When I contacted Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna via the web, I got a quick reply from Joe Ramsey, the Internet Sales Manager. He was super nice, and I made an appointment to come in the next business day and test drive new 2016 Kia Sorento I was looking at online. The car was pulled around and parked out front, ready to go when I arrived for my appointment! Very nice! I loved the Sorento and bought it that day! This was the first time I had been at a car dealership since 2005.. The experience was way easier than before.. I felt comfortable, I felt that I could ask Dwayne anything.. He gave me options and worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted.. I have already referred a few ppl.. Dwayne will definitely be my go to guy next time I'm in the market for a new car!! Customer Service visit for routine oil change and tire rotation and check on 2 possible recall issues.Found out that there were actually 3 recalls on the car, 2 of them they repaired/replaced to fix, 3rd one I didn't even know about but they told me that was a really minor one and they they made sure nothing was wrong with my car.Big comfortable chairs in the customer lounge. They offered coffee, but I had my own. Some customers asked for a ride to a mall and went, but I wasn't there that long and brought my newspaper. Pleasant experience..This is my first Kia and I love it. Matter of fact, I like it so much I convinced an ex-wife in Indiana to buy one exactly like mine while visiting there over Thanksgiving. Her car just happened to break down while I was there, and I let her drive mine and see just how good the Soul really is, she was so impressed, she bought one from a dealer up there.

The check engine light came on and the car felt sluggish. They found that the turbocharger needed adjustment. A fast repair with recommendations on other service but no pressure to do any additional work. Their prices for general maintenance and tires are competitive with the specialty stores.

I had a good experience purchasing the car, but have been EXTREMELY disappointed with service department. Trying to get someone on the phone in the service department when you call is almost impossible, and getting a call back in a timely fashion is rare. I am contacting the general manager of the dealership to let him know that major improvements are needed, otherwise they will lose not just service business, but new car sales as well. Who wants to buy from a dealership who offers lousy service??? Nobody!!

We went September 28th and met salesperson Vareese. We arrived at 1pm on sunday at our appoitment. We test drove a white 2015 Genesis coupe. We advised we were here to buy 2 coupes. One would have to be transfered from dealership 15 miles away. This should have been a easy process as we were Hyundai Cirlce plan members and price was set. We advised him to call other dealership and verify they still have it and to transfer it. We were given fair prices for both of our trade ins. We were advised they called other dealership and they had my 2nd car but could not be transfered till monday as their transfer manger was off. We agreed to prices including having spoilers installed on each. We then looked at one coupe they had in stock (was ultimate vs base) and looked at numbers. Payment would be to much so went back to other car from other dealership. Sales manager then refused to do as he promised before to do car with spoiler at price agreed. We had alredy been here 5 hours. Salesperson begged us to just do the deal. We agreed and then asked to see finance manager so we could look at options (lease vs buy). We were orginally looking to lease one and buy one. They refused to let us talk to finanace manager until we agreed to payments and all details were done!! This cost more time as sales manager had to keep going back and forth as we looked at different options. After 8 1/2 hours we were finally done and was able to take one car home and a loaner till they could get my car from another dealership. Next day i called and asked where my car was. They said they were working on the transfer. I called other dealership and found out that car was sold day before i went in. The salesperson lied and never called the other dealership to confirm they still had it. The dealership ended up having to get another car from 100 miles away. We were told they would order the spoilers and when they came in we would need to bring our cars in for 2 days so body shop can paint match and install. We advised them to make sure to order ultimate spoiler and not lip spoiler. 2 weeks later we were advised to bring cars in on Wednesday and they would be done By Friday. I called body shop on Friday and they said they would not be done till Monday. The shop said they would see what they could do. They did get installed but wrong spoilers had been ordered. They had installed the lip spoilers. The salesperson tried to get us to take them. Then blamed me for calling body shop for wrong spoiler being installed. I advised I did not order parts or deliver parts to body shop that he did. I advised he just put 4 holes in my trunk lid. Now having to wait on new spoiler and trunk lids. This is worst dealership ever.

