Leased a 2017 RDX and absolutely love it!!!! I have been driving Toyotas for the last 10 years and wanted a change. Brian Rattner was our sales person and he was absolutely amazing in every way. From the second I stepped foot into Curry Acura, I felt welcomed! My sales rep. JONATHAN CAICEDO was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and was able to answer every single question, he even informed me about other information that I was not aware of. After going to other Acura dealers, I did not think I would find a better price for my 2017 MDX! The process was fast and not stressful one bit. On Sunday, I bought the car and the next day I went to pick it up! I definitely recommend Curry Acura for their great prices and amazing staff. After going to a competitor Acura dealer, Nick was able to get me the price I was looking for on my 2017 Acura RDX without any hassle. I've been a customer of Curry Acura since 2003. My first vehicle was a 2003 Acura TL-S and now I drive a 2006 MDX. I had routine service performed through Chris and his outstanding team. I was keep well informed of any issues discovered and any recalls. Whitney and her welcoming smile, always had a loaner vehicle prepared upon my arrival and offered the shuttle service when the loaner wasn't needed. I just bought my fourth Acura at Curry and the salesman was even more helpful and courteous than when I bought my other three Acuras - purchased over the last eleven years. Brian in Sales was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and Chris in Service continues to supervise the service of our other Acura. We recently moved out of state, and just were not happy with the level of attention and service at the dealership in our area, so now we drive a little farther to buy and service our cars at Curry. Believe me, it's well worth the drive.

I was looking for a car due to my lease's expiration. I extended it because I couldn't make up my mind wether to buy a car or suv. As it turns out Curry Acura was very helpful in helping me make that choice. Our sales man: Furman Byrd, was absolute hands on he patiently helped me decide the color and took me around the dealership to show me orher vehicles.He explained everything very carefully about the warranty and and service we can use. I went there for a simple 5K service and a NY inspection. I was already expecting some inconvenience due to the ongoing construction but it turned to be worse than that.The service was supposed to take 1h to 1.30h. It took longer than that but that was not the worse part.When I went to pick up the car I was told it was ready and to wait outside. After more than 20 mins waiting I went back to the service person just to find out he had no clue my car had not been delivered to me yet. Finally I drove off happy that this waste of my time is finally over. What a surprise when I realized that they have not changed my washer fluid. I explicitly asked the service person if they would check all fluids and he confirmed.

I just purchased a TLX from Curry. This is the 3rd Acura I purchased from Curry over the past 10 years. The sales associate Sal Costello was extremely helpful and clearly and patiently answered all my questions. When I asked him about the airbag, he spoke with the appropriate person and reported that the car did not have a Takata airbag. The negotiation was painless (imagine). Before I started buying from Curry, I used to find purchasing a car to be stressful. Not anymore.

Once again, I had a wonderful experience leasing a car at Curry Accura. Furman Byrd called several times to keep me posted about the dates of my lease ending. I made a visit to Furman a few weeks ago as I was getting closer, but not ready yet to change cars. Furman was extremely helpful and meeting with him (for my 3rd MDX lease) reminded me that it could be an easy experience. Mr Canavan came to greet me as well. I felt very welcomed. I returned last week, Furman helped me pick out features and color for the 2017 Accura, Yuri Abramov helped me with the lease arrangements, we made a date to pick up the car (yesterday) and everything happened without one hitch. Furman and Yuri dealt with my insurance, DMV, everything. The pickup day was easy..The car was there when we agreed, Furman taught me all about the car, remembered to remove my Easy Pass (which I would have forgotten and removed my granddaugter's car seat. Yuri finalized the papers and I drove away, very happy. I'm even paying a little less monthly than I did for my 2nd MDX. Most importantly, at all times, both Furman and Yuri were professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, and respectful. I'll be back happily in 3 years.

I recently leased an MDX from Carly Kim at Curry. My last experience with Curry was purchasing an Acura Legend in the 90's; it was a very good experience then and remains so now. I've dealt with a LOT of dealerships, with mixed results, and in my two experiences with Curry I've found them to be on top of their game. Definitely recommend if you're thinking about an Acura.

The folks at Curry Acura couldn't have been better - especially my salesperson Brian Rattner. I bought a new 2017 RDX, and have been driving it for about a week now. I don't think you could get better value in another luxury SUV. I had special timing circumstances when I bought the car, and Brian worked with me so that I could buy the car on my terms and at a great price. There were absolutely no hassles or hard pitches to buy anything I didn't want or need in the car. Their huge inventory made it easy to pick a car with the colors and options that I wanted, and with no waiting for the right car to arrive. Please look Brian up if you're in the market for a car. He'll make your car buying experience as painless as possible.

