are giving the F-150 to our daughter. I have great confidence in the Fallon service department.We just purchased the Super Duty last week. This is a major expenditure, so I did some shopping around. Fallon is family owned and in a small town they are very customer oriented. We also purchased a new 2012 Fusion from them in 2012. Other dealers in the area did not give me the same feeling of "integrity" that I get at Fallon. When I spend as much money as we did on the Super Duty, I would rather spend it to support an honest business, and honest people. They want you to be happy with the purchase, there is no pressure at all.We are ALWAYS treated with a great deal of respect at Fallon. The price paid for both new vehicles purchased there was fair. The best car buying experience I have ever had was at Fallon Auto Mall. I recommend that you ask for Jimmy Chicola. He is the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with. As a woman I was REALLY hesitant about going to look at cars by myself, but Jimmy made it so easy and so fun. He was absolutely GREAT, and I felt that I got a good deal on my new car.

I have been in the market for a new car for quite awhile now. The Fallon auto mall is my local hometown dealer and after the deal they gave me and the service I received I don't understand why I even attempted to go to any other dealership. Manny, and Jimmy we're great there were nearly no negotiations required because the deal was just that damn good in the beginning. Once I got my approval I wasn't expecting to get my new Focus St for another day. They had me the car the same day, sent a driver to get it and when I got to the dealership after work to sign the car was already being delivered. I was in shock they were able to get it that fast and I have no regrets going with them. They made the buying experience super easy and quite enjoyable. I will recommend anyone to go see Manny and Jimmy if they're in the market for a new or used car.

I finally decided it was time to purchase a "New" car and stopped at Fallon Auto Mall after seeing a banner on their window for "Clearance 2014 models" I have passed this business many times and been impressed with their inventory. However that day they didn't have anything on the lot I wanted and I was not willing to wait and special order. JImmy Chicola greeted me and showed me all of the options and as none fit my needs he told me about a nice pre-owned model. He brought it out, I drove it and I fell in love. I ultimately purchased a beautiful pre-owned Toyota Avalon with rediculiously low mileage and all of the bells and whistles I need. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful but Jimmy was especially cognizant of my wants and needs and had the car ready for me to drive off the lot that very afternoon for my 200 plus miles home. He was very professional at the dealership and concerned as he contacted me several times about the car and my satisfaction. Doing everything possible to make me think I was the only customer he had and that I was happy. and I am!! He has since called me on my birthday which he didn't have to do. I appreciate being treated this way. I am not young anymore but I still have to do these things (purchase high dollar items) Thanks to JImmy it wasn't distasteful at all.

These employees work as a team to provide a good experience in car buying. In spite of delays of no fault of their own, Jimmy, Spencer and Greg worked overtime to get our purchase completed so we did not have to return the next day. We never felt pressured at any stage of the transaction.

We brought in our SUV for Air Condition service and were told there was a leak so they drained the entire system of freon and were going to charge over $1200 to repair/replace what was leaking (compressor or entire A/C - depending on what they found). We asked them to put the freon back in, but they refused because they said it wouldn't hold. We went without A/C for over a year because we did not want to pay that much. Last week, we took the car to an independent repairman who tried to find this leak - but once he charged the system up, there was no leak to be found. He pressured up the system and it has been working perfectly ever since. He charged less to refill and tell us there was nothing wrong than Fallon Auto Mall did to drain it and lie about what was wrong. I trusted these people, and was very disappointed to find out that trust was misplaced.

I worked manly with Greg, when buying my new truck. He was very helpful and didn't push usinto buying the vehicle that day. We did test drive it and he explain everything that we ask and more. When we went back to pick up my truck Greg was off work and Manny helped us withthe final purchase. Spencer was the fiance manager we dealt with and as always he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Greg and John tagged teamed our deal due to their days off. It's refreshing to see this caliber of teamwork, as opposed to other dealer's seemingly, "Me Only" process. They took the time needed to find the exact vehicle we wanted. Two other Ford dealers could not do this, therefor we headed to Fallon Auto Mall. (My advice? I sent email inquiries to three area Ford dealers. Greg at Fallon Auto Mall responded most quickly by both email and phone call. They had the vehicle we were looking for in stock. We made an appointment for the following day, met with him, and bought our new vehicle. Very helpful staff, no pressure sales. We will definitely call when we need a new vehicle.

