I would recommend cross automotive to anyone they are great people who really care about their customers I bought a car from them paid cash something went wrong with the car they fixed it without any problem now mind you I paid cash so they didn't have to do anything for me. There a great group of people will definitely buy there again .# very happy customer # thank y'all so much

Had a terrible experience! Saw a car that I was interested and stopped in. Was told one price that I was absolutely pleased with and they went back to “figure out numbers” they pulled my credit and came back with a price thousands above what was said at first. I could not believe it.... and in top they demanded a trade as well. Only saving grace was the young man that helped at first.

Brought the car I wanted...was told there was two keys...only got one at time of purchase...was told other was with title...well a month later got my title...still not second key...they have written me off...don't care...so be sure you get everything promised in writing. ...also had problem with passenger door opening....needless to say....no response. ..

After looking around for several weeks, we found a truck on cars.com that led us to these guys. Was pleasantly surprised - the truck we bought was low miles and in really good condition for the age and it was priced well. Overall very happy.