My appointment consisted of oil change and NYS Inspection. I got to the lot by 9:30AM and the first mistake from the guy in charge of receiving the vehicle was writing the wrong mileage of my vehicle . Instead of 18,000 he wrote 87,000 . Frank Torres corrected the error . After waiting more than one hour an half Torres came to the waiting area and indicated that the inspection was done and the oil change and that my car need it 2 filters to be change front and back and need it a Differential Service something that didn't know how to even explained it to me. So at the end I asked for literature to know what he was talking about. Even thought that I didn't know what he was talking about I told him to get it done because the car need it. After waiting for 55 minutes Torres came back repeating that oil was done inspection was done filter change and Differential done. So I went to the cashier and paid for the service. I drove my car to a nearest car wash and I realized that the inspection stickers was not change it was expired. I called Torres and told him how sloppy they are missing the most important reason that I went to the dealer and that I want it the sticker right fast on my way back to the service lot because I need it to go to work . When I got there I ask for the manager Larry of course he was out to lunch and after explaining my dissapoitment to Chris Bach he said is just a piece of paper is a mistake and gave me a ridiculous smile. I feel disrespected and so unprofessional . I mention to him that I had been a customer since 2009 and this was my third vehicle and that for the last 2 years there's always an issue with my vehicle. Of course he couldn't care less. I got in my car with my expired sticker and stop at DCP Auto Repair and got my inspection done in 10 minutes .Yes I paid double but I got it done at a place where customers are respected and they care for their customers not taken as a joke. Guess what the only reason after so many issues for the last 2 years I Continue going to this crappy Curry Acura service Dept. is because I bought a service package with the car which I regret so much. Horrible experience and this is my last car from Curry Acura and hopefully soon I get rid of this MDX so I don't have to see any of these people ever again. Frank Torres, Chis Bach,

A great experience from start to finish! Nick walked me through all of my options and was quick to point out those that were worth the money and those that were not - in other words, he never tried to up-sell me on something I didn't need. Nick has fantastic knowledge of all the cars in the showroom, as well as competing models from other manufacturers. Nick is friendly, polite, and perhaps most importantly, patient. Nick stayed late, past the typical closing, to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable in all respects in our new car before we drove it off the lot.Nick and Dimitri made this a seamless process from start to finish, both in picking up a new lease and turning in our last car. My husband purchased his TSX from this dealership a few years ago and asked that I give them returning business which I did. I put down a deposit on a 2016 Acura RDX, of course they were extremely quick to process my deposit and after that, everything went downhill. Felicia, the Internet Sales Rep, was great to work with - very friendly and quick to respond. I barely worked with Sal who was the Sales Rep I was supposed to meet when I got to the dealership - he was also very friendly and nice. However, Nick Furio, Manager, and Yuri Abramov, Finance, were extremely rude, disrespectful and not accommodating whatsoever. Long story short, I only had a ride to the dealership in the afternoon and they pretty much said no, you either come at 9 AM or after 5:30PM (either at open or closing time) and then they asked me to get a cab to the dealership - I live in NJ and am giving my business to you in NY. Then both Yuri and Nick said to go in on Monday like if I don't have to work like 90% of the population. I have NEVER been treated this way before at any dealership. If you can't treat your customers with respect, then you shouldn't be in sales at all! The management team at Curry Acura should go to Customer Service Training 101. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. If you only care about the price and being treated like dirt, then go here but if you care about your total experience, go somewhere else.

I highly recommend Richard Link at Curry Acura in Scarsdale. He is knowledgeable, approachable and is honest in his dealings with excellent offerings and deals. Not only did I find I got a great deal on a TLX but he went out and found it in the color I wanted and kept the deal I signed on to even though that color was not in the dealership. In addition, once I 'signed on the lines', he didn't just give me the keys and send me on my way but he took a great deal of time to review every last detail of the car with me without rushing and made sure I understood how to drive, take care and make the most out of my new car. I did a second 3 year lease earlier this month (upgraded from a TL to an RDX) and Patrick, the sales manager, along with Brian and Richard the salesmen, and Dimitri, the closer, assisted me throughout the process, providing all the information and time I needed. This weekend, I decided to lease a vehicle, which was my first time. The employees at Curry Acura were great in explaining the process and working with me to transfer my insurance and current registration. I worked with Andrew Uffenheimer, who is a fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was super helpful in demonstrating the vehicle features. Next I worked with Parm Singh, who made the finance process clear and seamless. I was also connected with Diane Dietz in service as she explained the accessory installation process for me. Big shout out to Michael Miele, General Manager, who stopped by during the process to ensure customers had a great experience with Curry Acura. I just bought my second Acura from the dealership (218,000 miles on the first MDX - let's see how my RDX holds up) and can only say that Chris and crew are the best. They are prompt, friendly, honest (should I buy a new car or have something done?) and generally nice people. I had an issue on the new car and spoke with Chris. He arranged to have the top mechanic and I take a test drive so he could hear what I was talking about. It was fixed with no questions asked. I have told all of my friends how I love these guys. I started out in 2006 with Larry Surman (who also does an amazing job) and now mostly see Chris. If all service industries took a lesson from these guys in what customer service is, we would have a much better experience as buyers. It makes you want to come back. Thanks!