We now have experienced two sales in a relatively short time. The first vehicle we purchased was a 2013 Chevy Malibu LTZ John helped us with this sale. From the very beginning to the end he made us feel comfortable and welcome. He answered all the questions we had and if he did not know he found out for us. The dealer ship went to great lengths to earn our business. They gave us more for our trade in then anyone else would, we needed a spare key they did that, asked for gas tank to be filled up and they did that, asked for a owners manual and they got that, but the biggest thing was they thought there was a gps system with it and maybe just needed a chip and that they would take of that. It turned out it did not have the gps so Spencer said you really were wanting that I said yes if we could so the dealership went and bought us a plug in gps that was over the top. Up til now we have purchased our cars in Carson City or Reno but we are customers for life because of this experience. As a matter of fact we traded in the Malibu for Dodge Grand Caravan because it meets our needs better. Again for all the reasons listed previously we came back and this time worked with Joses and John. On both transactions we worked with Spencer, hands down the best finance person we have ever worked with. Would highly recommend this dealer ship and staff.

Was easier then I expected. Took a bit longer because I could not decied which car to buy. Worked with my trade, pricing, and got financing at a better rate then even navy federal or my home town credit union could offer. Got my first new car never thought that it was going to be affordable to buy a new one.

I didn't think I would be able to get a vehicle from a dealership. Jimmy convinced me to at least try to get one. I work a lot so Jimmy looked around for me and sent me pictures of cars that were in my price range. Then when I was able to make it in I just filled out the application and Jimmy did everything else. There was very little effort on my end. Now I am driving the best car I have ever had! I will be going back to Jimmy for my next car.

Our experience with Greg was terrific! Greg was able to help my wife and me out with everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Our car was 15 years old and we wanted a newer model that would get us better gas mileage. We stopped to just look and over the next three days we bought a new 2015 Prius. We would have written our review earlier but we've been driving all over the place and enjoying our 51 MPG! Anyway, the service was excellent and so friendly! The young man who sold us the car even set up my phone so I could receive calls on the road without even picking it up! Modern technology is wonderful and thank heaven for young people who can help us understand and use it! All in all a positive experience. No pressure from sales. Fair asking price and a realistic value for my trade-in. Finance offered an interest rate close to what we could have done with our own bank, and with a whole lot less time and trouble. We live in Reno and spent all weekend covering dealers from San Francisco to Fallon, Nevada. From the moment we walked in the door, it was like going back 50 years and buying a car. No frills or fuss; a regular coffee pot was brewing regular coffee. The infrastructure is modest and the overhead appears to be conservative. This in part, I am sure, is part of the reason we were able to negotiate a great deal with not a lot of hassle. The customer service was excellent and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to sale about Fallon Auto Mall. We were shopping for a new car and went to Toyota in Reno. Reno didn't have the car, they were going to charge a very expensive dealer to dealer charge, kept adding additional pricey upgrades we didn't ask for, kept us waiting for a long time, did not come down on their price until we showed them the exact same car at a different location for 3K cheaper from our phone, and their service attitude could use some improvements. When we went to Fallon Auto Mall, they were able to find the car we wanted, no additional charges, no dealer to dealer fee, and their attitude was awesome. When the car came in, we did not wait long to sign papers. Jimmy made sure we were entertained for our wait by showing me all the features my new car offered and making sure my phone was connected to the car's bluetooth feature. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was never any pressure to buy something we didn't want or any phony car salesman persona.

I was shopping for Venza 2014 to see if there would be a remotest possibility of absorbing the car that is 15k upside down. To make the long story short, it was not only possible, but in overall, I would pay only fraction more than financing the vehicle on the retail value at close to 0 percent APR. No other dealership, including some in California would even come 1/3 close to this one. If you are in doubt, just take this story and ask Spencer. Not only that he treats me like one of his buddies. That was truly amazing. I have never exeperienced anything close to this. John and all others were very nice to me as though they knew me for a long time. In Fallon automall, no one will push you into buying anything. They won't even ask you to run the credit first just to see how the price turns out. They can appraise your car and give you the estimate of the payment that is closest to the real thing without running the background check. That can only come with experience. I guarantee that you will have far better buying experience from here than from the place that won multiple president's award or the place with floors full of cars. If you are in doubt, come and see it for yourself.