I came in to look at a certified pre-owned car with a strict budget in mind... Shannon Ballard was the consultant that assisted me with a test drive and beyond. The whole experience was relaxed, no pushiness or up-selling; just an extremely fair deal on a good car. I'm very happy with my purchase (Kia Soul) and my buying experience. I was looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and came across a really nice 2014 that was loaded and had a Hemi V8 engine. The salesman, James, was helpful in acquiring the vehicle as it was actually with another of their dealerships. He went to the dealership and took me along to look at the vehicle. We brought it back and worked out a deal. The experience was a good one - no high pressure. They got the vehicle prepped for me and I was out the door with my new Jeep.

Hyundai Ed Voyles of Smyrna you are not really particularly helpful in support after I bought the car from you guys. My plates hadn't arrived and now my billing. I mean who forgets my apartment number on the two most critical transactions. I had to go to tag office several times. Anyway kudos to Hyundai financials for waiving fee on my first payment. Now I'm seriously thinking did I correctly choose the dealer properly.

I bought a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE brand new in the same year. After treating it like a baby and having only 27k miles on it in it's sixth year, the clutch gave out and the flywheels actually broke. This dealer, who sold me the car refused to make it right and became quite rude. Now the company tells me that the clutch assemblies are only covered for 1 year or 12k miles. Upon looking on the internet I came across swarms of people who had the same problem with some as low as 11K miles on their cars and were turned away. Now I come to find that the Dual Mass Flywheel clutch is being used still in some of the new cars, after they lost a 2003 class action law suit. Before this trouble came up, they were very nice, then they turned on me. I had a ten year warranty on the drive train and everyone knows that the clutch is an important part of that.

Ive always thought car buying would be hard but I was wrong. I didn't like the limitations of car sizes so picking a car was really quick because I didnt feel like there were many options besides small car, small car, small car and a way bigger car. There really werent any inbetweener cars really. Overall im n love with my car point blank and period. Everyone was kind and helpful and even told me tje different colors the cars came in. Before I thought that you could only buy the car in the color that you see in the lot, I had no idea dealerships were stocked with different colors which was really cool. The only thing I highly dislike that is causing me to become irritated is the fact paying a car note is hard at the moment. I have been getting calls from the loan company telling me they are going to take my car from me, which is embarrassing by the way, and I really have no control over the fact since I do not have an account to pay my car note and there is nothing I can do about it.

Pat and the rest of the team (Shannon, Josh and Darryl) were very professional, easy to work with and helped us through the whole process. We were very satisfied with the prices, and Pat was very transparent with the quotes, with no hidden fees or surprises. We were able to test drive the car multiple times, and never felt pressured to buy. They were also able to get us a warranty that fit our needs and a great financing rate. My experience at EdVoyles Hyundai was excellent. I could not have asked for anything more. The staff, from the lady at the desk all the way to the manager, were professional and respectful in every manner. My salesman Pat Losack was great. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and showed me a wide range of vehicles so I could make an informed choice. He was patient enough to do multiple test drives in different trim levels to see what fit the best. He was thorough enough to explain all the features of the vehicle to me and I felt very comfortable and informed during the entire process. The amount I received on my trade was more than I expected and the price I got on my new vehicle was great .I cannot say enough about the buying experience at Ed Voyles, if you are in the market for a new vehicle ,go to Ed Voyles Hyundai and ask for Pat, you wont regret it.

I worked with an experienced salesperson (Cecil) and a floor manager (Piotr) to buy a new car for my wife. We let them know what payments we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and they stayed late one evening showing us cars that fit our needs. We took the car overnight that matched us best and the next day I decided to purchase. I was out of there in a little over an hour with a new vehicle. Everything was streamlined and they really worked hard to get me the best deal possible with the bank (thanks Darrel). I have been strictly a Carmax buyer over the last 10 years, but now I will definitely recommend Ed Voyles Hyundai/Kia.

We were led to the dealership by a listing for a used vehicle with a great track record, low mileage advertised at a great price.Our sales person had the knowledge and patience to answer all of our (many) questions. Sasan Esfariandi really negotiated on our behalf to make the deal happen, including handling the trade in. Sasan knew how to best advise us regarding the financing and was totally focused on our deal (staying well beyond closing) as we had arrived late on a Sunday night. It has been many years since I have been in any dealership but I was pleasantly surprised that Ed Voyles does not bring any of the old cliche games to the table.You feel that you are the most important buyer in the place and that you will be treated fairly, not just during the transaction but in maintaining a relationship with the dealership. Sasan was really great to work with, the perfect balance of professional and laid back and his guidance absolutely sealed the deal.