Fourth Acura from Curry and we already told our sales rep that we will see him in 3 years. Fast, friendly service without pressure. We were treated as Richard Link's priority even despite the President's weekend rush. He was, honest, upfront and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. We received a great deal on an MDX and nothing needs to be said about our choice. Parm Singh was so friendly that we even received restaurant reccomendations. Just when I think Curry Acura can not get better, they out did themselves again. I must say though, by far, this was our best experience yet. Look forward to our next Acura from Curry!

I have only great things to say about the service at Curry Acura. I have been a customer since 2005 and have never been disappointed. I called about an issue I was having on my 13' MDX, and Dave Pagano was awesome! I brought my car in explained best as I could the problem and he knew right away what it was. I was able to get a loaner car( perk that it was a brand new MDX). He called me when he said it would be ready. Problem fixed and car runs beautifully and was washed and vacuumed as well.

Just bought a new RDX from Curry Acura, and the service was great. Not only did the salesman Rich pick us up from home (since we didn't have a car before this), we were made to feel like family the whole time. Throughout the entire process we were treated with respect, and we could just tell that Rich was an honest guy, a rare trait with car salesmen from my past experiences. This is what buying a new car should be about. Enjoyable and pressure free. My Sales Rep Richard Link could not have been more helpful and friendly. I was undecided as to what car I wanted the - TLX or RDX. No Problem - we can test drive booth, I loved the TLX , I was referred through Geico and was given a certified prices. There was no hassle. Price was accepted and Richard went out of his way to show me which cars were available. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable in my new car. I was then introduced to Dimitry Davidoff for financing. Here again Professional all the way through. He assured me the would follow through since I with any problems with financing since I was in a total loss accident and my previous loan was just paid off day before. Was very helpful at helping to pick out additional accessories. Everything they said they would do was done with a smile and can we do anything more. So professional. Dropped off my car and was not at first pleased with how I was greeted. The GM heard about my concerns and took the time to reach out to me to inquire as to what could he do to assist in making my visit a pleasant one. I explained how the service advisor was not very approachable. He listened and took the time out to assure me that he will look into the matter. The GM (Mike Miele) did in fact do that and personally made sure that my visit was a pleasant one. Though I think it was not necessary for the GM to take time out of his busy schedule, it did however, show me that this GM is focused on being well rounded dealership. My continued faith in Curry has grown and more so, my respect for this dealership has also grown.On a side note; Chris Bach is a rockstar and I only wished he was my service advisor from the beginning. I had a very bad experience with the service department at Curry Acura. Came in for a simple oil change, next day, have a large stain of oil on my garage floor. Turns our they didn't wipe off excess oil when replacing filter. I would expect this at Valvoline or Firestone, but not at a dealer. When I came back to complain, no one even apologized for the mess.On a different occasion, stopped at the dealer to get state inspection done, and service advisor wanted me to drop off the car for the entire day. Are you serious???? Dropping off the car for an entire day to get a 20 minute inspection done! Stay away from this dealer.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease. I purchased the 2016 Acura ILX. I dealt with Jonathan Mercedes and he was quite knowledgeable and worked with me to select the type of vehicle I wanted. It is very hard to surprise or please me and I left very pleased. He was patient and thorough with me as this was my first vehicle purchase ever. He took his time and did not push me. When it was time to show me the technology side of the car, I was very impressed. I told him what I wanted and the importance of a navigation system. He made it happen. Financials, I dealt with Yuri initially and Parm was the closer. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know.Again I must say it takes a lot to impress me. Especially since my first car before thus was a luxury car.

I mentioned I was in the area 30 min from home and wanted to get a price on a new 2016 TLX. After 40 min of telling me what I told them I already knew about the car, they wouldn't give me a price. Told me to get a price from the dealer closer to me and they would beat it? Why would they send me to another dealer??? Also sales rep suggested I was wrong and that my 2010 TSX could not be a 6cyl since they didn't make one. Mmmm maybe they should know their product line. 40min of my life that I'll never get back!