Fallon Auto Mall in Fallon, Nevada of all the dealerships I have bought cars at from five stare Chrysler dealerships such as Air Park Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale Arizona to Lithia cars lots ranging from Subaru/Chrysler-Jeeps/ etc.. all over the West has everyone of them beat hands down!!! Not since the sixties has any car or truck dealership treated me with the respect of straight forward this is what we can do to finding out the next day when your sales representative actually brought the final paper work to our home for final approval from my wife and I, even though Fallon Auto Mall not knowing if my wife and I would do the deal or not, be that courteous and willing to work with my time schedule and calendar to Fallon Auto Mall's impeccable manners but most of all their truthfulness and willingness to go that extra not mile but literally Miles to not only make a deal happen but make it the very best deal my wife and I have ever encountered on a new car or if we wanted a five start used car. I cannot say enough good things about my personal experience with "FALLON AUTO MALL" of Fallon, Nevada. I actually felt like I had just bought my favorite Ice cream from an old family owned establishment. I bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Fallon Automall and worked with Danny Aboytes to finance and purchase the Truck. Danny was great to work with and definitely not a high pressure car salesman. I don't do will with high pressure car salesman.. The other dealerships I visited had high pressure car salesmen and that was a complete turn off from buying a vehicle at their dealership. Danny and folks at Fallon Automall provided a fair price, even offered to deliver the vehicle to Elko as that was going to be an issue driving back to get it. I had a good experience and would recommend Fallon Automall and especially Danny Arboytes to anyone shopping in the area for a Toyota, Ford or GMC.

When I first called to find out more information about a car I was interested in, Danny had amazing customer service and assisted me very well. He was not only helpful, but very reliable. When I went to Fallon Auto Mall to see the car, Danny was very enthusiastic and very friendly. I felt very comfortable to ask him anything and he was very knowledgeable of all the questions I asked about the car I was interested in and more. I test drove the car and feel in love. Within a few days, Danny put together the paper work and contacted us promptly about the bank decisions. My whole experience in short went very smooth and not only Danny but the whole staff was very friendly. I had an awesome experience at Fallon Auto Mall. I had shopped around in Reno for a week or so and almost bought a car from another dealer. I heard a commercial and decided to check out their site. I found the same year make and model of the car I almost bought for less money. I called up the dealership and spoke with Greg about the vehicle, and about my trade in. I even worked direct with Ronny the GM! We talked about the different options I had for a few days. Ronny and Greg helped me get the financing I needed for the car that I wanted. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in as well. I am very please with my purchase and all the staff at Fallon Auto Mall. I would rate this dealership 10/10!!! My visit was extremely pleasurable. Milt wasn't pushy, he was very helpful with all of my wants. When I purchase a vehicle I usually walk away hating the vehicle that I just bought because the sales, management and accounting departments attempt to push me into something that I really didn't want or need along with extended warranties, etc etc etc....the list goes on. I let Milt know what I wanted...the type of vehicle, the price, interest and payments that I wanted and he and the staff delivered. I definitely WILL recommend him to people that are looking to buy.

I heard many good things about the new 2014 highlander. But I already own a highlander and It is still considered new to me, It's only a year and a half old. I bought it from Fallon Auto Mall. When I was in Reno area a couple of days ago I have decided to stop by Reno Toyota to find out how much I can get for the trade in on my current vehicle so that I can decide whether or not it would be even wise to look for a new vehicle. Well I was presented with the credit application and was asked to provide my driver's license, since the sales person said it would take about an half an hour to come up with an estimate of the trade in value and thus he wanted to save time for me by getting both process started at the same time. Well that's not the way I wanted to buy the car. Well I left. I did not see why I have to give my personal information away just to get an appraisal for my vehicle.Two days later I decided to try Fallon Auto Mall one more time. All I wanted was to find out how much I can get for trade in.Here is where Fallon was different from Reno. Kenny did exactly what I have asked for. He then asked for the vehicle that I was interested in and Ronny ran some number on spot and gave me a good understanding of what the payment would look like. And no drivers license and no credit app. paperwork. Well that is exactly what I wanted. And numbers they presented made a lot of sense, although it was not the price range I wanted to see. So I thanked Kenny for his time spent and and wanted to say Ronny hi and bye before leaving since he is the gentleman that helped me greatly last time with my previous purchase of 2012 highlander. When I was about to say bye, Ronny asked me if I was close to making a deal. I said no, and I am sure he understood. Well he worked his voodoo or something and got the number working to the level I wanted to see. I just couldn't believe what he did. To make a long story short, I was able to trade my highlander in for the full payoff amount and got a very low APR for the new highlander. with nothing down. It truly warmed my heart when Ronny said I was like his family and treated me like a real family member. In all, the whole process took less than a half an hour and I am now with a new highlander. There is not much to buy in Fallon other than some dairy product, some fruits, alfalfa and hays, and Toyota. If you are serious about buying a new Toyota, want to be treated like a real human being and not some number, and work with sales people that actually understand what you want, Give Fallon a try.