I was referred here by a close friend last week. She gave me the name of a salesperson to speak to, directions and that's it. Knowing her and how she is with big decisions such as buying a car I knew instantly that the person with whom she dealt with must have had the patience of a saint. His name was Sasan and he changed my whole perspective on how intimidating buying cars from big dealerships can be. I see now that every dealership is different and runs on separate principles.. not just operating under one big ''BUY NOW, SAVE NOW'' sales pitch. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit Ed Voyles Hyundai. The dealership was the 4th dealership I had visited that day and it was the 2nd Hyundai dealership. The service, energy, and care that I was given by the associate, Sasan, exceeded the 3 dealerships combined. The dealership was very professional but had a friendly, no pressure vibe. I did quite a bit of research on the car that I wanted before visiting, but the few questions I had were answered thoroughly. After taking my Elantra Gt for a test drive, I was set on buying it. After moving inside we negotiated the price and they were able to work with me to get the options I wanted at a fair price. The entire process was described to me clearly so I understood what to expect. Before I left with my new car, I was shown how everything in the car worked and Sasan helped me pair my phone to the radio system. The dealership also worked with me to get roof rails installed on my car. The service department was clean and had free wi-fi which was a huge plus as I could continue working while they did the install. I would recommend the Elantra GT and the dealership to anyone seeking a new car.

I was in and out of Ed Voyles Hyundai in 4 hours flat, and that's from the initial meeting, to testing driving, to the paperwork and final purchasing process. He treated my family and I so well, and put up with all of my questions and neurotic-isms about buying a new car. We went to dealership with intent to buy Hyundai Sonata 2013. After working on price and feature for almost two hours, sales person asked me to put my initial on the price at which I would buy the car on the day itself. He went to his manager to discuss. His manager came with sales person and said that we cannot agree on the price that I had given. At last, I increased my offer by $300 to which manager accepted the offer. When I started paper work, sales person (Shannon Ballard) again went to his manager. After 5 minutes he came and said- With the price (they already agreed before) they cannot give optional features(e.g. all weather floor mates. They had agreed to couple of others). We simply stood and walked out of the dealership. Such an un-professional work or may be this how they work professionally. They agree and at last moment they say NO.

I drove 30 miles to go see a used car on Ed Voyles Hyundai Smyrna lot. I spoke with internet agent and verified it was on the lot and I was coming in several hours. I arrived and the car battery was dead - no electronics. Jumped it and then the radio did not work the power seat was pathetic, the AC had a mind of its own, the car was stuck in park, the odometer did not work once we started driving, the conv top rear window bottom was leaking into the car, the brake, ABS, and another light was on. The car would not accelerate (limp mode or something) Ed Voyles this is a joke you should be ashamed to have this vehicle on your lot and have it posted. YOU WASTED MY TIME and MY MONEY with your sloppy behavior. Oh but it's okay just auction it off maybe get $2200 of your asking 6000 if your lucky. What about me it's like they did not give a crap I arranged to come out their and I thought our three conversions made it damn well clear what car I was coming for and they did absolutely nothing to get it ready or see that it was intact to show. I am pissed at the lack of envolvement of the people I worked with KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS and THEIR CONDITION and if they should be sold. This place is a joke! I test a lot of cars for my job and this place is the worst in Georgia.

Overall things went fairly well. Part of the problem was because I went with limited time available in my schedule. The Sales accociate didnt know alot about the car and I wish we had gone more in depth on things like the last oil change, brakes, etc.

He gave us much more detailed informstion about the vehicle that the other dealerships did not mention. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ed Voyles Hyundai and the service was excellent. Alan really worked to get me the car I wanted for a price I could afford. A week after I purchased the car the transmission went out. This was a shock because they had just serviced the transmission a couple of weeks before I bought the car. I called Alan and even though I didn't have a warranty from the dealership he assured me that they would make it right. The next time I need to buy a car Ed Voyles will be the first and last place I call!!!