Having just returned to the US after 5 years working abroad I needed to buy a car. I have owned several Hondas in the past and have always been very happy but this time I wanted to step up a little so I decided to go for Acura.After a bit of homework on the internet I decided to go to Curry in Scarsdale. Being a fresh college grad Acura was a bit pricey for me. However both Richard and Dimitri were very friendly and accommodating. I visited the show room three times and looked at the cars and SUVs without any sales person approaching me. I felt comfortable returning without fear of being pressured to buy a car. There was always a customer at every sales desk. The purpose of my third visit was to test drive the RDX. Once I became one of the customers seated at the desk, Andrew convinced me to purchase the MDX that day. This was the 4th car I purchased in my lifetime and was confident of the agreed upon price. I was greeted with a very friendly smile by Joseph Pecoraro who gave me a gentle but firm hand shake while keeping great eye contact AND maintaining a friendly smile. We then went over to his desk where he sold me - hook, line and sinker - on a 2016 Acura ILX - I have dealt with some car dealerships who attack me like they're wolves and I'm a piece of meat!!! I just leased my 4th car at Curry Acura. I worked with Rich, Patrick and Dimitri. They were all very helpful in the process. Rich took lots of time to show me all of the new features in the car and has followed up to make sure all is OK. I would definitely lease another Acura in the future.

I just purchased a new Acura MDX from salesman Andrew uffenheimer , not only was Andrew extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle he was very patient with me in the whole process. He worked with me in regards to pricing even when I wasn't quite realistic with my numbers . He always remained professional and never any slick / sassy comments. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle he took as much time as I needed to learn about my vehicle even though it caused him to leave later than scheduled . My husband and I leased an Acura from Curry Acura two weeks ago. Our sales person, Brian Rattner was exceptional. He made us feel comfortable from the second we sat down with him (and we had been to other Acura dealerships where we walked out because we werent comfortable). We trusted him and he really worked with us on all our needs. When we picked up the car, Brian sat with us for hours (even after the dealership closed at night) showing us the features of the car. This exceeded our expectations. Curry Accura had thoroughly inspected this used car, giving it new brake-pads. George also gave us the Car Fax data sheet, showing that it had not been in any accidents. Acura of westchester & Curry Acura are my never again list! I put down $4500.00 cash on a 2015 ILX at Acura Westchester? they charged me $500.00 a month for the base series lease. Was very unhappy went back they tried to put me in another base series for over $650.00 Then I went to curry they take back the overpriced piece of junk the first dealership charged me said I didn't owe anything on the ILX. Then unwilling role the depreciation into the new lease making that payment $750.00 with another $3700.00 cash down. Now the car thAt was only worth $35,000 brand new is over $47,000. Otherwise throw an additional $26,000 a way on a lease, That you'll never own. Now neither want to take responsibility for the deal & sticking me to over pay for this vehicle for the remainder of the 36 month term. Terrible service they should be ashamed of themselves how they take advantage of their customers! not to mention I grew up with most of Acura of westchester!Yes it goes off your credit score. However you don't lie about paying nothing on a car & then rolling it into the next car to make a deal. If it's not the best situation for the customer. Sorry I sell real estate I thought success comes from doing your deals right the first time & not taken advantage of your customers & appreciating their business!

I bought a 2015 MDX from George and Curry Acura a Year back. And my experience is great there, not to mention they give you an excellent price for your trade in and on your purchase. I went to several dealerships in the NYC area, who are not even willing to deal with me because of what I was willing to pay for the new vehicle. If you want the best bang for the buck on your trade in and purchase and who is "Willing" to work with you and your needs. Look no further this is the best dealership and salesperson on the tristate area. BTW many dealerships markup the interest rates like crazy when you finance, but they actually offered the same if not better interest rates then the market. Thanks George, hope to see you again sometime soon in the future.

I had done a great deal of research over the past 3 months and we knew what cars we wanted to test drive and explore over the course of a week, and they ranged from Acura to BMW. I picked Curry because of location and the Dealer was rated high. We were lucky enough to get George Petkanas as our salesman, and it was George who sold us both on the TLX as well as Acura's Leasing system. We haven't owned a "new" car in 8 years and after trying other dealers for those other models we couldn't get George's welcoming attitude as well as insight out of our head. It felt like coming home when we went in to finally work a deal out with George. We feel we've bought into a community and look forward to more dealing with George and Curry.