We needed to purchase a new vehicle that would fit the adventerous needs of our family, because the reliability of our old suburban. Milt and the team at fallon auto mall where very patient and really went out of they're way to find us the truck that fit our needs in the price range we could afford, which included getting the truck we wanted from another ford dealership because they didnt have the exact model we wanted in they're stock. The experience was nice change to the imtimidating scare tack ticks we have experienced at other dealerships. Becuase of they're amazing customer service we were able to get the options we wanted with out paying for the ones we didnt need. When we picked up the truck they took the time to detail it and fill it up with gas, which was not the way it was supplied to them from the other dealership. Also they took the time to explain all the features and help us set up the phone link capabilities that niether my wife or I have ever had experience with. I have already started recommending them to all of our friends and family. I dont think we will ever go to a different dealership again!

I went in there on 10/22 and they gave me a price and price they were going to pay me 15000 and I signed 10/23 I showed up with my truck to trade in they stated o we input the wrong info well I called the general manager Tim and Tim stated I'll call u back in a hour I never got a call so I called him will he was at lunch not even worry about the deal well he called me back 3 hours later and proceeded to cuss me out in front of my 68 year old mother and then hung up on me I've called multiple times to talk to the owners and they won't let me they send me to Tim the genral manager will I put a yelp review on them its not there any more now one of the employees Joe deloga put a good review stating he bought a vehicle from them its kinda funny I was the only review yesterday now multiple reviews on there from there friends family and employees what this company fails to realize what they did to me was against the law and now deleting my review is against the law. They have no morals ethics or respect. They are lyers cheaters and thugs. I don't recommend. Nobody goes here for you car.

When my husband and I were looking for a car for the start of our new family, we chose Fallon Auto Mall as recommended by family and friends because they said that the service was fast, and that the dealers would be willing to work with you in order to get the car we really wanted at a fair price. When we came in we got exactly that. The service was friendly and they worked hard to get us into the 2013 Toyota Corolla. They even went out of their way to make sure we got the one we had wanted due to the fact that the only Corolla's they had on the lot were a sport, an L, and an LE Special Edition. What we were looking for was a Corolla black LE, and they worked hard to get us just that, and found us the best deal possible. Everyone in Fallon Auto Mall was quick and they worked efficiently as a team. I have recommended Fallon Auto Mall to everyone I know since my experience there.

Nick and sales manager Ronny were extremely helpful to me and my wife upon our arrival in Fallon. We needed a new car quickly, and they helped us work through an unusual credit scenario which many dealers might not have bothered with. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we had a test drive ready to go within minutes of our arrival and once we had decided to purchase the car, Nick found us some Ford incentives to save us $3000 off the new price. Overall, I would definitely recommend Fallon auto mall, and I hope that the service department is as good as the sales team!

I called Fallon Auto Mall requesting a model and a price that I felt was fair for that model. Milton said he would see if they could find that model and that the price I was requesting might be do-able. Milton and Joses, acting as a tag team, searched Nevada and found what i needed at a Las Vegas dealership. After working with Vegas, Fallon Auto Mall transported the vehicle to Fallon almost overnight. This effort put forth by Fallon Auto Mall did NOT change the price I had asked and I was impressed. At no time was I pressured or hustled, unlike other dealerships I had approached with the same deal I requested of Fallon Auto Mall. I cannot overemphasize what a pleasant experience this and I recommend Fallon Auto Mall, Milton and Joses to prospective car buyers.

We met Joe and he was non threatening and showed us several used cars that we liked, then showed us a 2012 Camry which was still in our budget. I went back the next day adn Joe made sure that I got to drive all the cars that I wanted, making the process very easy and comfortable. After which we chose to prchase the Camry.

Letter to GM at Fallon Auto Mall, Fallon NVWe are writing to express our deepest appreciation to your service department, in particular Becky and Jorge, who assisted us when our 6.0 F250 broke down. Our pickup had been in the shop for four days in Henderson, NV prior to it breaking down on Saturday of Memorial weekend. We had to have our truck and fifth wheel towed into Hawthorne and stay until the holiday weekend passed. On Tuesday, we had to have our truck towed from Hawthorne to Fallon to your shop. We called and spoke with Becky in your service department early on Tuesday and she assured us we would be taken care of upon arrival to your facility. She was very pleasant to deal with and made us comfortable while she waited for Jorge to diagnose the problem. Once she had the information, she presented it to us in a very understandable way and explained that we would need to leave the vehicle overnight, but assured us they had the part needed (a high pressure oil pump) and it would be installed within eight hours and we would be back on the road by mid-day on Wednesday. Unfortunately, your stock oil pump failed and they had to order a new one. Becky called to explain and apologized for the delay, but assured us they would have the part the next day and would have it completed by end of business on Thursday. Jorge worked diligently and had the truck repaired on schedule as promised. We picked the truck up and found it to be fully repaired and even washed for us. What service! Becky finished all of the paperwork and even went the extra mile by submitting all of the documents to Ford for warranty coverage, including the rental car expense. Additionally, she agreed to see that the car was returned to Enterprise for us. She also offered to submit the towing invoices for us as we did not have access to a fax machine at our RV Park. This was an extra effort and we really appreciate her offering to assist us in this way. Everyone we came into contact with at your dealership was friendly, professional and really cared about meeting our needs. This is rare nowadays. They should be commended for their excellent customer service. As I indicated previously, Becky and Jorge went above the call of duty in our opinions and although we are from Oregon, we look forward to visiting your dealership when we are traveling to our winter destination in Nevada should our truck need servicing in the future. Fallon Auto Mall actually made purchasing our new Ford F350 King Ranch a relaxing, easy, and fast experience. From the moment we entered we were greeted and felt like were we already a part of their family. Our salesman, Greg, listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we needed. I have known Spencer for a very long time and I trust him. The deal was fair, easy and I couldn't be happier. Everyone including the Finance department is top notch. You service department is awesome as well. I traded in a 2008 Explorer Sport-trac and it has been serviced at Fallon Auto Mall since it;s very first service. Why would I go anywhere else? My family recently relocated to Fallon and were looking to purchase a used truck. We were driving by after going into town to purchase other items and decided to stop by and see what used trucks were available. As we entered the lot, we were approached by Phil(the one with the cowboy hat). He was very warm and welcoming as we informed him of what our intent was. To our surprise we left that afternoon with a new used truck and the service at this dealership was great. We are from the big city and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the small town dealership. After the first of the year, we will be back to purchase a smaller car for commuting. Phil was amazing and accommodating,he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Dave also did a great job. He accompanied us on our test drive and both Phil and Dave were knowledgeable about the trucks and what they didn't know off hand were able to find out for us without any delay.

After searching online and other dealers, I went to Fallon Auto Mall. I started talking to Greg and told them that I didn't want a lot of hassle. I decided on the truck, but due to circumstances, I told them it would be a couple weeks before I could buy. I also told Greg that I didn't want to be stalked until I was ready. Greg and the rest of this dealership respected my request, and didn't bother me until I was ready. I wanted to trade two vehicles and finance through my bank and Greg told me what I needed. I showed up and there were no surprises, no add-ons, and no hassles. I would recommend this dealer to other military members.