I completely recommend Curry Acura to anyone that is interested in buying a new car. For anyone who is in the market (for a new car) or has purchased vehicles in the past, its a uncomfortable feeling and a pressure feeling from salesman trying to get a sale. At Curry Acura it was the complete opposite. There was no pressure feeling throughout the sale period. The sales manager (Nick) along with the salesperson (Joe) were extremely helpful in various ways from price and options. Prior to purchasing my 2016 RDX at Curry Acura, I visited Paragon Acura that morning because I live in Queens County. My experience there was completely horrible. The sales person didn't know anything about the vehicle I was trying to purchase. The sales person kept asking her own co workers questions to the point that lead me to ask her "How long have you being working at Paragon Acura and whether or not she (Jessica) knew anything about the Costco Auto Program". After responding back to my first question, it was 3 months I concluded that I didnt want this person as my sales person. To put the ice on the cake the sales manager came back with these crazy finance numbers, giving that yes I had to trade-in a 2014 Honda CRV (15,000) and giving that I have great credit over 740 score was in my mind crazy to see those numbers. In the end I had the right choice to walk away from paragon and picked Curry Acura.If anyone is wondering why I decided to re-purchase a new car it's because of family safety. After i purchased the 2014 Honda CRV from Paragon Honda the engine would rattle a noise every time the car starts I took the car the honda repair shop 4 times to inform me that honda has not recall or built a part towards fixing the issue. What put the ice on the cake was the fact that my wife begin to lien on the front passenger door from her seat to view various area along our road trip to different states and the side airbag light would display "airbag off" knowing that someone is strap in that seat using a seatbelt. Everyone should know the following if a vehicle doesn't recognize a passenger in the seat or the airbag lights stating off display, the airbags will not deploy in an emergency like it should in an accident". Family is my number one propriety in life.

I recently purchased a 2016 ILX and had a great experience all around. I went thru True Car late on a Saturday night and received a call the next day as soon as the dealership opened from Rosemarie Salas. She quoted me a great price over the phone and then I came in and met with Andrew Uffenheimer to discuss the purchase. Andrew answered all my questions, and went thru all the available options with me as we completed the deal. I also had a seamless experience with Yuri in Finance. After I picked up the car, there were some minor issues that had to be fixed with regard to my accessories and Andrew couldn't have been any better in continuing to follow up with me to make sure I was happy and had what I needed. I also worked with Diane in the service department and really appreciated the first class treatment. I would definitely recommend Andrew and the rest of the Curry staff to anyone.

hello I recently purchased my 2012 pre=owned certified mdx from curry acura , I had already purchased 1 in 2003 from curry an in the sales dept again I had an excellent experience while dealing with sales furman byrd, he has been there for quite a while an is well beyond the threshold of an experienced sales man, he didn't just sell me the car he took the time to explaine the 2012 technology package to me an made me feel comfortable to be purchasing my 2nd vehicle there, mr furman followed up with me a few days later on how I was enjoying the vehicle an informed me if I had any more questions to feel free to callhim and ask, the sales manager whome I dealth with the last time I bought a vehicle there in 2003 Patrick was as usual a gentleman friendly an helpful, I left feeling I made the correct decision as I did before , I will end with years ago I did have a problem with 1 service guy when I brought my 2003 in for service, so I will evaluate the service stations handling of my service shortly as I don't believe a sale stops at the showroom but rather how you are infact dealt with when you also subsequently bring your vehicle into curry acuras service station,.....Michael

I return to Curry because i have always received the best deals and service. Nick Furio took care of all my previous leases and Joseph Ventura leased me my current TLX. Both have worked hard to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in my car and at the best possible price. They took their time, never rushing or pressuring me and to make sure I was a happy customer and followed up with a phone call to ask how I liked the car. I have been a customer of Curry Acura for a number of years and they never seem to disappoint. I initially purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them in 2012 however I recently returned to trade it in and lease a beautiful Acura TLX. George Petkanas was my salesman and took a great deal of time to explain what my options were. Parm Singh than assisted me with the financial aspect of my lease and provided me with additional incentives for a reasonable cost. They both ensured that the vehicle had all the features I requested and George was nice enough to provide me with a tutorial of all the new features that the TLX provided. Furman Byrd was an excellent salesman. I wish I could say the same for their service dept. I say this because I purchased a Certified Acura ZDX, I should have test drove it more thoroughly. After driving it home to Pennsylvania, the rear driver door was out of line. I had to pay $26.50 to have the latch reinstalled and the door lined up. Curry Acura did reimburse me. I just felt this should have been noticed by their service people during the certification process. Also the panoramic roof creaked on the drive home, again I take credit for not noticing it, but their service dept. should have handled this prior to my purchasing the vehicle.

I walked in to look at the RDX. Mike Miele and I got into a casual conversation about the car and it's features but I never really intended to buy the car immediately. I asked about a test drive and Mike introduced me to Silvija and we went for a drive. Silvija was knowledgable and generally helpful I loved the RDX. It rode great and so I decided to explore pricing. I was turning in Jeep coming off lease. I have been driving Acuras since 2002 and have purchased my TLs and had all service done at Curry. This year I decided to get the new TLX and went back to Curry. Our salesman was George Petkanas who made the experience truly positive and even fun. He is extremely knowledgeable about the car, and spent a good amount of time showing and explaining its features to me and my wife both during the test drive and later when we came for delivery. I had done my research on pricing and we had no problem agreeing on the deal. The tech staff ensured that the car was properly prepped and cleaned (even in the current miserable weather conditions). The finance staff was also efficient and friendly. Overall, this was a no hassle, smooth experience dealing with people who know how to treat a customer properly.

I recently purchased my 4th Acura MDX, 5th car from Curry Acura overall--originally purchased an '03 TL. The process is smooth from start to finish. The entire staff is a group of courteous and professional sales and finance people. There is NEVER any high pressure, under handed or bait and switch sales tactics. Everything is explained in detail, prices are fair and the customer gets exactly the deal that they want before they sign on the dotted line. My experience with ACURA was and is one of the stress free aspects of my life.. I leased my first ACURA RL in 1995 for 3 years. In1998.I bought the RL and kept it until 2012 and purchased the TL which I still have today. There is no secret why I continue to buy ACURA products: they are comfortable, easy to operate and extemely reliable. In cold weather, rain, snow the cars never failed to start.It even amazed me with their ability to go through frozen slush that the plow trucks pushed into the street.I have used 2 Service Managers in that period, John (no longer there) and David. If I had a problem (an unknown noise, a flat tire,brakes squeeking they alway told me to bring it in the next morning and the work (if the part didn't have to be ordered) was done while I waited in the customers lounge. I have been very happy with the choice of my ACURA and the CURRY DEALERSHIP.

She knew what she did not want and we researched what would be feasible to transport a good amount of equipment or two dogs without either having a larger car, nor SUV, nor Minivan, nor American Model, not another Honda, no Toyota, nothing way above 30k (Audi, BMW. Mercedes..). I went to several dealerships measuring trunk spaces and checking interior quality of VW, Ford, Subaru, Mazda which all did not pass. That said I am not an ordinary customer, I am more on the annoying side of the buyer spectrum. Since I had a good experience in 2007 with Curry Acura I stepped into the dealership end of 2014 and started talking to Brian Rattner. He is kind, never puts a rush on anything and listens to the needs and concerns. Our focus was mostly on a TSX Wagon which is not produced anymore. Pre-owned certified therefore was a given. We drove a TSX Wagon at Acura in Larchmont a few weeks prior but due to a misunderstanding me reading the web page of the actual car we looked at disappointment was caused because the sales person was not clear from the beginning in his statements and I also did not believe the trade-in value for the Accord. Brian showed us all cars on Curry's lot which might interest us just to give us an overview since we were not totally focused on just the TSX Wagon at that time. In the next weeks we figured out that we will no drive any number of miles to other dealers in PA, MA or NJ just to look at their TSX stock because it is time consuming and we would never use the dealership after purchase. Also the prices are all similar and Curry Acura participates in the MVP Internet Market Value Pricing. At a 2nd visit with Brian he offered me to search for a car to our liking and acquire it for us with no obligation to buy. A down payment was made fully refundable. After 8 days Brian called and had one in one of the selected color and options available. I actually noticed a damage in the back of the car which Curry did not know about. Curry fixed it and at the 3rd visit I negotiated reasonably and decided to purchase it. We did not trade in our Accord. Yuri Abramov from sales answered any question I had as to coverages, certification, vehicle protection, Acura care, refunds in case of total loss/gap protection. He kept up with all my nagging in a friendly, funny and the same professional manner I experienced buying a previous car from him in 2007 Brian Rattner is one or even the best car sales person out of probably two dozens I have ever dealt with in about 20 dealerships I visited in the past 7 years. He goes the extra mile and also has entertaining stories to tell - he is just real, there is no fake no fuzz and all answers are straight and honest. If he does not know it he finds out. He follows up and is genuinely concerned to deliver quality in his service and the products . I feel that the money is well spent at this dealership and rate it to maximum satisfaction.

The salesman I was assigned to was not very knowledgable about the vehicles I had in mind, could not open the trunk of the car with a bright shiny red bow in the showroom I was interested in because a battery was not attached, and took over an hour to locate a car I eventually wanted to test drive only fter adriving us to a lot a few blocks away he thought the car was located in. Only to drive us right back to the original lot (because he was mistaken) and give us a five-minte (no exaggeration) test-drive around the block after this two-hour ordeal. The most entertaining part, was after all of this, he sat down smugly with us and said "I think I'll get your business". Not in this lifetime.