About three years ago, I met a gentleman named Brad from Fallon Toyota. I was trying to trade in the used Honda accord and just wanted to see just how much his dealership was willing to pay. Previously, I have tried Reno Toyota for trade-in price and had a pretty good idea of how much I would be upside down. Well to my surprise, his estimate came far better than my expectation. I should have bought the car there from him at that time. Well I didnt. Thats because I imagined the guy was just pulling my leg and may play hardball with sales later. And since I was pretty skeptical about Fallon in general, I thought to myself what good could come out of Fallon anyway and went to Carson, for they seemed to have pretty big inventory. So I have ended up with the Carson Toyota, which lied about the tax credit, made a bogus promise that they would match Brads offer, and made me sign the document that says no sales person will be held liable for what they have said. And on top of it all, I was dumb enough to buy two cars from them. Afterwards I have met some business folks in Reno that used to tell me that one good thing about Fallon is the Toyota dealership. I even overheard the conversation from some folks in Reno that have said the same thing. Well I thought they were crazy. Then the time has changed where I do not need two cars anymore since I do not need to travel to CA as often as before. Since I live in Fallon and still remembered Brad, I thought to stop by to thank him for the offer he has made in the past and tried to see if I could get some good deals on the new vehicle. Instead I met Ron since the day I have stopped by was his day off. And he was a heck of a surprise. There were three things that impressed me. First the pricing. Somehow he figured out the price range I wanted and offered the kind price that I couldnt resist. He even correctly guessed how much I make from one of my current contracts. He said all the correct words I wanted to hear so I didnt have to say much other than yes or no. Secondly I was pleasantly surprised at how expeditious Ronny and Ron were with getting the paperwork prepared. All I had to was to sign. They did most of the paperwork. I had to take the pen away from Ron for a while to write my email address so that at least I can feel that I am actually in the process of filling out some important forms. The wait was very short. In fact I was the one that delayed their process. Lastly there was no wheeling and dealing. I have always felt bad saying no to all the bells and whistles that the dealership offers and almost always got into arguments as to why the finance amount comes out so much higher than what was quoted initially. Well I guess Ronny figured out that I dont want to be bothered with such and he didnt offer me anything other than necessary paperwork for the purchase and trade-ins. What was quoted initially by Ron turned out to be a bit off however, I must admit, for I ended up paying less than his original quote. Words cannot describe how I much have enjoyed working with both of them. There were so many other good things that have taken place but if I were to describe them all, I would end up writing a term paper so I will just keep my comments short. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car. I had pleasant experience with Ron, Brad, and Ronny and I hope you expreience the same in the near future.

I have used Fallon Auto Mall prior and they have always been fair and above all honest. Their team of employees are always friendly, helpful and very willing to assist you in anyway they possibly can. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. A while back I bought a 2003 Saturn Ion my sister bought a 2002 Kia Sedona and I brought a friend in and she bought a 2003 P.T. Cruiser all from F.A.M. I am happy with my car but I think I paid a little too much. Joe was nice and got us all the payments we wanted with zero down.I recently brought a friend in we had a different salesman his name was Joe also he was super nice and we told him what are payments could be a month so he showed us some cars and he rode with us the first time and let us go by ourselves to test drive 2 more cars.The car we liked was a 2002 Toyota Avalon we went inside and talked to Spencer he was nice we discussed price and told him what the payment range per month could be.After some misunderstanding we finally made a deal and are very happy with the car I am just waiting on the $100 referral that was promised.Over all the experience was good we are taking the car on vacation and will see how it does hopefully I will have some spending money before I go.

Easy going sale. Bought a Tundra and traded in a Diesel Ford. Enjoyed the process and found it to be pretty fast. Had absolutly no problems reaching an agreeable price with Just Spencer, Milt and Joe on the finance end. We bought exactly what we wanted with no pressure from any of the staff. :-)

Was told I was all set, wanted me to sign the contract. I wanted to think about it. I came back a few days later with questions, they would not tell me what the interest rate would be, I asked what a extended warranty would cost, they would not tell me, I asked what the monthly payments would be, they could not tell me. When I was in the first time they gave me a rate and monthly payment, now nothing. They left me sitting in the showroom for nearly an hour without telling what was going on. When I first came into the dealership I had to go to the office to ask about the car, they didn't want to be bothered coming out of the office. After telling me I was financed all of a sudden they were having trouble financing the loan. They are underhanded and shady, that is the best I can say for Fallon Auto Mall.

I bought a new 2012 Ford from Fallon Auto Mall and the entire experience was outstanding. My salesman, Greg Mitchell, was very helpful from start to finish. He reviewed all of the features in the vehicle which was quite extensive. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and feel like I got a good deal. They didn't play any games and it was difinitely the most enjoyable experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe DeAloia was great when it came time to sign. He fully expained the benefits of the products they offered but did not pressure me into anything. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Originally was shopping for a Ford, but ended up purchasing our second choice, 2012 Toyota. We'd pre-shopped online! This hometown Dealership is great to work with and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. They are very friendly, yet professional. Our Salesman, Greg Mitchell, was terrific; he saved 'the sale' when the Dealership didn't have our original choice. My husband and I bought a 2010 Ford F150 Lariat from the Fallon Auto Mall and the entire experience was outstanding. It is my husband's dream truck. Our salesman, Spencer, was so helpful from start to finish. He showed us how to hook up our phones to the Sync system, made sure we knew how to operate the navigation system, and showed us every feature in the truck which was quite extensive. We never felt any pressure to buy and we got a great deal. They didn't play any games and it was difinitely the most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe DeAloia was great when it came time to sign. He fully expained the benefits of the products they offered but did not pressure us into anything. We did buy a Premium Care warranty and he offered us a great deal on that as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal and wants to get away from the high pressure experience that you recieve from other dealears.

I went in to Fallon Auto Mall looking for a vehicle for my sister and brother-in-law. I was greeted by a courteous and friendly salesman Joe. I explained why I had stopped and Joe was quick to show me what was available. I was impressed with Joe as I explained the person I was seeking a vehicle for lived in Minnesota. The five other dealerships I stopped to see did not follow up on my inquiry. It could be the other five did not want to waste their time on a sale that likely could not happen. Joe took personal interest in my inquiry and I became interested in two quality vehicles FAM had in stock. I was impressed with Joe's professional salesmanship ability. It takes a certain amount of persistence to convince me to make a purchase like a car or truck. Joe has a balanced ability to do his job for his employer and have the customer leave with pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. I did buy a vehicle for myself and I will continue looking for the perfect pickup for my sister. I will be watching the inventory at Fallon Auto Mall with regard to my sisters needs. I would recommend this dealership and it will be the first stop for me when I am in the market for another vehicle.Joses was very professional in the financial paper work. All in all this was a very pleasant experience.After finding a small issue with the vehicle I bought I returned to Fallon Auto Mall and discussed my concerns. He did not use high pressure in order to make the sale, but was willing to work with us to get us into the vehicle of our choice within our budget restraints.We like doing business with locally owned business rather than the big city dealers.

I had a great experience with Fallon Auto Mall. In August 2011, I was looking for a specific type F150. Joe searched the entire US looking for the type I was looking for and found one similar to what I wanted but I had to decline. In Dec, he special ordered a new 2012 F150 to my specifications, and then kept me posted frequently as to its delivery status. When it arrived in February 2012, he called me first thing in the morning and I picked it up that same day. Greg and Joe were very proficient in handling the paperwork, going over the vehicle features, and provided a personal and professional attitude. The only downside was they couldn't offer me the amount I wanted for a trade in.

I was and still am very pleased with my experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and accomodating. Joe Dealoia went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle, price, and financing I wanted. There weren't any tricks, gimmicks, or other dreaded experiences. They even delivered the vehicle to me because I could not get out to their location for a couple of days. Fallon Auto Mall worked with us on price to get us a loan we could handle. They went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted at an affordable price and a payment we could handle. They also explained all options fully and didn't pressure us in any way. Then at the last they also programed my phone and a second phone into the system which took some doing. Something I wouldn't have been able to accomplish. They truely earned my respect and I would definately recommend them to others.

rod went above and beyond to find us the car that we wanted. he drove all over town to find it at other lots and made sure that the car was in our budget. they even went so far as to have it detailed twice before we left and put a full tank of gas in it as well. which was really great because we live an hour and a half awhile. the entire staff was friendly and courteous. i would reccomend them to everyone! thank you so much!

I have purchased many cars over the years, and my recent purchase at Fallon Auto Mall was the best experience of all. Joe Dealoia was great to deal with. There was none of the game playing and slick sales tactics of other dealers. I was dealt with in a honest and straight forward way by a dealership that wishes to establish loyal customers by selling cars at a fair price, not the most they can possibly get. Garbage....very unprofessional swindler. Sold me a great deal only to renig on the price a few days later and informed me it was unavailable when was ready to finalize financing portion of deal 2 days later. Talk about bait and switch! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