I have leased all of my Acura's from Curry Acura. Nick and Yuri have been helpful all the way. They already know me as a long time customer and my experience with them will keep me coming for more. Over the last twelve years I have had a number of service reps--all of them were good but the current one, Chris Bach, stands head and shoulders above them all. Chris is gracious, efficient, gives his undivided attention to the customer he's dealing with, and answers all questions patiently and thoroughly. Last but not least, he remembered my name from our first meeting and he remembers specific details from previous conversations and service visits without having to check them. I have had many positive experiences with the vehicle and the dealership, i felt no need to change. Eduardo Iannici meet all expectations when purchasing this vehicle. My experience was so easy and really care free. I was able to obtain a service appointment within a reasonable time frame. I was sure about what needed to be done on my vehicle other then an oil change. Jason Dume ,my service consultant, was able to provide me with detailed info about what condition my car was in. He even went so far as to explain in detail, along side the technician (Edgar), the things that were needed. He was not pushy with the recommendations which I liked. Sometimes I feel like service advisors use scare tactics to get you to do work that is not needed. That was definitely not the case w/ Jason. I will be returning for the additional work that needs to be done as I feel they have earned my business.

The best experience in car buying on the planet earth! Purchased my first vechele from Nick Furio in 2013. On a scale of 1-10 Nick was a 12! Then he turned things over to Mr. Magic, Youi Abramov, can't understand how he does it but he's one of the best. So pleased with the service, referred my best friend in 2015 who purchases the 2015 MDX. My friend got the same level of care that I received. Now Nicks in management and refers me to Martin Garcia, who puts me in a new 2015 MDX. The level of care that Martin bring to the table is awsome, he stay on top of every need or concern. The guys at Curry Acura Scarsdale provided excellent service and I walked out of the dealership satisfied with my purchase. They were all professional and really tried to understand what I need. As part of the job, they tried to sell me other things, but it was not overly forceful that they made the purchase less stressful compared to my other car purchases in the past. Kuddos to Richard Link who checked up on me many times after my purchase on how everything is doing. He even checked if I received the car registration, etc. Thank you also for Dimitri who provided me alternative financial options and explained them well to me. I was not rushed, but I was not made to wait for them either. I would buy from them again in the future and will recommend them to people.

I inquired online first to see if I could afford an Acura. Jonathan Mercedes emailed, and spoke with me several times. He was politely persistent. He was determined to get me the Acura I wanted. He and Dimitri Davidoff collaborated and eventually I came to the showroom knowing I would leave with a car. It was then that we met with George Petkanas. He was extremely personable! He was a knowledgeable salesman AND a genuine, honest, person. We felt comfortable and confident with him. He offered to assist us with ANYTHING, "no question is a stupid question." A few days later my husband and I came to pick up the car late, before closing. We were so tired. Dimitri offered instructions anytime. George said he'd start and we would let him know when we're "done." We got into the car and he had us laughing and showed us everything! I am loving my car and am grateful I got it from Curry because Jonathan, Dimitri, and George were awesome! Thanks guys!

My experience at this dealership was wonderful. Andrew's (Salesman) enthusiasm about the car (TLX-2015) was infectious and he was knowledgeable and informative during our test drive. I did not intend on purchasing a car the day that I test drove it, but the way the car looked and handled really sold me. Rob, Andrew and Mike stayed well beyond business hours to make sure that all my questions were answered and I was able to make a deal that same night. I took my vehicle (2013 Acura) for service as the sensors for the Tire Pressure Monitor was damage, 3 sensors had to be replaced and I needed an oil change, I was shocked when I saw my bill, they've only charged me for the oil change and gave me a discount to boot! David Pagano my Service Manager has been nothing short of excellence, I've been dealing with David for over 4 years this is my second vehicle with Curry Acura and his always greeted me with a warm smile and ensured my vehicle is service to spec. I had the best experience from my salesperson Brian Rattner at Curry Acura.He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was extremely accomodating and knowledgable about his job. He showed me the various options and never pressured me into doing anything I didn't want to. He even picked me up after I dropped off my old lease. He bought me lunch while I was waiting for the paperwork to be processed.He cleaned my old license plates so they looked like new! He went above and beyond to make sure I got excellent service. He programed my bluetooth and and explained everything about the car. I am extremely happy with the service I got both from Curry Acura of Scarsdale and Brian.He has made followup calls to make sure everthing is going smoothly with my RDX. The free car wash at any time is also a good perk. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or lease a vehicle.

I really enjoyed buying a car at Curry Acura of Scarsdale. My sales consultant Eduardo Ianicci and his team made the experience of getting into a new car painless. First, Ive never met a sales person as friendly and down to earth as, Eduardo. Hes a consummate professional, understanding, very knowledgeable about Acura vehicles and made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. Prior to coming to Curry Acura Scarsdale, I shopped around using TrueCar over the Internet, basically to find best price and vehicle availability in the area. Plus its designed to take the haggle out of the process. Unfortunately, while the system helps make the process more simplified, one is not guaranteed to experience the matched experience at the dealership, as was the case for me. Everything happens for a reason, so they say if it were not for the prior negative experiences encountered at a few other dealerships (NY/NJ), I would not have met the great sales team at Curry Acura of Scarsdale. When I arrived at the dealership the remaining process was a pleasure. Meeting and working with Eduardo, many words come to mind honest, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles and very organized. He made sure I understood the entire process, and this left me feeling very satisfied. They even have a wonderful customer loyalty perk - complimentary car washes - I love that! It's nice to deal with a salesperson who isn't all about the sale. Eduardo at Curry Acura is a people person with a great friendly attitude and fun sense of humor. He was knowledgeable about the new TLX, and if he didn't have the answer to a question, he would find it (usually from his manager Pat, who is also very friendly and fun with a different sensibility, plus he's got the answers with his years of experience). Eduardo has continued to follow up after the TLX purchase, and he and Pat always make me feel welcome to stop in anytime with questions or for a complimentary car wash. Nice perk.

I've had very negative experiences with other dealers before walking into Curry Acura. Most sales people are not trustworthy, or at least, don't seem to be. George was very honest and not pushing anything on me. I had a good feeling walking into the place and was ecstatic to make the deal that day. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family, and strangers. I will also bring my car car into the service department if ever needed.

My girlfriend and I priced out the two vehicles we wanted at another dealer in WESTCHESTER. The other guys said they would beat any number Curry would throw our way.... That didn't happen. Curry far exceeded both our expectations! I drove about Four of the employees in Curry absolutely nuts and they put up with me without getting frustrated, angry or rude. If the shoe was on the other foot I don't know if I would have done so well. I would definitely recommend CURRY to anyone looking to get a quality vehicle at a great price with excellent customer service. Mike, Nick F, Joe M, and Yuri were very patient and pleasant throughout the whole process. Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect were given to me and it is truly appreciated. I'm now driving a beautiful car at a great price from these guys. Plus, they offer great accommodations following the purchase. My first Service is FREE, if I need wiper blades replaced they give them to me for FREE and this is the best part.....FREE HAND CAR WASHES throughout my 3 year lease as much as I want. I'm Very grateful with the deal the guys helped me and my girlfriend achieve, and she is very excited to receive her new car in a few days. All in all I had a great buying experience with these guys and I will never bother to look elsewhere again. When it was time to replace my 2004 MDX, Chris was the reason we bought another Acura! He is honest, hard working and his communication skills are superb. I don't even want to leave one star for this place but had to so I can leave a review went over to this place found the car I wanted we made a deal with all the paper and signed and done deal. later on they had me waiting and sitting around for 5hours and half then they come back at me with a higher monthly payment and said oh can you do this payment instead am like huh? we just made a agreement give me what I agreed on 20mins later they changed the payment plan again and said ohh can you do this monthly payment instead I just said ok thats it deals off give me my money back then they come back at me with ok ok sir will give you the deal you asked for. I said no you guys are playing with me now wasting my whole day and time obviously you know who I work for when I signed the paper and trying to get more money out my pockets! all you are trying to do is play me for a fool wasn't happening and after all was said and done and went on my way home and you guys all constantly calling my cell phone 3days straight trying to win me back when I said the deals off!! it means deals off stop contacting me!!!!

Recently leased my fifth Acura vehicle from Curry Acura. Overall, I have leased 6 Acuras, the first, a MDX in 2002. My past leases started with MDXs, then RDXs and last lease was a ZDX, which is no longer manufactured by Acura. This time, however, I chose a 4-DR-Sedan, an RLX 2015. My experience overall was excellent. I only deal with one salesman, Furman Byrd, who I feel has always provided excellent service. As in all cases, management must approve the lease agreement terms. My experience of Patrick Canavan, management, has also been excellent. My experience with the two finance persons over the years including especially Mrs. Davidoff and Sorensen have been excellent as well. It should be understood that I would not have returned five times had I experienced a different interface. Additionally, I have visited other Acura Dealers and Curry has always been competitive. The accessories I chose were installed perfectly. The RLX was prepared according to my requests, i.e., no orbital buffing that can ruin the paint finish with spider webs which a dark color, i.e., Graphite Luster Metallic, can reflect in direct sunlight. I also requested no dealer decals and no tacky dealer license plate holders. With this lease, I especially appreciated terminating my ZDX lease 3 months earlier to take advantage of a offer from Acura for a new RLX '15. The entire experience was accomplished in eight days with me driving away on a Saturday for an easy, relaxed afternoon drive to the Berkshires, an enjoyable dinner and an easy return drive home that evening. I expect to return to Curry Acura in 3 years or sooner and select my next leased vehicle. I particularly appreciate being able to relate to a salesman I have a relationship over the last 5 leases. The bottom-line may be what matters, but the lease experience continues to be excellent with a knowledgeable and caring salesman.Highly recommended dealer.
